America's Mayor Live (485): CNN's Sit Down with Kamala Harris was an Infomercial, not an Interview

Good evening, this is America's Mayor Live from New Hampshire?
In America?
I think.
After watching, you know, I was on last night for, I was gonna come on for 10 minutes and Ted, who wanted to go to sleep, I think he was angry at me, I was on for an hour, taking apart Kamala's performance And I would have to say in retrospect, I'm not going to do it again.
I just did it on the Frank speech.
I made, you know, I want you to know that unlike her, I don't take notes to debates.
I make notes.
These are my notes on it.
I'm actually even including Biden's debate here.
And I have the notes of that also.
This should be the most illogical presentation I've ever seen by an American politician.
I didn't say the dumbest.
Hard to judge Biden because he's always been dumb.
And how much has the dementia added to it?
I mean, you wouldn't be too far off if you said this was the dumbest presentation In the history of American presidential politics that we know of.
When you consider the ground rules of it, the parameters of it, it was a complete fraud.
And as I have been asking for from the moment after it stopped, the Republican National Committee, if they are the right ones, I would think they are, as well as, of course, the Trump campaign, should go to the federal campaign commission the the and they should Allege that this was a violation of the campaign finance law.
This was a campaign commercial a multi-million dollar campaign commercial there's nothing about this that was a sit-down One-on-one live questioning of a person who's running for president who's evaded that for 39 days She's now evaded it for 40 days, and I assume she's not going to break up her weekend where she's going to have to rest after that grueling day she had of 18 minutes of questioning, of which she was involved in about 10 of it.
After that grueling day, she may have to join Biden at the beach.
Who knows?
Or go back to Hollywood, where she hangs around in her mansion with the sex symbol, the new sex symbol, of the world, proclaimed at the phony Democrat convention, Doug Imhoff.
What was wrong with last night's thing?
Everything.
It was a campaign commercial because much more of it were B-roll, canned footage, auditory of her and her possible Uh, Chinese, uh, uh, operative in which, uh, they were presented in a exceedingly false flattering light.
When we got to the questioning, um, half of it is on the cutting room floor.
So we don't really know what they said.
We know that CNN is completely dishonest.
There's not an honest bone in their bodies.
They've been dishonest for years.
We have to assume that they picked out the things that made her look best and making her look best made her look like a blithering idiot.
She couldn't answer what she could do on a first day as president.
It was a bunch of, um, a bunch of aspirations.
On the first day that she's president, she's going to help the middle class.
She's going to be aware of the struggles of the middle class.
Nothing about what she can do about it.
She's going to realize the great divisions of the last decade.
She had to be reminded by Dana Trump as the last decade is six years of Democrats and four years of Republicans.
And the most relative of which would be the last four.
To the condition of the country right now.
Oh, by the way, she was part of that administration, which she deems a great success.
She was scandalously not asked about Afghanistan.
When, in fact, just the other day on the anniversary of Afghanistan, where Trump was invited by the families to a ceremony at Arlington, And quite pointedly, neither she nor her demented boss were invited.
She proclaimed that Afghanistan was a great success or a success and that she agreed with the decision to abandon Bagram.
Now that's extraordinarily troublesome.
We know pretty much why Biden did it.
He got paid for it.
There's nothing that would suggest why you would do it other than getting paid for it.
Why would America give up a base 400 miles from China?
500 miles from Russia?
400 miles from Iran?
No one, not even my conservative colleague military people, I can't explain a single possible reason for it.
They can't even imagine a concession that would make it worth it from a lying government like China or Russia or Iran.
Would you trade it for something?
Not even for hostages.
God forbid there's a war with China.
An air war, which is the most likely, right?
And the most dangerous.
Proximity is critical.
The air defenses that dummy Biden opposed as a dumb young man, which he did.
I remember that.
I was in the Reagan administration.
I remember what an asshole he was.
How we opposed nuclear defense.
Couldn't understand the simple concept that if a missile can shoot down an airplane, dummy, it can shoot down a missile.
Remember, no Iron Dome without Ronald Reagan.
That's why I'm looking forward to the movie that came out today on Reagan.
Hope it does credit to him.
It'd be hard, honestly, and I won't be that critical because it would be hard to do credit to that man.
He was exceptionally underrated.
In his time tortured, nothing like Trump.
I think if Ronald Reagan were here with us today, gosh, it'd be so great because he could fight back for us.
He'd be so, you know what I think he would say?
Ah, didn't we see this coming?
Didn't we see it coming starting with Goldwater?
And didn't we see it coming, I saw it coming, with the communist infiltration of our government back in the 30s and 40s?
I know he would.
I know he would.
I'm gonna give you a little hint.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
knows it too.
It's in his book, if you read it carefully, the book that rips Fauci quite justifiably apart.
Sometime I'll get out just those chapters and I'll show you the insight the man has.
But that's a bit off the point, but important.
We need some clips there.
OK, so what do you have now, Harley Davidson?
Well, the first one we're going to play... You know, Ted has his Harley Davidson shirt on, and it reminds me of something that I'm going to explain about Ronald Reagan.
Later, which shows you how close he and Trump really are.
But go ahead.
So the first clip we're going to play.
I just wanted to play to see if you notice.
I don't want to get the audience's opinion on whether or not I got to have my.
Oh, yeah, I think you be.
Yeah, I mean, if you whether or not you think Kamala is reading notes at the break.
If she's reading notes here.
Well, you're the one who pointed it out, so you're more of an expert on this than I am.
So let's look.
So this is the first clip we want to play.
I remember when you pointed out during the debate, during the discussion.
Yeah.
Let's watch this.
Let us know at home as well.
Served with President Biden for almost four years now.
And I'll tell you, it's one of the greatest honors of my career, truly.
He cares so deeply about the American people.
He is so smart and loyal to the American people.
And I have spent hours upon hours with him, be it in the Oval Office or the Situation Room.
He has the intelligence, the commitment, and the judgment and disposition that I think the American people need.
I think so.
First of all, nobody would say that unless they were reading it.
It's weird.
It's even vaguely true.
I mean, look, here's what everybody in the Senate knew for 35 years.
You can ask any of them.
Ask his Democratic colleagues.
