Good evening, this is Rudy Giuliani with America's Mayor Live!
That's right, and we're really live.
And tonight I get to start off with reminding you of a very wise saying from an American philosopher.
We don't get to discuss American philosophers often.
And that is, we are experiencing on a national and international stage, déjà vu all over again.
Now those of you who are baseball fans, or Joe Garagiola fans, or whatever, will know what I'm talking about.
That was a comment from the great American philosopher, Yogi Berra.
I have no idea what context in which he used it, but he said déjà vu all over again.
Here's the context in which I'm doing it.
Within the last day or two, the following things have happened.
First of all, ISIS is back.
Now this was the group that the second worst president in the history of America decided was a JV group, largely because he didn't want to do anything about Islamic extremism because of his own problems, which are significant.
And then, of course, while he dawdled and pondered and did the kinds of things that Democrats who were trained by communists do, ISIS killed lots of people.
And by the time it was left to Trump, he had a real disaster on his hands.
And within a year and a half, two years, he fixed it.
ISIS was basically, well, they were all organized and they were organized in a killtale swift, right?
According to everything I read about that in the investigation, this is going on all over Europe.
And in America, of course, our own FBI director, the head of the Biden secret police, really, has told us that we should expect a major terrorist attack, and ISIS is one of the leading groups.
So, once again, one of the things we thought we had gotten rid of because we had a good president for a while, is back to destroy us and to kill us.
And in this particular case, they were on their way to kill not just Taylor Swift, but all the people that were going to be at that concert.
I know that.
I went through that myself twice just five years ago with the Iranian reign of terror animals that planned to bomb two events that I was at within a four month period.
But, you know, an Iranian terrorist is an Islamic extremist.
An Islamic extremist is an Islamic extremist.
And there are a lot of them.
And if we can't identify them as Islamic extremists, we can't fight them.
This would be like trying to fight the Nazis, but not being allowed to say the word Nazi.
This is what Obama did to us.
You've got to ask yourself, why did he do it?
You've got to ask yourself, why did he give hundreds of millions to the biggest terrorist in the world?
Uh-oh, it wasn't Bin Laden.
That was Dalia Tola.
Nobody asked these questions.
I mean, God Almighty, you can't ask those questions about the prince or about his wife, who didn't think anything of America until her husband became president.
A couple of things happened before her husband became president.
Well, that's déjà vu number one.
Déjà vu all over again, number one.
Déjà vu number two, we mentioned last night, I've got the map behind me just to show it to you, but just the other day they buzzed and they did aggressive targeting of the USS Cole, among other United States ships of war.
Who did it?
Well, this is the game that we play, right?
This is the stupid game that we play.
They did it!
But... They had, uh... They had... Oh, I've got the wrong map here.
That's too bad.
But they had, uh... They had the Hooties do it for them.
And they attacked...
They attack, here you go.
I got it all marked up here, so you don't have to worry about it.
Okay, so it gets directed by Tehran.
You see Tehran up there, right?
Right there, on the top there?
You see it, right?
Yeah.
They direct the Houthis all the way down there in Yemen, which is south of Saudi Arabia, but don't get it confused with Saudi Arabia.
They're terrorists.
Not only are they terrorists, they're controlled completely by the Reign of Terror, which is Iran, the country that we finance.
Maybe their biggest financiers over the last three, four years of the Biden-Harris administration.
You know, I get the communism thing.
I hate it, but I get it.
I don't get this Iranian thing.
I don't get this love of Iran that Biden has and Obama and Harris and Walls.
I understand he's a communist.
