so so
so so
so well good evening and happy birthday
I believe the 248th birthday of the greatest nation on earth now or ever.
And that's what all our imperfections outweighed by the unbelievably different way in which this government was constructed, put together, and then conducted itself for its history.
You and I should be extremely proud that we're Americans and we should have no one embarrass us that we're being too patriotic or we're being Christian.
If you love America, that's a very, very wonderful thing.
something that should be embraced and you should children to do it.
Well, I guess we're not going to speak.
That is on.
We'll try it later.
I was thinking of the national hymn, which was, which begins, as you know, Oh beautiful for spacious skies.
And what I wanted to share with you, although we're not going to play all of it, is the last three stanzas.
It has four.
And we, as often happens, right?
We ignore the beautiful prayer You should know that this was recited in 1979 by Pope John Paul when he came to America.
As he was coming down the plain, I think he began saying, oh beautiful for spacious skies, for amber waves of grain, for purple mountain majesty, above the fruited plain America.
God shed his grace on the who stern, impassioned, stressed.
A thoroughfare of freedom beat across the wilderness.
America, America, God mend thine every flaw.
Firm thy soul in self-control, thy liberty in law.
Are we falling short now or are we falling short now?
Well that was...
Written by Catherine Lee Bates, a 33-year-old English literature teacher at Wellesley College.
I doubt they would let her do that now, particularly put God in there.
Of course not.
And we're going to show you just how opposed to God these left-wingers are in a few minutes.
It really is very, very much of a damper on this wonderful celebration.
But we've got to just look ahead, you know, look ahead, look ahead.
It's too great a country to be weighed down.
Now, the versions of this that you can get, you know, that you could listen to over and over, Ray Charles is largely thought to be the best.
And then Aretha Franklin, Willie Nelson, Mariah Carey.
And then you'll have like the Marine Corps band and the military ones.
I always liked those.
There's an extra kind of passion in those, right?
So today, as you know, is the official day of independence.
And all of those founding fathers that we call, or lawyers that when they do explanations of it, sometimes when they discuss the Constitution, they'll say the framers.
I always like founding fathers.
I think maybe the hatred of men.
They mean that we don't say that anymore.
But these were exceptional men who are being tarred and talking about were exceedingly uncomfortable with slavery, including Thomas Jefferson, who I believe at 27 was going to introduce a resolution in the Virginia House of Burgesses to free all the slaves in Virginia.
Well, his law teacher and political mentor called him aside and he said, Hey, Tommy, You've got a lot to contribute here.
You haven't even done the Declaration of Independence yet, much less the Louisiana Purchase or the straightening out of our economy or getting rid of the Barbary Pirates and establishing our Marines, you know?
This was a great man.
John F. Kennedy, who was a harpsichordist and whatever, when he got his cabinet together, They're all sitting there, articles.
The left, since even back then, if you, if you got a Democrat, they would fawn and, and get there, they'd get tingles in their legs.
Remember my friend, Chris Matthews?
I used to be, he's my friend still.
I like Chris.
I know him way back when he was with the speaker, but the tingle in the legs kind of got me about Obama.
I was wondering what the hell's going on.
Maybe, maybe he's having some kind of a episode.
Right?
Probably a mental episode.
But in any event, John F. Kennedy got his cabinet together and there had been all these articles written about them.
The best and the brightest.
And I forgot a couple of expressions like that.
The smartest cabinet ever put together.
And nobody ever bothered to take a look at any of the others.
But it was a Democrat president.
They had had eight years of Republican rule.
They were nothing like they are now.
This was baby stuff compared to what they do to, I mean, they weren't trying to put people in jail or take away their property or destroy them.
A little more humility.
This is the smartest group of people assembled in the cabinet room since Thomas Jefferson sat here on.
And Kennedy was an amateur historian and a pretty good one.
And he was absolutely right.
And leave Jefferson alone.
I don't know if we, I don't know how much longer it would have taken for us to free the slaves.
If we didn't have that language in the preamble.
He knew what he was writing.
He was building right into it an inconsistency that would have to free these people to reach the full fulfillment of what it means that all men are created equal.
Was he able to free his own slaves?
No, but what held them back?
The same as Washington.
Now, you'll say, well, this is racist or whatever.
Among other things, both Jefferson and Washington had a certain degree of concern for their, some had become very close friends.
I mean, one had accompanied Washington all through the war for independence and was probably as close to him as anyone.
And of course, we know the Rumors about, and they were very close after his wife died and the children that he had were very close.
The reservations about personally freeing them was their view, are they ready?
Now they were wrong for that, but it wasn't totally ridiculous.
And what I'm trying to say to you is, America from the very beginning had a problem with slavery.
And that's why we had a civil war over it.
And of course we should be embarrassed and ashamed that we ever had it at all.
But you know what we should be proud of?
I think we're the only nation on earth where a couple hundred thousand white men died to free black men and women.
You tell me where anybody did that?
Maybe, I mean, I'm not infallible like My Pope John, but I don't think that ever happened before.
That doesn't mean we don't have infirmities and things.
Why do they want to block out all these wonderful things that we've done?
I don't get it.
I don't get it.
want to play the.
I'm going to play the.
I'm going to play the.
I don't know.
God shed his grace on thee, and crown thy good with brotherhood from sea to shining sea.
♪ Where'er he goeth ♪ ♪ In musical for years to come ♪

