This is the Rudy Giuliani Show on Frank Speech Network.
And we're ready to go tonight.
And reluctant though I am to make this our top subject, one of the most odious of Americans, Zuckerbuck's.
Zuckerbuck's is the top of the news because Zuckerbuck's puts the, not the final chapter, there are about five more, but one of the main ones.
on the worst history of censorship and deprivation of the right of free speech and free press in the history of the United States of America.
I am not sure, and I haven't done sufficient research, but our resident historian, Dr. Maria, can do it for us.
And that is, was it worse under the British crown?
John Adams, my great hero, actually attempted to, with the alien and sedition laws, you might remember, To prohibit free speech.
But it was an amateur attempt.
These guys, Biden, Harris, and the rest of the communists there, Prince Obama, these guys are real communists.
I mean, they really know how to wipe out free speech.
I think if you did a quantitative analysis, we're somewhere up near the top in restrictions on free speech in the world.
Now, first of all, a lot of places don't even have a press, so there's nothing to restrict.
We've got a really big press.
Per capita, without any doubt, we've got the biggest restrictions.
Because to restrict us is really tough.
I mean, newspapers have declined substantially.
Even to reach a broadcast, television has declined.
But what's come with that is a broader array of mediums that would be available to you, or media, let's do the right Latin plural.
So, you just think, just focus on one thing for a second, the hard drive.
This was an unprecedented piece of massive negative information, true or untrue, And it was true, but relevant to an impending election a month and a half away.
I don't know that ever has a piece of evidence as provable as that, meaning it's in writing, on tape, on video, was ever presented in a presidential election.
No.
With the number of outlets we have, the unbelievable amount of cover-up the regime was able to do is impressive for a communist country.
I don't know if Putin could have done as good a job.
I mean that.
A lot of stuff leaks out of Russia.
Now, you get killed for it if he catches it.
But a lot of stuff leaks out of Russia.
You can't believe what leaks out of Iran.
How do we get to see pictures of people calling for the death of the Ayatollah?
So this was incredible!
About as relevant as you could get to the election.
In the hard drive, large as it is, there's one piece of information that jumps out like this.
It never has, even to today.
In the hard drive, Hunter Biden explains the answer to, did the senator and vice president ever get any money?
And says, conclusively, for 30 years, I've had to give half my salary to my father.
They do a hell of a job of covering that up, huh?
Such a good job that 20% of the American people say if they knew, and they don't even know that, what I just told you, that's still being suppressed, even by the conservative media, as is the child pornography, for reasons of delicacy.
I don't know.
Doesn't it lead to a lot of the perversions they're doing of our kids?
And maybe if people knew about it, we could prevent it for a lot of other kids?
How stupid is that?
We're being delicate with the biggest criminals ever in the White House?
And who suffers for that?
Innocent people!
Well, what did Zuckerberg in essence admit to, Ted?
If you could, Summarize the letter, now that we've had a day to analyze it, and I'm going to tell you that I believe this guy's got to be in jail.
You know, they go after people who violate the campaign finance law for a thousand dollars.
This guy took 400 million And directed it just to the Democrats.
Now, how do I say that?
Because we've seen it!
I can give you 1,000 mules.
2,000 mules, sorry.
Which you could watch for all sorts of purposes.
I believe it's completely accurate, and I've never seen it really contradicted, except by the general word, it's been debunked!
By, you know, liars like Leon the Liar Panetta.
I don't know if he did that in particular.
He lied about Russian collusion and about me, and he was someone who was an acquaintance of mine, if not a friend, and I consider him an enormously dishonorable man.
The kind of man whose picture should be taken down from the Defense Department and ripped up, because he lied and defrauded the American people during a very critical election, which means he's not a patriot.
Oh, maybe he's even a traitor.
Tell us what he's admitted to.
And I don't think you have to do too much interpretation here, Ted.
I mean, it's straight out.

