	And we giggle out of a defense mechanism because we're so smack.
	I don't know the words for it.

	And this idea that they have science, they follow science.
	Science is pretty damn clear.
	I mean, male, female.
	Now I'm going to Put my medical cap on.
	There is a diagnosis.
	It's a mental health diagnosis called gender dysmorphia, but it is a mental illness.
	What the perversion is happening is that we're trying to confuse our children.
	Geez.
	I think it's in New Jersey.
	A teacher is trying to start a school.
	Is it in New York?
	For, for five to nine year olds, We're your gender fluid.
	Why are we even telling these things?
	Gender fluid is what we were talking about before.
	One day you could be a boy, one day you could be a girl, one day you could be whatever.
	So what about girls that are tomboys?
	We used to always play ball and there would always be a couple of girls.
	Dysmorphia though.
	I know that, but I'm saying that that could be easily They could manipulate a girl who likes to play baseball.
	Yeah.
	Or there are girls who like to do what the boys are doing.
	I mean, and then they turn out to be very much women and, you know, at 20 and 25.
	And I mean, I.
	So my relatives, my female relatives would talk. Rudy, is some of the books to confuse children
	are so pornographic and perverse that when parents try to read the book that their second grader
	is exposed to, the school board stops them and says that's too graphic.
	That's too graphic for it to be read at this meeting.
	It's too graphic to be read by an adult, listened to by adults, but it's not too graphic for minor children.
	Yeah.
	And I guess if you complain too much, you go on the, on the... You go on a list.
	You go on the Department of Justice list.
	Terrorist list.
	You're a domestic terrorist.
	So let's, uh, there was, uh, today, I guess what happened yesterday, a swimmer who uses the name Megan Cortez Fields won the 200 meter individual medley and she set or he or she set the record at 2.0820.
	For New Jersey Athletic Conference.
	That's right.
	Now, she, a short while ago, was very, very unsuccessful.
	A mediocre swimmer.
	Described by everyone as a really pretty shitty swimmer.
	And as a man.
	And if you take a look at the shoulders, I don't even get how she's that good a female swimmer.
	She looks like a skinny little boink to me.
	In any event, she won.
	Men are stronger than women.
	Let's face it.
	I'm okay with saying that.
	We have strengths that men don't have.
	At certain edges, there are differences.
	But there, look at that little skinny.
	Against real men swimmers, they kill her.
	This young man who's pretending to be a woman, his inspiration is Leah Thomas.
	Remember Leah Thompson from, Thomas or Thompson, from the University of Pennsylvania, comes in, again, a mediocre male swimmer, comes in and dominates them.
	And Riley Gaines, who's been outspoken.
	She should have been a contender, but how can you beat a man?
	What happened to Title IX?
	What happened to our feminists?
	I don't know why it is a discrimination.
	I don't understand.
	Kamala Harris.
	I don't understand why it is a discrimination against women.
	It is.
	To put a biological man in a contest with them.
	I mean, particularly certain sports that require, I mean, suppose they started wrestling or they started boxing or they played football.
	You know, with a 310-pound man.
	I mean, it's totally ridiculous.
	Now they have their own league.
	A transgender league.
	But men should not be in women's sports.
	Let's see.
	For years we enjoyed women's tennis.
	We've enjoyed women's soccer.
	Why are women always discriminated against?
	Why?
	We've made big strides.
	They always like to make the bad guy the white male.
	White male's not the bad guy here.
	The feminist is the bad guy.
	You know what?
	There's power in numbers.
	I don't care if you're Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, whatever you are, as women, as women, let's stand together to protect women's sports and women's bathrooms.
	You know, some of those students in Pennsylvania talked about Leah Thompson coming into their locker room He had a penis!
	He's going- Yeah, well you're coming to my little grazes, and you're not going to see Andrew and me.
	I mean, there's no way you're coming into my little girl's bathroom if you've got one of those, you know, things like I have.
	Ain't gonna happen.

	What's the name of that ridiculous high school?
	That they're trying to put up in New York.
	It has a funny little name, too, like Archery Boopity Doopity.

	It's the proposed Miss Major Middle after Major Griffin Gracie, a convicted felon who identifies as a woman.

	They take down statues of George Washington and they put up schools to a convicted felon!
	Well, George Floyd died of an overdose, and there's statues everywhere to him, and he took a gun to a pregnant woman's belly.
	Let's not even go there.
	The other thing that's very confusing... Do you want to go?
	Yeah, let's change the name of the Democrats.
	This is my chance to get in my pitch.