Well, I want you to go look at the rest of those stanzas.
We did the second one for you, and I'll give you the third right now.
Oh, beautiful for heroes proved in liberating strife.
who more than self their country loved, and mercy more than life.
America, America, may God thy gold refine to all success, be nobleness and every gain divine.
So you see, this is a prayer.
So when you see a column in the New York Times by an opinion columnist named Pamela Paul,
which basically says that the United States Declaration of Independence has nothing to do
with Judeo-Christian values, and that Americans who say that this country is built on Judeo-Christian
values are not.
Well, I'll show you, I'll just show you the, I'll just show you the headline.
Your religious values are not American values.
Tell me that these left-wingers, these Marxists, aren't taking up what Marx told them to do, which is to drive God out.
I mean, this hostility to God is positively absurd.
Even if you don't believe in God, what's the hostility?
I mean, it's kind of crazy.
Your religious values are not American.
Here you go.
That's what the Times says.
Your religious values are not American.
Yeah, well, thank you, New York Times.
Go tell that to John Adams.
He had a little more to do with the Declaration of Independence than you did.
If you did it now, you'd say all men were created equal, except conservative Republicans, who are not equal.
And therefore they should have a separate system of justice where they can be indicted and you don't have to tell them what the crimes are.
And they can go to jail for crimes that you make up.
And you can put a guy like Steve Bannon in jail who's sitting there right now, but not the attorney general who will show us to her video.
And you think maybe that would be relevant to whether Biden has half a brain left?
They're going to have Biden go on with a, how would you describe Stephanopoulos?
Hillary's little go-boy or whatever.
I mean, all the time he's been there, it's straight Democrat.
What I mean is these guys, I remember when I was representing Donald Trump during the impeachment.
When they did one of their things, they didn't even bother to change the wording.
You know, like, oh, Giuliani's allegations about the Ukrainian bribe have been debunked.
So he would say that.
And then you'd have Chris Matthews say that.
And then you'd have, you know, the rest of whoever they are.
Debunk, debunk, debunk, debunk, debunk, debunk.
Debunk, debunk, debunk, debunk.
It came right out of the Democratic I don't know, National Committee, the White House, or when they first did the leak of the allegation that Trump bribed or extorted Zelensky to investigate Biden.
They said, quid pro quo, quid pro quo, quid pro, they didn't even know what it meant.
You think Kamala Harris knows what quid pro quo means?
Russia's a big country.
Ukraine's a small country?
Quid pro quo, quid pro quo.
Then when it turned out that there was no quid pro quo, they actually were describing Biden's conversation with Poroshenko where there was a quid pro quo and therefore an admitted confessed to bribery.
They said, well, no, quid pro quo is not important.
All of a sudden it didn't become important anymore.
And the guy who was the whistleblower, I happen to know who it is, Who four years earlier was trying to get Ukrainians to get dirt on the Trump people while he was in the National Security Council.
Well, that guy just disappeared under the woodwork.
Slimy Shiv had him disappear into the woodwork.
His name is Chiarella.
That's his name.
And it was a stupid thing that happened, but the Trump administration kept him on and didn't realize that he was a An operative in the first big cover-up.
So that's what we're dealing with.
The Declaration of Independence is one of the greatest acts in human history, because not only did it set the groundwork for our independence, but so many other countries have been inspired by this, by the great preamble and the wonderful structure of it.
It has four parts, a preamble, a list of 27 grievances.
I listened to the wonderful and departed Colin Powell today, said it reads like an indictment of George III, the 27 grievances.
And by the time you finish, wow.
And actually he said it also reads as a declaration of war.
Because people see it as a high-minded, because of the preamble, sort of establishment of liberal government in the finest sense.
But it really was a declaration of war, among other things.
And then it has the actual declaration of freedom.
And then probably one of the gutsiest things in American history.
Not like the creeps and bums that we have in Washington now who become Off the record, anonymous sources.
Little cellar dwellers.
These men put their names down.
And I bet a lot didn't.
I bet a lot didn't show up because the odds of their winning that war, I don't know.
I don't think that Las Vegas would have made them the favorites.
And they knew it would happen.
Georgia Third would hang them.
And stop them.
Name nice and big.
Nice and right there.
A lot of them were extraordinarily famous like Franklin, right?
And to some extent Adams and Jefferson and of course Hancock for being first on there.
And they weren't intimidated by being cancelled.
It was like, cancel me, screw you.
I'm doing something a heck of a lot more important than that.
I'm establishing the The greatest example of how a government should be run ever, ever accomplished on this earth.
We'll be right back on this wonderful 248th anniversary.
Here we are pretty much at the beginning of the process here at this pristine, I guess