I'm going to show it to you easily.
No, I gotta say this about him.
He's either a communist or he likes to pretend that he is.
Because he does and says all the things a communist would do.
You wouldn't say these things if you weren't, so maybe he's trying to fool people.
Maybe he's really a double agent.
Watch The American sometime.
You'll know what I'm talking about.
It actually describes things in a fictitious way that I was involved in.
You all think of me as being involved with crime, but I was Associate Attorney General.
We were in the middle of the Cold War, weren't we?
And who helped to establish Pfizer?
Me.
I wasn't the big shot.
I was just one of the workers.
But I helped to establish it.
I even got the lawyers who were the original lawyers for Pfizer.
Did the first group of warrants.
It didn't lie like Comey and the Biden people.
And the major focus then were the Soviets.
And the Chinese communists.
They're still around.
So Tehran runs the thing, right?
They tell the Houthis what to do.
You see right below there two destroyers.
Those were two American destroyers that were buzzed.
What do I mean by that?
The planes come in and threaten them.
It's a way of trying to intimidate.
Ah, but it wouldn't have been a bad idea to shoot him down, but we didn't.
Wash your piss.
We didn't want to offend Iran.
They just killed a couple of our people.
I mean, you know, what the hell?
They're expendable.
Biden's had so many people killed.
This little group is going to get them all upset.
I mean, the 13 that he had killed in Afghanistan, he was looking at his watch.
He was so unimpressed with being there for them.
Those families hate him.
Wouldn't you?
But they also attacked the USS Laboon, Kanship Ono.
I don't think that's an American flag vessel.
And they attacked the USS Cole.
Now remember the USS Cole, and this is the déjà vu all over again part of it.
By déjà vu all over again.
What I mean is the USS Cole played a significant role in the pre-September 11 Osama bin Laden attack on America, something that I've always speculated about.
I'm not going to say I can prove this and I'm not going to say it's absolutely correct.
I am going to say it's something you've got to keep in mind as a possibility because it could repeat itself.
And that is that when the Cole was hit, That was an attack on an American ship of war.
We have, since the times of the beginning of our Republic, and it's true in international law, an attack on a vessel of a country is an act of war, particularly a military vessel.
Clinton didn't do a squat.
I don't know, a couple of empty fields?
There's no doubt that there is plenty of intelligence, whether it's valid or not, who the hell knows.
I mean, I, the last one that's going to spend a lot of time getting myself completely strung out on American intelligence since they decided that I was a Russian agent.
The 51 top intelligence people coming from the Bush And the Obama administrations.
You wonder at how many intelligence mistakes we made in that period of time because we had those bums there.
And they're bums.
They're not legitimate people.
Legitimate people don't sign what they sign.
They don't sign that the hard drive had earmarks of a Russian collusion when they have no idea whether it did or it didn't.
And it didn't.
And the FBI had known that for eight months before.
And these are not, I mean, most of them are not stupid.
You never know.
You could probably have a couple of stupid people mixed in there, but most of them aren't stupid people.
Most of them passed the bar exam.
Oh, I don't know if I told you on this show, but you do know that Harris failed the bar exam.
And Michelle.
Well, I mean, anybody who doesn't think anything good happened in America before Barack Obama is obviously stupid and uneducated, right?
I mean, you never read history.
American Revolution?
How about the Civil War?
How about two, three hundred thousand white men laying down their lives to free black men and women?
I don't know.
A bunch of them did, maybe not all of them.
Gotta give them a little credit.
White men in particular.
Gotta eliminate them.
They're all racists anyway.
So that's Deja Vu number two, the USS Cole.
But we go to deja vu number three also, don't we?

