Ladies and gentlemen, I, L. Rushball, your guiding light, a man, a legend, a way of life, America's truth detector, doctor of democracy, and general all-round good guy have an announcement to make.
Could you kill the music?
As any of you and all of you who have been paying attention to the uh drive-by news media the past number of months have heard I am the titular head of the Republican Party.
I have been anointed to this position by members of the Drive By Media.
And of course, the Obama White House.
I have not been named the titular or any other head of the Republican Party by anybody in the Republican Party.
And so I hereby, ladies and gentlemen, today announce that I am resigning.
I am resigning as the titular head of the Republican Party.
Clearly I am not the titular head of the Republican Party.
It's not an office I sought.
It was an office that position it rather was ladled on to me, when I was appointed without my acquiescence.
The only thing I can do to remain true to myself and to you is to resign this position that I never had in the first place.
But because so many people think I am the titular head of the Republican Party today, I quit.
In the famous words of Roberto Duran, no mas, no mas, no more, no more.
I quit.
I resign as the titular head of the Republican Party.
There frankly is someone far more qualified and capable and more in tune with today's Republican Party than I to be not only its titular head, but its real head.
And that would be General Colin Powell.
So I now pass the baton to General Powell as the titular head of the Republican Party.
From this day forward, it will be up to General Powell to instruct the party on things it needs to do to win elections in 2010, and of course the all-important presidential election in 2012.
From this day forward, anything I say about that objective or those two objectives, I do not say as the titular head of the Republican Party.
I do not say it as an official advice giver of the Republican Party.
Only that kind of strategy and advice and leadership can come from General Colin Powell.
So while I never sought the office, and while I technically was never elected to it, I nevertheless was the titular head of the Republican Party.
Since I never sought it, it was never appointed, but nevertheless the media said I was, so I am, I'm no longer am.
I'm quitting, I'm out of there no mas nomas.
And I now today pronounce and proclaim General Colin Powell as the titular head of the Republican Party.
From now on out, those of you who want to know what the party should do to win elections, to beat back the onslaught of Obamaism, ask General Powell.
Look to his wise counsel, his leadership, and his words of encouragement for the Republican Party.
Now many of you are saying, wait a minute, Rush Colin Powell endorsed Obama and said that Americans want to pay higher taxes in advance of the California vote yesterday, which shows just the opposite.
And didn't you just report, Rush, that yesterday in Boston, Colin Powell told 1,500 business leaders and Giselle Buncheon Supermodel that he's a Republican waiting for his party to emerge.
Yes, I did report all of that.
Well, General Powell is the one who knows whatever it is that must emerge for him to be a Republican.
I mean, the media has all said that he Is the most genuine Republican out there, the best Republican that there could be, and so speaks for many.
Period.
So we sit back patiently and await for whatever he is waiting on to emerge so that then General Powell can lead the Republican Party back to its days of glory, electoral victory, and prominence.
As of this day forward, that is out of my hands.
Because I, ladies and gentlemen, once again state unequivocally, am resigning as titular head of the Republican Party.
I will not seek another term.
I will not accept another appointment.
I have bigger fish to fry.
So there are plenty of people who want to lead the Republican Party.
There are many of them that appear on any cable TV show that will have them, even Sunday mornings at 4 a.m., who want the job more qualified for the job than I. So I graciously back away and give way to the true light,
the true direction, the true energy, and the true focus of Republican Party and its leadership in the future, and that would be General Colin Powell.
There.
I just wanted to make that official.
Let's go to the audio sound bites.
These sound bites, by the way, these things said on television, uh, are part of the reason why I have today made this breathtaking announcement that I have resigned as titular head of the Republican Party this morning on MSNBC.
And by the way, yesterday I issued a challenge to this little TV network.
Do without me for 30 days.
Try to go 30 days without mentioning my name.
They are trying to build their ratings on my back.
Video of me, comments about me from hack guests.
Yesterday it was twelve times I was mentioned on MSNBC.
Today I have been mentioned after asking to be ignored for 30 days just to see if they could do it.
And this was the mention, it was by the infobabe Contessa Brewer.
You have these staunch conservative talkers, people like Rush Limbaugh, who insist that if you don't tow the party line and the one that they see as being on the far right, then you should just leave the party altogether.
Is that the way they're going to turn around their failures and find success?
So you see, ladies and gentlemen, this is no longer accurate for Contessa Brewer or anybody at MSNBC to say that I am uh what?
