Ruth Roth Sentenced 00:08:20
Good evening.
This is Rudy Giuliani, and this is the Rudy Giuliani show on Lindell TV.
Well, today was the sentencing of the second of the two would-be assassins of President Trump when he was a candidate.
The first, of course, was killed on the spot, and we know very little about him.
Remarkably, we know very little about this one, too, even though he went on trial.
I'll point that out in a moment.
But Brian Wesley Ruth Roth, Ruth, however one pronounces it, was sentenced to life imprisonment today.
He attempted to assassinate President Trump at the Trump golf course here in Palm Beach, in Palm Beach County.
And he escaped for an hour and a half or so.
He went up north into, I think, two counties north of Palm Beach, where he was eventually arrested.
I think he represented himself at trial.
There was really nothing to represent himself about.
He was caught red-handed with the gun, with the car.
He has a background that really has not been investigated the way one would think a would-be assassin of a president would be investigated.
And it has me very mad and very upset and very concerned.
I mean, he's 59 years old.
He's a former roofer and construction worker from North Carolina.
He has a long criminal record, but things like bad checks, larceny, concealed weapons, possession of a machine gun in 2002.
He has several wives, several children, one of whom was convicted of child pornography.
And he's had many different jobs.
He owned a roofing company and a camp box business in Hawaii.
So he's kind of been all over the place and never really accomplished anything substantial anywhere.
In the two years leading up to this attempt on the assassination of President Trump, he became very, very obsessed about Ukraine.
He even wrote a self-published book called Ukraine, Unwinnable War, the Fatal Floor of Democracy, World Abandonment.
Now, I believe in 2020, or maybe in 2016, one of those elections, he voted for Trump, but then he turned on Trump, became a very, very big opponent of his, not all about the Ukraine war, but a great deal of it about the Ukraine war.
He calls Trump in his book a buffoon and a fool.
He regrets voting for him in 2016.
I guess that's when he did.
And he calls it a terrible mistake.
And he vents about how Trump makes very stupid and dangerous moves.
One that he points out is pulling out of the Iran deal that was made Iran a nuclear power.
I mean, I don't pretend to try to put together some kind of a consistent political philosophy for this guy.
How that connects to his ranting about, which is what it really is in the book, about Ukraine, which he describes as world abandonment.
And the prosecutors considered Ukraine to be one of the motives that could emerge from the various things that he wrote.
That would be one thing if he was just angry about Ukraine, but you should know that in 2020, he was really turned against Trump, and he was donating money to Bernie Sanders and to the Democrats.
He left a note saying it was an assassination attempt on Donald Trump, but I failed you.
He stalked the golf course for some time.
He even messaged about getting a rocket launcher to down Trump's plane.
Don't exactly know what that meant.
But the thing that I want to get to is he went over to Ukraine.
I believe they have determined on six to eight occasions.
And he volunteered to fight and was rejected, probably because he's nuts, right?
He's like he's a strange bird, right?
But then he took it upon himself voluntarily to recruit for the Ukrainian army and recruited people.
The Ukraine Legion that he worked with, say they have no authority with him, even though he published a book, might have published it there in 2023.
In 2022 and 2023, he made at least six trips back and forth to Ukraine and spent a great deal of time there.
And he was super active on X, Twitter before that, supporting Ukraine, Taiwan, and criticizing Trump and fearful that he might be president and not support Ukraine as strongly as Biden was supporting it.
I don't recall, I looked at it a while back.
I don't recall if he had any criticism of Biden for not supplying Ukraine with the weapons that they so sorely needed in order to properly defend themselves against Russia, because even though they haven't gotten all the weapons they want under Trump, they've gotten more under Trump than under Biden.
But in any event, that's just here no there.
Here's the real question.
The man has no money.
He was earning something like $3,000 a month for the longest time.
He has no business.
His business is in bankruptcy are gone.
He claims to have, and all indications from the investigation are literally has no money, couldn't afford a lawyer, didn't want a lawyer.
