Time Text
Welcome to today's edition of the Rush 247 podcast.
And greetings to you, music lovers, thrill seekers, conversationalists all across the fruited plain.
I Hamrush Limboy.
And as I said yesterday, we're going to do open line Friday on Wednesday today.
Because I'm not going to be here tomorrow or Friday.
Mark Stein will be here.
Our telephone number, if you want to be on the program, is 800-282-2882.
And the email address, L Rushball at EIBNet.com.
You know, this is not funny here, folks.
This is not funny.
This is a story from the Daily Herald, something somewhere.
It's out of San Carlos, California.
Here's the headline.
California warehouse fire begins in Neil Young's car.
A fire at a San Francisco Bay Area warehouse where singer songwriter rock and roll supercrooner Neil Young stored memorabilia started in a vintage car.
The singer had converted into a hybrid vehicle in a much publicized project to promote fuel efficiency.
I got a lot of emails on this people laughing.
Nothing funny here, folks.
This is tragic.
Think of all the CO2 that was belched into the atmosphere due to this fire.
And Neil Young, I mean, driving around a coal-fired car.
This is the um this is the giant mystery here.
He had turned a 5,000 pound 1959 Lincoln Continental and converted it to a coal-powered car.
What do you mean, Mr. Limbaugh?
What do you mean?
Coal power car is not coal power, it's a hybrid.
That's exactly right.
It was a battery.
And what's going to power the battery that gets charged up in any of these electrics is coal.
So you can say these hybrids are coal-fired cars, coal-powered cars.
Poor Neil Young.
But you know, it's still uh battery-powered cars are coal burning cars.
Black, grimy, dirty coal is the primary fuel for green, pristine electric cars and hybrids that can be plugged into an electrical socket.
But Neil Young, like me is an old man, has a heart of gold, however.
But he did find out that it isn't only love that can break your heart.
It's coal.
Electric car should have been left unplugged.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's not funny.
People around the people who said, by the way, no, it's not funny, Snurley.
It's a very tragic thing.
And it's very well, because it's it's it's it's a it's it's very instructive.
If you're gonna if we're gonna have a fleet of coal-fired cars.
Coal-fired cars.
Speaking of that, uh folks, you know, it it it is, and I've said this before, it's just too easy.
The American left and the media is simply uh out of its mind over my characterization of the Obama presidency as graffiti on the walls of history.
They're claiming that this is not even well-disguised race baiting.
And they're claiming that it's race baiting for two reasons.
A only blacks write graffiti.
Now that's palpably untrue.
Graffiti is an art form uh that has been popularized by the poor, regardless of their skin color.
The other reason they're upset over this is because they uh referred to Obama and his gang.
And so they're assuming that I am in a making a racial comment here.
And then they didn't like what uh what Michelle put on our website, a graphic designer or website art depicting this Obama uh as graffiti on uh Mount Rushmore.
Uh it didn't like that.
It's too easy.
It's too easy.
You know, there uh uh Brian Maloney, radio equalizer, is right.
They're just waiting.
He thinks they have a bounty on me.
Whoever it is is gonna be made a lot of money if they come up with the way to get me, quote unquote, fired or or off the air.
And they're upset about this Kleiburn business, is driving Miss Nancy that still has them over the moon.
They still can't figure this out.
And and I have been borne out as accurate about this.
This Congressional Black Caucus is withholding its support of Pelosi, placing Cleiburn in this makeup leadership position in number three.
There with all they want to make sure they're not using the word, but they want to make sure it's not a token.
Appointment.
We got the audio sound bites here.
What's what's what's wrong with gangs?
I mean, for crying out loud, you got the Russian gangs, you got Greek gangs, you've got Italian gang, got Irish gangs.
Well, somehow Obama's gang.
I just, I don't know, folks.
I love it.
And and do you realize did you realize today how miserable the American left is over Bristol Palin, making the finals of dancing with the stars.
They're miserable because well, stop and think about it, Snerdley.
Half of the half of the reason that you make the finals on this show is because the public votes.
Now, Sarah Palin or Bristol Palin and her partner have gotten the lowest scores every week of any of the contestants, and yet they are in the finals.
And the reason they're in the finals is because America is voting for Bristol Palin.
And the left is miserable.
They're not fit to be tied over this.
You ought to see it in the entertainment stories of newspapers and websites.
She's a horrible dancer.
She can't dance.
Really qualified dancers have been thrown up.
Brandy.
Brandy got thrown off the show last night.
Could not believe it.
She's been getting tens.
