Barack Obama is giving that press conference now that I was uh I was misunderinformed.
I I was told it was going to happen later this afternoon.
But he said he's upset that Reverend Wright's the focus of attention at Wright doesn't speak for him or for his campaign.
He doesn't associate himself with any of Wright's statements.
He's uh called him appalling, is what he's saying is statements are appalling, the statements that Reverend Wright is uh is making.
The question now is this is what Obama should have done early on, but he was trying to be nice to Wright.
He was trying to have it both ways here.
Wright didn't take it that way.
Wright thought he Wright Wright thought he was thrown under the bus in a train back into Philadelphia speech.
If Wright had any doubt about it, uh that doubt has been settled today because today he was thrown under the bus, he's thrown under the train, thrown under the airplane, even flushed down the sewer.
Uh by Barack Obama's question is, is this too late?
Is it too late?
Should they should he have done this out of the box?
Yep, there it is.
Wright does not speak for me or my campaign.
We're working feverishly at headquarters here, securing audio sound bites, the appropriate sound bites of the Obama comments.
I don't want to jip this.
Uh we'll have the comments in uh in due course.
The question now is too late.
And a lot of people are going to think that it is too late.
And of course, it'll be interesting to see now what is Wright do.
What will Wright's reaction?
This is always about people are speculating here that that Wright's doing what he's doing now because he felt he was thrown under the bus back in the Philadelphia speech.
Now that he's been thrown under the train and flushed down the toilet into the sewer, will he now come back and really unload on Obama?
And he could.
Obama's been in that church twenty years.
Reverend Wright baptized Obama's kids.
So it's uh it's fireworks out there.
Operation Chaos.
This would not have happened without Operation Chaos, ladies and gentlemen.
Uh because Mrs. Clinton would be gone.
And with Mrs. Clinton gone, none of this could have been done, and nothing could have been done about it, so it wouldn't have been uh any kind of a story at all.
There are numerous Jeremiah Wright's stories in the uh uh in the snack of stuff here today, as well as uh as sound bites.
This is a uh column by Errol Lewis in the New York Daily News.
The Reverend Jeremiah Wright couldn't have done more damage to Obama's campaign if he had tried.
And you have to wonder if that's just what one friend of Wright wanted.
Get this.
Shortly before he rose to deliver his rambling, angry sarcastic remarks at the press club on Monday.
Wright sat next to and chatted with Barbara Reynolds.
I remember Barbara Reynolds.
She's a former member of the editorial board at USA Today.
She had her own little byline column there.
And she runs something now called the Reynolds News Services and teaches ministry at the Howard University School of Divinity.
She's an ordained minister.
It turns out that Reynolds introduced Monday as a member of the National Press Club who organized the event is a Hillary supporter.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the woman who secured an organized Reverend Wright's appearance at the press club is a Hillary Clinton supporter, Barbara Reynolds.
On a blog linked to her website, Reynolds said in a February post, my vote for Hillary in the Maryland primary was my way of saying thank you to Clinton and her husband for the successes of the Clinton presidency.
The same post criticized Obama's audacity of hope theme.
She wrote, Hope by definition's not based on facts.
It's an emotional expectation.
Things hoped for may or may not come.
But help, based on experience, trumps hope every time.
So this woman not only plugging for Hillary, she's out there berating Obama's entire campaign theme.
In another blog entry, she gives an ever sharper critique of Obama.
It's a sad testimony that to protect his credentials as a unifier above the fray, the senator is fueling the media characterization that Reverend Dr. Wright is some retiring old uncle in the church basement.
So she thinks that this guy's a nutcase from way back, and that Obama has not been honest about his relationship, and she is the one who organized the appearance of Reverend Wright at the National Press Club on Monday.
Hey, look at let's let's cut to the chase here.
You have a Hillary operative securing Wright's performance at the press club, which has been universally condemned as unhelpful, and worse than that, very damaging to the Obama campaign.
Obama just said, I am clearly unequivocally denouncing Reverend Wright's comments.
Whatever relationship I had with Reverend Wright has changed now.
So here is the next thing.
Will he apologize to his grandmother?
He's got to fix that.
He insulted his grandmother, typical white person.
Our typical white woman, what a typical white person.
He's got to apologize to his grandmother.
He's thrown right overboard now.
He has unequivocally denounced Reverend Wright's comments.
The wheels of the Obama campaign are coming off.