So Mark Zuckerberg in a letter to the House Committee on the Judiciary and Chairman Jim Jordan.
Admitted.
So this is a letter from Mark Zuckerberg to Chairman Jim Jordan.
When I say admissible, it's evident as an exception to the hearsay rule and extremely valuable and weighty in a trial.
So, in this letter, Mark Zuckerberg, Zuckerbox here, admits and, well, he talks about how the Biden administration, including the White House, repeatedly pressured Facebook to censor content surrounding COVID-19, including humor and satire.
He also included the fact that the government and the Biden administration would express frustration when Facebook didn't agree.
So, Zuckerberg admits that they had given in to government pressure, and this is government pressure that he now says was wrong.
Now, stop a moment.
Dr. Maria is sitting back there working on her next show, but I want to emphasize for you that what Ted is talking about, it's just not, oh, political screwing around here, there, here, there, here, there.
This is the kind of information that leads to people living or dying.
For example, The ridiculous campaign, doctor, that they conducted against hydroxychloroquine and then later the other medicine led to people dying because they never got the medicine.
And we know that from the people The few people that we work with, we were lucky to reach about five or six that we saved their lives or Dr. Zelenko did through us by getting them hydroxychloroquine even though you couldn't get it in New York because dictator Cuomo
Wouldn't allow it.
This is a big deal, Mayor Giuliani.
One of my first shows on Frank's speech was about censorship, and I went over the Facebook files.
Remember, Zuckerberg was asked to go in front of Congress many times about this, and he finally admitted it, guess where?
On Joe Rogan's show!
And now, I don't know.
Did Joe punch him in the face?
No, it was like a year ago.
He actually looked like he wanted to punch him in the face.
And this is so huge because people died during this pandemic because of misinformation.
And it was misinformation from people like Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Dr. Anthony Fauci.
People took the mRNA injection, have lifelong neurological disease.
My brother has lifelong He had cardiac disease.
He had myocarditis from the shot.
Many people have suffered and some even died because they censored information.
A letter of apology just doesn't suffice.
He's got to beg for forgiveness.

This guy?
Zuckerberg.
Yeah, behind a prison cell.
Yeah, this is huge.
He should beg for forgiveness.
They should take Bannon out and they should stick him in Bannon's cell.
How about Joe Biden?
How about Kamala Harris?
How about Anthony Fauci?
They're the ones that used Anthony Fauci to say he was this medical premier guy.
Like, I think President Trump, he sees a doctor telling him what to do.
I don't blame lay people who, you know, I don't.
I blame Fauci, I blame Biden, and I blame Kamala Harris.
I will say, in Trump's defense, and this is where Robert Kennedy Jr.
helps him a lot as indoor Trump backed off it when he realized what phonies they were.
He was with Fauci for the first four or five months.
But then all of a sudden he took the little rat and he put him under the table and he kept contradicting him and he kept getting criticized by the left-wing criminals for doing it.
He also always said it was up to you.
He never did the mandate fascist communist shit.
It was always, it's up to you, it's up to you, it's up to you.
He was starting to see the other side of it.
Now, did he see it fast enough?
Maybe, given the situation he was in.
So there are some things that he did that I would rather see him do differently now if he did it all over again.
But I can't say he ever looked at contrary information that was clear and didn't act on it.
Like, first thing when he found out about China, man, he went right after them.
Now, when you're paid off by China, like Biden, you can't do that.
Or when you're working for China.
Tampon Tim, you can't do that.
And what did they do?
What did all the Chinese surrogates do?
Which means most of the Democrat Party and part of my own party, like McConnell.
McConnell's father-in-law is a multi-zillionaire as a result of Red China, and he comes from Taiwan.
Go figure out how a guy from Taiwan can become a multi-zillionaire from Red China.
And he's given oodles of bucks to the senile old man.
So it isn't just Democrats.
China worked on both sides of the aisle.
The one guy they haven't worked on, however, is Donald Trump.
And are they at the core of a lot of the conspiracy against Trump?
You're damn right they are.
So Zuckerberg censored, put out false information, put out false, fatal information.
About COVID.
What else did he do?
I mean, that's enough for a lifetime of jail.
But go ahead.

