Welcome to today's edition of The Rush 24-7 Podcast.
Nice try, Snerdly.
Nice try.
Snerdley trying to come in here.
Actually, saying a doctor's excuse not to make it into work today.
Not gonna fly.
Very creative out there.
We are all here, uh, ladies and gentlemen.
We could have easily gotten fake doctors' excuses.
I am a powerful, influential member of the media.
I get a doctor to write me a fake excuse here to stay home, but we're here.
On President's Day, we are here for the children.
Great to have you here.
L. Rushbo, Rush Limbaugh behind the Golden EIB microphone, a brand new week of broadcast excellence, and the telephone number if you want to be on the program 800-282-288-2, and the email address, L Rushball at EIBNet.com.
Everything's falling apart around the world, a Muslim world, Libya, Qaddafi has fled, apparently.
Uh and in Wisconsin, is Obama bussing his professional organizers into Wisconsin any different from Qaddafi shipping his uh his mercenaries into Tripoli and other cities.
We'll get into this Wisconsin stuff in great detail.
A lot's happened since we were last week to the fake doctor stuff and the uh teachers union head there saying, hey, get back to the classroom, and the students saying, No, no, no, we're kind of digging this now.
Other things happening out there that we want to uh get to before we start devoting considerable time to the Wisconsin teachers situation and the uh and the potential government shutdown there were or the actual government shutdown of what actually is gonna happen.
This guy this governor is not caving.
He is not caving.
It is a it's a great thing, and there are stories.
I've got two stories about how moderate Republicans are needed here to solve this.
Rhino's.
Why is it the Democrats have fled, the Democrats have shut down the government in Wisconsin, Democrats have run out of town, and here comes the media with Republicans, moderate, responsible, adult, reasonable, moderate Republicans.
Only three of them are necessary here to solve this crisis.
This crisis is brought to you by the American left, the Obama regime, a Democrat Party, and it's up to them.
Anyway, all that in great detail.
First off, I love this soundbite.
This is all the way from last Wednesday in Washington during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on the constitutionality of the individual mandate in Obamacare, which they hate now.
They don't like that term.
They want it, they want it called the Affordable Care Act.
So they want the law to be perpetual or and and and never ending, in terms of what this is.
Sheila Jackson Lee, fast becoming our all-time favorite, more favorite than Maxine Waters.
Stepping in for Major Owens.
Remember, remember AJ Major Owens uh claiming that uh the sharks are still swimming the slave route out there, hoping for bodies thrown overboard, uh, as was the case some 200 years ago.
Sheila Jackson Lee, just to refresh your memory, um, and for some of you young people in the audience who are not in school today for whatever phony fake excuse.
Well, they get out of school today more than I ever did, Snerdley, and frankly, it ticks me off.
Teachers' conference here, teachers strike there, spring break.
There was no such thing as spring break when we were in school.
Not, I mean, it might have been for college, but not for high school junior high.
At any rate.
At any rate um Sheila Jackson Lee.
This is this is the woman.
You may not know this, but the our our little Mars rover was running around on the planet of Mars.
And NASA is in Houston.
It's her district in Congress.
So they brought her in there as a matter of respect.
In an attempt to show everybody how smart she was, she asked NASA, while the cameras are rolling, if the Mars rover would go over to where the astronauts had planted the flag.
The problem was the astronauts, nobody's been to Mars yet, folks, and they still haven't been.
The astronauts planted the flag on the moon.
Sheila Jackson Lee, however, confused the moon and Mars.
My guess is she spends a lot of time on both.
Uh in many ways.
So she's she has her credibility established as as somewhat off the wall.
So she's here attempting in this soundbite, she wants to explain that the individual mandate in Obamacare requiring Americans to buy health insurance.
And if we don't buy it, to face a penalty or a fine or jail time.
That's what the law is.
Buy a health insurance policy, or if you don't, pay a fine.
She's trying to explain how this is not a penalty.
She's trying to explain how a penalty is punishment, and this isn't punishment.
This is actually a good thing.
Here's Sheila Jackson Lee.
I'll make the argument one that instead it is an incentive to do right.
That it is not penalizing because penalty is punishment.
You're not punished if you have health insurance.
Ah, in fact.
Uh, and so uh you are in fact incentivized if you have health insurance rather than take the negative, which is to suggest because you have a penalty, you're being punished.
