Time Text
Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani, and this is the Rudy Giuliani Show.
And today, I think you see we have behind us the city of Minneapolis because, gosh, there's so much, there's so much going on there, isn't there?
And it's so confusing.
So why don't we begin, first of all, by just reminding you that yesterday, during an ICE action in which very, very dangerous illegal aliens were being arrested, meaning in most cases, if not all, illegal aliens with criminal records beyond the crime they committed by coming into the United States,
like robbery or theft or sexual assault or assault of a minor, while those actions were being carried out, a group of, I don't know what you would call them, either professional or perennial activists who, I guess, taking the lead of the criminals who run the city and state of Minneapolis and Minnesota,
which is to interfere with and not to cooperate with federal law enforcement, I guess take the lead of the little boy mayor and the communist sympathizing governor, who, you know, throughout the years have made enormously disparaging comments about ICE, comments that would take a slightly unbalanced person and make them think maybe you'd be justified in committing murder against them.
I don't know, when you call them Gestapos and you call them the secret police and you call them all these things.
Of course, ICE is not.
They're just regular federal law enforcement agents.
But you put it in the mind of people that are somewhat unbalanced, they start to get kind of crazy.
Well, that's what ICE has to deal with all over the country.
That's why the attacks on them are up.
Well, this month alone, 500%.
Overall, since they began a year ago, 1,000%.
We've had ICE agents that have been beaten.
We've gotten them shot close to death.
Just through the good fortune of God, we haven't had one killed yet.
I don't think any of us, tragically, would be surprised if that happened.
They're asking for it.
At this point, the rhetoric has gone way beyond the point where there's any doubt that they are inciting the Democrats, Walls, Little Baby Fry, the woman who's married to her brother.
Then we can go to Schumer and we can go to the speaker.
I don't know, you can go pick them.
Oh my goodness, I'm across the communist in New York.
The words that are being used, Nazi and they're torturing people and they're words that we now know, maybe a year or so ago, two years ago, three years ago, we didn't know.
And we do have a tradition of free speech.
And I'm not saying that should be, we don't have a legal way around this at this point, but we do have a moral way around it.
At this point, you've got to know when you start using words like that and attacks are up a thousand percent, it must have something to do with it.
Just like Schumer has to know that he caused to a very large extent to focus on Justice Kavanaugh when the guy came to bomb him and kill him by basically saying go get Kavanaugh.
So yesterday it was just a clean sweep of all of the criminals in Minneapolis.
And the politicians are more criminal than the people.
It obviously is the case now when you see the 9 billion and growing that has been stolen by the Democrats and the Somalians in Minneapolis.
So you're in the hands of a group of criminals who hate the police.
And there's got to be a reason that someone's going to explain to me why every time, every time, the Democrats come out on the side of the criminal and never on the side of the police.
Never give them the benefit of the doubt.
Oh, I can give you lots of reasons, but even those reasons don't satisfy me.
I mean, I can call them evil.
I think it's justified.
But I don't know.
It doesn't feel like that's the right answer.
I can't think of a time in years that they ever came out on the side of the police.
I mean, I had a whole situation where they protested for a year about my not firing this group of four police officers who eventually got acquitted by a jury with four black people on it.
Jesse Jackson got himself arrested over that and Dinkins.
And then a jury with four black, four black regular people, not crooked politicians like the two of them, acquitted the police officers.
Like, how about not guilty?
Had I strung them up the way they wanted to, they'd have been punished and been absolutely, at least without legal, criminal legal responsibility.
I don't know.
I may be inexperienced in law enforcement.
They may have a lot more little baby Fry who gave up a police station and the communist who spent more time in China than America when he was governor and has got to have been paid a fortune by them.
I want to see the numbers.
Nobody bothers.
They're all going after him and there are a lot of people quite convinced he's going to get taken off in handcuffs because he got a piece of the 9 billion growing in Minneapolis.
I have no reason to believe he did or he didn't get a piece of that money.
I have every reason to believe he's a Chinese communist operative because he has never answered the questions about why the hell did he go to China 30 times or 15, whichever, who paid for it?
Who paid for his two businesses that did business with China and sending kids there?
Why the hell is he sending 50 kids a year to China?
Why the heck did he go with the Harvard program originally?
That basically was a training program to make people Marxists.
But he spent a year and a half there and was screwing around with a Chinese woman who he child did.
