The polls continue to move away from Barack Hussein Obama.
As an example, Wisconsin, 49-49.
You know what it was in 2008?
Obama carried Wisconsin 56 to 42 in 2008.
Simple math tells me that's a 14-point margin.
Now it is tied, 49-49.
And among the 90% who say they have already made up their minds who they're going to vote for, it's Romney, 51-48 in Wisconsin.

Fox News, within the last 35 minutes, ladies and gentlemen, has broken a story that will shake this country down to its core.
Well, the portion of the country paying attention to this, which is, to the chagrin of the regime, quite a large portion.
President Obama has demonstrably failed here in his most basic responsibility to keep Americans safe who are in harm's way.
This is a major breaking story.
CIA operators were denied three requests to go help those under assault in Benghazi.
Fox News has learned from sources on the ground in Benghazi three urgent requests from the CIA annex for military backup during the attack on the consulate and the subsequent attack nearly seven hours later were denied by officials in the CIA chain of command who also told the CIA operators to stand down.
Not only were they denied permission to go in and help, they were told specifically not to.
They were told to stand down rather than help the ambassador's team when shots were heard at approximately 9.40 p.m. in Benghazi on September 11th.
Former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glenn Doherty were part of a small team who were at the CIA annex, which is about a mile from the consulate where Ambassador Chris Stevens' team came under attack.
When they heard the shots fired, they radioed to inform their higher-ups to tell them what they were hearing.
They were told to stand down, according to sources familiar with the exchange.
An hour later, they called again to headquarters and were again told to stand down.
Woods and Doherty and at least two others ignored those orders and made their way to the consulate, which at that point was on fire.
They went anyway.
They defied the order to stand down.
Here first Jennifer Griffin from Fox News just moments ago.
Sources who were on the ground in Benghazi during the attack tell Fox News that in fact there were three separate requests to aid not only the attack that was occurring at the consulate and to try and help with that attack, but also requests for outside help, outside military help to help once there were gunfires and firefights at the CIA annex.
Those requests, we're told, came from higher headquarters.
They were told to stand down.
Again, Woods and Doherty and at least two others ignored those orders and made their way to the consulate.
They went anyway to try to help.
Leon Panetta, this is yesterday in Washington at the Pentagon.
The Defense Secretary has a Q ⁇ A and a reporter said there was, in fact, Mr. Secretary, a drone over the CIA annex, and there were intelligence officials fighting inside the annex.
I guess the big question is, with those two combined assets, why there wasn't a clear intelligence picture that would have given you what you needed to make some moves.
For instance, flying some F-16s over the area to disperse fighters or dropping more special forces in.
Why did you do anything?
We were prepared to respond to any contingency and certainly had forces in place to do that.
But there's a basic principle here.
Basic principle is that you don't deploy forces into harm's way without knowing what's going on, without having some real-time information about what's taking place.
And as a result of not having that kind of information, the commander who is on the ground or in that area, General Hamp, General Dempsey, and I felt very strongly that we could not put forces at risk in that situation.
This is unbelievable, folks, because this is the Secretary of Defense last night.
We know the State Department was watching live video of this.
We know the CIA station chief, and we know that the State Department both had sent cables, emails, warnings to the White House situation room in the first 24 hours.
Two hours.
We learned yesterday that the White House knew what was going on.
At the moment it was happening.
We know that of the four Americans dead, two of them died in the last hours of what was a seven-hour assault.
Now we are told that the CIA told these heroes to stand down three different times, to not go in, to not do anything, and Panetta is saying we didn't have the intel.
That argument's blown out of the water.
We did have the intel.
We have the video.
We knew exactly.
We knew that there was not a protest that spontaneously erupted into an attack.
We knew it was premeditated.
We knew who it was.
We had the group that claimed credit for it.
Ansar al-Omar Sharif or whatever the name was.
They went out and claimed credit for it.
The leader of the attack is all over Middle East TV bragging about it.
The regime maintains they didn't have enough intel to mount any kind of a defensive move.
So everybody's scratching their heads now.
The more we learn about this, the worse everybody looks.
The President of the United States said that he would keep these families posted.
He said he would keep the nation up to date.
That has not happened.
Woods and Doherty and at least two others ignored the orders from the CIA to stand down and they went over there anyway.
They went to the consulate when it was on fire.
Shots were exchanged.
The quick reaction force from the CIA annexed evacuated those who remained.
There are a total of 30 people in there.
They evacuated those who remained at the consulate and Sean Smith, who had been killed in the initial attack.
They couldn't find the ambassador.
