Good evening, this is Rudy Giuliani and this is the Rudy Giuliani Show on Frank's Beach.
And I thank you very much for looking in on us.
I am in Miami.
There's a dinner tonight that I'll be participating in, but in any event, it reminds me of my trips down here, political trips down here, because I've done a lot of political activity in Florida.
Most recently, of course, for President Trump, but for Rick Scott, from Senator Rubio.
Well, this whole assassination situation is, to me, just raising more and more questions about what's behind this.
It just doesn't make sense to me that within a short period of time, Two different people that we know very little about, maybe on purpose, but this one we know more about actually, decided they wanted to kill him.
And I think his statement basically that this has been caused by Biden and Harris is absolutely appropriate.
Well, let's face it.
I don't know if you can dispute this.
He's the most demonized figure in American political life.
For the least reasons.
Except for these phony charges against him.
The man has a clean record.
I know him to be an honest man.
As the mayor of New York and the U.S.
Attorney in that district.
I can tell you the crooks and the ones that aren't, and I can also tell you the ones who fool around in politics and the ones who don't.
I would say that in all the time that I was involved with him, he never ever put pressure on me to do anything, even though he raised a lot of money for me.
Ever!
And when I turned him down for the biggest project, what eventually became the building CNN was in for the longest time, very strangely, at Columbus Circle, He didn't complain.
All the others did that I turned down.
Every single one of the five that were the final bidders were contributors to me.
Steve Ross won the bid based on a committee that I put together to decide not so much even on the design because they were all beautiful.
And they were hard to tell apart and the amount of money they were bidding was within a very, very, um, you know, within 5% of each other that I said, let's take a look and see which of these, um, will enhance the tax value of the surrounding area the most.
And that's the study that they did for me.
So it included an architect, uh, it included economists and a couple of other people.
And they, um, We're pretty certain that the one submitted by Steve Ross was the best.
And then I selected them.
Never complained.
I said a few of the others did.
And then when the ceremony was held to open the new building, which was two towers, it's quite, quite beautiful.
I mean, it's a beautiful building on the server.
He put on the top of his Trump tower, which is across the street, Trump, meaning his building, has a better view.
And you could see it from the new building.
That's the only thing he did.
And he's never once, even afterwards, said, oh, chief, what did you do that for?
You know, my design was better even, or something like that.
So I know him to be an honest man.
And he doesn't take advantage of the laws.
To the extent that they, you know, will help him.
But just what they've done to him is ridiculous.
So President Trump the other day said their rhetoric is causing me to be shot at.
When I am the one who is going to save the country and they are the ones that are destroying the country.
Both from the inside and the outside.
Trump pointed out that Ryan, Wesley, or Ruth, Roth, Ruth, using nearly identical language to Biden and Harris about the ex-president posing a threat to American democracy.
These are people that want to destroy our country.
It is called the enemy from within.
They're the real threat.
So, um, the.
This is someone who has bought their threat.
In other words, remember when Gabby Gifford was shot, when eight people, nine people were killed along with her, and they attacked immediately Sarah Palin because she had sent out something, and it was quite some time before this, targeting this This area, this district, with a bullseye on it, to focus on as a swing district.
And then they said this is what caused the guy to do it.
You can make no connection with the guy.
The guy never saw it, never had it, wasn't aware of it.
This guy is very aware of it.
He's very aware of it and repeats it over and over.
And so this is a guy they were stoking.
This is totally ridiculous to say that there's no connection.
This is a proven connection.
Now, this is completely disingenuous for people who are claiming that he's responsible for what happened to the Capitol by words that were not anything like what they're saying.
In fact, he has words contrary.
Go to the Capitol patriotically and peacefully, which they leave out.
David Weir left it out when he quoted it at that phony debate, fixed debate.
So I would say that these constant attacks on him, Certainly created the atmosphere in which this guy, who may or may not be, I don't know his mental state, I do know he has come to despise Trump for entirely irrational reasons that coincide with their almost traitorous behavior.