	Change the name of the Democrat Party.
	You want to do all this hypocritical garbage?
	Then change the name of the single biggest supporter of slavery in the history of America, the Democrat Party.
	And the biggest supporter of segregation afterwards.
	This kind of apathy in the party because I have too many good friends who are good human beings who don't want to see their children abused like this.
	This is child abuse.

	But why don't they change parties?
	I don't know.

	So there's a report in England It says, I don't even know how to say this, that men can breastfeed.

	Now, even if they can, they shouldn't.
	No, they wouldn't.
	And then they say it's just as healthy for the baby to have a male breastfeeding.
	But then there are, of course, many people in London or England who dispute this.
	Yeah.
	A lot of scientists do.
	And then they have these hormones they can give you.
	Yeah.
	And if that gets... Which will stimulate your latent ability to... Will you explain?
	You can explain it much better than me.
	I'm all for it.
	Have you ever wondered why males have nipples?
	Right?
	We don't know.
	They do have small amount of mammary glands.
	They are latent.
	If a man gets galactomastia or starts having breast tissue, there's an underlying medical condition.
	The men get very embarrassed sometimes, like if they're being treated for, before I, the treatment before I had prostate cancer was you took female hormones.
	I took a synthetic hormone, so it didn't create the female effects.
	But I remember the guys counseling me on saying, well, your breasts might get real big.
	Luckily, I was able to use a different kind of hormone.
	Oh, good.
	But men don't like that.
	Yeah, no, they most like it, right?
	Like real men.
	No.
	So what they want to do with these men who say they're women and want to breastfeed, they want to give a particular drug to, dopyridone 2.
	And studies have shown that this can come through the breast milk and it can affect the baby's heart.
	So it's not the same as a woman naturally lactating.
	Uh, and it's, it shouldn't be done.
	It shouldn't be encouraged.
	Why do you want to do it?
	It shouldn't be encouraged.
	You look at all the, I watch, you know, I watch all sorts of doggy movies and they're all dying to be with them.
	Uh, if the puppy gets separated from the mommy, the poor puppy is all upset.
	Even if you can give them a bottle, they want to be with the mommy.
	And breastfeeding is, I think, supposedly healthier, right, in general, when you can do it?
	Oh, God.
	It is so healthier for the child.
	Both.
	Both.
	And for the child, you know, I've been exposed to viruses my whole life, right?
	Walking around, you're exposed to viruses, you have immunity, you build up immunity against viruses, bacteria, that all gets passed through your breast milk to your baby.
	So it's a great protection for your baby.
	Let me do the last one.
	The Blinken Memo.
	Okay.
	So I've always thought this guy's a weirdo.

	That is so wrong.
	That should not be in any job.

	You have made them crazy by electing them.
	Can I tell you another thing, Rudy?
	Not only is blinking Blinken putting down these edicts, unhealthy edicts into the State Department.
	The Department of Education is telling anybody who receives federal money, you have to teach the kids about gender dysmorphia in their own way, though, not calling it gender dysmorphia and allow children to be able to go in any bathroom.
	So you could be a little boy and say, I'm a girl and you get to go in the girl's bathroom or vice versa.
	You're a little girl.
	I'm going to go into the boy's bathroom.
	We all saw what happened in Virginia.
	A transgender young man, pretty buff young man, pretending to be a girl with a skirt on, goes into the girl's bathroom.
	Automizes a girl.
	The supervisor, superintendent covers it up.
	All they do is expel the boy to another school.
	And guess what?
	He does it again.
	And the father got all upset.
	The poor father was on a list?
	He got arrested?
	They tried to humiliate him at the meeting.
	And he didn't really get out of control.
	They got out of control.
	They pushed him on the ground.
	They knocked him down.
	God have mercy on me.
	What I would do if that's my child.
	I mean, terrible.
	You know, you could put yourself, if you're a, I mean, I was, thank God I got through the parenting thing before, Yeah, me too.
	I would not have been able to handle it.
	I mean, thank God my grandkids are all... I just imagine you tell Grace when she's six, seven years old, she's going to be in the girls' room and some male's going to walk in.
	Matt, I don't think I could take that.