That's right.
So on top of that, he has also admitted to covering up the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Now that one gets me a little poisonal.
In the same letter, he is He openly admits that they... Poisonly.
So here it is, and this is the transition in the letter.
In a separate, this is Mark Zuckerberg, in a separate situation, the FBI warned Facebook
about a potential Russian disinformation operation about the Biden family and Burisma in the
lead up to the 2020 election.
Quote, that fall when we saw a New York Post story reporting on corruption allegations involving then Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden's family, we sent that story to fact checkers for review and temporarily demoted it while waiting for a reply.
It's since been made clear that the reporting was not Russian disinformation and in retrospect, we shouldn't have demoted the story.
The source of that story was a person who was the most successful prosecutor in the history of the United States in the 20th century.
He was also the most successful mayor of New York City in history by objective analysis.
He had a history of integrity that was four decades long.
That's what you need.
You need a source.
And he was willing to go on the record.
So when you think about that, the fact that it wasn't printed is criminal.
Now, I wasn't the only source.
It was backed up by a merchant who had all of the documentation, including Hunter Biden's signature that could be verified, including internal verifications that were verified by at least eight separate law enforcement experts that I know of.
Now, what we didn't know, it had been verified by the FBI a year earlier, and they were covering it up.
Mr. Wray was covering it up, and Mr. Fat Boy Barr was covering it up.
While this is going on, while this mystery about whether this incredibly incriminating evidence that virtually convicts on its own should be given to the American electorate These guys were covering it up.
Now, I don't know.
Isn't this bullshit that Jack Smith is once again trying to prosecute Trump for nothing compared to that?
And nothing's being done about it.
This happened four years ago almost.
I mean, it's as if I'm living through it again.
I got it.
I got it from John Mac Isaacs with Bob Costello.
We worked on it, we verified it ourselves, independently, Bob and I. Bob did, I did.
Then I got Bernie Carrick to help me.
Then I brought Steve Bannon in because I thought Steve could help me get it out.
Which he did, except they slammed us down like that.
And then Bannon and I and the others spent the next month and a half, I must have gone on 200 independent stations Trying to get it out.
And I'm proud of the fact that we got it to 50% of the American people, but have we got it to 75% of the American people?
Those are soldiers that President Trump went to honor yesterday who died in Afghanistan to be alive today.
And I live with that.
And I knew it would happen because I was one of the few people that knew what a horribly evil man you were putting in the White House.
And I knew it would lead to death.
I know about executive responsibility better than most.
And I knew the consequences of a crooked Biden administration would be a lot of needless death.
I never realized there'd be that many.
I never realized there would be a couple hundred thousand people in Ukraine.
As well as, I don't know how many Americans, certainly at 13, and all those fentanyl people.
Wow.
That's what Zuckerberg cost us.
Not just him alone, but without him it would have been hard.
If Facebook had broken that story, Biden would have been dead.
And they knew it, and that's why they pressured him.
And that little rat went along with it.

And Ted and I and Dr. Maria were conversing during the break about exactly why is Zuckerrat coming up with this now?
I mean, this would have really helped, you know, four years ago at this time.
It could have saved a lot of lives.
The fact that he didn't do it cost a lot of lives.
And exactly what's, this guy doesn't do things because he's a good person.

In a way, it almost hurts him because if Trump administration or his lawyers have an inclination to pursue this, he's just made some very substantial admissions.

This is the biggest campaign finance fraud in history.
I mean, nothing like $400 million anywhere.
Shall we continue with the last part of the letter, Ted, so we're not accused of leaving things out of context?
I mean, there are other crimes we're leaving out.
It's like we left crimes out of the... I mean, the hard drive is ridiculous.
Bannon and I and Carrick and Costello and Maria and we pulled out every crime we could find.
And we must have gotten Three quarters at most, maybe half.
Because then over the next year or two, all kinds of additional crimes came out.
And so not only is Mark Zuckerberg admitting Facebook's role in censoring critical information around the COVID-19 pandemic, not only did he admit they wrongly covered up the Hunter Biden laptop, he is also admitting That his financial contributions leading up to the 2020 election were done in such a way, uh, in a non-neutral way.
He almost tries to say, well, I didn't quite intend it, but now that I look at it, they did favor one political party.
He's trying to cover himself up.
Here it is from his words.
Apart from content moderation, I want to, I being Mark Zuckerberg, want to address the contributions I made during the last presidential cycle to support electoral infrastructure.
The idea here was to make sure local election jurisdictions across the country had the resources they needed to help people vote safely during a global pandemic.
I made these contributions through the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
They were designed to be nonpartisan.
That's his wife, a co-conspirator.
They were designed to be non-partisan, spread across urban, rural, and suburban communities.
Still, despite the analysis I've seen showing otherwise, we need more on this sentence.