He was very upset when Trump Got out of the nuclear treaty, which was very much against the interest of the United States, and was squeezing Iran to the point of starvation to get rid of the reign of terror.
He's a big supporter of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is the biggest sponsor of terrorism in the world.
He also is out of control on the subject.
Reminds me of Lee Harvey Oswald, who, before he killed John Kennedy, traveled to Russia and Cuba.
And, of course, that has always raised a suspicion.
Did they have something to do with it?
Did Russia have something to do with it?
Did Cuba have something to do with it?
It's still not resolved because they never did a definitive investigation of the person with the biggest motive.
Who had the biggest motive to kill John F. Kennedy?
Nice and personal.
Lyndon Johnson never would have been president without Kennedy dying.
He might have been thrown off the ticket.
A thorough investigation of Johnson was necessary and said, through J. Edgar Hoover and others, he fixed that commission investigation.
Not to say that he did it, just to say he wasn't properly investigated so that you can exclude him.
My training as an investigator is That one of the people on your suspect list has to be the person with the biggest motive.
Who gains the most from the death of this person?
And the person who gains the most goes from being a babbling idiot to President of the United States totally unqualified and totally ridiculous and very much a part of the communist plan is a cackling camel and before that Biden.
So is there any connection?
And are they using these words to create an Epstein where they don't have to do the deed?
But it's quite apparent to everyone.
We all know it in the Secret Service has, you know, documents on this, as does the FBI, both of which has been used as goon squads for them.
You just know where the most threats are.
And you give them inadequate security.
So here, the inadequate security was the fact that that area, now let's take a look at number one, guys.
This picture will show you an overview of the golf course.
So looking at it, you see the green circle, that's the clubhouse.
And if you go down with your eyes to Summit Boulevard and go off to the longer part of it, I guess it would be to your right.
So you take Summit Boulevard to that little corner there.
That's beautiful.
Thank you.
That little corner there is where all the activity took place.
That's the corner of Congress and Summit.
And the potential murderer was on Summit.
I think you can see rather clearly on that, you can't park on that street without being an obstruction to the traffic.
I want you to look at it there.
Neither street has places for parking.
This guy was parked there for 12 and a half hours.
So that if you just had not massive perimeter security, which theoretically, according to the sheriff, he would have had were he president, but he wasn't given presidential security.
You've had a lot of people outside.
Just a car going by every hour would have picked this guy up.
He would have stuck out like a sore thumb.
His car would have been blocking traffic on summit.
Because he was right there.
The hole that you're looking at is the sixth hole.
Now, if we look at the next one, I think, we'll see the whole view.
There's the whole view.
That's good.
We can stay with that.
If you look up at the top, that green is the fifth hole.
Now, so when this all happened, And the guy was discovered.
Trump was on the fifth hole, either putting it or finishing it.
A Secret Service agent had gone out ahead, as they normally do, to scout the next hole, which is the sixth hole.
That's the elongated one along the water.
Now, to the right of it, You can see it.
That's Congress.
South Congress.
And it's coming down to an intersection with Summit.
The guy is right in that little corner at the bottom.
If you look carefully and you have good eyes, you'll see something that's not green.
Well, that's probably where he was.
So if you just draw a line from that, To the fairway.
You get an idea of the area in which he would have had a clean shot at Trump, which would have been after Trump teed off, either when he's taking his second shot, might have had a shot at him there because he hits the ball long enough to be up fairly close, or he certainly would have had a shot at him when he had to walk past there to get to the green.
He was foiled by a Secret Service agent out in front, where, who's walking on that green.
And at some point, had to be pretty close to see it, I would think, he sees a gun that is poked through the fence.
And that's when he, after some, a little more examination of it or whatever, he shoots.
And the guy takes off.
And a very, very smart citizen takes a picture.
As I said, the car would be obvious because it's a street that is very, very heavily trafficked.
Fast cars going along, as you saw, I think, and without parking.
