Ceasefire Agreement Confusion 00:14:33
Good evening.
This is Rudy Giuliani, and this is the Rudy Giuliani Show, and we are on Lindell TV.
To be or not to be, ceasefire or no ceasefire, said Hamlet.
I would have to say that here is about as accurate as I can be.
A ceasefire apparently was agreed to last night, certainly by us, we know that for sure.
Based on the president's discussion with Pakistan, it was agreed on by Iran.
I don't know, I don't agree with, and I find actually abhorrent the idea of these betting on predictions of future political and social and humanitarian events.
It's bad enough that we have so much betting on sports, it's ruined sports.
It's going to ruin life if they keep doing it.
But I have to imagine that no one bet that Iran would abide by the ceasefire.
So it probably was impossible to take a book on it because nobody's going to bet the other way.
Unless you are a complete moronic Neanderthal, even if you're a big proponent of them and a hater of the president and a hater of America, you knew that Iran was going to violate the ceasefire as quickly as possible.
Now, they're complaining that Israel hit Hezbollah.
Well, everyone says that Hezbollah was not included, was not a party to the ceasefire.
Unless Hezbollah belongs to Iran, maybe they just solved a problem they've been lying about for, oh gosh, for 40 years since they started Hezbollah.
Hezbollah, it has always been our absolute, not just belief, but absolute certitude.
That Hezbollah was killing on behalf of Iran.
How many Americans have they killed under Soleimani's direction?
They always denied it.
But now they're worried that Hezbollah is going to get hit, not in Iran, but in Lebanon.
Lebanon's not part of the agreement.
Hezbollah's not part of the agreement.
Why the hell would Israel not hit them when Hezbollah is dedicated to the death to destroy the state of Israel?
I mean, from the point of view of Israel, you'd want to get rid of everyone who's a member of Hezbollah on the face of the earth if you want to save your people.
So, the double standard and the hypocrisy and the lying and the mendacity of the international press and the international politicians, whatever the hell they are, the shit that inhabit Europe.
They're all yelling about war crimes.
And of course, the Democrats are the worst of all.
War crimes, war crimes, war crimes.
The president was going to send them back to the Middle Ages.
And of course, these are all phrases.
Now, okay, make your case on war crimes.
And you are really, I'm sure all you Democrats, lying scumbags, are very concerned about war crimes.
That's why you've consistently made a very, very big point.
Of how Iran has been committing major war crimes every day of this war, including today.
I don't know if this thing was signed or agreed to, but it only took about an hour or two for Iran to start its attacks.
So today, the first day of the ceasefire, Iran, a party to the agreement, attacked Kuwait.
Multiple drone attacks, dozens reported.
Saudi Arabia, they hit a pipeline.
Qatar, numerous missile and drone strikes, all intercepted because, among other things, they don't have good aim.
I mean, they are pathetic warriors.
The fact that they could hit one plane out of 4,000 missions, and then we could come in there and say, step aside, you little jerks, we're taking our people out, and you better not interfere with us.
Or you're going to be trying to, you're going to go be bargaining for the fact that these 40, the 72 virgins and 70 are really available to you.
But all these people, all your friends dying, you don't think they've used up all the virgins by now?
You really believe that, jerk off?
Bahrain, little Bahrain intercepted about eight missiles that were shot at Bahrain.
They must be using now slingshots to send off them.
I love Bahrain.
I love the king of Bahrain.
I have a wonderful picture with him.
I think I've shown you many times.
He's about the most peaceful man in the Middle East, and Bahrain's about the most peaceful country in the Middle East.
It used to be and may still be the only one that allows churches and synagogues to put up crosses and Jewish stars.
Only one I know of that's had a Jewish woman as ambassador to the United Nations.
See the feminists getting all excited about that?
Uh uh.
They oppose the Muslim murderers.
In Iran, even though they're Muslim, because they're Muslims who don't believe that crap that Muhammad taught.
They don't accept it.
Now, a lot more has got to be done about that, but that's a lot better than the ones who accept it.
Now, Bahrain is a particular bet noir for Iran because the job that I did for a short time for Bahrain is to protect them against periodic, almost monthly attacks.
By Iran for no reason.
Bahrain wasn't doing a damn thing to them except refusing to be part of the Iranian Islamic Empire.
Because Bahrain truly believes in peace and Bahrain truly believes in religious freedom.
And they practice what they preach.
And for that, they get four or five people killed every year for as long as I can remember.
Every month, for as long as I can remember.
When I came in to give them advice, the animals in Iran were focusing on police officers.
For some reason, they were going after police stations.
But now they've hit the Emirates more often.
by a lot than Israel.