	Better not, better not be in a school like that.
	Some of these books that they're exposing to the children, not only are the words very disturbing, they always depict like a cartoon character showing, I'm embarrassed to even say it, oral sex with a boy, with a boy.
	Even sometimes a boy with a man, like it's perverted.
	Yes, this is the devil.
	This is what I was always warned about was coming, and you have to stand up for good versus evil.
	Otherwise, I can't justify doing this to children if it wasn't anything but evil.
	Well, yeah, I think this is all part Of the 120 year effort to make us into a communist country.
	And if you read Marx, one of the things to do is to break down conventional morals.
	Conventional morals are seen as holding you back from being a communist.
	And they want you to be a communist so they can control you.
	And they also want your kid at two years old.
	I mean, Hitler did and Stalin did.
	And so does Black Lives Matter.
	They want your kid at two years old so they can brainwash your kid.
	And the more sexual immorality they have, the more chaos there is in society, the more they can rule.
	This is all Marx.
	Marx even at times will say that he felt like Satan.
	I feel like I'm Satan.
	You know, you're saying the right, the right thing, Rudy.
	I've met so many people who came to this country legally, either themselves or their parents from these communist Marxist countries.
	And they repeatedly tell me exactly that, that they want you at two years old.
	They want the parents to give up rights.
	Then they can brainwash you into whatever they want you to do and tearing down the family, a mother and the father.
	We've done a lot of studies here in America.
	about the downfall of the traditional family home and how it has negatively affected children.
	There's no question it does negatively affect children and it's a tragedy that we're going through this and it really is the fault of our not being careful enough about who we vote for And what the really important issues to us are.
	I mean, to me, there are no more important issues than children.
	That's number one.
	If you're wrong on this issue, you can't be in public office.
	If you don't understand that children have to be protected from these perverts, because that's what they are.
	They're either perverts, sexually trying to take advantage, or they're communists trying to destroy us.
	But they're not normal people.

	Tony Bobulinski originally told his story in 2020.

	He makes it 10 times worse.
	He was going to help them fight Russia, except he never... Like now, the president of Ukraine, Former president of Ukraine, who is one of the biggest crooks in the history of the world, told me that Biden wished him luck in the war, and Obama did, and then they gave him a slingshot to fight the war with.
	It wasn't until Trump came in that he actually got guns.
	So how the hell are they going to beat the Russians without arms?
	Now he gives them just enough arms so they can do something, and also they have money to divide.
	And you're not going to tell me they're not stealing money because they're incapable of not stealing money.
	You don't- It's the culture almost, right?
	You don't pour $130 million into one of the most corrupt countries in the world and expect that it's going to get to its destination unless you're a damn fool.

	And also saying that something like 80% of the people think he's gonza.
	His head's gone.
	And he says, well, the Times, you know, the Times is being unfair to me.
	And the, I mean, this is ridiculous.
	The Times kisses his backside all the time.
	I mean, the Times couldn't be any further up his backside than they are.
	I mean, it would be illegal if they were any further up his backside.
	He's probably the most, in my lifetime, the most unpopular, but the most corrupt president we've ever seen.
	And the one who owns the press and makes them into prostitutes.
	I mean, the entire press corps that covers him that way.
	Selling out America.
	Also, he's now announced that he'll meet with Speaker Johnson.
	Wow!

	You're going to meet with Speaker Johnson, Joe!
	What, are you going to get injections so you can talk to him?
	And do you know what the idiot says at the end but nobody pays attention?

	I assure you Johnson has a lot more to say than Dodo Bird.
	I mean, what a condescending, arrogant, If I had said that when I was mayor of New York by the Speaker of the City Council, the New York Times would have rightfully taken my head off.
	My God, you were a Republican who worked with Democrats every single day as mayor.
	The first day I was mayor, I walked into the Speaker's office, who was a Democrat, and I was the first mayor to have walked in his office.
	Here you go.
	And I said, I'm here.
	I know, uh, you've got a very big majority.
	I got only five people and we're going to have to work together.
	And, uh, I know, I know who you are and where you come from and what a good man you are.
	And I'm sure we can put politics aside and work for the good of the city.
	And man, that was eight years of a great partnership with Peter Ballone, who unfortunately and tragically lost his wife and his son within the last year.

	I promised to get things done.
	And I knew I couldn't do all of them, but I still wasn't gonna hold back on the promises that I thought were important.
	I got things done that I didn't think I could do, and I was unable to do some things that I thought I could do.
	Yeah, yeah, yeah.
	And Peter, Peter was terrific.
	I mean, we would sit down and try to figure out what's best for the city, and then we'd also figure out the politics of it.
	I mean, after about three or four years, they caught the act, but we, I mean, we used to pretend to fight with each other.
	So it would make him more popular.
	He said, well, I can't really accept this.
	I got to say a couple of nasty things.
	That's fine, Peter.
	I've got a thick skin.
	I guess I'm a purist.
	I wish you didn't have to do that.
	He was a gentleman.

