This is the Rudy Giuliani show, and tonight it's going to be called, Wake Up America, You Have Been, Without Knowing It, Invaded by China.
Not China.
Please always distinguish.
And Rudy, you did the same thing.
This is an admonition to you.
By the godless, atheistic, homicidal, communist party of China.
The CCP, Red China, if you will, never China.
China is beyond the ruthless, murderous, barbarian communists, a billion plus people who are their victims.
So when people, because understandably people speak generically, they say, They say the Chinese, or the Germans, or the Italians.
And some of those would be bad examples, by the way.
They suggest that the whole country... China is one of the greatest countries in the history of the world.
There wouldn't be a world without China, and there's a great deal China can give to the world.
All of it's stolen.
Not just from China, but from the world.
By the, as I said, godless, atheist, immoral, amoral.
Ruthlessly, insanely homicidal, Red Chinese, Chinese Communist Party.
They have infiltrated the United States, I would say, better than any alien group has ever done it, except possibly for the ones that Biden has let in and Harris over the last three and a half years.
They may have actually infiltrated us, well they have infiltrated us more, But China, for a foreign power that's a nation controlling people, by far.
Now here, today, we have a headline of the last two days.
Not the biggest story, not the worst infiltration, but sometimes one hits the headlines and then a whole rat's nest comes up.
And that's the one involving Governor Cuomo, the Emmy Award winner, and Governor Huppel, who is a hoopla, and that isn't the worst thing about her, unfortunately, who had a communist spy working for them for years.
She was doing what many, many operatives of the Chinese Communist Party do in the United States.
If it were her, just her, and all she did was get special favors for godless, horrible, murderous Chinese communists, It'd be pretty bad.
And if she got Cuomo and Hochul to lay off criticizing China when they should have been, or praising China when they shouldn't have been, or seeing Chinese, or taking money for doing favors for Chinese, which is straight out now bribery.
She was a state official.
All of those are very serious crimes.
But the problem is she is by no means the only one.
The number is way beyond what we imagined.
Well, would you imagine?
And let's point out a few of those.
Well, first of all, both Cuomo and Hochul are saying, we didn't know.
We didn't know.
We only had 20 years.
We didn't know.
We didn't know.
We just paid her lots of money.
Oh, my goodness.
Yeah, yeah.
She always did what she wanted every time.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
But we didn't know.
We didn't know.
We didn't know.
I mean, it could be that a mass murderer is working for us.
We wouldn't know.
Could be everybody working for us is taking bribes.
Could be.
How would we know?
It could be that everybody working for us doesn't know what they're doing and they're making New York City and New York State broke.
They are.
It could be everybody working for us is pro-criminal and they're putting criminals out on the street to kill people.
They are.
It could be that everybody working for us is just letting every illegal alien in the world here And it's like, oh, they're leaving large chunks of cheese all over New York so the rats will come.
All the rats will come to New York, leave New Jersey, leave the place up.
Those rats are otherwise known as the illegals coming over the border from Venezuela in particular, but every place else, committing crimes.
But there really isn't an alien crime wave because we were told to lie about that.
You got the same darn thing going on in Minnesota.
Except there you don't need a Chinese operative.
You got one.
The governor.
He's been there more often probably than these people have imagined China in the last 20 years.
30 times to China?
An American governor?
Nobody looks at that.
What kind of restrictions were put on him when he was in China?
I went to China.
I didn't bring my cell phone.
I brought a burner phone at the request of the government.
There was a government that talked to me then, and I then burned the burner phone when I got back.
I reported everything I knew to the government, and I unceremoniously was thrown out of a meeting with the head of the Chinese comedy in Beijing because I told him what I thought of what he was doing to Taiwan.
How come Joe Walsh was never thrown out of a meeting?
They didn't invite me to teach.
I would have taught in China.
I'd have taught American history.
I'd have taught Chinese history.
I'd have taught all about Tiananmen Square.
I would say that's not a good day to get married on, because it's a day in which a godless, murderous, barbarian Chinese communist killed decent Chinese people.