They had they came off a long time ago.
Now we're skidding to a stop and gone off the rails.
The Obama camp and the campaign is about to be derailed in a cornfield.
It's uh it's this is just amazing to watch.
Amazing.
And the Clintons.
The Clintons are just sitting out there and they're watching all this and they're yucking it up, and they're having a grand old time.
Uh what's this gonna do with the superdelegates?
Um, Snerdley, will you be patient?
Will you just calm down?
Snerdley is now having a commission conniption fit.
What's this going to do to me when Hillary wins the nomination?
If Mrs. Clinton wins the nomination, it isn't gonna be my fault.
My objective was not to see that either of these two won specifically, one of them was going to.
It was a C to it that just this kind of thing happened.
Operation Chaos, a profound success, ladies and gentlemen.
It's met our objectives far and away beyond all we could have dreamed of.
We have a couple sound bites of Mrs. Clinton, by the way, uh, before we go to the break here.
Uh this afternoon she held a press conference on oil prices and the like.
And it's embarrassing.
Listen.
When I'm president, we will finally get tough with OPEC.
You know, OPEC is a cartel.
It's basically a monopoly of the 13 biggest oil-producing nations.
They get together in a room a couple of times a year.
They decide how much oil they will produce and what the price will be.
If you did that in the United States, if every veneer company did that, you'd be violating the law because you can't be fixing prices, and you can't be determining supply.
It's supposed to be a free market, but we don't have anything like a free market when it comes to oil.
Oh, this is almost as bad as what Chuck Schumer said.
Remember the 04 presidential campaign John Kerry, the haughty John Kerry served in Vietnam, demanding Bush go talk to OPEC, get them to roll over prices, raise production or do something.
Mrs. Clinton says that there's price fixing going on in OPEC.
OPEC doesn't control all the oil, Mrs. Clinton.
Uh sure OPEC does what they can to keep the uh price up, but they are as subject to the market as anybody else is.
And when the when's the last time Mrs. Clinton cared about a free market anyway?
When you get right down to brass tax, when is she cared about the free market?
She's gonna get tough with OPEC.
Okay, so all those guys over there in the Middle East are gonna see Mrs. What's she gonna threaten them with a text to go lockbox?
What's she gonna threaten these guys with?
That's the non-OPEC companies that are coming up short here, as we told you earlier in the program, the Norways, the Mexicos, the Venezuelas, they're the ones coming up short because of nationalization of their supplies.
You know, I I um I just marvel at the this this woman has no clue either about how oil works, the market pricing.
One more.
This is another portion of her remarks.
I'll put a government watchdog back in charge of our energy markets right now.
They are unregulated.
That alone could drive the price twenty dollars a barrel.
I'm gonna crack down on price gouging and any other kind of wholesale manipulation in order to ensure that it's all on the up and up.
Now we need to know what the price is in order to understand how we're gonna pay for it.
What's the thing?
But we sure shouldn't be guessing whether what we're paying has nothing to do with the real price.
I feel like Red Fox could be the big one, Elizabeth could be.
Could be.
This is absurd.
This is ignorant, this is profoundly ignorant, ladies and gentlemen.
Put a government watchdog back in charge of our energy markets right now, they're unregulated.
Unregulated.
How about all the different formulations of gasoline we have to have for different geographical areas of the country?
Just to name one set of regulations.
How about the regulations where they cannot drill?
A government official in charge of the market.
We're gonna have to change your name.
Hugo Rodham Chavez.
This is I don't know, folks.
We have to know what the price is in order to understand how we're going to pay for it.
We know what the price.
God help us all.
Okay, we are back.
We have some uh Obama soundbites from his press conference going on now.
If you you look at this guy, I'm looking at this press conference.
He looks beaten, his shoulders are hunched, he looks defensive, he doesn't look authoritative.
He started out trying to be authoritative with the way he identified reporters with that JFK version of the pointing them out.
But he looks beaten back on the defensive.
He chose this church for political reasons.
That is what has become obvious.
He chose this church for political reasons.
He's now paying a political price for doing that.
You choose your church, and he chose this one.
And what this is showing is that judgment matters.
I wonder if Michelle My Bell feels the same way about Jeremiah Wright.
How can Obama be surprised today?
We need to get some other parishioners out there to say whether or not they're shocked by Wright's recent comments.
They sat in that church too.
Wright's only repeating what he said in his church.
Wright has said nothing new.