People just say it jokingly.
Biden's the dumbest man in Congress.
He's the dumbest man in Congress, not just the Senate.
When several Republicans, including John McCain, were trying to persuade me to leave being mayor and run for the Senate, which I mean, I love being mayor, and it all got messed up by getting prostate cancer eventually, so I never got to make the decision.
But they were saying, oh, I met John, who was a friend of mine and continue to be, despite the problems with Donald Trump.
John said, Rudy, I said, I don't know.
If you're the mayor, I mean, I hear this about governors and mayors all the time.
If you're the mayor, you're in charge, you get to do things.
If you're in the Senate, even the Senate, it takes years.
I mean, the 1994 crime bill that I worked on with Biden and Schumer, Started in 1981-82.
That's why I was involved and I helped to write it back then when I was part of the Reagan administration.
And then I was mayor.
But in any event, I said, I don't know, it's like so inactive and you kind of make believe you go on these trips and you pontificate.
And every once in a while you get to pass a bill and they take 90% out of it.
And John said, you know something?
What we need are more smart people.
You'd be one of the five smartest people immediately.
I said, oh, get out of here.
He said, you have no idea how stupid they are.
You know Biden, right?
Yeah.
Okay.
Well, okay.
He's just a little worse than most, but a lot of them are like that.
And they were friends.
Friend.
Tell you what a jackass Biden was.
I don't know.
wrong.
This is a very, very serious government to run, Ted, and it needs serious people.
That's a silly person.
And I was very interested in how the women were really upset that she had a man with her.
Now, of course, I'm not a woman, and I know the definition of woman.
I'm not like the Supreme Court justice, and I know I'm the definition of a man, but
I didn't think that was any more relevant than if a man did it.
I mean, imagine if I showed up, I think, I'm thinking about when I ran for mayor, imagine if I said, oh, I want to show up with Roger Ailes.
I want him to sit next to me when I'm being interviewed by, uh, by the press.
Or, um, my running mate was Herman Bedio and he was more experienced than I was.
I'd like to have Herman Bedio sit with me.
He's not qualified to be mayor.
Oh, gee, when I have my debate, I'd like to take notes.
Well, nobody takes notes.
What do you need notes for?
Because I know what I'm doing.
Isn't that why you need notes?
Isn't that admission alone enough to say no?
Well, all right, Mayor, here's our next clip.
And this is her response to a question of what she'd do on day one.
You have less time to make your case to voters than any candidate in modern American history.
The voters are really eager to hear what your plans are.
If you are elected, what would you do on day one in the White House?
Well, there are a number of things.
I will tell you first and foremost, one of my highest priorities is to do what we can to support and strengthen the middle class.
When I look at the aspirations, the goals, the ambitions of the American people, I think that people are ready for a new way forward in a way that generations of Americans have been fueled by hope and by optimism.
I think sadly in the last decade we have had in the former president someone who has really been pushing an agenda and an environment that is about diminishing the character and the strength of who we are as Americans.
Could I just analyze that for a second?
Here's what she said.
What are you going to do on day one?
I'm going to support the middle class.
I'm going to find a new way forward.
I should play music.
I just analyzed that for a second?
Yeah.
Here's what she said.
What are you gonna do on day one?
I'm gonna support the middle class.
I'm gonna find a new way forward.
But I should play music.
Fueled by hope and togetherness.
Thank you.
Sadly, in the last decade, by the way, six out of the last 10 years in the last decade with Democrats, including most relevant in the last forum, it's been divided.
Well, Ted, tell me what you're going to do.
She's going to support the middle class.
What's she going to do?
Go around reading poems about the middle class?
Yeah.
A lot of empty platitudes, but not even good ones.
And then she's going to find a new way forward.
She doesn't have it yet.
So when's she going to find it?
Yeah.
She's had for three and a half years as vice president, though she hasn't found it.
Where's she been?
She's been a candidate now for quite some time, and she still can't figure out her new way forward.
It's founded when you listen to the rest of the... Her new way forward is the old way forward.
It's the old way backwards, by nomics.
She said Biden was a success.
He was a great success.
He did the same thing he did in Afghanistan.
Same thing.
She thought it was really smart to take the troops out before the civilians, so you get all the civilians killed.
Brilliant.
She thought it was terrific, giving up Bagram, 400 miles from China, 500 miles from Russia, and 400 miles from Iran.
She thought that was a very good decision.
So what's new?
What's new about that?
The same selling out to China that Biden did.
And the same anti-American decisions.
If there's a decision you can make that hurts the national security of the United States, you'll make it.
I mean, if you ever wanted an example of platitudes.
Now, let's contrast that.
Let's contrast that with Trump.
When he was asked just recently, I'll have you play one of the things, but I made this little note when he said it the other day.
He said he would approve new drilling.
He would accelerate modular reactors, which is really copying France.
Which are many, many nuclear reactors, much smaller, so that they're much less dangerous, if they're dangerous at all.
You know, nuclear power in the United States, even though we had three mile island, has never cost us a life, even though every other form of energy has.
So there's a certain fear of the worst possibility with nuclear, but it hasn't happened in the US.
And these new modular nuclear facilities, Are, um, think of them as windmills that work all day and night.
Okay.
All right.
Uh, and then, uh, he would be for, uh, once again, establishing energy independence, drill baby drill, open up all of that, that he can immediately, immediately, whatever can be done immediately, he will do on day one.
And then he will begin on day one, Doing as many regulation reductions and cancellations as possible, which is what he did last time, which got the economy moving before he did the tax cut.
And there are many people that think that his regulatory reform was actually even more effective than the tax reduction, which was a pretty damn reduction.
That's on day one.
So this wasn't, it wasn't, I'm going to come in and I'm going to support the middle class We're going to find a new way forward, fueled by hope and... Let me ask the coach.
Coach, what does that say?
Optimism.
And then Dana Trumpash cuts that.
So when you see it, it says hope.
And optimism.
Sadly, in the last decade, we've been divided.
Later on when she said that, Dana Trump-Bash pointed out to her that six of the last 10 years, including most relevantly the last four, have been run by her, by a Democrat.
Her face just looked bewildered when she said that.
So, I don't know.
You got Trump talking another version of the first day?
