This is the one that used to be on the radio.

We had a surprise birthday party on Friday, and we went on a movie with some friends last night.
We went to see The Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.
I know, I know, you're gonna say, what does Giuliani Don't you want to get away from humans?

A couple there reminded me, there was one that reminded me a lot of Obama and Biden.
Not the monkeys, the people.
I mean, the monkeys, the monkeys are a good guy.
They're not really the good, they're the good guys and the bad guys.
You got the good apes and the bad apes.
And then you've got mostly, I have to say, you know, the one army coming after him is the bad army, but there is also the good humans.
But everybody's frightened of each other.
Well, the trial in Manhattan, I guess, is wrapping down.
See if you can get an update, Ted, the minute-by-minute update on is everything rested, who's going to test, all that stuff.
The case, of course, should not be going on.
It should not be going on.
I could have predicted for any law school class anywhere in America that the case would have been thrown out by a modestly, vaguely, marginally honest, competent judge.
Judge Mershon is not that.
Judge Mershon is the poster child for the culmination of 150 years of American New York judicial corruption.
The New York judiciary, particularly in Manhattan, has probably had the biggest odor of corruption of any in the country.
Since Boss Tweed and before, the political bosses own the judges.
They are not on their own.
Even some of the great judges had a rise above that.
And I know that's not true in every state.
I know that is true in other states, but not in every state.
But in my state, on political matters at least, they are almost uniformly corrupt.
Uh, in the Democrat machine of New York.
Now that comes about because it's a, it's a dictatorship.
It's a one party rule for so long that it takes on all the aspects of a communist government, a Nazi government, a fascist government, except maybe it doesn't kill you.
Well, when they were allied with the mafia, with DeSapio and all, there was even that.
But generally, it's not that.
And they don't imprison you in the gulag, but they do try to imprison their political enemies.
They've been doing that for a while.
And of course, Biden has now made that a national part of what America is known for, which is why America is not known for being the most honest or honorable country.
This would not be the great city on a hill that either John Winthrop wrote about or Ronald Reagan spoke about.
This would be the, particularly the big cities, the putrid example of a great, great country, uh, following after a banana republics as opposed to the banana republics following after the once great country.
It's a tragedy and it should make you cry.
The Southern District of New York had found the main witness that this crooked prosecutor Bragg put on the stand against Trump to be an institutional liar, and he more than qualified and met his expectations.
There may have been a minute or two during the trial, probably when he was stating his name, I don't know.
I probably didn't give his address.
It probably would not have been true.
But from then on, I think it was one straight lie after another.
When he testified before the House committee, he embarrassed the hell out of them, proved that they are scoundrels because they promised to put him in jail if he lied.
And then he made a fool out of them by lying right out of the box.
I never asked for it.
I didn't talk that way.
He's got a very, very heavy accent, which his degree of education, whatever it was, and nowadays one never knows by the pedigree of the education if they were educated or not.
I don't know where he went to school.
I don't know if he went to Ivy League schools, non-Ivy League schools.
I just know that at this point now, it almost doesn't matter.
You've got to listen to the person and find out.
You know, tough questions like, what's the sea that divides Jordan and Israel?
The Mediterranean.
Yeah, people will tell you that.
Those are the good ones, because they're at least, you know, within shooting distance.
Or, how many people on the Supreme Court?
However many you want.
You've got that answer.
Yeah.
Well, then you get people to get angry.
Get angry, you know.
How many years is the president in his office?
What do you want to know for?
You know, that kind of thing.
So, yep.
That's one of the big fears, you know.
Like, when New York re-elected de Blasio, After New York found out in four short years that, uh, like we found out with Biden, I think we have, uh, that he was the worst American in president history.
When de Blasio pointed out in the first four years that he was the worst mayor in New York history.
Every New Yorker would say it's not just to me.
Yeah.
Every people outside here, they reelected him because nobody turned out to vote.
Then we got four more years of the communists who really put New York in a death spiral.
And Adam's real difficulty isn't, he's not, he's not, he's, this is not, um, this is not the end of the death sentence for de Blasio as it was for Dinkins when de Blasio took over and Dinkins sort of came out of it as not the worst mayor or Carter with, with Biden.
Adams is not, I think Adams leaves a lot to be desired and it's the cause of a great many of our problems including the enormous numbers of unknown illegals here, unknown because they're not vetted.
So they could be anybody.
de Blasio still is the worst.
Adams hasn't even, Adams can't even shine his shoes for the worst mayor in New York history.
We reelected him.
And then we elected Adams, which wasn't a great choice.
And we vote Democrat all the time, no matter, even when we have a mentally deficient human being like Biden, who led a life of complete crime.
We're still favoring Biden in the election.
We're about one of the last places left.
I guess we like crooks in office and degenerates and People who double-cross Israel.
Here we're supposed to be a Jewish city and we're voting for Adams?
I mean, for Biden?
The guy double-crossing Israel every day?
Double-crossing America by double-crossing Israel.
I don't want to make it just a Jewish issue.
Well, I don't know what's going to happen with the case.
I'm tired of commenting on it.
Adams... Adams admitted lying again today.
He admitted lying during this trial.
Let's see, I had a group that I wrote down the four biggest lies.
I don't know if these are the four lies I'd pick in summation.
Let me see what we got.
Oh, I think this was a beauty.
He produced phony cases for his lawyer.
This is after he's lied all his life.
This is after he gets convicted.
This is after he promises to not lie so he can cooperate.
This is after he tells Benny Thompson, I'm not going to lie.
And Benny Thompson says, if you do, you're going to go to prison.
And he lies seven times.
And Benny Thompson, of course, was lying when he said, I'll put you in prison if you lie.
Because Benny Thompson is a liar.
And a political scoundrel and who knows what else.
So he produced phony cases for his parole.
He said he never asked for parole.
He asked me for parole.
He said he never asked for a job.
He asked me for a job.
And it's also on tape that he did with Cuomo.
And he admitted to lying about the whole story about the family.
And we can go on and on and on.
Maybe 40, 50 lies.
And nothing else ties Trump to this but him.