Telling people that they don't pull the party line to get out of the party.
Uh I have never said, if you don't toe the line, get out of the party.
What I did say was when when Colin Powell said that uh the American people want bigger government and want higher taxes, they want to pay higher taxes and they want bigger government, and that the Republican Party should no longer listen to me, I said, General Powell, you've already left the Republican Party.
I mean, you if you haven't, leave.
And it is it is my encouraging General Powell to leave the Republican Party that has now led to this statement that I am throwing people out.
But as titular head of the Republican Party, I may maybe could have done that.
I theoretically, as titular head, I could have thrown people out of the party, although that's debatable.
But since I have resigned as titular head of the Republican Party, I can't throw anybody out of the party.
And frankly, the only people I don't want in the party are Democrats and Liberals.
I mean, I'd be glad to welcome them into the party if they convert.
If we are able to bring them to us, but I don't want to go get them as they are.
Let them stay Democrats and liberals.
But the corruption of the Republican Party is no longer mine to stop.
Because I have resigned as the titular head of the Republican Party.
Also on MSNBC today on Scarborough Show.
One of the ways they're getting around not mentioning my name is to use the term talk radio.
And Mike Barnacle had this to say about the Republican Party and me.
The Republican Party is in danger of becoming a talk radio party.
These conservative, ultra-conservative talk radio hosts, many of them speaking basically only to themselves, a small fringe of the electorate.
Mike, I've been charitable here, and I'd say the people speaking to themselves that don't have much of an audience of the people at Newsweek.
Are the people at Time are the people at the New York Times?
If the truth be known, it's the Washington, New York media axis that does its job for other media people.
They write and say and opine as they do to impress themselves and uh and uh and each other.
Um let's see, Katrina Vandenhoov on the Today Show today on NBC, Matt O'Hour said to her, Katrina, when Democrats listen to that speech, do they applaud, do they love what they have heard?
This is a party in a death spiral.
It's a party on the verge of self-extinction if they don't open up and become a more tolerant, modern, diverse party.
At the moment, every demographic group is slipping away from the Republicans except for weekly churchgoers, got nothing against them, but that's not going to make a party.
Michael Steele has a lot of problems when you've got Dick Cheney and Rush Limbaugh out there.
Oh, so maybe MSNBC only mentioned my name once, but the parent, NBC, has my name out there.
So you see, the the case is even being made here by uh the American left that Colin Powell is the greatest example of the titular head of the Republican Party that uh that we could have.
Uh yesterday on uh Andrea Mitchell, NBC News and Washington, on her show on MSNBC, she talked to Chris Shays, the former moderate Republican from Connecticut, the former uh moderate Republican from Connecticut, and they're discussing Michael Steele's speech.
He talked about Edmund Burke, he talked about William F. Buckley, about Ronald Reagan, he mentioned President Bush, former President Bush.
No mention of Dick Cheney, no mention of Rush Limbaugh.
Is he trying to move the party to a broader party, one that would include you?
You were the last standing moderate from the Northeast.
Ronald Reagan never said who couldn't be a Republican.
But we have talk show hosts who've never won elections who define very narrowly who's a Republican.
The bottom line of any national party is it has to give you the capability to represent your district.
And if it doesn't allow you to represent your district, you get defeated.
And that's what has happened all throughout the Northeast and other parts of the country.
So if I understand this right, it is people like me in talk radio who polluted the otherwise pure minds of voters in his Connecticut district.
And uh talk radio did not permit him to actually govern as a liberal Democrat, as his constituencies uh supposedly wanted, and therefore he got beat.
Uh Christopher Shays, I would point you to the former majority leader in the Senate, Tom Dashell.
Tom Dashell adopted the partisan leadership role of the far radical fringe of the Democrat Party, and the state, not just the district, the state of South Dakota canned him.
And if Dingy Harry Reid is not careful, he's headed for the same fate.
He has got major electoral problems.
He's up in 2010.
I've got the story here.
Polling data for Dingy Harry is not good.
If if the election were today, Dingy Harry would lose.
And here is another majority leader of the Democrat Party, by virtue of that position, has to tack radical left and ignores his own voters.
Could could it be perhaps Congressman Shays that people at the person that actually abandoned voters was you.
You say I've never won an election.
True, I've never run for election, but I was made an honorary member of the victorious House of Representatives in 1994 because they thought I won about 30 elections.
