Good evening.
This is Rudy Giuliani and this is the Rudy Giuliani Show.
And we're here today after the September 11th anniversary.
And for me, it's always a very kind of a strange day because yesterday is emotion filled.
Last night after we had our show, I went to a dinner with all of the people that helped me.
through September 11.
In other words, for all the people that work for New York City, and a few of them from the state and the federal government, but people who work 24 hours a day for four months, some of them having gotten ill, a few have gone, have passed away, and some from 9-11 injuries.
Chief Esposito being the most recent, he was the chief of the police department.
I believe the longest serving chief of the New York Police Department.
When I say chief of the police department, you may be confused, because then I say commissioner of the police department.
And I talk about, I had three.
Bill Bratton, Howard Safer, and Bernie Carrick.
Bernie was the one on 9-11.
And you'll also hear me talk about Ray Kelly, because he was Mike Bloomberg's police commissioner for many, many years, and a very fine one.
But they were commissioners.
The New York City Police Department is run, like the military, by a civilian.
So when you become police commissioner, even if you're a police officer, you have to retire, get rid of the uniform, you have to wear a suit.
And so does the deputy police commissioner and the police commissioner's staff.
This goes way back to the most famous police commissioner.
And who was that?
Who was the most famous police commissioner of New York City?
Everyone knows him.
I believe I have a statue of him I'm looking at.
Yes.
I want to give one a chance to answer.
It's Teddy Roosevelt.
Yes.
It's right there.

