Good evening, this is Rudy Giuliani with America's Mayor Live, and of course with me is my son Andrew Giuliani, who himself is on ABC.
You can get him on Sundays, you can get him a lot of times because he's on commenting and he has his own podcast, and among other things, he happened to be down at the trial the other day.
I don't know.
I have a hard time, Andrew, calling it a trial.
He had a hard time being down at the circus.
I mean, he had a good time being down at the circus, but he had quite a fight with that crazy lady.
Absolutely.
First off, thank you for the plug on the podcast.
I'll tell you, a very exciting guest.
We just filmed with, should be released tomorrow, Mickey Widhoff, who is Ashley Babbitt's mother.
So that was a fascinating interview.
Again, should be released tomorrow.
Feel free to follow me at Andrew H. Giuliani and all that, and I'll tell you where to go to see my podcast.
Anybody who wants one of these, I can get it for you.
Actually, I showed her the fact that you have that there, and she was very, very proud.
Yeah, this is going to get solved.
This case is going to get solved, and that's when I take it off.
Anyway, yes, yesterday we were down at the courthouse.
It was quite the scene.
Yeah.
I would say you had probably five to six times the amount.
Because that was the first day.
Monday.
Five to six times the amount of Trump supporters as there were Antifa members, anti-democracy supporters, I guess you'd like to call them.
Death to America.
Death to Americans supporters.
I was not there by the time that the pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinians who came from the Brooklyn Bridge came in at that point.
That was later in the afternoon.
Somebody there burned an American flag.
Yes.
Yeah.
And somebody else got set on fire during the whole thing.
What I could tell you was there was a very, very Strong pro-Trump, pro-democracy presence.
Pro-America.
Pro-America.
And then anti-America.
And at least 500 members of the media, maybe more.
It is a circus.
Sadly, what we've seen out of our judicial system recently has resembled more of a circus than it has actually a Yeah, and it's also completely unfair, unconstitutional.
It starts off with probably the most unfair jury selection process I can remember in American law.
We've talked about it privately, but this jury selection process is by far the most
important part of this trial.
Yeah, and it's also a completely unfair, unconstitutional, it starts off with probably the most unfair
jury selection process I can remember in American law.
They are not allowed to know the political party when this is clearly, without any doubt,
however you want to describe it, a political trial.
100%.
They should absolutely know the registration.
We all know the political party of the judge.
Of those 12 and 6 alternates.
We know the judge's political party.
We know he donated to Biden.
We know his daughter's political party because she's made millions off attacking Trump.
And we know his wife's political party because she's also donated to the Democrats and done work for them.
And we know that he's a machine politician.
Put in there by the Democratic leader of Manhattan.
He's not really a judge.
I mean, that's the stupidest thing in the world is to call him a judge.
It's an embarrassment to judges.
He's a political operative, like all of the state court judges are in New York City.
They are there only because of the indulgence of the boss of the county.
So today the judge allowed a juror to be sworn in, I believe, to be sworn in I'm not allowed to state my opinion.
of dancing and celebrating in November of 2020 when she found out that the election was awarded,
given, Eric, you wanna say, to Joe Biden, right?
I'm not allowed to state my opinion.
Well, yeah, obviously.
Because he's not American.
I'm in the first amendment.
The democratic dictatorship.
We now read the first amendment.
But after the media anointed Joe Biden as the 46th president of the United States,
I guess that's probably the right way to say it actually is also accurate
because that's what it was.
It was an anointing by the leftist media.
After that happens, this juror, potential juror, is dancing in the street and they got.
Street.
You know, dancing around.
Very happy that Joe Biden is going to become the 46th president.
She told the crooked judge that she could be fair.
She told the judge that she could be fair.
The judge bought it.
Now, let me propose this question to you.
Well, of course, the Democrats bought the judge a long time ago.
Let me propose this question to you.
Let's say tomorrow there's a juror who is caught dancing Uh, from a video in 2016 when they found out that Trump was going to be the 45th president of the United States.
No questions about Trump.
No questions about Biden on the questionnaire.
I could not see this judge accepting that juror as a fair and impartial juror.
The judge should have been removed by whoever is the chief judge in New York when he gave out the jury questionnaire.
Only questions are about Trump.
There are no questions like, do you favor Biden?
Did you dance in the streets over Biden?
Do you think it's critical that Biden be reelected president?
Do you?
Plenty of questions about Trump.
How about, do you know about Black Lives Matter?
Do you know Biden's connection to Black Lives Matter?
Do you know that the biggest contributor to Black Lives Matter, George Soros, is the biggest contributor to the Democrats and to Biden?
Do you realize Black Lives Matter at every demonstration advocates for the killing of police officers?
None of that.
All that stuff is in there about Trump.
And Trump has much less connection to any of those organizations than Biden has to Black Lives Matter.
I mean, he took a knee for them.
The whole process to me is convoluted.
I'm really just hopeful that we have two unbiased jurors on.
Wow, it could be tough.
Two unbiased jurors.
I mean, I've never seen a judge go this far.
Yeah.
And I'll tell you what, I wasn't sure because Angomoron went really far.
But he had the party agent.
Angomoron told the He told the president, while he was trying, that he didn't come here to listen to him.
He's the judge.
And by the way, in that trial, he was the jury as well.
But he did not come here to listen to the defendants when he was on the stand.
He came there to listen to the clerk who was sitting on his lap, who was the agent of the Democrat party, like the communists do.
They sent a party agent in.
Remember, you've got to understand this city is a one-party city.
So when I went to vote for judges last year, there were five on the ballot.
I got to vote, Andrew, but there was no opponent.
Yeah.
Just like they used to do in the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany.
They do it in Venezuela now in China.
Yep.
America joins them in the way we select judges.
No, not America.
Communist New York City.
Yeah.
And you can see the results with the people that we have running us.
I mean, it's really, it's really outrageous.
And he's part of a group of judges.
For example, he's part of a group that have let hundreds of criminals free that run around beating people up, raping people, killing people.
I can probably tell you there are about 7,000 people on the street that have been in jail that would be in jail if I were mayor.
So if you're the defense attorney and you see this going on, you see these jurors that are biased, what do you do?
Do you have any recourse?
You do in an ordinary trial, right?
In an ordinary trial, the defense lawyer would be just saying, come on, keep at it, judge.
Just writing it down, writing it down, figuring he's going to get a fair appeal.
But the appellate division is just as politicized and crooked as the state Supreme Court.
Is there potential recourse?
They're only there because of Democrats.
Is there potential recourse in this case?
To a federal court?
To a Supreme Court?
I know obviously this is a local... It's a tough... You'd have to make law in a way.
You'd have to go in the federal court and you'd have to say, this is an obvious national conspiracy to deprive Donald Trump of his constitutional right to have a fair election for president.
It's also, in a way, a denial of all our constitutional rights to have a fair election.
Because among other things, they're deliberately not allowing him to campaign.
So this idea that he has to be in court or he'll go to jail, I don't know where the judge comes up with that.
A defendant has a right to absent themselves from trial.
You have a right to be voluntarily absent from a trial.
I tried cases where defendants had to go home, had to do things.
They signed a waiver.
Judges didn't like it, but they permitted it.
And I've never, ever, ever heard of a judge who wouldn't let a defendant Go to their son's graduation.
I think I remember some mafia guys getting out for a day of... I remember mafia guys in jail where they sent the marshals with them.
Go to a wedding.
Yeah, I mean what that did to me, that showed me that the guy has such personal hatred.
There's a personal animus.
This is an outrage that he has this trial and it obviously is shared by his daughter who's making millions off Trump and the wife.
My wife pointed this out, and I think it was a brilliant point.
Think about this.
The judge, in a month plus time, will not give President Trump off for his youngest son's graduation, yet he takes off the judge, that is, every single Wednesday.
That's why there won't be trouble because the judge does not work on Wednesdays.
Instead of the judge saying, you know, maybe I'll work on a Wednesday so that way the defendant can actually go to his youngest son's graduation and I can appear to be fair.
Instead, he says, nope, I'm going to take my Wednesdays off.
I'm enjoying my hump day.
And guess what?
You're not going to your son's graduation.
Andrew, that's the last part that you said is the most dangerous of all.
Appear to be fair.
They have become so arrogant.
They believe that the press will support them no matter what.
And that's why the appearance.
I think they feel they could do anything.
I mean, I think they really feel that if he were late or didn't show up one day, they could have been jailed.
In some ways, I think the fact that they've become so brazen And dropped even the appearance at this point.
I think it's swung a lot of people.
You know, maybe, maybe didn't vote for Trump in 2020.
Maybe they don't see it.
It's terrific, but a jury is insulated and they're going to engineer that judge is going to engineer that jury victim.
Yeah.
I mean, he's, he's done everything.
There's almost nothing he's done that equates with a fair trial.
Uh, he's, uh, he's ignored the statute of limitations.
He's interpreted it in a way that's completely inconsistent with American law.
He's deliberately requiring him to be there, knowing that what he's really accomplishing is preventing him from running for president.
