♪♪♪ This is Rudy Giuliani, and we are, uh, we're in Florida,
which would make you think we're in the storm, but we're kind of in the outer circle of it in Palm Beach.
And we have some pictures for you.
We'll show you that Ted and I took, he almost got taken away by the waves.
You'll see that, um, he was reckless, Ted, the reckless one.
But, um, First, let's start with, I guess, what seems to be, from listening to everything and all the calls that I got today, the big story.
It's an unfortunate one.
It really is.
I mean, I am not a friend of Eric Adams, and as you know, I've been critical of him often, and I've also I've been supportive of him when I thought he was right.
And I hope it's not true.
And I hope you really believe me.
I know he's a Democrat, but I'm not like them.
They are vindictive bastards.
Many of them.
The ones who want to put me in jail for the rest of my life for nothing, for being a lawyer, and for disagreeing with the And for being the one that brought out the fact that that idiot that they're glorifying at the White House is a major criminal.
I'm sorry.
They gave me the evidence.
What was I going to do, hide it like they do?
They gave me the hard drive.
Nobody else would put it out but me.
And Bob Costello and Steve Bannon and a few others.
And of course, Miranda Devine, the great Miranda Devine.
And the New York Post.
And that's it.
The rest of the world wanted to believe Biden when he lied about me and said I was a Russian.
The man lied about me because he's a 30 year criminal and he knows it.
And he knows I know him.
The guy I was meeting with today, I don't know if he's a criminal, but he's a coverup artist for criminals.
And his career was made by a master criminal, the major money launderer in Ukraine.
And he shouldn't be glorified the way he is, because he's sitting on some of the most damaging evidence of corruption at the highest levels of his government and our government, including covering up for his own crooks.
I mean real crooks, like $50 million bribes.
That's a bad guy.
But we'll get into that too.
But Adams was indicted today.
Mayor Adams was indicted today.
It's a five-count indictment, 50 or so pages.
It's what we call a speaking indictment.
It tries to convict him in the indictment.
I'm not objecting to that.
I probably did that too.
And I'm not objecting to the prosecutors.
I'm not sure.
First of all, I don't know if he's guilty or not.
I don't know.
And you don't.
And there's not enough information.
Sometimes, to be perfectly straight with you, there are times in which there's so much evidence that you can tell that somebody's guilty.
And the presumption of innocence, which I believe is a very important American principle, really People will tell you, when I say he should be given the benefit of the presumption of innocence, that it only exists in court.
It's a ground rule, an important one, that protects your right of liberty.
And an obligation of the prosecutor, the person bringing the charges for the king, because it started in England, in the king's court, the burden is on That person, to prove you're guilty.
Not for you.
To prove you're innocent.
That's at the core of American law.
American criminal law.
And English criminal law.
So, then that sometimes is extended to society.
When somebody is accused, we should give them the benefit of the doubt.
Generally, I think that's true.
There are times in which the evidence is so overwhelming, on tape, on video, it's almost impossible to do that.
That's not this case.
I haven't seen any documentary evidence.
I haven't seen any visual evidence, audio evidence, like on Biden, for example, on which there's a treasure trove of evidence on which you'd have to be an idiot to maintain the presumption of innocence.
It can happen in the courtroom.
There's so much evidence, including out of his own mouth.
His son saying, I gave him half my income for 30 years, his calling his son and discussing On something that was recorded that he didn't know, admitting that he knew the details of the China transaction.
There's so much and you don't even know because even the conservative media leaves out and doesn't emphasize some of these things I'm telling you about.
The time when his son calls him and says he's a danger to the children and Joe does nothing.
The emails that lay out The crimes that were committed.
His own videos.
So it's a different case.
That doesn't exist with Adams.
Adams is a kind of a normal criminal case in which the prosecutor knows all, and not gonna tell us, except to the extent of the charges that he made.
And that's what they are, charges.