Six trips to Ukraine is very expensive.
Long periods of time staying in Ukraine cost a good deal of money.
There is not the slightest indication where that money came from.
Nor did the trial produce any evidence that the FBI cared about that.
I really do think they should make a report on this.
This is part of the, it seems to me, one of the things you don't do is let history repeat itself, right?
Conspiracy Theories Abound 00:07:51
So one of the big gaps, one of the big gaps in the Lejavey Oswald investigation, where people, some people say it was a single shot by Lejave Oswald, a single man did it.
Others say it was a conspiracy.
And one of the things that raises the question of a conspiracy, and even if it doesn't give you the full outlines of it or answer it, it raises the question of it is that Oswald, if I recall correctly, in the two or three years before he assassinated John F. Kennedy, had traveled, possibly on more than one occasion, to Moscow and to Cuba.
And that seemed very strange since both of those countries would have had a motive to kill Kennedy.
Cuba, because not only the Bay of Pigs and the invasion of Cuba, but there was a rumor, top secret, I guess, top secret if true, top secret even if not true, I guess, that the Kennedy brothers had a plan to assassinate Castro, strong enough so that Castro apparently believed it.
Never been corroborated, never been proven that they had such a thing, but it was believed.
And of course, there was always the risk that they would attack Cuba, even though they had said they wouldn't, when they settled the Bay of Pigs.
So Cuba would have had a motive, and Russia, he turned out to be a much stronger adversary than they had hoped.
Younger, charismatic, could have had a real impact on the balance of the world.
I mean, we had been governed by one series of Older men after another, even though some would say strong presidents, Eisenhower, Truman, Roosevelt, the last young man who was president was Theodore Roosevelt at the turn of the century.
And he had charisma that could have affected the thinking of the Soviets.
So, yes, they would have had a motive to kill him.
There's also the mafia that might have had a motive to kill him.
And there's also Lyndon Johnson, who did have a motive to kill, a motive to kill him.
I didn't say he killed him.
He had a motive to kill.
And when you investigate thoroughly, you run down all those motives and you either catch them based on the motive or you exclude them to the best that you can.
And one of the real difficulties with the Warren report and why it can't be taken seriously is they never did that.
I mean, they were afraid to investigate Lyndon Johnson.
After all, he put them together and who knows what he would have done to them if they did.
So even though Lyndon Johnson, you know, in a Nagar Christie novel would be on the board as the number one suspect, he never got investigated.
Well, Ukraine had a motive to murder Donald Trump.
And there are people in Ukraine who do murder.
It's a country with a very, very strong organized crime group.
When we say oligarchs in Ukraine, we mean organized crime.
That's what we really mean.
Some people would say it's not as corrupt as Russia.
Other people would say it's as corrupt or more than Russia.
I wouldn't say it's more corrupt than Russia, but it's certainly on a par with Russia.
And it's about as corrupt as it can be.
And do some of the oligarchs have the capacity to commit murder?
Yeah, sure, absolutely.
And you do know, of course, that Zelensky was run by the oligarchs.
His major patron was one of the chief oligarchs, the main money launder in the country.
And they had to know that they really double-crossed Trump big time since they had an extensive file that would have proven beyond even the wealth of evidence that existed in the hard drive and in all the documents that have been taken and all the admissions and confessions.
They had it duplicated and beyond.
There are crimes that they alerted me to that I can't prove, but would have loved to have seen their file to see if they were telling the truth about.
I will give you the description.
There was a woman the FBI never followed up with who claimed to be able to open most of the offshore bank accounts of the Burisma Corporation because she was their chief accountant.
And she was the wife of the former co-owner of the company.
And she said there were quite a few of them, including for the Bidens.
She was available to the FBI and then had to run away because she was under threat of death, like Mr. Shulkin was.
They made an attempt on Mr. Shulkin's life.
FBI did nothing to help him, even though he was a material witness to the crime of bribery on the part of, well, I'll appoint the vice president, then the president of the United States.