As a prosecutor, right?
Just think about it.
As a prosecutor, if the defendant didn't want to be at the trial, I'd love that.
So, is the statute of limitations, is that, and excuse my ignorance, I'm obviously not a lawyer, I've just been around lawyers over my lifetime, including this gentleman.
I can never really say you're to my left, but for whatever reason you're to my left on the screen.
Not as you watch me.
Yeah.
Is the statute of limitations established by each state court?
Okay, so you would be appealing to the state court?
I'm trying to figure out a way to accuse the federal court.
He's interpreting the statute of limitations as being extended because they hid this.
But by the very nature of what they did, it requires hiding.
And the real purpose of the statute of limitations is not about hiding or not.
It's so that you get a charge in a reasonable Enough period of time so you can defend yourself.
Like how do you defend yourself against something, oh like the other trial, where the woman claims that he sexually assaulted her in the busiest department store in New York.
Yeah, not only that.
Doesn't know the day or the year.
The one where she said that she was going to produce a dress that was unlaundered that had his DNA on it, which by the way they found out that dress was not made until five to seven years after that alleged incident happened.
I think maybe that one.
You think maybe the The Democrat dictatorship of New York is framing it?
Sounds that way to me.
I mean, I think that'd be pretty stupid not to figure that out.
And the reason he will not allow him to absent himself from the trial, which I think he has every right to do.
I don't know where this comes up that you, and I've never heard of a prosecutor that would require you to be at a trial.
I would love to have a defendant not be at the trial.
You tell him the jury, I don't care.
I mean, I would have begged him, please don't be here.
You can stay home all you want.
Yeah.
I think probably actually the reason why they won't let him off is because it actually shows that he has a heart.
He's going to his son's graduation, right?
There's a real, there's a human factor.
It makes him a human being rather than a monster, which is what the Democratic Party.
They don't want him off because he'll go to, uh, he'll go to, uh, you know, Michigan, get a half a million people and, and explain what a tyrant, uh, And they all agree.
That's why they don't want to do it, because he's beating the living daylights out of their little tyrant who's president.
Who's, you know, giving away Israel.
Giving away the United States.
So there's really not much of a recourse that the defense attorneys can have.
No.
When you look at the Court of Appeals.
I mean, on appeal, they got an unbelievable case on appeal.
I mean, they won't win the appellate division.
Just like I won't.
Right.
Don't get upset, but they're going to disbar me.
I mean, I knew it the day they began the proceeding because the proceeding was completely unfair.
They suspended me for no reason and took my living away from me because I represented Trump.
No reason to get into me.
But in any event, my chances in the appellate division are, you know, 2%.
But that shows that their motive and the fact that all of this is predetermined.
Yeah, my lawyers wanted me to go.
I really just wanted to say, screw it.
Let's go right to the Court of Appeals.
It's like completely ridiculous.
Of course, the opinion is written already.
So I have no illusion about the New York City courts being anything but in political cases, completely unfair, completely undemocratic.
I was actually taught that in law school.
One of my law professors said, I'll tell you one thing about the New York Supreme Court.
Sometimes it's a good court, but on political cases, never win.
They'll go political because they're all controlled by the Democratic Party.
It's very strange, but they never straighten that out.
I mean, that's a boss tweed thing.
It's a disgrace.
It's something New York should hang its head in shame over.
And there should be a commission like there was to straighten out the police department to get rid of these political hacks.
To get the political bosses of the Democratic Party out of it and to put honest people in.
How about this?
80% of the people of New York, of Manhattan, voted against it.
It's the worst borough of the five.
OJ Simpson got a change of venue for murder.
Oh, a murder he was acquitted of, although in a civil trial, he was found guilty of it.
Remember, he was acquitted beyond a reasonable doubt standard, but when they had a preponderance of the other standard, he was found guilty of murdering his ex-wife and Goldman.
But, he was given a change of view.
I mean, this guy is charged basically with a misdemeanor.
What he did was, he took a misdemeanor called making a false business record, which carries 11 months in jail.
I don't think anybody's ever gone to jail for it.
Usually, the only people who get charged with it are the accountant.
Cause it's really an accountant's crime.
And they're saying, uh, it really was a payment.
Um, so, uh, she wouldn't, so she wouldn't talk about sex, which he claims he didn't have.
And she says he did.
Well, I mean, okay.
It was, and that's done all the time.
I mean, you know, you know how many non-disclosure agreements there are that change the nature of things and protect people's reputation, but in any event, okay.
It gets put in the business record.
The statute of limitations has run on that.
Plus how much of a crime is it?
However, if you commit that crime in pursuance of doing something much worse, then it becomes a felony.
Now, the much worse, first of all, is some kind of a federal crime.
He's not a federal prosecutor.
He has no right to charge that.
Number two, the federal government already looked at this case and said there was no federal crime.
Yeah, Southern District of New York.
You don't have to speculate.
The former district attorney passed on this.
He looked at it and said, it's a bullshit case.
And he's no Trump fan.
He became DA.
He looked at it in the first couple of weeks.
He said, no case.
Then two, one skinny and one fat little slob left, wrote a book and said, you know, Bragg is fixing the case for Trump.
You know, they wrote a book.
I don't know if Brad got scared or the party came to see him.
I think it's the latter.
And they said, hey, Schmuck, you got to go with that case.
Remember, he had already declined it.
His predecessor had declined it.
And Biden's Justice Department had declined it.
It's amazing.
When you think about how Biden's Justice Department has gone after Christian conservatives, they've gone after pro-lifers, they've gone after Rudy Giuliani, they've gone after Donald Trump in the past, they've gone after parents that have the gall to stand up at school board meetings after their daughter was raped by a biological male and calls that same parent a domestic terrorist if they passed on this case.
You know why they didn't go with it?
Because they know something that nobody bothers to write.
The underlying alleged crime is that this was a campaign contribution.
That the money was intended to have her keep quiet so it didn't hurt his campaign.
Now, they tried this with John Edwards.
The jury acquitted him.
The Justice Department dropped the case.
Every one of the commissioners of the FEC said it's not a campaign contribution for several reasons.
First of all, there's no monetary value you can attach to it.
And number two, if there are other purposes to it, You can't possibly make it just a campaign contribution.
And isn't there another purpose to it?
To keep it from your wife, to keep it from your children, to have it out of your biography, to not have people harass you with it, whether it's true or not.
You know how many people do non-disclosure agreements for that reason?
Hundreds, thousands.
They're completely illegal.
She's a grown woman who agreed to it and took the money.
And I don't know.
I'm gonna tell you, I don't even think it happened.
I have my own reasons for that.
Yeah.
And I probably shouldn't say it because they're very, very dirty and disgusting.
Actually, I can almost tell you I know it didn't happen.
It is also this woman... It was a contract.
Exactly.
Into a contract where sex We're gonna trust her in a case that's too old by virtue of the statute of limitations that is not a federal crime.
And you know, I'll tell you the real reason the Justice Department was stuck.
I'll get you for tomorrow night the actual footnote.
There's a little footnote buried in Mueller's report in which they considered this a possible crime for Don Jr.
And they came to the conclusion, Mueller came to the conclusion, it's not a crime.
Well, I know that we're going to our first commercial break here.
How are the horses?
How are the horseys?
Are the horseys good?
Did you pet a horse today?
How was the horse?
Was it a nice horse?

That's a better name, you know, it's a good name.
I have to tell you, it is really, really hard to watch this.
next video.
I haven't sat in a dungeon yet.
I'm sure, I'm sure, uh, my older- 30 or 45, 35 or 40 years, would love to see me in a dungeon.
I'd like to see him in a dungeon to tell you the truth.
Uh, but he belongs there.
I don't.
I didn't sell out my country.
I've never taken a penny from anybody from public office.
He's taken millions and I sure as hell wouldn't sell out to China.
They'd have to kill me first.
I have so little respect for him.
It's impossible.
It's impossible sometimes to talk about him.
And I have such a broken heart for what he's doing to my country.
I honestly will tell you, I never in a million years thought this could happen to this country, nor did I think it could happen to this city.
The Bar Association of this city is a disgrace.
not only in what they did to me but in their failure to defend the right to counsel.
...because they represent him. These people have no right to be lawyers.
They're just a bunch of money-grubbing... And as I said, they are going to make a decision.
I mean, I know it's a phony decision.
I listened to the hearing officer.
She had her... Looking at her phone all the time.
And every time she looked at me, she thought she was looking at the devil, because she's...
She's afflicted with Trump derangement syndrome.
She's presented with, we discover, tapes that are doctored to take out how many minutes, Ted?
30, 40 minutes?
I would say just big chunks.
Big chunks and involving the key activities of the defendant, of the people that were suing me.
Which, by the way, they basically don't appear on the tape.
And if you remember the original tapes, they were all over it.
Well, they're gone from the one the Attorney General of Georgia put together.
Now, maybe one of these days, somebody will take a look at this and some of these people will go to jail for it.
I mean, they're going to disbar me.
I know it.
They have hurt me.