And then had two businesses, none of which have been examined from the point of view of where did the money come from?
Did China subsidize those businesses so we could bring over a bunch of our kids to be programmed as communists?
And of course, he has said very strange, very favorable things about Red China.
One point he thought they should come in and be a moral arbiter in the Middle East.
That'd be pretty good.
Bring in a government and a political party that's killed a 100 million of its own people to tell somebody else how to do it.
Don't you just do that if you're brainwashed?
And doesn't he look kind of washed out?
Well, in any event, let's look at the shooting and let's look at it.
Um, and you tell me what I'm missing, Ted.
Okay, you play, you want to play devil's advocate?
Would you like me to play devil's advocate?
Uh, I'll play devil's advocate.
Okay, we'll go back and forth.
Now, let's go just to the one that's obvious, the one they had on today, where the guy's right in front.
You see, you don't see the officer that got hit, you see the officer who approached the car now.
Now, you now, now, now that's the one they showed originally.
Now, that one, that one you could say, right?
If you look at that one just by itself, one could say that what it looked like he was on the side of the car and came out of nowhere and shot her.
Now, that you could say that it was reasonable to feel that when the car started, it was headed for him.
However, he's right in front of the car when she starts the car.
And we don't, we still don't have the right one they had on Fox Ted.
This one right here, yeah, it wasn't that one.
I'm sorry, it was this one that was zoomed in, but let's see.
This one zoomed in.
There's one where you see, absolutely, she goes right at him.
He tries to step aside, he gets clipped a little.
And I want to go through what has to be going on in his mind as a law enforcement officer.
Okay, we're good.
Irrespective of the fact that also the guy had this happen to him about three months ago, getting dragged by a car by one of these.
Well, she had already demonstrated she was a crazy person.
So, now you got to start off with: here's what has to be established.
Now, we're going to get into a little bit of a double negative here.
So, follow me.
The law says that a police officer can shoot to kill.
And this is almost universal in the United States.
It's true in New York, it's true in Minnesota.
A police officer, federal agent, can shoot to kill if he is in reasonable fear of his life or the life of someone else.
This is why the Ashley Babbitt case is an unresolved, apparent murder in the first degree.
Because that police officer, what the fuck?
You just got to go.
Why is that interrupting me, Ted?
It's off.
Okay.
So, as I was saying, in the Ashley Babbitt case, she did not present any risk to him in the slightest, since there were six to seven cops on his side.
Now, you only get to see if you examine the tape a little more closely.
We'll play another one in a second.
Or six to seven people on the other side.
The cops gave the Antifa people who they are, nobody identifies them, access to Pelosi's door.
They've moved away and let them pound it with a helmet and something else.
Now, he wasn't in reasonable fear of his life by those two men either, since he had a gun, he had five or six backups right there.
But if he was at all, if he had panicked, let's say, let's say he had panicked with no real right to panic, he would have shot the two guys, one of whom had something that accounted that amounted to a weapon.
She had nothing.
She was like a five foot two, nothing girl that was going to be thrown over the parapet, over the top.
So you got a real hard time showing reasonable fear of his life.
Such a hard time that he was not even asked that question by the district attorney assistant and the grand jury because it was a fix.
Now let's go to this case.
We still haven't gotten the right picture, which is annoying me.
But the picture shows the picture shows him standing right in front of the car.
There it is.
You saw it, push him out of the way, right?
You saw the car, push him out of the way.
Now we're going to count like we did yesterday.
We're going to count and we're going to show that she is discussing things.
She is discussing things with the guy on the side, right?
Yeah, it's a fucking who is saying that, Ted?
Just somebody in the crowd.
We don't know who.
Well, it doesn't do any good to show that last part.
Yeah.
I have no idea why we keep repeating that.
We still haven't gotten the one that I want.
We'll try again when we take a break.
Let me explain it to you again, and God willing, we're going to get the right one.
There's a shot.
There are two shots.
One shot shows that the wheels rotated three to four times in his direction before he's shot.
They also show that when she begins to drive, he's right in her line of sight and right in her line of driving.
And she commences by beginning to drive toward him.
Now, this is all like it takes place in two seconds, three seconds.
It's similar to hitting a 90-mile an hour baseball.
You don't see it when you hit it.
You see it when it comes out of the pitcher's hand and where it's being directed.
When this car comes out of the pitcher's hand, it's headed for him.
Now he's standing there and he can say, I can stand here and get killed.