Now, why that area?
Wasn't over all these years ever covered and fixed is another one of these things that the Secret Service can't explain.
I don't understand how you can provide security for someone, which I used to do as a business, if you're not doing perimeter security.
Particularly when it is possible to kill you from the outside.
You do perimeter security if somebody is in a house.
Just to see what's going on outside.
Because it could give you a prediction or a hint of what might be happening.
Or somebody shooting in the windows.
But here there were numerous spots where you'd get a shot at the president from the outside.
Evidenced by the fact that photographers do that.
There was an article in one of the papers today, I don't know, oh, I guess the Post, in which the photographers can snag photos of Trump shockingly easily with one noting dozens of covert gabs in the thick brush around the border.
Now, I would say I'm a little bit That may be a little overstated.
What would you call it?
The trees and shrubs and everything else around most of the golf course is very heavy.
You're not going to be able from the outside at the fence to shoot in.
Now, that particular area that we were looking at from the fifth To the sixth hole, which runs along South Congress, is probably the most exposed, both along South Congress and then when it makes the turn to Summit.
So he knew the best place to do it.
I will tell you, when I heard that a guy was found that either shot at him or was shot at or whatever, I immediately knew where it was, right?
Right, Ted?
My first map is just about exactly correct.
Now, the Secret Service has known this for years and never fixed it.
I mean, I don't understand.
I do understand that he's not the president, but the reality is you can't use that.
The security that is provided by professionals is based on a security study.
And you look at the risk and you cover it in order to keep the guy alive.
They don't seem to be terribly interested in that.
I mean, they make so many mistakes.
It sounds like they're being very cavalier with his life.
Not just incompetent, but cavalier with his life.
And of course, they are run by The Biden regime.
And they've done things that are very questionable for the Biden regime.
The second thing is the investigation of this is being given to a police organization that has attempted to frame him for crimes that he didn't commit.
Please, there's no dispute about Russian collusion.
There's no dispute about the fact that they covered up the hard drive.
No dispute.
I mean, it's amazing, but the American people should be shocked over this.
But the press creates such a euphemism about it that it's hard to pick up what Hillary Clinton and all of them, Obama, Biden, who are all aware of it, what they did with Russian collusion is one of the worst crimes in the history of our country.
They eventually used it to try to unseat a lawfully elected president with False.
Purchased.
Evidence.
And because it was Donald Trump, it was okay.
And then when overwhelming evidence of a life of crime came out about the Biden family, they covered it up for, well, actually, they had it for a year before I revealed it.
And then they covered it up.
Finally, it was 17 months later that they verified it.
And stopped going around saying that we were Russian spies, that Donald Trump and I were Russian spies.
So, a group capable of doing that, capable of framing a sitting president, impeaching him on what they know is false testimony, of covering up unbelievably powerful evidence of massive criminality, Covering up his clear dimension so that we have a president unfit for office.
Are they capable of plotting worse than that?
I'm asking the question, are they capable of it?
Or are they capable of sitting back and hoping that by cutting back on the security, the And having done such a great job of demonizing him for years and invested millions in creating a picture of him that is beyond any reality.
And here, this guy bought the whole thing.
I mean, he wrote a book in which he advocated that Iran should kill Trump.
He and his wife.
Quite a marriage.
We'll be back very shortly.

Well, I mean, Biden was incapable of it and Kamala is just thoroughly dishonest.
The invitations of his being a Hitler.
His being a person to take away democracy.
Those are the things that are used as justification for murder.
I mean, many people have surmised that it might have been better to kill Hitler in the early 30s, late 20s, early 30s, before he, you know, it'd be one life taken and six million Jews and six million others that he slaughtered alive.
I'm talking just about the snip.
Now, they certainly have created an atmosphere like that.
This is very recent.
I think this is after they attempted to kill him in Butler County.
And this comes from the Lincoln Project, which is an insane group of Republicans who completely despise him and are supporting Kamala.
And it reads as follows.