There's nothing new.
This is the key to nothing new that he has said.
And all of a sudden Obama has to throw him under the train.
Let's go find some other parishioners.
Let's find some that agree with Obama.
Wright set this up.
Well, he's a politician.
He has to say what he says.
Twenty years he couldn't see what kind of man Jeremiah Wright is.
Didn't know he held these views.
Yet he expects to be president.
Does he know what his own wife thinks?
Does he know what his own wife thinks about this?
Because she's out there parroting Wright.
She's out there in her own way, giving his sermons, his political speeches.
Don't become part of middle class.
Don't succumb to middle classness.
She gave a speech night, uh, been reading about the she was fit to be tied angry.
She always is angry when she shows up.
But the bottom line, ladies and gentlemen, the bottom line.
Reverend Wright, in the past three days, has said nothing new.
He didn't say anything new on Moyers.
He didn't say anything new Monday at the National Press Club.
The Reverend Wright has broken no new ground.
And yet, Barack Obama now says he's insulted and says that he is upset and that he has outraged, and that there has been great damage to their relationship.
That he thinks Reverend Wright caricatured himself yesterday.
He hasn't caricatured himself.
He is who he is.
And he didn't say or do anything new.
My friends, I can't tell you this is a profundity.
This is why I'm repeating it.
He has been saying these things for twenty years.
The sermons on video that everybody has seen.
He said nothing new in the past three or four days.
And yet Obama now tosses him offside purely for political reasons.
Couple sound bites.
Obama damage control, the first of two that we have here.
The person I saw yesterday was not the person that I met twenty years ago.
His comments were not only divisive.
Do you see?
Stop this.
Do you see what the person we saw yesterday was mild compared to the person who's been at that pulpit?
This is my point.
There is nothing new.
There's nothing new.
The person we saw yesterday is not the person I met 20 years ago.
He damn well sure is.
Let me tell you something.
You know who his bodyguards were?
You know who Wright's bodyguards were at the National Press Club?
Nation of Islam.
Lewis Farrakhan's bodyguards provided security for Reverend Wright at the National Press Club.
This guy is Nation of Islam.
When you boil it all down.
Play that soundbite again from the top.
Person I saw yesterday was not the person that I met twenty years ago.
His comments were not only divisive and destructive, but I believe that they end up giving comfort to those who prey on hate.
And I believe that they do not portray accurately the perspective of the black church.
How would they certainly don't portray accurately my values and beliefs?
And if Reverend Wright thinks that that's political posturing, as he put it, then he doesn't know me very well.
And based on his remarks yesterday, well, I may not know him as well uh as I thought either.
Whoa!
Whoa.
He can't get away with this.
Does not portray the perspective of the black church.
How would Obama know?
This is his church.
How would he know what the black church is?
This is the church he'd been going to for twenty years.
Do not accurately portray my values and beliefs.
Took you twenty years in the presidential campaign to come to that conclusion.
This is a this is not messianic.
This is not unique.
This is not new.
This is not a politician who has never trod the political ground of a presidential campaign before in a great country United States of America.
This is your average, ordinary, inexperienced run-of-the-mill politician with a f uh the sense of entitlement about him, who has been softened up by puffball coverage from the drive-by media and now is having trouble dealing with the rigors of a presidential campaign.
And I knew this I knew when Wright said, hey, he just a politician.
He's got to say what he's got to say.
I gotta say what I gotta say.
We got different audiences.
I knew that would get under Obama's skin.
And it did.
If Reverend Wright thinks that's political posturing on my part, he doesn't know me very well.
Now I'd realize some of you people think this is a grand scheme on the part of Wright and Obama, that they've set this up, that Wright knew all along he was going to have to be disowned.
If that's the case, this would have happened the minute those sermons surfaced on video, it wouldn't have gone through the speech in Philadelphia.
No, no, no, folks, this is ineptitude on parade.
Here is a um another.
Soundbite.
Yeah, here it is.
When he states and then amplifies such ridiculous propositions as the U.S. government somehow being involved in AIDS, uh, when he suggests that Minister Farrakhan somehow represents one of the greatest voices of the twenty twentieth and twenty-first century.
When he's equates the United States' wartime efforts with terrorism, uh, then uh there are no excuses.
Uh they offend me.
Uh they rightly offend all Americans, And they should be denounced.
And that's what I'm doing very clearly and unequivocally here today.
This is not working.
