Hello, this is Uncovering the Mayor with, of course, with me and with Dr. Maria, oh, with... I'm not Dr. Maria!
Ted!
Ted Goodman, sitting in for Dr. Maria, who is with her family in New Hampshire.
She, you know, she's in New Hampshire.
She's like a New Hampshire, like a MAGA or a MGM.
So, I think that's it.
Thank you.
We'll get to the Trump part of it a little later about how, you know, the law, nobody's above the law, which I don't know how he didn't choke saying that.
But in any event, he said that Israel proposed the following agreement.
And then he outlined three things.
And when I listened to it, I knew right away he was lying.
I mean, if you know the history of Israel, if you understand what's going on, if you understand that 90% of the people of Israel want to destroy Hamas, and that Bibi, of course, does, but he doesn't have a choice.
If somebody replaced Bibi, they'd do the same thing.
You know he's lying!
And then, of course, he then... Can we play that?
Because sometimes it's interesting to look at a... I mean, this is a straight, flat-out lie.
But by the end of the day, it was contradicted all over the place, and his own administration had to walk it back.
But this is extremely dangerous to do.
It's more dangerous than when he makes up, you know, giving out medals or... I don't know if it's more dangerous than when he says he talked to dead people, like his father and...
Uncle who were dead for seven and five years when he supposedly gave the medals and I think that is showing his, um, that's right.
His, his, the, the, the symptom of delusion, which shows advanced derangement.
But in any event, this is, this is the, when you say stuff like this, this is the kind of stuff that causes wars, stupid, you say stupid things and you put words in your ally or enemy's mouth.
Go ahead.
So we're going to play this real quick.
Yeah.
And listen to the, listen to the voice too.
It sounds like he's drunk or something.
You have to watch it.
That's a diplomacy carried out by my team.
My many conversations, leaders.
Let's do the first one at least.
Well, I mean, the three phases are very simply, number one, uh, within, uh, they're going to have a six week ceasefire.
Israel is going to pull all its troops out of Gaza.
Red flag, number one.
No way they're doing that.
They'd be crazy to do that.
I mean, they just would have wasted all the lives they lost, and they're on the verge of, like, really hitting Gaza, hitting Hamas.
Number two, some of the hostages are gonna come back, but we don't know how many, but lots of Palestinians will be given up.
This has been turned down five times now.
That's right.
And then the third one is, They're going to agree on a second phase in which the war is going to stop, and all the hostages are going to come back, and then they're going to agree on some kind of a joint, that might be the third phase, some kind of joint occupation of Gaza.
Now, you know Israel doesn't want any of the Palestinians involved in governing themselves for a while, because they've all been trained to be terrorists.
You know they're not going out of there until they eliminate Hamas.
And they're not doing another damn thing until the hostages are returned.
That's right.
They turned down proposals on this.
You also know, dummy, that Hamas is not going to accept a proposal where they're not part of the governing structure afterwards.
They turned you down on that.
So this is a game to get the attention off Trump.
You have like an Abraham Accord.
Except those happen.
These, they just spit in your face.
So Netanyahu comes out right away and says, No.
That isn't our proposal.
Our proposal is, you want to stop the war?
We got to get to the point where we feel we have Hamas sufficiently destroyed so they don't threaten us.
And number two, I want to come to the table, I got to give all the hostages back.
And they can be no part of any kind of a governing structure, because I do not agree with a Palestinian state.
So there's nothing left of that proposal.
It's gone.
And now, Now it's sort of passed away into the wind because it was a one day political act.
It was like the trials.
I mean, the trials are all political acts.
They're not real.
This is him lying.
But I mean, you can get into terrible trouble with this kind of stuff.
Yeah.
It's not wars when you start lying about national affairs.
That's right.
So I just wanted to warn you about that because lots of people, well, I don't know.
Defiant BB still no on ceasefire.
But let's play the beginning of that clip again because, as you pointed out, President Biden is claiming this was put together by Israel.
Did you read the headline?
Defiant BB still no on ceasefire.
This is the next day.
This was on... As a diplomacy carried out by my team, my many conversations with leaders of Israel, Qatar, and Egypt, and other Middle Eastern countries, Israel has now offered — Israel has offered a comprehensive new proposal.
It's a roadmap to an enduring ceasefire and the release of all hostages.
This proposal has been transmitted by Qatar to Hamas.
Today, I want to lay out its terms for the American citizens and for the world.
This new proposal has three phases — three.
The first phase would last for six weeks.
Here's what it would include.
A full and complete ceasefire.
I mean, how could Israel have proposed it when Bibi says still no on ceasefire?
I mean, look, Biden, you're such a liar.
I think everybody knew you were lying when you said it.
And they all know why you're doing it.
You're doing it like you do everything else.
comes out the next day and says, hey, it's bull.
I don't agree with it.
Oh, and by the way, Hamas has made it pretty clear they don't agree with it either.
So, I mean, it's just worthless.
The trial.
What was wrong with the trial?
Ted, what would you say is the major... I mean, there are at least five or six I mean, lack of a crime.
Extraordinary, extraordinary gaps.
That's right.
But what would you say is the one you think the public, what do you think they'll pick up the most?
I mean, obviously, I think these are key points that you've brought up.
The inability to name the crime, lack of unanimous jury verdict.
So many faults, right?
The fact that this is something that's never been charged as a felony.
You can go on and on.
So it starts with an indictment that doesn't define the most important thing, the felony, that gets it beyond the statute of limitations and makes it a felony.
They don't say what it is.
Just felony.
Number two, numerous incidents, particularly Stormy Daniels, of prejudicial evidence that was irrelevant that the judge even said Yes.
With prejudicial, but they hadn't objected, which is kind of a technicality.
The judge's conduct throughout the trial, my God, he was like an animal.
That's right.
Running over the defense and basically giving the prosecution everything they wanted.
What you said, the non-unanimous verdict, it's just 800 years of history.
And a Supreme Court decision just in 2020 by Gorsuch, 6-3, saying, in every respect, it has to be unanimous, even the little details.
