Yeah.
Good evening.
This is Rudy Giuliani, the mayor live from still New Hampshire.
We're here one for the for the phone.
Oh, for the day after the big win for the day after the big win that everybody's trying to spin all kinds of different.
Big was it?
How consequential was it?
Was affected?
all of those things and we'll analyze all of those and and also obviously we'll analyze those
not because we want to.
to the starting line of the nomination.
Um...
And if you watch him, you wonder sometimes whether he will, and then other times he looks okay.
I mean, it's a very strange group of drugs they must be giving him, because there's no question he has dementia.
And there's no question there are times in which he looks like any number of people that I've seen in nursing homes, and quite a bit worse than a lot.
And there's no question that I've, you know, gotten professional opinions about that, because it's important.
But there's also no question they have a series of drugs they give him that at times makes him lucid for a period of time.
Hardly like permanently, but I think it proved its value because it certainly told the world who the Republican Party, which is the party making this nomination, Who it wants as its candidate.
Now, so let's go into the numbers here.
Trump won it by, it's hard to say, as the last group of votes come in, it gets higher and higher.
Last time I checked, it was at 12, Trump won by 12%.
Now he announced that he won by 14, and he probably, and he has exit polls that support that.
Problem is, are they going to turn out to be... The exit polls are pretty darn accurate in a primary like this.
If they're off, they're going to be off by about 1% or 2%.
But could they be off from 14% to 12% where they're at right now?
Yeah, sure.
Could it go up to 14%?
Well, I hope so, because I predicted that.
I don't win anything.
I didn't make a bet.
I think it's bad luck to bet on elections.
I almost think it's bad luck to bet on anything.
But I certainly think it's bad luck to bet on elections.
But do you ever have?
I don't think so.
But in any event, if I did it was for 10 cents.
So let's take the overall win of double digits, 11, 12, 13, 14, whichever it is.
That's a darn good win.
That isn't a wipeout.
That isn't a landslide.
But it's a very, very solid win in an era in which people win by two and 3%.
It may well be one of the biggest margins for a Republican candidate in a highly contested one, or even a Democrat candidate, or it's near the top.
This primary is not won by big, large numbers, except when incumbents are basically Not challenged.
Remember, Lyndon Johnson had trouble in this primary.
This is the primary that got him to drop out, and it is the one that got Truman to drop out, because he was defeated in this primary by Estes Kefauver.
It's kind of what really made this primary.
It started in, I think their first one was in 1620, but it really wasn't until 1948 that the rules of the Munn primary was set up.
And in 52, it became critical.
Taft was supposed to be Eisenhower, who was off in Europe, not even campaigning.
You're supposed to campaign here to win.
Eisenhower won.
Truman was the president of the United States.
He didn't bother to campaign because he was sitting in the White House.
Kefauver went all around the state.
He won.
He became the prototype for how to run.
You should run all around the state and meet everybody.
But it took a president out of office.
And it told a man in Europe who wasn't sure he should run, he should run for president.
And he became a rather consequential president, didn't he?
Dwight Eisenhower.
From then on, this has been a big factor.
Is it always a big factor?
Mm-mm.
Does it predict all the time correctly?
No.
But is it often a very big factor?
Yes.
And can you ignore it?
Absolutely not.
You can't ignore it before it takes place, and you can't ignore the significance of it after it takes place.
So what got accomplished on both sides last night?
Let's take the Democrat side because it's easy.
Biden didn't appear and didn't do anything.
It did accomplish something for him, though.
One good, one bad.
One of the things that accomplished was animosity here in New Hampshire that he didn't run.
Real animosity.
This is a big thing to this state.
It's a big thing patriotically to this state.
It's a big thing economically.
This is a small state.
This thing starts, this thing goes on for eight months, nine months.
It started to get to be hard to get hotel rooms here about eight months ago.
All of a sudden, the rates went up about eight months ago.
I campaigned here for eight or nine months, I remember that.
So this is not like, oh, two months, it's over.
Or it's not like the Super Bowl, one week, one day, one week.
This is long-term, and when you get a big one like this one, and this wasn't the biggest, wait four years from now.
You're gonna probably have about 50 candidates here four years from now, because whoever wins They're not running again, right?
If Biden wins, he's up eight years.
If Trump wins eight years and it's a new Democrat, a new Republican, right?
So we'll see.
Next four years from now, you might want to move to New Hampshire and set up a business.
I don't know.
You're going to make a fortune here.
But this was significant on the Democratic side in a good way for Biden, too.
It showed that he could get out as 40%, 50% on a right end.
And they had to work at that, but it showed he still has loyalists in the party.
It may be that I see these polls that say that 70% of Democrats don't want him to run, but they sure vote for him.
So in polls, even though Trump is beating him, it's not as if he's got 10% I mean, he's certainly, I have to say, a strong candidate.
Trump beats him by anywhere.
Trump is winning most of, if not all of, the polls now.
They actually say that Haley wins them by bigger.
The truth is that Trump has won, he's a little more complicated than that, and the truth always is, right?
Haley, a while back, won two polls by eight, nine percent that Trump only won by three.
Since then, Trump has been winning almost every poll against Biden, and Haley's been losing a lot of them.
So if we start to look at the recent polls, Trump is doing better against Biden than Haley is.
But in any event, Trump is beating Biden now by Small numbers like two and large numbers by eight in the national polling.
More significantly, he's beating him in some cases, in every poll taken in the swing states, or in some cases, a majority of the polls.
Depends on the state.
Let's take Ted State, Michigan, where he has a nine-point lead.