I can shoot her to try to stop her.
I'm justified in doing it.
She's trying to kill me.
She'd come right at me.
I can try to get out of the way.
I mean, but we're talking about she's 30 feet, not even that from me.
She can turn the wheels of the car and smash the hell out of me or roll over my body if I fall.
There was also ice on the ground.
Now, every one of these things could have gone through his mind at the time.
It doesn't matter to the law.
What really matters is everything I just said reasonable.
Would a reasonable person consider that as a reason for shooting the gun and killing the person or disabling the person?
Well, of course they would.
A reasonable person would consider, I can't stay here.
I can't stand here.
I can try to escape without shooting.
But a reasonable person could say I could fail in that endeavor.
And if I fail in that endeavor, it seems to me she's headed toward me to kill me, which means if I dive as far as I can dive to the left, She can take the car and move it to the left and hit me straight up or roll over me and kill me.
She seems to be extraordinarily and irrationally angry at ICE.
She's been yelling and screaming all day, harassing us and trying to interfere in things she has nothing to do with.
Trying to help molesters of little children, trying to help robbers, assaulters, and a whole group of dangerous criminals, filled with this hatred that was put in ahead by Walls and the Democratic Party for ICE, a hatred that has them using rhetoric like it's okay to kill them.
And she had a very, very big, large SUV.
And there'd be no way he could be sure, reasonably sure, that he could escape her.
Now, that is not just a prima facie case of reasonable fear of loss of life.
That's a case that the prosecutor can't overcome.
Let me confuse you a little more.
He doesn't have to prove that.
He has to just raise it.
His lawyer has to say, I'm raising the defense of reasonable fear of human life.
Now, the government has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was completely irrational in having that belief.
You get me?
If you come out as a jury and you say he may have had a reasonable fear, 50%.
He may not have had a reasonable fear of 50%, even 60, 40%.
He's innocent.
Not guilty like every other American.
Shouldn't be treated any differently.
If you are, if you have the certainty that you should have in important decisions that you make in your own life, that there is no way he could reasonably believe he'd be killed by her, then you can convict him.
Now, I'm telling you the law.
I'm not telling you the lies, the bullshit, the crap, the unbelievably sick stuff that the Democrats are saying.
I'm telling you what the law is in the United States, not for Democrats, not for Republicans, but the way the law has been, I don't know, maybe going back to the Magna Carta, maybe all these developed more in 16th and 17th century England.
It's the law that I practiced for any number of years as a prosecutor at the lowest levels and the highest levels and as a defense lawyer.
It's the system of justice we put our lives on the line for.
And it's the system of justice that as great a man as Winston Churchill said it was the most perfect man had ever developed.
So I'm going to tell you this.
This is not debatable.
I know people say, oh, the Republicans should have said we should look at this more, we should do this, we should do that.
We don't have time anymore in this country.
Too many people are getting killed to bullshit each other.
If this were a debatable case, I would tell you it's a debatable case.
You can't take that big vehicle with that guy standing there and move it right toward him and not have him take action to shouldn't kill you.
Because if he took any other action, he might be dead.
There's no other action he could have taken.
He didn't have the time to get out of the way.
He didn't have the ability to get out of the way in a way in which you couldn't easily chase him with that car and smash him against the other car there.
He certainly couldn't have had any reasonable certainty of any kind that he could escape it.
And the person responsible for this is the person driving the automobile at another human being.
I'm sorry.
Just because you're married and have a couple of kids doesn't make you a good person or a bad person.
Doesn't make you a sane person or an insane person.
If you're driving an automobile at a police officer, you're pretty damn screwed up.
And if you get shot and killed doing it, don't blame me.
Well, we have with us Karen Castranova, who we haven't seen in a bit.
It's been a while.
And she's in Washington, D.C.
And I hope you could hear me because I had the microphone too far away, but I'm talking kind of loud.
I could hear you.
How are you?
As we move this way.
Oh, thank you so much.
So do you.
It's been a while, yes, and I'm glad to be back.
Looks like an empty room there over the pool.
It's empty.
People are getting out of here.
It was a busy day, though.
As you know, the vice president came and did a it was.
He did a surprise press briefing today at one o'clock, so there was a lot of people here.
It was actually very crowded, more crowded than it normally is.
Carolyn Levitt did a briefing yesterday as well.
Obviously, he was here today to address the shooting in Minneapolis of the ICE agent that you were just discussing.
