This is Rudy Giuliani, and this is America's Mayor Live.
And we are back in New Hampshire after our trip to Rome and to Italy.
And of course, we didn't notice any Texas legislators there.
I guess they hadn't fled the country.
They just, they fled.
You know, I think they wanted to go to see Pritzker because they figured they could eat good there.
You know, fat boy Pritzker could give them a great deal of food.
And he's kind of dopey, right?
He's kind of dopey, isn't he?
Isn't he well known for?
Very dope.
Very dopey.
They never want.
You look at his face.
You can kind of tell that he's kind of dopey.
He can't run the business.
His sister had to run it and kind of all kinds of stuff.
You know, they made him governor.
That's usually what they do with the politician.
You know, the politician is usually the dopey one.
But he's like completely dopey.
He's completely left, but he doesn't even know he's left.
I don't know where they, I actually don't know where they find these people, but they fled.
The people, the Democrats from Texas fled to Illinois.
I mean, that's hilarious.
They ran away.
And this is all over gerrymandering, which they're claiming, you know, it's terrible that Abbott is doing this.
You see that fat pig there?
He does more gerrymandering than Abbott could ever dream of.
In New York, they actually corruptly changed the Court of Appeals because the Court of Appeals three or four years ago finally, in 100 years, issued a decision that declared the Democratic drawing of lines so ridiculously biased and prejudiced.
I mean, districts were hardly even connected to each other.
In fact, I think they actually mistakenly connected one to Philadelphia and one to Boston.
So the Court of Appeals had to reverse it.
They got rid of the judges, the Democratic judges who did that and put in a bunch of, well, New York is filled with crooked Democratic judges that do whatever the party bosses tell them to do, as we found out very, very prominently during the 2024 election.
Man, I mean, can you be any more biased, prejudiced Democratic hack than Angel Moron or Murshan, whose daughter became a millionaire working for Biden Harris while he was fixing the Trump case?
And Angel Moron valuing Mar-laco at $18 million and then coming up with $400 million judgment when there were very hard to figure out how he came up with $400 million when there were no losses.
Also, very hard to figure out how he could sustain a finding of fraud with no losses.
But this is what happens in New York, Illinois.
Now, it doesn't happen in Texas because Texas is a Republican state.
It doesn't have anywhere near the corruption that New York has.
Nobody has the corruption in New York.
All you have to do is look at the budget in New York and compare it to somebody else's budget, and it's two to three times.
And largely, that's not because the services are any better in Hocho-Pocho Goekoals, New York.
They're probably worse.
It's because we just have a lot more bribery in New York.
And the bribery numbers are much bigger.
The kickback numbers are much bigger.
I mean, Albany, New York City, the judges, I mean, forget it.
Forget about it, they would say in Brooklyn.
So they were supposed to come back.
The legislators have run away because they don't want to create a quorum.
If they don't have a quorum, then Abbott can't pass the redistricting legislation.
The redistricting legislation, the Democrats claim is illegal gerrymandering, which the Republicans could claim about New York, Illinois, California, Pennsylvania.
Oh, a couple more.
Any place where you have a very large Democrat majority.
But in any event, there's a little something more to this.
The Justice Department, based on recent Supreme Court decisions, had notified Texas that four or five of the districts appear to be violating the Constitution based on the most recent decision.
It's an enormously complex issue because you have the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution that says basically you can't discriminate based on somebody's race or religion, ethnic background.
These are suspect categories or specially protected categories.
But then we have the civil rights laws, which say you can take into consideration rebalancing if it's being unfair to minorities.
And then you have the question, well, how long is that?
Is that going to last forever?
I mean, haven't we, now with a black president and numerous members of the legislature who are African American and minorities?
And aren't we beyond that now?
Aren't we back to that?
Actually, we've gone so far that we're discriminating against whites and Asians.
And as the Supreme Court found in Harvard, the Harvard case, before we even got into anti-Semitism, Harvard is discriminating against Chinese.
And there have been several Supreme Court cases where they found that these lines were drawn to discriminate against whites.
You can discriminate against whites, and they do.
And the Democrats, I mean, particularly do.
They're a party that hates white people and Jews, right?
So The Supreme Court, I guess it was on Thursday or Friday, agreed finally to resolve that issue between the Equal Protection Clause and the Voting Rights Act,
which is how far can you go in creating a racial district in order to cure historical racial discrimination.
And can you racially discriminate against a white person or a Chinese or Chinese people in order to cure racial discrimination that existed 100 years ago, 20 years ago, even 10 years ago, but not now.
And the Supreme Court has made it clear that even though the insane Democrats argued that there's no such thing as discrimination if white people are discriminated against, the Supreme Court has indicated that that provision of the Constitution applies to all colors, white, black, brown, yellow, or some new color that we may find.
So they have agreed to rehear Louisiana versus Calais, which where they avoided that question, even though they ruled for the Trump administration and they ruled in favor of not drawing districts to discriminate against whites.
They didn't put a terminal clause on the Voting Rights Act yet, although some of the justices have indicated it's about time.
So what they're arguing over is a pretty substantial legal question that's going to be determined by the Supreme Court.
And I don't understand this.
I mean, I don't understand this running out on your state.
So let the Republicans pass what you regard as a Democrat as their unfair gerrymandering.
And then you do what the Republicans have to do in the Democratic states where they feel that's happened.
You go to court.
And the Supreme Court has now decided to really clarify this whole issue early next year.
So I don't understand this.
And the remedy that the remedy, the remedy is there in the Texas law.
As you would imagine, it's fairly unprecedented, although it happened before, that legislators, even New York, I don't remember New York even doing this.
I don't remember legislators running out of the state.
Maybe this goes back to the cowboy era where they go by horse to Arizona and then come back.
I have no idea.
Although the Democrats really aren't cowboys, they probably go in limousines and planes and private planes.
Texas.
Texas has done this a few times in recent decades.
I thought only once.
Have they done it more than once?
New Hampshire Democrats did it in 2021.
New Hampshire Democrats?
They walked out.
I don't know if that's the same as the state.
These guys have walked out of the state.
Texas is a big state.
That's a lot of steps.
New Hampshire, you walk out.
I mean, you might just go over the border.
You go over the border to, if you're a Democrat, you might as well be in Massachusetts anyway.
I mean, you're in a communist state.
You could go see Mayor Wu and have some kind of special ceremony to call Marshall.
And then Skylight, I think every so often they light candles to Karl Marx.
Scott Walker, Wisconsin, Wisconsin Democrats fled to Illinois.
So Illinois is big on taking in Democrats from other states.
Was Charlie Marshall?
This was in 2011.
Who was the governor in 11?
Oh, it might have been a Republican.
No.
No, but maybe remember the legislature.
Maybe the legislature was Democrat.
Yeah.
Governor of Illinois.
Pat Quinn.
Who?

Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Did he go to jail?
He got in trouble for something?
I don't know.
So many of the people in Illinois go to jail.
I'm sorry if I made a mistake and you didn't go to jail, Pat.
I don't know.
There's something about him that.

I feel like.

See if he went to jail.
And if he didn't, I'm going to give a very, very strong apology.
Well, you didn't accuse him of going to jail, did you?
I raised it as a question, but I don't like to raise that question.

I just spoke too quickly, but the name just seems to me something happened to him.

I mean, we know Big Hair went to jail.

You are one of the few Democrats in recent Illinois.
No, Pat Quinn, the former governor of Illinois, did not go to jail.
Good.
But it's understandable, right?
So many governors had gone to jail, including our now friend, who was right before him.
Oh, that's what I have it confused by.
He probably succeeded Blago.
Yes, he came right after us.
So I have no idea.
I was in Rome, and I feel bad that I didn't get it.
I just should have gone to London.
I don't have to go to Paris.
I feel Paris.
London and I don't have to go to Canada anyway.
They're all bunch of sissies.
Now they have.
I mean, they used to be great, but you end up with, you end up with Castro's son there.
What happened to Canada?
We used to like it.
Yeah, it's like Macron and Macron and Castro's son.
I saw you know are the same.
They really like the same.
Like now Macron wants to recognize the Palestinian authority.
Who wants to recognize a Palestinian state?
Somebody has to tell them there isn't a Palestinian state to recognize.
You don't get to when as a nation, right, when we recognize another nation, right?
We don't get, unless we're colonialists, we don't get to create other nations.
Like, suppose we recognized, suppose we recognized, oh, suppose We recognize Bordeaux in France, and we said we're going to recognize them as a nation.
Well, they're not a nation.
Palestinian authority is not a nation.
First of all, they haven't had, I mean, the last election was in 2006.
Gaza in Gaza, the West Bank, I don't know, but Fatah, Fatah has a president of the West Bank for life, which is not a president at all, right?
The only country that has ever recognized a Palestinian thing, whatever it is, as a state, is the former, and I emphasize former Soviet Union.
So now the UK, our former ally, and France, whose astonishing saved, and Canada, whose economy is for in the crapper, they're all going to recognize the Palestinian authority as a state.
And there's an excellent point made by several experts today that if you really want to assure the fact that the Palestinian Authority doesn't become a state, do this.
Because what are the Americans and the Israelis going to do when you do that?
And how can you be our ally and say that?
The country is dedicated to destroying Israel and death to America.
So our three allies are going to recognize a country that wants to destroy us.
I wonder how Britain would feel if we recognized a country that wanted, that said death to Charlie, Charlie the King.
Yeah.
Right?
Or France, who said Macron's wife should take over.
Right.
It shows how they take us for granted.
Well, who does it?
Who the hell do they think they are?
I mean, they take our good way.
They take American goodwill and they take it for granted.
That's what this tells us.
They just took a whole bunch of American hostages and killed some of them.
The Palestinians.
There's a time.
And don't tell me the Hamas is not the Palestinians.
Who voted them in office?
The Jews?
No, no.
They're voted in office by the Palestinians.
They're even supported by the West Bank, if you take a poll.
And all Palestinians are trained to kill us.
Not just the Hamas ones.
They're trained, death to America, death to Israel.
Big Satan, little Satan, we're the big one.
And you get a couple who can go against the brainwashing, but this whole nonsense about Palestine and all the, well, the whole euphemism about Islamic extremist groups or Islamic, Islamic has got to be exposed.
I mean, this is a never-ending 14, 15, 100-year genocide, mass genocide.
Pick the group that the Muslims are going to eliminate.
I read a fascinating analysis and or a documentary the other night that explains that the slave trade among not just the Ottoman Empire, which was Islamic, but the Islamic slave trade lasted three times as long as the transatlantic slave trade, was considerably larger and much more brutal.
The history books in American academic institutions, there are about four or five thousand that describe trans-Atlantic slave trade.