So there are people in Ukraine at that point in time that could have been very, very worried about a Trump presidency for any number of reasons, that he wouldn't support Ukraine, that he would support Putin instead, and that he would require Zelensky to turn over their files.
And if he turned over those files, they knew better than we know how much liability they have.
I can't point fingers and tell you which ones, but I can tell you there's plenty of people there that if Zelensky were an honest man and had turned over the crimes at the highest levels of both our governments, many, many people would have gone to jail for the rest of their lives in both countries.
Now he ends up going to that country six times in the two years before he kills Trump.
We get no explanation for why he was going there or who paid for it.
We have to demand an answer.
Well, that's just a little piece.
And we'll do a special on this when this settles down and we can pull it all together.
This is a case in which there are more questions than answers.
And that is one of the big ones.
So did you there he is, if you want to take a look.
That's him in one of his trips to Ukraine.
We need everyone here.
This is good against evil.
Iran's Strange Position 00:10:05
These children want not normalized.
We cannot tolerate corruption and evil for another 50 years and Russia for our kids.
So this was his big, this was his big thing.
And we don't know the answer to the single most relevant question.
How did he go back and forth to Ukraine?
Who paid for it?
And why did he do it?
What was the real reasons?
Iran is now in a very strange position at this point.
Yesterday, the MEK again came up with information that nobody else can get.
And they were able to produce the playbook, the plan, however you want to describe it, that was put together by the regime of terror two years before they executed the 30,000 or so people as the plan that they would put into effect if there were riots throughout the country that got them to a point of possible threat to the regime.
And it basically calls for something in the neighborhood of 20 or 30,000 deaths as a way of handling it.
And this plan was triggered by a multiple city set of riots.
Well, this was sure multiple.
It was in 400 cities in 31 provinces in a very short period of time.
It was like a rapid, rapid forest fire that spread poop.
And it escalated from police to the military based on a plan that was worked out two years in advance, Watching the riots that had taken place and had gotten progressively deeper into the country, with the Amini riots being the worst, I guess, this plan was developed to, if necessary,
to slaughter a shocking number of people so that you drive them back.
And once again, the MEK, the organization that the left-wingers and the Shah and all of the all the people who really seem to favor Iran and the Iranian government and the continuation of it, tell you that the MEK is not a MEK is not really powerful in Iran.
So before the end of this show, and I'll play it on the next show as well, we're going to show you the definitive proof of how powerful the MEK is.
Now, I can probably do that by this press conference, for example, in which they discovered this plan.
Nobody else did.
I can do it with a press conference of about five months ago when they found the massive facilities in the desert that had hitherto been underground, not for an enhancement, but for delivery, not for enrichment and enhancement, but for delivery systems that would have made it possible if they were to develop substantial nuclear weapons to get them over the Atlantic.
And actually, actually to get them to England first and then over the Atlantic.
That came up right at the time of the attacks and might have been lost in the translation.
The MEK also is the one who originally discovered that they were enriching uranium in 2002, then, and that was in a tense, and then at Ford in 2005 identified numerous of the scientists that somehow are no longer with us due to the extraordinary capability and professionalism of the Mossad.
And their ability to know what's going on inside Iran is second to none.
And the threat that they could run that government, which all those who try to minimize them, because they really favor some form of continued monarchy so they can keep heavy control of the oil is blied by 50 years of statements by the regime and actions.
There's no single group that the Ayatollah has slaughtered more than the MEK, 120,000 people.
They were the largest single group slaughtered among this 30,000.
We don't know yet how many, but there's even more definitive proof.
Do you have that, Ted?
But we can move on because we might want to play it closer to the break time because we can play it in both places.
But it's really, it really, I mean, I think maybe I can take care of all of these left-wing and critics who minimize and demean the MEK just by showing you that the regime, the president, the prime minister, and the military have made it clear that they fear the MEK more than any other organization.
