Time Text
The views expressed by the host on this show make more sense than anything.
Anyone else out there happens to be saying?
Because the view is expressed by the host on this program, now documented to be almost always right ninety-nine point six percent of the time.
Great to have you here on the Excellence in Broadcasting Network.
So we uh just about missed this advisory from the uh from the Associated Press.
Saw it yesterday.
AP Standards Center issues staff advisory on covering the New York City Mosque.
This is AP sending out a memo to uh all of its uh employees as to how to cover the New York City Mosque story.
Associated Press deputy managing editor for standards and production, Tom Kent sent the following note to the staff about covering a New York City Mosque story, and then discussed the guidance and reaction on a Facebook entry headlined behind the news describing the proposed NYC mosque.
The advisory went out on August 19th.
Dear colleagues, comma.
Here is guidance on covering the New York City Mosque story with assists from Chad Rodemeyer in the New York City Bureau and Terry Hunt in Washington.
One, we should continue to avoid the phrase ground zero mosque or mosque at ground zero on all platforms.
We've very rarely used this wording except in slugs, though we sometimes see other news sources using the term.
The site of the proposed Islamic center and mosque is not at ground zero, but two blocks away in a busy commercial area.
We should continue to say it's near ground zero or two blocks away.
Now the building site is less than two football fields.
From where the World Trade Center once stood, landing gear and part of the fuselage of the terrorist hijacked United Flight 175 crashed through the roof of this building, which is why the current buyers are able to snatch it up for four million dollars when its pre-911 price was 18 million dollars.
By any reasonable definition, it is part of ground zero.
But the AP style book, essentially, the advisory says it could no longer be called or will not be called the uh ground zero mosque or the mosque at ground zero.
It is to be called the uh New York City uh Islamic Center and Mosque.
Now let's let's put the question this way.
We're polling people on the mosque at ground zero.
What if the question were this?
Do Muslims have the right to rub our faces in 9-11?
Of course, under our constitution they do.
Under the terms of our Constitution, they have the right to rub our noses and faces in it.
But is rubbing our nose and face in 9-11 the sensitive thing to do?
The bridge-building thing to do.
Of course not.
Now there's this guy out there named Fred Phelps.
Fred Phelps protests at military funerals.
He's the guy with the God hates fags sign.
Runs around with that sign.
His family and lawyer friends protest military funerals.
They run the Westboro Baptist Church.
Now we know that Phelps and his Westboro gang have the right to free speech.
But does Obama believe that they should hold up signs celebrating the death of soldiers at the soldiers' funeral?
They have the right to.
But would Obama or Bloomberg support that?
Of course, the ACLU is going to defend the right of the Moslems to build a mosque there, but and the ACLU defends the right, Fred Phelps and his gang to hold up signs celebrating the death of soldiers.
But would Mr. Obama?
Would Nancy Pelosi with Mayor Bloomberg?
We know that Jody Evans.
Where did I put this?
Jody Evans, Code Pink, said to one of the uh mother of a son that was killed in Iraq.
Your son deserved to die for being stupid enough to go.
And she's headlining a fundraiser for Jerry Brown.
Your son deserved to die to right with stupid enough to go in Bush's war.
Jodie Evans is a major bundler of campaign donations for Obama.
Now, is certainly she's got the right to say that.
But is it the right thing to do?
Would Obama support?
I mean, he takes money from Jodie Evans at Code Pink.
Would Obama think that it's wise to support Jody Evans and saying to the parents of fallen heroes in Iraq, your kid deserve to die.
Stupid enough to go to Iraq.
So maybe it's the wording here.
And maybe, maybe for those of you in the media, maybe for you to better understand how Americans feel, they think building a mosque is essentially having their face rubbed in it.
Well, our Constitution grants them the right to rub our face in it.
But is that something that our government wants to support.
The position here that the anti-Mosque people is not unreasonable.
It's in fact totally understandable.
But look at how it's being portrayed.
The wife of the Imam, what's her name, Daisi Khan, is uh is saying that this reaction, the opposition to the mosque goes beyond Islamophobia.
Oh, speaking of which, speaking of which, there is a story in the stack here.
Yeah.
This is uh from an associated press, and you could tell when you're reading this, they're just ticked off.
The headline, Americans still associate Islam with violence.
The Fuhror over plans to build a Muslim cultural center near the World Trade Center.
All right, this guy followed the style book.
He didn't call it the Ground Zero Mosque.
Called it the Muslim Cultural Center near the World Trade Center.