So, Americans are worried about a terrorist attack in the United States.
When I say Americans, I'm not talking about the jackasses that wrote the, uh, the 51 former intelligence officials that wrote that Trump and I were Russian, whatever, and that the hard drive was, uh, had earmarks of Russian collusion when it was the sure thing right from the very beginning and they had a purge of themselves to do.
These are the people that have been in charge of our intelligence for the last 50 years, and one wonders why it was so screwed up.
You look at the names of the letters, and they have pretty much screwed it up.
Particularly disappointed in a man who I thought was a man of honor, Leon Panetta, who signed that letter without any expectation that any of it was true.
And if he thinks I was a pawn of the Russians, then he's a... He doesn't.
He's not an honest man.
And that hurts.
Listen, when you get involved in this, you lose a lot of people.
Never in a million years thought that ABC would prohibit me from discussing the 2020 election.
And they try and narrow it to, oh, we didn't want you to talk about, we didn't want you to talk about Dominion.
I had agreed not to talk about Dominion years ago because I'm in litigation with Dominion.
Or we would like you not to mention for a few days something that's sensitive to a case.
It says you cannot have any conversation about the 2020 election either on WABC or as an agent of WABC.
That's as broad as it gets.
And then I was told I was warned many, many times.
And you don't get to lie to me more than once.
Nobody ever warned me.
That I was talking about the 2020 election.
Otherwise, it would have been a heck of an experience because I talked about the 2020 election every day I was on ABC.
It would have been.
Today, there were new developments in Arizona and there were evidence that the 2020 election was stolen.
Giuliani, you can't say that!
Next day.
There was evidence today, a report from Wisconsin by a distinguished judge showing that the 2020 election was stolen.
Giuliani, you can't say that!
There was a report today from Michigan showing that in four districts there was an overvote in Michigan, suggesting that the election was stolen.
Oh, Giuliani, you can't say that!
Look, until they apologize and until they straighten it out, I will mention it all the time.
They are lying through their teeth, and they are presenting a censored form of the news.
Because if the first line of the CEO's letter remains that you cannot have any conversation about the 2020 election on WABC, then all the facts that are now coming out in Atlanta about how there were 3,000 votes that were double counted, on how there were 375,000 votes that are discovered missing, can't be covered.
All to the benefit of Joe Biden and all to the detriment of Donald Trump.
And they become part, wittingly or unwittingly, of the conspiracy to deprive the American people of the information they need to decide this election.
And they become part of the conspiracy to destroy Trump and enable Biden.
And you don't want any part of that.
I don't either.
So until they change it, every opportunity, they are going to get to Hear about it.
I gotta tell you, I got another problem, so let's go right to the very top.

One of the only witnesses for the defense, Mr. Smith, was supposed to testify today.
He was going to testify about election laws and basically the fact that none were broken, but the judge limited his testimony to reading only the statute.
Isn't that terrible?
So the defense team decided it's not worth it to put Mr.
Smith on the stand just to read the statute.
Anybody can do that.
Isn't that a travesty of justice?

