New York's Complexity 00:02:45
Good evening.
This is Rudy Giuliani, and this is the Rudy Giuliani Show on Lindale TV.
And we're coming to you from Palm Beach, Florida, where I'm not, I'm not be, I'm not going to, I'm going to try very, very hard not to sound condescending or, you know, how are you doing?
Or how are my friends in New York doing?
I mean, that.
I feel very, very bad.
I love snow.
I like snow.
Even when I was mayor, most mayors end up hating snow because it becomes like a well, first of all, it's a tremendous amount of extra money that you usually don't count on.
The snow removal.
In my day, it's probably double that now.
It was a million dollars an inch, pretty much, to remove snow from New York.
Now, remember, New York is not the usual city.
So Chicago is a million people.
New York is nine, eight to nine million people.
Chicago is five counties.
I mean, New York is five counties.
Chicago is a city within a county, so is Los Angeles.
So when I give you New York comparisons, I'm really giving you comparisons more to a state than a city.
The five boroughs of New York are each separate counties within the state of New York.
So really, New York is suey generous, lawyers would say.
That means unusual, original, nothing like it.
And so I bet it's double that now.
And it's hard in New York because the roads, the roads are all different.
The highways are different than the roads.
You're clearing snow out of the biggest metropolitan area in America and the most complex.
And there's not one of them.
There's now three of them.
Three parts of Manhattan are bigger than most cities in terms of business.
Then you have four counties with roughly populations of 2 million, which, and there's no other city in America.
I mean, those counties would be like the third and fourth largest cities in America.
And then you have massive business hospitals, very sensitive facilities, gigantic 100-story buildings, rural houses, multiple housing.
All Of That's Got To Be Cleaned 00:15:13
All of that's got to be cleaned.
And then the federal government reminds you for every day that the stock exchange is closed, I don't know, we lose a trillion dollars or some ridiculous amount.
And the president calls you and yells at you.
So that's why I enjoyed it because you're going to get very mad at me when I say this.
I had a perfect record.
I never had a day where we lost money, where we couldn't make it up.
I was on the front page of several magazines for how we clear the snow faster than any city in America.
I think that was in 96.
I was on Saturday Night Live with their bragging on me cleaning up the snow when other mayors didn't.
So I enjoyed it.
I enjoyed it because we knew how to do it.
And we had a terrific team, it was like an army.
We had a terrific team.
And anybody who wants any help, call me.
I really know how to pick up snow.
Not much you can do with that after you leave being mayor, but I've picked up some, I've helped some, helped some cities in help some cities in Europe do it.
Okay, so Minnesota is, of course, still dominating the news.
And I'm going to show you how I think this is totally on purpose.
But first, let's get to the top of the news.
The president and the Tampon Tim, who have talked.
Tampon called them today.
I guess he got approval from Red China.
And he said, if I mean, all we have is the second, third-hand version of the conversation.
But they basically said he wanted to see what they could do on both sides to calm this down.
The president agreed.
The president's been saying that for some time.
And again, our president, the thing you have to know about him, I mean, this guy just a day or two ago is, you know, accusing him of being a Nazi and his agents are Nazis.
And virtually he caused this one with his inflammatory.
What are you, you got a city that almost burned, entirely burned down once.
And you say things like, these are Nazis, these are oppressive.
We're going to stand our ground.
We're going to stand our ground as Minnesotans.
What is it?
The Civil War?
That's how the Civil War started.
And you got to know, Walsey, you're violating the law.
I mean, who are you bullshitting?
Not me.
I know you do most of the press and half of America, but that whole sanctuary city thing is completely illegal.
It is completely 100%, 1,000% illegal.
Federal law is superior to state law in the area of immigration.
There is no doubt about that.
There's no question about it.
It isn't one of these difficult things that anybody has to interpret.
And if you spent a day in law school, and maybe if you had spent less time learning Chinese law, you'd know that.
So this idea that you can say, we're not going to help the federal agents, we're going to do everything we can to interfere with it, has permeated your city and your state.
And that man who died would never have died if he hadn't gone for training in rearrest.
And don't tell me, Walsey, you don't know what rearrest is.
Rearrest is when your activated activist citizens who get brainwashed go for training, give up time with their children and they learn how to interfere, obstruct federal arrests.
Rearrest means getting somebody back from ICE.
Somebody that ICE has is under a federal arrest.
You may not agree with the law.
You may not agree with it, but it is the law.