Teddy Roosevelt was the, uh, I think the youngest governor of New York.
He was the youngest president of the United States, even younger than John Kennedy, but not elected.
There he is.
There's Teddy, a great Republican.
Boy, I know where he'd be today.
Trump, you can use this guy, I'll tell you.
There he is.
Teddy, Teddy, Teddy.
He was a great police commissioner.
But at that time, he was the commissioner and they had a commission.
I've forgotten if it was three or five people and he was the head of it and then Then they had a uniformed department, like we have Secretary of Defense, right?
And then we have the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
He's the chief uniformed officer.
The police department, we have the police commissioner, his staff, which includes the deputy police commissioner, analytics, budgets, all that stuff.
And then we have the chief of the department.
He is the highest ranking uniformed officer, you know, the star is going off the shoulder for.
And that was Chief Esposito, who was a close friend of mine until the day he passed away about a year ago, and was the chief on September 11.
And he was the one that notified me when he yelled, the tower is down.
And when he did it, I thought he was talking about the top of the World Trade Center, the tower at the top of the World Trade Center.
I did not think he meant, I don't know if he knew he meant, I don't think he did, that the whole Billy had imploded.
We were trapped in a building.
We couldn't see what happened.
We could just feel it.
And it felt like an earthquake.
So again, my greatest respect to all the people I was with last night who are representative of the thousands and thousands of people who helped us and who are the reason why we were able to bring some success out of that terrible, terrible tragedy.
And there goes my earpiece.
Because this is too big and my ear is too little, or my ear is too big and this is too little, or who knows what.
I have a question.
It's what's called a rhetorical question.
You don't have to answer it.
Do we have a president?
Flippity Gibbet is a funny face.
I call, you know, silly girl.
The one who was going, every time Trump would say something.
She reminds me of a couple of jackass lawyers that I remember had to get thrown out of court because they would do that with juries.
Maybe they asked a question on the bar exam.
Should you make funny, stupid faces in front of juries?
And she answered yes, and that's why she failed.
Could be.
You never know.
But she's off making a prepared speech somewhere, certainly not answering questions of the press.
Trump just concluded one in Arizona, which was excellent, actually.
Uh, and you know, laying out what he's going to do in, in about as much detail as you can do in a speech.
I mean, you can't spend, some of these things take four days to explain.
So, um, but he, he is about as detailed and as substantive as any candidate I've ever seen.
And as informal, I mean, he just talks to them like he would talk to me if he was sitting here.
Um, And she's like, she's a, she is a staged presence.
And, um, we'll go on, we'll go back to the debate in a little while, but, uh, speaking of Biden, I saw him, uh, I saw him at ground zero yesterday.
And I was, I couldn't, I could not hear, uh, the taunts, uh, from the crowd.
They were uniformly against him and for Trump.
Uh, at the beginning, they were mostly just, um, very, very, um, uh, warm.
A reception for Trump and no reception for Biden and Harris, uh, with, um, with Mike Bloomberg with them has now become a Democrat.
He used to be, I supported Mike Bloomberg for mayor.
He was a Republican and he became an independent.
I often say I was only the third Republican mayor in the 20th century.
And only one of two remain Republican.
The other one was Fiorillo LaGuardia.
But two of the Republican mayors switched to Democrat.
John Lindsay and Mike Bloomberg.
So I would say that the strangest thing of all was when they were yelling either Very warm things about Trump or very fairly nasty things about Biden.
She, of course, did her smile fake like she did all throughout the debate.
Smile fake, smile fake, smile fake, smile fake.
And Biden was gone in a minute.
That wasn't minutes, but real, real quick.
We're going to show you later one of the widows of a fire chief who really ripped him apart.
And they say Biden was there.
I don't think he was.
I looked over, I didn't see him there.
I was surprised that Mrs. Barbara was as frank as she was.
I know her very, very well.
And I looked over and I mean, he wasn't there.
And Harris wasn't there.
Governor Hoko Poko was there.
And Adams, of course, wasn't at all there.
Adams is suffering theoretically from COVID.
He's also suffering from a massive FBI investigation.
And strangest thing, nobody from his administration, it was just that we didn't have a mayoral administration.
There were two former mayors there, Bloomberg and Giuliani.
There was the former governor, Pataki, but nobody from the Adams administration.
Now, I could be a function of the animosity between Adams and Biden, but I don't know.
Or the fact that Adam's administration, almost all of them, are under investigation, and Biden doesn't want him around, or Harris doesn't want him around.
So, Joe ended up in Shanksville, and I really think, shouldn't we get him out of there?
I mean, we still have, what, Four more months of full, let's see, let's count it.
We're in the month of September, so we have the rest of September.
Then we have October, November, December, and most of January.
So we have four to five more months with this guy.
We have two major wars going on.
One in Russia where everybody's, where they're both, Zelensky and Putin vying for position.
We've got a situation in Israel that's volatile, to say the least.
We have the possibility, I'm not going to say the reality, but we'd be foolish and we'd also be reckless if we didn't realize there are possibilities here of a world war.
130 days.
And we've got 130 days.
And we have a guy with no brain in the White House.
Yesterday, he was at a firehouse.
I believe it was in Shanksville.
Now, I've been to Shanksville, and I went there actually with Bernie Carrick on the day that I spoke at West Point.
I ended up at West Point that day.
It was one of the most memorable days of my life.
I spent a lot of time there, and I went to the firehouse.
And, you know, we have 160 firehouses.
160 firetrucks.
160.
160.
They have one.
They got a couple of firetrucks.
I've got thousands.
And both of us were thinking, how did they deal with this?
Well, mutual.
I mean, in other words, the other counties came in, the state came in and they did a wonderful job.
So I had, I have a one-time meeting with them.
I mean, firefighters to me are like brothers.
I mean, they just, I love them.
My uncle was a firefighter.
He was a captain.
I grew up visiting him in the hospital every time he got injured.
And, uh, And I had four uncles who were police officers, and I worked with the police all of my formative years.
So I'm very comfortable with them, and I feel I'm one of them.
Maybe I'm not, but I feel like I am.
They gave him a rough reception.
When he came in, they basically told him they were voting for Trump, not him.
And they got him to put a Trump hat on.
And I think it was the only time they clapped for him.
But he's such a panderer, he put the damn thing on.
I mean, he really is a jackass.
And then he was gonna shake hands with the guy on the way out, and the guy's not gonna shake hands with you.
Do you have any of that?
Any of that clip, Ted?
Do we have any of that?
I mean, I watched it.
I watched it from the point of view of not to really not just to make fun of who cares about him at this point anymore, but about my country.
There are risks in the world to us.
Tremendous risks and some very difficult decisions are going to have to be made by whoever's sitting there.
And if this is sitting there, well, we could just replicate Afghanistan.
Well, go ahead.