This is not working.
He's in this guy's church twenty years.
He's heard the guy talk about the United States responsible for AIDS.
He's heard all these things.
He's acting like he just heard these things for the first time.
Even though he's admitted that he heard these, then he said he hadn't, and he said he had.
And you say toast.
We gotta we gotta shuffle a bumper rotation.
I've been taking notes.
Shaking all over always comes up at this break.
Always at the bottom of the hour in the third hour.
We're back, Rush Limbaugh on the EIB network 800-282-2882.
Ladies and gentlemen, I am calling an operational pause in Operation Chaos.
We have a week to figure out now what's best to do.
Do not, if your state still allows voter registration, keep that up.
Continue to vote as a democracy as a Democrat in upcoming Operation Chaos Primaries.
It's too late in Indiana, and I think it's too Indiana, North Carolina.
Oregon last day is today.
There are other states coming down to Pike.
Uh and Puerto Rico.
But I'm calling an operational pause, and I will tell you why.
My first gut reaction, my instinct in listening to the audio sound bites of Obama today, throwing Jeremiah Wright off the planet.
He didn't throw him under the bus.
He put him in the space shuttle and he sent him to the space station so he can pal around with the Russians that are up there.
And then I watched during the bottom of the hour break here.
I decided to watch the drive-by media coverage of this.
Because it became obvious to me.
See, I read the stitches on the fastball.
I can read between the lines.
And I know that most of the drive-bys are in a tank for Obama.
And so what I think I saw an indication of, I watched Chris Matthews in Angria Mitchell, and became here, discussing this.
And Matthews was full of praise.
And he accepted every theme Obama brought up.
And he said Obama was dead right.
Why do we have to have this preacher inserting himself in the presidential campaign for the last three days?
Obama rightly said he's not talking to him anymore, may talk to him later.
But Obama was dead right on on this.
Matthew's missing the whole point.
He could have done this in church the first time he heard the guy.
We all know with common sense, realize here that Obama did this out of political expediency today to save a dwindling and plunging campaign.
The drive-bys, by the time those in the tank for Obama get through spinning this tonight.
This is what I need to wait for, ladies and gentlemen, is why I've called an operational pause.
Because I want to find out what we need to do tomorrow based on how effective the drive-by's are in spinning what Obama said today and make it look like it was courageous.
Do you watch they w it was courageous?
This was one of the greatest risks a politician's ever taken in the United States.
This was a risk we have never seen taken before.
This is a man with courage and guts and fortitude.
This is a man we want to be our pres.
This is the kind of thing I'm expecting tonight from the drive-bys.
So I'm just on the my gut reaction after the audio sound bites was to issue new orders.
Because I saw you A.P. Ipsos poll has Hillary up over McCain by nine points, 50 to 41.
And so the uh my gut reaction here after hearing Obama was to issue orders changing directives, i.e.
vote Obama in remaining primaries.
But I'm holding back.
That's why I'm calling an operational pause.
Because I want to see what the drive-by's are gonna do.
And the Super Dell, I want to see how the superdelegates are affected by this.
Uh there's it's operational pause.
You can't vote in North Carolina and Indiana till Tuesday anyway, so there's really no pause.
I mean, it's not as though the election is tomorrow.
Uh but I just I I want you to know your commanding officers are eagerly, uh diligently and effectively planning the uh the next strategy here based on this speech and the reaction to it.
Here's one more audio soundbite from Obama this afternoon, another portion of his remarks.
Upon watching it, what became clear to me was that it was more than just him defending himself.
What became clear to me was that he was presenting a worldview that contradicts who I am and what I stand for.
And what I think particularly angered me was uh his suggestion somehow that my previous denunciation of his remarks were somehow political posturing.
This is anybody who knows me and anybody who knows what I'm about knows that we don't know about trying to bridge gaps, and that I see the commonality in all people.
We don't know.
And so when I start hearing uh comments about conspiracy theories and aids and suggestions that somehow uh minister Farrakhan is been a great voice in the 20th century.
That goes directly at who I am and what I believe this country needs.
Is this the change we've been waiting for?
Is everybody talking about Barack Obama's change?
The change is he's the last guy on a planet to figure out Jeremia Wright.
You know what this is like?
This is like Hillary Clinton calling a press conference.
I just learned my husband cheats on me.
This is absurd, folks.
You we're our intelligence is being insulted again.
