Good evening.
This is Rudy Giuliani, and this is America's.
Nope, this is Rudy Giuliani's show.
And we are in Palm Beach, Florida.
That's our Christmas tree over there.
Right there, right there.
Is our Christmas tree?
You can see it.
It's a nice Christmas tree.
Very nice.
And then behind us is a view of, well, actually, it's a view of, make it a little lighter, Ted, so they can see the greenery.
I know it's not the right time of day for it, but see if we can get it to be a little lighter so they can see the greenery in West Palm.
We don't always use our actual location as the background.
Sometimes we use the location of the main story we're going to do, which often is Washington, D.C.
We show a big swamp or New York City.
Pretty soon we're going to be showing a hammer and sickle on top of New York City.
Ted is sitting in a beautiful little section right now that we have, which we'll eventually show you.
And it has the manger scene there.
And today is the 12th.
When we come back with you on Monday, it'll be the second day of Hanukkah.
And we always do a Hanukkah ceremony as well, which we are preparing for.
It'll be very interesting.
We'll do our Hanukkah ceremony in front of the Christmas tree and the manger scene, which just shows the connection between those two great religions that were the mainstay of Western civilization, which we're fighting for right now, against those who for 14 or 1500 years have wanted to eliminate us both.
And maybe we could recognize that.
Maybe we could recognize the history of that.
It would be a good idea if we want to save ourselves.
But let's begin tonight with one that has gotten to the point of annoying me.
You know, I was very annoyed about, oh, there's an airplane, but that is not President Trump's airplane.
We can tell it's not noisy enough.
So not that this plane is noisy, it's just a big plane.
Air Force One better be noisy because if it isn't, it's falling out of the sky.
When it's landed, boy.
So unless they have hard proof, which I've seen, all I've seen are insane allegations so far.
Would they stop torturing Erica Kirk?
I mean, I don't get why you have an opinion on how she's mourning or not mourning.
What the hell?
What the hell?
Business is yours.
I'm not going to be subtle about it.
I'm talking to Candace Owen.
You got an obsession.
And I haven't said this.
I haven't watched you enough to see it, but I see the editorials say maybe you got a screw loose.
Or maybe you got a jealousy thing going.
I mean, I don't know.
I don't know any of that.
All I know is you're making these charges with no proof, none, zero.
And they're very, very serious.
They began as innuendos and they were sort of nasty as innuendos.
And now you're basically creating a very, very, in a very almost maniacal way, the suggestion that the killing of Charlie Kirk was an inside job.
And somehow, some way, Erica Kirk isn't handling herself the way you believe she should.
So you're creating, maybe you don't mean to, but you're creating the impression that she has something to do with it.
Cut it out.
Cut it out.
I spent a great deal of time investigating crime.
I take this very, very seriously.
I take casting kind of criminal inferences on people as one of the worst things a human being can do.
It was done to me and it was not any fun.
And I was in a lot different situation.
I didn't just lose the person I love most in my life.
I was a very mature grown man with a tremendous amount of accomplishments that I had.
I had created a reputation of probably one of the highest reputations for integrity in the country with all the prosecutions that I did and the turning around of New York City.
And still, to be charged with all those things that I didn't do based on fantasy.
But at least I knew the motive.
I mean, the motive was purely political and it came from the fact that I caught Biden red-handed.
I was the one who caught him, nobody else.
But what you're doing is mean.
Mean isn't even the word for it.
So cut it out.
If you have proof, go to the U.S. Attorney's Office or the District Attorney's Office or the FBI or somewhere and bring that proof.
You're probably savvy enough to know ones that might even misuse it.
I'm not saying you would bring it to them, but there'd be people who would like to besmirch the good name of Charlie Kirk and his family and everyone else.
They sure have done it.
Why you're doing it is a shock to me.
But I've been shocked before.
I was shocked with the way that Tucker Carlson put Nick Fuentes on his lap.
And oh, yes, Nick, you hate, you love Hitler.
Oh, yeah, that's okay.
I won't ask you any questions about that.
Oh, you love Stalin too?
Oh, that's very, very good.