Every person who doesn't fill out documents and get approved, who comes into this country, is violating the law and is subject to detention and expulsion.
Everyone.
You may think that's mean.
You may think that's terrible.
You may think if they're here for 50 years, that's wonderful.
It makes it go away.
Unfortunately, the law of the United States doesn't say that.
The law of the United States, if you come in illegally and you never straighten it out, you're as illegal 50 years later as you are the day you came in.
Do I think that's somewhat harsh?
I do.
Do I think we should change that in some way?
I do.
I always have.
Would I violate it?
Of course not.
Otherwise, I'm violating the law.
And what are we going to do about an agent who is told to enforce the law?
What's he supposed to do?
Change it?
So you go and make his difficult job not only more difficult, but much more dangerous.
And we'll have more on that.
I'm going to explain to you how they trained them to do rearrest.
And what you will see is that what happened with this pretty guy, he was executing a rearrest that he was trained to do.
And so was the woman who interfered first.
And I'm going to guess somewhere in the background, there was a third guy ready to come in before the shooting took place because they executed what they had to do perfectly.
And finally, I'm going to show you how Walls and Fry and the Democrats were hoping to create this after the whole good thing went down, when it turned out that most of America won't buy that she's some kind of a terrible martyr when she drove her two and a half ton truck into a human being at the behest of her wife, you just that one wasn't working, so you were trying for another one.
You tried a couple.
They didn't work.
This one worked and now you got people kind of fooled on this one, so we've got Kara with us.
Hello, Kara.
How are you?
I'm good, Mr. Mayor.
How are you doing tonight?
I can see you're at the White House.
Yes, I'm here in Washington, D.C., a busy day.
We had a briefing today, which was a surprise with the snow, as you were talking about earlier.
Yeah, that city closes down in the snow.
What happened today?
It looked like it was pretty active.
It does close down to a certain extent.
It was really hard to navigate today in New York, as you know, pretty good with cleaning the streets.
But here in D.C., they don't really have the infrastructure for it.
So it was very difficult to get an Uber.
They didn't even clean or really around the subway stations, which I was surprised.
From what I understand, they're just not used to snow here.
And they're not as good as New York when it comes to clearing the snow.
So it was difficult to get around today.
A lot of things were closed, but they did have a briefing at the White House.
Carolyn Levitt and the administration talking a lot about, as you I'm sure, saw Minneapolis and that shooting that happened and really wanting to address that before the story, I guess, sort of spun out of control as generally happens with the media.
So there was a briefing today, and I do have some clips.
And as you know, breaking news is that Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino and some agents are now expected to leave Minneapolis as Tom Homan comes in.
So this is what everybody's talking about, this departure of Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino, who has really been at the center there in Minneapolis.
Looks like he'll be moved elsewhere.
There's some outrage on X about that.
A lot of people are begging Trump, not President Trump not to move Bovino, saying that this sort of bowing to the Democrats.
President Trump, as you know, spoke earlier today with Governor Waltz of Minnesota, as well as the mayor over there.
And it seems like all parties are more willing to work together as things have gotten pretty out of hand, as you know, in Minneapolis.
It's absolutely outrageous.
JD Vance said himself, this seems like a problem that is just only happening in Minneapolis.
Why is all of these things just happening over there?
So a lot of questions were addressed at today's briefing.
And I do have a clip for you of Carolyn Levitt.
Yes, first talking about Secretary Noam and Homan and the confidence that the White House has in their abilities.
Take a listen.
Homan is doing an exceptional job and he has been working with Secretary Noam and President Trump over the course of the last year.
Secretary Noam still has the utmost confidence and trust of the President of the United States.
And she's continuing to oversee the entire Department of Homeland Security and all of the immigration enforcement that's taking place across the whole entire country.
Of course, Secretary Noam is also in charge of FEMA and we are in the wake of a brutal winter storm where hundreds of thousands of Americans have been impacted by that.
So Borders Art Homan is in a unique position to drop everything and go to Minnesota to continue having these productive conversations with state and local officials.
And I know that he's catching a plane in just a few hours to do just that at the request of the president.
It's a difficult choice, Kara.
You know, it's a really difficult choice.
You know, my instincts always are aggressive.
So I'm probably the last one to advise on this.
But these guys just pulled a fast one.
They pulled a fast one.
They sold America on bullshit.
Sorry for the language.
And they've been trying to do it.
They failed with good.
And then they instigated this one.