What a weak statement.
It clearly did.
Quote, back to Mark, my goal is to be neutral and not play a role one way or another, or even to appear to be playing a role.

That's a full statement.
That's a lie.
The reality is that just by objective financial analysis, 90% of that money went to Democratic Not just Democratic areas.
Take out rural and suburban.

Actually, I was on Harris Faulkner's show one time, and I said about the mail-in ballots.
I knew about the mail-in ballot boxes that he was behind with that third-party entity that he went in agreement with that Ratzenberg allowed.
And there wasn't rule, sir.
You're right.
It was Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, and Clayton County, urban, here in Georgia.
It wasn't in the rural areas, right?
Hey, those good old country boys are like, what's that over there?

My daddy was a retired sergeant major.
My blood bleeds in military service and all my family and uncles and granddaddies.
And I have to say, when I saw that tobacco, of the debacle where they left out Afghanistan.
The first thing that comes to my mind is like, what in the world?
And then it's like, oh, well, that's absolute military equipment.
Rudy, I got guys in the scrap business.
Are you kidding me?
The guys here in Atlanta, just scrap.
There was billions of dollars of scrap.
And let's just say if it wasn't any good.
So when you start thinking about all that, what went down and then the fallen soldiers, oh my Lord.
And then he looked at his watch like, oh, well, hurry up.
I got to get out of here.
You know, You know, it's just so sad, man.
But listen, once again, I just gotta believe the light is coming, Rudy.
I got to, man.
We have to, you know, to come out.

Is the support of Governor Kemp, is that going to solidify things in Georgia and RFK?
I mean, those two things coming together, is that the extra couple of percent that makes it Georgia solid?
I'm going to be honest with you.
I never really worried about that.
And listen, I've been a party chairman here.
I've done every hat seat you can imagine.
That's why I'm asking.
And I'm being real.
I knew there was a little squabble.

But I knew eventually if, and I knew down in my spirit, if Kemp wanted a future, there was no way he could go on and have his wife saying, I'm not going to vote and all this old silliness.
If he wanted a future, anything, whether you want to run for Senate against Ossoff, wherever he's trying to go, The MAGA base, we still have 38% of the electric here locked down and there's no pathway to any seat in the great state of Georgia without that.
So yes, let's reconcile everybody and let's stop.
And Rudy, just to be honest with you, man, if you really stop and think about this, You know, it's like everyone knows about my friend, your friend, Donald Trump.
He's a counter.
He's not going to sit back and let you pimp slap him, talk any kind of crazy smack without him double downing and counterpunching you.
You know it's coming.
So when you bring that smoke, what do you think he's going to do?
Well, you know, I'm just going to brush it off and that's not his spirit.

So anyway, to answer your question, you know, I really believe we were okay either way.
I knew Brian was, I know Brian 25 years.
I knew eventually he'd be like, well, you know, I think we need to go on and get it together here and just put the axe to grind and come on and get on board with the MAGA machine.

So I think that I was always optimistic and everybody was panicking.