Oh, and there's another I saw a story about this, and they referred to this mosque as being built near the area where the World Trade Center collapsed, quote unquote.
Did you see?
It just yet it just collapsed.
It was uh I I don't remember, maybe I I know I printed it out.
Ah!
Here it is.
Uh uh.
No, this is not it.
It was Wall Street Journal.
It's somewhere.
I've got it here somewhere.
Uh that uh it's yeah, that were the World Trade Center collapsed.
Collapsed.
You know, 2,700 people didn't die.
They were murdered.
The World Trade Center didn't collapse.
It was attacked.
There were two hijacked American jets flown into both buildings.
So a mosque near where the World Trade Center collapsed, where 2,700 people died, they were murdered.
So a furor over plans to build a Muslim cultural center near the World Trade Center site shows nine years of efforts to separate Islam from association with terrorism have largely failed.
Experts say.
I'd take it one step further, said Ariza Aslan, a writer and scholar on religion.
I'd say that it's far, far worse today than it was in the immediate aftermath of 9-11.
Well, now, why on earth would that be?
Why?
Why on earth?
Certainly 9-11 was the last time there's been any violence whatsoever associated with Muslims.
Really?
Why why why would the attitude be far worse?
Oh God, I forgot the the Fort Hood shooter.
Um I forgot the attempted uh uh terrorism at uh uh world uh the uh the Times Square.
Uh the fruit of Kaboom bomber, the underwear guy, uh Fort Dix Foiled Kennedy Airport plot.
There have been more attempts since 9-11.
9-11 was just the successful.
Well, I guess if Fort Hood was successful.
I mean, a lot of people died there.
A guy was shouting Allahu Akbar, only squeeze a trigger.
So uh, you know, I I don't understand why people would be surprised that this association associated Islam with violence is worse than 9-11.
It hasn't exactly abated.
Public opinion polls show more than 60% of Americans oppose building the proposed Muslim cultural center and mosque, two blocks from the site known as now it's not the site known as Groundsea, where the World Trade Center collapsed.
Former U.S. President George W. Bush repeatedly sought to separate Islam from Al-Qaeda hijackers who carried out the attacks there and on the Pentagon.
Faint praise.
Look at how they bring out Bush when they need to give credibility to Obama.
If the media cannot induce Bush, and they're trying, they want Bush to come out personally defend Obama on this matter.
If they can't induce Bush to do it, they're gonna do it themselves.
And they are.
If Bush won't do it, media's gonna come out and do it.
There you have it.
World Trade Center collapsed.
Two blocks from where a Muslim cultural center will be built.
Back with much more after this.
Don't go away.
It is the Wall Street Journal piece that quotes Daisy Khan as saying opposition to the uh to the Mosted World Trade Center collapsed uh goes beyond Islamophobia.
Some politicians, including New York Governor David Patterson, have called for the project to be moved further away from the area where the World Trade Center collapsed.
Yeah, it was just standing there.
You know, it was just standing there, and then all of a sudden people started jumping out of the top floors.
Hundreds of them started jumping out for no apparent reason.
People couldn't figure it out.
Standing there underground and plop, plop, the body hits, and you know what's going on.
And then all of a sudden the buildings just collapsed.
And to this day, people can't figure out how it happened.
Where the World Trade Center buildings collapsed.
Anyway, I mentioned at the top of the program that my my brother has been working diligently on a book.
I know this because he's been putting things for me on the back burner.
Uh he has uh he has been working diligently for the last six to seven months, and this book is amazing.
It's called Crimes Against Liberty.
It is um it I I have to, I am really proud of this.
This is incredibly good.
Not that I'm surprised.
Uh I don't I don't mean to sound I'm surprised, I'm proud.
It's just it is it's terrific.
It gets it all down in writing.
And nobody has written this stuff.
I mean, even the so-called conservative blogs and websites don't actually get to the real crux of this.
Uh like like my brother David has in print.
I read this uh over the weekend.
It is the most complete indictment of Obama and his administration in print that you will see.
And it's timing now, like two and a half months right before the November election is perfect.
It is, it's a page-turning read.
It will reinforce and validate every instinct you have about this president and his regime.
And it is a reference tool uh for everybody to know and to detest about this uh administration.
Uh I sent my uh my brother a note.
look I just I want to send you a copy of the book.
You don't have to talk about it.
I know you feel awkward talking about it.
And I a little bit sometimes do.
I mean, it's uh some people might think that I have no credibility because of my brother that I would say it even if it stunk.