Yeah.
Shall we show that it isn't a bunch of... Yeah, we're going to set with President Trump here momentarily.
I'm not ready though.
Ridiculously silly, gobbledygook, garbage, ridiculous propaganda that she has to read?
Yeah, we'll want to contrast that.
Is it possible she was looking at, she had her nails done and she was looking at that?
Yeah, I suppose that's a possibility.
But yeah, we'll really want to just take a second.
She didn't look good for the man she had to bring with her.
Yeah, yeah.
Are they gonna get, are the women gonna get mad at me that I made fun of her?
The women have made fun of her for bringing a man with her.
A lot of women have come on saying it's very embarrassing that we got a woman running for president and she can't go one-on-one.
She's got to bring a man with her to hold her hand.
And the optic was terrible.
It wasn't really much of a help.
Who's that?
He had his own problem.
Who's that?
Tampon Tim.
The whole setup was interesting, right?
I don't know if he was... I don't know if he was worse than she was.
I mean, he was given a chance To answer the question about having lied about being in combat, and he went back to where he was before his campaign staff said that he misspoke.
He refused to acknowledge that he misspoke.
We're back where we were, where he's lying about whether he was in combat or not.
Here's the simple fact.
According to his minister, who I've been given no reason to disbelieve, Tim Walz is a coward.
So remember what Kamala, remember how we just, I don't want to play it again,
but we just played Kamala's answer for day one. Contrast that with President Trump. This is from
today. And I'm sorry we didn't have it ready earlier. We're managing two shows here.
The one I had was two days ago.
Yeah, but this is one from today, I believe.
Heal the border and stop the migrant invasion into our country.
We will carry out the largest deportation operation... Now it's gone on, I mean... ...seal the border and stop the migrant invasion into our country.
We will carry out the largest deportation operation in American history.
We have no choice.
We will halt the invasion and deport the illegals.
She will let in the next 15 million people.
And if they won in four years, we will have had over 100 million people from all over the world enter our country.
Well, I mean, those are specifics.
That's what he's going to try to do.
When you say day one, I guess there's a sort of Poetry to it.
I mean, it means the first month, the first two months.
They always use the first three months as a sort of measure.
Did a president get off to a good start or not?
All Biden did in the first few months is to reverse by dictate everything Trump did.
Including remain at the border, except he goes on saying he couldn't reverse Afghanistan.
Everything else but Afghanistan.
But he did reverse Afghanistan.
He moved the date.
Moved the date twice.
Originally, The dumb son of a bitch wanted to do it on September 11, because all they think about is symbolism.
Imagine if he had done the most disgraceful mission in American history on September 11.
America betraying its honor, leaving people to die who had promised to protect, getting its own soldiers killed so that the gold star families won't look at it.
We moved it to a little earlier in September.
So the idea that he couldn't change it because Trump set the date is a complete lie.
He did change it, and he changed everything else.
And Trump never would have done it that way.
First of all, Trump had no, absolutely no intention of giving up Bagram.
I think he fainted when he found out.
It's impossible to defend.
Giving up a base, 400 miles from China.
If you are a vaguely intelligent person, unless you're working for China, sorry.
And it's impossible to justify his fawning staff who were against it, who have to realize there was a connection between all the money and that, for not coming forward and doing anything To protect the country.
That's a hell of a lot more important than the career criminal in the White House.
I mean, they're like the 51 spies who lied.
Like Leon Pence.
Leon, uh, Panetta.
Panetta.
Panetta the liar.
Who, who, uh, introduced, who introduced a new, the new wave, the repetition of the same old corruption.
Just a little dumber.
Hmm.
Please, please, please, please.
We're going to take a short break while I recover.
Here we are, pretty much at the beginning of the process here at this pristine, I guess
I call it a laboratory.
It's not like a factory, it's like a hospital.
This is the beginning of the process for roasting.
Deep green, very good quality.
Most people don't use this quality.
We deal with small farmers because they like to know who we're dealing with.
They give us the highest quality, all organic, non-GMO.
You should know, all Arabica beans.
No Robusto.
All Arabica.
They're gonna go into the roaster and it'll get roasted for about 20 minutes or so.
Oh my goodness, look at these!
My goodness.
Ha ha ha.
You're going to want to specially order these.
♪♪♪ This is what goes into Rudy's coffee.
It's Rudy Giuliani back with you at America's Mayor Live.
The amount of time devoted to actual questions here is enormously powerful.
In drawing the conclusion, this was a campaign commercial.
This was supposed to be originally a live sit-down interview, because she hasn't had one.
Well, she still hasn't had one.
And this wasn't a live-to-tape interview either.
I had actually thought when they said they were going to record it, which I thought was already deceptive, that it would be a live-to-tape.
I didn't put past them editing it because CNN is inherently dishonest.
I didn't think they would cut out more than half of it.
You got to imagine that horrible performance we see with the two of them is the best it got.
Now, Walz's performance was pathetic.
Completely pathetic.
First of all, it was pathetic in that Dana Trump bash didn't ask any of the questions that needed to be asked as a patriotic American of him about all of the indications that point to his possibly being a Chinese plant who was being used to brainwash our students.
Harvard recruited him from a small school.
Peter is going to China.
He was enormously impressed, came back, and over the next number of years, as a little teacher, not even a head coach, which they lie about, but a defensive coach, 30 times took kids to China, subjecting them to what you know China does when you go there, which is to try to brainwash you.
There are certain indications that he's been brainwashed.
The statement that one man's socialism is another man's neighborliness, unless you're stupid or naive, is the statement of a brainwashed person who's been convinced of the equal merit of socialism.
That's a communist.
Let's play a short clip.
Let's play a short clip.
The point that I'm making is, we don't know if he's a communist.
Brainwasher of students for the last thirty years but there sure a lot of indications that would require if you cared
about america and security you would very very intensely question about.
Did you get paid.
What gifts did you get?
Why did you say it was the best vacation you ever had?
Why'd you go on your honeymoon there?
Why did you make Tiananmen Square the date of your marriage so you could remember it?
Kind of indicates something really weird.
I mean, that was a day of murder and terrorism.
Why'd you go there 30 times?
That's a lot of times.
What did you teach the kids?