So you can't get away on, oh, well, these were just details, one of the three.
One of the three is what made it a crime.
Right.
But we don't know.
We don't know if it was a federal campaign violation, a state campaign violation, or a tax violation.
Finally, they weren't even charged on those things.
So, you see, I just think the general tenor of the trial, and also, the more they say it wasn't political, the more it was obviously political.
That's right, Mayor.
Absolutely.
I mean, you got four of them, right?
You have four of them.
They were going to have five, but they were told it's not working.
Every morning, he goes up 10 points.
That's right.
Go ahead.
You've pointed a lot of these points out.
First of all, Manhattan voted 87% for Joe Biden, so they keep saying how he was convicted by a jury of his peers.
That's just not the case.
The case should have been moved.
That's another one.
I had a political case with A third of the publicity that that had, and a tenth of the prejudicial publicity that it had, and it was moved.
That's right.
I mean, this demanded to be moved if you wanted it to be a fair trial.
And what we have to watch out for right now is anyone who's giving this trial any legitimacy, right?
You have people out there, including some Republicans.
Well, we have to respect, uh, you know, we have to respect, uh, the findings of the floor, uh, this, uh, Larry Hogan and this Asa Hutchinson, I guess he's still around.
I don't know why we're even mentioning him, but be careful, right?
Those people are almost more dangerous than the Democrats.
I mean, the Democrats are obviously a huge danger to the country, but when you have Republicans who are, who are, Sanctioning this process.
I mean, they're basically sanctioning the destruction of our justice system and any integrity that it's had.
Well, the Wall Street Journal, I think this was the editorial board, raised the following question.
What if Mr. Trump loses the election and then is vindicated on appeal?
If Democrats think that too many Republicans today complain about a stolen election, imagine how many more might next year.
Mr. Bragg might have opened a new destabilizing era of American politics, and no one can say how it will end.
That's what happens when you tear up the Constitution for your ambition.
And Bragg is such a... To have this guy Bragg do it, who's getting New Yorkers killed and beaten... I mean, this was a weekend of violence in New York.
Significant violence in New York.
Largely because he took 20% of the resources of his office and spent it on a bookkeeping case where the actual record turns out to be true.
It was a legal expense.
And it was barred by the statute of limitations.
And he found a crooked way to try to get it beyond it that any decent judge, and that excludes Mr. Democratic Hack.
Didn't you pick up That the daughter was getting tickets for her clients to pay her a lot of money so they could sit in the trial.
Absolutely.
And one of them was Goldman's mother?
Yes, Dan Goldman's mother, of course.
He's a congressman right here, actually.
He might be ours.
Who pays the daughter money.
Lots of money.
Yes, that's right.
That's right.
I mean, I don't know if she makes millions.
She makes hundreds of thousands.
I don't know exactly.
They kind of describe her I think she's more vicious and activist than she is successful.
I mean, I think this was a key to success.
Yes.
One hundred percent.
The way the Bidens traded in way back when they were scummy little trailer trash.
That's kind of like what Mershon was doing.
He's trading in on this.
Yeah, of course.
Yeah.
And no shame.
They don't even try to hide it.
And these are the people that are completely destroying our justice system.
Shall we take a Shall we take a break before I get sick?
So we'll take our first break.
Thank you.
We're doing this kind of in a new format today.
We're using the Sunday morning show as a test.
New microphone?
So I'm here on screen.
Oh, you think he should have one like that over there or Dr. Maroon?
Kind of create symmetry for the show.
Oh, do you think symmetry is important?
Yeah.
So we're doing multiple things here.
So thank you for bearing with us here on this new format.
We'll tell you a little about that.
That's right.
Here we are, pretty much at the beginning of the process here at this pristine, I call it a laboratory.
It's not like a factory, it's like a hospital.
This is the beginning of the process for roasting.
Deep green, very good quality.
Most people don't use this quality.
We deal with small farmers because we like to know who we're dealing with.
They give us the highest quality, all organic, non-GMO.
You should know, All arabica beans.
Robusto!
All arabica.
They're gonna go into the roaster and it'll get roasted for about 20 minutes or so.
Oh my goodness, look at these!
My goodness.
Ha ha ha.
You're gonna want to specially order these.
This is what goes into Rudy's coffee.
And we're back!
Happy Sunday morning!
With... I think we have the bold this morning, not the morning blend.
Well, we had to have the bold.
Sometimes we do the morning blend, but we're getting ready for a show.
It's a tough show.
We had to be up and alert.
I mean, it's been such a busy, busy time there with everything you're doing, of course, your 3 p.m.
show.
The Rudy Giuliani show, 8 p.m., America's Mayor Live, and continuing with your top-rated, it remains top-rated, Sunday morning show, Uncovering the Truth with Dr. Maria.
Shout out to Dr. Maria, if she's watching us.
I think you'd all be on our side as to why we were sort of kicked off ABC, or I didn't want to go back on.
I was told I couldn't discuss the 2024 election.
And I have been doing it continuously since I found out that it was fixed, and I'm defending myself in trials where I'm accused of that, or civil cases, and I'm not going to talk about it on radio or television?
I mean, that's ridiculous.
I'm not accepting that kind of censorship.
This is the worst time to cave into that kind of censorship.
I am surprised, really, really surprised, that a major so-called radio station would have a ban like that.
Because, remember, it says you can have no conversations concerning the 2020 elections.
So, I would not be able to bring to you the new facts that support, as has happened in every one of these, right?
The new facts that support the fact that the election was fixed, like the 175,000 missing votes, paper votes, in Georgia.
That's a damning fact.
They're trying to downplay it, but they actually removed Rauschenberger from the election commission for it, and the lieutenant governor was gutsy enough to say it's because every election he's run has been screwed up.
So, I mean...
There's already a legislative report from Georgia demonstrating how the election was fixed, and now you have 175,000 votes, and if you read the report, one of the main concerns in the report was they couldn't get access to the ballots.
A couple hundred thousand they thought were phony ballots.
Could those be the 175,000 that are missing?
Gee!