What I don't usually diss him.
I tease David, you know, for the fun of it.
But this is this is this is it is really good.
Uh and I'm not surprised by it at all.
I'm just extremely proud of I am I am proud this is this is a because I know how hard he worked on.
I know how much of my stuff got thrown aside.
Uh so we could finish this because this is this was important.
And I think it's just so well written.
Better I I I one thing, I mean I can speak uh and I I think much better when I'm speaking than when I'm sitting down writing.
Uh and David's just the opposite.
He when he sits down and mind comes alive, and he's able to uh to get it done on paper uh quickly and exactly as he's uh thinking about.
It is it is comprehensive.
It's a reference guide.
Uh but it folks is going to validate everything you think, and it's b backed up, footnotes and all this stuff that it's not it's not just opinion ranting.
It's about even Eric Erickson at Red State has reviewed it, and here's some of the things he said there are a lot of books out and coming out that will examine Obama and his presidency, but none so far have actually examined Obama's character and conduct as president.
And that's that that's true because most people assume that Obama is Mr. Perfect, the one we've all been waiting for.
And this book, no, this is not the guy that we've been told he is.
He's he's uh he does believe he's messiana.
He is a narcissist.
His it one of the keys that David gets into in this book is you always examine the people who support you, how do what do they think of you?
And he points out that even on Obama's support side that there are some people are not uh personally enamored of the guy, totally unlike what has been reported to us.
In essence, nobody has examined how well Obama's handling the politics 101 of his job, being liked by those who elected him.
This book deals with the people who voted for Obama and how they are realizing that they were shafted, misled.
Eric Erickson says only David Limbaugh has done this.
His new book, Crimes Against Liberty, is just out.
And full disclosure, uh sister company, Regneri Publishing, uh publishes the book, also Eric Erickson's book.
That's what he's pointing out here.
But he says that uh David really gets into the play of personality and conduct of Obama, the bully behind the bully pulpit.
We were told we were getting a cool, calm, steady leader who could rise above emotional impulses to deliver classic statesmanship and prudent governance, but all too often we witness in him a petulant, vindictive bully who doesn't seem to understand why anybody would challenge his omniscience.
That's a quote from the book.
You know, the people on our side want to dance around this because they're afraid any criticism uh will be met with the charge of racism and uh and all that.
So it's it's crimes against liberty, and I think he's in New York, he's been Hannity tonight.
He's gonna be all, he's gonna do Mark Levin's radio show, it's gonna be all over the place.
Um he even went so far over the way he was outlining his own book in order to prepare for these media appearances for himself, outlining his own book to be able to to uh to uh to talk about it.
So I just wanted to give it a genuine plug because it's well worth your time.
Here's Claire Wilmington, Delaware, as we go back to the phones.
Greetings and great to have you here.
Hi, thank you.
I'm gonna get to my point about uh the mosque and a cross episode up in Vermont, and but I want to just make some points very quickly.
What was it?
Where was it uh where Obama spoke in the cross how to be covered?
Um do you remember that?
Yeah.
Uh Georgetown Georgetown University, I think.
Okay.
So when he spoke there, the cross of my God, his son, was covered.
However, when he speaks, I have not heard that man talk about the Holy Bible.
However, on certain occasions, well more than one, I've heard him talk about not the Korean, but the Holy Quran to let us know that he's emphasizing the way he says that.
So that's one thing.
Now, with this mosque going on, up in Vermont, there is a story about a woman who has on her own personal property put a cross.
And now she's being denied a permit for that and being told to take it down.
And I want to make a comparison of what I see.
I used to be a Republican, I'm an independent now.
Right.
My problem is whoever does is going to lead this country, it's not going to be about Republican Democrat.
It's going to be about the person who understands what the threat to this country is and it's communist and socialist policies.
And Ronald Reagan understood that.
Now, what people don't tell you is that over 135 million people, and this is by congressional record, died due to communist killings.
Mass murders basically more people were killed under communism in during times of peace than during all the wars in this country combined.
Now if people don't understand that communism and socialism and Lenin said that socialism was what would lead us to communism.
The ultimate goal of socialism is communism.
Right.
And there was even a book written in nineteen uh fifty eight called the night the naked communists the goals uh uh the goals of nineteen fifty eight Jane found a workout video cover look could you hang on no Claire hang on I have to take a a brief time and I'm going to continue the conversation with it we can you hang on sure good this is too good to let go here.