She has been getting tens for the last two to three weeks.
But she didn't make it because the public is voting for Bristol Palin.
It's not Sarah Palin.
They're voting for Bristol Palin.
And Sarah's in the audience.
What the reason they're upset is because they have done their best to make this Palin family, persona non grata.
They've tried to trash it, uh, besmirch it, impugn it, and the the American public is now in mass voting for Bristol Palin.
She's in the finals.
She's one of three couples.
It'll be in the finals on Monday night.
They're just they're they're fit to be tied.
You can read about this.
You can read it.
Entertainment sections of newspapers on websites today.
I love it.
Uh here's Cheney.
Listen, Cheney's at the Cheney's at the Bush Library groundbreaking yesterday.
In Dallas, he said this.
The George W. Bush presidential center isn't much to look at just yet.
But the workers are ready.
Construction will move fast after today's groundbreaking.
This may be the only shovel ready project in America.
The only shovel-ready project in America.
I mean, everything that these people stand for just they're having it rammed right down their throats, starting with the election.
I mean, they have staked their happiness, their success, their identity on being able to destroy people like Sarah Palin and her family and me.
And Cheney.
And we're surviving and we're laughing.
And we are happy.
And that bugs them too.
That bugs them too.
Uh S. E. Cup, columnist extraordinaire, New York Daily News has a piece on that very subject today.
The left is miserable because Bristol Palin's happy.
Because Sarah Palin's happy.
Because they're enjoying life as Americans.
Remember, you're not supposed to do that when there's any misery out there.
Happiness is unfair.
We are all supposed to be miserable.
Now let's let's let's go to the audio sound bites here, and we're gonna go to uh MSNBC Sergeant Schultz's show.
I read the transcript of the soundbite.
I haven't yet heard it.
I read the transcript, and I'm scratching my head and as they really are just plain dumb.
It's no more complicated than that.
It's like Reagan Said.
Reagan once said there aren't complex solutions.
The solutions are problems very simple.
They're just hard.
Well, it's not complex to understand why the left is where it is or why MSNBC is where it is.
It's they're just no other word for it.
I mean, you could say you'd be polite, say ignorant, but it's worse.
It's not that they just it's not that they don't know.
It's not that they're not informed.
It's just we're talking.
You know, the IQ meter here.
I mean, I feel uncomfortable saying this.
Listen to this sound by Sheila Jackson Lee.
Now remember, Sheila Jackson Lee, she took over from Mika Leland, who was killed in a plane crash in uh in Ethiopia.
She's a Congresswoman from Texas, and when the Mars rover was uh what was running around on the surface of Mars, she was there at NASA headquarters, said, Will the thing go over to where the astronauts left the flag?
Now, astronauts have not been to Mars.
There is no astronaut planted flag on Mars.
It happens to be on the moon.
The Mars rover was on, it's kind of like Al Gore walking into uh a museum and pointing at whoo-hoo, who is that?
Uh, that's Benjamin Franklin, Mr. Mice President.
Well, whoo, who, who is that?
That's Thomas Jefferson.
Um, Mr. Vice President.
Um Antecello.
Thomas Jefferson's house.
Who is that?
Thomas Jefferson.
So here you go.
Sergeant Schultz on his show last night, talking about me, of course, and this ethnic slur of racism.
Uh, with the driving Miss Nancy.
And now they're they are convinced here that calling Sergeant Schultz Sergeant Schultz is an ethnic slur.
Yes, my friends.
Here's the soundbite.
Sergeant Schultz says to Sheila Jackson Lee, there's no question a limbaugh has targeted you.
Jim Clyburn's been deplorable, been despicable.
Whatever adjective you want to use.
You've been called a Sergeant Schultz.
I don't know that to be your name.
You have uh a name that may be ethnically connected to being a sergeant.
I'm not sure what that is, but I find that insulting as well.
I would say to Rush Limbaugh's listeners, we all have distinctive diction, have accents, there are southern accents, they're midwestern accents, their accents that indicate that you may have been an immigrant.
I frankly find the take on various vernacular as absolutely outrageous.
Folks, I can't keep a straight face.
She's, I frankly find the take on various vernacular as absolutely outrageous.
I play it again.
Sam, I mean, listen to this.
If you can make sense of it, help me out here.
Um what she's saying is I don't know what he's talking about.
I don't know what he means calling you Sergeant Schultz, but I don't like it.
It's absolutely outrageous the vernacular Limboy is using.
And I frankly find the take on various vernacular as absolutely outrageous.