But he's protesting.
It's not, it's a 2004.
So this is the election.

Here's the problem.

And then you got Kerry who brought camcorders with him.
He also got more Purple Hearts than anybody without really getting injured.
He was, like, piling up purple hearts like he's gonna set a record.
And documenting all them.
And it was hard then.
They didn't have things like, uh, Insta360 and, uh, all these other- and the, um, the iPhone where you can flip it around, you know, and do a selfie and stuff like that.
He had to really work at it.
Probably had to pay some people to follow him around.
Well, of course, Wals- uh, Walsy would support him, right?
And lie about being a veteran of foreign wars.
Which he did a lot.
I mean, he did it a lot.
A lot, a lot, a lot.
Today, somebody was interviewed named Doug Juhlin.
Doug Juhlin was his senior officer in the National Guard that he had been in for over 20 years.
And then all of a sudden, they started talking about deploying people to Afghanistan.
And he had helped train them.
He was a fairly high-ranking sergeant.
This guy was a higher-ranking sergeant, direct superior.
And he went and had a discussion with them about maybe pulling out because he wanted to run for Congress.
And the guy discouraged him, basically telling him that one was a more immediate responsibility than the other.
If he was good at training people, which I doubt, watching what he did with getting his city burned down in Minneapolis.
But let's assume he was decent in training people, you know, to walk out on your men when they're gonna go to war, these young people.
Like one 19 years old who died a short while later.
I mean, that's... I believe that's Kyle Miller.
He was 19 years old and never had a life.
He went.
You didn't go, Waltz.
He got killed about eight months later.
He was hit with an IED.
You also trained him and walked out on him.
I don't know if you probably wouldn't have helped.
I mean, I don't even know what the hell you're doing in the National Guard to tell you the truth.
It obviously didn't do you any good when when your city started to burn because you just watched it burn like Nero.
And your wife was smelling the smoke.
And your wife, I think, has gone on most of the trips to China with you, right?
You had your honeymoon there, right?
Now, go ahead and start attacking me for saying the guy... What's that saying?
If you look like a duck and you walk like a duck and you quack like a duck, you're a duck?
Well, you look like a communist, you act like a communist, and you talk like a communist.
So please excuse me if I don't think there's a good possibility that you are, and that there should be a real inquiry about it.
Who the hell goes to China and comes back praising socialism?
Or praising China?
People keep going back there all the time.
Who supports idiotic things that you support that all very, very conveniently come from Karl Marx, including all this transgender bullshit.
This kid died because of you.
Kathy Miller, his mother, said that he was killed in Iraq serving in the military that Tim Walz abandoned.
I don't know.
Does he deny it?
I don't know if he denies it or not.
I mean, there's an awful lot of proof that he lied his backside off about his record.
Among other things, I mean, he didn't go to Afghanistan.
His unit did go and two of his people died there.
That's pretty good proof.
You got a bunch of his ex-fellow soldiers saying that he walked out like a livid coward.
He slithered his way out, they said.
Now you have others that support him, of the soldiers.
He says these guys are a bunch of—this goes back to before Trump or anything like that, but some of it goes back to when he ran for governor.
So he says that that part of it is political.
I'm not going to give him the benefit of the doubt and I'm not going to accuse him of it.
I'm just going to leave it there for further investigation.
The shocking thing is nobody's investigating it because we really got to find out if this guy's a communist.
We do.
As I said, he acts like one.
He talks like one.
He uses all the catchphrases that Marx taught people.
He's got all the earmarks of a communist.
I'm pretty damn good at picking them out.
It used to be my job.
I mean, there are things that he's done that are only explained by being one of the stupidest men in the world or being a communist.
And then he walks out on going to war.