The State Department wants you to think that they're not, the State Department wants you to think that they're not powerful and important, but Have a picture from the press conference momentarily.
This is well, we have that's from yesterday.
That's you.
Those our audience is familiar with this gentleman, that's Ali Reza, and that's a press conference yesterday.
And we'll dive in with some of the specifics later in the hour.
Yeah, we'll go that basically.
The thrust of that press conference yesterday was to reveal that the mullets planned the massacre that you saw two years in advance.
That was a, and if it wasn't going to happen then, it was going to happen at any time, a riot situation reached critical mass, and it would focus heavily on the MBK as it as it did.
So now we're going to meet, and apparently, America is going to meet with the regime of terror.
Friday.
Friday.
The agenda basically we have two different agendas.
Their agenda is to talk just about nuclear, a nuclear Iran.
And our agenda is to talk about all the issues that create turmoil and war in the Middle East, including the proxies and the support of terrorism that Iran has made a major feature of their regime.
Secretary Rubio was quite clear on that today: that we expect to have a fulsome discussion of these things, and they don't.
They also expect to have it, although it was originally supposed to be in Turkey.
Right.
Apparently, they don't want anybody else around.
So they want to move it to Oman.
Right.
A typical trick that your adversary plays on you to try to unsettle you.
I don't think it's going to unsettle us, but I don't see why they're setting the terms of this meeting.
I guess I have to confess I don't know why we're meeting with them.
But I mean, what do you get?
This is Secretary of State Marshall.
This is not a country that you can negotiate with in good faith.
And if they come to a conclusion, you can believe it.
So what's the point of negotiating with them?
Shall we listen to what Marco has to say?
As far as the topic of those discussions and what the agenda needs to be, look, I think in order for talks to actually lead to something meaningful, they will have to include certain things.
And that includes the range of their ballistic missiles.
That includes their sponsorship of terrorist organizations across the region.
That includes the nuclear program.
And that includes the treatment of their own people.
I knew what he said before.
So, I mean, we're going into it with two different agendas and two different places.
Did we agree to Oman?
I believe we're going to Oman.
Let me check if that's been confirmed.
The latest reports that we were.
It's also strange that we're meeting with them.
They have pulled off two attacks on us.
Oman Friday.
So, which we will also go into detail later, but they attempted to attack the USS Abraham Lincoln, and they attempted a second attack.
And despite that, we're negotiating with.
Well, we're going to go to Allison Steinberg now, who's in Washington.
And so much is going on there that we want to keep up with it and not lose track of it.
Hi, Mr. Maryas.
It's been another busy day here on the Hill.
Lots going on with the DHS funding bill and the SAVE Act.
It's all sort of tied together, as we've been highlighting on the network for quite some time now.
But we have some new developments on the DHS funding bill, which is now basically a separate continuing resolution.
We pass all of the other government funding bills to keep the government up and running.
But we have this continuing resolution for DHS specifically that keeps the government operating for the next two weeks, keeps DHS operating for the next two weeks.
And this would basically allow both sides to hash out what they want to see happen.
Should The SAVE Act Be Voted On? 00:11:07
Obviously, we know Democrats are doing everything they can to get as close to abolishing ICE as possible.
And if we don't see an agreement reached here at the end of these two weeks, we could potentially endure yet another partial government shutdown.
But let me just go over what Democrats are now calling for.
They held a press conference today.
Democrat leadership came together to announce their list of demands, and they are now saying that they want mandatory body cameras on all agents.
They want no masks for ICE agents.
They want judicial warrants in addition to the already existing immigration enforcement warrants that ICE agents already use.
They want a ban on detaining and deporting, which is baffling because then what would be the point of ICE at all?
And they want no roving patrol.
A ban on when you say deporting, do you mean you can't deport anyone?
I guess that's what they are calling for.
That's what literally what they said.
That's a direct quote from the press conference today.
Suppose, can I give you, like I we used to do in law school, right?
Hypothetical.
Okay.