You know, everybody was very, very comfortable with circumstantial evidence when When Judge Crooked described you as his jury.
It's amazing.
But you know, with Biden, like when Biden said, I never talked to my son in 35 years about his foreign clients.
Just the circumstantial evidence of being his father would tell you he's lying.
Now there are 20 things, including a recording, that tells you he's lying.
How about the certainty that people who call this, who haven't lifted their finger to investigate this, they say it was the safest election ever, right?
Or they just scoff at anyone who's willing to even... Let's say I'm not even asserting that it was stolen.
Let's say I'm bringing up Legitimate concerns that other people are brought up, right?
They won't even listen to you on that.
Well, that's the tactic of a dictator.
That's how, I mean, that's a part of their censorship.
They want discussion only on, when they say a disinformation, they mean anything that disagrees with the Biden party line.
That's right.
Which is the family's thoroughly honest when it's thoroughly crooked.
The election The election was the most legitimate ever, when in fact it probably is the stinkiest in our history.
And there's tons of evidence of it.
Well, a lot of people don't seem to be reacting to this.
This is the poll that everybody is relying on.
I'll just show it to you.
67% say it makes no difference.
And then there's only a two-point difference in the less likely and more likely.
So if you get down to the people who where it does make a difference, 17% says it's less likely they'd vote for Trump, and 15% says it's more likely.
So it ends up being kind of a wash.
And from the money collection terms, it's an enormous success for Trump.
In the first five hours, they raised $30 million or $25 million.
Altogether, well over $50 million.
As of yesterday.
That's an incredible amount of money.
And pledges, like from some of the millionaires who've stayed out up until now, of hundreds of millions, to the various PACs, which has him now.
Actually, even before this, in April, I think now in May too, He will have outraced Biden.
Okay, that makes sense.
Biden has been outracing him up until now.
Plus, the Senate committee, the Congressional committee, and the RNC are also setting records.
That's right.
Somebody's really angry about this.
Big article about Silicon Valley, a major switch there from some of the big companies.
I was reading that.
I think you're right, Mayor.
It's waking some more people up, others that may not have voted for Trump in the past or may not even agree with his politics, but they just see what these people are doing to our justice system and how they're weaponizing, uh, they're weaponizing state level courts, every, the federal.
Yeah.
And I think they're getting a Trump's message that, uh, they're coming after you too.
So, I mean, you know, that in terms of conservatives, like they came after me, Navarro, uh, Bannon, you can go further down the chain, look at 22 people in one place, 18 in another, guilty of nothing but contesting an election, never a crime before.
But I'll give you another example, because this is what I think gets Silicon Valley and businesses.
Sure.
22 Democrats, led by Chuck Schumer, who didn't say where he was when he sent the letter.
He disappeared after he decided to tell Israel they should change their prime minister.
And I think has been thrown out of any respectable Jewish organization as a turncoat traitor.
That's right.
They want the Justice Department to investigate and prosecute the owners of oil companies for artificially keeping the price of oil high.
Wow.
So they want to weaponize, criminally, Biden's incompetence on energy.
Yeah.
It isn't because at the very beginning he shut down the Keystone Pipeline.
It isn't because he just cut off all kinds of oil from Alaska.
It isn't because the federal lands aren't producing the oil they used to produce.
Yeah.
He's actually helped by the fact that the non-federal lands are producing at larger amounts, but still not enough.
And what about the fact that he's taken our strategic oil reserve down to nothing, which artificially keeps it down.
But God forbid we're in a war.
That's all we're going to count on.
Yes.
It's absurd.
I mean, there isn't a person in the world that doesn't know the reason why.
And he got it up to like almost $5.
Now it is exactly $1 more, which is a 30% increase, a 35% increase over Trump's last number.
Okay.
He's never been even close to where Trump had it.
And then the inflation thing is getting worse.
Yeah.
Inflation is going up by Two or three percent.
And, of course, he had nine percent.
But it isn't as if you lose that nine percent.
This aggregates.
So things are 30 percent more expensive than when Trump was president.
You're not going to fool people about that.
And I think the more he lies to them, the more they turn on him.
And I've noticed in the early polls on the election and on the verdict, the place where he loses some votes is among Republicans.
Small percentage.
Yes.
10% or less.
Sure.
But you know, he makes it up with gaining independence.
Maybe 15%.
So 30% of his of his $52 million in donations were entirely new people.
Yes.
I wonder how many of the Republicans, or how many of them are blacks, Hispanics, young people, where he's now leading.
So it's gonna be a very, very strange A very, very strange election, and it's going to really redefine, I think, the political parties.
If it hasn't already, I mean, the Republicans were always the so-called party of the rich, and the Democrats were the party of the poor.
The party of the poor, to the extent the Democrats are the party of the poor, they're really the dictators of the poor.
Yeah.
They don't do a damn thing for them.
In fact, you know, they've given them so much money over the last 50 years that they shouldn't be poor anymore.
Except that money went into the pockets of the Democratic congressmen and senators and, you know, the ones who died.
And there were 28 million, 30 million.
And people say, gee, I wonder how... What went Biden?
Buying all those homes.
The poorest guy in the Senate had mansions.
It's crazy.
It's crazy.
So maybe we should take a second next break.
Sure.
And then we'll come back with more on uncovering the truth.
Anything to live is on its promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices. America's greatest heroes have made
for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
John is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
Our nation's heroes and their families need your help now more than ever.
Donate $11 a month to Tunnel to Towers at T2T.org.
T2T.org, that's T, the number two T.org, T2T.org.
Please, donate now.
We're back.
Well, we're back with Uncovering the Truth, and there are two statements about the about the trial that are glaringly misleading and false.
One is by the Wall Street Journal, where in two places they say there is no evidence that Biden engineered any of the prosecution.
Any of the prosecutions.
Well, first of all, two of the prosecutions are by his Justice Department.
Picking a guy who is a disreputable prosecutor who does exactly what they want it done to Trump.
He prosecutes him for crimes that are made up, like he prosecuted the governor of Virginia.