Here are the six rights that he got in just that little preamble.
All men are created equal, knowing completely The debate that was going to cause and predicting that there would be a civil war, that those rights are unalienable and they come from God.
That's a tough one for the atheists of the New York Times to live with.
Among the rights that men have are the rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Governments are created to secure these unalienable rights.
They're the caretakers of the rights, not the grantor of the rights, which the king was.
And therefore the king, having granted you the right, of George the third,
When a form of government starts destroying people's rights, people have the right to alter or abolish it and create a new government.
And then it concludes with the last clause for the ages.
And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance On the protection of divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.

So, please, As you reflect on July 4th, please don't listen to this way
in which they have spent decades trying to to make it a reality.
And I'll tell you, Ted, remember, this was very, very revealing.
About six months ago, we were in the studio and we were looking out on 50th Street and Biden was coming in and a relatively small crowd of people were waiting for him.
Not a single one of them had an American flag.
I've never seen a crowd of people waiting for a president, whether that would be Reagan or Bush or Clinton.
Uh, maybe Obama.
I didn't bother to look.
It wasn't, it wasn't a single crowd all the way down the, uh, all the way down like 10 blocks.
And when Trump comes in, it's not just, you know, Trump, American flags all over the place like this year.
It's okay to love your country.
I shouldn't have to tell you that.
And we need more of it.
We need more patriotism.
We need to, we need to, uh, it brings us together too.
Brings us together as Americans.
Just letting in a lot of people from all over the world that have no idea what our values are is intended to destroy America.

He's ahead by six to eight points.
But let's take a look at some of it.
Joe Biden, Joe Biden among likely voters, Margin of error is, what, 3%?
And Trump is ahead by 6%.
That's the overall.
But here are the parts of it that are really probably more important.
It moved 6 points after the debate on average.
Now, people say that's not a big movement.
Not a small one, either.
That's a big movement for a racist polarized as this.
Remember, these guys ran against each other before.
These are two people meeting.
43, 49.
nine and And that was a change of about 8% based on the debate.
And voters who view Biden as too old for the job, 74%, including 47% of Democrats.
That might include some of his family, not Hunter, who needs him to be there.
Now you can say, well, they want to, they want to replace They want to replace him with somebody else.
Did you notice he had the meeting with the governors yesterday?
And they all apparently kissed his ring.
Does he have a ring?
I don't know.
Well, in any event, they all kissed his ring symbolically at the Oval Office or wherever they held it.
Maybe in his hospital room.
I don't know.
And they all, you know, but all the ones that can't seem to contain their really offensive
of desire and greed.
And which I've often participated in those.
When I worked for Reagan, when I would go visit Bush, and often when I represented Trump.
I didn't say I was going to do it and run away like a little cowardly weasel.
Well, cowardly weasel Newsom ran away.
Cowardly weasel Whitmer ran away.
The guy from Tennessee who now has become Uh, on his own, nobody even knows who he is, but he wouldn't show up and support and support Biden.
They have to tell him they would.
And I think, oh, I know.
And, and, and little Petey.

When we had terrible problems with our cargo.
I think that he was on paternity leave for a year and a half or something.
Here's the polling against them by Trump, and I don't know for sure, and I'm sorry,
I'll check it out a little more carefully, if this is pre or post debate.
I tend to think it's post, but Trump is leading Newsom 48-43.
Newsom 4843. He's leading a little Petey 4743, one point less. And he's leading Whitmer 4742,
which looks like it put her in third place. And, and you'd put little Petey in the middle.
If you did, you wouldn't see him.
And then you have Hollywood Newsome, who's losing by 5%.
So it isn't as if they got some white knight ready to come in.
And we could go through other things that are a lot more important than just the horse race.
But the one that is really the most This is all being discussed quite a bit.
And he's in a terrible situation because when I brought out originally the allegations of serious criminality involving him, millions and millions of dollars in bribes with one of the most crooked men in Ukraine.
We had tapes.
We had documents.
We had five witnesses.
They just dismissed it.
The press made me into a kook and whatever else they did.
Now the press has turned on them, but they haven't really turned on them.
Look, they are communists, so ends justify the means.