Oh, the Jews have a blood libel because they killed Jesus.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Well, I don't believe in blood libels, but I'm not going to contradict you on that.
I don't know where you are.
I don't know where you are now with the two of them because you guys get into such feuds that are not worth following that I'm, you know, I would need a, I need a scorecard more complicated than any sport that I follow.
But I don't even like to interfere in these things.
I don't want to get involved in them.
I think this is the lowest form of crap.
There's so many important things for us to focus on.
But I'm angry at you for what you're doing to a widow, okay?
So cut it out.
If you have your own doubts, keep them to yourself until you're ready to prove them beyond a reasonable doubt.
And obviously you can't.
And obviously you're going for ratings.
God help us.
God help us.
Tyler Robinson was in court the other day and Tyler Robinson was giggling and laughing.
And I don't know what that means.
Maybe he's trying to play up his insanity defense.
I don't know.
Let's take a look at him.
Do we have the giggling, laughing one?
Does he have a, is that lady with him, his court-appointed attorney?
Does he have a court appointed attorney?
I thought so.
The judge is struggling with whether there should be cameras in the courtroom because they showed him once in what?
They showed him in shackles or in prison gear.
Is that it?
They got like a little clip of him that way.
But I mean, it was a minor little clip.
Now, Judge, I don't know.
I am a lot older than you, and I've probably had a lot more cases.
And I think you're doing a good job.
But don't get overexcited about that.
I mean, you don't think the jury knows that he's in prison.
I mean, they're going to have to deal with that in a reasonable doubt, right?
You're going to have them deal with that in reasonable doubt by charging them.
But whether you put him in a nice suit or you have him in one of those, what are those new suits now?
Orange, right?
Orange is the new something or other, right?
That's about 15 years old.
What?
Oh, no, no.
It wouldn't put him.
I know one case where the judge, who taught me, I mean, taught me my mentor, put a bunch of mafia guys in straightjacks.
They were trying to make, they were trying to create a mistrial.
It's the Benventa trial.
And it's a very, very famous case because it allowed judges to exclude defendants from a courtroom because they were very, very smart.
They were trying to create a mistrial.
They would jump up and say, he's the one who's guilty.
He's the one who's guilty.
And then that lawyer would move for a mistrial.
Then they, he's the one who did it.
He's the one who did the murder.
They would jump up out of the, and the judge warned them.
He warned them.
Then he shackled them in the chairs.
And the second circuit upheld it.
Said the judge had no choice.
He had no choice but to do it.
It was a great, great opinion.
It kind of got created his reputation as a very tough judge.
And he was a tough judge.
He was a very fair judge, too.
That sometimes got missed because of that situation.
But it's been my experience, Judge, in many, many, many cases that juries take the reasonable doubt instruction very seriously.
Well, you know, every once in a while, of course, you can't be sure with juries.
But the general rule with a jury is this is one of the most important things they're going to do.
And they take it very seriously.
And now I'm telling you this, not only having been a prosecutor of small cases, a prosecutor of gigantic cases, a defense lawyer in various kinds of cases, civil and criminal, a law clerk, and a juror.
I was on a jury.
You take it very seriously.
The case that I will tell you about sometime, because it's very, actually has a certain amount, a civil case, has a certain amount of humor to it.
It was pretty clear what the verdict was going to be, but I was the foreman and I required them to deliberate.
I required them to talk it out.
I just, I mean, I did a preliminary vote because you're supposed to do that.
The preliminary vote was all one-sided.
And so then I acted a little as a devil's advocate just to make sure that everybody just didn't want to get out of there because it was a Friday, I think a Friday afternoon.
And there was a Yankee game that night, and a couple of people had tickets, including yours truly.
And we were a little late.
And I told them I was willing to give up my tickets unless they sat there and really talked.
So we'll have to see.
We'll have to see what happens and we'll have to see what else is involved in this.
There's a real problem here.
You know, the problem is they can't reveal very much until the trial takes place.
So it leaves things open for the Candace Owens and everybody else to just create miss.
So be careful.
Let's hope when they do try the case, it'll be a better effort than the one involving President Trump, in which apparently the FBI gathered nothing more than the obvious.