So I say, if I want the benefit of the presumption of innocence for me, because I am innocent, or for my friends who are being persecuted by Biden fascists, then I got to give it To the people that I don't necessarily agree with.
That's the core of America, isn't it?
That's what was so wonderful about American liberals at one time.
I always respected that, whether when I was a Democrat and a Republican and an Independent!
Liberals would say, the only way you can have the right of free speech is to defend the right of free speech of people you disagree with.
To defend the right of free speech of the people you agree with is easy.
It's the people that annoy you, the people that disagree with you.
Maybe you want to shut them up.
In a true democracy with the rule of law, you don't do that.
But the Bidens do.
And the Harris's do.
She supported, for example, throwing Trump off Twitter in a debate.
And it was Elizabeth Warren.
Who is not as left-wing as Harris?
Harris was a more left-wing senator that corrected her and said, you know, I'm not so sure it's a good idea to throw him off because he may be the next one they throw off.
That's a principal liberal's view, not what they're doing, which is fascist.
So what gives Harris the benefit of the doubt?
He's entitled to it.
And I'll tell you why.
Because this I do know.
I don't know if he's innocent or guilty.
It could be either.
I probably have my own ideas about it as a former prosecutor and the deductions I can make.
But I don't think it's fair for me to share all of that with you because he is entitled to a trial.
However, I'm going to tell you what I'm sure of.
This would not have happened had he not criticized Biden.
I'm going to tell you why.
The guy who came before him, Blasio, no matter what Adams is guilty of, took a lot more money and got away with it.
Obama just let him.
Of course, he was a communist, like Obama was brought up to be.
He really was a communist.
His mother was a communist.
We're not attacking his mother.
She was a communist at Harvard.
Well, they wouldn't put him on some kind of board because she was a member of the Communist Party.
He kind of betrayed what he was by going on his honeymoon to Cuba and then supporting the Sandinistas.
And if you knew his views, he was somewhere to the left of Karl Marx, and he was the worst mayor in New York history.
Adam doesn't even come close.
In fact, if God forbid they remove him, we get Jermaine Williams.
Who's left of... Well, he's about where Harris is and all the crazies.
You know, defund the police.
I mean, before Harris started lying.
Or as Bernie Sanders said, I mean, she had to change her position in order to get elected.
That means she had to lie.
To change your position to get elected means you lie.
Because you're going to go back to them after.
Because she maintains her values.
That's what she told us.
Just for this little stretch of time, she's going to lie.
So, Jermaine Williams wants to defund the police.
They did defund the police.
He probably voted for it.
I mean, it was a billion dollars they took away from the New York City police.
They just turned down, as a corporation counsel for the city, Randy Mastro, who was my former first city mayor, probably one of the best lawyers in New York, and totally qualified, and in many ways apolitical.
He was a Democrat, But I, you know, I employed Democrats because I'm not an asshole like they are.
Nor am I a machine politician or all I wanted to do is do a good job.
And for that, they want to put me in jail for the rest of my life.
You can tell I'm annoyed about that.
Well, I am because I dedicated my life to liberty and to protecting people.
And, um, they're destroying the system that I, that I worked in, believed in.
And I think.
Expanded and improved.
They destroyed it.
So let's use this Adams case to reconstruct it.
Let's give them the benefit of the doubt.
And let's not force them out of office.
They keep saying that, you know, Trump is going to take away democracy.
Like Kelly is, they've taken away democracy.
We have a person running for president on their ticket, hasn't got a single vote.
What's democratic about that?
The guy who has the votes, they've thrown out.
And they all recommended or they tried to have like a voting process.
And that was squelched by the crooked heads of the Democrat Party.
So we have a candidate that was selected by a few people in a back room.
She got the least number of votes in the 2020 primary.
I think you're beginning to see why, the rest of you.
Right.
She seemed like great at the beginning and now she's sinking like a lead balloon.