Imagine Hillary Clinton today with a press conference, ladies and gentlemen.
I come to you today because I am divorcing my husband because I just learned that he has been unfaithful to me for over twenty years.
Um Lord, folks, this this this sound bites.
He's talking about Wright at the National Press Club yesterday.
What came clear to me uh once that it was uh more than just him defending himself.
What became clear is he was presenting a worldview that contradicts who I am and who I You chose the guy.
None of this is believable, Barack.
What particularly angered me was his suggestion, my previous denunciation of his remarks was political posturing.
Anyone who knows me or what I'm about, and we don't know who you are and what you're about, that's what this is all about, knows that I would never do that.
When I start to hear comments about conspiracy theories and aids, suggestions that somehow far he's been asked about Farrakhan traveling to meet Qaddafi.
He's been asked about right making that trip.
So we'll watch the drive-by media tonight, do their best to spin this into an act of courage, something that's worthwhile of the Kennedy School of Government's award for the profile encouragement.
You know every year uh uh Caroline Kennedy awards a profile and courage award, a great political operative.
Kennedys have endorsed this guy, right?
Kennedys have endorsed this guy.
So this is going to be spun as an act of political courage today.
Lurking now in the shadows is the Reverend Wright.
Lurking now in the shadows.
Wouldn't it be great if Wright says, You chose me.
You've been in my sermons, you've been in my pulpit for twenty years.
I baptized your children.
Uh so the I know Burr Barack doesn't have the juice to Fort Marsley Park, this guy, so he's gonna have to put up with him out there.
And uh whatever he happens to say, if he says anything, there's another conspiracy going around.
I kid you not, ladies and gentlemen, check the uh the Democrat blogs, another conspiracy going or theory going around out there.
Since it has been uncovered by uh Errol Errol.
What is the New York Times uh New York uh Daily News uh uh columnist.
Errol Lewis, correct.
Errol Lewis in his piece today indicates that the woman who secured and organized the appearance of Reverend Wright, the National Press Club yesterday is actually a Hillary Clinton operative.
Barbara Barb, what is this brain?
Barbara.
That's right, Barbara Reynolds.
She used to be on TV all the time.
She's an ordained minister, runs a divinity school at Howard University.
I remember watching her on Twitter.
She used to be when he's angry, like Julian Malvau type people.
You know, Julianne Malvault wishing that Clarence Thomas's wife would feed him a lot of cholesterol so he'd have a heart attack.
Barbara Reynolds is she was she was mad out there.
A minister, a minister set up right.
A minister set a Clinton Clinton minister set up Obama's ministers.
Exactly right.
It's what Errol Lewis is saying today that the organizer of Wright's appearance in National Press Club was set up, and she was sitting right next to him at the dais talking to him.
It was set up by Barbara Reynolds, who is a Clinton operative, and she's written on her blog some very critical things of Obama and his reaction to his preacher and so forth, and to Wright.
So that the conspiracy theory is who is the most public operative for Mrs. Clinton right now.
It's me.
Commander in chief, U.S. Operation Chaos.
And so the uh Democrats is you know the real reason, the real reason this happened.
They're saying the real reason that Wright got set up with his invitation, the National Press Club, and it Obama ends up getting set up by this as me.
Operation Chaos.
That's some of the wild conspiracy theories that are floating around out there.
All right, again, we have declared an operational pause.
Pending study.
Yes, you gotta have flexibility.
You know, every battle cannot be planned from beginning to end because the minute you meet opposition, the plan changes.
And so we are always remained, uh have always remained flexible with many, many options at our disposal.
Uh this uh is one of these that we did not foresee.
In Operation Chaos, we did not foresee coming down the road that Obama would throw Wright off the planet.
Uh the operational pause has been declared while we engage in further strategy sessions to see where we go from here with Operation Castle.
So one thing you can count on is Operation Chaos will continue.
Barack Obama has committed another rookie mistake.
He should never have had this press conference between noon and three Eastern.
This is something that even the stupidest Democrats have learned.
You just don't do this.
So now he's done it.
We have one more sound bite from it.
And I want to warn you people again, Operation Chaos with an operational pause.
We put it on hold here for just a day.
I want to gauge a drive-by media reaction to this tonight because I know exactly what it's going to be.
They're gonna be I want and you better be if you watch it.
You're gonna be tempted to get sick.
They're gonna portray this as something exactly the opposite of what it is: that it's courageous, that it was brilliant, uh that it's an act of courage that we have not seen since the 60s in American politics.
