Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani, and this is the Rudy Giuliani Show.
And tonight, of course, once again, the concentration of the nation actually, I'd have to say, is in three or four different places.
Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota, of course, with fear that Fry and Tampon Tim will succeed in their efforts to stoke up some kind of a riot.
They would view success as getting some of Minneapolis burned again, like they did last time.
They sure tried every effort possible the first night.
Tampon backed away from it the second night, but little baby Fry kept at it.
He's hoping to give a precinct away again, I imagine, and humiliate the police as he's done before.
The other focus tonight as we approach the weekend is, of course, Iran, where the protests are reportedly, and the reportedly is I can tell you firsthand from, oh, I should really say secondhand, but real secondhand, are quite accurate that the protests are getting heavier, heavier, heavier, stronger and stronger, and the regime seems to have its hands tied.
Venezuela is kind of working its way out where we got a return of prisoners.
We have what we think is a deal on oil.
Still not really a lineup of who's going to run it short-term into the long-term election.
Could remain Delta, could go in another direction.
I believe the president is shortly going to meet with Machado, the woman who received the Nobel Peace Prize and was the actual winner of the election, although she did have a substitute running for her because she had been thrown off the ballot by Maduro successfully did what Biden tried to do.
He threw the opponent who would beat him off the ballot.
The Democrats failed in that because I guess they're not as skilled as the Venezuelans, who actually taught them to a very large extent election theft.
But that's a story for another time.
And then just to show you that this is for real, there was a very successful arrest in New York in a case called Operation Salvo involving the illegals who don't commit crimes.
And then, of course, and then, of course, for me, the big news, the president is going to, after having submitted a record high in terms of gross amount, defense budget, Percentage gross amount.
The president is going to seek a massive increase in the defense budget, which we'll talk about.
This is the best news you and I can get if we are seeking and praying for freedom uh, secured for our children and grandchildren.
Uh well, into the future um, which would be so let's start with um, let's start with Minnesota, and and get you and just, I don't know.
You all know the story, I assume every once in a while somebody's on vacation and they miss part of it and they say, oh gee, what's this all all about you?
Well, you know what this is all about.
This is all about an ICE operation in the city of Minneapolis, which I don't know, maybe the worst in the country.
Could it be Seattle?
Could it be Portland?
Could it be Los Angeles?
Believe it or not, I am not because I'm the former mayor of New York, excluding New York.
And I'm not saying New York is terrific, nor am I going to say much about the future in New York.
But New York would not be in the top five resistance cities.
Indeed, until Adams got overruled by his communist city council, New York was one of the more cooperative cities.
Now we have a communist Islamic extremist supporting mayor, and he will indeed create enormous problems with ICE.
But ICE got a goodwood in yesterday and today.
You'll see.
So we now know the name of the police officer.
He is very, very, he's an experienced and an exceptionally well-trained ICE ERO, part of the ICE ERO special response team.
He's a specifically trained tactical unit.
His name is Jonathan Ross.
And Jonathan Ross, I think again, many of you know, although there were vague details about this originally, but Jonathan Ross back on June 17th in Bloomington, Minnesota, was dragged by a vehicle for over 300 yards by an illegal immigrant from Guatemala who had a very, very lengthy rap sheet,
maybe even longer than the 300 feet that he dragged him, 300 yards that he dragged him.
But his crimes included assaulting women.
Notice, how many times do we come up with pervert crimes on these guys?
About half the time?
Assaulting women and a sex crime against a 14-year-old.
This is what Biden brought into our country, and this is who the Democrats are supporting.
So this animal dragged him 100 yards in June as he was trying to get into the car.
The same thing, running away in the car, using the car as a weapon, which has, although it didn't get the publicity it deserved before this, you're going to see this has been going on for quite some time.
And this was just shortly after Tim Walz had labeled ICE the modern day Gestapo.
You think this gave Roberto Carlos Munes some feeling that there is very, very strong institutional support in the United States for him to act like he would act against it to Gestapo.
And for an animal like him who preys sexually on little children and beats up women.
Now, how far is that to murder an ICE agent?
Well, he didn't murder him, but he dragged him along and could have murdered him.
And of course, he was out because the mayor and the governor do not report such animals to ICE.
ICE has to go find it themselves.
And Walls is complaining about not being involved in the investigation.
I don't know.
They may cave.
I would say to Walls, I'll be involved.
I'll let you involve in the investigation when you started notifying me of the dangerous criminals who are wanted by the federal government that are in your city.
And then, I don't know, this may be too controversial.
And then if I catch you really hiding one, I'm going to arrest your fat ass for obstructing federal law.
Who am I looking at?