Trump didn't have nine-point leads, even in 2016 and 2020.
Trump is used to working with being two, three points behind, and I tell him you're actually ahead by three or four points if you're down by two or three.
But the reality is he's in very, very good shape at this point.
And what this primary showed, as it did for Biden, that the party still supports Biden
because when Trump beats him it's like 48-42.
When you're at 42 percent you can be president of the United States.
It depends on what happens.
The electorate is not telling Biden, I think it should, but the electorate's not telling Biden, you've got to get out.
These polls they take in which they say, do you want him to get out, say it, but when you, when you, do you want Biden to run for president?
No, 60%.
Now he's running against, so let's even take Trump out.
He's running against Ron DeSantis.
No, DeSantis beat him in some polls also.
He's running against Ron DeSantis.
DeSantis gets 48, he gets 46.
That's not a guy you want to throw out of the—46% is better than, you know, 99.9% of Americans are going to do in a presidential primary.
I'm not sure there's another Democrat.
You know, in the Republicans' case, they've run, of course, Trump against him and Haley, And they've run DeSantis against him and anybody else, Ramaswamy, maybe.
And at one time or another, they've all beaten him.
And at one time or another, he's all beaten them.
But they don't run anybody else on the Democrat side.
Oh, they did, though.
They did.
And Trump wiped them out.
I remember.
Oh, about three months ago, they ran Newsom.
A national primary.
They ran Newsom against him and they ran... Oh, you're talking about polling?
Yeah.
Oh, okay.
Whitmer against him and the Republicans wiped out the second-level Democrats who really aren't that well-known and that could be a function of it too.
Yeah.
The name recognition is, you know, like people in politics know Whitmer, people in politics know Newsom.
Even Newsom doesn't have, like, what I would call universal name recognition, high name recognition.
Whitmer has moderate name recognition.
The idea that they would pump her in now as a candidate can be real tough, real tough.
It's tough to, it's tough to, you don't win the presidency without name recognition.
And if you've got to spend three months getting name recognition, that's three months you're spending not really honing in on what you need to do to run for president in a highly contested presidency with a lot of issues against the Democratic candidate.
Um, So this primary kind of sets things up, doesn't it?
It shows you Biden is going to be their candidate unless he decides he's not going to be their candidate.
And the longer he waits, the more dramatic and the more difficult he makes it for his party.
That's just a simple fact.
I don't think, I think, no, no, I don't think any Democrat would disagree with that.
I hope that's an objective opinion.
But In fairness to the demented old man, he hangs in there as a viable candidate.
Anybody doing 38% or better is a viable candidate with the kind of elections we have now.
The Santas and all the rest of them that dropped out of the race helped themselves.
It's one of the things you want to do the first time you run.
You want to win, but you want to help yourself.
Sanders got out at just the right time with the right spirit.
I don't get Haley.
I get her hanging in there.
I don't get the comment, Trump is as bad as Biden.
Do we have that comment?
I don't get it, Nikki.
This is really stupid.
You're not going to win with a comment like this.
There aren't enough Democrats Just because you say this and there are a lot of Republicans who might even consider you that would say you're lying because we know you don't think that.
Every American that they made the right decision when I get elected.
You don't want to go there on whether or not they're equally bad?
I mean, if either one of them was good, I wouldn't be running.
Yes, they are equally bad.
That's why I'm running.
It's because I don't think we need to have Biden or Trump.
I don't think we need to have two 80-year-olds sitting in the White House when we've basically got to make sure that we can handle the war.
I'm a little upset about that last one, too.
The age discrimination thing, you little creep.
I'm 79 years old.
I'm not running for president, but I should.
I sure have the mental acuity to handle it.
And I think I'm smarter than you are.
Oh, and if you, if you look at our schedule for the past week, it's, I work harder than you old lady.
And number two, I'm smarter than you are.
Yeah.
I know the causes of the civil war.
Not only that, not only could I told you to the provinces in Ukraine, I could have given you the street directions to get there.
Idiot.
And I wasn't ambassador to the UN.
But I spent more time overseas than you did.
And I spent more time meeting foreign leaders than you did.
And I probably could beat the living daylights out of you on any debate on foreign policy.
Just embarrass the hell out of you.
I can see you're a lightweight.
So cut out that crap about 80-year-olds can't run.
There are a lot of 80-year-olds that are a lot smarter than you are lightweight.
And a lot who vote.
Yeah, and I think if you're an elderly person, vote the hell against her.
She's obviously prejudiced.
Do I think that every 80-year-old should be allowed to run?
No.
I don't think every 35-year-old should be allowed to run.
But I think there are a lot of 80-year-olds that make much better presidents than a lot of 50-year-olds.
And particularly with the people being healthier longer, that's a little ridiculous.
I mean, you can lose great talent.
I mean, I knew Henry Kissinger up until the time that he died, and except for the very, very end, I remember a couple of years ago, gosh, Henry was 95.
I took a long airplane ride with him.
It was like getting one of the best lectures you're going to get on the history of the modern conflicts.
I didn't agree with Henry completely on foreign policy.
I agreed with him a lot.
What I found Henry an enormous resource for is there never was a foreign policy position that he took that wasn't grounded in history.
I don't know if Henry wasn't even more of a historian than a political scientist.
But in any event, his knowledge of history of these far-flung places was quite incredible.
And of course, that's necessary because, look, most of us know the history of Europe and America.
Haley doesn't, but most of us do.
Uh, like most of us know the causes of the civil war.
What if she has trouble with the revolutionary war?