So he took a lot of questions from the press.
I have a few of them for you.
But first, I have my question.
We heard it, and I might add, I hope that people don't think we're silly, but we were cheering.
Oh, really?
Thank you.
Thank you, Mr. Payer.
So let's roll the question so your audience could hear it and see it.
In the green jacket.
It seems like political violence is ratcheting up and riots could be around the corner.
What steps does the administration have planned to try to unite America?
Average people on both political sides are so tired of fighting with each other, and I think all the journalists in this room could agree with me that we don't want to be part of the problem.
Do you have any...
Do you have any words to unite America?
You know, I know you don't want to be a part of the problem, and I think that's true of a lot of you.
I'm not sure it's true for everybody because the reporting over this has been one of the biggest scandals I've ever seen in media.
I've never seen a case so misrepresented and misreported when you have a guy who was defending himself and is now being treated as some sort of federal assassin by so many of the people in this room.
First of all, let me say about crime.
You mentioned violence.
One of the things we're proudest about is that you saw violent crime over the last year drop by 20%.
Why is that dropped by 20%?
Is it because we're attacking our law enforcement officers, or is it because we in the administration are empowering our law enforcement officers to enforce the law?
I think that's one of the ways you take down the temperature is you make people feel more secure and safe in their person and property.
That's why we care so much about protecting our law enforcement because it accrues to the benefit of the entire national community.
I think that we can absolutely talk about the ways in which we can lower the temperature by discussing differences in a reasonable and rational way.
Again, I'm happy to talk with any congressional Democrat or any of you about our immigration policy, about why I think it's necessary, about why I think it's in the best interest of the country, about why the President of the United States was elected to actually enforce the border for the first time in at least four years.
So here's the problem.
That's not the debate so many people are having.
They are actively covering for people who are committing acts of violence against federal law enforcement.
It is preposterous.
The way to take down the temperature is to stop it.
Have your debates about policy.
Attack me.
Attack the president of the United States.
Don't attack our law enforcement officers.
They are trying to do the job the American people demanded that they do.
They are not policy actors.
They are enforcing the law.
They should be treated with a modicum of dignity and respect.
And the fact that they're not is why incidents like yesterday happen.
The one final point I'll make about this is, look, there's a part of me that feels very, very sad for this woman, not just because she lost her life, but because I think she is a victim of left-wing ideology.
What young mother shows up and decides they're going to throw their car in front of ICE officers who are enforcing legitimate law.
You've got to be a little brainwashed to get to that point to where you're willing, not just to protest.
That's fine.
Not peacefully protest, but throw your vehicle in front of legitimate law enforcement officers and drive your car into them.
To get to that point, you have to be, I think, radicalized in a very, very sad way.
I certainly wish that she hadn't got there.
I know there's an ICE officer right now who very much wishes he was not put in the position where he had to fire a gun to defend his own life.
I thought it was a great answer, Mr. Mayor.
It was an essay.
It's impossible to understand why, and it isn't just this case.
It was just this case.
Every time something like this happens, the Democrats end up unanimously on the side of the criminal and unanimously against the law enforcement agent.
It couldn't be justified, unjustified.
It could be 50-50.
It doesn't matter.
You knew when this happened, no matter what.
If she had put a gun to the guy's head and then he shot her, they'd have said he didn't have to do it because she really wasn't going to shoot him.
I don't understand it.
Do you have any better answers?
I don't know.
It's a touchy subject.
I think right now where everybody just is hoping that there won't be riots and obviously protests that get out of control.
I hope not.
I really, I hope not, Mr. Mayor, because like I said in that question, people are just tired of it.
And as journalists, it's exhausting.
And I feel like we have a responsibility to be really careful with our words and not incite violence in any way because it's a really sensitive time right now in America.
And I think that Democrats sadly will capitalize on this.
Obviously, they were in hot water over there in Minneapolis and in Minnesota with all of the Somali crime going on.
So now this is the perfect distraction and pivot to be able to use this politically, which is really sad because it is a human life, you know, and it's very sad she died.
And it's very sad that that ICE agent had to do what he had to do.
Unfortunately, it was just a sad scenario in general.
And I pray for both of them.
I really do.
But I just hope that it's not used politically to continue to divide Americans.
That's what I'm praying for.
And I think a lot of people have a lot of fatigue when it comes to this political division and this political violence.