So anyway, but you see where this is all shaping up and why I today have resigned the position of titular head of the Republican Party.
You think I take you back to our first hour.
You think the Republican Party is poised to make great gains and make hay out of the vote in California yesterday.
You are wrong.
The Republican Party today, the people who run it are focused on throwing out of the party talk radio, conservatives, religious people.
The people running the Republican Party today, they're the ones who want to throw people out of the party.
And it's very interesting that the people running the Republican Party today want to throw out the identical people the Democrat Party wish would go away, and that's me, talk radio, conservative Christians, you name it.
So the modern Republican Party, now led by General Powell, is more closely aligned with the Obama Democrats than with even Rockefeller Republicans.
We'll be back.
Stay with us.
Welcome back.
The former titular head of the Republican Party, Rush Limbaugh, behind the golden EIB microphone.
People have been waiting patiently here to appear on the most listened-to radio talk show in the country, and so we go to the funds.
We'll go to uh Reno, Nevada.
Jim, great to have you.
Thank you very much for your patience.
Yes, Rush, it's an honor to speak with you.
Thank you, sir.
Uh I was listening, watching uh CNN news this morning, Michael uh Rothfeld of the LA Times uh whining about the uh uh people of California turning down the uh uh the uh tax proposals and uh they're part of the problem in our society, in in the whole society.
And uh that that uh just really bothers me uh by definition, I guess, of the Homeland Security.
I'm a right wing extremist because for 40 years I've felt that the that the media has been a serious problem in our society.
Well, for 40 years, you have been right that the media is a serious problem.
The LA Times headline he's referring to, California voters exercise their power, and that's the problem.
California voters exercise their power, and that's the problem.
Let's uh let's take a look at the Sacramento B. The Sacramento B very snarky.
So now that you've put those irksome politicians in their place, maybe it's time to think about this.
This is an editorial to the voters.
Since you're in charge, exactly what do you intend to do about that pesky 25 billion dollar hole in the budget?
Oh, these people, they're just so fit to be tied because you people didn't ignore, didn't pay attention to their their recommendation and their editorials.
You ignored them, the smartest people around, along with the Democrats.
You ignore the media.
The fact of the matter is the people already did have an idea about what to do when they were in charge.
And I mentioned it in the last hour.
Proposition 187.
California's debt is 25 billion, according to a 2004 study.
Five years ago, so you know it's higher than uh than than that today.
California's debt 25 billion dollars, illegal immigrants cost California ten and a half billion dollars a year.
This was a demon a study from the uh Federation for American immigration reform.
It examined the cost of education, health care, and incarceration of illegals.
And it concluded that the cost of Californians to Californians ten and a half billion dollars a year.
The people of California, Mr. Sacramento B, did try to do something about this.
It was called Proposition 187.
The problem is that a judge overturned it, saying their vote was unconstitutional.
They could lose their budget deficit in less than two and a half years, assuming the cost of illegals in the system have increased if they just enforce the will of the people and do what any other country would do, no benefits if you're here illegally.
But that's not a compassionate position, Mr. Limbaugh.
We can't do that.
These people will be suffering.
I understand all that.
I understand all that.
But the point is the Sacro B was very snarky, so what did I re- what are you gonna do now?
now that you're in charge?
Now the people of California have tried over the years.
Numerous times to rein in the irresponsible spending of their elected leaders.
The biggest mistake the people of California make is the people they keep electing.
That's the biggest mistake.
Because then they have to put forth these ballot initiatives to try to stop the people they elect.
That's the mistake they're making.
If you want to focus on anything they're doing wrong in California, Mr. Sacramento B. Focus on who they are electing.
Dingy Harry became the latest Democrat to stray into rhetorical trouble yesterday, botching statements on three different subjects in one news conference, including the fragile health of two of the members.
Before the program ended yesterday, I saw Drudge headed up there that Senator Kennedy's cancer was in remission.
And it was a story from the Hill.com.
It cleared about 244.
I didn't have a chance to mention before the program ended.
And then when I got home and I fired up the computer, it wasn't there anymore.
And then I found out why.
Because Dingy Harry was wrong.
He was asked if Senator Kennedy's cancer was in remission.
He said, as far as I know, it is, yes.
But the office of Senator Kennedy refused to confirm his comments or make any statement in response.
The public silence, a classic Washington disavowal.
Dingy Harry was wrong.
He also said Robert Byrd was going to get out of the hospital that day.
No, he's not.