So, if in case you're having trouble following that, since you are being forced to buy health insurance, which is a good thing.
It's a good thing to have health insurance.
You're being forced to it can't possibly a penalty cannot possibly be punishment.
And there uh a penalty is an incentive.
Otherwise, and therefore this is totally constitutional.
She's arguing here, although she didn't say it in this many words, but she's arguing that Judge Vincent in Pensacola had no idea what he's talking about.
Uh in ruling the commerce clause uh does not allow the feds to make us buy things.
Mm-hmm.
That right.
The death penalty is an incentive.
Every penalty is an incentive.
It's not punishment.
There's no punishment here.
Uh yeah, hockey players go to the incentive box.
There's no there's no penalty box.
That's for some of you in Houston, that's your Congress babe, Sheila Jackson Lee.
Our cameras and microphones are always there whenever she is.
Also, I'm sure you're aware that uh nutritionist at large, Michelle Obama is urging, demanding, advocating, requiring what everybody can and can't eat.
She's demanding that everybody basically eat cardboard and tofu.
No calories, no fat, no nothing, gonna stop obesity.
Except as in the case of all leftists, that's true for you, but not for them.
Michelle My Bell minus the husband took the kids out to Vale on a ski vacation, and they were spotted eating.
And they were feasting on ribs, ribs that were 1,575 calories per serving with 141 grams of fat per serving.
Now, I'm sure some of you, members of the new Castrati, this is this is typical about what you do, Mr. Limbo, you take an isolated once-in-a-lifetime experience and try to say that Tita hypocrite.
That she is a hypocrite.
Leaders are supposed to be leaders.
If we're supposed to go out and eat nothing, if we're supposed to eat roots and berries and tree bark, and so show us how.
And if it's supposed to make us fit, if it's supposed to make us healthier, show us how.
The problem is, and dare I say this, it doesn't look like Michelle Obama follows her own nutritionary dietary advice.
And then we hear that she's out eating ribs at 1,500 calories of serving with 141 grams of fat percent.
Yeah, it does.
Maybe what do I mean?
Does it do what is it uh does I'm I'm trying no, I'm trying to I'm trying to say that our first lady does not project the image of women that you might see on the cover of the sports illustrated swimsuit issue uh or of a woman Alex Rodriguez might date every six months or what have you.
I mean, women are under constant pressure to look lithe and you know uh And and Michelle My Bell's out there saying if you eat the roots and the tree bark and the berries and all this cardboard stuff, you'll live longer, be healthier, and you won't be obese.
Okay, fine, show us.
Haven't seen any evidence here that the uh if that advice is being followed that it works.
That's all.
It's just look at folks, leaders lead.
They can sit up there, they can demand we do this and demand we do this, and demand we do that, but show us.
Poor kids are living in food deserts.
Parents are unemployed, kids got no place to go other than the mall.
Hang around for scraps at the Orange Julius Place, maybe get some papaya juice out there, and then they hear about Michelle, my bell, and the kids.
1,500 calories per rib serving, 141 grams of fat.
is saying, mom and dad unemployed, kids in the food court hoping for some drips And there they are, eating ribs, skiing in veil.
Bill Clinton.
Folks, you're not gonna believe these next two stories.
And by the same in fact, I must warn you.
I'm gonna take a commercial time out here to get started.
We come back.
There's a story.
Many of you have children out of school today.
Uh in Wisconsin, not by any normal schedule.
Others at spring break or teachers' meeting or whatever, the next couple of stories you might want to uh turn down the audio so that your children don't hear it.
We don't engage in shock value here at the EIB network.
We warn you when these items of questionable subject matter are coming up and give you a chance to tune out, which we will do.
Uh both stories coming up.
One only one of them is of the questionable taste variety.
It's a legitimate news story, however.
Uh, and we'll give you the apt warning when we come back from our first obscene profit timeout.
Right after this.
Don't go away.
Serving humanity, executing assigned host duties flawlessly, zero mistakes.
Rush Limbaugh, half my brain tied behind my back just to make it fair.
Hey, a couple emails.
Why do you persist in making fun of Sheila Jackson Lee?
You know, Rush, that she's right.
Ultimately, it is a good thing that you have health insurance.
So therefore the penalty is not a penalty.
Folks, you start to worry me out there now, some of you.