They then returned to the CIA annex at about midnight.
That point, they called again for military support and help because they were taking fire at the CIA safe house or annex, and that request was denied.
Now, last night, before I knew this, there was another release of another series of emails last night that just enraged everybody further when they found out about it.
You run them, what in the name of Sam Hill is going on here?
And then you go back and you remember that these people involved kept trying to blame this on a video.
They kept trying to blame it on a video, and the guy who did the video for weeks-well, multiple days, over seven days after this was like, look at all that's known now.
And so the questions are quite natural: why were these people told to stand down three times?
Why were requests for help denied?
Well, Panetta says, We didn't have enough until to know what level of force to send in.
You got to be very, very, very, very, very careful.
Now, there's an answer to this.
And when you explain it to people, it's very difficult for them to get their arms around it because they can't conceive of high government officials thinking or acting this way.
Now, the John Bolton answer is: if you really want to know why this happened the way it is, you have to understand the Obama ideology.
And the Obama ideology is that they create, as liberals, a bubble, an alternative universal reality in which they live, in which everything's hunky-dory.
For example, they passed the stimulus bill, and that's it.
That's all you got to do.
Jobs will come back.
You have a program to help people with their underwater mortgages.
Just do the program, and it was done.
Okay, we've done that.
You got a problem with jobs.
You get Thomas Friedman and a couple other eggheads that don't know what they're talking about, have a two-hour seminar in the White House on a Friday afternoon, announce after two hours it's done, and you fix jobs.
And then you move on.
And in this case, case of Libya, well, we took out bin Laden.
That's always been the left's definition of victory in the war on terror.
That's how they always held Bush out.
Now, you can't say you won anything here.
Bin Laden's still alive.
You should have gone after bin Laden.
You got to get bin Laden.
That's how the war on terrorism went.
Well, guess what?
I got bin Laden.
I did it.
I came off the Gulf Course, and I ordered a trigger to be pulled three times.
So Osama's gone, and so is Al-Qaeda.
They're on the run.
That's Obama on the campaign.
Al-Qaeda on the run.
You know, when Obama took office, Al-Qaeda, this court of KT McFarlane yesterday on Fox, Obama took office 2009.
Al-Qaeda basically was in two countries.
Today they are in 30 are on the run.
In Obama's bubble, in Obama's world, they're on the run.
He's taken care of them.
He took out bin Laden.
He also took out Gaddafi.
Oh, that's really great.
We've got democracy springing out in the Middle East, he thinks.
No, we don't.
We've got the Muslim Brotherhood spreading Sharia and Islamic supremacy all over the Middle East.
We don't have an outbreak of democracy.
In Obama's bubble, according to Bolton, we got great things happening there.
We got rid of Gaddafi.
We got rid of Mubarak.
I'm loved.
Middle East loves me.
Americans love me.
Taking care of bad guys.
Well, this Benghazi thing, that can't happen.
No, that because there's no explanation for not in our bubble.
Well, we got bin Laden.
And you start explaining this to people.
No, no, no, it can't be.
It can be.
If you understand liberals, if you, and it's not hard.
The hardest thing about it is accepting what you know.
And in this case, war on terror, we vanquished it.
We got democracy springing up.
The Libyans love us in Obama's world.
So this just has got to be America's fault.
That's another part of the ideology.
Ergo, it's this filmmaker.
It's got to be America's fault.
So you go out with that explanation.
Do you know we have learned at the casket ceremony we saw at Andrews Air Force Base, Mrs. Clinton promised one of the fathers of the dead that they wouldn't rest until they got the guy who produced the video and put him in jail?
Not that they would find whoever had actually killed him.
Not promise to uncover whoever did this and bring them to jail.
No, no, no.
Mrs. Clinton said, we're going to get this video guy.
You watch this.
You can be sure that we'll take care of this guy.
And this guy did the video.
We're going to get him in jail.
Guess what?
He is in jail without bail.
He doesn't get out until three days after the election.
This, folks, is to describe it as outrageous doesn't quite cover it.
So once again, same questions we asked yesterday.
What in the world is going on?
Is this just gross malfeasance and incompetence?
Or is it out-and-out lies?
You have Bolton's explanation, the bubble.
You can't send the CIA.
You can't send in military response.
You can't because it's not warranted.
This is not really happening.
The Libyans didn't even give us permission.
We asked for permission and we weren't told whether they granted it.
But in the middle of a presidential campaign, and never doubt that campaign considerations factor the greatest, factor the largest in even these kinds of decisions.
That's what people are figuring out.