	But imagine saying if he has anything to say.
	I mean, and they don't bother to really criticize him for that.
	There's no way you can negotiate with somebody.
	I mean, first of all, he's the Speaker of the House.
	Really, if you think about it, he's second in line to the President.
	They say third in line, but the President's there.
	The second is the Vice President.
	Third is the Speaker of the House.
	If, for some tragic reason, both of them blow up together in a plane, he's the President of the United States immediately.
	So, I mean, how about a little respect that Democrats are not the only political party in this country, jackass, dictator.
	And he says about Johnson, if he has anything to say, screw you.
	He's got plenty to say.
	And I think more people agree with him than you.
	And by the way, he's got a functioning brain.
	You didn't have a functioning brain when you had one.
	Because I know you, Biden, you're a jackass.
	Well, was I clear enough about that?
	You were quite clear and people know how you feel.

	I mean, are we going absolutely crazy in this country?
	And as a parent of a young daughter, A two-year-old baby!
	Let's just call this for what it is.
	This is child abuse, and I'm telling you, there are more Americans, regardless of political party, that feel infuriated about all this.
	And look at this as almost a single issue.
	If you have a child, if you have a daughter, and if you end up seeing some other kid who has 75 pounds, who has gone through puberty as a male, all of a sudden identifying as a woman, And hurting your child?
	Hurting their opportunity to potentially get a scholarship, but then also physically hurting them?
	When are we going to stand up for the girls in this country?
	When are we going to stand up for fair play?
	This is child abuse.
	Guess what?
	If you are of legal age and you want to chop here or you want to add there, then go ahead.
	That's the beauty of this country.
	You have every single right to do that.
	The government should not step in your way.
	But if you are under legal age, then that is child abuse.
	And those parents, sadly, they're aiding and abetting, and the schools are the ones that are leading the way.

	Now, let's give people around the country a taste of New York.
	Yeah.
	There are many good things about New York.
	One of the bad things about New York is, for many, many centuries, it's corrupt as hell.
	Right.
	It goes back to, you know, Boston.
	Boss Tweed.
	New York may have invented corruption with Boss Tweed.
	And of course, being the idiots that we are, we have a courthouse named after him.
	Didn't Peter Stuyvesant come in to kind of root out the corruption?
	Wasn't that Stuyvesant's kind of... They cut his leg off.
	Yeah, exactly.
	Chopped his leg off, exactly.
	So, I mean, this goes back to the 1600s, obviously famously with Boss Tweed in the 19th century.
	It does feel like New York does it pretty well from a corruption standpoint.
	We've got quite an arrangement here.