They've hurt me financially a lot by taking my law practice away.
They've hurt me more than that though, because money has never meant that much to me.
And what I'm the best at.
Bye.
You know how much I would like to be in that courtroom cross-examining Michael Cohen?
I will guarantee you that if I cross-examined him, I'd get him to break down.
I did it when I was 27.
I don't know why I couldn't do it now.
I'm better now.
And I never had a guy who lied as much as him.
Ever.
I caught him in a lie just sitting in my living room.
Got it out in about four minutes on good old X, in those days, Twitter.
I'll tell you what it was.
He said in front of the phony liars on the committee, particularly I think Thompson, I think Benny Thompson, maybe it was the one before him, I don't remember, who made a big sanctimonious lecture, if you lie, we will hang you.
Among his seven lies, none of which were pursued by the crooked, Biden Justice Department.
He said, um, I would never seek a job with a Trump.
Never seek a job with a Trump.
You never saw a job with a Trump.
Right away, Giuliani's head went off.
His cross examined his head.
And I said, this has got to be crazy.
He asked me to get him a job.
Me.
Personally, I'm sitting there.
He asked me and I said, but I know he asked so many people because do you have any idea how the people around Trump hated him?
Nobody could understand.
People would come to me after, I don't think that's the right, I think you should stay wherever the hell you are and whatever hole you're in.
But he kept coming back and coming back, and people kept complaining to me, he's driving us crazy.
I said, is the boss going to give him a job?
I said, I don't think so.
I think his son told him, I'll lay down.
And the few times he was on television, we have to get him off because he made such a bad impression.
And I think he told Chris Cuomo that he asked for and got a job.
And it's gotta be on tape.
So we got him on tape saying, I never asked for a job under Rose.
We got him on Chris Cuomo.
And I said, I called my assistant.
I said, let's go find it.
I wasn't great at find it.
Finally, they were, they had it in about eight minutes and I had it out in 10.
And there you got, you have, it's on my podcast, Pull Back Man.
You have, uh, Fat, ugly Cohen saying he never asked for a job.
Absolutely, definitely, after being instructed he'd be hung if he lied.
And then you have him right there with Chris Cuomo saying, oh yes, I asked for chief of staff and I'm going to be chief of staff.
and Chris Cuomo congratulated.
This guy lied in front of Congress.
He has to be warned not to do it.
I'll tell you what they did do, though.
The Southern District, which turned down the case that Bregg is now bringing.
And his crooked daughter is making a fucking fortune on.
And don't tell me I criticize his daughter.
She's one of the evildoers.
She's one of the people spreading the lies.
And making a fortune off it.
You want to stay home, sweetheart, and be just a daughter?
Fine, I'll leave you alone.
I don't like going after somebody's kids.
But when they're scummy liars, I don't have a problem with it.
Everything you've tweeted is a damn lie.
For money!
I mean judges don't make much.
You don't come from my city, you don't know what I know about my city.
city.
If you do come from my city, you don't know as much about my city as I do.
Which is an advantage I have.
And one of the things I've known... The New York City Supreme Court, in the four Democratic dictatorship boroughs, is...
With a few exceptions.
Politically crooked.
Here's what the professor said.
Some of them are good judges.
And some of them will give you brilliant opinions.
But if it's a political case, don't even hope.
They're gonna go with the Democratic Party because they have no future if they don't.
Plus, who knows what they might be doing.
I've played some of the James.
You have no idea how crooked New York City is.
You really don't.
Goes back to Boss Tweed.
And New York City carries on these things for so long.
It didn't vote for Abraham Lincoln.
Because it's an insane democratic place.
I don't know what happens.
A lot of them are really nice people.
They used to be really nice people.
They used to be.
I can't give them that, being nice people, because of what they've done to my country.
Because of the people they've gotten killed.
I warned them of that.
I said, you elect a guy like Biden, you're going to get people killed.
He didn't get people killed in Ukraine?
Let's examine that.
I mean, would that have happened if Trump were president?
Mm-mm.
Every one of those people dead is dead because Biden was president of the United States.
You know that's true in Afghanistan.
I mean the families of the of the soldiers will tell you that It's all generals that tell you that if they had any courage if they were americans if they were worth the stars they have all Some of them have so many stars on them that goes down to their asshole You can't make you can't get I mean it was like how many how many How many I don't know about millie.
Yeah.
Yeah millie had at one point.
I think millie had so many stars on he was stepping on them I remember Kerry had like four or five Purple Hearts in six weeks.
He'd have been dead if he had four or five Purple Hearts in six weeks.
I mean, every place he got wounded, he didn't get hurt.
Or how about Biden and the Purple Hearts?
That's the best of all, about Biden's uncle.
He only told this story a few months ago.
Let's see what I can do.
I'm putting together a one-man play.
I'm going to play Biden.
Let me see if I can do this right.
So, uh, at my inauguration for vice president, my father came up to me and said, uncle Frank, you know, got the purple heart and he never accepted it because he didn't think he was worthy.
And I said, uh, I'll go search for it and find it, and we'll have a little ceremony for Uncle Frank.
And lo and behold, a couple months later, I was vice president, and we had a ceremony in the White House, and they gave Uncle Frank the purple.
Or Uncle Frank didn't want the Purple Heart, but I gave it to him anyway.
OK.
Fact check.
At the time that he was inaugurated vice president, when his father allegedly came up and talked to him, his father had been dead for five years.
Uncle Frank had been dead for seven years.
So it had to be ghosts that showed up at the White House ceremony.
Uh, and it must have been a ghost of, uh, uh, purple heart because his uncle, his uncle never got a purple heart.
If that's as true as he went to a black school or he was first in his class or, you know, they, they, they, they went out and did a thing.
I don't forgot who did it.
I think it was somebody on Fox.
And I very rarely mentioned Fox.
They went out and they asked people, gee, you know, Biden, um, Biden can't remember.
I can't even get, uh, Lincoln Riley's name right and he thinks he was on a on a train on a bridge that never had a train.
Can you vote for a guy like that?
And they said, hey, just an old man.
And they said, well, let me show you these things from when he was young.
And they played him the stuff from the 1988 campaign where he plagiarized Neil Kinnick, who was running a plagiarized his speech.
And he plagiarized John Kennedy's speeches and Robert Kennedy's speeches.
And then beyond plagiarizing it, in the case of, just in case you think this was just an accident and it didn't come from a dishonest, totally fraudulent human being, who probably isn't really a human being completely.
There's something else going on there.
He didn't just plagiarize the speech.
He plagiarized Neil Kinnock's life, meaning the facts that he imparted were not true.
So he said, My family has been a long line.
He could speak relatively okay, although he was a dummy then, too.
My family is a long line of coal miners.
Nobody in his family was a coal miner.
He had an uncle who was an accountant for a coal mine.
I was the first one to graduate from college.
No, he wasn't.
This is what Neil Kinnock said.
He went on with all these facts from Neil Kinnock's life, which were untrue about him.
So the guy didn't just plagiarize like all the Harvard people do.
Right?
Don't all those Ivy League... It's okay to plagiarize there.
They don't even consider it plagiarism.
It's borrowing without attributing.
Well, they borrow somebody's writings.
This guy stole somebody's life!
And then all of the reporters of the time opine on it.
And these are left-wing reporters who hated Ronald Reagan.
We're basically saying he's finished.
He's a pathological liar.
There's something mentally wrong with him.
When the young people, they saw this, they said, my God, how did he ever get, how did we ever vote for him?
I mean, he was discounted at 35 years old as a unbelievable fraud and liar.
Yeah.
And from then on, he went and probably took a well over 50 million in bribes.
Big surprise.
Big surprise that he would steal an election?
Big surprise that he'd cover up a hard drive?
Big surprise that his son would be a pervert?
Big surprise that he would hide the fact that his son was a pervert, even if it put his grandchildren in jeopardy?
Big surprise that he'd double-cross Israel?
And is it a big surprise if it turns out that Sid Rosenberg is correct?
Sid Rosenberg is the morning host on WABC.
I was with him twice today.
Sid has a thought, and I'm not going to dismiss it.
Sid says, I think the whole damn thing was fixed.
I think that Biden worked out, through the Turks, and through the slimmiest human being I've ever met, Blinken, this whole thing, so that it could get its revenge, so that they'd have a basis on which to tell Israel to stop it, back down, Get lost, because they're double-crossing the hell out of it.
And he'd be able to protect his real friend, Iran.
You people have got to be crazy not to realize that between him and Obama, it's the only reason the Ayatollah's in power.
Whenever you think of Trump, he had the Ayatollah out.
The guy was down to, like, nothing in reserves.
I was looking at videos of one rally after another in which the people of Iran have the courage to hold up signs saying, kill the Ayatollah!
Some of them got killed, but they've had enough of him killing hundreds of thousands of them.
There can't be a decent person in Iran who hasn't been touched by this Ayatollah torturing their loved one, killing their loved one.
The guy's a monster!
The second coming of Hitler right down to the anti-Semitism.