Hmm.
Well, in any event, uh, but nobody, I don't care who you are, unless you're a scholar of that part of the world.
Even like when Vietnam became an issue, not everyone knew the history of Vietnam, but it's incumbent upon you to learn it at that point.
It's incumbent upon you to learn it.
If you want, if you want to be a person who, has the ability to do foreign policy and try to help the American people.
It can't do it from the top of your head.
And that's what I respected Henry for.
It wasn't a political exercise.
It was an art and a science.
Very few of them like that.
Slippery, slopey blinking.
Doesn't have the discipline for it and the character and the conscience.
This is the guy that went around and helped to defame me.
So I'm not too happy about him.
He's the one who went and got the 51 people to say I was a Russian pawn, which Biden repeated on national television.
And now they've had to admit it's not true.
And I'm suing them for defamation.
And I think they owe me a lot of money for that, for that defamation, because they knew it wasn't true when they did it.
They did it because they were so desperate to become president.
They were willing to cheat in any way they could.
Even though the American press thinks, oh my goodness, they never would have cheated on the election.
They're such honest people.
I mean, they're so honest.
I mean, well, the Russian collusion thing, that just happened accidentally.
That didn't happen because there were a bunch of slimy crooks who paid $1.1 million for a totally phony story, right?
And the hard drive was there for a year, but they didn't know what it said, and they covered it up because they didn't want to cause any trouble.
The J6 committee eliminated enormous amounts of its records, a lot of it having to do with Fannie Fannie, who likes to go on cruises with her super special prosecutor, and why she was consulting with the White House.
Gee, you think it was to frame Trump and me?
Gee, I think it was.
You think maybe she got big donations from Washington as a Democrat because she framed Trump and me?
And do you know how long that alleged crook wants to put me in jail?
20 years after having me arrested, after I put probably the worst criminal of the 20th century in jail.
I think maybe a little deference for my record.
And for the fact that it turns out that even in this circumstance, as things get proven, I keep getting vindicated?
Was I telling the truth about the hard drive?
Were they lying?
Yes.
Was I telling the truth about Russian collusion?
And were they lying?
Yes.
You're going to find out I was telling the truth about the election and they were lying.
And I was telling the truth about January 6th, starting on January 8th.
But nobody wants to go back and look at the podcast.
Because I had the tape that basically yells out at you, this may be a first degree murder.
And I'm talking about the murder of Ashley Babbitt.
I said it for the first time on January 8th before anyone else.
That's why they want to kill me.
That's why they want to destroy me.
Because I'm the one who brought out the stuff on Biden, nobody else.
And I'm the one who got the hard drive out with Bob Costello.
And with John Mac Isaacs, the three of us.
Wasn't for us, no hard drive.
Biden just sails along, getting people killed as an incompetent president.
When I say that, getting people killed, people say, how can you say that?
Let me give you one example of many.
Two.
Example number one.
Is there anyone that isn't a distorted, brainwashed Democrat who doesn't realize That Putin would not have invaded Ukraine if Trump were president.
Now you say, ah, how do you know?
Yeah, let me give you, let me just give you, I know for sure, but I'm going to give you a demonstration of why that's true and why you can accept that.
Putin likes to invade.
He's invaded, he's had, we've had four presidents, last four presidents.
He's gone and taken territory illegally, brutally.
Under three of those four presidents.
Bush, Prince Obama, and the demented one.
Now there's one in there, here, that he didn't do anything with.
He didn't move.
That was Trump.
Think that's by accident?
Of course not.
So here's what I say.
Here's quite Defensible.
To say to the people of Ukraine, like I did yesterday with a Ukrainian reporter that I met, there are people who'd be alive today if Trump had been re-elected.
Putin wouldn't have gone in there.
Putin wouldn't have killed them.
They wouldn't have killed the Russians.
He'd have stayed exactly where he is, waiting for, hopefully for a president of their dreams.
A weasel.
Crooked.
Dishonest.
Compromised.
Willing to take millions of dollars from them and China?
Who the hell would take money from them but a weasel?
A man they have no respect for?
A man they're not afraid of?
A man who has demonstrated that to a point that is almost ridiculous.
I mean, he makes Chamberlain look like... I mean, Chamberlain's appeasement was nothing compared to his.
Chamberlain didn't give the Nazis money.
He and Prince Obama have given Iran money and we have let them get away with it.
Obama did it in cash with terrorists and we're supposed to, you know, presidents are not supposed to be above the law.
That's not money laundering.
We'll be back very shortly with equally interesting comments and a little bit more on, you know, what comes up next.
Towers Foundation delivers on its promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and Pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
John is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
Our nation's heroes and their families need your help now more than ever.

Welcome back to America's Mayor Live.
So let's see, what else do we want to cover here on the present situation and going forward?
Well, going forward, I don't know what we're going to And he was, uh, the day of Trump's historic victory, he was in Manassas, which I think is the, is the, is the, uh, uh, the city around which the two battles of bull run took place.
And, um, and he, um, he was a hard time for what appears to have been a Democrat orchestrated appearance, uh, by him.
But it begins with him making an extraordinarily, now in this case, I don't know if it's a demented statement or a contradictory statement or shows you what a hypocrite he is or how stupid he is, but It's really rather extraordinary that he would say this.
Somehow, I don't think this is his dimension.
I think this is the Joe Biden I knew and realized was one of the dumbest men I had ever met.
But I want you to listen to it.
And I want you to listen to how often he's interrupted by Democrats.
Tell me they don't have a problem within their party.