He's still in the hospital and may be in there for a long time.
Audio coming up.
Interesting story today in the New York Post.
A group of the world's richest people met earlier this month in New York City in secret, apparently to discuss their philanthropic efforts in the midst of the severe recession.
This is from ABC News.com, actually.
Bill Gates and Warren Buffett are said to have invited the others to the meeting.
The attendees included Mayor Bloomberg, the Oprah, Ted Turner, George Soros, and David Rockefeller.
One attendee told ABC News it was a private gathering of friends and colleagues to share their history and excitement about their philanthropy.
It was a group together discussing a range of things they're working on, meeting at the residence of Rockefeller University's president on Manhattan's medical school campus on May 5th.
Each of the attendees was given 15 minutes to discuss the best ways to help charities.
Now, Gates and Buffett, multiple, multiple billionaires.
$35 billion, 40 billion for each.
What problems do they have with philanthropy?
Please somebody tell me what are their problems with philanthropy.
The Oprah Ditto.
The Oprah is multi-billions.
What problems?
If you got 35 or 40 billion, why do you have to have a meeting to discuss the problems in donating?
And then uh then it says this in the in the report nonprofits are hurting for donations because of the sluggish economy.
No.
Nonprofits are hurting because of Obama.
The sluggish economy is due to President Obama.
It's unknown what sort of plan, if any, the group formulated.
The group's contributed a combined $70 billion to charity.
Gates donated $3.7 billion from 02 to 06, 10 billion from 07 to 08.
Buffett pledged 31 billion, the bulk of his fortune to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation when he passes away.
What?
What I do not understand why these people who have all this money have to get away to discuss the problems with nonprofits.
They don't need anybody giving them a dime in order to be able to donate to charity.
I suspect something else was going on at this meeting, and this is what they just put out as the cover story, because everybody will melt.
I don't know.
When they hear these people were discussing philanthropy and charity.
But not one of these people needs a donation to their foundation from anybody.
Their non-profits are not hurting.
All they got to do is get a tax deduction for giving their non-profit more of their own money.
Okay.
Something else going on at this meeting.
My name yesterday again graced the presence of the United States Senate, courtesy of Illinois Senator Dick Turbin.
The two most vocal supporters of keeping Guantanamo open are former Vice President Dick Cheney and talk show host Rush Limbaugh.
When it comes to the national security of the United States of America, I will side with Colin Powell and John McCain over Vice President Cheney and Rush Limbaugh.
According to experts, Guantanamo unfortunately is becoming a recruiting tool for Al-Qaeda that is hurting America's security.
Now wait just a second.
This doesn't jibe with the news today.
The news today is that the Democrats and the Senate are not going to give Obama the money to close Guantanamo Bay.
Now, two things about this.
First is that Obama admits he doesn't know diddly squat about Guantanamo Bay when he just unilaterally says he's going to close it in a year.
Then the Democrats come along and say, well, we're not going to fund the closing of it.
And people make they come to the wrong conclusion about this.
People think that the Democrats realize there's some really dangerous people down there.
That's not it.
This is to give Obama cover.
This is to cover Obama's ignorance.
This is to cover Obama's stupidity last January in unilaterally announcing that Club Gitmo will close in January of 2010.
If it can't, it can't close if they don't give him the money.
But I don't understand what Turbin's talking about here.
The Democrats, it seems seems to me, Senator Turbin, that a lot of Democrats want to keep Gitmo open, including your leader, Dingy Harry, who had some really strange things to say about this.
The audio coming up here in just a second.
The only two people want to keep it open, Cheney and me.
And then it's become an Al-Qaeda recruiting tool.
This is the first I've heard that one.
Have you heard that before?
That what the So the Gidmo became an Al-Qaeda recruitment tool.
So meaning we put Al-Qaeda terrorists in there, and then we put other terrorists in there, and we put other terrorists as we capture, we put them in there, and somehow people are already terrorists, are going to be recruited to terror.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, Al-Qaeda uses it as as as propaganda to recruit uh terrorists in the Middle East to show how evil we are to terrorists at Club.
Oh, I get it.
I get it.
So it's all part of this theory that we create more terrorists.
I got you.
Okay.
No store.
There aren't any stories out there to that effect, though.
There are no stories.
There's no empirical evidence.
There's uh there's, I mean, that there's more evidence that we uh evolved from that lemur monkey, 47 million years old, than there is that uh Guantanamo Bay created more terrorists.