There are six that describe the much more much larger, three times longer, much later ended, and much more brutal slave trade.
Well, call it for what it is, run by the Islamic religion in order to carry out the teachings of their founder, Muhammad, which is to wipe them out or get money from them.
And by wipe them out, they meant really wipe them out.
So if you take a look at the end result of the transatlantic African slave trade, a terrible thing.
A terrible, a terrible bot on Western civilization, a terrible bot on America in particular, with some redeeming, with some redeeming value.
Never universally accepted by Americans.
People who were in favor of emancipation existed from the very, very beginning of American colonization and became more and more prominent, even at the time of the revolution.
Some who are falsely demonized, like Thomas Jefferson, were great opponents, just didn't know how to do it, although he built poison pills and it made it happen.
That didn't happen in Islam.
There was no moral view of it.
The slave trade, probably, although the records are a little hard to put all together, the Ottoman part of it is, because the Ottomans kept very good records.
I'm quite proud of all the groups that they eliminated.
The Ottomans specialized in genocide.
The Ottoman Muslims specialized in genocide.
They destroyed the Namibian people.
They got rid of the Egyptian language, Coptic, because they wanted all traces of both the ancient part of the Egyptian empire and the part of it that was Christian destroyed.
They destroyed the Namibian culture and civilization.
They eliminated, as I said, the Coptic language.
And then what they did to the Zoroastrians in Persia is impossible to even describe.
They eliminated them completely.
They burned down their temples or took them over and made them mosques.
They destroyed their people who didn't become Muslims.
A number left the country when they arrived in those countries with Muhammadan hordes, Muhammad Muslim hordes, they killed them.
And the Zoroastrian religion, which once had millions of books, it was a very, very intellectual religion of the Persian people.
Not a monotheistic religion and a rather complicated one that had a lot to do with, well, you call it what you want, astronomy, astrology, that kind of thing.
But a great deal of literary achievement, all completely eliminated.
There are very few Zoroastrians left.
It would be as if they had succeeded in what they wanted to do in Europe when they tried to take over Spain, which was to destroy Western civilization completely, to burn down all the books, burn down all of the monasteries where we've retained the ancient texts of both Judaism and Christianity, left us as a people without a history.
The black slaves that they took have had their culture destroyed.
They can't trace back to anything or anywhere because over a period of centuries, the Ottomans made sure they would have no background.
Whereas, as you know, there is, in fact, an African-American black culture that to some extent comes out of the ability of the African slave in America, even though held in subjugation, to create a culture.
Music, literature, all preserved, all part of what became some great, great contributions to the arts.
No possibility of that on the Muslim side of the sub-Saharan slave trade.
Those groups and tribes and their literature and their background and whatever religion they had, all destroyed.
And those that were Christian, because some have become Christian, Christianity is a much older religion than the Muslim religion, like the Namibians and the Coptics were the Namibians were destroyed completely in the Coptics to a very large extent.
There's no longer really a Coptic language, except as preserved in the religious rites of the Orthodox Christians.
So when you read inscriptions on pyramids, we're able through hieroglyphics to figure out what it means, but we can't put the whole language together.
We can't put, like we can, like we would be as if they had accomplished what they did to these people with Western civilization, which is what they wanted to do when they invaded Spain.
And when the Spanish finally drove them out, that was sort of the end of it.
But what they wanted to do was to destroy every remnant of Western civilization, which of course would have included, like they did the Coptic language, the Latin language, but they never got their dirty little paws on that.
Here's a book in Latin that I was given by the leading general in the Italian army.