And imagine he was there for four years.
You know, there's an email exchange on the hard drive in 2019 between Hunter Biden and his notorious psychiatrist, Keith Abelow.
And I'll explain another point why he's notorious, but basically they're going back and forth basically acknowledging that the old man is demented and you can get away with a lot.
Remember the date?
2019.
That's a full year before he was fraudulently elected and before he got all these people killed.
People in Ukraine, people of Fentanyl in America, the 13 people At that terrible incident in Afghanistan.
I mean, you can go on and on and on.
People that he gets killed at the border.
Every one of these people that comes in now wouldn't have come in under, not even say Trump, any president.
He's at numbers no president has ever even seen.
Jay Johnson, who was the head of Homeland Security under Obama, considered anything approaching a million as a catastrophe.
He had 3.5 million last year.
That we counted, that we could see.
It's multiples of that.
This is Mrs. Barbara.
And this will give you a sense of what real people are suffering from, from the Biden-Harris administration, without all of the bullshit that the media gives you.
And I don't know if the media has, I hope, The media doesn't have the kind of influence it has, because they're trying to brainwash you.
They're trying to brainwash you into thinking that Harris is a competent human being who cares about our country.
She comes from a father who was a Marxist.
She's got a guy on the ticket who's making a real imitation of being a Chinese operative.
Her positions have been, as she once described, very radical.
She said that about herself, and she never changes her values.
And let's listen to this.
This woman is the wife of a man who was a very well regarded inspector or battalion chief, actually, in the fire department.
You know, one of the one of the people that the men really, really respected.
You know, there are generals and there are chiefs in departments, police and fire.
That aren't respected sometimes.
They haven't really done it.
They've done it by kissing backside.
And then there are some that are just, they can do everything everybody else can do better.
He was one of those.
And she has been a very wonderful person carrying on history.
She also has a lovely daughter.
And I took them to the sixth game of the World Series.
Introduced him to Senator McCain.
It was a plane that was provided by one of the airlines.
And we took about 70 Uh, widows and children to see the game.
And it was, it was a wonderful experience.
She's quite a woman.
I didn't, this surprised me, but let's listen to it.
It is outrageous that our government would ever entertain the thought of granting the terrorists a plea deal.
If not for the outcry of the 9-11 community, who knows what might have transpired.
It has been 23 years and the families deserve justice and accountability.
The elected officials here today show their respect and reverence to the families on September 11th.
Or in our president's words, due 9-11, quite a flippant remark.
But please remember that the September 11th families live it every day, not just on the anniversary.
You know, it's quite something that cackling Kamala was going after Trump for not respecting the military, which is complete garbage.
When the police officers and the military think of our president and vice president as garbage.
They know how many they've gotten killed.
She knows.
Those 13 Gold Star families are not reluctant, many of them, but telling you who's responsible for the death of their children. And I can tell you, if I was a Ukrainian,
I wouldn't know who was responsible for Putin invading. The one thing I thought the president
didn't mention during the debate, which would have been enormously persuasive on this issue
of, oh God, he loves Putin. And the whole thing about how, oh, they're not really
responsible for Putin invading, is to just take a look at Putin's history. I mean, facts
don't lie.
Putin invaded Georgia under George Bush, who's not endorsing him.
He invaded under George Bush, although I have great respect for Bush's handling of 9-11 and its aftermath.
By the end of his term, he was very weak, and his Secretary of State was very weak.
And Putin felt it, smelt it, knew it, said, boom, I'll pounce.
Went into Georgia, took a lot of territory, put him in their place.
Bush didn't put Putin in his place.
Then in comes Obama.
He watches Obama.
He sees Obama act like a jerk in Syria.
A coward, really.
A paper tiger.
What was it?
10 or 12 red lines to Assad.
Cross the line.
Use chemical weapons and we'll respond.

Oh, gosh.

And then he brought Putin into the Middle East to take care of it for him, and Putin said, oh boy, I got this guy!
And he took a big, actually he took most of what he has in Ukraine at that point.
The response was, as Poroshenko once told me, Biden and Obama gave him slingshots.
They didn't want to give him any guns because they were afraid Putin would get mad.
They finally got real weapons when Trump came in.
Then, for some reason, for four years, Putin didn't attack!
What happened?
Then Biden comes in, we get Afghanistan, we get him taunting Biden, and Biden says, no boots on the ground, no boots on the ground, no boots on the ground, no boots on the ground, boots on the ground, no boots on the ground, Vladimir!
And Vladimir comes in and takes the rest of Ukraine and tells Biden to go where he belongs, to probably, you know, to a nursing home, the cowardly ward.
Gee, we missed the president!
Now which one didn't he invade under?

About the Harris administration withdrawal from Afghanistan.

They're the ones allowed to die, but we're not gonna, we're not gonna respond.
They're just a bunch of deplorables anyway, like me, and who they want to put in prison for the rest of my life.