Do you really believe that socialism is equivalent to neighborliness?
You really believe that China is the best place to have a vacation?
Why don't you speak up about COVID and its origins in China?
Were you one of the people that were among the Chinese operatives that criticized Trump for the extremely important decision of cutting down importation of COVID and the COVID messages of death from China?
Were you one of the people that criticized?
If you did, pal, I'm pretty much concluding you're a communist operative.
Not unlikely that they put you on the ticket.
I mean, she is from San Francisco.
They just had that great ceremony for Xi Jinping as if he was a conquering hero.
They got all the Chinese people lined up.
Newsom did.
Pelosi did.
And they all cheered for the biggest murderer in the world.
I know you're a messed up political party.
And I know to some extent you're a disloyal political party.
But are you part of that?
We have a right to know the answers to that.
Why don't we play the defensive coordinator?
Again?
Yeah, let's play tampon.
In war, but you have never deployed actually in a war zone.
A campaign official said that you misspoke.
Did you?
Well, first of all, I'm incredibly proud.
I've done 24 years of wearing the uniform of this country.
Equally proud of my service in a public school classroom.
Well, I mean, he never answers the question and he actually takes a step back.
So he got caught.
He got caught in another really just straight out lie, which he did several different times and in several different ways over the years.
He likes to pretend he was in combat.
He wasn't.
So one of the ways he did it is he likes to make his point about gun control that way.
Look, they're all a bunch of sniveling liars.
So he says, this is the gun that I carried into combat.
Well, he couldn't have carried it into combat because he never went into combat.
Immediately, his staff said that he misspoke.
And even the press pronounced, well, that puts it behind him.
He refused to acknowledge that he misspoke, just that.
Was he taken aback?
Which is it, Tim?
And what do you mean you misspoke?
You know, when you said you actually can't remember whether you were in combat or not?
Geez, you could be worse than Biden if you can't remember you were in combat.
I mean, of all the people she's got to pick, she's got to go pick a pathological liar?
The guy who lied about drunk driving?
The guy she lied about his being a head coach.
He walked out on his unit.
Thank you.
He blames it on a few, a few of the National Guard people that didn't like him, except there's a lot of them, and it includes the minister of the unit, who says, he says straight out, Tim Walz walked away when there was danger.
He's a coward and people died that he could have helped.
I didn't say that.
Trump didn't say it.
And it wasn't said when Trump was running.
Now, is he a coward?
It sure looked that way during the Minnesota, Minneapolis, the Minneapolis riots, when he let the city burn, refused to give the boy mayor any National Guard troops, when he did give them a hundred, only a hundred, He let his daughter leak out where they would be so they'd be in jeopardy.
Who's he working for?
Sure doesn't sound like he's working for us.
He's got a state that's in a tailspin.
People are leaving hand over fist.
He's a teacher, education has gone down.
Not a teacher, he's a professional brainwasher.
The city burned.
A lot of it hasn't been replaced.
People leave like crazy because of the horrible management of the state and city, because of the heavy taxes, and all of the communist policies that they have in place, including their very soft on criminal things.
Crime is up again this year.
You want this for America?
Really?
I don't know.
Getting back to Kamala there, how about, where is she on fracking?
Does it depend on the day?
I'm gonna do the best I can here.
Okay, and we'll play the clip after.
He was, for the longest time, vehemently against fracking.
Even for the benefit of her little, and we don't know what.
Yeah.
She has no children, she has no grandchildren.
I guess she has a niece.
Who is in favor of Hamas.
I mean, in favor of Hamas or not, you want to protect your knees.
I guess she has some stepchildren, but we don't know how many because we don't know if sex symbol, when he had the affair with the nanny, if it was a birth and what happened to the child.
Now, when you consider the massive intrusions into the private life of Donald Trump, these questions are no longer off the table, are they?
Or the pontifications they want to make about Trump.
Like, you know, he was convicted.
Well, he hasn't even been sentenced yet.
Walls was convicted of drunk driving.
Remember, she said she can notice that in something.
I guess she didn't notice that in him.
Right.
And not only that, he lied about it.
He said he was driving fast, 40 miles over the speed limit.
He was a teacher then, endangering the lives of children, setting a hell of a role model for children.
He was driving 40 miles over and he was drunk as a skunk.
And one of the explanations his lawyer gave was, well, he has bad hearing.
What?
Well, I don't know.
I mean, I've heard them all.
I never heard that bad hearing leads to driving drunk or driving fast.
Maybe what they were trying to say is he couldn't hear the sirens of the police car.
I mean, this guy's got so many problems.
He really should resign as governor of Minnesota, not run for... The guy burned down Minneapolis on purpose and his daughter gave away strategic positions.
And then Kamala bailed out all the criminals who did it, including in that group that they raised money for were a couple of rapists and murderers.
But they're not going to tell you that.
They're going to lie to you.
Kamala's values haven't changed.
That's right.
Her values haven't changed.
Let me just see.
I've got a few here.
Let's see.
We have to just acknowledge that the residual impact of fracking is enormous in terms of the impact on the health and safety of communities.
We have to just acknowledge that the residual impact of fracking is enormous in terms of
the impact on the health and safety of communities.
I think about this issue through the lens of my baby nieces, who are one and a half
and three years old.
And when I look at those babies and I think about what the world will be like in 20 years
if we don't act, I'm really afraid.
And as it relates to those Republicans in Congress where I've now been for two and a half years, every one of those members need to look at the babies, the grandbabies in their life, and then look in the mirror and ask themselves, why have they failed to act?
And in 2019, you said, quote, there is no question I'm in favor of banning fracking.
Fracking, as you know, is a pretty big issue, particularly in your must-win state of Pennsylvania.
Do you still want to ban fracking?
No.
And I made that clear on the debate stage in 2020, that I would not ban fracking.
As vice president, I did not ban fracking.
As president, I will not ban fracking.
Welcome back to America's Mayor Live.
America's Mayor is currently trying to- That's disgusting.
What you just heard is disgusting.
First of all, let's begin with the last statement that she made.
She made it clear on the debate stage in 2020 that I'm no longer in favor of banning tracking because of my little babies that were born three and a one-half years ago.
Well, let's begin.