Right down to he wants to eliminate the Jewish people as part of his religion.
Because he believes that Mohammed told them to do that.
Told them to kill Jews.
He did.
Want to take me off the air now?
He did.
Mohammed told his people, the bad Mohammed, because there's a good Mohammed and a bad Mohammed, early Mohammed, late Mohammed, who do you want?
Early Mohammed, Jews, Christians, great, terrific, they're all going to convert.
When the Jews, the Christians, and the Arabs told him to go to hell because they thought he was a nut, actually he was an epileptic, and they thought he was consumed by the devil.
Maybe he was both.
And all of a sudden, he goes and gets an army.
He goes out into the desert, which is on my map over there.
He goes out into the desert of Saudi Arabia.
The educated Arabs don't want any part of him, but the uneducated Bedouins and camel jockeys are all happy to, you know, take over the world.
Puts an army together, he starts going to kill people and take over cities.
And then he had a basic theory.
Come into a city, Usually he'd kill a few people first to get their attention, like MS-13 does.
He's got a whole firing squad, you know, or chopping a head off squad of Jewish people that he put in a mass grave.
Not just once.
That's when he wanted a particularly valuable vineyard.
But his theory at first was, you know, convert or I'll kill you.
Christians and Jews.
Then he came up with a second one, which really fits the Ayatollah well in the most, because this is this is not religion.
This is organized crime.
He said, well, they could pay tribute.
He wanted to kill you, but if he gave him money, he would relent.
This is the guy they're following.
Mohammed.
There's a way to do this.
You forget the late Mohammed.
Just never happened.
Stick with the early Mohammed.
He had some good ideas.
Um, don't take the second part seriously.
Otherwise you gotta kill, you gotta kill the infidels.
Uh, you gotta, uh, stone the women.
I don't know what you do to LGBTQ+.
Throw them off buildings, I think is what they do.
Yeah, yeah.
And then we got the morons running around the streets.
Um, Wanting to go there.
I was looking at a group of them the other day, wondering how many of you guys fit in that LGBTQ club.
it's an immediate death for an orthodox Muslim.
You may be worse than an infidel.
What's wrong?
It's communism.
These people that you see demonstrating have been brainwashed.
So, why is Biden doing this?
Why is he telling Netanyahu, don't finish the war on Hamas when they could win it in about two weeks?
And why is he telling him the most absurd thing of all, don't retaliate The 350 missiles, including ballistic missiles, which are really dangerous, are aimed at your country.
And luckily, either because of our, and their, unbelievable defenses, or because it's a complete fixed job, nobody dies.
Except one, ironically, a Muslim girl, who is in critical condition.
Who got hit by not a really didn't get hit by a, by a bomb.
She got hit by a, uh, what would be, uh, generally what you, what, what you want, uh, nuclear defense to do.
Uh, but the, the shrapnel went into the desert, which is where it's supposed to go, but she happened to be in the desert in a town called Arad.
We showed it to you on the map before.
And I don't know her condition now, but two days ago she was like this.
Meaning, she could live, she could die, but there are no other casualties.
So therefore, Israel should do nothing about it.
Which means that Iran will just get ready for the next one.
This is exactly what the beginning of the deterioration of American and presidential morality and the morality of the Democratic Party did.
This is Bill Clinton, you know, bombing empty fields on Bin Laden.
And then we got 9-11.
We'll take you through that sometime if you want to go through it.
Now, I'm not suggesting that Bill Clinton is anywhere near as evil as Joe Biden.
That'd be hard.
But I am suggesting he pulled the same bullshit, which is unthinkable.
And I now am willing to believe he did make-believe wars like to wag the tail.
I don't know if it's true that he did a make-believe war with Iran.
He's evil enough to do it.
It is possible it could have been done without him knowing it.
Because if you watch him on that night, I doubt he knew where the hell he was.
I think that's why they didn't let him speak.
It's unheard of during an attack like that.
Where American forces are going to engage a lot more than we even knew.
American president doesn't address us?
They couldn't have him address us because I think it takes about two days to get him prepared, really, for an address.
I think they got to do intravenous.
I think they got to pump him up.
I joke around.
I think they have to put him in a casket like Dracula.
But they got to do a lot of shit to get him ready.
You can't get him ready like this.
Did you see him that night?
Oh, yeah.
Mayor, we got a good clip of, uh, him falling asleep.
The next day when he's falling asleep on the Iraqi Prime Minister.
I mean, this is Iraqi Prime Minister, by the way, who's a double-crossing son of a... Would you like us to play that for you?
That guy and I, if I were president, would have had been behind closed doors.
Play that clip.
I mean, he can be a little bit in tough shape, but he would do what I wanted.
Let us play the clip.
Which claimed the lives of thousands of civilians, women, and children.
And we encourage all the efforts about stopping the expansion of the area of conflict.
Well, you're not showing the right ones.
First, a couple.
First, he reads everything to him.
So here I am talking to you guys like this.
Ted, did you have a good weekend?
Mike, how did things go at the prison today?
Today?
How's your mother, Ted?
Do you have a mother?
What's a mother?
Oh, I don't think we use that word anymore.
How's your Person that birthed you.
Person.
Birthing person.
How's your birthing person?
Ralph.
No, no, you're Ted.
See the cards there?
He read from those damn things because he's a completely incompetent president with his hand on the button and he's going to get us into a damn world war if we don't get him the hell out of there.
What is wrong with us?
Looks like they have their undertaker's makeup on them this time.
Sam Reeder?
I don't even know what he's saying, but it doesn't matter.
Actually, I listened and I couldn't understand what he was saying.
He was mumbling something.
Reading.
Hello.
Yeah.
My name is Joe.
Oh, my God.
A guy like that.
Oh, my.
This is a personal conversation between him and you.
Do you think he knows where he is?
What is he saying to himself?
When do we get the ice cream?
I don't care what he's saying, he's reading it.
Really, is this acceptable?
No.
I mean, can the Democrats really sell this?
I mean, I talked to Trump yesterday.
I'll talk to him again tomorrow.
Trump is, you know, got the mind of a 35 year old.
This is totally ridiculous.
This is no longer getting just a name wrong.
The man's got to read in order to talk to a world leader.
What do you think that guy goes away saying?
That guy goes away saying the president of the United States is a mental defective, which means there's got to be something wrong with that country.
And all those crooks around him.
Who's taking advantage of it?
Who's running this damn thing?
That's a real danger here, because even if this guy goes under the 25th Amendment, we couldn't impeach him because the Democrat senators and congressmen are too crooked and hate America too much to do anything patriotic.
So they'll keep this deranged, mentally defective human being in the White House.
So somebody else is making these decisions, like if a deal was made with Iran, somebody else made the deal.
So who's that?
Who made the deal?
Blinken?
But who told him to do it?
Who authorized it?
The first stepmother?
She doesn't seem to be smart enough to do that.
What do you think if I told you It was the guy who actually should be in federal prison now for giving hundreds of millions, I think it was in cash, laundering it to terrorists.
Wouldn't that explain why we're on the side of the terrorists?
Hamas want to make sure they survive.
Iran, I mean, between Biden and Obama, they've probably given Iran 150 billion, 200 billion.
I mean, they give Israel peanuts.
This whole bill, and thank God Johnson's going to break it up, right?
Oh, we have to rush through the bill for aid to Israel!
Lying bums.
Which number is for Ukraine and which one's for Israel?
60s for Ukraine.
Whoever guesses it, gets a prize.
60s for Ukraine, 14s for Israel.
No, I'm kidding!
Wow, that was a good guess!
I would have never thought that.
Oh, this is on top of, uh, how much has Israel gotten?
How much have they gotten?
Yeah.
Oh, that's a billion, by the way.
And, uh, they gonna win?
No.
They're going to win?
Damn right they are.
How much time do you think it's going to take them to eliminate Hamas in Rafah?
Very, very short time.
I think if they really had to do it, a couple of days.
Probably take two weeks if they wanted to do it right.
And the way they have to do it to minimize civilian casualties.
And here's what they should do, and I have no doubt about this.
None.
I have some doubts about whether it was a conspiracy or exactly what it was.
But I have no doubt what should be done in the best interest of the country I love, the United States of America, because someday Iran is going to try to destroy us.
Why do I say that?
Because that's what they say they're going to do.
And the last guy we ignored was known as Adolf Hitler.
So and the Democrats, you know, largely ignored communism, too.
In fact, many of them are.
This would be a great opportunity.
To do something we should have done a long time ago.
Take out every one of their nuclear facilities.
Ba-boom, ba-bang, out.
Every one we can get to.
That'd be a good number.
So here's what the poorly educated, dishonest, and traitorous Democrats would say in answer to that.
They would say, oh, but then just five years later, they'll build it up again.
Well, four years later, we'll take it out.
Every time they build it up, we'll get better and better.
It'd be great target practice if we ever have to fight China, right?
These guys, and plus it won't cost a lot because we got to send these guys up in airplanes all the time and missiles up all the time just to make sure.
So this time they do something.
