It should have been called on the mercy rule in the first three minutes.
The minute he said, well, maybe before it started, let's go back to before he started and let's watch.
Look, all his defenders today, everybody gets names confused.
You know, sometimes I'll say President Reagan for President Trump.
Sometimes I say President Trump.
You can see why.
I see parallels between the two of them.
I'm sure not going to say President Trump and President Biden.
I don't see no parallel to that.
But let's watch possibly two different versions.
One, the second one, a clear, overwhelming piece of evidence of his dementia.
The earlier one, we could argue, And then I'm going to show you the definitive proof that he has a serious case of dementia and he should be the hell out of the White House.
And I don't give a damn about the Democratic nominee.
Let him nominate him.
Or not.
That's a private matter.
It's about a decrepit political party that once supported slavery, has always been too close to communists, and now is destroying, among other things, the criminal justice system in our country.
And also brought us into two wars that didn't exist before they came into office.
So I don't really give a damn about the Democratic Party.
I really think, personally, it should disappear.
Something new should come in its place.
And I think a bunch of those phonies who like to tear down statues for close connection to slavery should tear down the Democratic Party.
So now, let's listen to the first... And now I want to hand it over to the President of Ukraine, who has as much courage as he has determination.

He didn't even know, this is not like the Zelensky one, I want you to see the difference.

Suppose we liked him.
He shouldn't be there.
In fact, if we liked him, he shouldn't be there.
If he truly was the great president, his delusional mind thinks that he is.
We should be caring for him.
This isn't, I mean, of all the things that he deserves, this is not it.
Because this isn't deserved.
This is an illness.
You don't get this.
I'm not, I'm, I'm a belief.
That's a whole different matter.
And we can talk about that anytime you want.
Cause I love to talk about spirituality and relation.

On every basis, from the most humane, the most beautiful, the most altruistic, to the meanest, most horrible reasons you could have.

If they're all related to the subject, you can edit them and use them and just chop.
A lot of times editing is just chopping things up into shorter sentences for a good writer.
But for a bad writer, the run-on sentences are poorly written.
And for one who has dementia, they're unrelated.
So here's what happens.
He says, I am talking about Joe Biden's dementia.

We did a couple where he said that thing like seven, eight times, 12 times.

I would say, and I'll call the doctor maybe tomorrow and go over this with him and see if it fits into exactly what he was saying, and it's right in the BDM-5 diagnosis of dementia and serious dementia.
They distinguish between serious, moderate, and beginning.
This is when you've moved into the serious category, because your short-term memory has become very short.
You can't remember exactly what you're saying in the middle of a sentence.
Now, and no reason to say, well, anyway, all these times.
Let's watch this now for a moment.
It's extraordinary how many times he says it.
And it's a confession in essence.

In the next debate, I'm not going to be traveling in the 15 time zones a week before.

Well, that one maybe I'll interrupt, if I can, to say that he wasn't traveling in all those time zones in the week before the debate.
I don't know how much time you need to get over jet lag, but 12 days of resting, of taking time off from being President of the United States, which is extraordinary.
I don't know that any president ever has come close to taking 12 hours to get ready for a debate.
I mean, usually the criticisms of presidents like Reagan and Obama and even Trump for the first time around was they didn't take enough time to prepare because they were so busy.
Well, he's never been busy.
I mean, his work days are scandalous.
So in addition, To the well, anyway.
Because he couldn't remember how to complete that.
What'd he tell you is a complete lie.
Or delusion.

Uh, I thought that was one of the strongest bribery cases I'd ever seen.
Uh, that was, uh, uh, they just never, never, again, never paid attention.
Uh, when I gave it to them with even more evidence than an entire RICO case, including now China, they sat on that.
Never went with it.
They let the statute of limitations run on all of Hunter's most serious crimes.
I'm talking combination of the Justice Department under Barr and the Justice Department under the
worst Attorney General in the history of the world.
In Ukraine, Afghanistan, people who are dying of fentanyl in America can all blame it
on the crooks who never prosecuted him for crimes that he is not. I don't know.
I do believe in the presumption of innocence, but there's so much evidence against the Bidens.
You would have to be as non-functional as him not to realize it by going through the hard drive.
There may be worse political criminals in our history.
I don't think we'll ever discover one.
I don't think we'll ever have a hard drive like this and the abundance of witnesses who have been intimidated now like Mr. Bobulinski.
Mr. Bobulinski alone can put him in jail.