With an intelligent lawyer's analysis of a liar.
A pathological, stupid liar.
Number one, you can go back and forth on that debate transcript.
You're not going to find her saying that she now is in favor of fracking.
Didn't happen.
Didn't say it.
No place else in the 2020 campaign can we find her saying it.
Certainly not during the debate.
So saying that she did it on the debate stage is a complete lie.
And Dana Trumpash kind of knew it because at another point of the debate she said, well, you didn't say anything in 2020.
Then she abandoned it when she lied.
So she wouldn't have to confront her with it.
But I mean, they could have checked that transcript in a matter of minutes and fact checked her and said, you're a damn liar.
Now, think about the following.
Let's take a look at what a bullshit artist she is.
And a phony!
She said that the reason she changed her position because of her three-year-old and one-and-a-half-year-old.
Well, if she's telling the truth, she changed her position before they were born.
At least a year before they were born.
What, was she kind of anticipating them?
And what fracking would do to them?
And exactly what's the connection with her three-year-old and one-and-a-half-year-old, who weren't even born yet, when she dishonestly says she changed her position?
This is like Wall saying, I was drunk driving because I have bad hearing.
This comes from being entitled.
It comes from being a Democrat in Washington or in major politics, and you can lie like hell.
And nobody checks you.
And then when I come along, you're in deep shit.
I used to love cross-examining politicians.
Easiest thing in the world to break them down.
Never failed.
Never failed to convict them.
The worst mistake they could ever make is get on the witness stand.
They get used to lying.
Because they're completely phony.
And this group, It's completely phony and completely corrupt.
And in some cases, loyal to a different entity than the United States of America.
One, because he was paid.
And the other, we can't be sure, but no one's really answered the question.
Until you answer the question, for the benefit and safety of my country, I'm going to assume that he is.
Same thing you're doing with the attempt on the life of Donald Trump.
So far, you haven't pointed out one single thing that the Secret Service did right to protect him.
Everything we see looks like it could be just a deliberate attempt to get him killed.
I don't think it is, but I can't get upset if somebody might think it is.
Inspector Clouseau could put all the little things together and say, gee, this guy was around there a week or two before.
He was making threats for a long time, and you never picked up on him.
Or maybe you did pick up on him.
Maybe you did know about him.
And that's why when he went to Butler County, you gave him less security than he asked for.
And you had people around that were about four foot two.
And you never bothered to do what you usually do, which is consult with the local police, and you didn't cover the most obvious place that a 15-year-old could figure out that's the place where you could kill a president or president if you wanted to.
You knew about a suspicious person for an hour and a half before, you never brought it to the president's attention.
And you didn't put the event off until you found the suspicious person, which is the usual way I remember it being done, having at times been responsible for President Reagan, President Clinton, and President Bush's security.
You don't go forward with an event when there's an outstanding allegation of suspicion.
You resolve it first.
You find the guy.
You frisk him.
You take a look at him.
You question him and you say, oh Jesus, nothing.
Or, wow, we got a problem.
You got any pals around here?
Let's call this one off.
None of that was done.
Just went ahead in the secret service, allowed it to go ahead in the face of knowledge that there was a suspicious individual.
In a situation where they left open The most obvious place from which you could assassinate him.
Is that, for sure, gross negligence?
And whenever you have gross negligence, the question has to be, was it intentional?
I'm sorry.
Secret Service isn't God.
You can ask that question.
There's a real reason to ask it.
It's a continuing danger.
President Trump is continuing to campaign.
The motivation to kill him is still there.
In every other way, the Democrats have attempted to kill him.
They've paid millions of dollars for false allegations against him.
They tried to remove him as a lawfully elected president based on Hillary Clinton's paid for false Russian collusion allegations.
Illegally and disgustingly covered up the hard drive, including using prostitutes like Panetta to cover up for them.
I mean, I can go on and on.
I mean, one of my police commissioners said to me a year and a half ago, Mayor, has it ever occurred to you they've done everything they can do other than try to kill him?
There's a there's a reason they did that.
And the reason they did that is they are deathly afraid of him.
And they're deathly afraid of him because he's the only one that's got the guts to go figure out what they've been doing to us for years.
Would that lead to murder?
I can't say yes until I have the proof.
But I can't say no until we resolve these very, very substantial and powerful questions, which there seems to be no sense of urgency to resolve.
Well, this isn't the Kennedy assassination, which is a massive problem of its own, by the way.
This is an ongoing threat.
Although the crooked press made very little of it, there's been another substantial threat on Trump since then.
Now they suspended these people a month after it happened.
So for a month, these people who had to be suspended, who apparently acted at least grossly negligently, Well, part of his security.
They felt no urgency to suspend these people.
I can't imagine a police department in America that wouldn't have suspended them.
You suspend law enforcement people during an investigation.
My goodness, we've been through this often enough in America to know that.
Now, you get criticized sometimes because you suspend them with pay, but they're presumed innocent.
That doesn't mean you leave him on the job!
Not in a situation like this, where there are questions that are mind-boggling, for which we have not gotten a good answer.
Their investigation into the background of the alleged murderer is pathetic.
They know nothing about him.
He's the only kid in America that wasn't present on the Internet.
And finally, Horrible though it is to mention, it's being investigated by an agency that's tried to destroy him in every other way possible.
An agency that tried to frame him.
They knew that the Russian collusion allegations were false almost from day one.
They knew from about two to three months into it that Hillary Clinton paid for them.
And they let him go on for three years They completely lied about the Ukrainian quid pro quo as another attempt to unlawfully remove him from office.
And now are we willing to take another look at January 6th and realize the unbelievable lies they told about January 6th?
The funeral they gave for the police officer who died of natural causes?
Lying in state.
I think that's beautiful.
Every police officer should be lying in state, but not in order to frame a president.
I mean, um, when it was raised with me a year and a half ago, I think we better warn the president that they've done everything they can show to trying to kill him, but he's got to be more careful.
My first reaction was, And then my former police commissioner said to me, Mayor, you're an expert investigating crime.
You know more about these people than anybody.
From the things they've done already, are they capable of it?
And the answer is, tragically, I sure can't count that out.
I'm not going to be the one that counts that out.