They debated a bit what kind of dementia.
One of them agreed with Dr. Maria that it was vascular dementia because of the very long operations that he had.
We believe at least two and maybe three, which means that he's, for a long time, he's had a deficit of blood to his brain.
And believe me, I know the guy since 1981, he didn't have much of a brain before that.
Even when blood was going there, he was, you know, failing in school and cheating and ended up, you know, almost, you know, last in his class and said these stupid things.

This is Rudy Giuliani back again and you see behind me and this could be a bit misleading.
A couple of times people's hands were blown off.
And it made him a big hero in that Brooklyn section.
And of course, somebody wrote an editorial saying Giuliani won't be able to do it.
That's all they had to do, right?
I got rid of this firework.
He never did it again.
And I also went after the fireworks, not because of me, because the Chief of Emergency Surgery at Bellevue told me that this day was the day in which more children than any other day in the calendar year lost fingers, eyesight.
He said, we're talking big numbers here, because these people don't realize when they buy these illegal fireworks how to handle them.
And he said, even some deaths.
He said, come on, you can do something about it.
I was like, I've been in office a year.
And I said, yeah, I'll do something about it.
So then I announced what we were going to do.
And Gotti said, or the people in the neighborhood, you know, Gotti was smart enough to know, don't, don't do it.
Ain't worth, ain't worth taking a motto if I work.
The neighborhood people said, oh, Giuliani won't do it.
Yeah, well, we got that.
Do this fireworks this time.
I think the last time was 2014.
On the West side, which you're looking at behind me is on the East side where it normally is done on the East river.
So, it's very hard to see.
The people that live on the West side of it and very often people to see it in New Jersey.
Now it is easier for people in Queens to see it on the other side.
So Adams may have a little trouble here because he's like conducting his fireworks half for the people in New Jersey and cutting out a big group in New York.
The last time I checked, it's that group in New York that votes.
But it is good to move it around a little and it's beautiful in either place.
And frankly, if it's in one place all the time, I'm sorry, don't get upset with me.
It gets a little boring.
That's why I Even when I didn't have to, when we had solved illegal fireworks, I used to go up in a helicopter, because it was great.
I loved it.
I could go find the places that they did the illegal fireworks and I'd call the
command central and I'd say, here in Pelham Bay, at such and such a place.
To it because I was the most successful United States attorney in the 20th
century.
I knew a little something about fighting crime.
Well, President Biden told his campaign staff on Wednesday that he's going to run.
But then he told a close ally that he may have to drop out.
So we're getting these conflicting messages, and I don't know exactly what the strategy is for doing that, if you're not going to drop out.
I mean, I think you'd shut down the, he is going to drop out messages if he isn't.
Now it is possible that they're not in control of this, because they've had a remarkably controlled White House as compared to Trump.
The leaking was terrible under Trump.
Even under Obama, the leaking was better than under Trump, but it was,
you get a certain amount of leaking coming out of Obama and Bush and Clinton.
Before the New York Times was saying that we were faking and altering all of those hundreds of
video shots of him falling, slipping, not knowing where he's going,
saying he's in Colombia when he's in Cambodia, looking for the dead congresswoman in the
audience, looking for the hostage in and I'll see you next time.
In Gaza, in the audience, saying that Franklin Roosevelt was reading the funny papers on television, and Franklin Roosevelt was dead for three years or four years before this television.
And it was LaGuardia who did it, it was on radio.
But all that was, we made all that up.
And we made up tripping going up the stairs, which is a trick.
And then there are about eight other shots of him tripping, including the famous one in front of the cadets.
And then they made baby steps for him on Air Force One.
You know all over Europe after the last two being completely out of it and unfit for office.
I don't understand the Democrat loyalty to the party that's greater than the US.
I really believe in no way to prove it, but but I think if I were if I were in an administration.
Of a president I loved and the president had dementia, I would go to him.
I wouldn't leak.
I'd go to him and I'd say, Mr. President, you got, you got to get out.
You can't, or at least you got to go through some very serious cognitive testing to prove to the American people that this is just an enigma.
But you know, that's not the case because what you're doing is it's like they're setting up a fixed fight.
A lot of people think that the first Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston fight was fixed.
And by the way, Liston was owned by Fat Tony Salerno, who then had a more distinguished name.
He was Tony Fat Salerno.
I had the great honor of Is going to kiss his backside for the entire for the entire