You have opened our border as if we do not have one.
The other presidents were good and bad, had actually some good years and some bad years, but they always had a border.

We've never had such a large distribution of people coming in.
We've never had as many Chinese coming in by 300%.
We've never had as many terrorists coming in according to your FBI director.
So will you stop lying also in these things?

He is running our country and there's a five-hour tape in which a prosecutor concluded he's too crazy to go to trial.
In order to resolve this dispute that we have going on, how do you justify not showing it to the American people?
Unless you're a traitor, garland, and a crook.
And a dishonest man and engaged in an obstruction of justice?

Some of them 60 and 70 year old women?
And you're holding back a tape that could show that the President of the United States is incompetent!

Then somebody gets up.
Let's say you get to New Hampshire.

We nominate Dr. Maria.
New Hampshire would like to place a name in nomination.

Then they get them all lined up.
Let's say there are five or six who have asked for it.
And then they come out and they give a nominating speech and a seconding speech.
And they put nomination.
And then when that ends Then we'll see.
Now, let's see if you had an open vice presidential choice.
I do not remember an open vice presidential choice.
I remember 1956.
Bingo.
That created the tremendous groundswell for John F. Kennedy.
When Estes Kefauver, a silly liberal, couldn't make up his mind.
Silly liberals can't.
And he gave it to the convention, and then they were going to give him Kennedy, and he decided he didn't want Kennedy because Kennedy was too conservative, and they wouldn't have fixed it for Kefauver.
So in the end, the Democrats did what they always did, boss politics, but they pretended for a minute to be democratic, but not really democratic.
They're incompetent.
They can't make decisions.
But Kennedy became almost a nominee And might have been because they did a whole fix and who got to change their votes first.
This is what nominated Eisenhower in 52.
And fixed the entire Eisenhower nomination to screw taft his prior opponent had made a deal
with his close friend and running mate from 1948 to vote for Eisenhower to change his votes to
Eisenhower to stay in keep his votes for president and then on the first recall to say California
changes it all of its 90 electoral vote or 90 votes.
From, here's the man, Earl Warren to Dwight Eisenhower.
It was Earl Warren who made the deal, who did Eisenhower put on the court first.

A lot of bitterness, completely in comparison to Johnson, who up until now was the biggest crook in the White House.
Had a complete slob if the authoritative biographies are correct, and he would defecate in front of his secretaries.
I mean, the guy was a pig, a slob.
Fixed his first election with Abe Fortas.
Who we put on the Supreme Court and had to leave because of his scandal.
I mean this is why Robert Kennedy always opposed him. His feeling was that his brother
and his wife were going to be the nominee.

Virgim, I think Vance is too young and too inexperienced.
We don't have enough of a track record with him.

The reason I put Burgum down there is I'm less sure of him and I'm less sure of Vance.
I like certainty.
Given the fact that this guy is going to probably be our nominee in four years.
How much do you take into account the state that the individual comes from?
He's going to win Ohio without Vance.
He's going to win Florida without Rubio.
Without Rubio, right?

Tim Scott, South Carolina.
We should be okay there.

Then we'll have a vote on the other side.
And North Dakota, I'm guessing we're safe on with Trump.

There's no geographic choice.
Each one of them, including Vance, has political advantages.
Vance really helps us with the middle class and the crossover Democrat, big time.
Here's a question for you.
Rubio, ishmatic vote, slightly more moderate.
President Trump, as well as you do, and maybe the president's team will be writing this speech
for the VP candidate.
What would be your advice?
Whoever it is, what would the tone, the theme of his or her speech, what should it be?
Oh, it should be how he and President Trump are going to turn the country around again, which you should trust because they unfortunately have to do it again.
I mean, I did it before.
I can do it again.
It is a little different now.
It isn't the same thing.
It's a little harder, frankly.
But here's how we're going to turn it around.
And I am so honored and pleased to be part of it because I'm a president in a very strange position.
I have a president that I know can do it.
Most people take this job and we kind of know we can do it.
I know we can do it because he's already done it.
And we're just applying it to somewhat different circumstances.
But very rare you get a chance to vote for a sure thing.