Oh, and gee, if one got loose and just fell on the Ayatollah's head, Gee, that'd be awful, huh?
Biden would be against it because he was against killing bin Laden and he was against killing Soleimani.
He's generally, and now he doesn't want any repercussions against the terrorist Iranians.
You see a pattern there?
You're all intelligent enough to see a pattern there, aren't you?
There's something wrong here with this evil guy.
He likes terrorists.
Calculation, probably since he's been in office over a hundred bill to Iran would have been impossible for them to do what they did on Saturday without Biden financing it.
So here he is talking out of one side of his mouth as protecting Israel and out of the other side of his mouth he's given billions to the people that want to kill Israel and are in the process of killing them.
Not to mention his predecessor and hero who's running the administration Obama who gave Soleimani cash.
So when the conversation took place between the Ayatollah and his spiritual son, Prince Obama, how do you think it went?
Maybe he called him Mr. President, maybe he called him my constituent, whatever Muslims call parishioners or My co-terrorist or whatever.
I need a hundred billion.
Okay, Ayatollah.
I get it.
I'll wire it to you.
No, no, no, no.
I want to do this the Chicago way.
Oh, the Chicago way.
Okay.
I'm the president.
I can do this.
Might have to do it in two, three trips, but I'll free up about a hundred billion cash for you.
Send it over on a private plane in the middle of the night.
Don't tell anybody though, right?
Don't tell anybody.
So, I mean, he sent over, I don't know how much of it, a lot of it.
Then he got caught.
Of course he went to jail, right?
I mean, Trump is being tried for no crimes.
I can tell you this one, it's right in the United States code.
It's money laundering.
It's worse than that.
It's terrorism.
It's paying for terrorism.
You're gonna tell me you didn't know that he wanted it for terrorism when they're the biggest sponsor of terrorism in the world and he wanted cash?
I don't know, you went to Harvard, Jackass!
Oh, that might be a defense.
I didn't think of that.
I didn't think of that, you know?
We had one yelling at us the other day, Ted, right?
Well, you got, you got sort of hot, but I just said, this is obviously the product of a Harvard education.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's very rare.
Uh, no, no, we can't, you know, people don't believe this, but we get unbelievable reception in New York.
I don't know about these jurors though.
They look like a really bad lot.
This guy got, he's going to put every, he's going to find every Trump hater in New York and Manhattan.
Remember he's not doing New York, just doing Manhattan, which is the borough that voted the most against Trump.
Yeah.
They're saying Biden enriched Iran with more than $50 billion.
My sources say it's north of $100 billion.
I trust my sources.
I agree.
By the way, $50 billion.
That's what we know.
You can do a lot of damage with $50 billion.
I would say so.
We saw it in action in Israel the other night.
I wonder if any of those arms were stuff they got from When they got the $85 billion worth of arms out of Bagram, 400 miles from China.
I will never ever, including after I die, forgive Biden for giving up the Bagram Air Base.
One of the biggest traitorous acts in my lifetime.
Probably the biggest because there haven't been too many traitorous acts.
There have been some pretty lousy presidents, you know, Carter, Half good, half bad.
I got to say this, though.
I was having this conversation with someone today about Jimmy Carter.
He was a terrible president.
I mean, you know, I tell you the truth, right?
He's a terrible president.
I didn't think they could be worse.
Wow.
Why?
Obama.
Oh, middle of Obama's presidency.
I said he's worse than Carter.
We're in more trouble.
And he doesn't love America.
He's the first president of my lifetime who doesn't love this country.
And I got, boy, did I get beaten up for that, including by, you know, cowardly Republicans.
It was really, it was really a statement from my heart of listening to him, listening to him talk about America.
I could tell.
I'm pretty good.
I'm pretty good at figuring people out.
That's why I was able to put so many of them in jail that nobody else could.
Biden was a thoroughgoing, uh, I mean Obama was a thoroughgoing American hater and so was his wife.
Which is why it's really remarkable to think in a run of her president.
She can have to come up with a couple of other good things that happen other than the election of her husband, though, if she wants to be president.
We've got to be a pretty hateful country if the best thing we ever did is elect that bum to be president.
The guy who gave cash to terrorists.
Giving cash to the Ayatollah.
It's like giving cash to Ben Laden.
Now, there are a lot of people at Harvard right now, young kids, who think Ben Laden was a hero.
Oh, God.
Well, how about the ones that are yelling death to America?
So Biden is changing his entire agenda so he can get, they say, the votes of the people in Dearborn, Michigan, which Ted knows well, in Michigan, in Minnesota, and Wisconsin, who are Islamic, And who threatened to stay home if he keeps supporting Israel, and they threatened to create riots at the Democrat Convention, equivalent to the riots of the 1968 Democratic Convention, that helped defeat Hubert Humphrey.
Same city.
We're in Chicago.
That is one of the reasons given for why Biden has double-crossed Israel, told them they can't, broke his word about Telling Bibi that he could finish off the Hamas because Hamas wants to destroy Israel.
Before I think the fighting was even over, he said Israel can't retaliate.
The popular wisdom among the crooked press corps and the uneducated and really intellectually inept press corps is that he's doing it because of the Islamic vote.
In Michigan and the other two states.
I don't buy it.
Islamic vote's too small.
There are two reasons he's doing it.
The biggest one is he's a damn traitor.
He'd be doing it anyway.
They were helping Iran back with, as I said, Obama giving them hundreds of millions in cash.
He hates America and he's trying to destroy it.
He tells you he hates America.
He tells you we're all systemically racist.
How could you love us if we're systemically racist?
He does evil things, including to his own grandchildren.
But there's another political reason for it.
It's a lot more than just those Islamists.
It's all those people you saw on the Brooklyn Bridge yesterday.
It's all the people you saw that stopped things in San Francisco for five hours.
It's all the people you saw at O'Hare Airport.
It's all the people you saw in Houston, Texas.
In other words, the vote that he wants are the people that are yelling in the street.
Catch this.
Death to America.
The guy wants their vote.
He's screwing Israel.
He's given all kinds of money away to a couple of students who didn't pay their loans, basically taking out of the pockets of the students who did.
And the people who made no loans.
He's doing all that to get their vote.
To get the vote of the people who say the following.
Death to America.
What the hell is he even on the ballot for?
He should be running someplace else.
Not in a place where he wants the vote of people who say death to America.
Tell me I'm wrong.
You're going to vote for a guy who's seeking the votes of people who say death to America?
I mean, I've been saying this about the Democratic Party for some time.
They want to get elected with the votes of criminals.
So anybody who wants to get elected with the votes of criminals, I would rather not have them elected.
Wouldn't you?
Unless you're a criminal.

I love being interviewed by him.
I think he's one of the best interviewers in the world.
And I hope you watch his show because he picks up on a lot of things that I don't and others don't.
And, uh, like Sid, uh, uh, today, uh, the theory that he's got is a damn, damn, uh, good one.
Uh, here's another point that I made to him just to help his theory.
Isn't it strange?
I don't think any Iranian died in this.
Not one.
They shot off 300 to 350 missiles and drones.
I don't think they killed an Israeli unless they killed a young girl, but no Iranian died.
Doesn't it sound like it's some kind of sanitized mission?
Yeah.
I mean, I can't tell you I can prove it.
I'm a little different.
Sid is a great journalist and he has every right to use the inferences, etc.
For me, I got to see the proof, like I have on Biden, where I got him on tape admitting it.
I mean, there's so much proof on Biden, it's embarrassing that the man's not in jail.
Yeah, I mean, I can't even say the words presumption of innocence, because I got him on tape telling me he's guilty.
But in any event, please, our deepest condolences to the family of Lieutenant Michael Hussock of the Onondaga Sheriff's Office, which is in Syracuse, New York.
He died in Salina, New York, as a hero.
I think Michael would be the one with the white hat on, which signifies an officer or a lieutenant.
Uh, what a nice smile.
And what a wonderful looking young man.
Officer Michael Jensen is at the Syracuse police.
Both of them died in the line of duty, trying to, trying to catch a criminal who, because they're not putting his record out.
I got to imagine.
Now I'm looking at a picture of one of the worst judges in American history.
Oh, I can find his record, Mayor.
Don't worry.
What a slimy, I'm not gonna even tell you which judge it is.
So now let me go through a couple of things really quick.
Baldwin's armor, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed got 18 months today because she was negligent in not checking out the gun.
Isn't Baldwin going on trial for that?
Yes, he's going on trial for manslaughter.
Because he didn't pull the trigger, the gun went off by itself.
The gun magically went off by itself.
So is it possible that if he has a Democrat judge like the crook Mershon or Engelmoron, they'll put the gun in jail?
Right.
They'll give the gun life in prison.
That'd do it.
That's it.
That's it.
Because Mayor, guns kill people, people don't kill people.
You know what I think they should do?
In a public ceremony they should destroy the gun and they should allow They should allow Baldwin to do it himself.
Yeah.
The problem is he'd probably blow himself up, the stupid bastard.
They should hang the gun in a public square and make an example out of it.