It's going to be an active hypothesis until it gets resolved.
I was always taught that you gotta take a good look at the person with the biggest motive.
A great detective taught me that.
Helped me a lot in my career.
Not always true.
Sometimes by investigating that you get to the right person.
Logic is the solution to many but not all crimes.
But logic, even when it doesn't solve the crime, Helps you to the solution.
Sometime I'll do a special lecture on how to investigate crimes.
I used to do that.
What they're doing now is a travesty and trusting the FBI to do it is like saying we don't really give a damn if they tried to kill Trump or not.
Do you think Biden does?
You gotta answer that for yourself.

This is Rudy Giuliani.
And right in back of me, you see a map, right?
And you know what that map is?
Well, it used to be a map, interactive map, of all our states and how they break down with regard to Electoral vote as of right now.
This is from RealClearPolitics.
What RealClearPolitics does, and I find this really the most helpful, because there are so many polls, and sometimes one of them can be way off.
You know, they're all two, three percent.
Then one is ten, and it just throws everything off.
And polling is a question of sampling.
Do you get the sample right?
Do you have the sample right?
Well, we'll go the other way in a minute.
Take it easy.
So, Let's take a look at where it stands right now, because every Friday, I want to tell you where I think it stands, okay?
And I'm going to tell you, I'm going to show you what RealClearPolitics says.
RealClearPolitics says, right now, electoral vote, which is the only thing in the world that counts, is 219 for Trump-Vance, 208 for Harris-Walz, 111 Tarzan.
That's an advantage Trump.
Advantage Harris-Walz, they have the more solid votes.
139, solidly theirs, that usually means 15% or more.
A state like California, for example.
And the Trump people, slightly less, well, quite a bit less, 93.
When you get into the, I think the, you know, strongly leaning states, again, The Harris-Walls people have a slight advantage, 52 to 38.
Now here's where Trump sort of takes off.
In the leaning category, Trump has 88, Harris has only 17, and there are 111 that are too close to call.
Now, we're going to find out if you Agree or disagree with expert Giuliani's conclusion, okay?
So let's go, let's start with the easy ones for Biden.
We all agree that, let's go out to the west coast, Washington, Oregon, and California, and I would take Oregon from leaning to, watch this, I'm going to take Oregon and I'm going to take it from leaning It doesn't want to move.
I don't know who put that on the map.
It won't, it won't uh.
No, it went off the map.
I didn't get it.
Okay.
Maybe I should try a different one here.
Let's see. Now we'll try again.
Put that on the map.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Are you pressing the right thing?
Yeah, I am pressing and it's not working.
Yep.
Okay, well 270 to win can be a little different, but we'll use that.
270 to win, which I do not find as accurate as RealClearPolitics.
I know you can too.
270 to win is a little different.
It's gonna be a little different here.
270 to win is, uh, Has Democrats ahead, 226 to 219.
Okay.
But let's scroll down, zoom in, and let's go by, well, that's about it.
That's all you can do.
That's all we get.
Now.
Come in more, you can come in more on that.
On you, yourself.
Yeah, there we go.
Okay, now.
We agree with Washington, Oregon, and California.
I believe that Nevada is leaning Trump.
I believe that Arizona is leaning Trump.
I agree with Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, except for the one vote.
Kansas is definitely Trump and Oklahoma is definitely Trump.
And Texas, I don't know, I might make it securely Trump, but certainly leaning Trump is good enough.
I would leave New Mexico and Colorado, although I think the story we have for you on Colorado, which I don't think we have time for tonight, but we'll cover on Monday, there's a chance you could flip Colorado.
There's also a chance you could flip New Mexico.
But let's leave them.
No, you yourself.
Let's leave them.
Let's leave them right now as leaning to Biden.
Minnesota, I'm actually just going to give it to Biden.
And I'm going to do the same thing with Illinois.
I don't see this leaning stuff.
I think Biden's going to win both.
Minnesota and Illinois.
And I think Trump is going to win Iowa.
I don't see the leaning thing.
It doesn't matter much for the total.
Right now, the total we're at is 230 Republican, 232 Democrat.
Now, here's where you get down to the states that are going to decide the election.
I'm going to take New Hampshire, where I am right now, that they have leaning Biden.
I'm going to make it a toss up.
I don't see New Hampshire.
I mean, I'm driving around New Hampshire.
I don't see anything for Biden.
I see a lot for Trump.
And this is not a, I'm sorry, Harris.
This is not a Harris state.
So I like that choice there.
The rest of it is correct.
New York is correct.
Some places have it as a leaning state.
And I have no idea why Massachusetts is a leaning state.
They say he's only ahead by 11 in Massachusetts.
That's 11 electoral votes.
I mean, if he doesn't win Massachusetts, the election is over.
So we're going to make Massachusetts a definite for him.
OK?
So now we have Republicans ahead 234, and we have one, two, three, four, five, six states to go.
And these are the states that will decide the election.
I think you know that, right?
So let's go up from the South.
There were two states that I don't see how they don't vote for Trump.
He's pulled out North Carolina the last two times.
There's no reason why he shouldn't pull out North Carolina again.
So I would say, but you want to deal with Virginia first?
I'll leave Virginia exactly the way it is.
Virginia is right now two points Harris.
Trump could win Virginia.
If we had to make a choice right now, I'd say Harris wins Virginia.
Right now, Trump wins North Carolina.
We'll make it lean Trump, but that certainly shouldn't be a toss-up state.
And with Kemp endorsing Trump, Which was the last major obstacle.
I see Georgia as leaning to Trump.
So now Trump is four electoral votes away from being president of the United States.
Uh, in order to, uh, well, I actually see a mistake here.
New Hampshire should be a toss up.
So he's actually eight away.
So there are several ways he can get it.
If he wins Pennsylvania, and you see Pennsylvania right here, he's over the top.
19 votes.
Right?
If he wins Michigan, he's over the top.
If he wins Wisconsin, he's over the top.
So what do you think, Ted?
Which one of those is he going to win?
Of those three, well, first of all, you disagree with any of my choices.
You can.
No.
New Hampshire?
No, I agree with all of them.
You agree with New Hampshire?
New Hampshire's going to be tough.
I do think Kamala is in a good spot right now.