The guy was an enigma, built on an enigma, with a whole bunch of history online that the FBI never brought out until it was brought out by one of the people who got an FOIA.
I mean, if the FBI wanted to make it look like a cover-up, they did.
They did a good job of making it look like a cover-up.
And the same thing, and the same thing in the same thing in the disclosures they made about Butler County.
But the Palm Beach case was a joke for how little they knew about the guy who did it.
And the guy had some enormously suggestive things that should have been followed up, such as going to Ukraine.
Having said that, Ukraine is in a situation where the president does appear to be putting on a lot of pressure to get this done by Christmas.
And it's a very difficult, I'd say a very difficult situation.
And both Zelensky and the European leaders are fighting back rather strongly because it looks like Putin may get a lot of what he wants.
Now, what Putin wants is everything.
Putin wants Donbas, and most importantly, the fortified region of Donbas, which has protected Ukraine throughout this entire war.
And they have bravely and brilliantly been able to sustain.
And no matter what Russia has done, they haven't been able to crack those defenses.
Now, that's a hell of a thing to ask Ukraine to give up when we broke our word to them and didn't defend them after the agreement that was made in Budapest in 1994, I think it was, that if they gave up their nuclear weapons and they were to be attacked, we would defend them.
If anything, I mean, we did give them arms and we did give them enough to sustain themselves, but we were late with everything.
We were short on everything.
We put tremendous restrictions on what they could do to defend themselves.
And it was hardly good faith living up to the agreement we made.
So if they distrust us, well, we lie to them.
I would distrust us too.
I mean, they had an agreement.
Now they're going to get another agreement.
I don't know.
So Putin wants to give up Donbass.
Putin wants them to lower the size of their army.
Putin wants them to get foreign troops the hell out of there.
Putin doesn't want them to join NATO.
Putin doesn't want them to be as well defended as they are now.
What he wants them to do in exchange for peace is not leave its status quo, roughly.
He wants them to significantly reduce the defenses that they've had that have made it impossible for him to take the whole country.
You can see behind that very, very easily.
It's hard to tell from the public comments, it appears as if the administration doesn't necessarily agree with what I'm saying.
Let's hope in the private they do, because the Europeans certainly understand that and have gone back with a counterproposal.
And of course, this is all, this is all leaking, this one leaking, that one leaking.
So it's hard to know how accurate that is.
But let me tell you what it suggested is in that counterproposal.
Ukraine joins the European Union by 2027.
I didn't say NATO, I said the European Union.
There is indications that that might be okay.
U.S. provides NATO-style security guarantees codified by Congress.
In other words, they're not part of NATO, but they get the protection of Article 5, which is if they are invaded, they're defended.
I would think that is a super critical one that could allow Ukraine, if they wanted to be, to be a little bit more, take a little more risk on the other end.
A NATO guarantee, look, any guarantee can be dishonored.
Any agreement can be dishonored.
We unfortunately have shown that to them.
But NATO, I think a NATO agreement of that nature would be about as well as you're going to do in human affairs.
Ukraine's sovereignty remains intact.
Don't know that that's at issue, but of course it's worth raising the proposed cap on the military from 600 to 800,000, which would make it only 100,000 short of what they have now.
Although Ukraine so far is protesting any cap.
I think the trick here is the cap isn't as important as what lifts the cap.
In other words, if Russia were to attack them or threaten to attack them, the cap is lifted, even on the first agreement.
Question is, how much in advance can that be done?
The more it can be done in advance and the more in the discretion of Ukraine and the Europeans, the better.
Zaporizhia nuclear power plant is transferred from Russian occupation to the United States.
That's an interesting one.
I guess we want a little something for our time, right?
Oh, also, you should know.
Well, let me finish this up.
$100 billion to $200 billion in frozen Russian assets invested in Ukraine's reconstruction.
A BlackRock and World Bank-backed recovery fund to attract $400 million in U.S. investments in Ukraine.
And control of the Donbass is still a point of contention.
They have not conceded Donbass.
But by making it a point of contention, it seems to me that everybody but Ukraine is ready to give up the Donbass facilities, including Europe.
This was a European put-together agreement.
Bad idea.