They tried to use the five.
The minute good went bad, they were looking for another one.
And they tried with that five-year-old.
You know, the scam with the five-year-old.
They said, ICE arrested a five-year-old.
Meanwhile, the father abandoned the kid to ICE.
That one didn't work.
Then we had that attorney general come on and tell them they can, you know, they have a right to shoot in order to protect themselves.
And this guy who is a trained operative comes there carrying an enormously sophisticated weapon with two backup magazines, like he's ready to kill them all.
And yes, he's a legal gun owner, but what legal gun owner in his right mind is going to interrupt law enforcement in the middle of an arrest and not expect you might get killed?
You got to be out of your mind.
And the minute somebody said gun, that agent did exactly what he was supposed to do.
He protected his fellow.
He wasn't even protecting himself.
The gun, as far as he knew, was underneath, and one of his three or four guys could have gotten killed.
So he took him out.
It's something that certainly will be talked about.
You know, this is the new sort of, I guess, Renee Good.
This is something that will probably be exploited for the rest of the week.
I'm certain.
Carolyn Levitt also said, she also spoke to Mr. Homan.
I wanted to play another clip for you, Mr. Mayor.
I didn't know that he was a really, that Barack Obama was a fan of Tom Homan.
So that's something that- He sure was.
Yeah, I am too.
I'm a very good friend of Tom's.
And I think Tom is excellent.
I think it's great.
But what I don't like is the feeling that it creates.
Hey, if the same thing happens in Chicago, we can do it in Chicago.
You won't be able to do it.
You won't be able to get rid of the illegal immigrants if they get away with this.
This is caused by this.
This is caused by their illegal sanctuary city policy, not by anything that ICE is doing.
Secretary Noam is doing one of the best jobs in the cabinet.
She's one of our best cabinet members, and she's got a pair of, you know, what that's unbelievable.
I mean, this is presidential material, this lady.
Yes.
With the way she's leading.
The Sanctuary cities, from what I understand, Lindsey Graham is trying to get a bill passed that would make sanctuary cities illegal.
So that's something to watch out for.
But here it is.
All he's doing is making it clear.
And we gave that battle up at the beginning.
We should have done that at the beginning.
It is too hard now to explain to people why they're illegal.
We let them go on for four or five years.
But that's a good idea.
I hope he gets it passed.
But go ahead, Karen.
I'm interrupting you, but it does pertain to what we're talking about.
It's okay.
Here's Carolyn Levitt again talking about the bipartisan support of Tom Hovan.
Homan is the point person for cooperating with state and local authorities and corresponding with them, again, to achieve this level of cooperation to subdue the chaos on the streets of Minneapolis.
And I would just point out that Mr. Homan is someone who has been lauded for many, many decades for his experience working in law enforcement.
In fact, this is a Washington Post headline from nine years ago, 2016.
Meet the man the White House has honored for deporting illegal immigrants.
And I would remind everyone in this room that it was former President Barack Hussein Obama who awarded a medal to Mr. Homan.
So he's obviously very qualified.
He has the full trust and faith of the president.
He will continue to have these meetings in the hopes that ICE and local law enforcement can cooperate and work together to have successful immigration enforcement, as we've seen in almost every other state across the country.
Well, I mean, that's good.
I mean, I think Tom's introduction to this is a very good idea.
He's probably one of the best professionals at doing this in the whole world.
And he will help.
It's the removal of other people that is troubling because they weren't doing anything wrong.
They were being out.
They'd being out foxed and not even being out foxed.
They don't own the media.
If they own the media, the story would be absolutely different.
Everybody would be saying, why did this guy, Pretty, show up with a gun and to protect himself?
He certainly didn't need two other magazines where he could have carried out a war.
What the heck did he have that with him for?
And a gun owner, yes, you have a right to be a gun owner, but you have to have some responsibility in handling that gun.
If you decide as a gun owner, you're going to walk into a group of FBI agents and try to break up and arrest, there's a good chance you might get killed.
Well, that's what he was doing.
These guys were trying to arrest a very dangerous criminal.
And first, his partner, the woman, comes along and interrupts him and moves one of the agents over to the side.
Then he comes along and starts arguing with another agent and they go over to the side.
Now, I hope the American people realize that they're making fools out of you.
Right to Bear Arms Risks 00:10:18
Those people practice that many times.
It's called rearrest.
Their organization teaches it.