But going back to this incident, Mayor, of course, today a new video has emerged.

They didn't change the video, but it was like nice and clear.

You can see if you do any calculation of your mind that it would have been, if not impossible, extraordinarily difficult to get away safely.
By that, I mean the car is here.

Let's say you say, I'm not going to shoot.
I'm going to escape.
So I'm going to jump this way.
What's to say the car doesn't come after you this way or the truck come after you this way?
Right.
What's to say, given the fact that it's icy, that you don't fall and the car roll like right there, right there, where the car is pushing him, he could easily have been knocked over and the wheels of the 6,000-ton car could have crushed his body and he'd never see, hear, or live again.
So this is the slowdown.
And how close does that come to killing him?
Right.

The only thing that is unclear about that, this picks up when he's moved a little to the side of the car.
We know he was in front of the car because the shot goes through the front window.
He had already shot when this goes on.

This is the beginning of the interview.
They're antagonizing the audience.
Well, they've been doing it all day, and they're part of an active group that he volunteered for to do this instead of taking care of the food.

And she is, she volunteered for this group after she moved to Minnesota.
Instead of spending time with her three children, she thought this was more important that people like that child molester could be allowed to stay in the country.
This is a very important thing to her.
Well, she's allowed to have her choices.
What she's not allowed to do is disobey the instruction of a United States agent.
And God forbid she's not allowed to slam her 6,000-pound truck, which is what it is, into another human being, much less a federal agent.
If you do that, the cause of your being shot is 100%, not 80, not 90, 100% you.
Now, I did not make out clearly the dialogue.

And they don't print the dialogue on the screen.
For the next show, let's get that dialogue.
What exactly were those anti-federal law enforcement demonstrators saying?
So now, if you put yourself in the place of that police officer, ICE agent, tell me the choice that he has.
What choice does he have but to try to stop her?
To have her swerve away.
When he shot, he was probably shooting in desperation just to get the car to swerve in the other direction rather than at him.
And he is just lucky that he didn't fall down.
In fact, given the impact, Ted, which you might show us again, I don't know if it looked like an NFL tackle.

Well, this is the beginning.
This is when they first go over the car.

There's the agent getting out of the car and basically telling to get out of the way.

By the way, during this whole period of time there, they arrested 300 criminals.
Now, I'm talking about illegals who committed crimes while in Minnesota.