So I'm hoping that's the direction that we move towards.
Very well said.
Her children were 10, 13, and 3.
May I ask a question for which I will be roundly criticized?
What the hell was she doing there?
Why is she with her kids?
I mean, she's trying to stop ICE from arresting sexual predators.
That's what they were arresting yesterday.
Right.
She wants more sexual predators in Minnesota, but a three-year-old.
Right.
Right.
And I think JD Vance put it well saying, like, what kind of person, like, it's not that she was likely a good person.
That's what the report's saying.
People said about her, but it's the brainwashing from the media and it's the divisiveness and the, you know, that, that just that brainwashing that she was a victim of.
And I really like the way that he said that.
I think that's absolutely true.
I think there's a lot of people brainwashed out there.
I know a lot of people on the left that are very much a victim of the mainstream media and what the news tells them.
They live in an information vortex or a different algorithm.
I have relatives who say the craziest things that I can't even believe.
So, yeah, there is a such thing as good people being brainwashed.
Good people being brainwashed is a big thing here right now going on in America.
Well, I'm going to make a prediction, and I could be really wrong, but I do this from my own experience as mayor.
If you allow the narrative to remain unchallenged, the false narrative, like in the Floyd murder, that he was murdered unjustifiably, not that he died of natural causes, which turns out to be the end result, then you have unbelievable riots.
But if you challenge it with an equal theory that shows that there was justification for it, you usually don't get the riots.
But usually, the Republicans and the white community are in fear of defending when it's white and black because they're going to be called racist.
So they give away everything.
And I mean, from the moment that started and the little boy mayor, Fry, gave up the police precinct, the whole country should have come out and condemned the rioters.
But instead, even Republicans were saying, oh, this was terrible, what happened to Floyd.
This was terrible.
Nobody paying attention to the fact that he was so loaded on drugs, he couldn't even move.
Oh, and then his own coroner come to the conclusion that the police officer didn't kill him, and the guy's in jail for the rest of his life.
So I don't think we're going to let that happen again.
And I think the American people have been screwed over too often.
That even no matter how much money Soros puts into riots, he's going to get.
I hope I'm right.
I hope.
I hope you're right.
I pray to God that everyone.
And it's really coincidental, too, Mr. Mary, because yesterday Carolyn Levitt did a press briefing, and speaking of another protester who was killed, unjustified, just like Ashley Babbitt, that was Roseanne Boylan.
And you reported on that from the very beginning.
And yesterday, when Carolyn did her press briefing, I asked a question about that because it was timely because it was the five-year anniversary of January 6th.
And the White House had put out a new website.
I don't know if you checked it out, really correcting the history of that day because the Biden administration really did a botch job in propaganda campaign on telling so many lies.
Like police officers were killed that day.
Both you and I know that isn't true, that four Trump supporters died.
So yesterday I did ask about Roseanne Boylan, and I think at that very same time, all this stuff started happening where it started breaking that this was happening in Minnesota.
So it's kind of, it was kind of a weird coincidence.
I was actually going to scheduled to go into the Oval Office tomorrow as part of the press pool.
And I was planning on asking President Trump that question.
But then because of everything that happened, the day kind of got pushed.
So it was an unusual day, but I wanted you to hear my question I had for Carolyn yesterday about Roseanne Boylan, just because I know that it means a lot to you and it's something that you are one of the first that reported on.
So take a listen.
Sure.
Thank you.
Carolyn, yesterday was the five-year anniversary of January 6th, but Democrats and mainstream media continued to push their big lie that it was an insurrection and that police officers died that day.
The reality is that four Trump supporters died on January 6th and two women were killed by January 6th police.
Everybody knows Ashley Babbitt was shot in cold blood by Capitol Police Officer Michael Byrd.
But there was another woman, her name was Roseanne Boylan from Georgia, and she was pepperballed, gassed, and ultimately brutally beaten with a stick by January 6th police officer Lila Morris.
The Biden administration and mainstream media lied and told Americans Roseanne Boyland died of a drug overdose on Capitol Steps.
Her family is now asking for an investigation.
Is the administration aware of the circumstances of her death, and will there be an investigation finally?
Well, for investigation, I will have to defer you to either the FBI or the Department of Justice, and I'm sorry to have to do that.
But with respect to all of the facts that you just laid out, the White House relished the opportunity yesterday to actually create a new website to share the facts with the American public, but also all those in this room.