Jane found a cover naked communism and we're back El Rush Bonna cutting edge of societal evolution.
All right.
Back now to Claire in Wilmington, Delaware.
I had to interrupt you because we had to go to the obscene prophet timeout.
You were saying.
Well, what I was saying first was regarding the background of how my God was covered up.
The representation of my God was covered.
Yeah, because at Georgetown.
Yet they photograph Obama with a halo behind him all the time.
Or that picture from Air Force One last week where the door was made to look like angel wings.
Well, here's my point.
The most important thing.
This country, if we don't have a leader that can stand up and is able to show the ties of socialism and communism, the threat they are to this country I mean in some ways as I sit here and think we're almost like Israel in the sense that Israel is surrounded by people that are enemies to them basically but as you look communism is in eastern Europe it's spreading through Latin and Central America it's still behind the scenes in Russia.
It's now entrenched in this country through so many bogus organizations that say they're this for America but they're communist ties doing nothing more than trying to tear this country down.
And if this country doesn't realize that that's basically what we are came now having said all that Claire I have a penetrating and hard hitting question for you.
Yes.
Because you started out saying you used to be a Republican but now you are an independent if you are not a Republican make that point but you oppose liberalism socialism communism then how are you helping us take back the Republican Party?
I mean how many how many independents are going to be elected this November well I have to tell you I'm in the process of actually switching back because of the I guess the upcoming primaries that are coming up and I'll tell you what turned me on the Republicans first of all in my own state when Mike Castle voted for the cap and trade I I just was I was done.
I think Castle's a rhino but there's many of them in this party and there's too many that don't understand now that's right that's why you've got to stay in it and take over and make them the minority in the party.
Well I I want to echo on one other thing and that is true.
That is true.
I think if there's a shot of a at this communism uh the danger to this country it's gonna have to be Republican because I know it won't come from a Democrat but I'm not even sure at this point if the Republicans understand it.
But as I was that's exactly that's another thing that you're pretty close to being right on and that and that's why um banning the parties and going independent is a ticket to third party which is guaranteed winner for Democrats.
Well, that may be so.
I can still vote as I say, but I'll I'll tell you, Rush, the more most important, it isn't even who you vote for.
Again, if people don't understand the ties, if these people running for office do not understand the ties, and I'll make a connection.
The Naked Communists, the goals of 1958 were written.
Okay, that was a book.
And one of their goals, well, there were several goals.
The first thing they knew they had to do was dethrone God.
Morality in this country, which would be the collapse of the family union, and attack patriotism.
Okay, by 1962, prayer was out of our schools.
In that short of time, they accomplished one of their goals.
By doing all this, they're breaking the family unit down, they're dumbing down the schools.
If you look right now, abortion is high.
We have a 40% illegitimate birth rate, 50% divorce rate.
We've had one of the highest teenage suicide rates.
There's no identity in this country anymore.
And if this country does not wake up, and we do not have a leader that understands like Ronald Reagan what the threats of communism and socialism is and how they are pulling us down.
There's a purpose to this open borders, to pitting blacks against whites, to p pitting the rich against the poor, to keep dividing and dividing and dividing and dividing this country to the point that no one trusts anyone.
That has got to stop.
And if anything, the best thing that could happen in this country are the blacks and the whites could band together.
It's nothing else.
If there is nothing else we can agree on, we share the same God.
We share the same religious beliefs, and that is the thing they know they have to cut down.
Well, you know something you're right about this.
And to prove it, look at what these people had to do to get Obama victory.
Portray him as just what you said we need to do is unify.
Everybody wants that.
People don't like this division.
They don't like the racial partitioning.
They don't like men versus women in argue.
They don't like all of this cultural divide.
They don't like it.
And you and if somebody is presented to them as a unifier who will bridge all these gaps, they'll fall for it.
They did.
What we need is somebody who means it.
And knows how to do it and understands why the divides exist and thus how to bridge them.
So, Claire, thanks much.
Good call.
Glad she got through.
Some of you, you know, you hear me talking about uh Hillsdale College, and you're assuming that what I'm doing is is uh trying to pitch you into finding a way to get your kid to attend the college.
Now, I don't well, it's a fair observation, I'll blame you, but uh that's just a fraction of why Hillsdale is part of our conversation on this program.
This is a school that only accepts about 1,300, 1350 students a year, making it all the harder to accommodate all the people who do want to go.
They'd love to be able to, and maybe someday their growth will allow it.
The reason I bring them up, though, is because of the contribution they make to a larger conversation about our founding principles.