It's it's I mean, look, the Democrat Party, if they're still out there today after this video has been released, uh, lying about the circumstances of the Well, of course, Fry lied about it immediately.
He proclaimed that the police, that the agent was a rogue.
What's rogue about that agent?
What's rogue about defending?
He's standing in front of a car that has been ordered not to move.
And the car slams into him with the intent to kill him.
Because with a car that size, when you slam into someone, you can reasonably be expected that you're going to understand that you can kill somebody.
Person could get sucked under the car.
The wheel could go over the car.
The actual impact to the head if it hits the head or the middle of the body, the solar plexus could be to kill you.
Right.
And she looks like she's going on happy ride.
Yeah, as if fear for her life or scared or nervous.
No, she's sitting there.
Scared for her life.
She looks like a clown.
Antagonizing officers.
She looks like a clown coming by.
And then her husband is doing further antagonizing.
She's clearly a sophisticated activist the way she knows ICE is looking for the license plate.
And she knows that a common tactic of these agitators is to change license plates.
And we're in a place where last February, the despicable mayor of Minneapolis, little baby Fry, who gave up a police station in 2020, still, I think, the only mayor in history to do so.
And we have some awful communist mayors in this country and some awfully stupid mayors in this country and some very corrupt ones.
But he's the only one to give up a police precinct.
He issued orders.
Now, catch this.
Barring ICE from city-owned land or parking lots.
Ted, I do not understand.
I am a lawyer.
How you can bar federal law enforcement from any part of the United States, except if it's private property, which city property is not.
And then they need a warrant.
I mean, look, you're the lawyer here.
I don't know.
I mean, that is a completely illegal order.
This isn't just public property in Minnesota is not owned like a private citizen owns property.
The city of Minnesota is a subdivision of Minneapolis.
It's a subdivision of the state of Minnesota, which is a state within the United States of America, which, like every other state, is subjected to the supremacy clause.
You can't take parts of Minnesota and say this is off limits to the federal police.
We're not setting up Indian reservations anymore.
What is this?
Some kind of Indian reservation that he's setting up?
What does he think he is?

I've been hearing about how terrible ICE is for five years.
They're Gestapo.
They should be thrown out of the United States.
They should be disbanded.
They just want to torture people.
The volume of material available, let's say, to the somewhat illiterate, violence-prone that Biden let in disproportionately.
Because when people come in without a single bit of vetting, when they can just walk in anytime they want, 15,000 a shot, you get the worst people.
You get the people who attack seven-year-old girls.
You get the people who beat the hell out of women.
You get the people who, if they're given an excuse, Gestapo, Gestapo, Gestapo, they're going to say, well, at least half the society agrees with me that I can kick the shit out of these agents.
It is beyond that there have been some of these that were close, right?
There have been some of these that have been close on both sides.
Where wasn't there a time?
Wasn't there a time when who talked about bullseye?
I can't remember, but there was a time that a Republican used the word bullseye referring to a political bullseye.
And then the Congresswoman Gabbard was killed, shot at that time.
And they blamed that on her rhetoric.

Well, they claim Sarah Palin.
Yeah, that's pretty extended garbage going on there.
They tried the same thing on January 6th, but somehow they took the words, go to the Capitol peacefully and patriotically, as inciting violence.
And then they took my words that we should have a duel about the machines, which was honest and which wasn't.
And they took it out of context, never mentioned the machines.
It made it sound like wanted human beings to fight to the death with each other.
And I was talking about two machines, the sentence before and the sentence after.
And believe it or not, I got vindicated by a federal judge who was appointed by Obama.
And it was quite an animal in dealing with the January 6th people, but he let me and Donald Trump Jr. out because he said this was so terribly taken out of context.
Well, you're not taking it out of context when Fry when Fry says that ICE is so bad, so Gestapo, so illegal that the police will not cooperate with them and they will not be allowed on city-owned land or parking lots.
Or when the governor at a commencement street refers to them as the Gestapo, and then shortly thereafter, one of his citizens attempts to kill an agent.
And that's the level they were dealing with.
That's the level of violence and threat of violence they were dealing with.
All of this is what you weigh in a determination whether to prosecute, whether to indict or whether to convict a police officer when he takes action to defend himself.
And that action results in the death of the person who was attacking him.
Was he reasonable?
Not correct, not 100% correct, but was he reasonable to assume that she was attacking him or to believe there was a good chance she was attacking him?
Now, is there any question really in your mind that he was reasonable when she pointed the 600 or 6,000 pound car?
I mean, SUVs, yeah, anyway.
At him, not only that, what we didn't know until today, each day we find out more, is she pounded the hell out of it with him.
I mean, I don't know how the guy didn't break all the bones in his body.