I don't know if they've hit Bahrain more often than Israel, but they've hit Bahrain a disproportionate number of times for a country that is no threat to them at all.
Saudi Arabia and UAE, if they wanted to, could have been back, particularly Saudi Arabia.
They have an air force.
Notice they're not touching Jordan.
Right now, without any doubt, Jordan could probably defeat Iran.
They've left, they haven't, I mean, they've had a couple of missiles shot down over Jordan.
And I don't remember they're doing an attack on Jordan, Ted.
They're scared shitless of doing an attack on Jordan.
I mean, Jordan's got an air force, not like America, of course, and not like Israel, but they've got an air force.
And I think the Israelis would tell you in any war with the whole group of them, the one they would have the most trouble with was Jordan.
Not Egypt, Saudi Arabia, they're much bigger, but Jordan.
Yeah, it would take four or five days to defeat them.
The others would be defeated overnight.
So we have all these attacks.
They also conducted attacks in the Persian Gulf shipping zone.
Didn't they open?
Didn't they agree to open?
What the hell were they attacking today in the Persian Gulf shipping zone?
They did let two tankers through.
Then when they found out that Israel attacked Hezbollah, they canceled their agreement.
Even though the United States insists, and I would have to believe them more than I would believe Iran, that although Israel agreed to the ceasefire, Israel did not agree to lay off Hezbollah.
Hezbollah wasn't a party to it.
Hezbollah didn't give many in exchange for.
Were they just going to sit there and just wait for Hezbollah to attack them?
Hezbollah wasn't a party to it.
Why the hell should Israel back off hitting Hezbollah?
Hezbollah didn't back off hitting them.
This was a plan from the very beginning.
These people are totally unreliable.
I mean, do you want to listen to JD Vance, what he said about it today?
And for JD Vance to say this, This is not going to turn out well for Iran.
Across from the table from Islamabad, it's just said that he thinks negotiations would be unreasonable while that war is ongoing.
So, would you ask Israel to hold off strikes to allow some space for these monks?
Well, first of all, I know there's been some conversations between the Israelis and the leadership of our country today.
I haven't been involved in that because I've been busy doing stuff in Hungary.
I'm actually going to update when I get on the plane.
But let me say a couple of things.
First of all, I actually think, and there's a lot of bad faith negotiation and a lot of bad faith.
you know, propaganda going on.
I think this comes from a legitimate misunderstanding.
I think the Iranians thought that the ceasefire included Lebanon, and it just didn't.
We never made that promise.
We never indicated that was going to be the case.
What we said is that the ceasefire would be focused on Iran, and the ceasefire would be focused on America's allies, both Israel and the Gulf Arab states.
That said, the Israelis, as I understand it, again, I'm supposed to get a fuller report when I get on the plane, have actually offered to be, frankly, To check themselves a little bit in Lebanon because they want to make sure that our negotiation is successful.
That's not because that is part of the ceasefire.
I think that's the Israelis trying to set up.
Well, that's not the part I wanted.
The part that I wanted is the one that says that if they keep doing it, we're going to go back to war.
But I do see why there are questions about JD.
There's something illogical about what he said.
He said it's understandable if Iran thought that Lebanon was covered.
Well, then it would be understandable that they thought Saudi Arabia, who else do they hit today?
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain were covered.
Why, just Iran, just Lebanon is covered?
Not all of the Arab and Middle Eastern states that they have involved one way or another.
So they can hit Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain.
And also they can hit ships in the Persian Gulf.
But Israel can't, but they believe that Iran.
That Israel agreed not to hit Hezbollah in exchange for what?
That's complete horseshit.
And I'm surprised JD fell for that, aren't you?
I mean, I'm surprised.
Later on, he did say.
Yeah, we're at 1.46.
We're going to get that ready right now.
Do you want to go to Kara first?
Hello, Kara.
She must have had a long day today.
Hey, it was a very long day, Mr. Mayor.
We were at the briefing.
You're cold and white?
I'm looking at you there.
Really?
It's cold.
It's like 40 degrees right now.
We don't know what's going on, but it's very chilly today.
And it's raining like hell in Palm Beach.
Can you believe it?
Yes.
I could believe it.
Some weird things going on with the weather, they're saying, and it's not global warming.
It's something else.
But today we were at the briefing earlier, very early, bright and early, actually before everything transpired with Lebanon.
Pete Hegseth came out and did a briefing.
They were talking about the ceasefire deal that happened last night and happy about that.
The Secretary of War did get into it.
I'm sure you saw, or maybe not, with an ABC reporter.
That was, for me, the most interesting part of the briefing an ABC reporter who sort of fashioned a statement as a question and offended Pete Hegseth.
Take a watch.
And also, you said earlier that the president chose mercy.