That's what it's a tough time getting their arms around.
But it's a campaign making all these decisions.
You can't have war break out in the Middle East in the middle of a reelection campaign.
You can't have Americans killed by real enemies.
It's got to be because of a filmmaker in America.
Otherwise, the campaign might be harmed.
Folks, don't doubt me.
I know it's hard to believe this, but you heard Panetta.
We didn't have enough intel.
They had not only intel, they were watching it take place.
They had real-time video.
We've got two dead heroes who defied orders three times to stand down.
And it's even worse when we learn what one of the fathers was told by Vice President Biden.
Do you hear about the cue ball reference?
I have to take a brief time out.

And guess what?
The drive-bys have just figured out.
Obama's losing white working class voters.
I've got the soundbites here to prove it.
We knew this last November.
We told you last November, not only were they not going to get the white working class vote, they had written it off.
The drive-bys, we've also got Matt Wauer and David Gregory hoping for destruction from this so-called hurricane so that Obama can look presidential.
Kid you not, folks.
And this is the weakest ass-looking hurricane I've ever seen.
And by the way, folks, I'm also going to call Mitt Romney and I'm going to console him over being called a bullcrapper.
I mean, it's just, it's untenable.
I don't know what's in Obama's heart.
Go on radio and television and call somebody a bullcrapper like that.

On this Libya stuff, I want you to all be aware.
I have heard all the conspiracies, the theories.
I've heard that Stevens was supposed to get kidnapped.
That was the plan.
And then he was going to be exchanged to the blind sheikh, Omar Abdel-Rahman, and the SEALs didn't go along with it, and everything got screwed up.
Also heard Stevens was running guns, yes, through Turkey to the rebels in Syria.
And that Hafez al-Assad's kid Bashur Assad heard about that, didn't like it, of course, and got hold of the rebels in Libya, and they took the ambassador out.
Some of that may be true.
We don't need it.
We don't need this to have an outrageous story.
All of these explanations are to satisfy people's curiosity.
Why didn't Obama do anything?
Now it's gotten even worse.
We've got three separate requests from the CIA annex turned down, not just turned down, people told to stand down.
So you put a theory out.
Well, that's because the ambassador is supposed to get kidnapped.
Obama's in non-ness.
It's his idea.
That's an explanation that some people can believe because it's harder to believe that you've got a president that would put campaign considerations first.
I'm telling you, he would.
The campaign, I can't prove any of this, but I know these people.
And I know that the campaign is in charge of these kinds of decisions.
Everything, the whole last four years has been run through the prism of Obama's reelection.
Everything is.
It's been an unending campaign, sort of like Clinton's eight years were, or six.
The last two years were survival for Clinton.
But regardless, it's not hard at all to believe that the regime would filter everything through the campaign and decide that we really can't have an outbreak of war in the Middle East, an attack on America.
Not after the convention slayed Obama, mentioned Tawash Osama 21 times, and Al-Qaeda's on the run.
So for other things are entirely possible with this bunch.
I'm not discounting them.
I mean, you say you don't need them to have enough reasons to know that this is unacceptable.
This behavior is totally unprecedented.
It's unacceptable.
It's outrageous.
And for whatever reason, the president of the United States is failing in his most basic responsibility.
That's to keep Americans safe who are in harm's way.
For whatever reason, he's not following through.
Half my brain tied behind my back just to make it fair, Rush Limbaugh, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have.
Not enough intel.
The Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta says we didn't have enough intel.
We'd have enough intel to go in and help these people out.
Let's see.
We had two drones overhead.
We had a video feed from the security cameras around the compound.
We had a live radio connection and we had emails.
We had all the details in the White House situation room within two hours, including a claim of responsibility from the group.
Al-Ansar Al-Omar Sharif.
In fact, we have been told, ladies and gentlemen, the White House State Department, probably up to 400 people were able to watch this attack that took seven hours in real time.
Now, what the hell else more would you need before doing something about it?
Let's talk about the families for a second here.
The families of the four.
It's not about politics to them.
None of this is about politics to them.
It's about honor.
It's about integrity and the obvious lack of that in high leadership positions in our government.
Now, this family, the Woods family, father of Tyrone Woods was on a couple of radio shows yesterday, Charles Woods.
They weren't going to come forward.
They weren't going to make a public statement.
But when they saw the emails that were leaked, when they learned what was known, see, they accepted what was originally told them by Hillary and Obama that they're going to get the guy who did the video.
They're going to move heaven and earth to find out who did this.
Don't worry, we're going to find that guy who produced that horrible video.