Hello, Virginia!
And the real governor, Terry McAuliffe.
Notice there was a certain amount of restraint in that laughter because I think they realized that
for years they've been accusing Trump of being an election denier.
They want to put him in jail for it.
They want to put me in jail for it.
And he's saying that McAuliffe is really the governor, and he's not.
So now is that Because he's demented, but he sounds like he's on his medicine here.
It sounds like he just doesn't give a damn because he's a hypocritical son of a bitch and he will do anything he wants and say anything he wants.
He's also a pathological liar.
How the hell can you criticize myself, President Trump, in saying, gee, We don't think you're the real president, pal.
We don't think you were elected.
Now, are you the real president because legally you somehow stole it?
Yeah, you are.
And our constitution doesn't really give us, except impeachment, and we don't have the guts to do it, to get you out.
So legally, I have to accept you as the president, and I do.
Don't come and arrest me.
But do I believe you were legitimately elected?
Like hell I do.
And you've destroyed my life because of that.
Because I have that belief, that sincere belief.
And beyond that, because I represented a man who had that sincere belief.
And as a lawyer, even if I didn't have it, I have to represent him based on giving him the benefit of the doubt.
Lawyers who represent terrorists, you don't put them in jail.
Because they're like the terrorists.
You have no right to prosecute me for the positions I took as a lawyer.
And not prosecute 90% of the lawyers who've gone way further than I have.
And you don't take into consideration my 50 years as a lawyer?
And you try to take my, you take my profession away?
Six million dollar law practice.
I'm not, I'm, I'm only complaining for your benefit, I'll tell you.
I do it all over again, every step.
Because I look in the mirror at night, Joe, you stopped out when you were a kid, probably, and started cheating in school.
And if I can be happy with myself that day, and that I did what I believe God wanted me to do, and I served the best interest of my country, I'm a happy man.
And you want to torture me?
Actually, all the crap you do to me, it makes me proud of myself.
How do you like that?
You know, I say to myself, my father be proud of me.
I'm not a rat and I don't back down to crooked politicians.
In fact, I got a hell of a record of putting crooked politicians in jail and Nazis and terrorists and crooked Wall Street people and the mafia.
And I've got the FARC that wants to cut my throat.
And I've got two or three fatwas.
And I got your bunch of crooks who come after me all the time, including your damn crooked prosecutors and your attorney general, who's a disgrace to the Justice Department.
So I will devote every ounce that I have to get you the hell out of the White House because you're stinking up the White House and you are disgracing my country.
So let's go with the Let's take a little break.
When we come back, we'll cover very quickly the five stories that we think might get ignored in the rush here.
We'll do it real quick, and then we'll take some questions.
What's the phone number, Ted?
We'll be taking calls tonight, so give us a call.
We'll put that number back on the screen again.
Make sure you're calling between 8 and 9 p.m.
Eastern.
So if you're catching a replay of this and want to call in, just catch up.
Well, call, call, well, whatever day it is, call, you know, wait till 8 p.m.
and you know, we'll be on the air.
So if you, and you can, and you can bring up something for him.
Shall we give him the number?
Okay, with that.
So here's the number.
Talk to the mayor.
Call 1-646-573-5177.
That's 646-573-5177.
That's right.
465735177 that's 6465735177.
That's right.
That's right.
6-4-6-5-7-3-5-1-7-7.
Okay?
That's right.
Keep watching it, write it down, and I'd love to hear from you because there's so many controversial things to talk about.
So, why don't we take a short break and then we'll come back with the five stories and we'll start the calls.

Welcome back to America's Mayor Live on this very, very busy Wednesday evening.
We're going to play a quick Balance of Nature commercial.
Oh, can we see Dodo again?
And we'll be right.
Well, we'll go to Dodo first.
Came really close to picking his nose there, didn't he?
Good night.
Yeah.
I don't know if it's true that he actually defecated in front of the Pope.
I don't think that's true.
I think that's a vicious right-wing conspiracy.
The pope would have to tell the truth about it, though, because popes can't lie.
A lot about this pope, but popes are not supposed to lie.
But it isn't like popes.
Popes are only infallible on matters of faith and morals, and they have to be speaking ex cathedra, meaning they have to actually invoke just if they just say something that They have to invoke their special power as the successor of St.
Peter and the representative of Jesus Christ on earth, which I know is very difficult for other Christians to accept.
Kind of easy for Catholics, because they just interpret the Bible that way.
When Jesus said, you know, you're Peter, and you're the rock of my church, and to you I entrust the keys.
So when the Pope gets inaugurated, coronated, or whatever, crowned, blessed, however you make a Pope, one of the most beautiful things is when they chant, the Gregorian chant, Tu es Petrus.
They chant in Latin, You are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church.
So it begins with Tu es Petrus.
You are the rock.
You are Peter.
Name is Simon, remember?
Originally Simon.
So are, do we have another break now or do we have a phone call or?
Well, let's, should we do our top five or do you want to wait on that?
Well, let me just ask people to do a, to help, to help my friend Mike and go to mypillow.com slash Rudy and get yourself some pillows and blankets and sheets.
Those wonderful, Wonderful.
Slippers.
Oh, you get a couple of pair of those, man.
Ah, they're great.
I love them.
I love them.
And get, why don't you get, why don't you get some red stuff for Valentine's Day?
You know, they tossed, they tossed Michael Fox again.
I have no idea why.
I'm sure it is for some very good patriotic reason.
He probably said something about the election was stolen or Some horribly truthful thing like that.
You know, they don't have me on Fox ever again.