So that would actually put her at 232 to his 262.
I think Trump's going to, yeah, I do think Trump can win.
I'd say he wins Pennsylvania before he wins Michigan, and I think he wins Wisconsin.
I think Michigan's the least likely, and I say that as a Michigander, Michigan's the least likely to go in our favor.
Do you think it's leaning yet?
Well, let's go, we're only asking about leaning right now.
I would say, I believe that Pennsylvania is leaning Trump, which puts him over the top.
Because he's been leading in most of the polls until she came in.
She's made it closer, but he still inches her out.
And I just see it.
And ultimately, when it all plays out, I actually see Biden, as I told you, as a stronger candidate in Pennsylvania than Harris and Walz.
You're right.
He is.
And in Michigan.
Well, certainly in Pennsylvania.
Coming from Delaware, coming from Scranton.
Middle class guy.
Walls is a flake.
She's a Hollywood girl.
And Trump really, I mean, look, on Election Day, Trump was ahead in Pennsylvania by 800,000 votes.
That's a lot of votes to get on Election Day.
Yeah.
Nobody's ahead by 800.
Even Shapiro wasn't ahead by 800,000 votes.
Right.
You know what happened in Pennsylvania.
Sorry.
Yeah, well, you don't have to apologize.
I'm not going to give it to him yet.
I'd be almost willing to give them Texas, which they have strongly leaning.
They've got South Carolina strongly leaning.
They got Florida strongly leaning.
But I'll leave them that way for now.
Maybe next week we'll change it.
So now we got two left.
So why don't we split the difference here?
Because I think you're telling me the least likely state of the three remaining Michigan.
It's Michigan.
It's the most liberal of those three.
Let's make that, let's make that for purposes of we don't want any leaners.
Let's make that leaning very slightly.
I don't think Trump's going to win Michigan.
I'm just saying right now.
Let's have it leaning.
He's going to win Michigan.
I just think right now the polling would be because Kamala's coming off of her bank.
That's what I, there's my final thoughts for today.
Let's register it as the, As the last Friday in August prediction of Rudy Giuliani and Ted.
We agree on this, right?
66 days out.
Right now, we have 113 sure for Trump, 194 sure for her.
100 strong leaners for him, only 20 strong leaners for her.
294 is sure for her. 100 strong leaners for him. Only 20 strong leaners for her.
Right? 29 weak leaners for her. 78 weak leaners for him, which gets him,
if they all come in his way, 291 Republican votes.
The main thing you can see from the map, which is why I like to use it.
First of all, I think that polls that just end up giving you the national vote are extremely deceptive.
Because we win or lose by electoral votes.
I mean, Hillary beat him, what, by two or three, and he beat her by 30 or 40 electoral votes, right?
We've had several.
Did Kerry beat Bush in popular vote?
Certainly Gore did.
No, no, no, no, no.
That's only one big one.
Gore beat Bush.
In any event, this is the way You select an election.
And I did, contrary to what I said I was going to do, I left New Hampshire, and we're not weaklings, so we're going to make New Hampshire slightly leaning to Harris right now.
That's subject to change.
So that's where it stands.
I think this is a pretty accurate reading, and each week we'll And we'll bring in some experts to help us look at this.
How about we take one quick look at Colorado?
And what's going on in Aurora, Colorado, because this guy, Jared Polis, who gets a lot of credit with Republicans because he raises taxes, this guy is as crazy a left-winger and as weak a character as Tampon Tim.
Aurora, Colorado, which we reported on the last two nights, and many have reported on now, is being taken over by Tron de Aragua.
Tron de Aragua is a very, very large Venezuelan gang that has come into the United States based on the invitation of Bordasar, the president, and Mayorkas.
They didn't exist in the United States at all, I don't think, but certainly in any numbers before them.
This is one of their creations.
And part of it comes from the fact that Maduro is quite deliberately sending all of his criminals and all of his prisons to America.
Trump is not exaggerating about that.
And I wish the president would point out the historical precedent for it.
Maduro is doing this based on what Castro did to Carter, and what Reagan had to straighten out, and with Reagan's movie coming out, I wonder if they're going to spend time on how he brilliantly solved that border problem, which I will tell you on Monday, because I was part of how it was brilliantly solved.
But in any event, the reality is That in Aurora, Pennsylvania, the mayor, I'm sorry, Colorado, the mayor and the citizens say that Tranaragua is taking over apartments and running them as if they own them.
The number varies based on the estimate from three to about eight or nine.
And they're taking over the city.
The mayor has asked for help from the governor, and the governor, Jared Polis, progressive Democrat, says the mayor is exaggerating and panicking.
What?
This is because the mayor runs a sanctuary state.
The mayor also runs a state where if you breathe too heavily there, you're going to get brain damage from marijuana.
There's a report out today As to how marijuana and recreational drugs put you at a 30% more risk of a fatal heart attack.
They didn't tell you that when they made it legal, did they?
They didn't tell you the effect that it has on your brain, did they?
No, no, no.
No, no.
They didn't tell you that people in Colorado and Oregon and places like that getting killed on the road in much larger numbers, did they?
Oregon wants to change it back.
In Walsey's case, he was really, really high on alcohol when he could have killed somebody driving around recklessly at 40 miles over the limit.
Do you want to hear from a witness?
So this is what's happening in Aurora.
We haven't verified this video, but it's a video that's gone viral, and it explains the situation in Aurora, Colorado.
This, according to a local.
In Aurora, Colorado, there's a Venezuelan gang that has taken over two apartment buildings.
I could you not.
The landowner has contacted the local authorities.
They said there's nothing they can do about it.
That's squatter laws, bro.
I could you not.
Look this up.
Number two, he went to the FBI.
They said there's nothing they can do.
And he even went to the marshals, y'all.
And this Venezuelan gang has taken over the apartment building.
They're charging the tenants inside rent money like they're the landlords.
Meanwhile, the real landlord can't get these people evicted.
All the people that's leaving the apartment buildings, as soon as they leave, these Venezuelan gang members are just moving in more gang members to a point where they are taking over the building with guns.
It's no more security there.
Like, look this up right now.
And this is exactly what I was talking about like two weeks ago.