And, uh, but she, she was not selected by any kind of a democratic process.
She was selected by Fiat, by the bosses, whoever they are, who's running this country.
Cause it's not, uh, Mr. No brains.
I mean, he's really, it's really sick.
So here's what I think about this case.
It has, to explain it to you, this is one shoe that has fallen.
They're investigating foreign donations to the campaign.
I think this indictment, as far as I can tell, focuses a lot on Turkey and intermediaries and foreign contributions.
At the very last minute, a couple of days ago or a week ago, they subpoenaed records of more countries.
I don't remember all of them, but it included China, which is very dangerous, if true.
It included Dubai.
It included, I think, Qatar.
And, I think, Ukraine.
And Kazakhstan.
If those aren't the right ones, it's a group of about five countries, where, again, I guess they're following the same path, which is, were there foreign contributions, which would be illegal?
That's really interesting, because there's a foreign contribution right now much bigger than staring the Biden fascist in the Justice Department.
I mean, like, the lights are going off like this.
Foreign campaign contribution, foreign campaign contribution, big one, big one, big one.
We tried to charge Trump with that, but it turned out to be untrue, and the theory of our case was that he got a contribution from the Russians because they interfered in the campaign.
Zelensky's not interfered in the campaign?
Of course he is.
He came here to talk to the UN, but he really became a surrogate for the Democrat Party, didn't he?
First thing, he just attacked the Republican candidate for of a vice president, called him a radical, went on and explained why he's a radical.
Then, he flew off on an Air Force plane, I don't know who paid for it, to go to a campaign event.
A candidate for the Senate, Democrat, candidate for Congress, a Democrat.
They went to a place where they're making missiles, little Josh Shapiro ran it, the next president.
He thinks after Harris, which ain't gonna happen.
He doesn't have to be present either because there's a lot to find out about him that you don't know.
But like, do we have a little film of that press conference?
Of the press conference with Josh Shapiro or the event with Josh Shapiro in Pennsylvania where they're looking at missiles?
Because I want to show you something quite inappropriate.
But nobody I mean, if a Republican did this, oh my God.
Do we...
I'm going to be signing a U.S.
missile going somewhere, right?
That's a foreign country's war.
Well, that missile will go to Ukraine.
Ukraine's desire is to use it to bomb Russia.
And, of course, they'll bomb military targets, but the collateral damage will be civilians that die.
And he's signing his name to it, like it's a MAGA hat.
What kind of little jackass is he?
And none of the peaceniks reacted to this?
He's signing a missile.
It's like signing a bullet for a gun.
Missiles kill people.
Okay, maybe justified warfare, maybe not.
But you don't celebrate it.
You don't sign it.
Now, I'm telling you, it doesn't really bother me that much.
I just know the damn left would go crazy if, God forbid, J.D.
Vance did that, or Trump did that, or I did that.
They go crazy.
They say we were insensitive.
We didn't care about death.
We didn't care about what was going to happen with that missile.
And that missile may land on the top of a little old lady and a kid in Russia who's totally innocent and against the war.
I mean, I got to be that a good percentage of Russia is against the war.
It's Putin's war.
And you even know it from the soldiers who are not fighting it with great enthusiasm.
You know, Ukraine isn't either.
You know, they only It's got to be 26 or over to be taken in.
There's a lot of loss of morale after they couldn't really push.
They've been trying to push Russia back now for two years and they can't do it.
So I don't know how that little gets away with that.
But that guy was right in the middle of all the miracle of Pennsylvania.
It was mathematically impossible.
I was told by mathematicians at the time and after that it was impossible to overcome this 800 vote lead Trump had.
Mathematically impossible.
Unless you created new votes.
And well, they kept counting.
Counting.
And counting.
And counting.
Wouldn't let Republicans see any of the ballots.
700,000 that I can document.
Well, let me see the ballots.
And they counted long enough until Biden won.
Then they closed the books.