Twenty-two years and say this is what what do I have to do here?
Uh if you do not buy health insurance under the now unconstitutional mandate, if you don't buy health insurance, you pay a penalty.
A fine enforced by the IRS, but you do not get health insurance.
If you choose not to buy it and opt for the fine instead, you don't have health insurance.
Therefore, Miss Jackson Lee does not understand that when you pay the penalty, you don't get any health insurance.
There's no incentive to the penalty.
Plain and simple.
We know the Muslim Brotherhood is attempting to take over Egypt.
It appears they might be trying to take over Libya.
Yeah.
Will the education brotherhood succeed in taking over Wisconsin?
Time will tell.
And we'll get to that in due course.
Former presidents Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush, Bush 41, get this now.
Will serve as honorary chairman of a new center at the University of Arizona that'll focus on civility in political debate.
This will be announced today by university officials.
The National Institute for Civil Discourse.
I kid you not.
The National Institute for Civil Discourse, a new institute established at the University of Arizona.
Nonpartisan Center for Debate, Research, Education, and Policy about Cility in public discourse will open today.
It was created in the aftermath of the January 8th shootings out there.
And the two honorary chairmen are Der Schlieckmeister, Bill Clinton, and George Bush 41.
The National Institute for Civil Discourse.
A nonpartisan, I get this now, a nonpartisan center for debate, research, education, and policy about civility.
They're going to be debating civility.
They are going to be researching civility.
They're going to be debating and researching civil education and policy.
Bill Clinton.
Who set up an office in the White House called the War Room?
He spent years smearing Ken Starr and others.
Is an honorary chairman of the National Institute for Civil Discourse.
And then there is this.
And this is uh this is the story.
Some of you just may not wish to hear this discussed.
You may not wish to hear your have your children exposed to this.
So I'm going to count down from five.
And if you are still listening after I count down from five and you are offended, the problem is all yours because you have been warned, and yet you are still listening.
So if you complain to the local station, the local program director, if you call the FCC, or what have you, you will be met with uh no sensitivity whatsoever because you have been warned.
So if you hang around here and are offended, that's your problem.
It's from the UK Daily Mail.
A virus spread, and this relates to Clinton, of course.
A virus spread during a Lewinsky is now the main cause of throat cancer in people under 50, not tobacco.
They say that this human virus spread during unprotected Lewinsky's is to blame for a disturbing rise in potentially deadly oral cancers in the last few decades.
Doctors have called for boys to be vaccinated against this thing, just like teenage girls, in order to stop the spread of the disease that is spread during Lewinsky's.
It's HPV.
Have you ever heard of this, Sturtley?
HPV, the human papillomavirus, now thought to be the main cause of throat cancer in people under 50.
Not tobacco.
Now, if you're still listening and your kids are out there, mommy, mommy, mommy, what's a whiskey?
What is the winsky?
That's your problem.
Uh, leave that up to you, moms and dads, to explain to your youngsters what is a Lewinsky.
I just try to keep the program above board.
Yes, Mr. Snurdley, you have a look of boys hardest hit.
Boys hardest.
You know, that's a I've I I actually have a couple stories in the stack here about some economic thing going on.
Women and minorities hardest hit.
You know, these people in the media understand, they know the cliches that attach themselves to their work and yet they still use them.
You know, Bill Clinton has inspired a lot more deaths than any talk show host has.
I mean, if we if stop and think about this now.
A virus spread by unprotected Lewinskys.
Who popularized them?
Who popularized Littleinski?
Who made it?
Hey, well, you know, Limbaugh, let me tell you something.
You know this because I said at the time, everybody agreed.
It all depends on how you define sex.
And uh I I told people that that anybody told Ken Starr that what a pervert you can star.
You ever seen a more perverted guy than that, tracing around me on this stuff, but I'll tell you there's no sex with a Lewinsky.
Everybody knows that.
You gotta have a couple things happen for there to be sex, and they didn't happen.
So everything's cool with Lewinsky's.
I mean, there was uh less of a stigma attached to them.
So apparently there's more and more of them going on out there, and now we find out they're the leading cause of throat cancer, not tobacco.
Poor Dawn's in there just Shaking her face.
My brother David is here in town, and uh uh let's say four of my five nephews and nieces are here, and he's wondering why did I bring them by today?
They are digging it.