Well, if you're an anti-ice warrior, you are taking the risk that you're going to get arrested, injured, or killed.
To be a warrior against the federal law enforcement is to take on the risk of serious damage or death.
She became a member, it is said, Ted, through her connections at her six-year-old son's woke school.
You know, the woke schools they have in Minneapolis where they put litter boxes down for the kids who think they're kittens.
Right.
This is a description of her by another mother at that woke school, who I guess is looking for some ICE agent she can bang into.
The mother says she was a warrior.
She died doing what was right.
A mother named Lisa, whose child attends the same school, told the post.
Well, I guess if she was a warrior, she got the death that she wished for.
Was that her?
That's not.

When she still had baby fat and looked more like she was a woman at that point.
I mean, at some point, she had to have been a woman because she gave birth to three kids, we think.

So that would, so if that were an old-fashioned lesbian relationship, she would be the man.

I just go back to when I was prosecuting and involved in dealing with the streets a lot.
And there, lesbian couples often were divided into the male and the female.
One, I won't give you the dirty description of what the female was.
I mean, the male was, but one, one could be rather masculine, and the other could be to the detriment of an awful lot of men, a very beautiful young lady.
Right.
And so here, here she, she, if this is correct, then she's the male.
She's the male in the relationship.
All that other one seemed pretty domineering.

In her yelling and screaming at the agents.
I know she was doing the right thing.
I mean, if you think that interfering with federal agents and the performance of their duties and trying to remove sexual predators, predators, murderers.
robbers from the community and from the United States is something that should be interfered with.
You have to take the risk that you're going to be killed because this is a deadly business.
They're going after people who engage in destroying lives and killing people.
This coalition is very, very large.
A teacher at the Southside gym, Rashad Rich, who resigned from this crazy school, said, from my understanding, she was involved in social justice.
We are a tight-knit community, and a lot of parents are activists.
Last month, students took a field trip where they learned about Aboriginal issues, a reference to the Indigenous people of faraway Australia.
It might not be a bad idea if they learned about American issues.
How about how to tell time on a regular clock?