Well, he won.
He was in charge of that.
He was Attorney General.
He was in charge of all those sneaky changes in the law that are probably grossly unconstitutional.
Some of it have been reversed since then in order to fix the election.
But he's their candidate.
They think.
Of course, if Kamala, cackling Kamala, wins, God forbid, he'll have to wait a long time to be president.
Eight years plus.
By then, he might even be shorter.
Do you know nobody his size has ever been, has been president since Madison?
Oh.
Yeah, yeah.
Most presidents are 5'11", up to the tallest President Lincoln.
And the second tallest.
Who's that?
The second tallest president, I'm gonna guess, is Donald J. Trump.
You're damn right.
100%, yeah.
Second tallest president.
And J.D.
Vance, who they claim is 5'7", is only a half inch shorter.
I was gonna say, he's very tall.
I saw him for the first time.
Yeah, and surprisingly tall, right?
Yeah, yes.
He's standing.
Weren't you surprised when you saw how tall he was?
Yes.
Yes, I was.
But, you know, they keep saying he's 5'7".
Little of it.
I don't know if I'd call him Little J.D.
He looks like he's in pretty good shape.
Yeah, he's a Marine.
I think I'm gonna whack you around.
Yeah.
It sounds to me like he might be capable of it, too.
So, I believe that Adams has been singled out for the lawfare treatment, innocent or guilty, by the crooked Attorney General and the unbelievably crooked President.
And his minions, I think it started when he began criticizing Biden because of all the people in the Democrat party, he's been the most critical.
And maybe I didn't even appreciate it at the time because I thought it should be even more critical, right?
Because I, I think the guy isn't even worthy of respect.
I think he's a despicable human being.
I mean, he likes little children to touch the hair on his legs.
He, um, He told us he didn't do anything when his son said he's a danger to the children in the house.
He has never met with his last granddaughter.
That's a really bad person.
But in any event, he said some, as I went back over it, I realized White House, it would be one of those things where Adams would be saying this and then the staff would be coming in and telling half a brain that Adams is criticizing him.
Or whoever runs the place would know he's criticizing.
And then he went and got a couple of other mayors to criticize with him, and they set up a meeting at the White House.
And Adams was quite vocal about that, right?
Ted, do you remember?
You remember it as if it was yesterday, right?
And he had a press conference.
I'm going to go down with the other mayors.
And it wasn't particularly nasty or anything.
It was, I think, I think, in a way, there's a naive quality to him.
And he thought he was gonna talk him into it.
I mean, I knew they were gonna slap him in the face.
I think they'd get him in jail, though.
And, well, before he got into the White House, got to Washington, they went and raided his chief fundraiser.
It was the first raid.
Now, I don't know if this case really needs raids, but it's just like what they, you know, did to the Republicans with the, uh, With the guys dressed up like stormtroopers and telling CNN until they could film the raid on Roger Stone.
I mean, nobody gets upset about that.
I mean, it doesn't tell you what they're all about.
So they raided him, and Adams was all excited about it.
He's going to get his chance to talk to Biden with the two other mayors, and he gets a call.
Your number one fundraiser, who he was very close to.
Her house is being ripped apart by the FBI.
He claims he wasn't nervous, he didn't care, really didn't worry about it, except he turned right around, forgot the meeting, and came back to New York.
Because he was scared shitless, that's why.
You could see it on his face.
I mean, I threw this on both sides.
I had it happen to me.
Now, why won't I condemn him?
Because they did the same thing to me.
Remember?
They raided my house at 5.30, 6 o'clock in the morning.
No stormtroopers, thank God.
And very nice guys and women.
I will say that.
Very gentlemanly.
And they were somewhat deferential.
After all, I was the FBI's man of the year just a few years ago.
And I probably prosecuted their most important cases in the 20th century.
For which they get a lot of the credit.
Including breaking into all those mafia places and wiring them for me.