So we're going to go over a couple of the claims from the other person who was debating,
who was never fact-checked.
Trump.
Trump, for example, was fact-checked on his statement on abortion by Lindsay Davis, changing what he said, that murdering babies is legal.
He didn't say that.
He said that a governor of Virginia, first in West Virginia, then Virginia, said that after a baby is born, that they were trying to abort, you first can decide whether to resuscitate it or not.
If the mother doesn't want to resuscitate it, you don't resuscitate it.
Let it die.
And then, when the mother wakes up, she and the doctor can have a conversation of what to do with the baby.
That's an exact quote from the governor of Virginia, 100% accurate.
It's exactly the debate and law that they put into effect in Comrade Walz's Minnesota about a year and a half ago.
The debate was all about that, and Trump was 100% right, and she was 100% wrong.
Same thing, we're three times.
Now, Kamala really lied.
How about this one?
Not one member of the United States military who is an active duty in a combat zone in any war around the world.
The first time in this century.
I guess she, since she's on Hamas's side, she doesn't think there's really anything going on in the Red Sea.
But how often have we reported to you over the last year American institutions, American bases, American ships being bombed and shot at?
We dragged out of them, first of all, they're lying about the fact that Americans were getting injured and they were saying they were minor injuries.
Kirby, you know, the guy thinks veterans shouldn't be responded to, was one of the liars.
And then it turned out that there were about two or three dozen that had had serious injuries and that several had brain damage, significant brain damage.
Oh, okay.
But I guess it doesn't matter also that Three of the U.S.
soldiers were killed in these attacks.
That doesn't constitute one member of the United States military is on active duty in a combat zone.
I don't know, you get killed, it's a combat zone.
Particularly when there have been 105 bombings.
Does she not know about it?
Does she not remember it?
Or is she just a damn liar?
Either one of the three.
That's probably the most serious and insulting of any alleged misstatement of any candidate during that debate about ignoring, once again, the death of American soldiers.
The way Biden did when Biden said that no one died during his administration, with 13 families sitting there, basically wanted to get him executed for killing their kids.
I mean, they live either in a dream world Or in a world in which they don't have to be accountable because the press sucks their ass.
And screw you.
Kamala also said that, there's a quote, what you're going to hear tonight is a detailed and dangerous plan called Project 2025 that the former president intends on implementing if he were elected again.
Well, first of all, I don't even know what's in the 2025.
I'm about as close to Trump as you can be.
I don't think Trump knows what's in Project 2025.
The Heritage Foundation, although supportive of Trump now, was kind of hinky on Trump a year ago.
I don't remember if they actually supported it or the candidate, but a bunch of them flirted around with it.
They're not like his policy advisors, and he has nothing to do with it.
And there's no one that thinks that he does, except for her, a liar, and Biden.
That should have been corrected.
It should have been corrected that there is no connection between Trump and the Heritage Foundation.
The Heritage Foundation doesn't claim that Trump has reviewed it or gone over it or knows what's in it.
So you just go pick a report, From a conservative group, but one that isn't particularly 100% Trump.
And you say he's going to implement it and he's going to talk about it tonight.
Well, how about after it was over when he didn't talk about it?
Apologize.
Or we're saying, well, let's do a fact check.
She said he was going to talk about it and she didn't.
Sounds like a misrepresentation to me.
It is a misrepresentation.
We call it a lie.
How about the Central Park Five?
Now that was a big one.
Ted, I'm going to bring you into this one because you went nuts when it happened because you had researched this four years ago.
And I remembered it but a little vaguely.
I had to go back and be reminded.
It happened when I was running for mayor.
So let's play her words first.
Let's play the clip.
Kamala Harris on Trump and the Central Park Five.
Liar!
Major freaking liar!
As of today, there is not one member of the United States military who is in active duty in a combat zone in any war zone around the world the first time this century.
No, don't apologize.
Okay, so now let's show you, let's show the viewers.
There should be two pictures here.
The actual advertisement pulled out that President Trump did purchase in the late 80s, 1989.
Running for mayor at the time.
Where he does... So if we can bring that up, I don't know if we have those, but the fact of the matter is President Trump at the time, 1989, had the... pulled off the ad.
Nowhere in the ad does he call for the execution.
The ad was an ad, generically, for capital punishment.
Because of all the crime in New York, including the crime against blacks, Hispanics, and everyone.
It didn't focus at all.
It didn't mention those people that she mentions, the liar in her statement.
And it included, among the victims, blacks and Hispanics.
There was nothing racist about it at all.
And in fact, the black community was the strongest, wanting more protection and police.
I was running at the time, I know.

Fraud is extraordinary.
815,000 extra jobs they reported fraudulently.
Country lost jobs as a percentage of our overall employment base, not gained.
But they lied completely.
You don't know that because it's not reported.
The crooked press made up of Muirs and Davises didn't report it.
Well, I mean, this isn't Trump out of the top of his head.
This is from the Marshall Project, which studies law enforcement every year.
They found that 60,000 law enforcement agencies hadn't reported their statistics to the FBI.
That's a quarter of the country.
And it included Chicago!
So how the hell do you know if crime is up or down?
The numbers are fugazi.
They're like totally screwed up.
So again, Trump was right.

He should have been fact-checked.