Yeah, and Baldwin should leave the country.
That's right.
That's right.
Didn't he promise to do that once?
I thought he did after 16.
After the old Donald Fish?
No, after the old fish.
Oh, yeah.
That's a long time he would have been gone.
We'd have to put up with that stupid 30 Rock show that I never watched because I worked at 30 Rock and because I never found anything funny about it.
Right.
But I mean, this thing about the gun going off, I mean, this would be another one of those Democrats can kill.
It doesn't matter.
I mean, there's one person that shot this girl, negligently or not.
Him!
Now, maybe this girl deserves some kind of punishment for negligence or something.
But 18 months?
She got 18- When the chief criminal says, has given us this Biden kind of story that the gun went off by itself.
This is the only Biden could say that.
Boy, it hasn't been tried yet.
But what does that mean for Baldwin?
In fact, they dropped the case.
What it means for Baldwin is they're going to fix the case like they do for all the Democrats.
He went to... They didn't charge him.
They're going to get to kill this girl like Teddy Kennedy got to kill the girl.
And you know, they used to... More than 18?
I remember once John McCain came to me.
He said he wanted me to run for the Senate, which I flirted with, but I really resisted.
I said, I don't want to be in the Senate with a murderer.
He said, what do you mean?
I mean, Teddy Kennedy.
I know this is terrible.
I like Robert Kennedy Jr.
and I like the Kennedy family, but the guy is a murderer.
If he weren't a candidate, he'd be in jail for vehicular homicide.
It was about as clear a vehicular homicide case as you're ever going to.
I was a Democrat when it happened.
I thought he should be going to jail.
At the time?
It was a damn Democrat when it happened.
Was it a big deal when it happened?
You're damn right it was a big deal.
It was a big fix and it was disgusting.
It was horrible.
I don't know what the manslaughter charges in Arizona are like with the maximum penalties.
I sure as hell knew what the vehicle homicide laws were in Massachusetts because I went there myself.
I retraced his steps.
I took my wife at the time and we retraced his steps from the place that the girls were having the party.
To where it went down.
And then when I did a book, or I helped on a book, I met one of the girls that was involved in that.
That guy killed her.
They all know he killed her.
How?
Drunk?
Yeah, drunk as a skunk.
You are responsible for the things that happen when you get drunk.
Particularly when you do it all the time like him.
Otherwise, you could kill 50 people and get away with it.
You are responsible.
He was drunk all the time.
I mean, he could have killed somebody every time he was drunk and get away with it.
Mary Jo Kopechny would have had a full life if it wasn't for the gross negligence of Teddy Kennedy.
Now, he should have gotten a sentence for that.
More than that was covering it up.
I mean, that had to be the beginning of the proof that this is a damn corrupt country, and nobody in Massachusetts is going to convict a candidate.
What the hell are they, God?
It's crazy.
And this stuff about Trump is above the law, Jesus Lord!
If Trump is above the law, imagine us!
The guy's being tried four times in one year!
If Baldwin gets... If you can't figure out they're doing this to stop him from being president, they are misusing... They are completely corrupting the criminal process to stop him from being president.
You're a jerk!
So obvious.
So Gorsuch asked the question today, and I won't... Well, let's see who it is.
My daughter.
I'll call her.
I'll call you back in a little while, sweetheart.
My wonderful daughter, Caroline.
So, Gorsuch asked a question today during an argument that gives us hope that at least he's going to vote that the obstruction statute that the fascist prosecutors in the District of Columbia used against the January 6th people, with the chief judge being the fascist judge who sat on my case, Yeah, judge.
You're a fascist.
I don't know.
Put me in jail.
Uh, and I don't have much hope that the DC circuit's going to be much different.
Um, and again, you know, please don't take me for a fool.
I know what you're doing and that's why you don't get to me.
I knew the moment that you suspended my license for being a danger that you're a bunch of phony bastards and you, you don't suspend, you don't suspend the lives of people who kill people.
Or lawyers who steal whatever.
And God, if it's a Democrat, you probably make him chairman of a committee.
And the guy you gave me to prosecute can't figure out he got a doctored tape.
Now, either he's complicit in it or he's a simpleton.
Doctored tape?
You're going to just bar me based on it?
You're not going to go find out who doctored the tape?
You know, I want you to do that.
You don't get it.
I don't really give a damn about you.
You know, right now, if you hadn't disbarred me, I might consider resigning.
I certainly resigned from the Bar Association.
I thought about it any number of times.
I should have.
But I consider resigning from the New York bar.
Sitting by and watching New York play very, very effectively the role of a fascist dictatorship.
it.
Donald Trump went to Mr. Alba's store today in upper Manhattan, which is all Democrat, and got an unbelievable reception.
Mr. Alba is the guy who was Put in jail by the crooked Bragg when he tried to defend himself.
He then had to be let out of jail and he went back to the Dominican Republic because he said he was safer there rather than in the democratic dictatorship of New York.
And Donald Trump went there to talk to the people there and got a tremendous reception.
Some protests, mostly tremendous reception.
He's also leading in the Latino vote.
And Biden has already dropped 20% in the black vote, and Trump has picked up 15.
Things are changing.
You know why he's picking up that vote?
Because I would imagine those people who are involved up there, they know, like me, how crooked New York is, because they see the bad side of it.
People he's talking to right now, I don't know, do we have this on TV?
These people, they know what I know, and they're willing to admit it.
And they know he can't be bought.
I don't give a damn about anything else, because I don't want somebody going to fight for them.
You see that community there?
I know that community like the back of my hand.
I know exactly where he is.
That community, two years before I was mayor, had a four-day massive riot under the Democrat Crooked mayor of New York.
And then about six years later, it had a blackout.
Same community.
Filled with drugs, crime, killing, domestic violence.
Crime went down 72%, 73%.
We had a blackout.
Until that blackout, we never had a blackout without looting in New York City.
Well, you know I had a blackout without looting, don't you?
In that community.
No crimes.
Lights were out.
We'd have looting in Manhattan when lights went out on Koch and whoever the hell the mayor was in the first blackout, Lindsey.
You didn't have looting under me.
Because I'm going to tell you why.
Because I use Republican policies and programs that I helped to develop along with others during the Reagan administration.
And I wasn't a suck-up-to-criminals Democrat.
By that time, they respected me and I respected them.
A lot of them didn't even vote for me, but they respected me.
I didn't need them to vote for me.
I had enough people voting for me.
But I served the people that didn't vote for me as effectively as the people who did.
That's an old process, right?
That's an old idea.
Man, I'm really an old man, I'll tell you that.
The ones that didn't the first time around probably did.
A lot of them did the second time around.
Well, the second time around I won on the landslide.
One of the biggest Republican victories ever, although matched by LaGuardia and even by Mike the first time he ran for re-election as a Republican.
When he ran as an Independent or Democrat or whatever the hell he was, he only won by four points, even though he spent $100 million.
The difference is I spent 10 million and he spent 100 million.
And the only reason he won the first time, gee, Mike, don't get upset because I endorsed
100%.
I've had multiple people tell me that.
Yeah, come on, let's cut the crap.
It's getting late in our lives, so let's tell the truth, okay?
And you did a great job of maintaining things, but you wouldn't have the balls to change it.
You know that.
I know you wouldn't have the balls to change it.
Or the vision.
I mean, you're a lot richer than me, but I'm a lot smarter than you are.
That really hurt him.
That really hurt him.
But it's really true.
I mean, I'm not smarter than him in business.
Christ, he made a billion.
I'm smarter than him in government and law enforcement and how government operates and how to motivate people.
And I'm a leader and he's a little follower.
I mean, I ran for president.
I didn't win either, but I got more than one percent and I didn't spend a billion dollars.
Hundreds of millions of dollars.
No, it's almost a billion.
In a few months.
Yeah, then he had no money.
No, honestly, I'm not sure he spent a billion.
A lot of people he ended up not paying.
Now, that's really funny.
I don't know if that ever got straightened out, but that's really funny.
Right.
Yeah.
People took jobs just for the money.
They didn't care if they were paying people so much money.
Everybody used to kiss his ass because he had a lot of money, which because I never would do.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
And he and his staff were so jealous of me.
That's why nothing is named after him.
Here I was, the Republican mayor before him that turned the city around and made a mayor.
Geez.
I think they once offered me a public bathroom before it became controversial.
Now, you know, now I get in trouble because I'd require that they say men and women and they wouldn't give it to me.
Someday we're in a bridge or an airport.
This guy, Walter Russell Mead.
Yes.
Walter Russell Mead writes for the New York I mean, for the Wall Street Journal.
And I agree with him sometimes.
I disagree with him other times.
I think he's kind of a bit pompous and full of himself.
But he did something.
He said something today that somebody should bang his head in for.
I mean, you know, intellectually.
And it really is disgusting.
And it kind of tells you why the Wall Street Journal is so against Donald Trump.
They're against him, first of all, because they think they're right on trade and he's not.
Because he ran the country you never did, guys.
And he did a lot better job at running the country than you do at running that damn paper.