I mean, I helped start this station.
And they don't even have me on September 11.
They sort of make believe I had nothing to do with September 11.
They talked to people that weren't even there.
Oh, yeah.
So, yeah, some of the things that are going to be ignored here.
Do you know that there's now signs at airports that say that migrants don't have to show identification?
There's a certain group of migrants, you know, I'll go into more detail when we do a show on them, the ones that come in through the CBP applicant process, of which there are almost half a million right now, and they also have completely screwed up.
One of the reasons why we set records for illegals coming in It was supposed to be a very narrow process, only 4,000 a month or something.
That's 400, over 400,000 that are in this category.
And when they say 400,000, it's probably a million because Mayorkas lies for fun.
He just lies because he just lies.
And, uh, but then if you look at a, a, uh, immigration place, you'll see, you've got to show your, you American citizen or whatever, you got to show your, But they don't.
I was in Italy once and I had my chief of my security with me and he had left his, this is a little hard to explain, he had left his passport at home and somehow we had gotten to Italy.
Nobody looked at the passport when we left, which shouldn't have happened, but He's not ready to go to the airport.
He can't find his passport.
He calls home.
It's at home.
He can't figure that out.
Didn't I show it on the way?
No, you didn't.
Somehow you thought it was a domestic flight.
You went through and they let you go through.
At the time, I was about two years after I was mayor, maybe three years.
I was very close to President Bush.
Might have even been there doing something for him.
State Department wouldn't waive it.
State Department said they had to wait a day.
Couldn't come back with us.
Because he couldn't identify himself.
And we accepted it.
John understood it.
It's our fault.
We're not going to mess up with it.
They let these people come in without identification?
And now I'm going to give you another one because this one drives me nuts.
And nobody reports it.
Biden reduced the questions that the Chinese are asked when they come in from 40 to 4.
40, 4-0, to 4.
Just exactly where you should have taken the questions that are 40 and increased them to 1,000.
Like the Chinese aren't going to try to send spies in here?
Jerk!
Nitwit!
Traitor!
And you want to tell me that has nothing to do with the millions of bucks you and your crooked, perverted family got?
And you do it because they're complaining that it's taken too long for them to get in illegally?
What the hell is wrong with you?
I know what's wrong with you, in addition to the fact you're demented.
You're a damn traitor!
Yeah, giving away the Bagram base convinced me of that.
What American president would give away an airbase 400 miles from China, except a crooked, dishonest, compromised son of a bitch like you?
I'm sorry.
This isn't a game.
People die as a result of having, like the people of Ukraine, who'd all be alive if this nitwit weasel wasn't in the White House.
A lot of Americans wouldn't have died of fentanyl either, which is coming in in unbelievable numbers.
And when you say this started with Trump, like hell it did.
Listen to Tom Homan last night.
Trump had immigration under control better than anyone else.
Did he have it under perfect control?
No, he needed a few more years for that.
But I worked on immigration under Ronald Reagan.
And Trump did a much better job.
We were down to this number.
See this number?
These are numbers.
They don't lie.
The last year he was president, that's how many people came in and were apprehended.
This is the number this year under the traitor.
You think there's a difference between those two?
You think that second number makes our country much More dangerous?
You think it means that a lot more terrorists come in because of that number?
You think it means that a lot more people are dying of fentanyl because of Biden and that number?
Do you think there are a lot more children that have been raped and used for sex because of that number?
Because of Biden?
You're damn right they have!
And what the hell is wrong with you voting for him?
He's not just a Democrat-Republican.
This is good or evil.
The guy's evil.
He's been a crook all his life.
I know criminals, ladies and gentlemen.
I know them backwards and forwards and I can smell them.
And the minute I saw that tape back in 2018, I knew he was a crook and I began warning you about it and nobody would listen in early 2019.
And since that time, you can't imagine what they've done to me.
The FBI went And surreptitiously took my iCloud account.
Didn't tell me until three years later, based on probable cause that I committed a crime, and then had to write a letter to a grand jury saying they couldn't find any probable cause.
What happens?
happens? Do they lose it? Also, Fannie, Fannie, quite contrary.
Thank you.
The records have come out now.
The records from the divorce, because when Michael Roman did his motion to dismiss the case and dismiss her, he alleged these things and he said you would find them in the divorce papers, but they have to be released.
They've been released.
They completely corroborate everything Michael Roman said.
Let me just briefly summarize them for you.
Three, three cruises in a year and a half on the money That she produced by paying him $700,000 to be a special prosecutor handling a subject matter he has no experience with.
Not only did she do that, but a lot of people missed this because they didn't participate as I did.
But please understand this because usually the really critical things that go right to the heart of their criminality, they avoid.
Remember, there was a first grand jury that was completely useless.
It couldn't indict anybody.
Why do you think she did that?
Extra money.
You can do it twice.
All those legal fees get charged twice for grand jury number one, which can't indict anybody, recommends the grand jury number two, they can indict, you do it all over again.
Not only that, you get to put it off into the election year.
That's why the lover boy is at the White House.
And the four cases that are scheduled this year, They're not cases.
They were all carefully scheduled to be this year.
So he loses the presidency, which is why some judge should have the guts to throw them all out.
If I were representing an ordinary human being who had had to face four different felony trials this year, I have no doubt I could get a judge to certainly put them off.
At least two of them until next year, probably three.
And I might get a judge to throw them out because it's a clear indication that the prosecutors, particularly as they were colluding with each other, wanted to deprive me of due process.
Now, why are they depriving him of due process?