Hitler's power wasn't taken, it was given.
And once he had control, he enacted his horrifying dictatorial agenda.
The same dynamic is at play with Trump.
And they put it out with a picture of Hitler.
Now, somebody like a Roth would, this would incite him.
This is what he's writing in his books.
That Trump is a Hitler, or that Trump is a dictator.
Well, you don't have to surmise it, because here's Kamala Harris, when it was still the Biden-Harris campaign, right here.

Donald Trump wants to turn our democracy into a dictatorship.
Before he takes over all of America and makes us all into slaves, should you kill him?
And there's no connection between that and this guy who keeps repeating these things?
But there is a connection between Trump and the insurrection that never happened?

Let's also listen to Lester Holt.
Because it's also the media playthings, the ones they own, the corrupt media people who incite people like this.

Today's apparent assassination attempt comes amid increasingly fierce rhetoric on the campaign trail itself.
Mr. Trump is running mate.
J.D.
Vance continue to make baseless claims about Haitian immigrants in Ohio.
I mean, they're not baseless.
They're based on allegations that were made by people that this happened.
They're also based upon a knowledge of the Haitian culture.
They sacrifice animals.
That happens all over Haiti.
And dogs and cats are among them.
Now, they kill animals for two purposes.
Domestic animals, as well as they're stealing ducks and geese out of the pond.
Because back in Haiti, they're starving.
One understands that, I guess.
But they also take them in order to sacrifice them in voodoo services.
They use their blood.
And they use it for good luck, and they use it for hexes, and they use it for a lot of different things.
So, I don't know, read about voodoo and read about how prevalent it is.
Like Santeria is in some of the South, or the Caribbean countries, where they also kill animals.
They kill them for sacrifice.
Maybe even larger numbers.
I don't know if they eat them.
But this is not a baseless allegation.
Now, it had a good effect.
People were getting killed from crazy driving, insane, reckless, criminally reckless driving in Haiti, by Haitians, in Springfield.
And everybody was ignoring it, including DeWine, the useless governor.
As a result of the focus on it, we found out that an 11-year-old girl was killed in a bus when the Haitian went smack into the bus with the car, because the Haitian didn't know how to drive, but got a license anyway, because the Biden-Harris administration and Governor Feliz Navidad made it available.
And then there's another one, there's another one where a 67, 68 year old woman
was killed right before Christmas while she was putting out her trash by a car driven again by
a Haitian who didn't know how to drive but had a license, never took a test and killed him.
And these apparently are at what was described by rather sissified DeWine, who hardly was running tough, as an emergency.
And he sent the troopers there to protect the lives of the people of Springfield.
Of course you're going to have issues here.
This is a place with a population of a little under 60,000 and they sent in 20,000 Haitians, apparently some significant number of which coming out of a different century, a different level of civilization or lack thereof.
That isn't their fault, I guess, you know.
That's like totally unthinking with regard to them and what they can handle.
And what they can do in Haiti, they go grab animals and sacrifice them.
Here in America, they're gonna grab animals and sacrifice.
In Haiti, if they're hungry, they go take somebody's, or they go to the public pond and take the geese and they eat them.
And they eat dogs and cats in Haiti.
Some, not all.
We have a really wonderful Haitian population in New York.
Nothing is ever that simple that everybody does, but these allegations really are just part of the big picture of how a great many towns in America are being ruined by Biden and Harris, allowing considerably in excess of 10 million illegals, aliens to come in, none of whom are properly vetted.
Many of whom weren't vetted at all.
And when I say 10 million plus, I have no idea how many came in that they didn't see.
They have no idea how many that came in that they didn't see because they didn't see them.
But it is true in this immigration crime that goes on.
The cartels, even before they were as powerful as they are now, would bring people over undetected.
Particularly while the Border Patrol was very, very tied up with these big influx of people who would leave large portions of the border unprotected.
And that's the way they'd bring over the most dangerous criminals.