Rushes it to trial.
Remember how often he's gone before the judges?
It's imperative that we have a trial now?
No, it's not.
The documents are the documents.
They are where they are.
Nobody's running away with them.
There's no urgency to either one of these trials.
And normally a trial like that, as complicated, would take a year to a year and a half to go to trial.
So the only reason he's rushing it is because he wants to get it in before the election.
And Garland picked Smith only after Trump announced and only after Biden criticized him for going slow.
So, by the way, Mr. Wall Street Journal, that's evidence that Biden engineered it.
I mean, he has all kinds of statements that he's made for which he's been criticized, even by the Wall Street Journal, but these reporters don't seem to remember it when they have to.
This is an article that goes back to 2022.
As late as last year, Mr. Biden confided to his inner circle
that he believed former President Donald Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted,
according to two people familiar with his comments.
And while the president has never communicated directly to Mr. Garland, he has said privately
that he wanted Mr. Garland to act less like a ponderous judge
and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over the events of January 6th.
And all of these were leaked to the press.
Yeah.
By authoritative sources.
So, I was in the Justice Department.
Attorney General sees that the first warning that is published is right there.
Right there is a crooked garland.
Look, you don't appoint Smith unless you want a rigged case.
You go get an independent prosecutor, a fair-minded prosecutor.
God doesn't have the kind of unethical crap that Smith has on his record.
So as recently as late last year, Mr. Biden confided to his inner circle that he believed former President Donald Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted.
You read that in the newspapers.
Don't you think Garland did?
And they say he's never talked to Garland about it.
He lies about everything!
So does Garland!
Maybe they didn't talk about it.
They didn't have to.
It came through in the newspapers.
According to two people familiar with his comments.
And to act less like a ponderous judge.
This is two and a half years ago that he said that.
And then he repeatedly said it.
He wasn't moving January 6th fast enough.
And then he just proclaimed that Trump was guilty with regard to the documents.
It was shocking what Trump did.
And then it turned out that he did worse.
And then he went ahead and tried to distinguish himself and tried the case in the White House.
I mean, the idea that he hasn't commented on these cases and put his finger on the scales of justice.
And also, how are all these cases coming down in the same year?
With the same kind of argument that have to be tried right now, and everybody, all these people seem to visit the White House.
Fannie has her lover boy visit in the White House, charging for 24 hours of legal services.
Can't tell me, I mean, Bragg, Bragg originally says no on the case, and doesn't change his mind until after Trump announces, with criticism of him from the administration in the newspaper.
How is it that there are four cases and every one of them is a crooked Democrat prosecutor?
You can't tell me Bragg's not crooked.
I mean, he took Soros' money.
You've got to be a scum to take Soros' money.
And then he's responsible for more crimes than he does.
I was going to say, that alone makes him the worst.
I mean, this guy's going after President Trump on some sort of paperwork.
First of all, something that's not a crime.
Meanwhile, he's letting stone killers, violent offenders out on the street minutes
after being booked.
It just doesn't make any sense if you're looking at it in a non-biased fashion.
Of course, if you're a Democrat political operative, you totally see what's going on.
He's also prosecuting a young Marine for defending himself, where the guy that he killed, they say with a chokehold,
which is not a chokehold if you look at it carefully, But this guy, and they leave out even of the article
describing it.
I mean, these guys are so crazy.
They leave out of the article all the facts that led to the self-defense, which is the, the guy who did it has a long history of threatening and beating people on the subway.
He came on the subway and he started threatening, uh, people in one car, which you could hear from the other car.
Saying, I'm gonna kill you, I'm gonna get you.
He came into this car and approached a couple.
Wow.
As if to menace them.
And this guy grabbed him and restrained him with the help of two other people.
And the guy died because of the chokehold.
Well, we guess.
I mean, maybe we should do another autopsy and it'll turn out to be like the Floyd case.
He really died because he had more drugs in his system than is available in all of Mexico.
Yeah.
Uh, but he has factories to him.
So the other kids can grow up to be drug addicts like him and criminals.
I don't know, he's got 22 arrests.
That's sick.
So, uh, this guy is, I mean, this guy's a self-defense case.
Meanwhile, at the very same time, he let off a black guy who did the same thing.
Where he, he, this guy threatened the guy's girlfriend and he killed him.
I mean, you can't distinguish the two cases, and that guy is in the newspapers today saying that he deserved to be let off, but not Maureen Penny, and that the whole thing was racist.
Now, I don't know how it's racist when Jordan Williams, who's black, doesn't get prosecuted, And Penny, who's white, gets prosecuted.
Racist against whites?
You know what he's complaining about?
Penny raised a couple million dollars.
He raised $148,000.
So he's angry he didn't make enough money off the killing.
He's bitter that he didn't make as much money, that more people... Well, you know, actually, it sounded like Penny was defending a lot more people than he was.
He was defending his girlfriend, God bless him.
Right.
But Penny was defending an entire train.
So maybe people saw it as a more significant act of bravery.
I don't know.
But in any event, the real fact here is that prejudiced, racist Bragg prosecuted Penny like he prosecuted that poor Dominican.
Yeah.
Who we put in jail, and the guy got sick in jail, who was defending himself against a robbery.
The guy went off to the Dominican Republic and won't come back.
So this guy Bragg is a menace of a prosecutor.
And when he gets up the other day and starts talking, as a former prosecutor, it gets me sick to my stomach.
I can't watch it.
He talks about a fair trial.
It was anything but a fair trial.
It wasn't a fixed...
They had a Soviet show trial.
They had a fixed acting judge.
Guy's never been elected.
He's been on there for 22 years.
He's a creature of the Democratic bosses.
And his daughter's making millions off this, uh, off of what he's, off of his literal actions in court.
Yeah, I mean if you put in that case...
You can't win if it's your case.
So be wary of anyone out there who's, even if they're criticizing the result, but legitimizing the process.
That is the wrong position to take on this.
This was not a legitimate trial.
This was not a jury of his peers.
The jury instructions were off.
Just every part of this case was just corrupt and crooked.