Because you can't possibly prepare for felony defenses on different charges in different states in one year and give the man a fair trial.
It's the best indication they have no interest in this.
They did nothing here that you would do if you wanted to convince an interest in justice just in interfering with an election.
That is so damn unconstitutional and illegal.
The cases should be thrown out and you know where they should be put.
The war in Israel apparently yesterday was one of the worst days in the war in Israel and we should damn it really cut out the bull of Biden and we support Israel.
Stop this crap with a ceasefire and a two-state solution?
What are you, nuts?
A two-state solution?
With a bunch of animals?
They teach everybody in Palestine to kill Jews and Americans.
We're not going to set up a Palestinian state.
We're going to set up a terrorist state of people who have been trained since children to kill Jews and to kill us?
Are you crazy?
Yeah, you are.
Are you a traitor?
Probably.
What are you, nuts?
85% of the people of Palestine support Hamas raping those little girls.
And they hate us.
They hate America.
they follow every invocation of death to the Jews, death to America.
And let's see.
I think we've covered just about everything we want to right now.
The U.S.
destroyed two Houthi vessels.
They did another attack on the Houthis.
Good, great.
Let's keep hitting decoys.
And the last thing, Mayor, we wanted to mention- How about we hit Iran?
How about we hit Iran?
And then we'll say- and what about hiding the SEALs that were killed?
You could see- you could see Kirby's face, that little slime.
How many people actually have been killed by them?
You took a civilian off the list!
They've attacked us 130 times, you little weasel!
Our people are under fire!
And you're making these stupid attacks on the hoodies?
That'll go on forever!
Hit Iran!
Go take out a Somali!
See if you have balls like Trump has!
Or Reagan.
Or Bush, for that matter.
What the hell is wrong with you?
Oh, I know what's wrong with you.
What am I even asking for?
You're a compromised... You don't even know if you're a person anymore.
You've sold your soul so often.
How did we ever get you?
This is like a nightmare.
America is in a nightmare.
This November, we got a chance to end the nightmare.
Please don't blow it.
This time, don't blow it.
Yes, Ted, what do we got?
President Trump's polling in New York State.
President Trump in New York State is down by 9%.
He's winning the Hispanic vote.
Come on, Dems, go have heart attacks.
He's winning the Hispanic vote in New York by 3%.
by 3%. I vow. The Hispanic vote in New York, you should understand, is a peculiarly liberal vote.
I'm not sure.
I see the change in the country, but when you start hitting the core of the Democratic-Hispanic vote, which would be New York, Chicago, and they start to move, you've got a party that is in the trouble it deserves to be in.
And thank God the Hispanic people have the foresight and the intelligence to look at a party that has abused them horribly.
And I see a lot of black people following it.
You don't see it.
I see it because I understand how people move in these big, big political movements.
Blacks have been attached to, particularly blacks that have been exploited, have been attached to the Democrat Party irrationally because they've been brainwashed to a very large extent.
And so you'll have, here's the example, Chicago, right?
55 years, democratic rule.
Every weekend, scores of black children get killed.
Nobody does a damn thing.
They don't even express concern about it anymore.
The black kids just die.
Only people who seem to care are me, and Hannity, and who else covers it?
Greg Kelly.
And they do nothing about it.
Of course they exploit the hell out of you.
Well, what is happening now is, so you look at the poll now on the black vote.
So Trump has gone up to 22%.
That doubles the vote that he got in, uh, 20, but Biden is down 30.
That's the way the change happens.
It happened with the Hispanics a while back.
They start, you drop away from the party.
You want to make the move right away to the other party because you've been taught such bullshit about them and such garbage about them you actually believe it until you actually get a chance to see it work out, right?
Like I did a lot when the people who benefited the most from Trump economy were blacks and Hispanics.
They made the biggest wage gains, had the biggest wages they ever had.
In real wages, bigger than now, Because, you know, they like everyone else are affected even disproportionately.
The poorer you are, the worse inflation is.
So they understand how they're going to benefit under Trump.
So they made the move and now they're in that big independent.
So I think that 22 that you see in that New York poll is a real number.
And it'll begin a process, it'll take a couple of elections, but I would say 20 years from now, the black vote will be a split vote, if not a slightly Republican vote, and the Hispanic vote will be a very big Republican vote, because the values align almost 100%, almost 100%.
Well, did we have, have we taken care of All of our sponsors and... I'm going to remind everyone to take their Balance of Nature.
I don't have it with me right here, but I took two this morning.
I will take two before I go to bed tonight, I promise you.
Tomorrow night, when I'm back in New York, I'll show you my doing it, but they're right over there.
And it's balanceofnature.com Promo code Rudy.
Just like MyPillows.
MyPillows.com.
Rudy.
Right now.
That's right.
Balance of nature.
Use that promo code Rudy.
You're doing your mind and body such a good, good thing.
Tonight I'm putting special emphasis on MyPillow because of what Fox did to Mike.
Go.
Right now.
So he gets like an infusion.
That's right.
So we're now going to take some calls.
You can give us a call at, and we're going to put that number up on the screen here in just a second.
I got to scroll through here.
We have a lot of moving parts here.
You can call 1-646-573-5177.
That number's up on the screen.
Make your call now.
And please, when you call in, so we can get to a number of people, make it kind of get to your point as soon as you can.
This person is always real good.
And so we're excited to have her on first time in quite some time.
Well, let's start with.
Sorry, we got a bunch of calls coming in here.
Bunch of calls.
I mean, when I mentioned the number, they all call in.