And there probably was going to be a third person to come along if they thought it was necessary to move away another agent.
And then at that point, the dangerous criminal they want to arrest runs away.
And every time they do that, they think they've achieved something.
And that's what they exist for and get funded for, to get people away from ICE and to do everything you can to make our cities chaotic, horrible, terrible, because you're doing it in the name either of insanity or communism.
And since you got a governor that spent more time in China than he has in America and thought China would be a moral presence in solving the Middle East crisis, he said that.
Tampon Tim said that.
Right out of college, he was drafted by China, spent a year and a half there, went back and forth to China 30 times.
You don't go back and forth to China teaching, taking 50 kids with you, unless the Chinese government says you're teaching communism, pal.
I know that because I've been thrown out of China.
So we got a communist running this thing who is trying to create ultimate chaos.
That's what they're trying to do to us.
Between them and the Islamics, they're trying to create chaos.
The Islamics want us to all be Muslim, according to the teaching of Muhammad.
And the communists want us all to be communists.
And they're working together.
And then at some point, they'll shoot it out.
Yeah, I think it's going on.
And, you know, every time we submit to it, we take a step in that direction.
Every time we resist it, we take a step away from it.
And this is a step.
They won this round.
Yeah, it is concerning a lot of MAGA people and Trump supporters online on X, certainly that some ICE agents now will be leaving Minnesota as Tom Homan comes in.
So that's a concern.
And the whole briefing really was about Minnesota, Minneapolis, and ICE.
That was, I'd say, 90% of the content of the briefing.
Carolyn Lovitt did talk about how seven out of the 10 safest cities in the United States do cooperate with ICE.
And she said that we saw a historic turnaround in the safety in cities that have chosen to cooperate with ICE.
So I'm not going to play that clip for you, but I thought that that was a really interesting thing that she said.
And she said, look, right here in Washington, D.C., the murder rate in Washington, D.C. has plummeted as a result of local cooperation.
That's all true.
Right.
So just really encouraging, I think, governors around the country and mayors to cooperate with ICE and local law enforcement to work with ICE.
Because as you know, in a lot of sanctuary cities, they have laws that actually prevent local law enforcement from cooperating with ICE.
The one in New York is worse.
The one actually prohibits, I don't know if you remember this, but oh gosh, a little less than a year ago, Adams put to help put ICE or border agents, I don't remember, back in Rikers Island, where they used to be when I was U.S. attorney and mayor, so that when you have a murderer coming out of prison, you turn it right over to them.
You don't make a mistake.
So Adams put them back.
They had been taken out by communist de Blasio.
And Adams put them back.
And the city council went to court.
And the court required him to take the ICE agents out because the law in New York City says that New York City officials are not to cooperate with immigration.
So now ICE has to wait on the other side of Rikers Island.
And if they get a tip off undercover by correction officers who are loyal and sensible Americans, they can catch the guy.
But if they don't, the murderer gets out and maybe he can kill a couple of people before we catch him again.
That's what New York does.
Minnesota actually is a little better.
They do cooperate more when Fry and Tampon Tim aren't pushing them.
But they were allowing the ICE agents to get beaten to hell and not helping them.
So let's hope this works.
And I have a bad feeling about it, but I've been wrong before, and I hope I'm wrong again.
Yeah, I hope you're wrong too, Mr. Mayor.
Really, other clip that I found interesting, and I thought that you would as well, because you mentioned the Second Amendment and the right to bear arms.
A journalist asked about what this means.
Well, there is a right to bear arms, but you got to bear arms responsibly.
Suppose I'm bearing arms, right?
And a group of guys say, we're going to go stick up a bank, and I say, I'll come with you.
Is that a responsible bearing of arms?
Or how about you're trained to do getting criminals away from the police and you go there with a very sophisticated firearm?
That is not what is intended by the Second Amendment.
The Second Amendment intends to protect you.
It doesn't intend to allow you to have a weapon so you can obstruct the police, which is why he had it.
Well, okay.
We'll see what happens.
I wanted to just tell you, I thought Carolyn's answer was interesting.
Her answer on the journalist that was questioning regarding protesters' right to bear arms.
Here's what Carolyn Lovitt just had to say on that one.
The president supports the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding American citizens.
Absolutely.
There has been no greater supporter or defender of the right to bear arms than President Donald J. Trump.
So while Americans have a constitutional right to bear arms, Americans do not have a constitutional right to impede lawful immigration enforcement operations.