Wouldn't do it, me.
But if you got all the rest of that, all the rest of what I'm saying, all the rest of what I read to you, it's doable.
You could do it.
It wouldn't be completely, wouldn't put, Ukraine would have enough to defend themselves so that, yes, it would put them in a worse position they're in now, but these other things would put them in a better position that they're in now.
And the war, of course, is over, which is a heck of a big thing.
So that's where we stand right now.
The president wants it done by Christmas.
There's no indication of what he's going to do if it isn't done by Christmas, but there is some talk that he's just going to drop out and leave Europe on its own.
Zelensky has made a proposal, which I think goes nowhere, but it's a good proposal to make just to show how undemocratic and authoritarian Russia is.
But he suggested letting the if territory has to be given up, then that has to be done constitutionally by the Ukrainian people and it should be put to a vote of the Ukrainian people.
And that would make a very big difference, I do believe.
But I don't think the Russians will agree to that because I think the vote is preordained.
And that agreement, those terms that I read to you, although they're not official, I don't know that those are exactly that.
That's the leaks you've been able to put together.
That's the proposal that was largely put together by MERS, the German chancellor, but with 30 other countries.
Unclear whether Ukraine agrees to all that.
It sounds like Ukraine agrees to all of that, but Donbass.
So that's where we stand on that.
So why don't we take a short break and we will be right back.
Let's face it.
You can't trust big firmer.

nirvana health live well naturally well american forces have uh as you know i think because it happened yesterday or the day before yesterday but it's kind of interesting these two things have come together
The American forces seized a tanker called the Skipper, which is notorious for illicit deliveries of oil, mostly to the regime of terror, which is a horrible thing to be doing, by the way.
Maduro helping those terrorist maniacs.
Of course, I guess Maduro says to himself, since the U.S. under Biden and Obama gave more money than everybody else, why the hell shouldn't I send them some oil, even though it's illicit?
I will, for the life of me, never understand how Biden and then Obama actually sent cash to the Ayatollah and got away with it.
I don't understand.
Of all the things they did, except for Biden giving up the airbase 400 miles from China, which we know he got paid for.
It's amazing what they got away with.
But we seized this boat.
The boat is carrying black market sanctioned oil headed for Iran.
And they have a long history of skirting detection.
And there were estimates given of how much they've gotten through.
But I can't rely on it.
It was hard to know.
But this particular ship had at a minimum $62 million worth of oil that was being basically slipped into Iran in violation, certainly of the U.S. sanctions, possibly even the UN sanctions, which remember snapped back a few months ago because they would not allow inspection.
This was done very surgically, very well.
Frankly, you've got to be out of your mind to challenge the United States Navy.
If they were, they'd have been at the bottom of the sea.
So they were smart.
They're not at the bottom of the sea.
We've got the oil.
We're going to keep it.
And Iran, go stuff it.
And I think this is one of more than 170 vessels that the U.S. government has levied sanctions on.
So expect to see a fairly large number of these seizures.
And now we're taking their oil and I hope using it to bring down the price of oil in the United States.
That'd be very nice.
That'd be a very, very nice thing to do.
Trump, this was falsely flying the Guyana flag.
Guyana has nothing to do with it.
It's a completely illicit ship.
They figure they've transported about 13 million barrels of Iran to Iran from Venezuela since they joined the global dark fleet of tankers in 2021.
And following the seizure, the U.S. announced additional sanctions on six vessels tied to the Venezuela oil sector.
So that 170 goes up to 170.
Let's see the total number.
176, 176 now are under sanction.
A lot more to seize.
So the skipper is in American control.
We got the oil, and this may be another new source of oil for us.
We just take it on its way to, not only do we keep it away from Iran, but we get to use it.
I mean, there's no reason to just have it hanging around, right?
Now, Maria Corino Machado's got to be one gutsy lady.
There was talk that she was not going to go to, that she was not going to go to Oslo to get her Nobel Peace Prize because she wouldn't be able to get back and wouldn't be able to get out.
Well, she did an unbelievable kind of undercover kind of stuff you would do to get out of Nazi Germany type thing to get out.
Got there a little late.
Her daughter accepted the prize for her.