So we're going to go, we're going to start with a friend of ours.
Some of you who have been with us for a while will recognize.
I'll work on a better system.
I promise this individual.
We got to get Rob back.
He's back in New York.
He couldn't make it up here.
He's got to, he's got to work on a better system.
So, let's go to... I'm literally getting calls, calls, calls.
Sorry about that.
I'm getting a lot of calls here.
We're going to go to our first call.
An old friend of ours.
Again, give me a momentary here.
We're getting her on the line.
You're on the air, Julie.
Let's go to Julie in Washington State.
Hey, Julie, you're on with the mayor.
Julie, can you hear us?
Thank you.
Julie?
Get some feedback here.
Just give me two seconds here.
Julie's going to call back in.
We're going to get her on.
There she is.
Julie, can you hear us?
You're on with the mayor.
Yes, I can hear you.
Hello.
Hello, Julie.
How are you?
Oh, I'm just, you're so spot on.
I love Brant and I totally agree and I love that how you keep fighting.
And you know, so many other people feel the same way.
I know they do.
Thank you.
We just have to somehow get away from these damn corrupt people that just, you know, so corrupt and it's so obvious.
And I also wanted to say, I can't figure out how to get on X. I'm not that good with the... How to get what?
I can't figure out how to get on X, you know, to put a subscribe to you.
If she wants to subscribe, just head over to X.com, formerly Twitter.com.
I mean, I will try it again.
I'm trying, but I'm not very good with that kind of thing.
Julie, I'll follow up with you after the show and we'll get you on X so you can... Oh, he's a magician at doing that.
I have a hard time.
I have a hard time.
I tried to subscribe and then I realized I can't because you have to subscribe to me.
Oh, I see.
But you can do it.
You'll be able to do it.
He'll get you on the right site and there'll be a little button.
I think it's up in the right corner.
And I can't figure out how to hook up the QUX box.
I've had it for about a month.
That one we'll have them call you.
You talk to the genius here and he'll have this all straightened out in a minute.
I'm glad you called.
We want to get those things straightened out.
That QUX is a godsend for me because they keep, at home in New York, I get Newsmax But I don't get it here in New Hampshire, in the hotel.
Newsmax, you know, a couple of these communist organizations keep out Newsmax and One America News.
I know.
But not QUX.
I wanted to bring up one other thing about the border and the invasion, I mean.
Next time Kathy Hochul or anybody in New York try to mask mandate and inject everybody, they need to start injecting the illegal aliens.
That's amazing.
I mean, Biden let them all come in and sent them all around the country without any vaccination.
I know.
I know.
But everybody else is expected to get them.
You know what I'm saying?
I can only explain it by the fact that they're the biggest hypocrites that ever lived.
I mean, I think the pandemic really exposed the modern Democrat Party, the high level in the modern Democratic Party, as professional hypocrites.
Look at Newsom, look at Witless, Governor Witless.
I know, look at all of them, and how they keep the streets filthy.
That's never been that way in America like that.
This is our time to straighten it out, and we better not miss it, right?
Right, Julie?
We'll keep in touch.
And let Ted.
Ted fixes up everything for me, so let him fix it up for you, alright?
Thank you.
And thank you, Julie.
We're now going to go to another friend.
We had to take Ted off the air.
And, you know, we had a camera with Ted on him, but he was getting too many calls for dates.
Yeah, that's right.
I can't let him go on.
I need I need him to work.
I can't let him go.
OK, so we're going to go to Olga.
We have Olga in Cleveland.
Olga is a regular listener.
Cleveland?
Olga, you're on with the mayor.
Hello?
Olga, how are you?
Oh my gosh!
Mujel Shire, you go, go!
First, I'll start positive.
Congratulations to beloved warrior.
I'm playing President Trump warrior from now on.
He's a warrior.
He is a warrior.
You're darn right he's a warrior.
He better be because he takes a lot of arrows, I'll tell you.
So this is the first thing I was going to say.
Second, I want to mention Israel.
Well, I heard today that there's going to be conditions coming from Biden administration that there are going to be two states.
Two-state solution.
Oh, the two-state solution is really terrific.
Neither state wants it.
He's not the only one that wants it.
Israel doesn't want it and Hamas doesn't want it.
Only Biden wants it.
They say they'll not give any more money unless there's going to be a state solution.
That's what those crazy, crazy people are talking about.
I'm glad you have them figured out that they're crazy, but they're dangerous crazy.
Just think of it this way.
Why, in the name of God, would we want to create another terrorist state?
of people who hate America.
The Palestinians, yes, they hate Israel.
Yes, they want to destroy Israel.
But they are taught, almost in the same sentence, to hate America.
And when you poll them, they 80% hate us.
Now, why would we want to establish a state that hates us?
Plus, they have a history of killing many, many Americans.
Yasser Arafat was a Mass murderer, well, of his own people, but also he killed Americans.
Why would we want to make them a state until they have been as, uh, D.B.
Netanyahu says, de-radicalized.
And we are sure they're de-radicalized and not, uh, just buying a, uh, nonsense, which of course is the only thing Biden is capable of buying because He's weak-minded.
He's weak.
He's a man without a conscience.
He's an evil man with motives that are almost impossible to figure out.
Anybody that sells his public office as much as he does has got nothing left.
Nothing of decency left.
Look at the way he treats his granddaughter.
That'll give you a picture of what you got there.
And look at the comparison between Trump's family.
Quickly, and his, in terms of just being responsible people.
It's a disgrace.
He's a disgrace.
I think we can take one or two more.