They're called Ice Watch.
And their purpose is to harass in the execution of a federal law enforcement.
She was trained against these ICE agents, what to do, what not to do.
It's a very thorough training.
That includes banging into human beings with your automobile?
It does say she was trained to listen to commands, to know your rights, and to whistle when you see an ICE agent.
The group started out as a very, very loose group, but now it has joined the more radical organization, which include the Twin Cities Ungovernables.
By their very name, you can see that they're troublemakers.
But I mean, part of the pretty much ironclad defense of this agent is that her friend here describes her as a warrior.
She wanted war.
This is a picture of her and her, I'm sorry, her wife.
She's the one in the front.
The wife is in the back.
That's the one with the big mouth walking around saying, well, we can't figure out, but we will.
If you come on the eight o'clock show, we'll have it figured out by then.
So where do we go with this?
Well, Walls now wants to be part of the investigation.
I will go back to my days as United States Attorney.
There is no way in a million years that I would make them part of the investigation.
They have no right to be part of the investigation.
They have spent the last eight or 10 years interfering with the execution of the law that I'm responsible for.
They have been responsible for the death of an awful lot of people in Minnesota that died in 2020.
This team of the boy mayor and tampon Tim.
And they have done everything they can to incite a riot.
Tampon, in fairness, Tampon did it the first night and backed off a bit.
But Baby Fry is still doing it.
And the things that the level of language that they're using and the history of this is well beyond anything contemplated by the First Amendment.
They are not engaged now in First Amendment free speech.
They know the implications of what they're saying.
They saw it happen in 2020.
This was an agent recklessly using power.
Exactly.
What was he doing that was reckless standing in front of the car?
Except preventing someone who was stopped for questioning because she had been spending the day interfering with them instead of being with her children.
She had spent the day on any number of occasions blocking other ICE officers with her car.
The police chief, who may not be the police chief for much longer, made the terrible mistake of saying this is Brian O'Hara.
It appeared the woman was blocking the roadway when a federal officer approached her on foot.
I mean, that begins immediately.
That begins immediately to create the police officers' defense.
They're trying to, now remember, they were focusing on the worst of the worst in terms of the criminal illegals.
And this woman was a professional attempting to obstruct them.
She was, as we found out, she was trained to obstruct the operation of federal law.
Trump and Christy Noam and ICE responded to this by really backing off and sending 2,000 more to arrest the rest of the criminals in Minnesota.
And operation is going on right now.
As you know, during the same period of time, they arrested over 3,000 in California, in the Los Angeles area of California, including one who molested a four-year-old child.
These are really dangerous people, these men are arresting and women.
And this is what happens to them.
Because we have a communist Democrat Party very active in Minnesota with what appears to be a communist running the party and at least an enabler of massive theft.
The case in Oregon looks like they're pretty much shut up by now, although we can't escape the fact, because we'll run into them again.
This is Mayor Keith Wilson, another left-wing jackass who said that, who condemned ICE for shooting at two illegal Venezuelans, wounding at least one, both of whom were fairly well ensconced members of the organized crime group Tren Diaragua.
And they were shooting a defensive shot when the Venezuelan gang members weaponized their car during the stop.
Now, this has happened over and over and over again.
And because we censor these incidents, you don't know about it.
Right.
This has been going on for some time.
The statistics are unreal.
But let me just take you back to the state I left two years ago.
Governor Hochul is now trying to pass a bill to make it easier to sue ICE agents.
Now, I have no idea what Governor Hogle was, the governor of New York, can do to reduce standards involving a federal employee, making it easier or harder to sue a federal employee, which seemed to me to be completely in violation of the Constitution.
You know, when you say there are states' rights, there's a second part to state's rights.
It's called federal rights.
The way states' rights are derived.
Now, there's no way that that mental nitwip, half of Brain Hogle, would understand this.
She would fail my constitutional law course, whether it's done as a moron speaker.
You can hear us stupid.
So, this is her response to the ICE shooting.
I was going to play B-roll over it, but we can play some sound.
At the 26th Federal Plaza, I said, why do you wear the mask?
No other law enforcement does this.
Our police don't do it.
Our FBI agents don't do it.
Why are you doing this?
And they said, Because we get doxxed, our family gets harassed, etc.
I said, Why do you think you are more than anybody else?
I mean, come on, you're just trying to scare people.
You're terrorizing people yourselves, and I don't want to see that.
So, we don't need that here.
We're doing just fine in New York.
The mayor and I will stand together and reject any efforts to try and militarize our streets, but they all right.
As she was saying how well they were doing in New York, there was in the summer of last year, which is just last summer, after she, right before she was saying that, a federal border patrol agent was shot at by scooter riding illegal immigrants.
And it was a group that was carrying out a thing called Operation Salvo.
It was a Trinitarios street gang, and they were using their bikes to indiscriminately steal from people in Midtown Manhattan.