But Um, they had to carry out their duty that was signed by a federal magistrate.
And then the most extraordinary thing is they raided my law office, uh, because they wanted to get any dirt they could get on Donald Trump.
Uh, not considering the fact that I, the privacy rights of my other clients, they ruined my law practice.
I mean, just ruined it.
Uh, of course they also are very much behind the disbarment proceedings.
One of them is the Deep State Bar Association in the District of Columbia.
And the other is the New York Bar Association that has taken position on judges, conservative, liberal, and whatever.
It would make you go crazy.
And of course, sits by and tolerates a completely corrupt judicial system in New York.
It's a completely corrupt judicial system.
The appointments are in the hands of the five county leaders.
Four of which are Democrat machine politicians.
Adams comes out of the Brooklyn machine.
If there are any problems with Adams, it'll be stuff he learned in Brooklyn politics, which take kickbacks, because a disproportionate number of them do.
The ones that I prosecuted were making millions, and the county leaders are messing it around.
Including the guy who committed suicide who was alleged to have gotten $100,000 of judgeship.
The reason is they put the judges on the ballot.
You don't get on the ballot, you can't be a judge.
If you have the Democrat nomination, in most places you're not even opposed.
Engelmoron, for example, who conducted that awful un-American trial of Donald Trump, has been elected three times in an un-American way.
How can you get elected three times with no opposition if you don't live in a dictatorship?
He's a judge because of the Democratic county leader in New York, who right now is the son of another maniac Democrat.
Let him lose Bruce, the judge that was the bane of Ed Koch's existence, but for letting criminals go free, who did a great deal of damage to our innocent people in New York.
This guy's his son.
And he's a Democrat machine politician.
And when you get selected by him or his little group around him, you better rule for the Democratic Party or you're going to get re-nominated.
Forget it.
You're never going to move up.
Put you on the civil court.
They'll never move you up to the Supreme Court.
Just get rid of you.
Meanwhile, the other one, whose daughter got 500 grand from From the Harris campaign after he framed Trump.
I mean, they don't even report this stuff.
It's ridiculous.
His daughter got 500 grand from the Harris campaign.
And he gave Trump a trial that is astounding.
He even varied the rule of unanimous verdict in a criminal trial.

Today was Ukraine Day, and little Zelensky went to the White House to sell Biden and Harris on his game plan.
But even before he got there, it was made clear that the Biden people are not going to buy it.
So I don't know what the meeting was about.
He woke up this morning He woke up this morning to the headlines in the Wall Street Journal.
U.S.
is skeptical of Ukraine's victory plans.
This is before the meeting.
I don't know if I'd want to go into it.
I mean, they're sending a message by leaking.
You don't have a chance.
Son of the crook.
Well, he's sort of like the godson of the crook.
Kolomoisky, Kolomoisky made him, and Kolomoisky, one of the biggest brooks in Ukraine, one of the biggest organized criminals, hated by the World Banking Association for all of his laundering, not allowed to come back to Ukraine until Little Zelensky got elected.
Little Zelensky got elected, and the guy made him, Kolomoisky, who did all the money laundering, made him a millionaire, multimillionaire.
Put him on that stupid television show that he had, and funded his campaign for president.
So he let him back in.
And also, Zelensky, who stole billions from Burisma, and was under very serious investigation, including targeted by our State Department, under Obama, because they weren't paying attention to what Biden was doing.
Burisma got away with it completely.
He stole billions and got away with it.
Why?
Because Biden put in the bribe for him with Poroshenko.
So all of that, Zelensky has.
He's got all the records.
He's got the tape recordings.
He's got the conversations between Poroshenko and Biden, four of them.
The day that Burisma was raided, that day or the day after, Poroshenko The President of Ukraine and the Vice President of the United States had a one-hour conversation.
I wonder what they were talking about.
And then in the next two weeks, they had more conversations than they had in eight years.
In that little period.