But in any event, I gotta find his column because it needs to be corrected.
It needs to be corrected because I'm tired of these intellectual puffs.
you know, this guy looks like he, you know, he...
And probably he went to one of those schools that now turn...
now we know why they're so ill-educated and they make so many mistakes.
They got a terrible education!
Sometime I'll tell you about my education compared to theirs.
So much better!
Catholics do a good job of educating people.
They really do when they stick to it.
Oh, did I point out that OJ Simpson got a change of venue?
No, not tonight.
He did though.
How does OJ Simpson get a change of venue on a double murder charge and Trump can't get a change of venue on a bullshit little misdemeanor case that is attached to a federal crime that the federal government doesn't think is a crime and nobody can figure out How Bragg gets the power to charge a federal crime?
Oh, and by the way, he still hasn't told us what crime it is.
That one I don't get at all.
How does this case not get dismissed?
We're picking a jury and I don't know which of the four possible crimes you're charging me with.
And you can't even charge me with them because you're not a federal prosecutor.
What is this?
It's unconstitutional.
If you're a lawyer at all, do you get what I'm saying?
It's the same thing as the phony woman that brought the case about being sexually molested in the busiest department store in New York when Trump was one of the most famous people in New York.
And you had to go in a little room and sexually molest her with the chances that the whole damn department store would hear you.
She looks like a rag.
Sorry, but you do.
You're crazy as a loon.
You told us that rape can be very sexual.
And he got acquitted of rape, by the way.
How do you acquit him of rape and find him guilty of some ambiguous... doing something to her there?
And how the hell did he get in there?
Do you know, if I go into Bergdorf... We gotta do it sometime.
I gotta walk into Bergdorf with you.
You put a camera on.
I bet you there are six... Okay, I don't want to overstate.
Three...
Shoppers' aides on top of me because I'm a celebrity.
They used to come on top of me when I was U.S.
Attorney and I was nobody then.
I mean, I had a 50% name recognition.
This guy, when he walked in there at that time, had a 90% name recognition.
He was one of the richest people in New York.
And every shopper person there would love to have his business.
You think they let him walk around alone?
You think he thought he could walk around alone?
You think he thought he wasn't recognized?
He's gonna take this rag into a public dressing room and sexually... She doesn't remember the year.
She doesn't remember the date.
She's got the wrong dress.
I mean... Absurd.
Are you kidding me?
Yeah, you are.
You are kidding me.
Absurd.
He was just guilty.
He's guilty.
Because he's Donald Trump.
And O.J.
Simpson, 80% of the people in Manhattan voted against Trump.
51% have already said he's guilty.
The jury pool had to be gotten rid of because they put their hands up saying they couldn't give him a fair trial.
And O.J.
Simpson, nothing like that, got his case moved from Los Angeles.
So did Stanley Friedman when I prosecuted him in New York.
Because they said I had gotten too much prejudicial publicity against them, and they wanted to move it to Connecticut.
And the judge, who was a very, very fair judge, a great judge, Judge Knapp, nothing like this piece of crap.
In fact, there should be a Knapp commission like this judge had, and I think this guy would be one of the first people to go.
But that judge granted it, but I consented to it.
He didn't even have to grant it.
Judge Knapp looked at me and he said, Mr. Giuliani, what do you have to say about this?
I said, I'll try this case anywhere.
I'll try the case anywhere.
You pick judge.
Wow.
And they pick Connecticut.
Yeah, I'd try Biden anywhere.
You want to try Biden in Delaware?
I remember what the Delaware police told me.
I'm sure they can't tell you.
Family was a disgrace to the whole city for years.
An embarrassment.
Family, just about everybody, not quite everybody was in trouble.
And they were arrogant, nasty.
Difficult?
Dishonest?
Who did the police endorse in the 2020 election in Delaware?
Remember?
Donald J. Trump.
That's a hell of a slap to a senator.
You know why?
Because they all know what a crook he is.
They see the houses.
They've been seeing the houses for years.
I'm the poorest man in the Senate with a $20 million house.
Where'd that money come from, Joe?
I mean, you were basically trail of trash shit.
It's been a while.
Are our courts corrupt?
I don't know.
Eugene Bowen, the judge in our court, I don't know how many migrants he's let free who have beaten the living daylights out of people.
The New Yorkers will not be impeached.
Lori Peterson.
Let me tell you this one here.
Gene Carlos Zarzuela was nabbed for socking a nine-year-old.
Kicker, the horrifying assault might never have happened had it not been for Manhattan judge Which means a Democrat hack, Democrat operative, selected by the same boss that selects the bums that are trying Trump's case, Laurie Peterson, who let Zarzuela out without bail!
You know, you gotta figure, Laurie, he's gonna whack somebody else.
Quick.
After he was arrested for slugging an elderly woman April 4th.
In 2020, she sprung an accused looter who beat the living daylights out of a cop, denying the prosecutor's request for bail.
You don't give a damn if cops get beaten to shit.
In 2016, she freed a defendant accused of assaulting a woman in Manhattan who, within a very short period of time, went out and slashed the faces of two more women.
This guy is now in an insane asylum, where he should have been right away.
The judge wasn't a corrupt left-wing lunatic.
You see, they're corrupt in three different ways, the Democrat judges in New York.
Some of them are ideologically corrupt because of their Marxist education, and they let animals like this go out and slash your face.
Right, Mike?
How many do you see in prison?
Not enough.
Not enough.
That is correct.
You used to see more when we used to have a mayor.
A real mayor.
A real mayor and a real police commissioner.
Now it'd be you.
That's right.
Or even Ray Kelly or, come on, a real commissioner.
Bernie Kerrick.
But now about seven, eight thousand walking around the streets because of Laurie Peterson's.
That's the ideologically corrupt.
Then we have the politically corrupt.
They'll do anything they have to do for the Democrat district leader and boss because their life depends on it.
They don't get reappointed.
They don't get good assignments.
They can't go up to the Supreme Court.
They can't go to the appellate division.
And they will be ostracized like the chief judge in Washington did to the J6 judges who weren't giving enough time.
This is what is going on in your country that nobody tells you but me and a few other people.
And it's the reason why they try to frame me and disbar me and shut me up.
You know why I'm a danger?
Because I tell you the truth.
I'm a danger to their racket, just like Trump is.
That is exactly the reason they're going after him, because he's the only one with the knowledge and the guts to do something about it.
And a few people around him, like me, Navarro.
Navarro in jail.
Ridiculous.
Biden's not in jail, and Navarro's in jail.
Unbelievable.
How about Judge Bowen who let go eight migrants who were caught with guns and also with minors in a shelter in which they were terrorizing people.
He let them all out.
Who cares about the kid?
Judge Bowen, we don't care about the kid because we're a crooked Democrat, right?
What are you, ideologically corrupt, politically corrupt, or money corrupt?
We're all three.
You fit one.
Brag!
Why don't you change your mind after they criticized you?
Your predecessor declined it.
The U.S.
Attorney declined it.
That's three, babes.
Three to one.
It's the second reincarnation of Bragg that brings the case, brings the phony case that nobody can.
And you still haven't.
Please tell me the federal crime, Bragg.
What do you know?
I mean, you were a federal prosecutor.
I'm sure I never would have hired you.
And if I did, I probably would have fired you because you sound like one hell of an awful lawyer, among other things.
You also don't sound terribly articulate, by the way.
Can't imagine you're a good trial lawyer.
Got to be a reason you're not trying the case.
Case like this, babes, I'd be trying it.
I think I was the last U.S.
attorney in the Southern District to try a case.
Could be.
I mean, they had Comey there.
That phony would never go try a case.
He couldn't put on enough makeup.
Probably the jury see right through him, too.
He's a massive liar.
His daughter is in the Southern District now.
I'm sure she was one of those who was really happy when my home got raided and my law office got raided.
And the FBI illegally took my iCloud account for three years and didn't tell me.
Bet she was cheering for that one.
Crazy, right?
Wow, these are, wow.
Mayorkas not to be impeached.
Pardon me?
I mean, Secretary Mayorkas.
What, Schumer's gonna fix it?
I was once told by a great journalist that when I declined a case on Schumer, That the Eastern District wanted a break, that someday I would regret it.
I'll tell you the story sometime.
Wow.
Mead!
Just want to read one short sentence from Russell Mead.
You don't need to read the rest.
And I will go off and have to take my, uh, you got, got about 30 balance of nature pills.
Wow.
So he's going through how American presidents have screwed up the Middle East.
This problem has been decades in the making.
George W. Bush's mismanagement in Iraq removed the one regional power capable of containing Iran on its own without building an effective replacement, meaning Iraq.
Barack Obama's feckless Syria policy gave Iran and its new best friend, Russia, a commanding position in the heart of the Middle East.
Totally ridiculous, stupid face.
The reason what Obama did is give him billions of dollars, you jackass!
Phony!
You can't say it!
You can't say it!
You phony intellectual!
How about this one?
Mr. Trump's support for the Abraham Accords and tough policies toward Iran pointed in the right direction, but were mostly a case of too little, too late, and too erratic.