And then he touts his military record, and he walks around saying he was in combat.
Now, there is one where CNN is stuck.
Because they're trying now to say, you know, Republicans are doing this, and da-da-da-da-da.
Vance is doing it.
I mean, Vance really served.
So he has a right to raise it.
Everybody has a right to raise it.
Mayor, I just want to bring up a quick point.
You're right, you need to get this out and it's right that you're talking about it because they're helping Tim Walz cover this up.
Minnesota's largest newspaper, the Minneapolis Star Tribune, ran this article yesterday and I wanted to show it to you.
This is the largest newspaper in the area.
Yeah, yeah, it's a communist newspaper.
And they're covering for Walz.
And this is a lot for them to say.
How do they deal with CNN calling him an absolute liar when he said that he carried guns in combat?
How do they deal with that?
Not only did he do it, people are repeating it.
You want to play Pelosi if she's sober?
Let's play her.
Hope woke up like many of you did five weeks ago and said, Dad, you're the only person I know who's in elected office.
You need to stop what's happening with this.
I'll take my kick in the butt for the NRA.
I spent 25 years in the army and I hunt.
And I gave the money back, and I'll tell you what I have been doing.
I've been voting for common-sense legislation that protects the Second Amendment, but we can do background checks.
We can do CDC research.
We can make sure we don't have reciprocal carry among states, and we can make sure that those weapons of war that I carried in war is the only place where those weapons were at.
Now, the problem is he never carried weapons of war in combat.
Never did.
Never.
Never, never, never.
And, um, after he said that, CNN did a fact check and said it's absolutely false.
Now, you gonna change that?
You, uh, what, it's the Minnesota Pravda Tribune?
Is that the name of it?
What's the name of the piece of crap newspaper?
Uh, Minneapolis Star Tribune.
They deal with... Minneapolis Star Tribune.
They deal with CNN finding, at a time in which he wasn't somebody that could defeat Trump, that he was an absolute liar?
About his war record.
But this is what we're saying.
It's the CNN that said he absolutely lied many times, repeating that this, and he uses it for his phony, ridiculous gun control garbage, which is another bunch of ridiculous propaganda that they pull on you.
Like guns, you know, you get rid of guns cause crime.
The only gun that actually fired by itself was the one that Baldwin had, because he's a liberal Democrat.
So they'll let him get away with murdering somebody.
They'll say the gun, he really didn't pull the trigger.
A little mouse got in, pulled the trigger.
Republican mouse.
Mayor, but this is what we're up against, right?
This is what we're up against.
I mean, that newspaper should be, they should just get rid of it.
I mean, that's ridiculous.
CNN says it's absolutely false.
The reason they do is it's easily provable false.
But that doesn't matter anymore.
It's easily provable that Joe Biden took 51 million dollars from China.
It's easily provable.
I'm telling you that.
Swear on my parent's soul.
So this is Nancy Pelosi with Italy.
Not only that, it's on record.
He talks about it.
You can see the money.
You can have a description of it by his son, that his son gave him 50% of all the money that he got for 30 years.
But you don't get told that because newspapers like this Minnesota piece of crap.
Lie to you?
Now they're lying to you about this guy.
That is disgraceful, what he did there.
He's trying to convince people of a really dangerous concept about gun control, that we should get rid of our guns at a time in which the maniacs that he lets out on the street want to kill us like crazy, or the ones they let in the country.
This guy was going to build, this communist, was going to build a ladder so people could go over the wall.
I mean, I'm going to tell you, you only say that if you're stupid or you're a communist.
You only say that socialism is equivalent to neighborliness if you're stupid.
I've never seen communism.
He's an expert on it.
Except they treat him nice in China.
Maybe somebody is stupid.
And for one thing, don't ever shy away from our progressive values.
One person's socialism is another person's neighborliness.
Probably the gifts.