Yeah, and if we moved them to the U.S., all this would stop.
Yeah, exactly right.
Okay.
Well, let's you want to examine why Gitmo is if it is, if it is, why Gitmo is a recruiting tool for Al-Qaeda, Senator Turbin.
If anybody enabled Club Gitmo to be used as recruiting tool, it was Senator Dick Durbin in June of 2005.
If I read this to you and didn't tell you that it was an FBI agent describing what Americans had done to prisoners in their control, you would most certainly believe this must have happened by Nazis, Soviets in their gulags, or some mad regime, Paul Potter others that had no concern for human beings.
Sadly, that's not the case.
This was the action of Americans in treatment of our their own prisoners.
Now, I would say that that statement by Dick Turbin, which got aired all over the world probably created more terrorists than anything at Club Gitmo going on, and he eventually had to apologize for this, comparing American interrogators to members of Pol Potch regime, uh the Nazis, the Soviets in their in their gulags.
Let's move on now to Dingy Harry.
Uh yeah, I've often wondered why it is that Dingy Harry and Nancy Pelosi get along so well.
The reason, you know, sometimes House speakers and Senate majority leaders of the same party don't get along well because the Senate operates much slower than the House does.
And the House is out there thinking they're doing great things, and the Senate's putting the brakes on it, and this can lead to tension between a House Speaker and a Senate majority that are the same party, but Dingy Harry and Pelosi seem to get along so well, and I've concluded it's because they're about equal in the brain power.
Democrats under no circumstances will move forward without a comprehensive, responsible plan from the president.
We will never allow terrorists to be released into the United States.
Okay.
Now, obviously, there's some polling data out there.
Do not let these people go.
Do not even bring them here.
Now, Dingy Harry somewhere has gotten the impression that Obama and Eric Holder was just going to release these people.
Because I think Holder implied that once.
Eric Holder, Obama's attorney general, implied that, hey, I mean, some of these people, we're holding them illegally.
We're going to release them here.
Most of them, if they are brought here, will be put in prisons, but they're still going to be in your neighborhood.
You're still going to be paying for them, and they're going to have ACLU lawyers out there trying to get them out.
So Dingy Harry says, we will never allow terrorists to be released in the United States.
And the Democrats are all caterrolling.
Nobody ever said they were going to be.
Then Dingy Harry, a reporter said, Well, what about imprisoned in the United States?
Part of what we don't want is to be put in prisons in the United States.
We don't want them around the United States.
Whoa, all of a sudden these guys are tough on terrorists.
I mean, it was just a year ago that these people were innocent.
These people were just the salt of the earth, you know.
They had all of their rights violated.
Bush and Cheney were out there committing all these crimes against them, and now all of a sudden Democrats don't want these people even in prison in this country.
Yes, Mr. Snerdley.
Mm-hmm.
Okay.
We don't want them.
That's true.
If if we don't want them, and Eric Holder ran around and he went to Germany, and he asked all of our allies to take a couple of them.
The original countries don't want them.
Which I can't figure out if they're all innocent.
If they're being held illegally in violation of human rights, if they we have no evidence, what the hell?
Let them let them become cab drivers in New York City.
Now all of a sudden these people, we can't even we can't even release them to prisons here.
I'll tell you this is cover for Obama.
Because the little boy president went out there and did something absolutely ignorant and stupid, and he's got to be covered for it now.
The solution is the Cheney Limbaugh policy.
Keep it open.
Which is what's going to happen.
Keep it open.
It was never a problem in the first place.
It was a manufactured problem, a propaganda problem created by the Democrats.
And now, after the reporter said, Well, what about having them imprisoned in the United States?
Dingy Harry, who yesterday said that Senator Kennedy's cancer is in remission when it's not, said this.
I'm saying that the United States Senate, Democrats and Republicans, do not want terrorists to be released in the United States.
That's very clear.
No one's talking about releasing them.
They're talking about putting them in prison somewhere in the United States.
You can't put him in prison unless you release them.
Sorry, you got to clarify that a little bit.
I can't, I can't, I can't make it any more clear than the statement I have given to you.
We will never allow terrorists to be released in the United States.
So this is focus group language.
He's got to go out there.
They focus group this.
He's got to say terrorists will never be because the country has been made to believe that Obama wants to release terrorists into the general population.
That's what it means.
So Dingy Harry says, we're not going to release them.
The reporter says, no, no, no, no, no.