It's the key period in the RICO case that I always wanted to prosecute.
That would be February of 2020.

So he was using your money to extort Poroshenko.
Poroshenko didn't want to fire his friend Shogun.
They were friends.
Plenty of evidence of that.
And there are four recordings that the White House has of Biden and Poroshenko doing the bribe.
They won't release it.

Zelenko has a file, about half of which I've seen, which will provide you, at least if the file is correct, with the Biden foreign bank accounts.

There's a woman and several of them in Ukraine that claim to have the numbers of those bank accounts.
Zelensky can make those available.
Zelensky is covering up probably the biggest crime at the highest levels of both our governments.
He's also covering up a lot of crimes by Ukrainians, like his former president, who he's got a complete case on.
Who took a massive multi-million dollar bribe ranging from 50 to 100 million over a period of time.
And Poroshenko was a massive crook.
That's the guy he defeated 70-30 because everybody in Ukraine knew he was a crook.
Except he's going scot-free.
Zelensky's keeping all the files.
He's got them all in here like that.
That's what crooks do, they put the files in there.
So you think that he doesn't use that with Biden?
Subtly?
Maybe not so subtly.
You know, the stuff Giuliani doesn't have, I have, crook.
They got him by the shorthairs.
And so does Russia.
Which is why Ukraine is in a no-win position here.
So he goes there, really, he's got a plan to win the war.
And Blinken announces today that he still believes that Ukraine can win the war.
They don't care how many people they get killed, do they?
They cannot win the war.
They can't win the war because Biden won't let them.
And maybe that's a sensible decision.
I'm not saying that it isn't because it could lead to a world war.
But the end result for the people of Ukraine, a war without end.
Which, you say, well why would they want that?
Because it's money without end.
Do you think they're taking... You think they're, as they say on The Godfather, you think the crooks around Biden and the crooks around Zelensky, in a country that's considered the second most corrupt in the world, didn't change.
Didn't magically change and become an honest country.
You think the crooks around the two aren't wetting their beak, as they say in the Godfather?
Oh, no, no.
No, they couldn't be, because a lot of the money is going through the American military-industrial complex.
And that means it's like going through the Catholic Church.
Oh, but wait a second, the Vatican Bank.
I forgot about that.
Maybe I shouldn't use the Catholic Church.
And maybe we shouldn't use the American military complex.
Wasn't it Eisenhower who warned us about them?
Yeah.
You think there's ever any kickbacks in those massive overpriced defense contracts?
This is essentially what Adams is dealing with.
Adams is dealing with also, and I have no doubt that crimes were committed around him.
My question is, was he involved?
And maybe I'm more sympathetic than I would be because they raided me.
They raided my office.
Every one of the scumbag press wrote, oh, where there's smoke, there's fire.
Giuliani must be guilty.
I led my whole life fighting crime.
I dedicated my life to it.
I tried very, very hard to live up to every ethical rule there was.
I check and check and check and check and check.
Everybody who's around me would tell you that.
And they raid my apartment.
And they raid my law office, which they never should have done.
And a whole press is gleeful that I'm going to get prosecuted.
I'm convicted just by the fact that the FBI wouldn't do that unless they had a tremendous amount of evidence.
A year and a half later, and I got them to write this letter, which got very little attention in the press, about that much.
The raid got that much attention.
And they wrote to the grand jury, uh, we've completed our investigation.
We don't have any probable cause that Giuliani committed any crime.
Any crime.
I got to tell you, they went back 20 years.
Ruined my business.
No crime.
So if they didn't have probable cause two years later or a year and a half later, what happened to the probable cause they had to raid me?
Maybe they never had it in the first place and it was an illegal warrant approved by the crooked Attorney General.

He goes to a press conference with a Democrat candidate for Senate, the House, and one of the leading Democrats in the country, in which they excluded Republicans.
You don't see a Republican around.
Well, let's see what happens.