The 30 trips.
Who paid for them?
He brought kids there so he could brainwash them.
And Marble Mouth, Word Salad, Bar Exam Failure, tells us that he's a great teacher.
Yeah, he's a great teacher in the tradition of the Teachers Union.

They don't know the river to the sea that they're talking about.

Let's take a good look at her, because if she isn't sober, then we understand why she did it.

Major, Tim Walls. And I was so moved by some of what Tim has said in this. He said he taught
these young people in high school and then he had to lead them in the armed services.
So he has, he knows the potential of our young people and what we put at risk when we send
them into harm's way without the equipment that they need.
He will speak for himself, but I want him to know how much we all appreciate his service to our country, whether it's in the classroom or on the battlefield.

I was thinking of his state.
That's what happens when your roommates might start looking alike.

First of all, he's not a... He was demoted.
Because he slithered, as his fellow soldiers said, and the Gold Star mother, he slithered his way out.
He never signed his discharge papers, because he never wanted to go back, because they probably were going to spit at him.
So he got demoted.
The campaign had that sergeant major bull that Pelosi said, they had to take it off their website.
So, hey, uh, Minneapolis Pravda, that's a lie.
They lied about his rank.

I don't know, that's not a big one, but it's a pretty good one.
Particularly since his rank was reduced because he walked out on his unit and was afraid and embarrassed to go back because they're gonna start yelling at him, you're a big fat little livid coward, coach.
So, I don't know what the debate is about.
The guy lied.
He pretended that he was in combat and he wasn't.
That's a pretty serious freaking lie.
Now, I know we got a senator like that, but he's useless.
Now, we're going to have a vice president like that?
What are people in the military going to think?
He's got a mother, a gold star mother, saying that he walked out and her son died and that he's a coward.
This guy, this guy's gonna have the respect of the military?
I mean, he wouldn't anyway for what he did in Minneapolis.
Who knows what would have happened to him had he been shot at by Trump?
Think he'd have come out saying, fight, fight, fight?
Or do you think he'd have crawled out like he crawled out of the military?
On the ground like a little rat?
Think he'd have crawled out like a little rat?
A lot of rats in China.
The stuff that he says about China, if it isn't examined by our press, then there's something really, really wrong with our press.
This is a guy that is giving every indication that he's a communist.
Now, does he want to explain it?
But they don't have press conferences.
She doesn't.
He doesn't.
They can say any damn thing they want.
That's how we put a 35-year massive crook in the White House.
And that's how they covered up her, Walls, Pelosi.
How do they cover it up for three or four years that our president is non-competent?
That's a pretty damn serious crime.
It's a lot more serious than allegedly writing down false information about your company that didn't hurt anybody.
Yet they want to put him in jail.
And they want to put these people in the White House.
Again, to really ruin our country.
Can't you see the difference?
How about just the world we're looking at here?
Trump handed him over a world at peace.
We were on the way to Abraham Accords here.
We were going to have an agreement between Saudi Arabia and Israel.
We're on the verge of a major invasion by Iraq of Israel.
Very intelligently yesterday, Trump pointed out That these communists have done a really good job of creating the connection between China and Russia.
A connection that any intelligent foreign policy expert who has America at heart would do everything you could to separate.
Not to push them further together.
This is a very, very sad situation, but let's just be clear about this because the trouble is, in his 24 years in the Minnesota National Guard, Walls never deployed to combat zones in Afghanistan, in Iraq, or even in Minneapolis, because he never went there.
I went to places where there was violence.
This little livid coward slithered away.
So don't give me any crap.
What would he have done on 9-11?
You know what I told Bernie Kerrick on 9-11 after we got out of the building we were trapped in?
I said, thank God, thank God that Al Gore isn't president.
And you know why I said that?
I said that because of what I told you before about the USS Cole.
Because he would have responded to that with bombing an empty field and they would have just whacked the hell out of us.
You think that was the only attack they were going to do?
Thank God we had Bush.
Now, you can have your disagreements with Bush, but he went there and he hit him in Afghanistan so hard that they all ended up in caves.
Yeah, it took a while to kill bin Laden and Biden was against it.
Very strange, huh?
Somebody want to ask why you'd be against killing bin Laden if you love America?
Or your loyalties are really to this country?
But in any event, he's also against killing Soleimani, who is responsible for the death of a lot of American boys.
And a few girls.
This is a very dangerous group of people.
I hope you can see this.
I hope.
And I hope you don't minimize it.
When I tell you the guy lied about his record, I'm not telling you that.
CNN is telling you that.
You don't have to believe me.
The most egregious, which CNN owned a fact check labeled absolutely false, came during a 2018 campaign appearance when Walls was running for governor of Minnesota.
And that's the one we just read to you.
While trying to burnish his pro-gun control bona fides, with that bull, before a small crowd at a campaign event, Walls said, we can research the impacts of gun violence.
We can make sure those weapons of war that I carried in war are only carried in war.
One press, Walsh conceded later that year that he didn't carry weapons of war ever in the field of battle.
She repeated it.
She repeated it.
The Speaker.
Because she'd repeat any lie that a Democrat told.
Did we show a picture of the young man who lost his life?
Let's pray for his soul.
And the older, the sergeant.
These two people died because they went.
They weren't able to slither out.
These were people of character.
Unlike the communist or the pretend communist that they want to make vice president So one one it was Sergeant Kyle Miller.
He's only 19 years old.
That's a baby And the other was sergeant first-class David David Barry who was killed a year later.
They were both in his unit and he walked out on them and Maybe we'll see if she wants to get the mother on.
Because we gotta do everything we can to stop... to stop these liars.