Some guy from Venezuela kills three people and eats them, we will not be able to deport him.
We'll have to keep him and try to find human beings for him to eat.
Democrats would rather protect violent criminals and cannibals, apparently, than if there are some cannibals there.
Are we going to have to keep the cannibals?
We have to keep the now the child molesters are, as far as I know, unless science has changed since I was a prosecutor, child molesters are incurable.
That's right.
Even murderers, there's some hope you can flip them.
You know, they believe in God and something happens, and maybe people don't believe it, but you can.
But right now, there's nothing known to science that will cure a child molester, particularly if we're talking about a prepubescent child.
So, and we have plenty of that.
I mean, these people, I've investigated crimes for a very, very long time.
I've never seen this larger percentage of crimes of perversion.
I mean, these are very, very bad people.
Let's put it that way.
Even the ones that have what you might regard as not the major records, you'll see beating up their wives, abusing children, either physically or sexually.
There was one group I did, I went through about 300 of the arrests during a period of time there, and five out of, and they were in sections of 10, five out of 10 had some kind of a perversion charge.
In addition to two out of 10 were murdered.
Wow.
Two out of ten had murder charges.
There are very, very few, just, you know, kind of like fly-by-night criminals.
These are really bad people that came in, and it stands to reason we left the doors wide open.
Only time we have to do that.
The worst of the world is that.
That can't pass.
We can't deport people.
Do they mean people that haven't come here?
And the only crime they've committed is the way they came here and they've committed no crime since then?
I'll have to ask for further clarification on that.
I'm literally quoting what was said in that press conference today.
That is a good question.
And I should continue to press them on that because it makes no sense.
Again, what would be the point of ICE if there are no deportations allowed?
But then again, you know, Democrats repeatedly call to abolish ICE as a whole.
So maybe that's their sneaky way of trying to say that we still have ICE operating, but take away their ability to do literally anything.
So I don't know.
I'll have to press them on that once I get the opportunity, if they'll even talk to me.
I did ask Chuck Schumer today about the SAVE Act.
If he could clarify, tell me if you have video of that.
I do.
I don't know if we have it polled, though.
Oh, I just love watching you go after them.
I just love it.
We got to do a special sometime.
I'd love to narrate it.
We need to do a compilation of all of these encounters.
Promise me, if you do a compilation, you'll have me narrate it.
Absolutely.
Yes, I will definitely take you up on that.
I did ask Chuck Schumer today about a clarification because he's saying the SAVE Act is Jim Crow 2.0.
I said, well, how exactly is it 2.0, Jim Crow 2.0, when the vast majority of black voters on both sides of the aisle actually want proof of identification to vote in elections?
Really correctly, Jim Crow is a creation of the Democrat Party.
There you go.
Thank you.
I don't want to say that.
And not to mention, you know, you need an ID to do literally anything, like buy alcohol, go to the DMV, whatever it is, right?
And he can't answer that very simple question.
But I think what's perhaps more concerning than Chuck Schumer, you know, avoiding me and answering basic questions that the American people want to know is the Republicans who are also complicit in doing this.
I do have a video of my encounter today with Senator Chuck Grassley, who I asked yet another very basic question: Should the SAVE Act be brought to the floor for a vote?
Just watch this.
What about the SAVE Act?
Do you think we're going to get that to the floor for a vote?
Should we get the SAVE Act to the floor for a vote?
What's he doing that for?
He's just, he doesn't want to secure our elections, obviously, Mr. Mayor.
He wanted nothing to do with that conversation.
And he's actually been very strangely outspoken about his distaste for the SAVE Act.
He's been really wishy-washy about it.
But now that the.
Aren't you surprised?
Well, I can't say I'm too surprised.
I'm surprised with him.
He and Senator Johnson were the two most aggressive on the 2020 election and understand the full nature of the theft that took place in 2020.
I mean, probably more than any other senators.
Some senators just elected not to want to believe it, but some really just haven't taken the time to look at everything.