Here's another quote from Sheila Jackson Lee.
She said it this year.
Victory had been achieved by the United States and Vietnam.
She went on to state, today, we have two Vietnams side by side, north and south, exchanging and working.
So.
Side by side, north and south, two Vietnams exchanging and working.
She doesn't get the Sergeant Schultz business.
Somehow this is outrageous vernacular.
How would you describe this?
Other than hilarious.
She's an elected member of Congress.
She's a member of the Democrat Party, which, of course, Fox is a criminal enterprise, simply disguised as a political party.
Take a look at the GMIPO if you have any doubts about that.
That's what I'm trying to tell you, Snerdley.
I don't know how to describe this.
But so Sergeant Schultz.
How many I mean ethnically vernacular challenged or whatever this she's upset about.
Now let's move on.
Because, you know, the charge of racism, blatant racism, race baiting has been made against me.
Ah, because of the Obama presidency being graffiti on the walls of American history.
I don't think she's she must not have ever seen Hogan's Heroes.
I I, for the life of me.
Umbe she'd have a TV growing up.
I I I don't know.
Uh whatever, it's insulting.
It has to be since I'm calling him Sergeant Schultz, and it has to be, it has to be insult insulting.
It's a throwaway.
It's not even that creative.
Frankly, I'm a little embarrassed, it's all I can come up with.
But uh, nevertheless, uh they're all upset here over the uh driving Miss Nancy comment and the graffiti on the walls of American history.
Now, what was the driving mancy thing all about?
Martin Frost goes on in the MSNBC says, look, it's about a car.
If you had a leadership in a car to driver, you know, a lot of perks, Stenny Hoyer, rich white guy, number two.
He was in the you know in a race with the Jim Clyburn, who was the majority whip, who did a good job.
You know, and I've said this throughout from a Democrat standpoint, Clyburn did a good job as majority whip.
And I said, but this is a Democrat Party.
It's clear who's gonna win this.
Before the vote, we know Stenny Hoyer is gonna be the guy.
There's no doubt, and it's turned out that was the way it happened.
And to smooth it over, they've created a leadership position for Kleiburn.
With the car driver and the perks.
But the Congressional Black Caucus is not certain that this is kosher.
We have uh we have a montage here.
We have Clyburn, Emmanuel Cleaver, and Barbara Lee discussing this new position.
We got to see exactly what uh their portfolio is for this number three position.
We don't know exactly what Jim Clyburn's portfolio would look like.
You want to make sure that the portfolio is what it should be.
And I translate this for you.
We want to make sure that this is not just a token gig.
Want to make sure he's actually being given something meaningful here.
Last night on CNN, Barbara Lee appeared.
John King questioned House Democrats supposed to meet tomorrow to move on your leadership congressional black caucus on the question of whether Nancy Pelosi is to stay on as your leader.
Would you like a change?
As we speak, we're discussing with uh Speaker Pelosi the entire leadership team.
What makes sense in terms of moving forward to ensure that uh jobs are created for the country and that the economic recovery becomes realistic?
Sounds to me like they're not happy with the leadership of the Democrat Party.
Sounds to me like they're worried here that they're being aced out of things.
Did I not call this?
I did 100% right on the bullseye.
I'm trying to figure out, uh, ladies and gentlemen, why Sergeant Schultz would be insulting.
And the only thing I can come up with, uh on the show Hogan's Heroes, Sergeant Schultz secretly liked America.
Sergeant Schultz secretly liked the American prisoners in Hogan's Heroes.
Now that may be something an American leftist would not like, somebody liked America.
Just amazing.
Uh this is a piece from Greg Sargent at the uh at the Washington Post.
It's a blog called a plumb line.
And for all of those of you who said, all of you, you moderate centrist so-called conservative Republicans, all of you people say we should have crossed the aisle.
All of you who said we need to uh abandon Reagan.
The era of Reagan is Over.
We need a new definition of conservatism.
For those of you who said that we need to work with Obama.
Headline of Sergeant's Peace, Rom Colin, I never believed in bipartisanship.
Is the left's enduring caricature of Rom Emanuel's the primary advocate for the White House feudal, self-damaging quest for bipartisanship all wrong in a new book?
Rom Emanuel claims he privately argued to Obama he should not pursue bipartisan support for health reform because it would take too much time, instead insisting that the lesson of Clinton's failure to pass reform was that it was imperative to put a premium on getting it done quickly.
That cuts strongly against the image of Ram Emanuel as the chief internal advocate of the White House strategy of deal making and accommodation with the Republicans.