Or the biggest amounts of drugs, in this case, fentanyl.
Which is killing us in records that are catastrophic.
China is, in essence, killing us without having to go to war with us.
And making a fortune at it.
So I don't know what makes the Democrats think they can just go ahead and engage in this hate speech without consequence.
Well, I know what it is, you know what it is, right?
The media is completely corrupt, and they engage in the same thing like at Lester Holt.
Let's listen to Rachel Vindman, who has indicated how much hate speech this is with this tweet because she took it down.
Let's listen to it.
Let's view it.

No ears were harmed.

So she tweeted this out, or ex-posted it out, after news broke about what happened this weekend at the golf course.
This was her response to what happened at the golf course.
Her husband was the liar.
Involved in the quid pro quo theoretical bribery to Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, who says it never happened, when in fact Biden actually was involved in a bribe to the prior president, Poroshenko, and it's on tape and corroborated 60 ways to Sunday.
Her husband is the piece of crap.
That lied about that, and no one talks about him anymore because he's been disproven.
But she's also obviously either a knowing supporter of these crazy people, these communists, or she's an unknowing supporter.
Now also, you know, The Democrats who want to go after Trump over January 6th for saying, go to the Capitol peacefully and patriotically.
And actually, some of the really crooked ones like the Secretary of State of Michigan have taken him off the ballot on their conclusion that he incited an insurrection with the words that he didn't use.
Well if he was inciting an insurrection, let's listen to Schumer now.
If he was signing insurrection by saying go to the Capitol peacefully and politically
or whatever, patriotically, exactly what was Schumer doing when he said this in front of,
or he said this with regard to a justices of the Supreme Court?
And they're taking away fundamental rights.
I wanna tell you, Gorsuch, I wanna tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind
and you will pay the price.
You won't know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.
Well, was it sometime thereafter that a man was caught, thank God, who wanted to kill
a woman?
I was prepared to kill Justice Kavanaugh.
Nobody made anything of that.
That's fine.
I mean, there's no connection between the most direct incitement to violence and murder if it's a Democrat.
But if it's a Republican, if they think they winked, there's a connection.
And they'll even make up the violence.
Now let's look at a Democrat ad on Twitter calling Trump a threat.
Here's what he said.

It is Mary L Trump who is very very much estranged from her father and a democrat now
and contributing to the democracy defense fund
With every passing day, another Donald presidency is becoming more of a threat.
If he becomes president, he could make his criminal cases disappear.
We can't let that happen.
Can I count on your support to defeat Donald once and for all by contributing to Democracy Defense Fund?
The atmosphere is toxic.
The justice system will not save us from Donald Trump.
Stopping him is entirely up to us.
That can be read as quite incendiary.
The justice system will not save us from Donald Trump.
Basically they're saying, Our laws, we cannot stop them.
It is up to us.
That's one way to interpret that.
It can certainly be much more easily interpreted that way than the kinds of things that they've held Trump and all of us responsible for.
Exactly.
Save us?
They need saving from Donald Trump?
They're basically saying, The justice system as it is.
This is just another way that they're bastardizing our system of justice anyway.
So I would say that his statement that they are causing or certainly contributing to the very unusual circumstance that two people have attempted to kill him in the last month and they're not Attempting to kill anyone else.
It's him.
And he's the one that's been demonized the most, by far, by them.
And they've been chasing him with false charges, with four criminal cases in one year, things that aren't crimes for other people.
I mean, it's one after another, after another.
And they've got to be held accountable for this.
And then you look at the Secret Service and you look at the gaps in security and you have to be concerned that that's on purpose.
They can't be that stupid not to cover an area that's right above pointing right down at them or a gap in the exterior of the golf course that does bring someone within two to three hundred yards of him.
And they've known it for quite some time and done nothing about it.
So you get a guy like this who wrote a book a few years ago with his equally maniacal wife.
Here he is right here.
That's him and his equally maniacal wife.
I guess younger.
He looks decrepit now.