They know more than a lot of the prosecutors know.
And he was also a part of the Arctic Frost, too.
So you would think that he's on the other side of truth and transparency and ridden.
Gonna have to try to figure that out.
See if I get you an answer.
Yeah, if you can, please, please do.
I can call him easy.
He's a good friend.
Okay, good.
Well, ask him, please, because we all want to know these new ripples.
He's getting just now.
That video is actually getting a lot of attention right now on Twitter.
He's like, no one is liking this response from him.
So I think it just goes to show that we need to keep putting the pressure on.
Demand that your representatives or senators are in favor of passing the new and improved SAVE Act.
It's now called the Save America Act that requires not only proof of identification and citizenship to register to vote, but also a photo ID to actually go and physically vote in person.
That is what we are now pushing for.
This is actually a newer development that Senator Mike Lee just announced.
We are actually getting it to very soon.
Allison, you really have gone off the reservation.
You actually think people have to prove that they have to be citizens to vote.
I know.
Isn't that so wild?
It's so out of there.
It's a wild idea.
You know, in New York, the New York City Council voted years ago you don't have to be a citizen.
Now, the problem they had was the New York Constitution requires it.
And the court reversed it.
But they're going to find a way.
They're going to find a way to do an intellectually dishonest decision to allow them to vote in local elections.
But is it possible they did any other crazy things today?
Well, there's a lot of craziness.
It's hard to keep track of it all, to be honest with you.
But we are learning too, regarding the Epstein files.
The Clintons are now going to be showing up finally after their threat to be out of Congress.
They will be showing up later this month.
So it's going to be an explosive hearing.
We'll obviously be there for that.
Lots happening on the Epstein front still.
Is Terran McCall going to sell tickets like he did to the Lincoln bedroom?
He's going to scalp tickets.
He's going to scalp tickets to the Lincoln.
What did he say about what did he say?
Well, he said, I never had sex with that woman, right?
Wasn't that it?
I never had sex with that woman.
Something like that.
Well, we're also getting growing calls for Bill Gates to now come and testify in front of Congress after all the explosive revealed documents from him and the latest batch of the Epstein files release.
So Nancy Mace is now calling for that.
Hopefully we can get Bill Gates in to testify before the House.
I think somebody she called the former Mrs. Gates, she had a couple of she had some very suggestive things to say that as a thinking as a prosecutor, I'd said, boy, I would go sort of saddle up to her and try to make friends with her and see if I make her a witness.
I think that's a fantastic idea.
I think we got to get in there too.
She was almost at the point where she was saying that whenever she has to review this or think about it, going back to when it happened, she basically gets upset to a stomach and she has an emotional reaction to it.
And then it ended up with she can't imagine what it must be like to be one of the victims.
I know.
Gee, imagine that.
Some truth coming out of the gates, Enterprise.
So we'll see what happens.
Nancy Mace is very vocal about this.
She's been relentless about trying to get all these corrupt criminals in.
So we'll see what happens in the next coming weeks, but it'll certainly be interesting with the Clintons coming in on two separate days and it'll be a public hearing.
So exciting times ahead.
I'm looking forward to that Clinton hearing.
Oh, yeah.
So are we looking forward to that Clinton hearing?
Likewise.
All right.
Thank you very much, Alice.
Talk to you later.
Conversations in Crisis 00:04:00
So there are two discussions going on.
And I think it's the same boys.
It's the Woodkoff-Jared team.
I think the Witkoff-Jarrod team today was an Abu Dhabi Discussing with the Russians and the Ukrainians what is a very, very sensitive issue.
It's very difficult to have peace discussions while you're getting killed.
Usually, for discussions like this, there's a ceasefire.
And Putin had agreed to a ceasefire.
And now there's a major dispute as to whether he lied about it.
It was a one-week siege fire.
It was announced four days ago.
And yesterday, he violated it in a massive fashion.
He conducted a massive attack on the energy system of Ukraine when the temperature is seven degrees below zero Fahrenheit.