This Tiananmen Square thing is big.
What the hell would you use Tiananmen Square as a date that you can remember?
And then go off there on 30 happy trips.
And go tell people happy things about them.
Unless you're a damn spy.
Would anybody like to come on the show and explain that to me?
Explain to me why he and his wife got married on the anniversary of Tiananmen Square, so they could remember.
In other words, they'd remember Tiananmen Square better than when they got married?
This guy was teaching children?
You see the end result, don't you?
You see the end result in all these protests, the ones that were burning down cities and the ones recently?
All our young kids who are brainwashed as Marxists?
It didn't happen because all the teachers were obligatory.
We have to say there are a lot of good teachers.
Well, there are.
But there's a damn horrible union that's been communist from day one.
And there are a lot of really bad teachers who have made our children little Marxists.
There are a lot of really bad teachers When Minnesota goes down from 5th to 29th under this jackass.
That's bad teaching.
You need to get rid of the union and you need some new people.

I would show you a picture of a press conference for the benefit of Harris and Warren.
See, those are called reporters.
They don't exist anymore for Democrats, because all they do is write whatever the Democrat, the Democrat, the guys who write and think for the Democrats give them.
But this is called a press conference.
We used to have this, you know, with Kennedy and with Bush and with Reagan.

And these people here, see, they used to ask like challenging questions.
That's a press conference.
Trump did one yesterday.
He didn't really have to, he does them all the time.
And by the way, he gave an absolutely brilliant explanation of the three main things to face us like that.
It wasn't on a screen, somebody didn't write it for him.

I mean, everybody's like, oh, it's terrible.

Trump hasn't been holding whatever or whatever else.
In four minutes or five minutes, he showed why he should be the next president of the United States.
There's no substance at all on the Bar Association failures website.

You know, when Trump said she's too dumb to debate, Everybody did the racist thing, but she sounds awful dumb.
Not because she's black or Indian.
She sounds awful dumb because she sounds awful dumb.
Because we're a party of common sense and I'm a person of common sense.
I want to have low taxes.
I want to have strong borders.
I want to have a strong military so that China and Russia, look, they've allowed China and Russia to do the impossible.
Combine.
They're natural enemies.
They always have been.
Because China needs more land, and Russia has it.
They've always been natural enemies.
And because of Obama, it started with him, and then Biden, because he didn't know what the hell he was doing, they've now become one force.
And now they're adding Iran to it, and they're adding North Korea to it.
Pretty powerful force.
This is something that is unthinkable that they allowed to happen.
That's absolutely correct.
I mean, those three things are the three major things that are facing this country.
Our economy.
One of the ways to fix our economy is to put more money back into real money, not inflation that is a hidden form of taxation.
You could say in many ways Biden has raised taxes more than anyone, because inflation is a tax.
You start off and now your money is worth 20% less or 30% less than it was when Trump was in office.
That's about right, somewhere between 20 and 30 percent, depending on what you hold and where you hold it.
On an inflation-adjusted basis, you're spending similarly 20 to 25 percent more for most things, which hurts poor people.
Rich people have so much extra money, it doesn't matter that 20 and 30 percent is like chump change.
They're hurting the poor people they claim to be trying to help.
But this guy Walls ran a program there, $250 million to feed people.
And the U.S.
attorney appointed by Biden has prosecuted just about the whole group of people that were handling the money for him.
They were all his political cronies who were Somalian.
And it is estimated they walked away with about 80% of the money, which meant the people starved.
He hasn't said anything or done anything about it.
He's kind of denied it.
I don't know if it's a question of he knew about it.
Or he was just lazy and didn't pay attention the way Koch did when I put all his people in jail for being major crooks.
But I got another one going on in New York that came out today with a group that's getting a fortune and they don't seem to know how they spent the money to take care of To take care of all these illegal criminals.
I mean, we spend two and three times more on them than we do on our own homeless.
Or do we spend it on them?
Or do we do a HOCO?
Which is, we spend twice as much for a COVID test, and then we get that $300,000 back in a campaign contribution.
And she's sitting there as a governor, not in jail.
I'm not going to say that Republicans are pure, and I'm not going to say that there aren't some Republicans that are crooks.
And if I find them, I'll do the same thing to them.
Maybe even worse.
Maybe even worse.
Because I would find it—somebody's got to stand for integrity and decency in this country, and I sure hope my party realizes how important it is that we do.
And if somebody lets us down, the same thing should happen to them.
But it will.
The press will find them.
You can be pretty sure there aren't an awful lot of crooked Republicans around.
Because they spend all day trying to find them.
And when they don't find crooked Republicans, they make it up.
I guarantee you I am not crooked.
I've lived my life very carefully because I was a prosecutor.
I have a letter from the U.S.
Attorney in the Southern District of New York to the grand jury.
After having my businesses investigated, going back 20 years, after having the FBI spy on me for three years by taking my iCloud account, after a raid on my house, a raid on my law office, and complete harassment of everybody who does business with me to the point where nobody wants to do business with you.
So they make you bankrupt.
And they wrote a letter to the grand jury saying there's no evidence that I committed a crime.
And that's the best prosecutor's office in the country.
But the one that was desperately trying to get Trump, and desperately trying to get their old boss, desperately.
They investigated me for three years.
All a waste of money.
They found nada, nothing.
No apology, of course.
No apology for Biden calling me a Russian pawn when he knew I wasn't.
When he knew the FBI had validated that hard drive seven months before.
He could just go around calling somebody a Russian pawn and that slimy little rat can get away with it.
You want to know why I think he's an evil man?
Because of the way he's persecuted people.