Biden did not engineer these cases, except when he commented on the then-pending Justice Department classified document investigation into his political opponent by stating that Trump acted in ways that were just totally irresponsible and may have compromised sources and methods.
Check the White House logs.
Check the travel of these prosecutors.
The President stated in an interview with ABC that he had been advised not to comment on the matter, but he did so anyway, at length.
And then he went on to minimize what he did and maximize what Trump did.
I mean, he's trying the case!
And that doesn't get across to his ambitious, dishonest prosecutors, namely Bragg and Fannie the Hoe.
It would be good if they prosecuted him.
Fannie the Hoe, before we found out she was a hoe, and before we found out she was stealing money from a campaign account, went up and made millions in a fundraiser in Washington.
Yeah.
I mean, I thought that was the actual bribe.
That's insane.
Except for Soros, who gives them millions running for D.A.?
What is a Fulton County, Georgia D.A.
throwing a high-dollar fundraiser?
She's doing what the White House wants, what the White House has been saying, both on the record in some cases and off the record in all cases.
And they won't produce the communications.
They won't produce the communications with Bragg.
They won't produce the communications with Fanny the Hoe and her boyfriend.
Well, you know why they won't produce them, if the communications were nice and pure.
They'd be out there the way Trump immediately put out the transcript of the Ukrainian conversation, which they lied about.
And I know you're focusing on the state, these county prosecutors.
Let's not leave out Jack Smith and how corrupt and awful of a man he is in terms of his legal career and what he's wrongdoing.
If any Republican Attorney General picked Like, let's say there's going to be a special prosecutor for Biden.
Yeah.
If he picked a prosecutor who had framed prior Democrats and had a case reversed by the Supreme Court 9-0 for doing so, what do you think the press would do to that Attorney General?
They'd rip him to pieces.
Oh, but Jack Smith's a hero.
Jack Smith is a terrible prosecutor.
But they've made him out into this.
I don't know of another prosecutor that's had his case reversed by the Supreme Court 9-0 because of his misconduct.
I don't know of one.
I don't know of one.
That ruined a man's political career.
Yeah, and the Supreme Court bashed him in the head.
Let's hope the Supreme Court, including the liberal justices, remember what they're dealing with with Smith when it goes before them.
Who knows?
I mean, it seems like politics overcomes everything.
And then how about the vicious attack on Robert Herr?
Robert Herr, completely unethically, Fix the case by not prosecuting him.
What he did is far worse than Trump.
But then he went ahead and he made that measly little statement.
I mean, it was such a weak statement.
It wasn't even that he's not competent to stand trial, which is what he's trying to say.
It's that he's a very likable old man who is very forgetful.
Yeah.
But the end result is that he's forgetful enough so he doesn't remember the years that he was vice president.
He can't tell you within three years when he left.
He doesn't remember the year that his son died within two or three years.
He doesn't remember all kinds of things and they are covering up the tape of that.
The committee wants to put the tape out to show you how bardo our commander-in-chief is and they won't let it come out.
So then they have the White House, none other than Kamala Harris, attacking him, saying that her was clearly politically motivated and lacked integrity.
I agree with her.
Maybe she agrees with me.
Because he didn't prosecute Trump.
He didn't prosecute Biden.
He should have recommended prosecution for him.
Particularly if they're going to continue the prosecution of Trump for a clearly lesser offense.
And then January 6th, Biden has publicly excoriated his lapdog AG for not going fast enough and then he ended up going after a thousand people and knocking down doors with stormtroopers and I mean, they got a 74-year-old woman in jail, they got a guy in jail for three minutes, and they got three or four people who committed suicide because of the way they're persecuting them.
I mean, you don't need those stormtroopers for abortion, uh, people who are protesting abortion or who walked into the Capitol for three minutes.
That's right.
It's, it's the fact that there are still hundreds of people, I don't know if there's thousands still, but hundreds of people, uh, being unjustly punished for, uh, the, for this phony fake January 6th, uh, insurrection that the Democrats have We're here talking about the, we're talking about October of 2022, the fall, or the spring of 2022.
Biden reportedly told his inner circle that Trump should be prosecuted and that Garland's investigation was going too slow.
A message that Garland received in the pages of the New York Times seven months before he appointed special counsel Jack Smith, which he didn't do until after Trump announced.
And by the way, uh, uh, Soros' boy Bragg didn't do it until after Trump announced.
He had originally decided not to prosecute the case and he was criticized by the White House for it.
I can't help but think the ponderous judge hit.
They're reminding him that they made him Attorney General because he didn't get the Supreme Court job.
Biden recently grumbled to aides and advisors that had Garland Wow.
So they're admitting that Biden's out there thinking of how this will impact his 2024 election.
That's what it's about.
That's what it's about.
And they're strategically leaking the facts.
That was in Politico.
Wow.
So they're admitting that Biden's out there thinking of how this will impact his 2024
election.
That's what it's about.
That's what it's about.
And they're strategically leaking the facts.
I mean, they're not even hiding it.
This is absolutely, this is a dangerous place, Mayor, as a country.
And are you concerned with the number of folks who are, maybe they're not sharing the verdict,
but they're respecting the process?
Does that concern you?
It is because they've lost any sense of the fair and impartial administration of justice, where even the people you disagree with politically, even the people you hate, have to be treated the way the people you like and love.
I learned that from the day I became a prosecutor.
It was a staple of the U.S.
Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York, which sure as hell changed by the time Berman chased out all of the allegations against Biden when they were brought there by a former U.S.
Attorney.
And the U.S.
Attorney didn't even want to hear it.
Turns out to all be true.
I don't know if at that time they already had the hard drive, but the things I brought to them, which liars like Raskin and others say was untruths, turned out to all be supported and corroborated by the hard drive, which when I was giving it to them, I didn't even know there was a hard drive.
They knew it.
They're making a total fool out of me.
And by the way, they should face some sort of What's the word?
I think there's a fine line.
You're right.
People are worried.
Will Trump be vindictive?
He should not be vindictive.
But he should not this time avoid justice.