We knew the media would be covering January 6th quite a bit because they think it's something that the American people are still believing their lies on.
They think it's something that still helps their case against this president.
Obviously not, or else he wouldn't have been re-elected in an overwhelming fashion in November of last year.
And so I would encourage everyone to take a look at that website.
It's quite well done.
Excellent question.
Thank you.
I want you to consider, because I used this last night and I did it also on my ex-account.
Let's compare the reasonable fear of being killed that Bell had and that this police officer had.
It's kind of a simple, you know, where the law sometimes has 10 or 12 different things.
This gets pretty simple where a police officer is involved.
The defense, when a police officer kills someone, is the following.
He has to be in reasonable fear for his life.
Well, Bell had no fear for his life.
None.
He had six police officers on his side of the doorway.
There were more than that on the other side, most of them dressed up like Gestapo with machine guns to defend them.
She was unarmed, and there were two men in front of her, probably Antifa people, banging the door, one of whom had a helmet which could be used as a weapon.
So if he was going to panic and shoot, he would have shot them.
Not the little girl who's 5'2 coming over the top who's going to end up on her ass, who a three-year-old could have put in handcuffs.
You know, in the grand jury, which I got the grand jury minutes, I'm not supposed to have gotten them, but I did.
The DA didn't have the guts to ask him where you were in reasonable fear of your life.
I've never heard of a police shooting where you don't ask the police officer that.
I mean, even give him a chance to say yes, I was.
They almost couldn't do it because it would have been so obviously stupid.
You contrast that with a guy who's standing there and a big giant vehicle is headed toward him with a woman who looks like she's out of her effing mind.
And even if he tried to jump out of the way, at that point, she could have just and killed him.
He wasn't just reasonable.
He had no other choice.
If he didn't do it, he very well would be dead today.
And she actually did hit him.
And if he hadn't moved, if he hadn't shot her, who knows what would have happened?
She might have hit him straight on.
So I just hope people think about that very carefully before they start doing unnecessary damage to other people in the country.
But it's so good of you, Gary, to have such a balanced view of it.
And it's also so good of you to stick with January 6th.
You see, of course, you know I have this, but this is my, I have this on.
It doesn't come off until the killer is found and prosecuted and convicted.
So it may never come off.
So you know where it'll go.
God bless you.
God bless you, too, Mr. Mayor.
Well, I don't know.
I think when I was a prosecutor, you could beat a case to deaths, and we've beaten this case to death.
There is absolutely no, absolutely no argument that this police officer did exactly what a reasonable police officer would do unless he wanted to do, you know, suicide by criminal.
And I don't think this police, I don't know him, but he doesn't sound to me like a guy who wanted to do suicide by criminal.
And we sure as hell don't want too many of them trying to protect us.
So we're going to take a short bake and when we come back, we're going to deal with the expanding situation from Venezuela, which is beginning to really define a very different and a very, very bold a foreign policy for the future of America.

Welcome back.
Well, since Ted and I were just discussing it, can you guess the top five states for people running away and fleeing because the government is so bad that they can't stand living there anymore?
Like, you know, oh my God, I got to get out of here.
Or if I want my kids to live, I have to get out of here.
Or if I want my kids to be educated, I have to.
Or if I want a job that's decent, I want to get out of here.
We want to give people a minute to kind of.
So I'll let you think about it.
I'll go on to the next subject.
It should be able to get two of them.
And I'll tell you the five, the five top.
And the numbers from each, by the time you get to seven or eight, it's almost meaningless.
The top five, if you, I don't know if you can get them in order, but I bet you get them.
Yep.
I bet my audience, I bet 80% of our audience don't get them.
I'm not the smartest audience on TV.
I think, and I'm going to carry it over into the next show.
In fact, that's what I'm going to do.
I'm not going to tell you until the next show.
I'm going to make you think about it.
I'm going to make you think about it.
And then you come over to X.
It's called a tease.
Yeah, it's called a tease.
I don't like to be a tease.
Well, we shouldn't talk about that.
Okay, you like girls who would tease to a degree, right?
No.
It can be exciting to a degree, but it can't.
Can I make an admission?
Can I make an admission?
Please do.
I was too insecure.
If you're a tease.
I find that hard to believe.
No, no, no.
You got to remember.
I grew up wanting to be a priest.
My development compared to the average person that I listen to, unless they're bragging a lot, which is also possible, is a little different.