Now this is exactly who we thought he was and who Obama was.
And by the way, there was no working Republicans on the health bill.
Obama made not one effort to get any Republican signed on to his health care bill.
So here's Rahm Emanuel saying in this is the Richard Wolf book, I believe.
I never believed in bipartisanship, which is exactly what we've always known.
The Democrats don't believe in bipartisan bipartisanship to them means we cave on our core beliefs.
We forget what we want.
We forget what we believe in and agree with them.
That's what they define as bipartisanship.
So for all of you squishy, mishy mouthy centrist Republicans, learn it, love it, live it.
They had no desire to work with you.
By the way, folks, this Ron, the manual revelation here in uh in Richard Wolfe's book.
This is not insignificant.
Remember now, we during this campaign and even after Obama's immaculation, the Republicans were obsessed with this notion to work with the guy.
We had to work, we went to cross the aisle.
We had to make sure the first black president, historical nature, we're gonna work with a guy.
And it was never going, they they never do compromise it.
This bipartisanship is a ruse, and here's Emmanuel admitting in the book that he never believed in it.
And it was a false image.
It was uh uh you know an illusion they were trying to create.
Obama set the tone for all of this.
Remember, I won when the Republicans at a leadership meeting proposed some idea on tax revenue to help with the uh economy to jumpstart it.
Obama, time and time again, has said uh Republicans and the ones who said no, the party of no.
All lies.
When's my next opinion audit due?
This ought to send me skyrocketing up there.
This is huge.
I was the one guy who had it right from day one about who these people are because I understand liberals.
You know what's happening today?
I'm getting I'm getting email text messages from people who should know better, who are acting all shocked and outraged over the General Motors IPO and how the taxpayers aren't gonna get paid back, they're never gonna see anything of what they lent General Motors.
And I read this stuff and I'm incredulous.
Did they think otherwise?
How many of you thought the taxpayers are gonna get paid back?
And by the way, what does that even mean?
When are you gonna the taxpayers being paid back?
You're gonna get a check?
Are we gonna get a check?
General Motors paying back what we so-called lent them.
This is I I still have a lot of work to do.
I know we have a lot of people on our side who are uh imbued with the um personality characteristic of wanting to assign to people the best of intentions.
But these are liberals for crying out loud.
It's essentially, you know, the Democrat Party's a criminal enterprise disguised as a political party.
We know what the GM bailout, Chrysler bailout was to give the unions ownership to protect their health care benefits.
The true investors in Chrysler, for example, got hosed.
And Obama told them that they were being childish.
Taxpayers paid back, and certain people are not going to be allowed to get in the IPO, and the IPO share price is false and inflated.
Of course it is.
It's an insider's game.
Sometimes I'm shocked.
Sometimes I actually think I'm the only smart guy left.
Or that's not the way to put it.
I'm the only guy not susceptible to the fact that they might be doing something right.
They might be doing something for the good of the country.
They might actually have best intentions.
And I I do feel like a a lone wolf.
It's like a waste of time.
Even reply to this stuff.
But I do, because I, ladies and gentlemen, am a nice guy.
Look, all of this, this bipartisanship that's working together, it's all phony.
The question should always be what do the American people want?
Obama didn't care what the American people want when it comes to health care or anything else.
Cap and trade doesn't care about that.
This this party, this this uh administration regime and governing against the will of the people from the moment it was immaculated.
Obama, Emmanuel, they didn't care what the American people wanted.
In fact, it's in spite of the American people this stuff gets done.
I mean, you, we, the people, we are obstacles just as much as the as the Democrats are.
Staying on the financial side of things from the business insider analysis of weekly unemployment data and covered employees shows that nearly six million benefits paying jobs have vanished in one year.
There's my favorite word benefits again.
Weekly, an analysis of weekly unemployment data show that six million benefits paying jobs have vanished in one year.
Of course, they say it's uh it's a covered employee.
The exact meaning of a covered employee varies slightly, state to state, but not by much.
In simple terms, it means one is eligible for unemployment insurance benefits.
And by the above interpretation, and here is that interpretation, most states exclude the self-employed, commission-based employment, such as real estate agents, uh those in student training programs, academic hospital internships, employment by churches or religious organizations, and rehab programs.
Self-employed individuals must pay into unemployment insurance programs.
However, the self-employed are not eligible for the benefits.
They have to pay in, but they aren't eligible because they're self-employed.
So by the above interpretation, it is safe to conclude that 5,977,844 jobs totally vanished, not just benefit-paying jobs.