He avoided it last time with Hillary.
Hillary should have been prosecuted.
And then Barr should have had the guts to prosecute Comey for screwing up the FISA.
I mean, he almost cost us FISA.
I mean, come on, stop all the crap.
He has on there, it was a verified set of facts.
He actually is telling everybody, including on tape recordings, that they're not verified.
A straight out lie.
He knew at that time that this was a purchased false report by a discredited FBI informant who the FBI had thrown out.
He knew all that.
The judge didn't get any of that.
I helped to start Pfizer.
That's one of the worst Pfizer violations I know of.
Even for purposes of national security, the guy should have been prosecuted.
Because prosecutors should have the fear of God that they're going to lie in a FISA application.
Well now, if you're a Democrat, you can put anything you want in there.
What was the original intent of the FISA court?
FISA court is to allow us to investigate spies, not American presidents.
The whole thing was a distortion of FISA in the first place.
And nobody says that.
I mean, the mere fact that they used it for that purpose put it in jeopardy.
Okay.
I mean, it shouldn't be used for some kind of domestic investigation.
It should be used for investigating the Chinese spies that Biden is inviting to America in the dozens now.
So who started to weaponize this for domestic partisan political?
I mean, Obama started it.
Obama collected information on all of us, including yours truly.
I mean, for three years they had my iCloud account.
They didn't tell me.
And they won't give me the affidavit now, because I know the affidavit's illegal, because eventually they had to give the fruits of their investigation to the grand jury.
You know what the fruits of their investigation was?
Nada.
Nada.
Nothing.
Nothing.
They even put it in the wrong language.
They said, there's no probable cause that he committed a crime.
That's what you need for a warrant, jerks.
What happened?
There was probable cause?
It went away.
I mean, I should know if you had probable cause and it went away.
Who was lying about me?
Well, I think I know, by the way, who was lying, by the way.
So that's something, Mayor, I'd like to get your reaction to.
So these people have acted so inappropriately.
They've broken the law.
They've completely destroyed our justice system.
And they're continuing, right?
They're not slowing down.
If anything, they're ramping up the weaponization of the criminal justice system in this country.
Well, like I said, this is just one example that I gave you about the oil executives they want to go after.
They're getting used to the fact that they can use as a political weapon to get themselves off the hook, when in fact the whole reason for it is his green agenda.
They can go after the oil executives and put it on them because people don't like executives, they make a lot of money, so let's see if we can prosecute them.
Well, so with all this, these people can't, they're not, they're going to do everything they can to keep President Trump from getting back into office.
Because as you've said correctly, these people are breaking the law left and right, and they need to be held accountable.
The only way they're going to be held accountable is if President Trump wins this November.
They have been from the very beginning.
I mean, you go right back to Just go back to the first one, Russian collusion.
It's completely untrue.
Four years, Pulitzer Prizes.
Totally untrue.
Where's the Republican Congress?
That's why we need Trump so bad.
This isn't about... Is yours close enough?
Yeah, I'm coming in, I'm listening to the show.
We gotta get one of these arms so I can come in like that.
But, Mayor, It is, I mean, this is a dire situation.
Unfortunately, we have a Congress that doesn't seem to be, you know, they love to do press conferences and hearings and they get their nice little moments.
I realize that.
I am sympathetic with the fact that we have, meaning Republicans, a small margin.
But I'm not sympathetic with the lack of aggression that we have, with the exception maybe of Comer.
Sure, I guess, but even... No, no, but I think he's... he can only do so much.
Sure.
But I'm a little disappointed with Jordan, because I think Jordan could have done more.
He has a press conference every other day.
Yeah, but he doesn't... That's the same thing!
Why don't we have these people... Why don't we go to jail for violating... I mean, Garland hasn't complied with the subpoena, and Navarro's in jail.
That's a good point.
The White House hasn't complied with the subpoena for the Hurtapes.
Why is not their counsel in jail and Bannon is going to jail?
I mean, boy, if you think, if you have any idea that we still have a justice system, you're missing something.
And if you miss it, you're going to turn around and you're not going to have it when you want it.
You're going to come to me if I ever let me be a lawyer again, and I'm going to say, well, you can't get a fair trial.
So I wonder who in Congress will step up, Mayor, who in Congress is willing to hold the, beyond hearings, right, subpoenas, we need to know where, we need to investigate Fannie Willis, we need to investigate Elvin Brad, we need to investigate Judge Marchand.
The fact that Willis is not being investigated for an outright confession to a crime under oath is a testament to how crooked Georgia is, and circumstantial evidence they fixed the election.
Because if you're crooked in one respect, you're going to be crooked in another.
If you're stealing money, what's going to stop you from stealing an election?
If you have an office, and from that office you acquire wealth, you're going to do everything to keep that office.
So, look, I've been doing this too long not to know who the crooks are and who they aren't.
And in politics, unfortunately, it's a lot of people.
And it used to be more evenly distributed.
But they've really, I mean, it's like every once in a while, like the National League wins 10 All-Star Games in a row, or the American League wins 10 in a row.
And right now the Democrats have, you know, most of the corruption.
Because I think Clinton started it.
Because they have corruption right at the very top that's arrogant.
Oh yeah.
We've got to mention the Israeli parade before we go.
There's going to be a parade today in Manhattan.
It's a celebration of Israel.
They have it every May.
I have marched numerous times to have marched in that parade.
And no, the history of this city is one of the greatest Jewish cities in the world.
And to see the level of anti-Semitism in this city, at college campuses, is disgraceful.
And it is a mark of Biden not being able to spend any time on explaining to us why we shouldn't be anti-Semitic.
He spends plenty of time on anti-Islamic and Islamophobia, which is minuscule in comparison to anti-Semitism.
Minuscule.
After September 11, I used special patrols to minimize and to stop any acts against Islamic people.
And what I found, to my surprise and also satisfaction, was that there was very little.
But the anti-Semitism in this city is beyond control.
It's, at a place like Columbia, it's systemic.
They can't get away from it.
They just, on Friday night, I don't know, the camp got put up.