I'm going to try to do what I can to translate it.
It describes early Rome, Erigio Urbus Roma, origins of the city of Rome.
Anno Mundi, it goes back to 2,800 before Christ.

This is going to tell, there are several legends or histories of the beginning of Rome.
And one of them is that they were led, that the Trojans, who fled after the Greeks captured Troy with the Trojan whores, the Trojans led by Aeneas founded Rome and fought with the Etruscans who came from what is now Tuscany, Etruscans, Tuscany.
Alternative, the myth, Rome was founded by Romulus and Remus, who I think were half men and half lions.
Wow.
Or it was founded by the Etruscans from up in Tuscany.
But this were there any, and probably, except for the lion thing, and that may describe like Netanyahu wants to do for the Jewish people, the audience of these people.
This is probably a combination of all of these things.
But this is the more, this is the classical version, which is, I mean, it comes out of Homer's Homer's Ulysses and the Aeneid, which is about the Battle of Troy.
And then ultimately, from the destruction of Troy comes the great city-state of Rome, and then the first real superpower, the Roman Empire.
So this is going to be very interesting.
I think it goes up to about Caesar, because that's, I mean, that's when you get some of the really, really well-preserved histories that, of course, you never know for sure, but as far as we can tell, are extremely accurate.
But this is going to be a little bit of a challenge because this is really old Latin.
Yeah, I mean, the Latin that I know is, there's no new Latin, but this is Latin before Christ.
although it translates pretty easily here Here's the Battle of Tromopylae.
Cosical history is fascinating.