	Really, this Nicole Galinas, who is a columnist for the Washington Post and also a scholar at Manhattan Institute, has done a marvelous job of pulling this thing apart.
	Yeah.
	And I got to tell you, Andrew, it takes me back to my early days of investigating the Model Cities administration.
	that Lyndon Johnson put together.
	Okay.
	And it's one of those things that turned me from the Democrat Party when I realized that none of the money was getting to the poor people.
	They had set up all this ridiculous stuff and all these NGOs and were pulling down the money and the NGOs got back, it got back to the politicians, the politicians' wives, their friends.
	So now, now Adams comes up with this idea, which sounded ridiculous in the beginning.
	Just from the very beginning, it just sounds ridiculous.
	We're going to give a debit card to the illegal immigrants because they don't necessarily like the food that they get at the shelters, and they should have a card so they can get their own food.
	And we're discriminating against them because they don't know how to do their native cuisine.
	So if they come from far, far land, and we don't have anybody here who can cook far, far land food, They were able to go around and use their little car.
	Now this sounded like bull to me to start with.
	And he said it was $53 million it was going to cost.
	Turns out the vendor is getting $53 million.
	That's what it turns out to be.
	One of his people already resigned again.
	That's actually very new news.
	That happened right before you ended up going on with America's Mayor Live.
	But basically what has been reported as this being a $53 million pilot program No, not for veterans, not for homeless veterans, not for our own homeless.
	This is actually much bigger than $53 million.
	multi-billion dollars in debit card funds actually going to these illegal migrants.
	The $53 million is actually what this mobility capital finance can make.
	Now, you might ask, well, is that the best deal that New York City can get?
	Because there are many, many potential vendors that New York City might be doing that,
	and you could protect the New York City taxpayer by actually trying to seek out and have those vendors
	compete to give you the best price.
	I've had a lot of experience doing this mobility.
	They must have had a lot of experience.
	I mean, Adams wouldn't pick them.
	There must have been other bids.
	Well, guess what?
	I would be wrong and you would be wrong as well because they had zero experience doing this and guess what?
	There was a no-bid contract to Mobility Capital Finance with zero experience doing this.
	Now, it turns out, The head of the Mayor's Fund, which didn't exist when you were mayor, I think it came into effect under Bill de Blasio.
	He got the one that his wife got.
	The late David Dinkins thanks every single day because it bumped him from being the worst mayor of all time.
	Now Bill de Blasio takes that spot.
	He just took a $1 million.
	He created this and now, just a couple of moments before America's Mayor Live started, the head of the mayor's fund, which made this no-bid contract deal
	with Mobility Capital to give multi-billions of dollars in debit cards to illegal
	migrants, has just resigned with no explanation.
	So this is still a developing story.
	This is a story that you're going to want to continue to listen to, America's Mayor, on three o'clock every single day, syndicated, but certainly in New York on WABC, and come back to America's Mayor live on tomorrow.
	But we can dig more into the information, Gabrielle, because it's the history of this that she lays out is fascinating.
	And this is really, there are 10,000 of these.
	that have gone on for the last 40 years, and it's the reason why black communities that don't make any progress don't make any progress, because the people who represent them are crooks.
	And so much money has been put into those communities, they should be like the Riviera.
	But all that money has made, like Charlie Rangel, resigns a multimillionaire.
	He had nothing when he started.
	Yeah.
	Well, Charlie got the money that was intended for Harl, and the rest of them too, including Dinkins.
	And the idea that Dinkins is a really nice guy, really sweet, I mean, Dinkins became a millionaire selling his vote in a city broadcasting, but okay.
	There's a company called DocGo.
	I think DocGo may be actually run by a guy named, is it Carbone?
	No, no, no.
	It's like the guy from Chicago.
	The great criminal from Chicago.
	Al Capone.
	I think his name is Capone.

	One of the guys that Adams has given money to is named Capone and he's gotten run away.
	This dot go has the city no bid contract for food.
	Well, a lot of the food turns out to have maggots in it.
	Rats run around in it.
	But isn't there something in the city contract that says the food actually needs to be edible?
	What's the purpose of delivering food?
	The city should not pay for that food.
	Exactly.
	And require them to deliver good food and even money.
	And that, by the way, just the spoiled food alone is costing the city over seven million dollars a year.
	Again, this is going to the illegal migrants.
	Not to New York taxpayers, not to New Yorkers in need, but to illegal migrants.
	Over $7 million in spoiled food.
	And who knows who they contributed to, or we really should take a look.
	This DocGo sounds like it's Fugazi.
	Anyway.
	And the reason why they can get away with a no-bid contract without the City Council having any oversight over this is because it's under emergency order.
	Everything is emergency.
	An illegal migrant invasion in New York City, which, by the way, Eric Adams invited Eric Adams, was at the Port Authority, giving away the gift bags, the swag bags, saying, come to New York.
	We're a sanctuary city.
	You're a racist.
	The governor of Texas, the governor of Florida, they're both racist.
	And we will accept It's an emergency he created with Biden.
	Biden got him into the country by opening the borders, and then he enticed a large proportion of New York.
	And now we have 170,000 that came through, 65,000 in the shelters pushing out New York homeless, including veterans.
	And so now he has a crisis, an emergency of his own making, and therefore he can stop following the rules.
	So we can start giving his campaign contributors money.
	And who the hell knows what's happening to that money?
	I mean, there's no controls on it.
	There's no, literally, he refused to put any accounting controls on the money, which is what Biden does with the money that goes to Ukraine.
	So, I mean, this is a political party.
	At the top of this political party, there are just too many crooks.
	Uh, who sell out America, in this case, selling out New York City.
	And then he goes and he has the audacity to tell people in New York close 53 million.
	53 million is the beginning.
	It's the fee to the politically favored company, which by the way, begins as a, as a black company that was put together by a guy who wants to make up for discrimination.
	Also, here's the interesting thing.
	The great way to make up for discrimination is to get a $53 million contract.
	To add to it.
	Except for a lot.
	The company's actually based in New Jersey.
	It's not even based in the city of New York.
	But it has an office in Harlem.
	It does have an office in Harlem.
	So that it can control down the Harlem money.
	But they probably, on top of that, are paying Jersey State taxes, too, so you're not even getting that tax money back.
	But, I mean, who cares about that tax money when you've gotten to the point that you're literally dealing no-bid contracts, too?
	So Adams has described them as a minority company that he met on the campaign trail.
	I don't remember meeting companies on the campaign trail.
	I think what he means is they contributed money to it.
	And they were interested in trying to get them involved in a deal for about a year.
	They were trying to figure out what they could actually do.
	And all of a sudden, now you've got migrants getting debit cards.
	And by the way, think about this too, and I think this is a great job that Galenis actually ends up doing this in Expose, well worth actually watching, but think Think about the danger it actually is to these migrants by getting a debit card that you could take cash out of right there.
	If you have criminals like you do with the gang trend that just ended up beating up these cops right here, aren't those people a target to go and take all that money there?
	So these migrants are in a place where now they're being targeted by the trends of the world, the Venezuelan gang, The contract provides you don't have to have identification.