The only way that can't be true is if there was a sudden shocking increase in the number of real estate agents, church hiring, or close to six million people all of a sudden decided to go into business for themselves, which we know didn't happen.
And this from uh CNN Money.com, unemployed Americans have collected 319 billion dollars in jobless benefits.
There's that word again, over the past three years due to the federal government's unprecedented response to the Great Recession.
I've that they actually write those words here in the CNN story, the Great Recession with caps.
Capital G, Capital R, Great Recession.
The cost of such benefits will be central to the heated debate in Congress in coming weeks over whether to extend this safety net for the fifth time.
Lawmakers must act by what?
Uh November, the November 30th, or two million people will start losing extended benefits next month.
There's that word benefits again.
Unemployment benefits.
You gotta arrange your life to get your benefits.
You gotta get benefits.
Businesses are usually hit with higher unemployment tax rates for several years after a recession in order to refill both state accounts and the Federal Trust Fund, which provides loans to states and pays a portion of the extended benefits.
Taxpayers have had to advance the Federal Trust Fund $39 billion that'll have to be repaid by employers in coming months.
The rising unemployment taxes make some employers think twice about expanding their payrolls.
So it's almost a catch-22.
Business taxes have to go up to pay for these benefits, and when taxes go up, they don't hire anybody.
Well, that's the cost of unemployment.
but So I say a catch 22.
Brief timeout here, my friends.
It is open line Friday on Wednesday, and as such, uh, we will try to get the phone calls a little sooner today than we normally otherwise do.
I knew it, my friends.
I knew it, the hapless Contessa Brewer.
On MSNBC just now, sobbing and whining and moaning about the fact that Bristol Palin was victorious on dancing with the stars last night.
She's alleging a conspiracy.
The hapless Contessa Brewer says that you Tea Party people are jamming the lines of other contestants, such as Brandies, so that she can't receive votes.
And in this way, cheating is occurring.
The Tea Party is cheating, sabotaging other contestants.
Look it.
The truth of the matter is, the Tea Party, if they're doing anything, is too busy voting for Bristol Palin to tie up anybody else's phone lines.
I I told you, I I was watching, I watched um Catherine and I watched this last night.
And I told her, I said, this this you wait, this is going to be all over the news tomorrow.
This is going to have them livid.
This is gonna make them ticked off like they can't believe it.
And it's happening.
Yeah, I watched it.
Damn right I watched it.
I yeah, damn right I watched.
I even voted.
I even voted on my damn straight I watched it.
I've I've formed an opinion about this show.
It is as a television show.
It is brilliantly produced.
I mean, it is it's a live television show, and it is really well produced.
And you take a look at now I'm gonna make something here.
There's life lessons in this show.
Here's Bristol Palin.
Who is she?
She's a single mom for crying out loud.
She did not ask McCain to pick her mother.
She, as the daughter of Sarah Palin, and as she's had to deal with this publicity hungry jerk, Levi, whatever his name is.
She's been thrust into this, not something she asked for.
She's not whining about it.
She she's offered this position on this show.
She doesn't have the slightest idea how to dance.
But she decides to do it.
And this this show's got 20, 25 million viewers, almost as many listeners as this show has.
And she's out there doing something she's got no clue how to do.
She's subjecting herself to mass humiliation.
Potentially mass humiliation.
If she gets voted off the first week, if she can't dance, if she looked, and the judges have not been very complimentary to her.
The first night the show's on, her mom gets booed by the audience.
Yeah, Sarah Palin's in the audience got booed when her name is mentioned.
Everybody seems embarrassed about that on the production side of the program.
The judges, these people can be brutal.
Ask Michael Bolton.
He got kicked off the fee.
He was the first one kicked off.
He almost started crying, demanding an apology from one of the judges.
My point here is that she didn't ask for any of this.
She accepted the challenge.
She's doing it.
She's having her world turned upside down.
Now just look at now.
This she did ask for.
She's willing to put herself out there.
And she's in the finals.
And the left can't stand it.
The left can't stand this.
And her mother's TV show on TLC is getting higher ratings than any cable news network show.
They can't stand it.
And throughout all of this character assassination, throughout every attempt to destroy this family, including having a reporter rent the house next to theirs in Wasilla to do a hit piece.
They're laughing.
They're smiling, and they're having a good time.
They're enjoying life as Alaskans, and as America just ticks them off to no end.
And that's that's what makes it enjoyable.
You know, Thanksgiving's a great American holiday.
I'm for the first time in my life, I'm getting Thanksgiving cards.