And any gun owner knows that when you are carrying a weapon, when you are bearing arms and you are confronted by law enforcement, you are raising the assumption of risk and the risk of force being used against you.
And again, that's unfortunately what took place on Saturday.
Well, I mean, she made the same point I was just making.
That's why I pretty much said what you said.
And also, Rudy Giuliani, press secretary.
You have my vote.
No, she's a lot better and she's a lot better looking.
The shooting also that the shooting also began with an attempt to arrest Jose Huerta Chuma.
So now this is the guy they were trying to arrest that Pretty and his girlfriend were trying to obstruct.
He's wanted or is convicted of domestic assault, disorderly conduct, beating a woman, sexual something or other, and then driving without a valid license, which in fact, I guess, is the least of those.
But this guy is a violent criminal they're going after.
They're obviously, if you know police work at all, and you do, cops are on high alert when they're arresting a guy who's wanted for domestic assault.
I had police officers killed doing domestic assault arrests.
I mean, so they're on high alert.
And you know, they're not even on high alert for themselves.
They're more on high alert for their brothers and sisters they're working with.
Because it's like the Marines.
They go into this and they say, particularly in a place like that with Tampon Tim and the guy who gave up the police station, they know those two guys hate them.
So they go into it with, we got to protect each other.
A lot of times they'll just grab hands and say, we got to protect each other.
So when that officer heard gun and didn't see the gun, and there was a scrum going on where you had to assume the gun was underneath that, any second, that gun could have gone off and blown away one of his partners.
He took the guy out.
The guy brought the gun there.
They didn't.
The guy interfered in the arrest.
They didn't.
The guy they were arresting was a very dangerous criminal.
And they know this was a setup.
The American people don't know that.
American people think they were just, oh, they're just nice people.
The nice little nurse came along to try to help.
It's a damn setup.
It's a process they learn.
They may not be communists, but this comes out of communism.
It comes out of training that Soros pays for.
And I'm going to do the film for people, and I'm going to show them.
And I'm going to try to get a, I've seen them, I just don't have one.
I'm going to try to get a training film on rearrest and show them how they did it almost perfectly.
They almost got this guy out so he could beat up another woman.
That's their contribution to our society.
They get people out who rape, who steal, who rob, who murder, who take advantage of little children.
Seven out of 10 of the people that they pulled out of there were convicted of violent crimes.
They should have a parade for us.
Thanking them.
Well, thank you.
Thank you.
It was good to hear your insight on things, and I will see you soon.
Have a great day.
It's good to see what you got.
It was really important.
You know, you do a great job.
Isn't she the best?
Yes.
She is the best.
And Allison, we're very lucky to have them.
We really are.
I do think we probably, somehow my watch is missing here.
So I think we probably need a timeout.
You go like this, right, for a timeout.

Standoff Before Shooting 00:14:52
This is Rudy Giuliani back again on the Rudy Giuliani Show.
And after our conversation with the wonderful Cara Castranova, let me see if I can clarify this for you because we went back and forth quite a bit.
What happened is Governor Walls called President Trump today and basically, I guess, wants a ceasefire.
And the president, as he does, because the president's wonderful at this, no matter what you call him, or he wants to see peace there.
So he had a conversation with him.
We don't know exactly what happened, but Tom Holman was called in, and that's a perfect choice.
You can't do better than Tom Holman.
And he's going to go there.
And since Obama awarded him something or other, and don't let that fool you at all.
Obama probably regrets that 100 times now, but Holman is about as good a professional as you're going to get.
And I'm going to tell you this straight out.
This is not an issue with either Bolvino, the ICE people, or the secretary.
In fact, the secretary, I think, has been an unbelievable hero.
The way she's handled herself, in my mind, she's presidential material at this point.
But in any event, it is true.
There's sort of a standoff, right?
So you bring in another person.
And these were the demands that the president put out.
And I think I can show them to you here.
So this way you'll get them.
These are the demands for, why don't we call it a ceasefire?
I don't know what we want to call it, peace in our day or whatever the hell you want to call it.
So shall we put them up?
Yeah, we're having a little technical.
Okay, there they are.
That's good enough.
I didn't read all of them.
That's good.
But I can move it.
Just leave it.
Leave it that way.
Will it stay there?
Okay, good.
That's perfect.
Turn over all illegal immigrants in local jails or those with active warrants.
State, local law enforcement agree to turn over illegal immigrants.