	Make it as easy as possible to cheat.

	This is a ridiculous thing to put through as a no-bid contract to a guy.
	Lowell Coaxum, who put together this company to make up for discrimination.
	I mean, this is absolutely absurd.
	There's $125,000.
	I mean, all it is is money.
	There's $125,000 one-time setup fee, which you get at the time of contract.
	There's $250,000 annual program management fee.
	one-time setup fee, which you get at the time of contract.
	There's 250,000 annual program management fee.
	There's a $1.5 million as a down payment on 3 percent fee of the first 50 million that you give out.
	Then when it gets over 1.5 million up to 2.5 million, they get 2.5 percent of the money you give out.
	And then when you go above that, it goes down to- Over 150 million, it's 2% at that point.
	2%.
	Now, you've got to understand, when they say give out, this isn't a bank.
	The city gives out, they just Get the car.
	Yeah, that's it.
	They literally are getting $43 million and then a possible $150 million just to go find MasterCards.
	That's exactly right.
	And provide them to the city.
	I mean, this shit stinks to hell.
	Yeah, I mean, and the fact that... I think I get this one investigated in two weeks.
	Well, the fact that within 12 hours of this coming out, of this reporting here, you have the person in the city who seems to have facilitated this contract actually stepping down.
	I know we're guessing a little bit with that, but what does that tell you?
	Well, the look was enough.
	The look was... This is for a whole thing, I mean... Completely stinks.
	Man, I mean... And now, by the way, they just get paid about five times for doing the same thing.
	$3.50 for every single card distributed.
	So if the card gave out, if the company gave out 50,000 debit cards, just gave them out.
	They don't fund them.
	They get another $175,000 for that.
	If you look at this thing, it's like a money machine.
	It's...
	For doing literally nothing but getting the Mastercards.
	They could have gotten it.
	They could have cut them right out.
	I mean, if my people brought this to me.
	I can't imagine what would have happened in City Hall.
	Yeah, so just a little bit more from this.

	by the way, the traditional banking system, let's just throw debt cards at illegal migrants,
	and is focused on closing the racial wealth gap.
	I don't think that's what this does, to be perfectly honest.
	It's not racial, these are migrants from all different, yeah, I mean, we're gonna close the racial gap with,
	With people from Venezuela or people from... I mean, this isn't about black and white.
	This is not investing... Black community?

	This is not a community that was discriminated against or people weren't discriminated against in the United States.
	Even in legitimate small businesses that could use the investment, right?
	That maybe have some of these under-invested communities, right?

	This is something that may be able to help these small businesses get over some of the humps You're talking about throwing money right down... And this is a group of people that we have every right to assume has a disproportionate number of criminals.

	And then about half of them we never see.
	So their name isn't even somewhere, even if it's a phony name.
	But we have no idea who they are.
	We just ask them, you know, were you in prison?

	Were you in an insane asylum?

	Even if we even ask those questions.

	I mean, and there's no question that, for example, in Venezuela, Maduro is just doing what his old pal Castro did with the Mariolitos.
	He's taking them out of the insane asylums.

	You looked at the gang they have in New York.

	I mean, I remember I handled the Mariolitos, and I used to stick them in Atlanta Penitentiary.

	then they could do it to any private business.