Rudy Giuliani back quickly after that interesting information from Dr. Maria.
You know, generally, the judge, Judge Crooked Mershon, is right that you do not allow an expert to testify on the law.
The judge is the expert on the law.
In this case, the judge is the crooked expert on the law.
In fact, he doesn't know the law.
He's allowing a case to go to trial where the guy's not even charged with a felony.
I mean, that's unheard of in America.
But in any event, the judge would normally say no experts on the law.
But this is strange because there's a dispute about the law here.
If we're dealing with the correct felony, we don't know because Bragg hasn't had to tell us yet.
I think after the conviction, he's going to find a felony that fits the conviction.
Acts like what you do in Germany and Nazi Germany and Russia and that sort of thing.
But as best we can tell, the felony is that the money was used in order to buy her silence so it wouldn't affect the election and that was a campaign contrabusion.
The expert witness is an expert on that area of the law who would say that it is now pretty well settled that that is not a violation of the law.
The law is not interpreted that way, hasn't been for some time, that the commission has come to that conclusion, that the courts have in general come to that conclusion, and therefore that Bragg's interpretation of federal law is incorrect.
The judge only allowed the...
The expert to read the statute, which is in itself inherently ambiguous, don't tell you anything, to the jury without any explanation.
Again, ruling for the crooked government, the crooked state, and against the honest president.
There may be a time when he rules for Trump.
I don't know, when Trump asks for a glass of water.
Has he not proved to you that he is so biased?
Doesn't really qualify as an American judge, and he doesn't look tough enough to be one of those hanging judges in the South.
He looks like a big, sissy boy to me.
But in any event, as expected, he would not allow the testimony in, even though there's a great dispute as to whether this law applies.
Maybe even more importantly, whether Cohen has any power to apply it as a state prosecutor.
But what he's telling you is the federal prosecutors don't interpret it the way Cohen wants to.
They say it doesn't apply to campaign finance laws.
And the state is saying, oh, who cares, it's only Trump.
That's, of course, what the latest reiteration of Cohen's position is.
Remember, the Justice Department, the U.S.
Attorney in the Southern District of New York, Cohen's predecessor, Bragg's predecessor, and Bragg turned the case down as inadequate.
And it was only after massive pressure, I'm sure from the White House, like when Loverboy came flying up to New York and charged 24 hour fees for his legal work.
He was up here getting instructions from Fix the Election Central, which is Joe Biden.
Not Joe, whoever is behind the curtain.
The wizard.
You know the wizard.
The guy behind the curtain that tells Joe what to do.
What he can't do is show Joe how to do it.
That they have to rely on 50 or 60 staffers and Jill, who now has engaged herself.
At first, I think there was a littleness of bitterness going on because she was letting... She wouldn't even... Remember when Joe fell down the steps?
She never even came out and helped him.
Can you imagine if you fell down the steps, your wife wouldn't come and help you?
It was almost like she was saying, can you fall on your bum?
So, I don't get.
I don't get where this case is now or where it's going.
But what I did mention about the Pope before, I really want to say seriously, he's the head of a religion.
Get the hell out of politics.
I mean, I'm not supposed to lecture you, and I am not.
But you're not supposed to lecture me on politics.
And that comes from the one more important than you.
It comes from the Bible.
Render to Caesar that which is Caesar's and to God that which is God.
Your opinion on communism is not worth anything.

And by the way, your position on communism, Father Pope, is a sin.
Communism is a sinful way of life.
It's not an ism that's acceptable to Catholics.
It's not a system that's acceptable to any decent people.

Do you think that was part of the consideration?
For the massive, unbelievable amount of money that was given to Biden and his friends.
And how much has Obama gotten?
I don't know.
And what do you think Clinton got from Russia for the plutonium and stuff like that?
I mean, these guys are beyond shame.

He is causing this war to go on forever and ever and ever to almost have no end to it.

If it was an organization wanting to do that to the United States, wouldn't you want the President of the United States to have the courage to do something about it?
And not have some bojo who can't even make it up to the podium to tell him not to do it from some foreign country that used to claim to love you but now is basically funding Iran?
You know, I don't get the news when they say, Iran is getting closer to a nuclear weapon.

What they're criticizing him for is his profound stupidity and And his senility, which is absolutely, absolutely debilitating.
So, we think about the debates coming up.
We've got to say, was Trump smart to go into these debates?
There are people who feel that it wasn't correct.
I think if you heard my show on Friday night, if I'm not mistaken, Steve Bannon and Wait a minute, when is CNN?
both two of Trump's highest, I mean really highest level tacticians and I
have enormous respect for them, think it's a mistake because it'll allow him
to escape early if he if he unravels. They will give him the least chance of
unraveling him because behind the scenes they'll be raveling him. It is, is it NBC
again that gives out the questions in advance to one side?
Wait a minute, I'm in CNN, I don't remember. But they're both guilty of it.