They're in there loving David.
You don't have to write a column today, right?
You don't have to write a copy because it's president's day.
You didn't even need an excuse from the doctor.
You'd even need a fake doctor's note, not to have to work today.
We're here, ladies and that's the point.
These Monday holidays, only the important and relevant really matter.
There are, no, and we've got some audio of this coming up.
You probably heard by now there are doctors in Madison handing out phony sick notes to these uh protesting teachers.
How great.
How great it's gonna be to be a student in Wisconsin from now on.
I mean, you can you you you can you can hook as much school as you want and bring in a phony doctor's excuse, and who's gonna punish you?
You bring in a fake doctor's note, the teacher can't do anything to you because she used one herself or he right back after this.
Um we're gonna get the phone calls earlier than usual, probably sometime in this hour, so if you are on hold, sit tight, and uh we'll get to you.
Rush Limbaugh at 800-282-2882.
Email again L Rushbo at EIBNet.com.
This is um surprise me, it made me a little angry.
Shouldn't have made me mad.
I should have expected it.
It's from a website called Social Media Well, is it's examiner.com.
I'm might be the DC examiner, could be the San Francisco examiner, though I doubt it.
It's an examiner of somewhere, and there's a social media division of it.
The U.S. government is offering private intelligence companies contracts to create software to manage fake people on social media sites to create the illusion of consensus on controversial issues.
U.S. government software, I can summarized this.
U.S. government software is creating fake people on social networks to promote their own propaganda.
To make it look like these sites are dominated by young liberal skulls full of mush.
The contract calls for the development of persona management software, which would help the user create and manage a variety of distinct fake profiles online.
The job listing was discussed in recently leaked emails from the private security firm H. B. Gary after an attack by internet activists last week.
Now, according to the government contract, the software would protect the identity of government agencies by employing a number of false signals to convince users that the poster is in fact a real person, a single user, could manage unique background information and status updates for up to ten fake people from a single computer.
This this I don't know if this was part of the high-tech dinner agenda that Obama had last week with the guys from Google, Steve Jobs from Apple was there.
Uh obviously, this activity predates the dinner, so I I don't know if the dinner was about this or not.
But are you surprised at all?
Are you surprised that the look at look at half of these leftist losers hanging around their homes all day in their underwear, blogging, posting, commenting or what have you, and perhaps each of them in charge of ten different fake people?
Nothing is real, particularly and especially with people on the left.
There have been Obama people, you know, posters, people posting Obama comments, who were exposed as professionals, paid mercenary professionals, not ordinary average American people.
I folks, I I'm I'm I'm here to tell you that the media, uh, wherever you look, I don't care if it's books or television shows or movies, music, uh, internet, what have you.
I'm telling you, it is so Artificially balanced.
I should better say artificially out of balance.
Yeah, remember the uh what was her name?
Ellie Light.
This remember the name this Ellie Light was a woman who was writing letters to the editor of newspapers.
The same letter would show up in ten or twelve different newspapers about some issue of the day at the time.
The fraud and the fakery, the insincerity that animates the left knows no bounds.
Are you saying, Mr. Lumbeau, the people on the right do not fake it like I don't know.
I've never heard of that happening.
I know that most people where I live, nor I'm I'm in Littoreville.
We live in the real world.
And we don't want to win with fakery.
We don't want to win with imaginary majorities.
We want it to be genuine and real.
Now the left knows that they are a perpetual minority in terms of population, percentage of thinking in this country, and their objective that, but they control elements that make it appear as though they are the majority of thinking and people.
They control education, they control the media.
They control Hollywood.
And so it can make it look like pop culture, normal, every other aspect of life is dominated by people of liberal leftist persuasion.
When they're having to create fake people at places like Facebook and MyButt, and where whatever these places are, Twitter, fake people.
Fake friends, fake commenters, fake posters, fake bloggers.
This Ellie Light person was exposed almost exactly one year ago.
It was January in 2010.
So I just saw this story.
This is actually from a couple of days ago.
Uh included in this in the uh the contract, this is the uh the name of the company again is the private security firm, H.B. Gary, included in their leaked emails was a government proposal for the government contract.
The document describes how they would friend real people on Facebook as a way to convey government messages.
Here's what the document says.
Those names can be cross-referenced across Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, MyBut, wherever other social media services to collect information on each individual.