Not that I've, you know.
Well, you and Vince Lardi.
Not that I haven't had ultimately a very complete life.
You and Vince Lady share that.
Some of which I have to share with St. Augustine in order to be forgiven now.
But I guarantee you, I've confessed it all.
But some of them took a long time.
Well, in any event, before I get in trouble, the U.S., of course, now you know, have seized, and as I speak, they're probably seizing tankers.
A whole bunch of tankers kind of ran out of different parts of Venezuela, and we've been chasing them.
So the first one, the first one we got, is that is that the first one?
It's really funny.
It's the Marinera.
That's the Marinara.
No, no, it was originally known as Bella One.
Bella One.
They changed it and made believe it was a Russian ship so we would be afraid.
They thought that Trump would be afraid to capture it because it was a Putin ship.
Marinara, that's marinara sauce.
That sounds like they probably tried to make it sound like it was an Italian ship.
God forbid.
Bella's Italian, too.
Yeah, Bella was Italian.
I guess they were trying to do an Italian fake.
You know, it's filled with marinara sauce.
In which case, I'm glad we seized it and took it for us.
Take all the marinara sauce you want.
I should tell you, Ted made a terrific pasta today.
That means a lot coming from you.
Ladies, I can cook.
Well, that means a lot coming from you.
Not only that, you have to know, in my case, the key to really good pasta is al dente.
And that's what I was saying.
Man, I don't like that soft, mushy stuff.
That's what the Chinese do.
But the Italians, who may or may not have invented pasta, the Chinese may have invented it.
But you think Chinese noodles are like good Italian pasta.
You got to have your head examined.
Ramen, or is that Japanese?
Yeah, mushy, pushy, but perfect al dente.
Not too much, right?
You don't want it like with perfect.
Right.
The sauce, of course, is enormously important.
But to somebody like me, al dente is normally.
I mean, I can eat it without my grandmother on Friday nights.
We would often have pasta with butter or with extra virgin olive oil.
You know, no meat sauce or God forbid meat sauce.
Maybe she'd make it with fish, but she never liked it that way.
She always preferred making a completely white pasta.
Of course, my father.
White sauce.
My father was like I, like I love, you know, I like veal and chicken marinara.
My father loved spaghetti and clam sauce.
So one, fortunately, we got very, very diverted.
One was the marinara, which was captured off the coast, believe it or not, of Iceland, very, very close to what will soon be part of the United States, Greenland.
What do you think the odds are Trump gets it?
Now that he's really now that they've made it competitive, right?
Oh, right.
You know, it's not a game.
Do you know how much that secures us against a Russian aerial attack?
If that place is properly defended, they can't get to us.
You try to get to us from that side of the world, and you ain't getting to us.
Right.
And, you know, we also then have you pretty much locked in in Alaska.
We have you pretty much locked in with the islands in the middle of the Pacific.
You, China, may have grabbed a couple of islands away from Japan who may get them back from you.
But we're a lot better defended than you are.
So you want to screw around?
And for those of you who feel that the president is being imperialistic or whatever, will you figure out that he's trying to defend you, you stupid idiot?
He's trying to make you secure.
Even the re-enactment and the reenactment, the re-codification, the re-announcement of the Monroe Doctrine with the Trump codicil.
Now, the Trump codicil is really just a modernization of the Theodore Roosevelt codicil.
Of course, it would be a Republican who would have enforced protection of the United States, not like a simp like Woodrow Wilson, who brought the communists into government for the first time, or Roosevelt, who claimed to fix the depression and just made it worse, did help to win the Second World War, but then started the Cold War by caving into Uncle Joe, Stalin.
So, you know, we should sometime, I don't know if he'd really like to talk about it, but I got a proposition for you.
Go ahead.
And I really shouldn't put him in his position because I like him so much.
But if you read his book about the pandemic, you can see that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was in a certain respect affected by his grandfather, who was a Roosevelt appointee who broke with Roosevelt because of all the communists around Roosevelt.
I wonder, I really would like to ask RFK Jr. his views on this.
I mean, he's got enough controversy anyway.
Maybe I shouldn't.
And by the way, Dr. Maria covers this, and she covers it great on her show.
And she'll be back, I think, on Friday.
And we have Iran, of course, on these things.
He's doing all the things that nobody ever had the guts to do.
And of course, the president is too, but it's a combination.
That team is fabulous.