	I mean, New York, not only do I pay higher taxes than any place else, but maybe California.

	Now they got another additional $175,000, of which some very large percentage are probably dangerous criminals.
	And they're demonstrating, look at all, they beat up the cops.

	Who the hell's going to come here?

	You're going to pay twice as much to live here and take a risk of having your kids killed or you get killed?
	You want to figure out whether New York is corrupt, you just go look, you compare the budget of Florida, which we're in right now, to the budget of New York State, which you did when you ran for governor.
	New York State is over twice the budget.

	It's got 3 million or 2 million less people.
	Or how about the budget of the city of New York is the same as the city of the city of New York with just over 8 million people, not including the illegal migrants who are getting the $10,000.

	So Florida has, has doubled more than double as a state, the amount of people that New York city has, and you have the same amount of money.
	And again, it just shows you just how inefficiently New York uses their money.
	You could go and I think probably tomorrow cut 25-30% of that budget.
	You actually make the city more efficient for the taxpayer.
	It's completely unnecessary.

	You don't need this company.
	You want MasterCards, you have the city contract with MasterCard for the MasterCards.

	If you wanted to do it, So now we figured out why you would do something stupid like this, because you create another opportunity to whack up money.

	And then you create so many of those opportunities that a city of 8 million has a budget that's as large or larger than a state of 22 million.
	You know, I see Adams, obviously, I don't say on the way out, but he's in a place where he's very vulnerable right now.
	He has There are a lot of questions about what's going on in his administration, obviously investigation going on.
	I mean, do you think in his mind this is a bit of a swan song for him where he's trying to figure out a way to stash some money here before he ends up going?
	I mean, when I looked at this and kind of thought a little bit more through this, I looked at this and said, hey, Eric Adams thinks that he may be on the way out.
	He wants to stash another few million.
	somewhere, and this might be the way to do it.
	It could be.
	I mean, the other day, though, he was Jesus.
	So, I mean, the other day he introduced his chocolate, his chocolate deputy mayors, said you've never seen more chocolate in New York City than now, meaning he has black deputy mayors.
	And then he said, like, Jesus, I have to go into the temple and clean out the money changer.
	Well, I mean, Eric is not particularly a theologian or an educated man, because Jesus didn't go in the temple.
	Jesus drove out the money changers who were outside the temple.
	You didn't go in the temple if you were a practicing Jew.
	Idiot.
	Moron.
	Never should have been mayor.

	And why we do this?

	There's a lot of money, parking tickets for a city like New York.
	I mean, like it's five times Chicago.
	And I don't remember if we started it and they copied it, or they started it and we copied it, but we were like, we were taking down five times more money.
	And these are the Democratic leaders who were taking the money.
	These are the people who select the judges.
	So when people say the New York judges are elected, nobody runs against them.
	The crooked leaders of the Democratic counties Select them.
	Not all crooked, but a good number of them have gone to jail.
	Yeah.
	And a lot of times even the opposition, uh, in New York's case, in four of the five boroughs, the Republicans rarely even put up, uh, they rarely, rarely put up an opponent.
	Yeah.
	Angaran has been, has run three times.
	Never had an opponent.
	No opponents whatsoever.
	I would think, I would think Mickey Mouse would be.
	So that's why he's not worried about keeping his job, right?
	It looks like a clown.
	I mean, and he, Ted and I are experts on, On Palm Beach value, right, Ted?

	Have you been able to get that great deal in Mar-a-Lago for $20 million?

	To tell you just how biased that ruling is against Donald Trump.
	You know, I stay down here, you know, a good deal during the winter and all sorts of people come up to me and say, Mayor Giuliani, you must feel terrible.
	I mean, they ruined everything you did.
	Or sometimes they'll say they ruined everything you and Bloomberg did.
	It's really a shame.
	How could they have done that?
	How could they have?
	I said, well, it's called Democrat Party of New York.
	They didn't vote for Abraham Lincoln.
	So, I mean, what the hell do we have them for?
	Why don't they get, first of all, they should change the damn name.
	It's the party of slavery, change the name, vote them all out, and then they can start all over again with a real patriotic American party.

	They're paying like four times for the same thing, which they don't have to pay for at all.
	So, I mean, if it isn't corrupt, then it's the worst kind of waste.
	What do they say?
	Waste, fraud, and abuse?
	Well, this is going to fit under one of those.

	So, definitely waste.

	It seems like fraud.
	And there's abuse also.