You watch.
I've already seen Chris Matthews set it up.
I knew it was going to happen before he did it, but he followed through.
Enrea Mitchell, NBC News, Washington, with the same take.
And the others will be in on it.
That's what Obama should not have done this between noon and three.
Huge rookie mistake.
Here's the final bite.
He provided valuable contributions to my family.
But at a certain point, if what somebody says contradicts what you believe so fundamentally.
And then he questions whether or not you believe it in front of the National Press Club.
Come on, Amy.
That's enough.
That's a show of disrespect to me.
It is also, I think, an insult to what we've been trying to do on this campaign.
She was similarly anger.
Guess he's talking about Michelle My Bell Obama there being similarly angered.
She's probably angry this is all happening.
Wright's been uncovered.
She's a disciple.
Look, uh we can we can cut to the chase on this.
There's no way.
Absolutely no way that Barack Obama learned anything new about Reverend Jeremiah Wright by virtue of what he said at the National Press Club yesterday.
He provided valuable contributions to my family.
What?
What were his Valuable contributions, uh, Senator Obama, because he hasn't said anything new since we first heard of this guy.
He hasn't said a thing new.
He is who he is.
If we want to talk about genuine, on the Democrat side, there's one guy who is genuine in all this, and it's Reverend Wright.
Reverend Wright, at least has the courage to open himself up and say, Here's who I am, and I hate you.
But uh this is who I am.
I hate you, and I hate your country, and I hate rich white people.
I've come home to roost.
At least he's got the guts to tell us what he is, what he thinks, and who he is.
And there's nothing new here.
I cannot emphasize this enough.
So all these things he said at the press club yesterday, Obama, the light just went off.
Ha!
Fat chance.
Again, I ask you to think of this.
Imagine if a press conference was called later this afternoon, Mrs. Clinton walks out to the microphone, says that she is divorcing her husband, that she has filed papers, because she just learned that he represents things that she can't stomach.
He represents ideas and beliefs that she had no idea that he held.
That he has been having affairs the whole time they've been married.
She just found out about it, and she is going to get out of the marriage.
It has no place in this campaign.
He has no right to be dominating this campaign.
It's my campaign.
This is what Obama has said about Jeremiah Wright.
Let's see.
Uh Jay, I want to grab a phone call here because I have had diarrhea of the mouth on this.
Jay in Memphis, you're next in the Rush Limbaugh program.
Hello.
Hey, Rush.
Uh, it's great to speak to you.
Thank you, sir.
Uh, you taught you kind of touched on it earlier that you didn't think this was sort of a scheme.
But don't you find it curious that this is coming after Pennsylvania, where he was trouned.
After that North Carolina GOP ad, which had the both of them in it together, and a week ahead of the Indiana North Carolina primaries.
This is not a scheme.
This is a this is a desperation move.
Uh this this scheme has come way too late.
He hadn't won a he hadn't won a major primary since the 22nd of February.
He's lost seven of the ten largest states.
Right.
Mrs. Clinton's pulling uh uh pulling ahead, but the superdelegates out there are where this is all headed.
Uh and after that, after Wright showed up and made his speech.
See, it's one thing to have these sound bites uh of Wright out there, and the charge being, hey, these are doctored, hey, these are edited, hey, these are looped.
Then Wright goes on television for two hours and confirms everything in those sermons and in those videos.
Uh Obama tried to have it both ways, but uh this there's it's too late for this to have been uh scheme.
Do you think, though, that the speech in Philadelphia was an attempt to do that, and it wasn't enough, and this is sort of his second chance to have Wright appear as the terrible guy create all this distance between.
I know no, it could be.
I know that as far as the Democrats are concerned, uh, the media, the drive-by's give Democrats do overs.
I'll never forget there was some reporter that asked John Kerry a question in the 04 campaign.
CBS reporter Carrie Muffet couldn't understand what he said, and the reporter said, You want to you want to do that again?
So the Democrats get do-overs.
In this case, I I think that speech in Philadelphia was an attempt to have it all, and not disavow Wright because of the black church, black community, and so forth.
But uh, this is this is desperation move.
He's relying on the press to spin it as a courageous move.
We're keeping a sharp eye.
Remember, folks, an operational pause has been called in Operation Chaos.
This could go either way.
Tune in tomorrow for latest analysis and an indication of further orders.