Two members shot and wounded a 42-year-old agent at Fort Washington Park on July 19.
These people would never have been in this country if Biden hadn't basically escorted them in to shoot the Border Patrol agent.
Now, this is the Border Patrol.
It's not ICE.
This is the same group that was involved in Oregon.
They were Border Patrol, although incorrectly described by the communist dumb mayor of Portland as ICE and blaming the fact that this trendy Aragua organized criminal was shot on the ICE agent who wasn't an ICE agent.
And it certainly wasn't his fault that he shot him.
The guy was trying to hit him with a car.
The car is as deadly a weapon as the gun.
We checked these statistics just the other day.
Guns killed 42,000 people last year.
Cars killed 40,000 people.
You've got a difference between those two.
That's called statistically insignificant.
And by the way, when the car is coming toward you to hit you, the gun isn't dangerous at all.
And when the gun is being pointed out to you, the car isn't dangerous at all.
But when the car is coming at you, it is as dangerous as a guy pointing a gun at you.
It has the same capacity to kill you and kills people approximately the same number of times as guns.
But we have a big effort against guns.
And we got nothing involving cars.
Nothing.
In fact, we let every important elite person get away with drunk driving still.
So yesterday, yesterday, New York's in New York, the Border Patrol, under the direction of Christy Noam, arrested four people for the shooting of the Border Patrol agent.
Now, they all have other records.
These are all illegal aliens.
These are all the wonderful people that Mayor Adams and Biden, until they split, invited to New York.
And therefore, these are the people just like the people who came over during the great migrations of the 1900 and 1910 and 1920.
Well, one of them has a record of felony rape, sexual abuse, strangulation, forcible touching, possession of a forged instrument.
That's just one guy, one big fat guy.
Then one little skinny guy, who's also an illegal to start with, adds on to his illegal conduct, which in the short period of time he's been here was about a year and a half.
This is pretty good in a year and a half.
Reckless endangerment, grand larceny, possession of stolen property, driving without a license.
A third one has, in a matter of two and a half years, assault, contempt, and robbery.
And the last one, felony, assault, robbery, and theft.
The least number of crimes is three in a year and a half.
The most number is eight.
These are the people that these agents are putting their lives at risk to arrest to save you and to save me from being attacked by them.
How is that so hard to realize?
How does that create a woke group in Minneapolis, Minnesota that wants to deliberately interfere with them, putting their lives at risk because they're dealing with killers?
In fact, at any time that you arrest any number of illegal aliens, you have no idea if you're dealing with killers or how dangerous they are.
They don't wear their criminal records on their sleeve.
Sure, there may be some who are working here and working there.
Among the Somalians, that's pretty hard to find.
We could have a very, very little small guidebook of the Somalians who work.
85% are on welfare.
They come all the way from Africa so they can go on welfare in America.
But they don't just go on welfare.
Apparently, some very significant number of them steal enormous amounts of money from welfare, some of them to become millionaires.
And we defend this?
That's the Democrat Party?
And they're leading in the generic vote for Congress?
Are you crazy?
Are you crazy?
You would have to be crazy to vote them into office.
Well, we're going to switch over to X.
And there we're going to talk about Iran where the, and this also, we have more on this, but we're going to talk about Iran and point out how the protests since the last time we talked last night have gotten bigger and bigger and bigger.
And the lying and subversion done by the baby Nepo Shah is getting worse and worse and worse.
Because if anything could undercut this revolution, it's trying to take the Iranian people back to the three or four decade brutality of the Pahlavi-Savak regime.
I mean, in fact, the prison, the horrible prison used by the Ayatollah was developed and was just as horrible when it was turned over to him by the Shah.
The Shah was a brutal, massive thief propped up by the worst elements of British and American intelligence when we were had no concern about what might happen inside a country.
All we cared about was oil and doing the bidding of the oil companies.
Look, you got to excuse me if I don't exactly take the word of American intelligence agents really seriously since 51 of them accused me completely falsely, knowing it was false, of being a Russian agent.
And there's been no accountability for that.
Not a single accountability, not an apology, not damages, not a damn thing.
Not a thing.
And those are the people who ran American intelligence for 20 years and made mistakes of monumental proportion.
One of those mistakes was displacing democracy in Iran in the 1950s and putting in this little baby's father, who turned out to be a brutal dictator, developed a prison, tortured people, set up a secret police that was considered one of the most dangerous in the world.
And when he and his wife left, they left with untold millions, hundreds of millions and billions of dollars so that he, this little baby, he's a man now, but he's like a n'adwell, could be brought up in the lap of luxury.
And over the years that I've been fighting for Iranian independence, including twice at risk to my own life, this guy has never participated one bit.
He hasn't risked a single hair on his head.
And I've got about 10 people I work with who've been threatened over and over again without any help from him, other than the fact that from my view, and I know the people inside Iran, because I communicate with them, believe it or not, they hate this son of a, you know, what.
So we'll have more on that.