But then she did get to make a statement to the press in which they fully supported what President Trump has been doing, blasting the hell out of Maduro and kind of encouraging to get Maduro the hell out of there and explaining what Maduro and Chavez have done to her people.
Kind of a good idea for the rest of the world, but the rest of the world loves it because Maduro is crooked, like a lot of the, like more than a majority of the United Nations would fit into being very happy with Maduro.
He's crooked.
You can do dishonest deals with him.
He's a communist.
He's a socialist.
He opposes America.
He opposes Christianity, really.
I don't know if he does oppose Christianity, but he's asking if he's a communist, right?
He's everything the UN wants.
He's has nice relationships with terrorists.
He helps defeat Iran, who's the biggest supplier of terrorists in the world.
Just exactly what the UN wants when they have a human rights committee headed by Iran and Red China and North Korea.
What the hell we're doing in the UN is before Trump leaves, I think we should kick him the hell out of New York and get that property back.
Hell of a place for Yankee Stadium.
Always thought so.
So the Nobel Peace Prize winner, do we have some video of her making her statement?
Maria Corina Machado.
She didn't arrive until after the Nobel Prize ceremony was over.
Her daughter had accepted the award on her behalf.
But when she got there, she got a tremendous ovation and all the Spanish people that were there and fellow countrymen from Venezuela were yelling, Valiente, Valiente, which means brave, brave.
And they joyfully sang the Venezuelan national anthem.
No, she was elected.
She was elected.
But as we first pointed out in the 2020 election fraud case.
Venezuela in many ways is the home of at least machine fraud.
And of course that was that was mocked and they still refer to Trump as fraudulent charges of a 2020 fixed election.
I mean if you would if you would open your head up and take a look at the evidence that's come forward.
It's been proven about 30 different ways now.
Just go, you know, go take a look at all the people whose reputations you maligned, who put out reports, who turn out to be very, very solid people, and you'll see that you're way beyond the point of any doubt about the fact that that election was stolen.
In fact, there was a good case brought today against Georgia.
And no one's ever seen the Georgia ballots, by the way, except the crooked election officials.
And maybe, maybe, maybe not the Secretary of State who lied his backside off all through that entire situation.
He had in his desk after the 10 days a complete report on all of the inadequacies in the election, including a total lack of chain of custody.
And he never brought that forward ever, even when he either did or didn't, but came very close to saying that the election was perfect.
Even when President Trump said, can you find me 11,000 votes, knowing that there were about 200,000 that could be found, he didn't tell him about the report that he had in his desk talking about how from the very beginning the whole election was questionable.
And you don't know about that report because the crooked media doesn't report it.
But maybe in this case that now is being brought by the government, he'll be finally brought to justice and we'll find out what a sniveling liar he is.
He dropped out of the governor's race, I think, when he saw Burt Jones running.
Burt was the lieutenant governor.
Burt was also the leader in the Senate for the election fraud.
Burt knows, Bert, I'm sure, has plenty on Rafsenberger.
And when he saw Burt run, he ran for the place that most Fulton County people have to go, which is someplace hiding behind the jail because they all belong in that jail.
What a rotten county that is.
Ooh.
I was indicted there for some time.
I even got to see their prison, which is under federal mandate because it's the worst prison in America.
It could be that Fulton County is a sneaker.
We always talk about New York corruption and Chicago corruption and Philadelphia corruption.
Could be that Georgia's got him beat, particularly with the governor and the Republican.
These are not really traditional Republicans, you know, who run honest, straight places.
The governor himself has serious issues and serious problems.
Very serious.
Maybe someday somebody will take them seriously.
And also Rafsenberger, and they go beyond the election.
And everybody knows it and does nothing about it.
Because the place is so damn crooked.
So Benny Thompson, what a loser he is.
Among other things, Benny Thompson sued me for my involvement in January 6th and also Donald Trump Jr.
Except I had no involvement in January 6th and a judge appointed by Obama dropped me from the case.
Benny's never apologized.
I think I should sue him.
I think I should.
I mean, Benny Thompson is a miserable, miserable liar.
And his disgraceful performance with Christy Noam yesterday should get him booted the hell out of Congress.