Transferred from prison at Gitmo to prison in America.
Dingy Harry says, you can't imprison them without release.
You got to release them from Gitmo and then catch them again.
We're not going to do this.
And he's also saying, you got, Hey, if you're going to transfer them, you've got to release them from Gitmo, and you've got to put them in official transportation vehicles and put them back.
It's just it is just hilarious.
Normally, you know, these people are hilarious when they're out of power and dangerous when they're in power.
And that hasn't changed.
But they're getting funny now, too, as the reality of what Obama claims he wants to do hits these people where it hurts in the polls.
We'll be back.
Just got a note from Andrew McCarthy, who, as you know, was on the prosecution team that put the blind Sheikh Omar Abdel Rachman behind bars.
And he was listening to the program as we discuss the use of Gitmo by the Democrats as a propaganda tool saying that our imprisonment of these innocent waifs has led to the creation of more terrorists.
And Andy writes, this drives me nuts.
Obama Durbin Powell, the titular head of the Republican Party, McCain.
A bunch of people who know zero about radical Islam all say that Gitmo and Abu Ghraib and waterboarding and fill in the blank has become an al-kind of recruiting tool.
This is something I know about Rush.
I've prosecuted terrorists.
I've interviewed them.
I've infiltrated informants into terrorist networks.
The biggest recruiting tool for terrorists is successful terrorist attacks.
What draws those on the fence to the movement is the belief that it can and will win.
When Obama and the blind sheik recruit, or Osama, I'm sorry, when Osama the blind sheik recruit, their pitch is that the U.S. is the weak horse.
If you make things bloody enough for us, we'll give up.
Successful terror attacks are the number one recruitment tool.
So you'd have to say that the Bush administration preventing all and any terrorist attacks on our soil did more to harm the recruitment of terrorists by Al Qaeda than anything Obama or the Democrats have in mind.
To the phones, put your headphones on in there, Dawn.
Tina in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Great to have you with us in the EIB network.
Hello.
Oh, hi, Roger.
It's Dr. Honor to speak to the last man standing.
Thank you very much.
Um I am no longer, by the way, the last man standing.
That is General Colin Powell.
I have resigned as titular head of the Republican Party.
Okay.
Anyway, my question is do you really do you think that the rank and file Democrats really want to nationalize like Obama does?
All of the private sector.
He's taken everything over.
The answer to this question is crucial.
And I we don't have it yet.
I was talking about this with someone this morning before today's broadcast began, Tina, and it really is a good question.
Um I'm of the mind that a lot of rank and file Democrats really this is not.
But I don't know, because he's a he's got a cult following, and he we see the polls that people disagree with his policies, but love him.
Now let's look at this what happened yesterday with the uh the EPA and the mileage standards.
Folks, if we wanted to, this might be a good project, and go back to our archives from 1997 on and get, you know, a bunch of audio of me warning you what's headed down the pike regarding SUVs.
That they're gonna put us, I would say, in lawnmowers with a couple of seats on them.
That is their objective.
2007, 12 years ago, it happened yesterday.
It happened.
I was right.
Many people thought I was overboard.
Uh alarmist, exaggerational.
It's happened.
Now here's the interesting thing.
These new little putt putts.
I got a note from somebody at the Putt Putt Company, which is uh franchised miniature golf.
Could you please not besmirch us by calling Obama cars putt-puts?
I just remembered that.
Okay, so these little lawnmowers with suit with two seats on them.
Even USA Today, of all places has a story on how much less safe on the highway all of us are gonna be.
How highway deaths are going to increase because everybody's gonna be at greater risk in these smaller little uh uh lawnmowers with two seats on them.
Now, guess what?
You're being required to buy one does not start until Obama's last year in office, 2016.
Even if rank and file Democrats end up hating this, he's gone.
Unless he manages to shred the 22nd amendment and run for a third term.
Well, that's a good question.
The answer to that question do rank and file Democrats really want the government-owning car companies.
I got a story here today that unions don't want to run them.
Unions don't want to run the car companies.
I I it I can't answer it.
They voted for this, and we try to tell them this is exactly who he was, but nobody believed it on the Democrat side, and uh, even some of our own Republicans still don't believe it.
So it's gonna be a while before we know the answer the question.
I can't tell you now, wish I could.
Second hour must come to a screeching halt, the fastest uh three hours in media.
Hosted by me, Rush Limbaugh, the former head, I resigned this hour, former titular head of the Republican Party.