Does he have a good organization?
I mean, he won an impressive victory two years ago.
Yeah, I mean, he was secretary of state for two terms.
He was a state rep, you know, for a couple of terms.
Now he's a sitting governor going on a second term.
So, in terms of some Georgia relationships and base, absolutely.
Yeah, I mean, you would too, if you had a career that long in politics.
How about Bert Jones?
What kind of role does he play?
Man, Bert's been phenomenal, man.
I want to be honest with you, if it wasn't for Bert, man, things would look really grim in Georgia, especially in the last few years.
I'm just going to keep it real.
I like his independent freedom, you know, obviously he's a businessman like me and some other of other of us, very wealthy one that, you know, but yeah, yeah, more of an independent thinker, more calm, you know, he's kind of like a little calm, like, okay, but very, very ethical, in my opinion, that I've dealt with.
Yeah, that's what I found, too.
I thought he was one of the most, I think he's been a tremendous asset.
Yeah, except for my friend.

Ted and I were going crazy.
Then we started tweeting out.

You know, I did a roundtable for him in the back, so we kind of cut up.
And we were cutting up and I told everybody, just calm down.
I told the staff like, everybody just calm down.
It's going to be okay.

Relax.
So he comes in and he's like, Hey, Bruce, blah, blah, blah.
And he goes like, you know, you never asked me for anything.
And I said, no, I'm not going to do that.
I'll be like, I'm an OG like you, man.
I said, I'm going to ask you November 5th.
I'm going to ask you November 5th.
Because I guess I'm gonna come join the administration and I'm helping all the Patriots out there watching this show.
Come serve, you know, I know you got businesses.
Come, come serve.
We're gonna need that.
Yes, we need all available Patriots hands on deck.
It's gonna be a four year term.

And, you know, I look at the Afghanistan debacle, which is hard to really describe and give you the full impact of it.
Let me see if I can use a historical analogy that many may know, many may not know, and that was the assassination of the Archduke of Serbia in Sarajevo.
In 1914.
So when it happened, it was an archduke of a very, very small country.
Terrible thing.
But who would have thought that within months, weeks, a world war would break out?
I mean, a lot of books written about this, about all the things that led up to it and how that one proximate cause Cause so many repercussions.
You might say it caused Hitler in some ways.
I mean, we're not going to do the whole historical analysis.
We'll do it sometime on a Rudy special if you'd like it.
But, um, so think about, uh, what that one act, all of the incompetence involved in Afghanistan, what it unleashed on the world.
First, we gave Bagram Air Base up, lost our biggest tactical advantage militarily, at least on the ground, against China.
A base 400 miles from your enemy is not something that you give away unless you're a traitor.
Now, second, there's the President.
You see him on the screen.
I mean, this is the President in terms of feeling and We don't have a president.
He's on vacation.
She's hiding somewhere, making notes and hiding them who knows where.
Obama operates behind a screen.
And these people look, look at how he's helping the young lady.
These people wouldn't have had him there.
And these are very special people.
These are people who lost people they love in service of their country.
When as honest Americans and honest people, they know what our crooked media and elite deny.
It didn't have to happen.
If they didn't engage in their numerous frauds to deprive Donald Trump of the presidency, their loved ones would certainly be alive.
He would not have withdrawn by taking out The soldiers before the, the, the, the soldier for the civilians.
No sane person would do that.