He described the slaughter, the assassination of a National Guardswoman as an accident.
Now, I don't know if he's on something or he just, he hates the police, but maybe he hates the military as much.
But this is a consummate liar, phony and fraud.
I really should sue him for bringing a false lawsuit against me since an Obama judge dismissed his phony lawsuit.
And that J6 committee was a complete, it was like a RICO enterprise with the people they had on it.
Let's listen to this consummate liar who's dealt with, unfortunately, with respect.
You shouldn't deal with liars with respect.
Listen to him.
Madam Secretary, you and the gentleman from CTNCTC reference the unfortunate accident that occurred with the National Guardsman being killed.
You think that was an unfortunate accident?
I mean, it was a terrorist accident.
Wait, wait, look, I'll get it straight.
Then you can.
He shot our National Guardsman in the head.
Look, Ms. Chairman, will you direct the witness to allow me to ask my question?
It was an unfortunate situation.
Ask my question.
Ask my question.
It was an unfortunate situation.
First he called it an accident.
Then he called it a situation.
Accident, situation.
Both.
He called it both.
It was an assassination, you dumb dishonest.
Well, I don't know if we can find this, but when Michael Cohen testified, he began with this sanctimonious statement about if Cohen lies, he's going to personally make sure he's prosecuted and hung or something.
And I'm looking at it, wanted to vomit because I know what a piece of what he is.
And then Cohen, pretty much into it, says under oath, I never asked for a job from the administration.
Man, I jumped out of my seat.
I quickly went through our file.
I came up immediately with a video of Cohen three days after the election with Chris Cuomo.
And then that night I played Benny.
Here's the sequence, right?
Benny says, I'm going to hang you if you lie.
Cohen testifies under oath.
I never asked for a job from the administration.
Next thing you see is him with Cohen saying, oh, the president, yes, I want to be secretary.
I want to be chief of staff and the president's going to give it to me.
And then I produced five other occasions on which he talked about the jobs he was going to have with the administrations he was asking for.
The members of Congress came up with five others.
I won't burden you with all of them, lies as clear as that.
And Benny said nothing.
That little sniveling liar hid somewhere with his crooked J6 members and the two crooked Republicans that were on the committee and did nothing about the liar who made a fool out of him and a fool out of his committee.
And frankly, he's a fool.
But to call the death of an American soldier an unfortunate act when it was done to the tune of a la Akbar, what's wrong with you, you creep?
And why don't you get the hell out?
What do you want to plead senility to?
Well, you've been soniled since you got there, and you know why they treat you the way they treat you.
It's a shame, it's a tragedy, and you are a disgrace, Benny Thompson.
You're a disgrace to America.
You do anything, sell your soul.
I think Christy Noam put him in his place.
Do we have her testimony?
He was trying to rattle her, but of course he's too stupid to rattle anybody.
Look how he screwed up the J6, and the Democrats had to regret putting him in charge of that J6 thing.
And he screwed that up royally.
Wow.
What a dope.
What a massive dope.
How do we get people in Congress?
Oh, no.
Do I really have to explain that?
How do we get people in Congress like that?
Right.
No good?
We don't have that?
So we're working on clips.
We're trying to identify a specific one.
Stay with us.
And maybe next show we'll do the specific one we want.
We can't find the specific cut.
Well.
So we have Christy.
We had her response to Benny Thompson where she shamed him good.
She shamed him real good.
I'd like to play it if we can quickly.
If we can't, we'll move on.
Play that again.
We should have the ending where she responds should be on that.
If it's not.
Yeah, play it out.
Secretary of the UN and the gentleman from CTC, NCTC, reference the unfortunate accident that occurred with the National Guardsman being killed.
You think that was an unfortunate accident?
I mean, it was a terrorist.
Wait, look, I'll get it straight.
Then you can.
He shot our National Guardsman in the head.
Look, Ms. Chairman, will you direct the witness to allow me to ask my question?
It was an unfortunate situation.
Maybe the guy should have said, why don't you stop while you're ahead, you stupid jackass?
I mean, I know he's a congressman, but he's also a human being, and you should be able to deal with him as a human being.