When they found out, when the family found out what was known, they decided to accept requests to do interviews in the media.
Because what the families have rightly concluded, not me, folks, and not you, and not anybody else in the media, what the families of these four have concluded, and you would too if you were in their shoes, is that the White House knew, the CIA knew, the Defense Department knew, the State Department knew, and they didn't do anything.
Remember, two of these four died toward the tail end of what was a seven-hour ordeal.
Two of these people were ordered to stay away and went anyway and died.
And so their families now know that that probably could have been prevented.
These deaths, when you are a family member of a volunteer, the United States military or the intelligence agencies, do not doubt me when I tell you that they trust that the President of the United States means it and recognizes it.
Basic responsibility is to keep Americans safe who are in harm's way.
So they've got questions that are erupting all over the place.
And thus they've made the decision to come out and reveal the lies they were told over their son's coffin.
They were lied to in that ceremony, at that ceremony that we saw.
We all saw it at Andrews Air Force Base.
This man, Tyrone Woods, was not in the compound, folks.
He was at the CIA annex.
That's the breaking news from Fox today.
He was at the CIA annex.
They were told three times.
They were denied permission to go offer assistance three times.
They were told to stand down three times.
The safe house is a mile away from the consulate.
They heard the distress call and they went there to help.
Unlike anybody in the Obama administration, unlike anybody at the Obama campaign, unlike anybody at the regime, they went to help.
Everybody else sat around and watched Tyrone Woods get murdered.
And they didn't do anything to help.
And then they made up bogus reasons.
Hillary Clinton lied straight to the father's face about what caused the death of his son.
Joe Biden made crude jokes about their dead son.
Did you hear that?
Have you heard?
Okay, I'm going to say exactly what Biden said here.
And if some of you are going to be offended by the discussion of the male anatomy, I'd like for you to listen to something else for just a couple of minutes.
I'd like for you to just tune out because I really don't want to have to deal with people complaining that they were shocked because we're not trying to shock you here.
Biden went up, this man's father, and said, does your son have balls the size of cue balls?
Has your son always had balls the size of cue?
Biden thought he was complimenting the man and his son.
Has your son always walked up to him as you see Biden sauntered up, not whispering, not speaking respectfully.
He said, Joe Biden, hey, Chuck, stand up, let him see it.
Jay!

It's Terry Woods' father.
And he thought he was being complimentary.
The one who disobeyed orders to stand down three times and went anyway.
Two soundbites from the father, Charles Woods, on the radio yesterday in Portland, Oregon.
Here is soundbite number one.
When he came over to our little area, you know, I could tell he kind of just mumbled, you know, I'm sorry.
His face was looking at me, but his eyes were looking over my shoulder like he could not look me in the eye.
It was like just shaking hands with a dead fish.
You know, it just didn't feel right.
He's talking about Obama, but keep in mind, he wasn't, these people were not going to go public with any of this.
They were not going to go public.
The dignified way to do this.
But they saw the emails.
They found out they were being lied to, and they found out that assistance could have been offered, could have been on the way, and it wasn't.
The father of one of the former Navy SEALs killed in the terror attack said that Obama wouldn't look him in the eye.
You just heard that.
And that Vice President Biden was disrespectful during the ceremony when his son's body returned to America.
Woods said that Biden came over to his family and asked in a loud and boisterous voice, did your son always have balls the size of cue balls?
Are these the words of someone who is sorry, Charles Woods said?
Here's the second soundbite.
After he mentions that shaking hands with Obama was like shaking hands with a dead fish, Charles Woods continued.
Now it's coming out that apparently the White House Situation Room was watching our people die.
This was happening.
This is what Hillary did.
She came over and she did the same thing, separately came over to and talked with me.
I gave her a hug, shook her hand, and she did not appear to be one bit sincere at all.
She mentioned that thing about we're going to have that person arrested and prosecuted that did the video.
That was supposed to please them.
That was supposed to mollify them.
And by the way, I should say that this man's description, Charles Wood's description of Obama's lack of concern matches what we have heard from other parents in similar situations.
I must take a brief time out.

So the father of the slain seal, who made the decision not to save my son?
This kind of thing is what opens the door to all kinds of theories.
And you can plug whatever theory in you want to explain this.
My only point is that you don't need them, even though they may be accurate.
And I wouldn't doubt any of them with what we're dealing with here, the people kind of people.
But even at that point, whatever the reason, whatever the reason, let's take the theory that this was supposed to be an arranged kidnapping.
Let's just discuss it.
Stevens was in on it.