But you yourself had said three weeks ago that we will give no quarter to Iranian troops.
How do you correlate those two?
And do you think that your comments may have put American troops at risk?
No.
I try to be nice up here, but you did listen to what I said, right?
I laid out the objectives.
We believe we've accomplished them, and it's a historic military victory.
And President Trump has the option as the commander in chief to compel an adversary to the table, which is precisely what he did.
And at the end, he chose to say, you know what, I'd rather talk to you at the table than obliterate your capability to export oil and fund your terror regime.
So he did make that choice.
That was his choice.
A president of peace, and he's been willing to make those really tough calls that the American people elected him to do.
Nothing we've done, not a single thing we've done, this is a typical, of course, it's ABC, not a single thing we've done has put an American troop in more of a harm's way.
We've only set our troops up to harm Iranian military capabilities, which they've done to devastating fashion and to great success.
Mr. Chairman, you had a brief question.
NATO Meeting Insights 00:10:03
There's a lot in that question.
I'd love to take that offline and answer it, but it was, I, I'm struggling to find exactly what your question was, and that's probably me, not you.
Okay, all right.
Sorry about that.
Mr. Chairman, it's sorry.
It was an indictment framed as a question, so you're forgiven for not understanding.
Go ahead, please.
No, you've had your chance.
Go ahead, sir.
Thank you very much.
I believe so, based on the diplomatic negotiation.
I believe so.
I mean, I don't understand.
Aren't they Americans?
Yes, that guy was actually, he's from Long Island.
I know from Long Island.
So, yeah, they're American.
I don't know.
He must have been on the part of Long Island that the Germans captured during World War II.
He doesn't sound like an American to me.
Well, they put ABC in the front row, called on ABC.
So, I guess that's what you would expect from ABC.
Yeah, so that was earlier today.
We had a few more sound bites, but I think that you've probably seen all these because it's.
It's been such a long day since that.
Obviously, as soon as the Pentagon briefing was over, and Pete Hegseth was talking about the ceasefire, I'll just summarize what he said.
He said that we're going to make sure Iran complies with the ceasefire, then ultimately come to the table and make a deal.
We'll stay put, stay ready, stay vigilant.
Our troops are prepared to defend, prepared to go on the offense, prepared to restart at a moment's notice.
That's sort of what he said regarding the ceasefire that was happening earlier this morning.
But now everything is sort of shaken up because of everything happening in Lebanon and the attacks there.
So now the ceasefire, uh, Iran is saying is off the table at least right now, and we're not really sure if the Strait of Hermos is open or not because since then, uh, President Trump really hasn't spoken to the media.
We were looking forward to talking to the president today.
I was actually in the press pool, uh, Mark Rutoff, the secretary general of NATO, was here, and it was supposed to be open to the press, they were saying, but then it became closed because something had to have happened because you know how much the president loves to do that, particularly with even though he's very angry at NATO, he loves that guy.
He was.
And we were surprised, right?
We were surprised.
And we certainly thought we would get invited in and get to ask the president questions because I was part of the poll.
Like I said, I did have a lot of questions for Mark Ruta specifically that I wanted to ask, but didn't get the opportunity.
Again, I think it's just the president is getting an update on everything going on right now in the Middle East with Lebanon and the Strait of Hormuz.
Are they keeping it open?
Are they not?
We don't really know right now.
It's just a lot of stuff going around, obviously, in the media, but none of it's been verified by the White House.
Carolyn Levitt, again, did a briefing today at 1 p.m.
As a lot of these things were transpiring.
So, news was coming in as she was addressing the media.
So, even she couldn't update herself because literally stuff was happening as she was speaking.
But, Carolyn Levitt did speak on the negotiations, talking about the vice president, Jared Kushner, that are going over there to Islamabad for talks this weekend.
I think he already played that clip, so I'm not going to play that one.
But that's supposed to happen this weekend.
The president is dispatching his negotiating team, led by the vice president and Jared Kushner, and I believe Steve Witkopf, over to.
Pakistan this weekend to conduct those peace talks.
So we're praying that those work out.
Another question was on NATO because obviously today the Secretary General is here.
President Trump has threatened to drop out of NATO multiple times, frustrated that NATO allies refusing to really help keep the Strait of Hormuz open, although they've asked a lot of the president when it comes to defense and weapons and funds for the Ukraine war.
So a lot of people could understand where he would think that that wasn't fair.
A reporter did ask if the The president still wanted to drop out of NATO, and this is what Carolyn Levitt had to say.
I have a direct quote from the president of the United States on NATO, and I will share it with all of you.
They were tested and they failed.
And I would add, it's quite sad that NATO turned their backs on the American people over the course of the last six weeks when it's the American people who have been defunding their defense.