And I can't imagine a day on which I'd want to have my wedding anniversary than a day in which a red Chinese slaughtered innocent Chinese people.
You really think, just that alone, you really think we should have a guy a heartbeat away from the presidency who gets married on the day and knows it that the Chinese slaughtered their own people?
Or a guy that went to China 30 times?
Let's just state the facts.
You can't teach in China what the Xi Jinping doesn't want you to say.
It's like the teachers union.
I say New York because Randy Comrade Weingarten is from New York and I negotiated with her or didn't negotiate with her many times.
Worst relationship that I had was with those communists and constantly said no to them.
Also, despite them, punched him in the face and got the principles.
To take evaluation.
That was our first big battle.
I said to the communists, I want to evaluate the teachers.
I got a lot of teachers.
I can't pay them the same money.
It'd be like I had a baseball team and a guy batting 150.
I paid the same as Aaron Judge.
That baseball team will be where it should be, out of the league very shortly.
You got me paying teachers that are great, wonderful and terrific, a fortune.
You got me paying teachers that can't teach anything a fortune.
So that's the infiltration of the Red Chinese.
And it now reached a boiling point because we can bring together the following.
What we see with Cuomo and Hochul, which is disgraceful, and of course they are sniveling, lying, and admission of total incompetence.
They don't know what's going on in their administration.
I think it's about time that Cuomo gets back the Emmy Award.

Second, you've got the unbelievable revelation about Congressman Swalwell, who was having sex with a Chinese spy.
Fang Fang, Fan Wang, Wang Fan.
He's still sitting in Congress.
How much did he give her?
Anybody have a question?
FBI ever do a real investigation or doing an investigation like they're doing of the Trump assassination attempt?
Can't find anything.
Guy doesn't even have a public internet presence.
Only guy in America that doesn't.
And we're going to get our report long after the election is over in December.
A lot of opportunities, unfortunately, to make attempts on President Trump until then, with no material improvement.
In anything, and no knowledge of what happened, so you can prevent it in the future.
In other words, they're flying by.
Oh, but he's the Republican choice, Republican.
Something happened.
Look how concerned they seem to be in, uh, Butler County.
Look at all the preparations they made to protect them.
Or if you looked at it another way and just wanted to be a wise ass, You'd say it looked like they wanted to get him killed.
No.
Not the FBI who had the hard drive.
Not the FBI who framed him for Russian collusion for three years.
No.
Or the CEA.
They never think of killing anybody.
No.
All they do is issue things like, I'm a Russian pawn.
At the height of a campaign in order to fix an election, a complete absolute lie, and they get 51 of their prostitutes, who have big names but a complete horse, sign up on one day's no vetting.
That's the infiltration we got.
You want to know why the vehement attitude toward Trump?
Let me add to the fact that Senator Feinstein had a Chinese spy driving her.

I understand he understood English really well and could write it down really well.
Well, he was with Senator Feinstein while she was on the Intelligence Committee.
I guess he just liked driving.
Well, what about all of the classified material that you happen to see all the time, but the crooked, also Chinese-oriented American media?
It doesn't point out to you that when you look at that garage of Biden's with all of the material that's classified, unlike the material at Mar-a-Lago that was all behind a secure area, Mar-a-Lago, much of that is Chinese material.
Every day for about a year, a business partner of the top chai of China got a chance to pass by all of it and look at it.
Did I ever tell you that?
Oh no, you're just a voter.
You should be fooled.
The guy who passed by that was the multi-million dollar business partner of the chief infiltrator for China, and in his own words, the spy chief of China.
That was Hunter Biden.
But Hunter never took any of it.
China didn't work on him and Joe and pay them 10, 12, 20 million It's because they were impressed with his drug addiction.
Or were they interested in what the hell they could get from the Vice President?
They got a lot, man.
In fact, they owe money for Bagram.
How much of this do you need to show that a Democratic Party, with exceptions I'm sure that we don't know about, at the deepest level, is loyal to China and not the United States?