Once enough information's collected, this information can be used to gain access to these individual social circles.
Even the most restrictive and security conscious of persons can be exploited through the targeting and information reconnaissance phase, a person's hometown and has scrubbed will be revealed.
An adversary can create a classmates.com account at the same has scrubbed and year and find out people you went to high school with who don't have Facebook accounts, then create the account, send a friend request so that you think you're talking to somebody you went to school with that you haven't seen in a long time, maybe really weren't close with.
All of this is, it's all fake.
I So much of what passes for normalcy in this country, majority thought, majority thinking, leftism.
It's all fake.
It has to be drummed up, it has to be amplified.
To that end, friends' accounts can be compromised and used to post malicious material to a target's wall.
Speaking of Facebook, and when choosing to participate in social media, uh any number of tricks can be played, and people can be in charge of tentirely fake phony individuals.
So if you do spend time at blogs and you post comments or you read comments, you can maybe get into back and forth with some of the posters, ask them for knowing are you real?
Or are you one of the millions of fake Democrats and fake leftists bought and paid for by the regime?
Remember, it's the Obama administration doing this.
And why?
Why they have to create fake numbers, fake people.
Why do they have to manufacture people who don't exist?
Precisely because they believe.
Very few in terms of the majority population in the country, very few actually think the way they do.
They have to fake it.
They have to make themselves look like their mainstream when they're actually nothing but fringe.
An entire media wing who post on Twitter and Facebook for him.
They're from Moveon.org.
I mean, there's a there's a whole when I say a media wing, I'm talking about a brigade, a division.
Who knows how many people are out there working Facebook and Twitter each and every day.
For Obama.
Fake identities.
Fake people.
That's why, you know, Lenin called his um called his party the Bolsheviks.
That means big party.
But it was actually quite small.
And it's what we're dealing with here.
We're dealing with absolute false fake imagery.
Because that's that's all they can do to make themselves look legit.
All they can do to make themselves look like a majority because they aren't.
Truth is that majority of people are not them.
And disagree with them profoundly.
It just doesn't look like it because, as I say, every place you go in in academia, every movie theater you go to, every movie you watch practically, there are exceptions, of course.
Every television show doesn't matter.
Makes it look like the cool thing to do, cool thing to be, a way to be hip, a way to be relevant, a way to be the big quick, to be a leftist, be a Democrat, be a compassionate liberal.
Propaganda.
The way they make it look like they're huge, but they're not.
It's an amazing story.
Not the last time we'll be discussing it.
Quick time out, we'll grab some phone calls when we come back.
And in earnest, we might get started earlier, but I in in earnest at the top of the next hour, we'll delve deep into the latest what's going on in Wisconsin regarding the uh the Democrats, the teacher strike, and again let's extrapolate to the number of people in Wisconsin protesting against the governor.
I guarantee how many of those people are genuine fakes.
How much of that's been drummed up by people who really don't have any skin in the game?
They're just there because they've got time, it's a random mob, fun to be part of, or what have you.
Making it look like the vast majority of the American people oppose this extremist WICO governor and his party.
And the dangerous thing here is is that these rhino republicans, these moderates, these people who wring their hands and say, can't we all get?
I don't like to fight.
I didn't like only arguing.
They believe all this nonsense about the size and breadth and depth and scope of the left.
Dealing with actually Trump change in terms of real numbers.
Don't go away.
Okay, a couple of emails.
I checked them during the break.
People think I'm making this up just for the fun of it.
I am not.
The truth is that UK Daily Mail and the headline uh look, you all know what I mean by Lewinsky, right?
I'm just trying to.
Everybody knows what I mean.
All right.
Lewinskys are a bigger cause of throat cancer than tobacco.
That's scientific evidence.
No.
There is scientific evidence it's a virus.
It's called a human papillomavirus or papyoma.
Two L's in there.
Now thought to be the main cause of throat cancer in people under 50.
Not tobacco.
Lewinsky's.
Somebody said uh what's the uh what is the protected Lewinsky?
Now I don't want to go there, but there's such a thing.
All right, to the phones.
Who's up first?
Very important first caller can set the tone for the rest of the day and uh and other callers.
It's uh oh, Mark in Albany.
Great to have you on the program, sir.
Hello.
Hey, thanks, Russ.