Oh, not even two weeks ago.
On a couple of my videos.
This is what they want.
Attack within.
Y'all better stay safe.
Y'all better stay safe.
This is what they want.
For the country to be attacked from within.
Black people versus the brown people.
Let them fight it out.
You see what I'm saying?
Y'all better stay safe.
It's getting crazy out here because it's going to get to a point where it's going to start affecting you.
You may not live in Aurora, Colorado, but the fact that it's happening, man, this is crazy.
Y'all better stay safe.
Man, man, man, I've been seeing videos about the same Venezuelan people be in the stores looking to kidnap people and child trafficking.
It's going to shambles.
And y'all telling me Trump ain't need it?
And y'all telling me Trump ain't need it?
Come on now.
Go look this shit up.
This shit ain't no joke, bro.
They're literally securing the area with guns.
They're not even, like, it's crazy.
He's getting crazy.
Stay prepared.
TTG, time to go.
I don't know why I'm laughing, but that guy is funny.
The fact is they're all over America.
This guy, Paul, has got his head up his ass.
In New York, they're a terrible problem.
When we get rid of progressive governors and mayors, America will be a lot safer.
And here's some additional video, a short clip.
This is security footage from one of the apartment complexes showing the gang members roaming the corridors of this apartment complex.
Again, this is in Aurora, Colorado.
These are Biden-Harris invitees.
And then, Mayor, here is Governor Polis' response.
response. Maybe.
you Or lack thereof.
Governor Polis dismisses migrant gang takeover of apartments as imagination, despite the video we just showed you.
Is the mayor a Republican or something, and therefore he hates them?
Well, the mayor is also... I don't think so, because here's what the mayor said recently, kind of in line with Polis.
Oh really?
I thought the mayor was asking for help.
I think he was originally and then backtracked.
Oh, they squeezed his cojones, huh?
Read that headline.
So never mind that this is happening.
They're criticizing American citizens for raising concerns about what they're seeing, claiming that it's creating a hysteria.
Maybe the Venezuelan gangs taking over the buildings in Aurora, Colorado are creating a hysteria.
Well, it'd be the one place they're not doing it.
I mean, they're taking over New York.
These are the guys that beat up cops a couple of weeks ago.
This is where the guy came from that killed Lake and Riley.
This is the one who killed a little girl in Brooklyn.
But Mayor, I mean, okay.
They're a big problem in New York.
In New York, aside from the rape and the murder, they have gangs.
Feliz Navidad!
your cell phones and then kick you in the head.
Well, this is the guy that, here's Jared Polis.
I don't think any comments needed, but this is a guy that's supposed to
fix this problem in Colorado.
You got that least now we got that least now we got prospero.
I know he fell easy.
Say that that least now we got.
No wonder they came to Colorado.
Oh my God, if I were running trans, I'd take the people from New York and that guy is worse than Adams and Hogle.
Feliz Navidad!
Prospero año y felicidad!
Feliz... I believe it.
That's great.
The mayor, you guys can see the mayor here.
He's like in shock.
Where's the mayor?
No, I'm saying you!
These people won elected office?
Who's that guy?
Is he okay?
I don't know, but that's the governor.
Was that a mayor, or was that a sitting governor of Colorado?
Was that the Christmas party at the local asylum for the criminally insane?
Maybe they should send him to Venezuela.
It's crazy.
That's Jared Polis?
Yeah.
So some Republicans like him because he reduces taxes.
It's great.
He reduces taxes and he gets you killed by transgender.
Yeah.
I mean, he should reduce taxes.
He isn't protecting you.
I was going to say, well, It's like the government, the government's only job.
There's no chances.
Just come there and take your chances.
And I bet he's... Feliz Navidad.
Feliz Navidad.
He hasn't said anything serious, you know?
Oh.
We'll get that from Monday.
Get it from Monday.
Well, we have this headline.
Colorado governor.
Dismisses a migrant gang takeover of apartment as imagined.
Showed you the video.
Despite video mayor confirming.
Well, then the mayor backed off.
He got cowardly.
Yes.
Oh, yeah, the mayor.
Yeah, the mayor.
I guess.
How much, how much do you want to bet he's a Democrat?
I do not believe Republican mayors are never cowards.
We're different.
Yeah, this is definitely not you, Mayor.
One of the things that makes you a Republican mayor is you have courage.
Because to be a mayor, they try to torture and kill you.
Is that the cowardly mayor?
Yeah.
Like a cowardly lion?
Republican.
Sorry.
Which is why I think you gave the right response at first, but then probably had to backtrack.
Must be like a Republican from Michigan.
Hey!
Who's afraid to take on Jocelyn.
We got some good ones and some bad ones, we'll say.
Well, okay, guys.
Yeah.
Time for the weekend.
We'll see what happens.
We'll see what, uh, I guess, uh, Kathleen Kamala is gonna have to rest after that eight-minute interview that, which was exhausting.
Man, would I love to get the stuff on the cutting room floor, wouldn't you?
Yeah.
I mean, the stuff that we got is hilarious.
God bless the people of America, the people of Israel, people of Ukraine, people all over the world.
We're entitled to much better leadership than we have.
If I ever started telling you what's going on in Europe, you'd really get discouraged.
But I have abiding confidence in the strength And the common sense of the American people.
And what's being presented to them is horrible.
God bless America.
They are the principle of common sense and rational discussion to the issues of our day.
America was created at a time of great turmoil, tremendous disagreements, anger, hatred.
It was a book written in 1776 that guided much of the discipline of thinking that brought to us the discovery of our freedoms, of our God-given freedoms.
It was Thomas Paine's Common Sense, written in 1776, one of the first American bestsellers, in which Thomas Paine explained, by rational principles, the reason why these small colonies felt the necessity to separate From the Kingdom of Great Britain and the King of England.
He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom adheres in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
This is exactly the time we should consult our history.
Look at what we've done in the past and see if we can't use it to help us now.
We understand that our founders created the greatest country in the history of the world.
The greatest democracy, the freest country, a country that has taken more people out of poverty than any country ever.
All of us are so fortunate to be Americans.
But a great deal of the reason for America's constant ability to self-improve is because we're able to reason, we're able to talk, we're able to analyze.