When Donald Trump cut off China, When they were sending thousands and thousands and thousands agents of death to the United States and Italy and Europe, and Donald Trump was the first one to have the courage to stand up and say, no mas, that's it.
You don't get into the United States, you're cut down.
The first ones, and maybe the only ones to call them xenopathic, were the group I mentioned to you.
The ones who get money from China, the ones who have Chinese aides, the ones who have been infiltrated by China.
The ones who have become operatives for China, like Walls.
How do you condemn him for stopping that?
Do you know how many lives he's saved with that?
If that had been a whole month more of deadly Chinese agents of death coming into America, he'd have been up 50%, 60% more, maybe more dead.
Probably take at least another year beyond, I mean Biden took Longer than Trump and had more deaths than Trump.
But he didn't know what he was doing.
He probably would have gone another year into Biden.
We'd be just getting over it.
Well, they called him a xenopath because he named it after China.
Just like the people who named Lyme disease after Lyme, Connecticut, hated the people of Lyme, Connecticut.
And that's why they did it.
Or the people who call it West Nile virus can't stand the people who live on the Nile.
Do you realize what assholes they are?
Or what assholes you are if you buy it?
And you don't pick up the fact, to me, who has been concerned for about five or six years about the massive Chinese infiltration and our gross miscalculation of China, which grew out of Nixon and Kiss, not blaming him for it, What they did was necessary at their time and in their time.
Want an analogy?
It's like Roosevelt and Joe Stalin.
Perfectly sensible for Churchill and Roosevelt to make a deal with Stalin after he was thrown out by Hitler.
We took Hitler's reject and make him our ally to create another front and a big one for Germany.
But the minute he won, we should have double-crossed him.
Because he was just as big a murderer, if not worse, than Hitler.
Churchill understood that.
Because Churchill was not surrounded by a whole bunch of communist spies like Roosevelt was.
That's even clearer than right now.
Although now it's become pretty clear.
Number two, he was already at the end when he went to Yalta, Biden-like.
in a wheelchair we didn't know about, dying.
That's why they went and picked Truman, and got rid of the other guy who they thought was a real communist.
So they brought Truman in, who was easily manipulated by the communists, and in many of the same ways that Cackling would be.
Roosevelt was manipulated, particularly at the end when he became completely out of it.
Shouldn't have run for office, couldn't move, couldn't think.
Truman, who is often thought of as this great president that we didn't evaluate correctly, fortunately we did evaluate correctly.
He was a limited man, not real smart, had guts, unlike the present people, but also sold out America without knowing it.
No reason for North and South Korea, and very little reason for some, if not a lot of Eastern Europe, being behind the walls of Red China.
They couldn't defend themselves against a fly at the end of World War II, Russia.
Neither could China.
And we were in the middle of our defense preparation.
Remember, we were in that war much less than they were.
And although they'll say they took the balancing war without us, all of Europe and Russia, because Hitler would have had a second front to think about, would now be Seeing the Russian or Nazi national anthem, rather.
Deutschland, Deutschland uber alles in Russia, if not for the United States.
Russia loves to point out how they won the Second World War.
Go to hell!
You'd be German now if Roosevelt said, let's just fight Japan.
Let them fight their own battle there in Europe.
Go ahead, Russia.
You take on Germany.
No second front.
We won't keep them tied up on the Eastern side, and they can put everything toward getting you.
We'll just make a ceasefire with them.
We'll concentrate on the people who attack.
You didn't attack us.
Japan did.
So we'll take care of Japan.
We'd have taken care of Japan in half the amount of time, saved many of our lives, and just had to deal with a Nazi Europe.
And would they have ever been strong enough to come and get us?
Uh-uh.
They would have been following revolutions in all those countries for the next hundred years.
We also have a terrible, amoral, horrible world, and America would be worth very little morally.
And what I'm trying to point out to you are the practicalities and the insanity of what we're doing right now, and what we're ignoring, what the Chinese are doing to us.