Um just a side point, the whole social media story you just brought up with H. V. Gary.
Their primary client that they were pitching was uh Chamber of Commerce, the far right chamber of commerce.
So I just thought that uh a little bit of honesty on this show money.
Yeah, no, it's just this is a story they might be working in Chamber of Commerce in other ways as a consulting firm.
This job was for the regime.
This this job was for the administration, fake people.
In fact, my brother wrote a book citing a guy, Cass Sunstein, a well known communist professor of law, who has even advocated the infiltration of websites for propaganda purposes to aid administrations.
So this this I'm not making it up.
H. B. Gary might do other things too, but this was for the regime.
Okay, I'll uh I'll I'll look that up.
But I want to bring up I want to talk about it.
You don't have to look it up.
I just told you, I am the source authority.
You're a great entertainer as you make.
Thank you, and that too.
Hey, listen, I want to uh bring up Wisconsin a little bit because I think I finally found a tax raise that you love.
On Wisconsin, that's you know, I went to Southeast Missouri State youth for a semester, and that was the marching band's theme song, and I never understood it at Southeast Missouri.
What would you say about Wisconsin?
I think I found a tax tax raise you can love.
Um because essentially that's what's happening.
This governor saying I'm gonna raise taxes on these workers, on these people alone.
The government's gonna take more money out of their pocket, unilaterally, using uh you know, at the long end of a gun, or they lose their jobs.
Um and they're gonna pay more.
And what I wanted to know is all those years underneath Bush when uh the wars were exploding in our death suit, you were hugely anti-tax.
So so I'm wondering if in your world it's okay to raise taxes or take more money from the working person.
Their average salary is about fifty five thousand dollars a year.
Of course, the compensation number is larger than that, and that's the number you always talk about, but their average salary, their take-home pay, not even their take home pay, their pre-tax pay is about fifty-five thousand dollars a year.
You're fine with taking money from those people to balance the budget.
Wait a second.
You're not fine with taking a breath millionaires to balance the budget.
What's the problem?
Take a breath.
In the first place, there were no tax increases for the war in Iraq.
Bush did not raise anybody's taxes.
That's right.
All right, no.
And you didn't want them to.
Instead, you wanted to blow up the deficit and have these wars that we couldn't afford, according to you.
I mean, if they're not paid for, we can't afford them, right?
But that's fine to do when it's your pa project, but you are fine taking money away from people making the money.
You know, the we were hold on a second.
I this is where I lose you people.
You know, I I I really do.
We were attacked on nine eleven.
There are people who have sworn allegiance to people that want to wipe us out, including you, that want to kill us.
They are among us now.
They killed three thousand of our citizens, nearly three thousand people in one day.
The largest such attack on this country ever.
And you want to look at this as a tax and a budget issue, and you want to compare this to something going on in Wisconsin which has a requirement by law that their bullet budget be balanced.
And there they can they can they can identify what it is that they need to do to start getting that budget in balance, and it doesn't involve anything other than making people pay a little bit for what taxpayers are giving them in total now.
There's no there there's literally no comparison or common ground to whatever you want to talk about with taxes and the wars, Afghanistan or Iraq.
This is a state issue being meddled in by the president of the United States whose business it is not by virtue of the Constitution.
We have people in Wisconsin who are making twice your average uh private sector salary 55 grand being paid by those people making fifty-five grand.
Their retirement's being paid for in total, their health care is being paid for.
They face being laid off because the state doesn't have the money and can't pay them, or paying a Little bit more toward their own benefits.
Imagine that.
You go on vacation and you pay for it.
You go buy a quart of milk and you pay for it.
I know it's a strange concept to a lot of freeloading leftists.
But that's what's on the table here.
And you are damn right.
I'm the biggest supporter of individual responsibility you're ever gonna find.
If I want it, I pay for it.
I don't accept freebies.
I don't want the obligation.
And I think everybody ought to pay for what they want.
What they need, needs, and wants are two different things, but if you want it, why should somebody else pay for what you want?
What gives you the right or any of these teachers?
I know, I know the caller wants to equate what's going on in Wisconsin with raising somebody's taxes, not raising anybody's taxes, but so what if we were?
Isn't that what the left wants to do?
They're raising taxes everywhere in Illinois, like that's gonna help.
He should be happy if he looks at this as a tax increase.
Support it.
Be consistent.