I mean, that is a totally irrational act.
I don't know what it's actually that one.
I don't know what you attribute to, but grandma, I don't know.
I was a prosecutor too long, not to attribute it to the unseemly disgusting amount of money that we covered up that China paid him and his son.
I mean, he gave him a lot more too, covering off COVID, screwing around with tariffs, which we have to have a talk about because the discussion on tariffs and Trump's is just totally ridiculous.
Trump is absolutely right on tariffs and he doesn't want to use them in a way that would be anything but very, very useful.
And I can explain it when we have time, but I don't want to go off in that direction.
What I do want to say is that we have reached such a sufficient markers of communism that we're there.
I just want to review it with you for a second.
So you don't think, you know, because if I heard somebody 10 years ago saying we're communists, I would think they were crazy.
If you don't say it now, you're not intelligent.
You don't have a sane, calm view of the world.
I want you to consider, and I'm going to come up with eight of them.
I could probably do about 20.
We don't have free speech.
The Zuckerberg thing is just the icing on the cake.
I don't have free speech.
There are things I'm not allowed to say.
I'm not allowed to say because of phony cases against me brought by the administration.
You don't have free speech because there are things, if you say it, you'll be cancelled, you'll be fired.
Dr. Maria and Ted like to point out a lot, when we had a town hall here in New Hampshire, half the people stayed on one side of the room who were pro-Trump because they didn't want to be seen on television because they might be fired.
That's not a country with free speech.
The state says leave free or die.
This is get revealed as a Trumper and you die.
And it isn't just New Hampshire, by any means.
I mean, it's worse in other parts of the country.
We do not have free speech.
I'm being prosecuted, as are 20 or 30 of my colleagues, for exercising a right of free speech, arguing that Donald Trump was cheated out of the last election.
Zuckerberg just admitted it!
And I'm being prosecuted for it, and Mark Meadows, and the wonderful Professor Eastman.
As well as the future president of the United States.
So free speech, virtually gone.
I would say if you did a comparative analysis, we're near the bottom of the barrel in free speech in organized countries.
Our children are progressively becoming, and particularly the ones under the jurisdiction of the communist Teachers Union.
They're becoming property of the state, which is a Marxist term, an Engels term, really.
Marx and Engels were partners, and Marx's big emphasis was on God, getting rid of God.
He was more of a theological, thought he was Satan, believed in Satanism.
Engels, a little more practical, we've got to take them away from the family if we want them.
He built in Hitler and Stalin, and we've got to get him at about two years old and brainwash him.
And the term is really simple.
The children are the property of the state.
My two children are my responsibility, the responsibility of the state.
All your kids belong to the state.
Critical decisions get made by the state.
This is the reason why in New York they're putting in a rule now That at three years old, you have to be in pre-pre-pre for six hours a day.
Many parents are saying this is going to be abusive to children.
And when you consider the number of teachers that we have that are sitting in the rubber room for abusing children, I sure as hell wouldn't put my kid there for six hours a day.
Not under the jurisdiction of a communist party, which is what the teachers union is.
You watch Randy Weingarten at that convention.
She's now a little nuts, jumping up and down to reach the microphone.
I don't know where the Democrats find these people.
I know where they find them.
They find them at the Marxist organizing hall.
The way Trotsky did.
Third, we have government control of just about everything.
He signed 400 new regulations, at least, that I know of.
Probably 4,000.
They want to regulate everything.
The last piece de resistance was regulating prices, which of course is, you might as well sign an admission you're a communist.
Proven to be disastrous to all but the most dedicated of communists.
Even the New York Times, the Atlantic Monthly, that are communists, but not that bad, which said it was a disaster.
Now, she sort of backed off it.
And now they're saying they just want control on food, which is the worst of all.
If you look at the analysis done by an independent organization, the Wall Street Journal published the other day that price controls on food are the most disastrous for poor people.
So we got about six more to go and we'll go over them tomorrow.
But they're on their way to communism and they're there.
By many standards, we don't have the title.
What Jack Smith did today is indicative of a communist state.
How many times do you get to correct an indictment and the court doesn't throw it out if it's a fair court?
I don't know.
I don't remember getting to correct my indictments against the Commission or Boesky or the Teamsters or I had to get it right.
I keep correcting it.
After years, the judge throws the case out.
This guy is a criminal.
What you see right there.
He's already framed a man and destroyed his career.
And that's why our crooked Attorney General selected him.
This is a very bad guy.
The Supreme Court reversed him 9-0.
They know how bad he is.
This new indictment should be dismissed for what we call latches.
L-A-C-H-E-S.
Some of our cases that we brought were dismissed for latches with only a five-week delay.
This should be dismissed because if he was going to bring this case, he should have brought it two years ago.
They should throw it right out as a violation of due process.
And they should refer him for investigation by the Office of Professional Responsibility.
And if you want proof they're interfering with an election, what the hell is an indictment now, two months before an election, you crook?
What, are we stupid?
Well, look at Arizona trying to get their fifth indictment of the same First Amendment Not filing on?
Well, we got to save America and bring it back to the government of laws that we were.
Because that's our protection.
And that's what God wanted for us.
And we have been less than vigilant.