	So, this is a question for both of you.
	What will it take for a Republican conservative to be competitive in New York City?
	How much worse does it have to get?
	Here's the thing.
	You want to go through the numbers on it.
	Oh, we get it.
	So there's obviously the hard argument, which is you look and say, OK, now it should be right now.
	I mean, look at what's happening.
	There's an invasion.
	But if you want to actually break this down by the numbers, there hasn't been a citywide candidate, including gubernatorial candidates recently, that has cracked 30 percent. Zeldin last year got 29.8
	percent. Curtis had 29 percent for mayor in 2021. Malliotakis had 27 percent.
	Joe Loda had 26%.
	So you see they're inching in the right direction from 26 to just under 30% of the city.
	But there's a whole long way to go from 29% to 51.
	It's a long way to go.
	And I think the city is going to have to get a whole lot worse until we get there.
	I mean, hey, let's let's hope our buddy Curtis can figure this out and catch lightning in
	a bottle and and and be the next mayor of the city of New York.
	I do think that there is probably somewhere a tipping point, but, uh, well, I mean, we'll see.
	Let's, let's see, uh, what the mayor, what's it with the presidential elections, Brent?
	Yeah.
	I mean, there's, um, the statewide election from, for president is much closer that right now, the polls than a city mayor, 8%, 9%.
	Uh, and, Trump is winning the Hispanic vote in New York State, which is a very Democratic Hispanic vote.
	It's much easier to win the Hispanic vote in Florida or even in Texas than it is in New York.
	So there is a switch going on, but Republicans can get this.
	I got a very big percentage of the Hispanic vote way back in 1993.
	The real key is It's a different electorate.
	The ideas, Andrew, the ideas are so crazy.
	Progressives have crazy ideas.
	I may have mentioned this on America's Mayor Live.
	It may have been on the radio a couple days ago, but just one of the things I think it's so important to highlight in terms of what the reasoning for a lot of these migrant stuff is.

	of ballots, basically one for noncitizens and one for citizens.
	So basically you think noncitizens would have a ballot that just had mayoral and city council
	and citizens would have a ballot that would have presidential, Senate, congressional and
	then municipal.
	So this is obviously a new way to make it more confusing.

	The Russia investigation with this guy was right at the forefront of making sure that the President of the United States, that the facts, that the truth actually got out past the media narrative.
	You had the Russia investigation.

	Russia didn't take one step closer to Ukraine, the Baltics, or any other country right there.
	Actually, Trump put 31 different sanctions on Russia.
	Then, the botched Leave from Afghanistan, Putin smells weakness, and you have a war in Ukraine under Joe Biden.
	So don't tell me that Donald Trump is by Putin.
	He has a chance to do it.

	The facts do not line up with that, period.

	She's an oligarch and she never gets sanctioned.

	In fact, he's going to do a whole bunch of sanctions now, supposedly, because of the murder.

	I mean, if I was covering a story and I found out that the President of the United States got money from one of our big enemies, or even his family did.

	Now, he's taking the position That Israel shouldn't, they shouldn't go down to Rafah and get rid of the Hamas there because too many civilians have been killed.
	Let me ask you, maybe I've missed this, have the Palestinians said, we actually believe that the Jews should live in peace in Israel?

	If you have a right to come to the United States, they're going to wipe us out.

	When you have, call them neighbors, when you have people on your border that want to eliminate you, don't believe in your right to exist, then it's a dereliction of your duty to make sure that your country is safe.

	So you need to make sure that your country is safe, and that means eliminating that threat.
	That threat needs to be eliminated.
	Now's not the time for Israel to stop here, and they have to do this.
	They have to.
	Hamas, period.
	Give them no other choice.

	They insist that they're going to eliminate Israel.
	You'll even hear the people that are protesting here about, you know, sending him to the sea.
	And what's the lesson here, by the way, if you get to the point where you don't actually remove Hamas and you don't eliminate that threat?
	Then the lesson is that there's, you know, little consequence for anybody who will attack Israel.
	And then China says, oh yeah, like Putin did.
	Putin looked at Afghanistan, saw what we did in Afghanistan, tested Biden a little bit and said, I could take this guy.

	The reason why Biden is doing this, though, is because he's seen some support slip from the Palestinian communities Specifically in the Midwest.
	He started off a little bit like an old-fashioned traditional Democrat.

	But now he realizes that the more powerful vote in this race might be the Arab vote that he's got to get in Michigan.

	And he's got deep problems with it.