Local police to assist feds in tracking down illegal immigrants.
And Democrats to partner with feds to protect American citizens in removing all illegal immigrants.
Now, basically the first three, if not all four, say cancel your sanctuary city laws.
None of that would be necessary if there weren't sanctuary city laws.
And what you're seeing doesn't happen in a place that doesn't have sanctuary city laws because the state either doesn't interfere or actively participates because they have the same objective as the federal government, which is to remove illegal immigrants from this country.
But if you get into a perverted blue state where they're depending on these people for their party to survive because they survive largely on the votes of lots of criminals, who do you think the people in jail vote for?
They, when they allow to.
Why do you think the Democrats are in favor of people in jail being able to vote?
Don't be naive, please.
We don't have the room for it anymore.
Our country is in jeopardy.
Our country is in too much jeopardy for our citizens now to fall for the bullshit, which is why I'm on the air.
And I don't know if you agree with me, subscribe.
If you don't, don't watch me.
Or get online and start disagreeing with me.
I'll answer you.
I answer plenty of people who are jackasses.
So, unless you're too much of a jackass, it isn't worth it.
Here's what was going on.
I'm going to trace it for you.
And I'm going to tell you, none of this, I'll tell you when I'm in the area of I'm not guessing, but I'm coming to a hypothesis based on my experience and what I see.
Then I'm going to tell you what is absolute fact, okay?
Here's absolute fact.
The good situation, they thought they were going to take into a Floyd situation.
When that woman was shot by the agent, and they put out the first video, and the first video did not really cleanly show that she smashed right into a human being.
If at all, if you look very carefully, it looked like she grazed him, and then he shot her.
They thought, oh, wow, this is going to ignite the nation.
This is a wonderful woman with three children.
And then the case started falling apart really, really quick.
Now, I'm going to tell you, the Floyd case could have fallen apart really, really quick if we followed the lessons of how you avoid a riot, which I knew very, very well from the time I was mayor and saw riots created in New York this way.
You don't let them go one inch with the false narrative.
You correct it.
So in the Floyd case, everybody was afraid to go with the false narrative.
I mean, it's a little unloyd was a career criminal of the worst kind, a absolutely degenerate alcoholic and drug addict, an unbelievable troublemaker, a guy who beat up women, beat up children.
And he's a guy who would resist to the nth degree.
Meanwhile, very quickly, the coroner came to the conclusion he died of natural causes.
Whatever the cop did was not the reason he died.
The guy was so overloaded with drugs to a point that they had never seen before that they were surprised he was even able to walk around.
He was dead no matter what.
You don't find out any of that until a half year later and a third of the country is burned down.
And they use it to create, they use it really for two purposes.
The Soros and the other inspired communists use it to try to break down America, like they take away our heroes and burn our statues and create all kinds of issues and conflagrations and difficulties.
So they did that first, right?
And then they kept it going and it accomplished their purpose.
It was a summer of complete destruction, a summer of death, 27, 28 people.
They permanently raised the stakes for the cops.
The assaults of police officers since then have been monumental.
And so they really got a lot out of that.
They were hoping to get the same thing out of good.
But here, because of a very, very good response by the Department of Homeland Security, the Justice Department, the FBI, what a team.
Pambondi is there instead.
Kash Patel is there instead.
And Governor Noam is there instead.
And they put out the facts.
They put out the penultimate and then the ultimate videos that show she drove her car directly into the agent.
Her car wasn't a car.
It was the two and a half ton truck.
Before that, her wife was taunting the agent and challenging him, at least one agent.
Then she moved to the correct agent.
And her wife directed her, in essence, to hit him.
She was able to see the agent in front.
Good was in the vehicle.
She was trying to get into the vehicle and she's saying to her, even before she gets into the vehicle, drive, baby, drive, knowing the agent is right in front of her.
When the agent sees the car moving toward him, he has no, I don't know if you realize this.
I want you to think about this.
Gosh almighty, what the communists try to drive out completely, logically.
When that car started moving toward him, he had no choice but to shoot her.
You say, well, why didn't he jump out of the way?
Because I'll tell you why.
First of all, she could have just moved the car over a little bit and wiped him out.
He had no reason to believe she wouldn't.
She was coming right at him.
He couldn't jump.
He's facing her left, his right, right?
He's over here.
If he jumped this way, he'd jump right into the car.
If he jumped that way, all she had to do was swerve a little and run him over, crush him.