Have you ever received a Thanksgiving card like a Christmas card?
I'm getting Thanksgiving cards.
Now, what would be nice is if I were getting Thanksgiving flowers.
Do you know you can give Thanksgiving flowers?
Great time Thanksgiving is.
And ProFlowers has the ideal selection for you.
12 autumn roses.
We had them right here.
They got a bunch shipped in um well, actually late last week, and they're they're still blooming.
Twelve autumn roses, just 1999 plus the free glass vase, or you can upgrade to 18 autumn roses with an elegant bronze vase, just ten dollars more, so it'd be 2999.
They are yellow, orange, and red roses, make a great Thanksgiving centerpiece.
They deliver anywhere in the U.S. Flowers are guaranteed fresh for seven days.
They smell terrific and last for a long time.
And the supplies obviously limited here.
Uh the only way to get this special Autumn Rose Deal, 800 PRO flowers and mention rush, or go Proflowers.com and click on the microphone, type in Rush.
Proflowers.com, click on the microphone, enter rush.
If you order now, they will arrive before Thanksgiving, so you can enjoy them for the uh long weekend.
I really I'm giving Thanksgiving cards.
Never in my life have I gotten things.
Now they are from law firms, but it's still Miami.
Let's go to the phones.
Fred, uh great to have you on the program, sir.
Hello.
Russ and it is great to be here, man.
I tell you it's a double honor today.
I got the famous Nerdley and you.
I've been calling you for ten years.
What a treat for you.
Amazing.
And I did it on a Wednesday.
Russia, I I had two things I wanted to tell you about.
Um one of them, you're on Bristol Palin.
And I see a corollary in that to our our last elections and our the recent thing we're in.
All right.
And that the judges uh picked the winners.
They thought who they they thought should win.
But the people who voted for who they wanted.
And they're telling judges, this is what we want.
You need to listen to us.
Uh they simply got outvoted at the polls, if you will.
And you know, the Washington elite for a long time is picking winners and losers.
Who gets to stand for election?
And this time for the and I I first voted for Reagan in 80.
Uh for the first time, people stood up and said, No, this is who we want.
Uh, you're gonna give us our people.
And then we'll tell you how it's gonna be.
The second thing I want to say was about TSA and profiling.
Yeah.
I want to get that Bristol thing out.
Um TSA and profiling, Rush.
Uh, we should profile.
The Israelis have done it for years.
They they've got it down to the science.
They don't care if it bothers anybody.
Uh they just do it.
We do profile.
Well, we we do, but we don't.
Yes, we do.
Yes, we do.
80-year-old women, nuns, priests, damn right we profile.
You can't tell me we don't.
Well, you yeah, but we we don't profile the right people the right way for the right behaviors.
You know, somebody somebody at the Transportation Safety Authority or Secure, whatever TSA said, I wish we'd have had a chance to pat down the Times Square bomber.
Well, yeah, okay, go go over to wherever he boarded, where'd he board the plane?
Luxembourg, Austria, where do you go over there and do it?
That's where he boarded the plane again, the shoe bomber.
I don't know, I forget who it is, but um as to the uh the the Bristol Taylor analogy here with uh uh judges, I think what the guy's saying is we got the elites, the judges, they equal the media and Washington, and we get the people.
And the people are voting Bristol Palin.
The judges and Bristol Palin is finishing last.
Now, uh, folks, uh she's not the best dancer on the show.
She's nowhere near the best dancer on the show.
And when she when she was voted in last night, one dancer and one judge made a point Of pointing out that the public can vote.
One judge said he was shocked, but that's the way the show goes.
Because the public can vote.
The public has 50% of the judging, and the judges have 50%.
So she's not the best dancer, there's no question, but she's likable.
Yeah, I mean, you can come up with your own theory as to why she's getting voted on by the public.
I have mine, you can come up with yours.
Um it is what it is.
And I'm sure there were a lot of people.
This is another reason why the left is ticked.
This is probably the one time in their lives the left cares about merit.
I mean, if if if if the left were being consistent, uh they ought to be supporting Bristol Palin because she's a woman and she's been discriminated against.
She's done that we've been experienced.
She should be uh affirmative action for her.
She should be in the finals.
But now, all of a sudden the left cares about merit for the first time in their lives.
So they're they're just hypocrites all over the place on this.
And they're miserable.
Some emails say, Rush, why are you in so good mood today?
Because the left is miserable today.
That's why I've rushed you take happiness from other people.
Damn right I do when it's these people.