And they, in the book, advocate for killing Donald Trump.
And they do it because he's going to take democracy away from people.
The reality is that he is aligned with two foreign causes.
Right?
He's very heavily aligned with Ukraine over the top to the extent that the Ukrainians basically didn't want to take him because they thought he was too much of a zealot.
Uh, the woman there, uh, whose name Walsh says she was frightened by him and the things that he said, and she reported him when she came back as a security threat.
And of the ones that she had noted, he was the worst.
Plenty of warnings about him, including his book.
But no one, no one, uh, like, um, no one was watching out for him.
Watching out outside, knowing that you could get within very close proximity to the guy who had almost been killed a couple weeks before.
It just leaves open questions that their failure to respond and the fact that we're not going to get a report on the first absolutely botched security situation until December just makes you wonder, is this the plan I mean, it was Russian collusion.
Then it was covering up the hard drive.
Then it was printing up paper ballots.
On and on and on.
Well, none of that.
And then indicting him four times and he got more popular.
That could really scare you that there's no there's no other way out of this.
Right.

One would think over the last couple of days that the only news is what happened at Mar- at Mar-a-Lago, and I would say this is getting more attention than the first one, which went away so fast.
And it really surprised me because, of course, it was the first attempt to kill a president or presidential candidate in 43
years. This is rather unusual conduct and and the target of it is the guy that is the most focused on
a negatively candidate. You know, someone did a study of ABC and well over 90 percent of
their coverage of Trump is very negative and only about eight percent of their coverage of of Harris or
Biden. I mean to dispute the fact that they're prejudiced is to just indicate that you're
stupid or you're brainwashed.
You're among the group that got affected by it.
And hopefully you're not going to be like Ryan Wesley, Ruth, Roth, Ruth, Route, whatever the hell his name is.
But he sure went wacky and just keeps repeating the propaganda of the communists that run the country right now.
And this hatred, this irrational hatred Also, not that anybody would care, but he also advocated killing Putin.
I guess he likes killing.
In that book that he wrote, which was self-published with his wife as manager at Old Navy, which doesn't really provide you with significant balance.
And a great education in foreign policy.

And that was one of many indications that the Secret Service, the FBI, had gotten warnings about him.
It's a period of time where he was arrested so often it's hard to even count.
His neighbors were kind of split.
One neighbor said the usual, he seemed like a nice guy.
Another one said he was a complete whack job.
And one was shocked that he did it and one Said it kind of fit with the way the guy acted and behaved.
Remember, nobody paid any attention to this.
On Monday, the guy who was going to come into New York and kill Trump, Asif Mirshad, not guilty, An attempt to commit terrorism across national boundaries and one count of murder to hire before US Magistrate Judge Robert Levy in Brooklyn.
And the defendant had named Donald Trump as a potential target.
That would have been a Pakistani man with ties to Iran.
And remember, Iran was caught just a few days before the first attempt on Trump's life.
With a plan to kill him.
So here you have a guy who is close to Iran, very, very strong affinity, which is very, very strange to have it, with Iran that wants to kill him to get even over Soleimani.
I don't know if he was connected with them or not.
I have no idea.
I don't know if he was connected with certain Ukrainian forces.
Here's what you gotta wake up to.
Slap, slap across the face so you grow up.
Ukraine has a lot of wonderful people and what's happening to them is unconscionable.
Ukraine has a lot of crooks and the crooks are making a lot of money on the military arms and things like that.
200 billion is not all going to the front.
And it ain't gonna happen in a country with all those oligarchs who have very, very strong, corrupt relationships with American politicians and the American military-industrial complex.
And when McConnell says, oh, you don't have to worry about the money, it's going to the American military-industrial complex, I ask him, has he ever read about Dwight Eisenhower, who first warned us about the nature of it, and it's much worse now.
That's where a lot of the money gets whacked up with Ukraine.
And particularly if you can get a war without end.
They just overlooked the fact that they've announced today that a million people have died.