Well, we're just talking about with uh with Claire, essentially.
Now, there's a phrase that uh they use to define themselves: founding principles, pursuing truth, defending liberty.
That's what Hillsdale's all about.
Whatever they teach, whatever you major in there, you don't get out of there until you are expert in Constitution 101.
And as you learn how they illuminate and defend the Constitution, it makes perfect sense to support what they do.
Now, they're at the center of a big event in Washington, the middle of September, the 16th and 17th of next month.
All kinds of people are gathering in town for a Constitution Day celebration.
The event is sold out.
There are no tickets left to attend in person.
It's amazing they sold out, and I'm not on the uh uh menu per se.
They did it even without me being there.
Despite my not being there, they have sold it out, and Hillsdale has wired the event so you can take it in online from your home or office.
The whole purpose of the event is to give the Constitution its due, and the people gathered to speak over two days are some of the best minds there are when it comes to explaining the Constitution's relevance at this time in our nation's history.
It's amazing.
She talked about education being dumbed down.
The Constitution is a is a a mystery document to way too many Americans.
You can register to watch the seminars, the panels, the conversations uh at rush for Hillsdale.com.
It's free to you.
And like a lot of what Hillsdale provides to those that will never walk the campus, it's their stated purpose to educate, to define truths, and to defend our freedoms.com is how you sign up for the Constitution Day celebration coverage.
Don't worry.
The fact that I'm not there does not mean it won't be a quality show.
It'll be awesome.
We'll be right back after this.
Don't go away.
As a new Rasmussen poll out, many more are now following the Ground Zero mosque controversy where the World Trade Center buildings collapsed.
And they don't like it.
New Rasmussen reports national survey.
85% of U.S. voters say they are now following news stories about the mosque planned near Ground Zero and...
That's a 34-point jump from a month ago, when only 51% said they were following it.
62% now oppose it.
Compared to 54% of the previous survey survey.
Sixty-eight percent of the political class favor building the mosque.
That'd be the ruling class.
77% of mainstream voters, that's us, the uh country class, oppose it.
Now this is always bad news for Democrats, and informed electorate is the Democrat Party's worst nightmare.
And, you know, what what when this mosque controversy shows that that when people start actually following the news and they see what's going on, they don't often like what they see.
Not good news for the Obamaites out there, or any of the uh Democrats.
By the way, going back to July 12th, 2005, Adelaide, Australia, at the University of South Australia's Bob Hawk Prime Ministerial Center, the Imam Faisal Abdul Rauf presented a lecture entitled, What Does It Take to Change the Relationship Between the West and the Muslim World?
Here is a portion of Faisal Abdul Rauf, July 12th, five years ago.
We tend to forget in the West that the United States has more Muslim blood on its hands than Qaeda has on its hands of innocent non-Muslims.
Whoa.
You may remember that uh the U.S. led sanction against Iraq led to the death of over a half a million Iraqi children.
This has been documented by the United Nations.
And when Madame Albright, who has become a friend of mine in the last couple of years, when she was Secretary of State and was asked where this was worth it, said it was worth it.
What is it?
What is it?
A half million Iraqi children died.
She said it was worth it.
Uh so U.S. has more blood on its hands in Al Qaeda.
That's the Imam in 2005.
This sounds like Jeremiah Wright.
America's chickens have come home to roost.
Quote unquote.
Barbara in Vacaville, California, your next on the Rush Limbaugh program.
Great to have you here.
It's great to be here.
We listened to you the first day you went national.
We've been your friends that long.
Thank you.
Very happy.
August 1st of 1988.
But you were one of us a long time ago.
Yep.
We live in the Sacramento area, and we could have seen you or heard you even longer.
I went on Facebook today and they said you have too many friends.
Who said I have too many friends?
I've got right in front of me.
It says, sorry, this user already has too many friend requests.
They wouldn't let me on you.
You kidding.
Nope.
Well, now other people are getting on there because last time I checked, it was 471,000.
Now it's 473,000 or 72.
So people are I tried about three or four times before I called.
Well, this means you're having trouble registering for the free iPad.
Wow.
Do you think I'd have a chance anyway?
Well, yeah, you have a chance as much a chance as any of the other friends there do, but are you what now are you leveling a charge here against Facebook administrators?
No, no, no, no.
I don't think so.
I wish I had a lot of people.
I have a Crook County comment to you, too.
Uh we're from Illinois.
It's Crook County, right?
Oh.
Crook County.