Or is it 14?
Well, I guess it depends on where in Ukraine, correct?
And he's basically rendered Ukraine powerless.
They may be starting to come back now.
My good friend, the mayor of Kyiv, they were just getting their heat back on when this anuest attack happened.
And good portions of Kyiv, which is the capital city, people are now freezing.
And people are going to die as a result of this.
Now, the Ukrainians are crying foul because he said it for a one-week pause.
And they say it was four days.
He says, or the president says, that it started on Sunday and ended on Sunday, which would be several days ago.
But it wasn't announced until four days after Sunday.
And no one seems to be able to find support for the official time that it was announced other than when the president said it.
So we're going into discussions with these people who have enough to dislike and distrust each other on.
But the idea of saying there's going to be a one week ceasefire because it's so damn cold and then finding the coldest days in that period and attacking the hell out of eight cities.
You would have to say we're dealing with Hamas, aren't we?
Where's the distinction between Putin and Hamas?
We are not dealing with a world leader.
We're dealing with a world terrorist.
And I take no, I'm happy to debate anybody you would like me to debate on that.
The blood on that man's hands and the outrageous ways in which he kills and gets away with it puts him in a category unlike few others.
And it's about time that we really stood up for him.
It's the only thing that'll work.
Conversations in Abu Dhabi 00:10:46
How many times have I said that, Ted?
Yeah.
Okay.
But we'll see.
We'll see with these conversations in Abu Dhabi.
I don't know how you can have conversations when you're being pounded by the enemy.
I don't know, but they are.
They're having those conversations.
And then we're going to have the silly conversations in Oman.
Silly because should they agree to everything, they'll be lying.
Today, Tom Homan did a major drawdown of ICE agents in Minnesota.
He drawed out of 700 to 2,000.
The number will now be, when I say drawdown to, he made a drawdown to 2,000.
And said that things are, I don't know, do we have his, do we have Tom?
Yeah, let's use his words.
I wasn't exactly sure what he said they're under control or they're better.
I think he said they were better.
Attorney General Mayor Fry and law enforcement officials about increasing coordination in a lawful way between the county jails and ICE to avoid public safety threats being released back in the community.
While we had our differences, one thing was clear.
We all committed to public safety for all who live in the Twin Cities.
We have made significant progress under the direction of President Trump, working with state and local officials here in Minnesota, and I expect that to increase in the coming weeks.
We continue to have discussions.
I'll have discussions this afternoon.
We currently have an unprecedented number of counties communicating with us now and allowing ICE to take custody of illegal aliens before they hit the streets.
Unprecedented cooperation.
And I'll say it again.
This is efficient.
It requires only one or two officers to assume custody of a criminal alien target rather than eight or ten officers going into the community and arresting that public safety threat.
This frees up more officers to arrest or remove criminal aliens.
More officers taking custody of criminal aliens directly from the jails means less officers on the street doing criminal operations.
This is smart law enforcement, not less law enforcement.
It's safer for the community, safer for the officers, and safer for the alien.
This coordination also makes it far more safe for the Twin Cities.
Well, it seems like that's the case.
That doesn't seem to be any major, well, I guess there is.
A whole bunch of Democrats still want all the rest of ICE out, right?
And I don't know if they, the rest of the Democrats, support what Minnesota.
What Minnesota is doing is it's finally following the law.
When he says that you're getting them from the prison and you don't have to get them from the street, the reason they're in the street is they would be taken from the prison and put in the street.
And unlike in law-abiding states, ICE was not notified that a guy who was subject to deportation for, let's say he came into this country and he had a record for something or other, and we were going to deport him.
Then all of a sudden he immediately committed a crime and we put him in prison.
Well, What they were doing in Minnesota is when he got out of, when he got out of prison, even though there was a detainer lodged against him, they would not notify their fellow law enforcement officers in the federal government, which all of the Republican states do.
And I imagine a lot of the Democrat states that are not renegade states like Minnesota, New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, California.