He's going to be kidnapped in exchange for the Muslim Brotherhood getting the blind shake back.
Now, remember, the new Muslim Brotherhood president, Morsi, has said the first things on his agenda when he won that election was getting a blind shake back.
It matters to them.
Why does it matter to Obama that this guy be made happy?
Why does it matter that he be pleased?
That's question number one.
Number two, what's the campaign advantage for a faked staged kidnapping?
Forget the campaign advantage.
The bottom line is that American interests are subordinated to the preferences of somebody who's genuinely not our friend, the Muslim Brotherhood guy.
And Obama would go along with such a plan.
You're going to have a tough sell on that one, but there will people who will believe it.
The same thing with a gun-running story.
The way this one works is that Stevens was actually running guns through Turkey for the rebels in Syria.
And Assad found out about this.
See, Obama couldn't be open about it because Obama's ideology doesn't permit him to do this.
But he wants to take Assad out.
He's probably being advised that Assad's got to go for whatever reason.
So he reluctantly says, okay, but I can't do it openly.
I can't show preference here.
I don't want to offend the Middle East.
I don't want to offend Islam or any of that.
So they get this under-the-table gun running operation going.
The problem is, Assad finds out about it, gets word to the militants in Libya who are not too keen on the Muslim Brotherhood.
They're not too keen on Obama.
And they decide to take out the guy responsible for the gun running operation.
In either of these two scenarios, you still have secret operations being planned, orchestrated, and executed by the Obama administration for what purpose?
Certainly not America's national interests.
Both of these theories are to please others.
Then you have what is more likely here, and that is simply the campaign determining that any kind of terror outbreak in the midst of this election, so close to the election, cannot possibly help.
So action has to be taken to just pretend that it isn't happening.
And if we can't contain that, then we'll come up with a phony reason why it's happening, which will always end up being America's fault somehow.
No matter which of these three you choose to believe, there isn't one of them that makes this regime look any good.
For me, I don't need any conspiracy theory.
The facts alone here that we know are sufficient.
But folks, I have known since January 16th of 2009 that we were headed for trouble.
I've known since the campaign of 2008 we were headed for trouble if Obama was ever elected.
This is 9-11.
We have the facts on the ground.
We've got people claiming credit for this.
We have the terror organization that's responsible for this claiming credit.
We had every bit of evidence we needed to respond to this.
We had every intel, every bit of intel, every provocation to respond to this.
And this is when you double back to the families, and the families don't look at this politically and they don't understand it and they don't like it.
And so they're going public with it.
Now, here's the latest on the White House and the three emails.
This is yesterday's email news.
The White House is declining to say when Obama first learned of three emails the State Department sent to the White House on September 11th, directly notifying the executive office of the president that the consulate in Benghazi was under attack, that the ambassador at the mission was under attack.
And at the name of the group claiming credit, the White House will not comment on when Obama learned of this.
Remember, Obama goes out and says what he says in the Rosegarden, jets off to Las Vegas for a fundraiser, and doubles back to see Letterman.
And then from Letterman goes to hang out with Jay-Z and Beyonce.
And then probably got together with this Leanne, what's her name, to plan this silly, how about this ad that they, this here we are in the midst of the war on women, right?
The Republicans hate women, guilty of all this misogyny, want to deny women all kinds of fun in life.
As we got a 26-year-old television star, female, in an ad basically saying, if you're going to lose your virginity and vote at the same time, it's got to be with the right guy.
Vote for Obama, just like having sex with Obama.
You got to choose the right guy.
You haven't heard about this.
Snurdley, what have you been doing?
You haven't heard about this?
The regime is running an ad.
It's a 60-second ad.
A 26-year-old Leanne, what's her name?
I've got it here.
She's a star of some TV series, out there, big show.
And she is suggesting to women that just like when you lose your virginity, when you vote the first time, it's got to be with the right guy.
I'm dead serious.
I'm dead serious.
It's the height of insult, but it also indicates the wide cultural divide that exists.
Because she, in the ad, she talks about what's cool and what isn't cool.
You know, voting for Obama or having sex.
She doesn't say having sex with Obama, but losing your virginity with the right guy, that's cool.
Romney, not cool.
But voting for the, it's a late, last-minute ditch and appeal for young voters.
And the ad's called Losing It.
And that ad, Losing It, shows everybody Obama is losing it.
It is the height of desperation.
That doesn't even touch on the polling data that we've got here.
I envisioned a light-hearted, kind of just casual open line Friday today, and these guys continually screw it up by shocking us with outrageous news that they have gotten themselves involved in.
I got to take another time out.