I would have said, I mean, you really want that repeated numbskull?
After what you just said, calling a cold-blooded murder of a member of the United States military an unfortunate accident, and the best you can do is change it to unfortunate situation.
Boy, you really think quick, Benny.
You got like a really quick mind, kid.
Yeah, I don't know if you should ask questions.
So we got more and Mrs. Christy Noam at the hearing.
I think it's shameful to see the defense of individuals who break our laws.
We are a nation of laws.
If we are not a nation of laws, we're no nation at all.
And that is what we are doing every day is following us.
If you guys don't like the law, go change it.
That's your job.
You don't complain.
I was raised by a dad who said we don't complain about things.
We fix them.
Well, go fix them.
If you don't like the law, quit bellyache, quit hitting and attacking our ICE officers.
Quit going out and protesting and screaming vile things at them.
Quit calling them names.
We wouldn't let our children do that.
Go do something that actually matters by having an honest debate and changing the law.
That's your jobs.
You all should be fired in my viewpoint.
You know, there's a member of Congress who's going to go on trial for attacking an ICE officer.
The Democrats, a large number of them, have created this atmosphere.
I mean, going back three or four years about ICE officers, the Nazis, De Gestapo.
So the 1,000% increase in the physical attacks on these federal agents of ours are totally attributable to the evil Democrat Party and to whatever that guy is, Benny, unfortunate situation, unfortunate situation, Thompson.
And after January 6th, the guy should be in jail.
It's disgraceful to people that we have in Congress.
Disgraceful.
They're an embarrassment.
If our kids have to listen to that, first of all, we're not going to speak English.
Israel.
Well, Israel is involved in a tit-for-tat with Hamas.
And it's hard to tell who's getting the better of it because Hamas is getting to reestablish itself a bit.
At the same time, that's allowing Israel to go in and wipe them out.
So who's winning it?
I don't know because it's a sort of sub in many ways it is because they're going after the tunnels, but it's a little below the radar kind of situation.
And no one's saying much about it because everybody wants to claim we have a ceasefire.
Ceasefires, stop shooting and killing.
And they've been doing a lot of it since then.
There is still one Israeli hostage missing, Master Sergeant Ron Gavili, 24.
They claim they don't know where his body is.
And the Israelis say they damn well do.
And I would say probably the reason is the horrible condition in which the body is in.
That will be, again, certifiable proof that these people are beyond animals.
They're barbarians.
And we have more than enough stupid, moronic, Ivy League educated students and professors running around arguing in favor of and supporting Hamas, who killed people, raped people, killed children, killed children in front of their parents, killed parents in front of their children, and starved people to death in holes in the ground.
And then claim that the Israelis are killing civilians when they put the civilians out in front to get killed.
They put them there to get killed.
And how many of their backfires kill civilians?
I mean, 25% of their missiles backfired.
They probably killed as many civilians as the Israelis did because they're so, luckily, they're not exactly operating with the highest level of competence.
A father of a slain IDF officer was sent a horrific video.
Imagine these monsters doing this of his daughter's final moments as she begged for her life while doctors in Gaza injected air into her veins.
She was a captive.
She was Avi Marciano.
And her father, Avi is the father, and her name is Noah Marciano.
It was a 19-year-old girl.
She was wounded in the leg during an Israeli airstrike while she was in captivity.
So she got wounded.
And they took her to the Shifa hospital in Gaza.
And it was well within the range of a survivable wound.
A medical professional actually made the decision to murder her.
And he injected air into her veins.
And they videoed it.
And they send it to the father to show the father how they dealt with them.
Now, maybe you understand why Israel says no peace unless Hamas has nothing to do with Palestine.
Nothing.
Nothing.
We're not having them in Palestine.
We're not having in the government of Palestine.
If we don't kill them all, you got to get rid of them all.
You can't have as your neighbors people who, when they have prisoners and the prisoner gets wounded, they inject air into their veins and send pictures of it to their father.
For all the garbage and lying and ridiculous distortion that has gone on in the last 30 to 40 years, starting with moral equivalency between the Palestinian Authority and Israel, it's ridiculous what the world has come to.