After all that they've done.
What about the riot at the Brooklyn Museum?
That's right.
The place where, when I was mayor, they put a cow dung on the Blessed Virgin Mary, and I think they had a nude picture of Jesus Christ.
And when I took away their city money, I was the great villain.
And my contention was they have a right to do it someplace privately.
In fact, they had done it privately.
I had to protect them.
Yeah.
But they don't have a right to take $10 million of my dollars.
And God, if they were taking $10 million of my dollars to show pictures of Mohammed killing people, which would have been... I'm not picturing the paintings of Mohammed killing people, which would be accurate.
You know, the Blessed Mother didn't have pictures during her life of her cow dung.
But Mohammed did kill a lot of people.
You know the rules, you're allowed to... They did that in Chicago, they had to close down the exhibit.
This one, everybody went to because it mocked the Christian religion.
Exactly, that's the rule.
And I said, like, to hell with you!
To hell with you!
I mean, you don't get to batter around the biggest religion in the world, and the greatest man that ever lived, and his mother.
Sorry, even if you're not a Christian, you've got to acknowledge that Jesus led a life That you would want your children to lead.
Muhammad didn't.
Muhammad in the second half of his life was killing people left and right.
Yeah.
Particularly Jews!
You're wondering why?
Where does this Jewish thing come from?
Read the Quran completely and you'll find out.
Do we have another break?
Yeah, let's hear from another sponsor.
Let's come back and we'll get the mayor's final thoughts and maybe some other Some other comments on this, and of course we want to announce and talk about where we're heading later today, but we'll come back after the break, save it, and come right back for more of a special edition of Uncovering the Truth!

This was given to me as a gift by Scott Lebado and I think the America First Warehouse, too, right?
That's right.
Certainly by Scott.
And Scott is the chief organizer and invited us to the rally for Trump today at Paradise Island in Staten Island.
That's right.
We're going to get the details up here on the screen here.
That was a gift to me.
I have a main copy of it, but I'm going to... Several people have, I guess, bought some and done things with it, so I'm going to sign them.
We've got about a dozen of them here.
Stick with us here.
We're going to put it up on the screen in just a second.
Information today, three o'clock, Paradise Island.
We want to see all of you there.
We're going to put it up on the screen in just a minute.
We produce the show as we go here.
For those of you that don't know Staten Island too well, to come and see a Republican part of New York.
They voted for Trump both times.
I once got, I think, 90% of the vote there.
So I am a little prejudiced.
Bias.
Bias.
Yeah, in favor of it.
It's a nice one.
So we're going to bring up that information.
That's three o'clock today.
You'll see me.
I'm sorry, guys, I'm not focusing on the camera, but we're going to bring this up for you.
So you have the latest information.
We want to see you there.
Three p.m.
I'm going to get you the address to get it on the map.
We're going to get you the address.
Don't worry.
Paradise Island.
Paradise Island, that's in Staten Island.
I wonder how much money we raised now, $52 million as of yesterday.
Oh yeah, they're raising the money, that's for sure.
There it is, it's right on the water, look!
You know, it's facing New Jersey.
So if you're in New Jersey, it's an easy ride.
Oh my goodness, look at this!
Right across the river there's a Rudiuk Park.
Yeah.
Look at that, Rudiuk.
Oh, Rudiuk.
It's a one-hour ride for me to get there.
Oh, so we should leave.
It's a one-hour ride for me.
Of course, it's at the other end of Staten Island, facing... I'm gonna try to get us a car.
That would be fun to go for a... We could go leave early, maybe, and see somewhere in Staten Island.
Oh, sure.
Nobody knows Staten Island like I do.
I mean, I really know Staten Island.
Spent a lot of time there.
A lot of time.
But, you know, you can get there by highway.
It's right off the Staten Island Expressway.
There it is, right here.
See it?
Right there.
Right on the dock, looking over the Arthur Kill, which is a body of water that is heavily trafficked by cargo.
Because it reads, if you look at it, it leads right into the Bay of New York.
Yeah, right at the upper New York Bay.
And it separates, the Arthur Kill is what separates Staten Island from New Jersey.
And when you look at this, people are going to say, shouldn't Staten Island belong to New Jersey rather than New York because it's closer to New Jersey?
I mean, you can almost swim across easily.
Well, it's pretty close to New York, too.
And, you know, it's one thing.
People, I used to say, when my grandfather came over and he was sitting there in Genoa getting ready for his boat, he wasn't saying to himself in his broken English, I'm coming to New Jersey, I'm coming to New Jersey.
It's going to be 85 degrees out.
It was coming to New York, the city where the streets were paved with gold.
But you know what the gold was?
The gold was the gold of opportunity.
That's right.
Not the gold of dependency.
And that's what, now it's, I mean that's the reason why Adams has this whole thing screwed up by inviting all these people and As if they were the old-time immigrants, and they're not.
First of all, they're people that are orchestrated by the Mexican cartels, jerk.
That's why you have so many crimes going on in your city.
Nobody wants to go near Roosevelt Hotel because you got all your guys there.
And we had another brag of crime the other day.
An elderly woman was smashed in the head by a guy that had done the same thing in May.
Except he was out.
He smashed another old woman in May in the head.
The judge set no bail.
Put him out.
So he smashed another old woman in the head.
And he was delayed in his head smashing by about seven hours.
So he's hanging around.
You don't want to get on The subway with this guy here.
And then if a guy like Penny tries to restrain him and, you know, maybe uses a little too much force by accident or whatever, they're going to put the guy in jail for the rest of his life.
Right.
So who's going to be Penny to help you?
Absurd.
Someone asked if we're going to live stream.
They have created, there are seven to nine thousand people walking around The city I was mayor of, that would be in jail if I were mayor.
And they have the reason for this outbreak of crime.
Eight crimes in a day.
Two of them murders.
Eight outrageous crimes all over the city in the last two days.
Under Adams, who was out at some kind of club the other night.
It was about four or five in the morning.
But didn't go see any of these people who were in the hospital.
Wow.