I mean, we concentrate more on our national security team, even more than we do on an economic team.
Beset is doing a great job.
You don't think of him as much as Hexett and Rubio and the special envoys.
Right.
Right.
And it's an interesting thing.
Foreign policy gets the most attention.
But theoretically, America is most interested in domestic policy.
But the things that Kennedy and Oz and McCreary are doing under the president's leadership are things that are unheard of, things that we never thought we could do.
I think it's bringing down the prices of medicines, trying to make us healthy in a sensible way.
Notice he said, you still can have donuts.
Just don't have too many.
Then when they asked him, when did you have your last donut?
He said 30 years ago.
But the Secretary of Agriculture said she just recently had one.
And she doesn't look any of the worse for it.
Right.
You're a beautiful lady.
That was funny.
So we seize these two tankers now, okay?
Within a few days.
Well, that's nice that we seized them, but here's what's got everybody all upset.
We're keeping the oil.
We have made an absolute claim to 30 to 50 million barrels of oil.
And we're going to keep it.
And we're going to sell it.
And we're going to profit from it.
And why are we going to do that?
Because it cost us a lot of money to liberate Venezuela.
And why the hell shouldn't we be paid?
Why shouldn't we?
And this is terrible.
I mean, you got all the left-wing, not even globalists, even the right-wing globalists.
Oh, this is terrible that we're taking this money from Vennet.
Wait a second.
This is what you don't like.
People said when he did this, he's not America first.
Some idiot came on.
I forgot who it was.
And one of our friends said, this is an America first.
That America first.
How is it in America first if it's protecting us?
And how is it in America first if we don't make a $2 billion profit?
Right.
And to reestablish American dominance of the Western hemisphere.
And of oil.
We're not going to let Venezuela sell their oil anyplace they want.
We're going to use Venezuelan oil to squeeze the shit out of China and Russia.
They squeeze the shit out of us with minerals and earth and all this other stuff.
By the time Trump is finished, that can be over.
They don't get it, Mayor.
They're arguing from the premise as if it's guaranteed this is going to be 10-year quack.
You know, there's going to come a point.
Again, this is a heck of a, no, I'm not going to say this right now because I'm not sure of it.
And I'm studying it.
I'll tell you what I've studied.
I really do think there's going to come a point where Putin and Z realize don't fight this guy.
Right.
Well, do you think there's a chance?
Work with them.
Work with them.
Is there a chance that they, I mean, there's not yet.
Not yet.
You don't think Venezuela is enough?
No, We're getting there.
We're getting there.
Incrementally, we're getting there.
China has to give up a great dream to give that up.
But China would be a much more successful country if it allowed America to be the leader of the world and was the number two country.
It really would.
They do a lot better as Avis.
Because they have too many problems to solve that we don't have to solve.
We don't have a third or better of our people in complete third, fourth, fifth world poverty.
In the big scheme of things, should they become the world dominant power, those people are going to rebel against them eventually.
They're going to come a point in which they're not going to want their organs taken out while they're alive.
And they're going to do what's happening right now in Iran, which is what we're going to cover when you come over to Ags, plus, give you the answer that I have been teasing you with as to the states that have lost the most people.
Yeah, we can't give that away.
So again, now pray for the people of Venezuela.
They're going through quite a bit right now.
The people of Iran are going through even more at this moment.
And it's getting more and more possible that we'll have a change of regime there, which we'll discuss with you as we did with Ali Reza last night.
And we'll give you some current information.
We'll give you some current information about that and how it's going in Venezuela, whether this transition is at this point working.
And then how the foreign policy of the United States has really, really changed.
Now, it's been written down.
I mean, the document put out by the administration a week ago, which no one paid much attention to, really quite honestly lays out the new foreign policy.
And you can read like about a 20-page version of it, and I really recommend it to get an idea of how different it is.
Now, when I say how different, it's both different and not as different as you think.
So we're going to say thank you very much for being here with us on the Rudy Giuliani show.
We're going to ask you to move over because at 8 o'clock, we will start our show, our venerable old show now, America's Mayor Live.
And we still have a lot of questions to answer.
You know, our basic view is that we give you information, other people don't.
Either they don't emphasize it enough or they don't give it to you, or a point of view they don't give you.
So I think we're pretty interesting and a pretty good source to check on and therefore agree with or not agree with.
Okay?
Thank you very, very much, dear God, for what you've given us.