Can I ask you about this whole, the new information now, the Secret Service knew about this building for days.

People probably don't know this.
You probably have as much experience protecting presidents as anybody in the Secret Service, the New York City Police Department, you and the other commissioners.
We really do it when they come to New York.
We outnumber them by four to one, right?
Well, listen, Mayor, keep in mind, when we do the UN, I think for the 50th or 55th anniversary, when I was police commissioner, we had 180 heads of state from around the world, including the top five terror targets.
So, you know, that's all done in conjunction with the Secret Service, the State Department, the FBI, and everybody else.
Here's the bottom line.
The Secret Service, if they've ever had a flop in their career, in their history, this is it.
The incompetency was beyond anything I've ever seen.
The fact that their advanced team Um, didn't have that as a potential target.
I don't get it.
I don't understand it.
I understand they never had a counter sniper go out with the advanced team, which is extremely important.
It's a must.
Um, when you're in an out, outdoor area like that, you want one of your counter snipers to go with the advanced team so they can pick off out range targets.
Um, you know, for them not to have that building as a specific, uh, you know, focus point, I don't get it.
I understand that the local police, the sniper team for the local police, never had communications with the Secret Service, wasn't invited into the command post, and was never briefed.
That is completely insane.
That's bizarre.
That's bizarre.
There's a major problem there as to why that happened.
And then there was no communications, no comms from the outside to the inner perimeter where the president was.
And only because the president's number one heard a bunch of rhetoric on the radio did he finally say, hold up, what is going on?
And just about the time that he said that, The shots rang out.
The Secret Service snipers, his spotter, identified the target and he took the shot.
You know, this could have been avoided three to five minutes in advance.
All this stuff with the body cams now and the people in the out range that was telling the cops, I don't know.
What really concerns me is you have the FBI and Secret Service conducting the investigation.
The guy from Secret Service that's conducting the investigation is the acting director, the new acting director, because the director resigned.
This guy was in charge of day-to-day operations on the day of the assassination attempt.
What is he anywhere near this investigation for?
I don't get it.
When a president or presidential candidate, major presidential candidate, came to New York, there was always a communication between the PD and the Secret Service.
You coordinated together.
Well, Mayor, keep in mind, you know, the secrets... But if you had a person, this guy was identified as a suspicious person an hour and a half before.
Wouldn't you go find the guy?
Yeah, well you would.
I mean, I remember prosecuting these people when I worked for President Reagan, who made
threats on the president.
They'd go find the guy, they'd bring him in, and we'd either prosecute him or scare the
shit out of him.
Yeah, listen, you would go find him?
If you had communications from the outside to let you know he was there?
They had a definite communications problem, number one.
Number two, keep in mind the Secret Service, they're kind of like the FBI, right?
They come into a location, they don't know that location.
Who knows the location the best?
Local cops, the state police, they know the area, they know the community, they know the players, they know everybody.
Like, Secret Service comes to New York, they don't know their ass from a hole in the ground until we basically tell them where they're going, how they're going to do it, what they're going to do, what's here, what's there.
You know, you can't do these events without the locals and the state police.