When I went out at night, at two or three in the morning, It was with my police, going to a hospital.
Yeah.
Not to club, you know, screw around.
What a poor excuse for a mayor.
Every one of these, every one of these people that's here, actually illegal?
Yeah.
Every one of them is due to Biden and Adams.
I mean, Biden opened the door to all of them, and Adams gave them more than anybody else.
Yeah.
And now it's too cowardly to speak up because the Biden people use this criminalization of the justice system or weaponization against everybody.
They shut up Adams for good, didn't they?
Adams was coming after Biden, pointing out how his city is being ruined by Biden.
And he went to the White House with two other mayors.
And before he could get to the White House, they ransacked his chief fundraiser's house for information about his taking illegal money from the Turks.
He's kept his mouth shut now for a year.
And nothing's happened with that investigation.
Wow.
We don't know if he got money from the Turks or not.
I mean, he sure as hell wastes more money.
How can New York spend more money than Florida?
And Florida has 22 million people and New York has 8.
A lot of that money is kickback money.
Well, I guess it'll depend on how nice he is to Joe Biden and whether or not he received that money from the Turks, right?
If he's nice to Biden, he can keep it.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
I don't know.
Same thing with Menendez, right?
Yeah.
Menendez was, whatever they have on Menendez, they had three years ago.
Yeah.
Three years ago, it was fine that he took all those gold.
Now it's a big crime.
Now it is a crime.
But he would have been in the golden circle of people that are protected.
And that's why I've got to focus on the one thing I missed today.
When the liar got up and said, and how he has the balls to say this is beyond me.
No one is above the law.
Oh, how about you and your son and Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton?
How about that?
How about all the money they stole from the Clinton Foundation?
All the money they took from Haiti?
All starving?
How about all the money you took from an organized criminal Ukrainian pro-Russian?
Millions!
How much money did you take from our enemy Red China?
30 million?
Nothing!
Nothing!
Not even a subpoena!
Not even a search!
My house gets ransacked and there's no evidence!
Your mansions they don't go look at!
And there's been this evidence out there for five or six years.
And the FBI covers it up.
There are people above the law.
You and your golden circle of protected Democrats.
Or the people you want to terrorize, like Adams.
You really shut him up good.
And then Bragg has him under investigation.
He's got two investigations, federal and state, separate things.
And, I mean, there's fire.
I don't know how big, but the fire is all the excess money that's spent.
And you take a 360-degree view of this, New York spends the same amount of money as Florida on 8 million people.
Florida is spending it on 22 million people.
And when you look at various contracts for things, we're paying two and three times what other states pay.
And we've had a couple where you can see that that was the money that was produced either for campaign contributions like to HOKL or kickbacks.
That's right.
And there's always been rumors about Adams.
I was told by a very, very good source that he's not going to make it through four years.
And I'm not familiar with anything other than the fact that there were two investigations of one federal and one state.
And I have to say, I can't put much stock in them because they come from crooked prosecutors.
Yeah.
Wow.
The hour goes too fast, Mayor.
We're already in our Sunday morning soccer time.
Big day today.
We want to see everybody out there.
And I was just asked if this will be live-streamed.
So after we're off, maybe we can talk about... Oh, live-streaming the rally?
Yeah!
I mean, if we can do it, maybe we'll try it.
We'll bring a couple... We will now spend our time being creative about that.
So you may want to check back in around three.
Please understand that no one's exaggerating.
How, uh, what has happened now is systemic.
This is the way they're going to use the justice system for their purposes.
I mean, they've, they've used it against Trump.
They've used it against 50 or 60 of Trump's people and they've used it against conservatives and they use it against abortion activists and, and they use it against some of their own people that they want to shut up.
And it works.
As I said, Adams, boy, Stop investigating me over the Turks.
So, you want that kind of country?
I don't know.
If you want that kind of country, you know, move to Venezuela.
They have less crime at least because they sent them all here.
So check back this afternoon.
We'll try to, we'll have some sort of, we'll have this rally covered.
So check back, I'd say around 3 p.m., maybe a little bit even sooner.
And obviously tomorrow.
At 3 p.m.
Also at 3 p.m.
for the Rudy Giuliani show right here.
Wherever you're seeing us now, you can see us tomorrow, see the mayor.
We'll have some fireworks.
And then tomorrow night, 8pm, of course, America's Mayor Live, episode 421.
And wow, it's good.
I've been having fireworks.
Yeah, we're just getting started.
Great, great inside stuff that you don't get anyplace else.
And we are just... When I say anyplace else, you don't get it too many other places except equally dedicated people like me who are dedicated to giving you the truth and not censored information like you can't talk about 2020 or you can't talk about this, you can't talk about that.
What we can talk about is what you need to know.
And then it can get corrected in the marketplace of opinion.
That's what America's about.
Anybody talking about shutting other people up doesn't understand what America's about.
Thanks for having me on today.
Well, it was great, Ted.
You're usually behind the scenes.
Now we're going to see how handsome you are.
Uh-oh.
So again, check back in in a few hours.
And yeah, we're going to get right to work.
We are working seven days a week for you.
And don't forget, Rudy Coffee, my pillows, Support our sponsors and Tunnel to Towers, T2T.org, $11 a month to take care of our most important heroes.
God bless you and have a great Sunday.
We'll see you back in just a few hours.
About a workin' old summer just to try to earn a dollar.
Every time I call my baby, try to get a date, my boss says, Oh die son, you gotta work late.
Sometimes I wonder what I'm gonna do, but there ain't no cure for the summertime blues.
Oh, well, my mom and papa told me, son, you gotta make some money.
Bye!
If you wanna use a car to go a-ridin' next Sunday.
Well, I didn't go to work, told the boss I was sick.
Well, you can't use a car, cause you didn't work or live.
Sometimes I wonder what I'm gonna do, but there ain't no cure for the summertime blues.
I'm gonna take two weeks, gonna have a fun vacation.
I'm gonna take my problem to the United Nations.
Well, I called my congressman and he said, quote, I'd like to help you, son, but you're too young to vote.