If he tried to jump, he could have slipped.
It was all icy, had not gotten out of the way.
He had no time to get out of the way at that point.
She was like this from him.
And she went like this, back forward, back forward.
So she had more speed coming at him.
She hit him.
You can hear the collision.
It's unbelievable.
The first shot was right through the window.
So you know he was right in front of her.
Several shots on the side to stop her from going to do it to other people.
And you tell me this isn't a good shooting.
I mean, I know law enforcement for 50 years.
This is as good and as defensible a shooting as you can get.
And stop backing off, damn it.
Defend the guy.
He was fighting for his life.
And she, whether she knew it or not, was trying to kill him.
Now, I have a supposition here.
I'll never know it.
I'm not sure she knew she was going right at him.
I think the wife caused the murder because she murdered him by saying, drive, baby, drive.
She's the one who had the clearer observation of the guy in front.
Not only that, she was engaging with him.
So she knew exactly where he was.
And she also said, as soon as it was over, it's my fault.
You're damn right, it's my fault, Wifey.
It is your fault, and you should be in jail.
And the ICE agent should be praised for doing what he had to do to protect himself.
And finally, they were there in order to disrupt lawful operation of federal law instead of taking care of their children.
If Wifey has a child, I don't know.
Well, now I did find out afterwards when I criticized her for not taking her children, that two of her children aren't even with her.
And the other one, I don't know what they do with the young child.
Whenever they want to go out and interrupt, whenever they want to go out and interrupt law enforcement and protect murderers, rapists, the kid gets ignored.
Now the kid's without a mother.
That's our fault.
We didn't try to drive the car into the agent.
Do you think maybe if you drive a car into a man, he may attempt to kill you to stop you?
I don't know.
Seems like a pretty rational thought to me.
Well, when that didn't work, they were really disappointed.
So they started, I don't know if you watched this, but they started a whole campaign of picking on this thing, picking on that thing, picking on this thing.
We even had the Attorney General of Arizona, who is a particular favorite of mine, because she won't dismiss, she won't dismiss the case in Arizona, in which the judge has concluded it was a completely unfair political case.
But for some reason, the judge just doesn't throw it out.
He gives her a chance to replete it or redo this or redo that or redo something else that only Democrats can do in the distortion of our law, our sacred law.
And this case, the longer it lasts, the more it destroys careers, the more it destroys opportunities for people, like Christina Bob, who's indicted here, or Professor Eastman, who was a great man and a constitutional law professor.
I can go on and on with the people whose lives are being destroyed because this judge just won't dismiss it.
Dismiss it.
And he's letting this political operative slime play with it.
So the political operative slime was on TV the other night and we played her.
This is before this shooting took place.
Now, do we have that?
Do we have the little bit later?
Let me see if we can play the original.
Let's see if we can play the original approach to the original approach by the woman that Pritty was with as part of his rearrest mission.
Can we play that?
No, let's do that first.
Let's do that first.
Please listen to me.
do that first let's put let's play the original let's play the original approach of the woman and pretty to the agents Do we have that?
Play the video of the shoot of the lead up to the event, please.
Deported and Apologized 00:05:37
We have that.
Well, maybe we don't.
We should have that video.
How is that video not on here?
Okay.
Well, we already had a commercial break.
This is really pathetic.
What we're going to see is of the shooting.
And of course, we should have that video ready already as it's the biggest story of the day.
So we apologize that we don't have that ready.
Okay.
I apologize.
And we now, if you, Jason, if you could pull that first card.
So I'm going to move on.
We're going to give up on it because there's not the technical competence to deal with it.
So after the incident with good didn't work out, and it kind of got smashed in the head the minute we were part of it.
A lot of people did it, but we were one of them.
We put out The ultimate video showing that he drove the car right into her.
People said, What are we doing here?
You're not going to get riots all over the country over that.
So then they started looking for another one.
The first one was trying to completely falsify the story.
ICE arrested a five-year-old.
Uh-uh.
ICE didn't arrest a five-year-old.
An illegal alien abandoned his five-year-old child so he could run away.
And what was ICE going to do but hold him?
Put him out of the street.
ICE saved a five-year-old from abandonment.
Should have been the headline, but nobody's going to write that.
They tried to give him back to his mother.
This maternal instinct, my backside, mother said, you keep him.
These people really love their kids, huh?
You keep them.
So he went back to the illegal alien daddy who's now taking them back to whatever damn country they came from in the first place and never were allowed to come to this country at all.