Most of the ones with crime problems.
The disappearance of Savannah Guthrie's mother is, of course, shocking, isn't it?
You know, you say, well, why does this get such attention?
It gets such attention because she's just a very, very well-known woman, and that's just the way it is.
If something happens to someone very well-known, that's very, very horrible and very shocking.
And it is indicative, of course, of what happens in America, because we do have a fair amount of violence in this country.
And at this point, at this point, it is too amorphous.
The facts are too amorphous for us to be able to come to a conclusion as to what happened.
The facts that are not in dispute are that she was taken out of the house, seems like against her will because of the blood and the lack of any communication or note or taking her medicine with her.
And some of those medicines, as I recall, were critical, critical that she have them within a 24-hour period.
I don't know how much grace period there is for that, or if there is some way in which, if it's just a kidnapping, they can replace those.
Could it be a kidnapping that we're just not informed of?
I mean, yes, it could.
It could be a kidnapping that's going on behind this.
And that they're doing, if they are, they're doing a very, very good job of concealing the kidnapping, which is hard to do, very hard to do.
There have been some leaks as to suspects.
I, like all of the rest, because I've heard any number of journalists say that they don't feel comfortable mentioning the names because the police have not really made them persons of interest.
I think that's very responsible.
And it made me feel good to hear that.
It would be terrible to put someone into something like this.
And then it turns out that it has no basis for us, as we have done to some people in the past.
And it's never, never really, you never really remedy it once you do it.
So there's plenty of time.
There's no law enforcement purpose for doing it.
It's just a news purpose, but it's news that nothing much you can do with it that's going to help further this.
If it were information about information about the identity of a person that might be with her or a person that would, if you saw them, would help to locate where she is.
That'd be a different thing.
But apparently it is not.
There is blood or ransom notes that are being investigated.
I caution you that the random notes may or may not be legitimate.
Could be copycats and people who love to get themselves into this.
You know, when we have serial murders and when we have famous murders, you get any number of people that confess to it.
And you say, well, why?
You know, your first day in law enforcement before you become a veteran, you say, oh my God, I got a confession.
Wow, that's quick.
There are 5,000 others that come in.
So we don't, right now, we know very little about it, and it's being handled the way it should be handled.
God bless them.
God bless the police and the FBI.
And the pressure, you know, the pressure is there to get this out, and they're not.
And the end result will be a much better result that will lead to the conviction of the person who is eventually caught.
The damage that has been done to the police and federal agents based on the urging of the irresponsible criminal-like Democrats is outrageous.
Outrageous.
The report that was put out yesterday: 180 Department of Homeland Security vehicles have been attacked since the president took office.
180.
And these are vehicles that were driven by immigration and customs enforcement as well as border protection.
It's an uptick of 180 from 53 last year during that same period of time.
The number of attacks is an uptick of 3,300, meaning there were very few and now there are very many.
There is no doubt, as everyone involved in this article that points it out, that this is being spurred on by the out-of-control language, the out-of-control language of the Democrat politicians comparing ICE to the Nazi Gestapo slave patrols,
Goodnight, No Deportations 00:01:44
the secret police, advising illegal aliens to evade arrest and even to use violence if necessary.
So I don't know how you can expect that there isn't going to be a tremendous amount of a tremendous amount of violence attached to all of this.
So I'm very concerned, and I do want to check, and I will do it during the break between the two shows with Allison on that issue of they don't want anybody deported.
I don't know.
I mean, we'd be in a terrible situation.
And I ask you to come over to X because the whole situation is very, very tense with regard and really needs some explanation with regard to Iran.
And we're going to need some time to really deal with it.
So, we're going to take a break and we're going to say goodnight because we didn't take time out for the commercials to pay the bills.
So, I'm going to say goodnight to you.
I'm going to ask you to come back tomorrow night at seven and now to go over to X at eight o'clock so that we can give you a detailed analysis of what's going on with regard to Iran.
God bless America.