We're going to have on, soon after we come back, probably the foremost, not probably, the foremost expert on China, Gordon Chang, who saw this way before anyone, including yours truly.

We were devoting the first short part of the show to the Chinese infiltration of America,
Which has been done.
And I'd like to put on someone who predicted this a long time ago, warned us about it.
Some paid attention.
I did at some point, not as soon as he did, but many ignored it for years.
Nobody knows more about it than Gordon Shani.
Gordon.

It's always good to see you.
Boy, do we need you more now than ever.
Now, this kind of thing has come out with Cuomo and Hochul having these Chinese spies for an inordinate amount of time.
You know, if it was just them, it'd be terrible.
It's crimes.
They go to jail.
But this is happening all over America.
I mean, they've done this to many public officials and many corporations.
And is it fair to say they've done pretty close to a total infiltration?
It is a total infiltration.
I'll just give you an example.
You know, the Ministry of State Security in China, they first contacted Eric Swalwell, not when he was on the House Intelligence Committee, which of course would be of great value for China.
They first contacted him when he was sitting on the City Council of Dublin City, California.
Now, that's not to say that Swalwell has done anything wrong, but it is to say that China's infiltration and grooming of American politicians starts at a very early stage, because Swalwell could not have been the only person in their sights.
There have to be hundreds of Swalwells, maybe even more, in the United States.
And that shows you how thorough China has been.
You know, Governor Hochul, she should not have had a Chinese national, or even an American citizen of Chinese descent, when that person was advocating positions that were pro-Communist Party.
Because we know that the Communist Party weaponizes ethnic Chinese against the United States, whether they're just temporary visa holders, green card holders, or even citizens.
So when the governor knew that this was a person who was advocating Chinese positions, That should have been the point where the alarm bells rang.
Now there was a similar situation with Senator Feinstein.
Yes.
And here again, you know what, 19 years is a driver for someone who had such a sensitive position.
You know, we were just not conscious of it.
You know, there is, in the United States, we're squeamish to talk about race, but the Chinese are not.
And the Chinese, as I mentioned, use this ethnicity to take Chinese in our country and to employ them against the United States.
Espionage, All sorts of things, maybe even sabotage.
This is a critical national security threat that we don't want to talk about because we don't want to talk about race.
But the Chinese are using race.
We have to talk about it, Mr. Mayor.
Now the Chinese don't do this just to inform themselves so they can be current.
They have a purpose to this.
They have a purpose to everything they're doing.
Isn't it?
Yes.
Yeah.
And it's a malicious purpose.
You know, we have a president who says, oh, you know, the Chinese, they're just competitors.
Well, no, President Biden will not call the Chinese an adversary.
He won't even use the term that the Chinese use for us, which is enemy.
And the Communist Party believes the United States is an existential threat, not because of anything we say or do, but because of who we are.
An insecure regime in Beijing is worried about the inspirational impact of America's values and form of governance on the Chinese people.
So there isn't anything that we can say or do to make them comfortable as Biden is trying to do.
And while Biden tries to make them comfortable, they are nonetheless attacking us with fentanyl, with COVID, with all sorts of things.
This is what the Chinese call unrestricted warfare.
How would a simple little prosecutor like me not draw the conclusion that Biden was affected by the 30 to 50 million that his family got from China when he decided to close down Bagram Air Base, 400 miles from China, 500 miles from Russia, and 400 miles from Iran, an act that only an insane or disloyal president would do?
I mean, that air base Even his military was yelling and screaming at him.
I mean, 400 miles from China?
He closes it down?
What can I conclude?
And he leaves, what, $86 billion worth of equipment in Afghanistan so that the Taliban and the Chinese and everybody else can take it?
You know, this decision was inexplicable, and it's inexplicable on so many different levels.
But, you know, I'll just take one that we don't often talk about, and that is the U.S.
military.
U.S.
military.
You had a chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who I think had an obligation to resign.
You know, yes, Biden is commander in chief.
They have to obey him.
But if they feel that what he is doing is against the interests of the United States, they have an obligation to resign and then talk to the American people.