As you know, President Trump will be meeting with Secretary Ruta in a couple of hours here at the White House, and I know he looks forward to having a very frank and candid conversation with him.
I was told, I don't know how, I do not vouch for the accuracy of this, that the president was really upset during the meeting.
Not at Mark, but he was upset at NATO.
And maybe they want him to think it over overnight.
I'm pretty sure he told him, I'm one night away from taking America out.
Right.
We'll start our own.
We'll start our own alliance for people that will fight with us.
I mean, the president has been consistent on this.
I remember he came back from a trip with Abbe.
He's told this publicly, but he told it to me originally when I was his lawyer.
But now he said it publicly.
And he loved Abbe, and Abbe loved him.
And he said to me, I think it was on the phone originally, you know, Abbe, I asked the prime minister, if you get attacked, I have to take American troops.
And they're going to have to die to protect you, correct?
Abe says, yes, we have a treaty.
He said, now, if I get attacked, can you take Japanese troops and protect me?
He said, no, it's illegal in Japan.
And I'm trying to now, Abe, his credit said, I'm trying to change it.
And so is Takahichi, which is why they're a little different than the creeps.
Right.
They literally couldn't help us.
And that's why she rushed here when he got angry.
She said, Hey, I'm not like them.
In fact, if you want me, I'll violate the law if you want.
And he said, No, no, that's okay.
So I think he's really had it, and he should.
He should.
This is a terrible thing that France and Great Britain and Italy and indirectly Germany have done.
A terrible thing.
They have no basis to say no to us, they have no moral basis to say after we've lost a lot of lives for them.
They haven't lost too many for us.
Yes, 100%.
So that's why I guess so many journalists did want to get in there and ask those questions.
At least I did today, Mr. Mayor.
And Mark Ruta will be here for the next few days.
He's actually making a speech tomorrow at, I believe, the Ronald Reagan Institute.
So I don't know if he'll take questions then or if we could get into that.
That's great.
And right.
And then there's also the.
I'm going to try to go out.
I sent an email.
We'll see if it let me in.
I'd be really.
You want me to help you?
I used to be on the board.
Okay, sure.
We'll talk after this.
I think I can help you.
Yeah, sure.
And then also.
I'd love to hear what he has to say.
I have a feeling he's on our side.
I really do.
It should be interesting.
It should definitely be interesting what he has to say tomorrow.
Maybe he'll kind of give us some insight as to what happened in that meeting.
I'm sure the White House will have some sort of readout or release on what happened as well.
Obviously, they're going to want to release something before I guess Mark Rudolph speaks and gives his rendition.
But he's also here for the Bilderberg meetings, which are happening at the Salamander Hotel this week in DC, which is always interesting.
A lot of people are interested in.
What's going on at these Bilderberg meetings?
I don't know if you've heard of them.
They're where a lot of billionaires come into town and they're at the Salamander Hotel and really not public, but the list of people there was made public.
So a lot of people, I guess, will be staking out the Salamander Hotel trying to get a glimpse maybe of Jeff Bezos or one of these billionaires, high billionaires that come to town and meet secretly.
And Mark Ruta is actually expected to attend this meeting, I believe, on Thursday night.
So, but that won't be public.
As you know, these are very secretive meetings, Mr. Mayor.
Okay, well, we'll talk.
I have an idea for you.
Okay, I'll talk to you later.
Terrific.
Terrific.
As usual, she's she and she really, if you can get it, she'll get it.
It's a shame that they didn't have questions today because she was slated to be there and he always takes her questions.
I mean, the president clearly likes her a lot.
You should know the history of that.
I probably have told you, but I've told you just sort of.
Tangentially, she is the one who organized his, and there's the reason for his big rally in the Bronx when he's running for president, in a place where he said he had no support.
I think she was working for Newsmax at the time, and she went up there on a feeling that she had that he had a lot more support in the Hispanic community than people thought.
So she's run for office, so she has a good political instinct as well, Kara.
And so she went up there.
And I think she went up there like informally and she couldn't find anybody that wasn't going to vote for them.
So then she went up with a camera and she assures me she didn't do a, let me pick the ones who have, you know, MAGA shoes on like I have.
I just went up to about 18, 20 people.
I couldn't find a single person that wasn't going to vote for them or wasn't going to vote but liked them.
So she did it.
She did the piece.
The piece is fabulous.
President Slort loved it, and then discussion started, and that's the basis on which she went with him when he did his rally in the Bronx.
And even the crooked press said, Oh, he got such a good reception here.
So Kara knows what she's doing.
Now, here's my advice.
War Crimes in Dubai 00:05:28
If the administration is listening, don't get annoyed and don't get upset.