I got what you meant, yeah.
I know.
I'm I do that.
when my husband was a pilot in Vietnam as a registered Republican, uh, never received an app to pee ballot.
That many years ago.
So they've been doing their things for many a year.
Oh, yeah, that's that's minor stuff.
I know.
I mean, your husband was alive.
I mean, dead people were getting uh registration forms and voting.
On the Democrat side in uh in Crook County.
Well that's interesting that I have too many friends.
What is what is what what does that mean in Facebook lingo?
It does come up sometimes.
Well, see, I'm already my friend, so I haven't really tried to become one of my friends on Facebook.
So uh too many on at the same time.
It clears out again.
Okay.
Fine and dandy.
By the way, latest ID theft targeting kids' social security numbers could cr threaten the entire credit system as a Fox News story.
Remember, your kid's born gets a social security number.
This I found out.
And a youth, an infant with a social security number is not going to be using it for many, many moons.
It can be stolen, you'd never know it until it's too late.
Latest form of identity theft does not depend on stealing your social security number.
Thieves are targeting your kids' number long before the little urchin even has a bank account.
You can guard against this happening to you.
It's called life luck.
When it comes to protecting your f identity, don't use anybody else.
They're the industry leader.
They set the standard.
They have the best identity alert system that there is.
They are the most realistically ex uh uh affordable.
It's ridiculously cheap, I think.
1-800-440-4833 is the number to call.
If you use my name, doors open worldwide.
In this case, you'll save ten percent off your life lock membership, which is already ridiculously inexpensive.
800 440 4833 for Life Lock, call now.
Here's Mahmoud, Denver, Colorado.
Great to have you on the EIB network.
Hey Rush, good to talk to you.
Um before I get started, I just want to, you know, give you a uh kudos on on promoting products because all those people who question you about uh whether or not you promote them because you're biased or whatever.
I'm a software engineer and carbonite, brilliant, brilliant idea.
I wish I thought of it.
Anyway, I know you don't know how many times it saved my life.
Thank you very much.
Um, before I get to my point, I want to give a shout out to my wife, beautiful wife Emily, my best friend who turned me to you after uh soon after Obama got elected.
And uh I gotta tell you, over the past twenty months I've learned so much.
Um and it's been incredible.
So thank you.
You're welcome, sir.
Thank you.
Um anyway, uh before I uh I I have a lot of insight on Islam, and you know, I'm a I I used I was a Muslim eighteen years ago I became a Christian.
And uh so I've got a lot of insight on it.
Does that make you an apostate?
Yes, you make you an apostate.
Probably by calling your show, I'm you know, I think on my back.
And you know, that's that's really the point of my call today.
The fact is that you know I got two points here, and I'm gonna condense them here in the short time that I have.
And number one is that you know I became a Christian about eighteen years ago.
I got to this country when I was uh sixteen years old, and I had hopes and dreams, and I came to this country because it was free.
I mean, you can do great things with this freedom.
You can have unlimited opportunities.
And little by little, everything's been taken away.
And when he got elected, I was just so incredibly upset.
And so your show has helped me a lot.
Thank you very much.
What about Obama in this thing?
I mean, he he's uh he's considered an apostate too, because he was born a Muslim.
That's what I'm trying to get at is that you know, I can't talk about it.
I'm I'm talking to you about my faith on on a national radio, but knowing that it's gonna paint a big target on my back.
And that's the point.
The fact is once you see once you find out who Jesus is and what he's done for your life, you can't stop talking about it.
So if he is a Christian or a Muslim, if he's a Christian, then he can just come out and say, Yes, I'm a Christian.
Period.
Well he has.
I know, but he doesn't come out and denounce his uh Muslim faith.
He dances around that.
To me, the fact that he's not coming out strong on on the other side tells me that he's not.
So I got you, yeah.
You know what I'm talking about.
Yeah, I understand exactly yeah.
So he's is He's not denying something fervently enough.
Which it's up to the interpreter as to how, in your case, you how you want to read that.
But look, Mahmoud, thanks for the call.
I appreciate it.
Up against it here on time, a quick break again, but back before you know it.
Okay, Walter Williams, again, as a reminder, will be hosting the program uh tomorrow.
Catherine and I have to go to a uh a funeral.
That really oughtn't something like this ought not to happen.
16-year-old um young man dies of cancer.
So that's we have to do that tomorrow, and I'll give you the details on it on Wednesday when we get back.
But Walter Williams here tomorrow, and uh we'll see you on Wednesday.