I saw the other day over the weekend the photographs that were taken of Evitar David.

Who was featured first in a short version and then in a long version, Hamas film, Digging His Own Grave.
Now, can we just cut through all of the corruption, evil doing, propaganda, bribery that's used to elevate Hamas?
First of all, that video is a war crime.

That picture I just showed you is a war crime.
You are not allowed to show pictures.
First of all, you're not allowed to torture people.
That's not torture.
Look at that guy.
He doesn't have a body left.
And he's digging his own grave.
This was put out in order to pressure Bibi, Netanyahu, to allow the Hamas to continue to exist.
And the young man is only 24 years old.
And he is there with another hostage who is 21 years old, Ram Brazilovsky.
And they were made to beg to be freed, which is again a war crime.
Netanyahu is being prosecuted.
And the completely outrageous candidate, Democrat candidate in New York for my old job, which I am embarrassed of, wants to arrest Netanyahu if he comes to America for war crimes.

The Jews, of course, have been their main target, but the religion and the spreading of the religion has been responsible for more slavery, more genocide, more complete elimination of civilizations than any ideology or religion on earth.
And that's the religion of Muhammad.
We're not allowed to read books about it.
There are 500 or so major works on trans-African slavery and about five on Islamic slavery, which lasted for a thousand more years.
And also was considerably more devastating in the sense that, first of all, it was two to one women who were taken as slaves, as opposed to men.
You know why, right?
And it also was part of not just the effort to use them as slaves, but to wipe out their civilization and their existence.
So it was to destroy the Namibian Christians, to destroy the Coptic Egyptian language, to eliminate entire African tribes, so that the people who were taken would no longer have a place to go back to or a civilization or heritage to point to.
So we have people who can trace their heritage to African-American slavery and to a pretty full history and culture.
Sad in some ways, tragic in other ways, brutal in other ways, and heroic in many ways.
But it hasn't been wiped out.
You're not going to find that when you get to double the number of slaves that were taken to Eastern Europe, to Asia.
Their groups were destroyed.
We don't even know who they are anymore.
Now, fortunately, some of it can be reconstructed through the archives of the Ottoman Empire, because the Ottoman Empire, similar to the people who worked for the Nazi concentration camps, they were proud of what they were doing.
Remember, Muhammad told them to do this.
To you and I, genocide is terrible.
To them, it's spreading the religion.
If you don't want to be a Muslim, we'll destroy you.
If you want to maintain the Zoroastrian religion in Persia when we take over, sorry, we're going to get rid of you.
We're going to burn your fire temples.
We're going to kill millions of you.
And we're going to send you off into slavery, particularly the women.
Two to one, they focused on women from Northern Europe, from what now would be the Balkan countries.
And what they did to Serbia was a total rape of Serbia.
This is what they've been doing for centuries.
This is, and now these creatures of Western civilization want to recognize the Palestinian, whatever it is, who is dedicated to destroying their civilization.
And they're giving their civilization away anyway.
I mean, you got Sharia law in parts of England and parts of France.

It was also a culture of a tremendous amount of literature and poetry and beauty, most of which has been destroyed by the Arab Muslims who invaded Persia, converted it to the Muslim religion, and didn't rest content with coexisting with the Zoroastrians, but eliminated them.
So they don't have their sacred books any longer.
They don't have their history any longer.
And it went way beyond Zoroastrianism.
It went Persian culture.
Some of that still exists, but a lot of it has been destroyed.
A similar situation in Egypt, similar situations about Africa, similar situation in the way they conducted their slave trade.
Much of it really having more to do with unlike the Atlantic slave trade, which had to do with agriculture and work, free work.
This had to do more with conversion and elimination of any rivals.
Well, as all of this is going on in the world, Chuck Schumer's on vacation because he works so hard.
And he's on vacation because Trump wouldn't give him a billion dollars.
He wanted a billion dollars so he could finally approve 130 nominees, most of whom have no background problem.
This is just done to hurt the administration.