You're letting them control the agenda.
You're letting the damn terrorist idiots with the gay Ayatollah who doesn't have a face anymore control the agenda.
All the talk is about Israel attacked Hezbollah, which clearly wasn't part of the agreement.
And now, what's the best proof of that?
So, Israel did one attack on Hezbollah.
How many attacks did Iran do?
These were planned before Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and the Baghdad area of Iraq.
None of these countries are directly involved in the war.
Many of these attacks would have purely civilian consequences.
They are Direct and multiple serial violations of the Geneva Convention that are called war crimes.
And nobody, nobody has the guts to raise it.
And to say that they thought Lebanon was covered, but then they went ahead and attacked the UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq, and in the Persian Gulf, has got to be a total, absolute, usual Iranian terrorist lie.
They also cut out their promise.
Two ships got through, and then they cut it off because Israel did a mere fraction of what they did.
Because Israel correctly believed that Lebanon wasn't covered, just like they apparently believed that all these other countries weren't covered.
Even though the attacks on those other countries are, in many cases, war crimes.
One of the things that's illustrated as a war crime.
In the Geneva Convention, the first and the second is hitting a water supply.
Do you know they've done five of those?
They've taken out one of the things I, one of my first projects in my company, Giuliani Security and Safety, one of my first contracts was with Dubai.
I think it was Dubai.
I don't think it was the Emirates.
We did one for the Emirates overall, but the first one we did were the three desalinization plants that make Dubai possible.
50 years ago, there really was no Dubai.
It wasn't the luxury palace of the Middle East.
Today, it's a multi billion dollar luxury palace that, until recently, really exists on the wealth from tourists.
They don't have the oil deposits and natural gas deposits that their brother Emirates does.
Abu Dhabi.
Now, that is all dependent on those three.
Desalinization plants.
And it was, I'll go no further than that to explain what we did and what their concern was and why they wanted our type of security.
I'm surprised they were able to do any damage to them.
I'm not actually, to tell you the truth, I'm not sure, we'll have to check that they did any damage to the Dubai desalinization plant.
They did to the Saudi Arabian.
Now, right in the text of the Geneva Convention, that's an illustration of a war crime.
And do you know what's an illustration of usually not a war crime?
An attack on energy facilities, particularly if the energy is being used in part to make the combatants able to carry out their warlike activities.
Bridges are almost always allowed because bridges are used to transport troops.
And during a time of war, that purpose is usually the primary purpose and the civilian purpose is sublimated to that.
So, the things that we were hitting and the things we were threatening to hit are things that fall in the mixed use category.
The things they're hitting are purely civilian, as well as they hit buildings directly.
They probably have committed a couple of thousand war crimes, all completely ignored, even though they violate the very text of the Geneva Convention.
So, when you hear war crimes and you see somebody saying that, you know you have a hypocritical bullshit artist.
Who's got some malicious purpose or can't read or doesn't want to read?
Now, this one has me really steamed.
The Wall Street Journal today had as a headline, and I want you to tell me, Ted, what's wrong with this.
They had as a headline, let me get it out here.
Oh, no, is that the wrong one?
Wall Street Journal Headline 00:10:06
Wait, no.
I got to get the right one.
I got to get the right one.
There it is.
Now, can you put this up, Ted?
This is our English course on the meaning of words, okay?
So the Wall Street Journal, which is a distinguished publication, I mean that without sarcasm.
I mean, it's not because I once represented them.
I actually did more work with Barron's than the Wall Street Journal, but I did work with Wall Street Journal too.
Read that headline.
Ted, read that headline.
Trump backs off threat to level Iran.
Okay, now if you go to the text, the text gets even worse.
If you go to the text, it says back down.
That's a word indicating, like if I was describing two guys are getting into a fight and one guy backed down.
Who lost the fight?
The guy who backed down, right?
That's a word, a little kind of a word almost of cowardice, right?
President Trump backed down Tuesday.
Now, why wouldn't it be equally valid to say Iran backed down Tuesday from its statement that under no circumstances would it reopen the Strait of Hormuz?
The day before, the IRGC said there is no way we will ever open the Strait of Hormuz until the United States leaves this region.
So, who backed down?
And what did Trump say was the factor that would have him put off his destruction of Iran?
He said, by they have until 8 o'clock on Monday to open the Strait of Hormuz.
And before 8 o'clock on Monday, through Pakistan, the president and foreign minister, they agreed.
To open the Strait of Hormuz, evidenced by the fact that they did open it briefly to at least two ships, and then using the excuse of Israel attacking a country not at all included in the ceasefire agreement, they closed it down again.
So, who backed down?
So, why do they do this?