And it's ridiculous the way in which they deal with Hamas and the Palestinians.
Yes, there's a slight distinction between Hamas and the Palestinians, but boy, it's slight.
And don't count on it too much because you may be wrong and the Palestinian will turn around and kill you.
That's why they don't let them into Jordan.
That's why they don't let them into Egypt.
They don't want to take the risk.
There are Palestinians who are opposed to Hamas and are opposed to terrorism.
There are very few Palestinians, however, that don't agree that the state of Israel should be eliminated and the Jews should be driven from the face of the earth.
And so be real careful.
Anti-Semitism has also reared its ugly head in a case that was filed today at another university in California, the University of California, Santa Barbara.
A staffer there, her name is Tesser Vexler, who was the head of the student body, as I recall, tried very, very hard to calm down the that's I think that's Tesser, to calm down the budding anti-Ira pro-Hamas animals riot.
And she was ridiculed, called all kinds of names.
She was not allowed to go to her classes, as well as a number of other Jewish students.
It looks like the same situation, not quite on as big a scale as happened at Columbia.
And the administration did absolutely nothing to help with regard to the overt acts of anti-Semitism, including physically damaging acts.
And she suffered panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, had to have treatment, as did many other Jewish students.
And they're bringing a lawsuit.
And I assume we're going to see, I don't know if they're on the list with the administration, but it seems to me you should take a big chunk out of this miserable left-wing piece of crap, college.
I don't know.
I'm glad I don't have to make a choice of my kids going to college anymore.
I don't know where the hell I would send them.
It's beyond belief what has happened to the American educational institutions.
It's beyond belief.
And don't tell me there were a lot of good teachers.
I mean, there are, but I'm trying to find them.
I haven't seen them come forward.
Have you?
It's a little like the Muslims.
There are a lot of good Muslims.
They're not all.
They don't all agree with Muhammad's theory, Muhammad's teaching that you should kill Jews and Christians and you should eliminate them, which Muhammad taught.
But they very rarely will speak up in behalf of that or tell the truth about it.
They'll make stupid comments like, oh, Muhammad did all his killing defensively.
That's right.
He captured cities defensively.
You explain to me how you capture Mecca defensively.
What happens?
Mecca comes and attacks you and then you attack them back?
Like the people in Mecca came out into the desert and attacked him?
Or did he go in with his armies, kill the people in Mecca?
Or when he took over all of the Jewish farms and all of the Jewish olive groves and whatever, or they come out and attack him and then he went, the Jews were like killing him?
Come right for him.
Or the Christians, yeah, the Christians were all getting together to kill Muhammad.
Just read the Quran, read the Hadith.
The reason you end up with the contradiction, I've told you over and over again, is because there were two Muhammads, two periods of Muhammad, and one was much longer than the other, and the violent, vicious one was much longer than the other.
There was the Muhammad that thought he was going to convince the Arabs, the Christians, and the Jews that this thing that he had created was the true religion.
Now, if you listen to his teachings carefully, even the good Muhammad, it sounds like possibly the creation of a poof.
Now, that was aided by the fact that he used to have convulsions while he was preaching.
Now, the defenders attribute it to epilepsy.
The haters attribute it to being possessed by the devil.
Maybe he was just a maniac.
I don't know.
But in any event, when they got rid of him and they threw him the hell out of, they threw him out of Mecca.
He went into the desert.
He got his army together and they became mass killers.
And that's how the religion, the religion was not spread by and large by preaching.
It was spread almost completely by the use of murder, not defensive.
You don't spread a religion defensively.
People aren't coming and attacking you.
You're attacking them back and then you're taking their territory.
They didn't take Iran defensively.
His armies after him, his successors, went into Iran, killed all the Zoroastrians, and took it over.
A genocide.
So we'll be back on Monday.
And between now and then, make sure you get a little Christmas or Hanukkah shopping in.
Hanukkah will be on Sunday.
So happy Hanukkah to everyone.
And we'll be celebrating it on Monday.
And pray.
Pray for all the people in harm's way.
Pray for the president.
And go get our podcast on Nick Fuentes and get the final word on that.
Because this is a guy you got to be careful of.