For them not to be communicating in the fashion that's been reported, it's really bizarre.
And, you know, I just want to go back to one thing.
You know, there was one of those female agents.
I don't know if she was a Secret Service agent or Homeland Security investigator that was trying to get her gun in her holster.
I understand she was one of the ones that actually did the advance, that was there for the advance.
I have to tell you, if that competency level was doing the advance for this site, I now know why they weren't looking at those outraged buildings.
My goodness, Bernie, you remember, I know because we've talked about it, it must have been a year, year and a half ago you came to me and you told me I should share with the president The thought that they've tried everything else and he really should think very seriously about the fact that somebody might try to kill him.
Yeah.
And I went to him and then we both went to him.
Yeah.
So I hate to ask this question, but could this be in any way deliberate?
I mean, there was a, there was, I mean, the thing that really troubles me is Iran had a threat.
They actually, what we saw is increased security.
What you saw that day is increased security.
With increased security, with a threat from Iran in your head, how the hell do you not check with the local police?
There is no answer.
I don't know.
I know what the answer is, what it's supposed to be.
Why is the real question?
And my concern is that the FBI, the same people that fabricated evidence, the same people that tampered with evidence in the Trump case, these are the guys working in conjunction with the Secret Service to conduct this investigation.
You know, I called for an independent commission, if you will, to conduct this investigation in conjunction with maybe Congress, maybe somebody that's going to be objective and non-biased.
They've got to get to the bottom of it.
They got to figure out why it happened, how it happened, and most importantly to make
sure it never happens again.
It's about a month away now from our getting the hard drive.

And then, I think, shockingly finding out that the FBI was covering it up.
When we were being accused of being Russian agents, and the president was, the FBI knew it was untrue.
Ray knew it was untrue.
Barr knew it was untrue.
Nobody came forward.
They just kept it under their backside.
It didn't come out for 17 months that it was not true and they had validated it eight months earlier.
That's a hell of a cover-up.
That's a hell of a cover-up.
You have to ask yourself in that situation, the same people then are doing the things that's going on in government today.
You know, how can you trust them?
How can you trust the system?
Look, I think the FBI is one of the best investigative agencies in the world,
and I have that belief because I've worked with phenomenal line agents at the line level.
But the upper echelon has proven, has been proven to be corrupt
over and over and over.
And unfortunately, they're still there.
None of the cases that I prosecuted that made me famous, I would have been able to do without the NYPD or and the FBI.
That's right.
So there's nobody that admires them or has reason to admire them more than I do.
And there's nobody that's more suspicious than I am.
And I think he's in danger right now.
Of course he is.
Of course.
They have tried every criminal machination possible to take him out.
People who can cover up at that level of government can commit murder.
Right.
You know criminals.

So, God willing, somebody will have a conscience about this.

When we got out of the building we were trapped in, and we got to that first place we could make a call, I called the governor of New York, Governor Pataki, another great American.
And the governor said, thank God you're alive.

And he's since explained to me, they actually had gotten the paperwork ready to replace me because they thought I was dead.
Because we went into a building that got hit really hard and they didn't see us come out.

What has he ever done about it?