And if you go through all of that, you can go through this whole article, it's very, very long and And these people, it's very well written and it's very well sourced.
And these reporters are very good.
I've read a lot of stuff by Alexander Ward, Summer Saeed, and Alyssa Luckpat.
I'd love to just question them as to why they did that, why they selected that.
Sometimes when I do this, when they'll talk to me, they don't talk to me anymore.
They used to a lot.
Now they know I jam big time.
How can you write that as your lead when he got what he wanted and they did what they said they would never do?
I mean, I don't know.
Maybe I have lost my mind, or is what I just did perfectly logical?
If you wanted to say they both made concessions, you could say that.
But what you'd have to say is he did what he said he would do.
That is, if you open the Strait of Hormuz, I won't blow you up.
They said what they said they would never do, which is open it unless America and Israel stopped the war completely, and that they wouldn't do a ceasefire.
They would only do a complete cessation of the war, a peace treaty.
So the people who back down, albeit for a short period, are the Iranians.
I don't know what other side you're on.
If you're on the side of being able to logically analyze language, that's what you would do.
So why would these reporters working for an American publication, why would they write it that way, Ted?
Why doesn't the editor say, wait a second, guys, this is crazy?
I mean, this was a two-sided agreement.
So both sides had to do concessions here.
So either nobody backed down or both sides backed down.
Now, if we want to do a real analysis of who changed their position, didn't Iran do it?
Don't they have editors who do that?
They used to.
I used to go over their stuff for libel, and I would always deal with an editor.
Actually, you know, I would.
Bob Sack, who later became a federal judge, was the lead partner at Patterson, Belknap, Webb, and Tyler for the Wall Street Journal.
And I mostly was involved in litigation for Barron's.
In fact, I won a very big case for Barron's, which I'll tell you about sometime, that really had my law practice take off.
It was an insider trading case in which they were completely unfairly charged.
And not only did I win the case, but I got part of our legal fees paid by the opposing law firm, Hale and Door, from the one that Muller came from.
So, I don't know.
You can.
Will they ever change, Ted?
Am I doing this just for nothing?
Well, you would think.
But that's how they do it, right?
It's those key phrases, the verbs, the, you know, what is it?
Descriptive, you know, back down, right?
Like you said, those specific words are used intentionally.
Well, back down is a loaded word.
Yeah.
I mean, the original headline, back off is bad enough.
I bet they did.
And he did.
I mean, technically, very, very strictly, literally, he did back off.
But he backed off having gotten what he wanted, which is not backing down.
So if two guys are having a fight, and one guy says, I give up, I'm not going to fight, I'm afraid, he backed down, right?
If they both agree, That they're not going to fight.
They get up, they get ready to fight, and both of them say at the same time, We're not going to fight.
It's ridiculous.
It's stupid to do this.
But then nobody backed down, both sides backed down, and suddenly both backed off.
Okay, enough on that.
I'm not getting anywhere anyway.
The president got exactly what he demanded.
They did what they said they weren't going to do.
And this newspaper, which is a very respected newspaper, I mean, I.
I mean, if I would have to say, and this is a horrible thing to say, this is about as accurate as it gets in newspapers.
This newspaper is probably one of the most accurate in the world.
And you know, they do a lot of crazy stuff.
Maybe the Post, their sister publication, is the one that comes closest to being the most accurate in the world.
Now, there are others like the Washington Times, smaller publications.
I mean, the Post and the Wall Street Journal have two of the leading circulations in the world.
And they're both international.
There's now a California edition of the Post.
I mean, when I was traveling a lot, I could.
People, there's an Asian edition of the Wall Street Journal.
Oh, wow.
Oh, amazing.
There was an Asian edition of the Wall Street Journal when I represented them.
My law firm represented them.
Right.
But I did do work for them.
Right.
Sometimes I'll tell you about the case that I won when I want to brag.
But I don't want to brag today.
So Trump backed down my ass.
I'm sorry.
I mean, I'm allowed to say that now after what he said on Easter.
Oh, how bad was that?
Oh, oh.
My goodness.
Oh, Tucker Carlson was so upset.
It's okay to hate Jews, but you can't say the F word.
I think one is more serious than the other, Tucker.
And don't you can tell a lot of people that you don't hate Jews, but you do.
We know it.
And your interview of Fuentes was disgusting, and it really should have gotten you drummed out of any.
Organization of journalists.
You're some kind of a performer and not a particularly accurate one.
You think maybe the president might have had it with Iran?
Liver Health Promo Code 00:04:16
Huh?
And do you think he wanted to use language to get through them?
And do you think that maybe you should apologize since it worked?
They did back down.
Well, we're going to take a short break.