And Mark Milley, general, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the time, didn't do that.
He abrogated his most sacred duty to the United States.
Well, this is headed toward, according to Xi Jinping, 2048, correct?
And maybe he's up to schedule, I don't know.
Yeah, 2049, which would be the 100th anniversary of the rule of the Communist Party.
But it's probably a lot earlier than that, because Xi Jinping wants to see certain things accomplished during his lifetime.
And although I'm sure the devil supports him, I'm not sure that he's going to live to 2049.
The point here, though, is that the Chinese can do anything at any place at any time.
And what we're seeing right now in the South China Sea, places like Sabina Shoal, Scarborough Shoal, Whitsun Reef, these are acts where it's clear that Xi has already made the decision to risk war not only against the Philippines, but also against the United States.
And we have a president who has an obligation to talk to the American people about the imminence of war.
Remember last August, he had a private fundraiser at the Democratic Party in Salt Lake City.
And he actually talked about China in candid terms from what we learned later on.
But he has not had that conversation with the American people as a whole.
And that is a violation of his number one duty, which is to protect the American people from foreign attack.
Well, Gordon, I have to say your warnings Have unfortunately proven to be 100% accurate, and if it wasn't for you, we'd be another five years behind this.

And from the very beginning, I was a fan from the time I read his book a decade or more ago.
But until then, I had a period of time, like I was a Democrat stupidly once as an ignorant young child.
I had a period of time in which I kind of, with the influence of Nixon and Kissinger, which I'm not sure at the time wasn't the right decision, like I told you, with Stalin.
But there came a point when we had to see the change.
It had to be in the 90s.
And that maybe we were actually even wrong that Russia was the more dangerous one.
After all, China, even when it was impoverished, had the potential, right?
With the numbers of people and the incredible discipline of their people.
I studied, both academically and in reality, when I was in the Reagan administration during the Cold War.
I have a tremendous amount of experience with Russian intelligence.
And it's good!
The Chinese are professionals.
Russia achieved nothing like this.
And we knew as much about Russia as they knew about themselves.
Not true at all about China.
And they lulled us into that feeling that Russia was the real enemy.
And maybe at a point in time it was.
Maybe.
Maybe we were fooled from the beginning.
I'm not going to rule that out.
And not necessarily figure it out yet.
Right now, We're seeing the results of being fooled, and we're seeing the results of actual infiltration.
The failure to question walls about contacts, which cry out for the conclusion that he's a Chinese operative, and only can free himself of that if he can answer those questions, which I would give him the opportunity to do because he hasn't had a trial, but I'd give him one publicly.
You know those two-hour, three-hour press conferences he used to have to have if he had a scandal?
He should have one of those, with an honest press, a press loyal to the United States.
Get rid of all the communists in the press corps.
And really, we want answers to questions.
When you went there, paid by Harvard, what did Harvard expect of you?
I mean, they groomed a lot of people for China.
And with a period of time, Gordon Chang and others say, was their period of grooming people.
I can produce from the hard drive evidence that China does it.
They were doing what Hunter and Joe.
Hunter explains it.
There's no doubt about the fact they were grooming people for the United States or that they've infiltrated.
But you happen to be one that goes there with that school.
Then you're the one that wants to go back there.

And you teach.
How was it that you were the only one in China teaching a curriculum That wasn't Chinese Communist.
Well, why are you teaching a Chinese Communist curriculum?
When you say one man's socialism and another man's neighborliness, is that just a stupid indication of just how stupid you are?
Because you are.
Nobody would be turned by China this badly if they weren't as stupid as you are.
Remember, you never made head coach.

Is there anything you don't lie about?
Your rank in the military, whether you're in combat.
I mean, you should vote against her just on the theory that with the Secret Service protection a president gets, I mean, what are the chances she makes it?
But somebody's got to do a serious analysis of whether Harris is bringing a Chinese operative right next to the heartbeat away from the presidency, which is what China wants to do.
It's not as if this would happen by accident.