But that was going to be like the next one.
We could have a nice big Floyd thing with that.
ICE arrests a five-year-old.
Like they like to say, ICE arrests citizens.
Yeah, it's true.
They do occasionally arrest citizens, many less than Obama and Biden ever did.
Many less.
Not only that, they have never yet mistakenly deported a citizen.
Obama and Biden did.
Yeah, you're going to make mistaken arrests.
I mean, they've done a handful.
You make mistake arrests of innocent people.
I mean, it just happens.
It's not an exact science.
You release them.
I had people I released because we arrested incorrectly.
You're not God.
The question is: how do you act when you find out?
Well, here's the answer.
They have arrested, they've made considerably less mistakes than Obama or Biden.
They've arrested very, very few.
They've arrested very, very few citizens.
I think maybe four, five?
None have been deported.
None.
Zero, zero, zero.
This is the first time we haven't done it since a competent administration took over.
And the same thing with this five, the minute I heard the five-year-old story, I said, there's something wrong with that.
They're not going to arrest a five-year-old unless they're holding him because they arrested the, I mean, suppose they had arrested the father and now they have the five-year-old.
Well, they got to take the five-year-old and try to give it to the mother.
I mean, suppose they had succeeded in arresting the father.
Well, they would have taken the five-year-old in custody to protect him.
What's the five-year-old going to do?
Walk around the streets by himself?
And they would have tried to connect him with the mother.
The loving mother here turned down the kid.
I don't want him.
You keep him.
And then the ultimate resolution was the guy was deported quickly and back to wherever the hell he came from.
And thank God we're finished with it, right?
We got only another 18 million to go or something.
Then we had the Arizona Attorney General appear on television saying, you know, under the Second Amendment, you have the right to defend yourself.
Now, we played that on Thursday or Friday night, Ted and I, and I predicted for you this was going to cause a shooting.
And isn't that, isn't that what happened?
Isn't that what happened in Minnesota?
Everybody's saying, oh, he had a Second Amendment right to carry that.
He had an IE.
He had a license.
Yeah, he had a Second Amendment right to carry it.
He also had a Second Amendment responsibility to carry it in a way that wasn't dangerous.
And he was carrying it in a way that was dangerous into the middle of an arrest that he wanted to obstruct.
Plenty More To Cover 00:03:28
So what the hell is, what are you all going to think?
The same thing will happen to you if you decide to take a very sophisticated weapon with a lot of extra bullets in it so you can kill a lot of people into the middle of an arrest.
It will happen to you if you try to drive into a federal agent with a two-ton truck.
It may happen that you will die and it will be your fault.
Now, you want to keep people safe, you tell them that.
You want to jerk around with people so you have chaos, so you can make this country into a communist country or a Muslim country.
Yeah.
Now, what I want you to do is I want you to come over to X. I'm going to show you that this slimebag walls, communist that he is, actually changed the flag of Minnesota from an American-style flag to an almost replica of the Somali flag.
What kind of anti-American creep does that?
Isn't that the kind of guy that would instigate stuff like this?
And right now, I don't know, maybe I'm wrong, but it sounds like he certainly wins the public relations battle.
Maybe that's because the press is all on his side and it's so hard to fight back.
I hope it isn't because our people are, you know, our people all over America are like the people of New York and Chicago, a New York who elects a communist in Chicago who's under 65 years of Democratic rule and loses, you know, a bunch of black kids every weekend and doesn't give a shit.
So thank you for listening to us.
I think it was a very interesting show tonight.
We're going to continue.
We've got plenty, plenty more.
We've got plenty, plenty more to cover.
We've got Iran.
Lots going on there.
And we've got some extremely dangerous, some extremely dangerous situations going on with Israel and Hamas that we want to talk to you about because it's sort of at a breaking point.
And I think we have some suggestions on how we can move these things along, including this one.
So come over to X now at 8 and come back to us tomorrow night.
We've got plenty more.
I think there'll be more analysis we can do.
The more we get into this, the more we can prove to you how planned this is.
I really want to get my hands on the training videos that train these people to do rearrest, which is precisely what they did.
And if you come to X, we'll see if we can have those videos for you so I can show you how they followed the script.
And this was a setup by them, by the Walls and Fry people and the communist people and the Islamic crazies to set up the ICE.
We'll be right back.
I mean, we will be right back.
We'll be on X. We'll see you tomorrow night.