And we'll cover a couple of other subjects because somebody complained to Dr. Maria that we spent too much time on both she and I, and you, we mentioned all three of us, spent too much time on the war.
I mean, I think it's the most important thing facing us.
It's really going to determine a lot of our future.
It could really determine if your kids live or die or what they live under.
But okay, we'll be right back.

Among the hypocrites and phonies that attacked President Trump because he used the F word in describing a 47 year long group of serial terrorist murderers and used strong language to get their attention was Marjorie Taylor Gonzo.
Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has gone gonzo.
And I seem to remember.
And seriously doubt that she hasn't made some pretty free use of that word.
Although it may be that she's a perfect human being.
So, under the 25th Amendment, she wants him taken out.
I think we have Allison who can join us.
Yeah, Allison, why don't you interview Marjorie Taylor Greene and ask if she ever used the F word?
Well, I can tell you for a fact she has.
I've seen it real recently.
Really rich and free to call the president out on that.
I liked her a lot and I considered her a friend and she considered me a friend.
But I think something's happened to her.
And she had, for a woman, she didn't exactly have a chaste mouth.
Let's put it that way.
I mean, sometimes she sounded like a truck driver.
She's the last one that should be criticizing him.
Also, Tucker Carlson said it was a mockery of Islam, the religion that wants to kill us, the religion that has spent 1,500 years trying to kill every Christian they can come across.
It's a mockery.
Well, at any event, tell us about the election and what's going on.
Marjorie Taylor Gonzo, as you rightfully called her.
I like that one.
If I could interview her, I would.
But unfortunately, she's no longer around in Congress to inquire with since she decided to end her term early.
Rather, if she wants to talk and weigh in on all these matters, you'd think that she would stick around.
At least for her constituents and the American people that she claims to care so much about.
But no, she decided to get out as soon as possible.
But yes, now she is calling for the 25th Amendment to be invoked along with many others Tucker Carlson, as you mentioned, Alex Jones, Robert Barnes, Megyn Kelly.
So, you know, quite the group of people calling for this radical measure.
They sound a lot more like Democrats to me.
But here's the good news, Mr. Mayor.
The good news is that because Marjorie Taylor Greene did vacate her congressional seat early, there was a Special election to replace her.
And we have a pretty solid winner that took the seat last night.
He secured the seat.
This is a Trump backed Republican by the name of Clay Fuller.
He won the special election for Georgia's 14th district last night, defeating Democrat Sean Harris to fill Marjorie Taylor Greene's seat.
Now, Fuller is a local prosecutor.
He's a military officer, and he is a pretty well aligned Trump conservative with strong roots in Georgia, one of the most Republican leaning seats in the state.
And I think it's interesting because while this is a victory, it's a good win for us.
It was sort of a given that the Republican was going to take the seat.
It's interesting to note that he only won by about 12 to 15 points, which is much narrower than expected for this heavily red district.
Let's not forget that the results in Georgia really look nothing like they did back in 2024 when President Trump took the district by almost 37 points and Green won by 29 points.
So when you look at it that way, 29 points.
Versus the 12 to 15 points that Fuller now won by, the margin is getting a little bit more slim there.
But if you consider the fact that she turned and she won it by 29%, she had to bring a lot of people with her, right?
Yeah.
And also, the Democrat was a good candidate.
He was right on the central casting, a guy with a military record, supported Trump on many, many things.
He wouldn't even condemn him on the war.
He went about as far as not being a Democrat as you can go.
And by any standard, any victory over 10% is a good, solid mandate.
So, when you can, how much money was spent against him?
I bet a lot.
I saw that guy on television a lot, and he was being interviewed all over the place, even by Fox.
And I don't know about Newsmax, but I saw him on Fox a lot.
I mean, Fox has got so many agendas, it's really hard to figure out what they're doing.
It is amazing.
I know.
It is amazing.
Don't trust, I think all you need to know is watch Fox long enough to see a few commercials.
They're all pharmaceutical ads.
That's everything you need to know about Fox.
But yeah, they poured millions of dollars into his campaign.
Democrats tried real hard on that one.
But a good thing they failed because we need all the help we can get in Congress, right?
We cannot lose.
We cannot afford to lose.
No, no, thank God.
The majority is so razor thin as it is.
So, you know, we got to keep it.
As it stands now, Republicans hold a 218 seat majority where Democrats only have 214 seats.
So it's very close right now.
Any little hiccup here or there could.
Affect this greatly.
So we got to hold the lead here.
We got to take it into the midterms.
We got to hang strong.
Now, President Trump did respond to the victory last night.
This is a very funny post.
I wanted to share it with you.
I thought you'd get a kick out of it.
He said, Marjorie Trader Browns.
Marjorie Trader Browns.