First of all, what was erratic about them?
Hey, mental midget, what was erratic about them?
What was erratic about peace after eight presidents couldn't do it?
You?
You wouldn't even know how to understand it!
What was erratic about it?
Too late?
That's when he was president!
What was he supposed to do 20 years ago when he wasn't president?
Moron!
This is a newspaper?
Put it in the bathroom.
You know what it should be used for.
My God!
Too little?
It's peace!
What's too little about peace?
Is that him?
He's fat too!
He's the James Clark Bush of foreign affairs.
So the Abraham Accords were too little, too late, and too erratic.
What else should he have done other than peace?
Too little.
It was peace.
Okay.
Second, too late?
How's he gonna control that?
He didn't become president until 2017, really.
He could have done what, in 2019?
Before a second term.
Thank God!
Because you stole the second term from him.
And you, you go crazy about election denial.
Because you're too, I don't know what, I guess too smart to understand it.
Or too fat.
Definitely too fast.
Self-indulgent bastard.
Too little, too late, too erratic.
It's just soccer time.
You can go off if you want.
Too little, too late, and I really want to know what is erratic about the Abraham Accords.
You know, if in fact, Saturday night was legitimate, And it wasn't a put up deal like Sid thinks or others, many others now.
And then the only reason it happened is because the Abraham Accords.
Jordan wouldn't have been in there punching for him and Saudi Arabia would have screwed up the whole thing.
Saudi Arabia wants Trump back so bad.
I mean, they got this bum who loves Iran as president.
You think that would have happened?
If there weren't the Abraham Accords?
I mean, Blinken can't tie his shoe.
How the hell is he going to put that together?
Biden can't put it together because he's got to, I mean, they'd have to write out something.
I wonder how he told, that's why he does things like, don't.
How come every time he says don't, they do?
It really is, must be frightening to Putin when Biden says, Don't.
You've got to imagine Putin goes, I mean, Putin, I don't know if you've got a sense of humor or not.
I don't know him that well.
But jeez, there gotta be some real stories between Putin and Xi
about Biden and about how crazy the American people are to have elected this guy.
Well, sorry I got a little excited there.
Thank God this isn't, you know, regular television or radio or they would, uh, I think they would, uh, I think it'd be capital punishment.
Um, but what I'm telling you is the truth.
It's the absolute truth.
That's what I'm here for.
I'm here to tell you the truth.
And I'm telling you the truth about Russell Mead bumpkin and the wall street journal.
Watch out.
They got an agenda.
I don't know what the hell it is.
But it's not the good of America.
They suck up to China a little bit, not as much as they used to.
They are sometimes really very good and very right.
New York Post also, better than them, but also every once in a while... One of the Murdochs comes in and screws it around because they hate Trump.
Do you know they're destroying our country because of their hatred of Trump?
You know, there's one...
I mean, a lot of great men, and probably the greatest of all, Jesus Christ, would have told you that the one thing that can kill you is hatred.
One thing that could kill you is hatred.
If I were, if I were Judge Sissy Boyer, And it wasn't Donald Trump, it was Joe Biden on trial in front of me.
First of all, I've recused myself.
I'd never, ever sit on a trial with somebody that I had strong personal feelings about.
He clearly has strong personal feelings about Trump.
He said it.
His family has unbelievably strong personal feelings about him.
So he's in that atmosphere, and a decent man would have recused himself.
But I'll tell you one thing.
I don't care how much I disliked the defendant, no matter how much I disrespected him.
Maybe even hated him.
I would control the hate, because you got to control hate.
I'd let him go to his daughter's graduation, or his son's graduation, or wake.
And I don't think I'd do it just because I'd want you to think I was fair.
Maybe.
But you know the worst thing?
He doesn't really care if you think he's fair or not.
Because he's such an arrogant, self-indulgent, protected piece of crap.
We can't hate him.
All we can do is pray for him.
That's what we got to do.
We got to pray to God that he can bring us through this.
When we win, which I think we will, I do not think we should get even.
I think we should get justice.
Not even.
Big difference.
They want to get even, and that means they go after innocent people.
We should go after people for crimes that we can prove, not crimes that we can imagine.
If we think that Biden put together a conspiracy with Iran, we think it, but we can't prove it, we don't charge.
If you want to talk about the bribes from China or the bribes from Ukraine, if we don't charge it, you should impeach us.
Because we took an oath to do it.
We took an oath to uphold the law.
That's the difference between us and them.
We lost the country.
We have to fight.
We have to do that in order to restore.
But we're not, we're not going to get even.
No, it's not about that.
What we are going to do is do justice and return our institutions to institutions that can be, we can be proud of and we can respect.
These people have destroyed those institutions.
They're gone right now.
We're not going to stop it from happening.
It's happened.
We are probably, in terms of justice, one of the worst countries in the world.
We're past the point.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You probably have about as good a chance, if you are a Trump Republican, of getting a fair trial here as you do in China.
Which is bizarre.
Mayor, I'm actually surprised, right?
Growing up, I never thought it would be that bad.
Of course not.
In D.C.
and Manhattan.
Excuse me, my emotions sometimes, but this is not a game for me.
I feel very strongly about it and I can't stand possibly leaving my country like this.
This can't be like this for my son, for my great little granddaughter, for all these people that I love and for you.
Country's done too much for me and for you to let people like this destroy it.
Our founding fathers warned us that these people would be there and they would come and there'd be a tyranny of the majority.
Well, there's a tyranny of a corrupt political party.
Which may be suffering the vestiges of having been such a strong supporter of slavery for a hundred years.
It might be a curse left on that party, which is why its name should be changed.
I agree.
You like that one?
That's my favorite.
You want to change names?
We can change names too.
That's my favorite.
Yeah.
Jefferson, slavery.
Man, his involvement in slavery was this compared to your party.
He actually wanted to end it.
Very few people in your party wanted it.
They went to war over it.
And then you continued it with segregation and the Ku Klux Klan.
Some of Joe's best friends were... Best buddies!
Psycobs and Pookobs and Zookobs and killers.
Or whatever the hell they did in the Klan.
Burn trees or burn people.
They killed a lot of Italians, you know.
Yeah, they burned crosses.
We were number two.
They hate Catholics.
Well, they went after Italians.
They went after Italians because Italians were number two and Jews were number three.
Catholics probably as a group, number four.
So if you fit in that category, if you're Jewish, if you're Catholic, if you're from the North, you're Italian.
Yeah, if you're a Yankee fan like me, you're finished.
A Yankee, Italian, Catholic, who's basically Jewish.
And a supporter of Abraham Lincoln that my city didn't even vote for.
My two biggest heroes are Lincoln and Reagan.
Yeah.
Wow.
Well, God bless America.
We'll be back with you tomorrow night.
Hopefully somebody will intervene and end this trial and basically say, we're not going to allow this in America.
We're going to allow a straight election.
We're going to let Biden and Trump run against each other.
We're not going to keep them in court for 50 days.
We're going to have them debate and we're going to find out who can protect our country better.
I don't think there's a doubt about it, but you know, We should have an election, and we should count every vote, and we should count it fairly, and we should make sure that Pennsylvania has about 40 million inspectors.
Well, God bless America.
Please, please.
Tonight, I always ask you to pray for the people of Israel.
I do, because right now, Biden is trying to screw them in the worst way possible.
You're gonna leave them in a position where they'll eventually get eliminated.
Because that's what the country he favors, Iran, wants to do.
And maybe ultimately the country that he owes everything to, China, wants.
But I don't think you want that, God.
That's your country.
It's your people.
It's your chosen people.
It's through them that we got the Bible.
It's through them that we got the Ten Commandments.
It's through them that we began the ethics and the That we are turning our back on.
And then their other group they want to kill are Christians.
The people who follow your son, Jesus Christ.
We need your help.
This is beyond us.
It's beyond Trump.
It's beyond me.
It's beyond us.
We'll do everything we can.
Fairly.
Honestly.
Without cheating.
Not worth it to become them.
I'd rather have them kill me.
Well.
Pray for Israel and pray for America.
God bless America.
...is to bring to bear the principle of common sense and rational discussion to the issues of our day.
America was created at a time of great turmoil, tremendous disagreements, anger, hatred.
There was a book written in 1776 that guided much of the discipline of thinking that brought to us the discovery of our freedoms, of our
God-given freedoms.
It was Thomas Paine's Common Sense, written in 1776, one of the first American bestsellers,
in which Thomas Paine explained, by rational principles, the reason why these small colonies
felt the necessity to separate from the Kingdom of Great Britain and the King of England.
He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom adheres in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
This is exactly the time we should consult our history.
Look at what we've done in the past and see if we can't use it to help us now.
We understand that our founders created the greatest country in the history of the world.
The greatest democracy, the freest country, a country that has taken more people out of poverty than any country ever.
All of us are so fortunate to be Americans.
But a great deal of the reason for America's constant ability to self-improve is because we're able to reason, we're able to talk, we're able to analyze.