And then in parentheses, he puts green currents to brown under stress.
Her seat in Congress has been taken over by a wonderful and talented man, Clay Fuller, who won convincingly and right from the beginning, despite many people running.
For that Trump plus 37 seat.
And despite the stench left by Green, congratulations to Clay Fuller, a very large agreement over his deranged predecessor.
You can imagine the fun Trump and I had in 2016 when I traveled with him for four months making up names, because I love to do that independent of him, too.
Oh, man.
So between the two of us, we used to work on, and we used to refine the names so we get it just right.
That's amazing.
That's the best.
I love it so much.
Can you explain?
I got about one minute more.
Explain why they can rely on every Democrat to support things that are insane, illegal, and crazy.
And we can't get, we can rely on most of them.
But we are, particularly in the Senate, we're sometimes losing a critical number.
Mm hmm.
What?
It's why is it disappointing?
Why is it so much better?
The Democrats are terrible at everything, but the one thing they are so incredible at is staying disciplined and staying unified no matter what.
They get to strongly disagree, but they will come together at the end of the day to further their ridiculous progressive agenda.
Republicans just can't seem to do it, I think, because so many of them are sold out to whatever it is, the powers that be, whoever they are working on behalf of obviously not the American people.
So it's just sad to see nothing really gets done on the Republican side.
They better turn their act around if they want to win the upcoming election here in November.
Well, thanks a lot, Allison.
Great work.
Thanks, Mr. Mayor.
I mean, she is.
We got two, we got two, Kara and Allison.
Boy, they are great.
They're like having an entire bureau.
I'm sure they feel a little stressed by that because we put so much on them, but they really are good.
And they're developing quite a reputation in the right circles.
I think when they see Allison, the Democrats now run, I think they're going to start putting masks on again.
I mean, some of them are so ugly, it was better when they had masks on, I think.
But I mean, Artemis II, you go over to X, and we got a whole bunch of topics coming up.
We've got more on the war.
Not too much more, whoever that is that's angry at us.
We have Artemis II, we have Gilgo Beach.
And before we go, Mayor, I'd like to play one clip.
Oh, Miranda Devine's podcast.
You got to watch it.
It was a great interview.
You know, Miranda and I, it's Miranda.
That had the guts to publish the hard drive.
Nobody else would do it.
And Miranda, and I have to say, and she can reveal whoever wants to be revealed.
It's a group of about five at the Post.
About five people that had the guts to do this.
The Wall Street Journal, I was talking about, turned it down.
It's just a publication.
Right.
The New York Times, forget it, right?
I didn't even offer it to them because they would have changed the words.
Well, If we can, maybe play.
Let's just give a taste.
Let's just get a taste of the interview.
This is Mayor Giuliani with Miranda Devine on Miranda's Black Force One New York Post podcast.
One way to visualize it is there is somewhere between 7,000 and 8,000, 9,000 people walking the streets of the city of New York today that would be sitting in jail if I were the mayor or Bloomberg were the mayor.
And I'm talking about violent criminals.
Well, like we had the illegal migrant the other day.
Multiple huge rap sheet throws an 83 year old veteran in front of the subway and he dies nine days later.
You know, why is he on the street?
If he had been on the street when I was mayor or Mike was, it would have been just a total mistake.
And when I was U.S. Attorney, those are exactly the guys that Kant used to like to grab.
Well, it's my city.
It's still my city.
It's in my blood, in my background, in my family.
And I gave, I think I gave my left arm for it.
And it is so sad.
And it does.
There's no way I can put any kind of nice little dress.
When I look at the war and I look at what President Trump has done, and I'm optimistic about how this is all going to come out, I don't think we know exactly how we're going to get there, but we never do.
We just know we're doing the right thing and God is guiding us.
I think I have to feel that way about New York, but when I say it, I don't feel it yet.
And I'm not feeling a reaction to him that I thought I would.
He's done some pretty, really horrible things things that are completely anti American, not humane, not decent.
His wife, all the things that she has espoused, supporting terrorists.
And I don't get the sense, of course, I'm not there now, but I almost feel like I am.
I talk to people from New York all the time.
I tell people there are more people in Palm Beach from New York than in New York.
But I don't feel the groundswell against him.
And I would feel it because I felt it against David Dinkins, which is how I won.
But it did take more than a year.
So let's see.
And he hasn't been in a year yet.
So let's go over to X now.
All of you come over with me.
We got a lot of people waiting for us there.
You could go to a couple of other places, but go to X. Elon's a good guy, and X is great.
And we'll carry on the rest of the show.
And then you come back here for Dr. Maria.
Who also spends too much time on the war?
I'll have to tell her that.
God bless the United States of America.