You want to stay on?
I'll take one or two more, and then we'll say goodnight.
All right, let's go to Laura in Lansing.
We've got a big trip tomorrow.
Lansing, Michigan.
Lansing.
Laura, you're on with the mayor.
Is that where the Ford Library is?
Hi, are you on?
Yeah, can you hear me?
Yes.
Isn't the Ford Library in... Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Grand Rapids, okay.
Lansing is the capital.
Who do we have on?
Who is it?
Mayor, I was really impressed by how you handled 9-11.
You were depressed by the way I handled 9-11?
Well, you must have been the only one.
Hi, it's Lori from Texas.
And I kept getting... Oh, I didn't... Hi.
Hi, Lori.
You're on the air.
Oh, good evening, Mr. Giuliani.
I have been an admirer ever since I heard of you at 11.
I wanted to ask some questions on the laptop, sir.
Questions on the laptop.
Go ahead.
Okay, if someone had photos that they thought was from the laptop that they uploaded from a Chinese site many years ago, would it be legal if they had them printed out?
I don't know.
The laptop that I have, the hard drive that I have, comes directly From the man who owns it and has been validated by me six or seven times and by the FBI and everyone else, probably more than any laptop in the history of the world.
So if you take a picture from the laptop that I have, I can assure you that it's valid.
But I mean, I can't tell you about anybody else's.
People do all kinds of stuff.
And I can tell you the one that the New York Post has, I can tell you that the one that the New York Post has is completely accurate and completely validated exactly like mine because I handed it to them.
I love, I mean, I love the New York Post always talks about how brave they were in publishing it, but I'm the one who gave it to them and at first they didn't want to publish it.
I mean, she, she was a warrior from day one and John Levine and I mean, the whole bunch of them did, but the management was very frightened.
I guess they, but I would imagine they would be right.
I mean, it's a very, it was a very touchy situation.
I mean, it didn't get validated until 17 months later and look at, um, Look, they got sued by everybody and I got sued by everybody.
And, but if we hadn't done it, you would, this would have been all covered up, all covered up.
Biden would have been doing these things, uh, probably a lot more of them because there'd be no check on them.
And no one would know that we had a president who took millions and millions of dollars to sell out our country.
And you'd look at the crazy things he did with China and you'd wonder, well, is it because he's stupid?
Like Gates says, or is it because he's demented?
But now you have an extra factor that might explain China.
It's like 31 million extra factors called the money given to his family in the last five years.
That isn't a matter of conjecture.
It isn't a matter of guessing.
It's a matter of absolute hard proof.
And he got $3.5 million from Russia and he got anywhere from 12 to $20 million from the crookedest person in Ukraine.
And I can go on and on.
And it's a disgrace.
And it's even more of a disgrace what he's done to our government to protect himself and the way he's torching people.
You know, when I complain about myself, I really feel bad, but I know I can do it because I have the facts.
My heart really goes out like to the J6 people.
And I know Trump is beaten up when he calls them hostages and by the Wall Street Journal and all these people who sit high and happy where they are.
But I know how evil this administration is.
J6 is just another example of Russian collusion, hiding the hard drive, making up the conversation with Zelensky.
Were there certain basic, fairly significant crimes that took place of a nature that would lead to a one or two year prison sentence for a few people?
And probably in New York, for sure, no bail and Sure.
Was J6 anywhere near as bad as at least two to three hundred Black Lives Matter riots of that same year or the year before?
Not even close.
You see anything burned down on J6?
Every Black Lives Matter, you saw a CNN reporter telling you how safe it was, and the building behind him was burning down.
I mean, the travesty of justice accomplished by This administration and the imprisonment of those people without trial, no matter what they did, I mean, unless they committed capital crimes, the only capital crime committed here was committed by the Capitol Police.
I hate to say that because I love the police, but that killing of Ashley Babbitt is a sin on our soul.
I treated every unsolved homicide in New York Because I come from the tradition of the New York Police Department.
Four of my uncles and two of my cousins were cops.
And I worked with the police department forever.
Every unsolved homicide is a stain on our reputation.
It's our job to solve homicides.
We don't allow the murder of human beings.
Nobody has the right to take anyone else's life unless it is absolutely necessary to protect other human life.
Well, thank God for the people of New Hampshire.
I'm going to be leaving tomorrow morning early.
I have a great affection for New Hampshire.
I have for many, many years, including the time I ran here.
And even though I lost, I found it to be an enormously exhilarating experience and a really educational one at that.
I think this one was that also for my friend, Donald Trump.
For the people I heard last night, I bet we get Vivek on.
He'll tell you how much he learned during the many visits he made here.
I'm sure that's true of all of them.
And thank you, because you really came through for us Republicans.
You really came through.
70%, 75%.
Man, you sent a signal.
And you're not the most Republican state.
He's going into states that have Bigger Republican numbers.
So, you made it clear who the choice of the vast majority of Republicans is.
Now let them keep insulting us.
All of us who voted for Trump, you know, according to Biden, are evil, and we're deplorable, and we're disgusting, and we do things like believe in God, and we go to Latin masses, and we want to have control over our children in school.
We don't want their body parts taken off without our knowing about it.
Imagine that.
Imagine.
You really want to be informed if they start to mutilate your child.
Wow, you are really a radical.
You are really opposing the Marxist state that Biden is trying to create.
Well, God bless you, the people of New Hampshire.
We love being here.
We're coming back early and often.
And there's a reason you're the live free or die state.
Boy, do you have guts.
God bless you.
And I got to tell you, we were at the diner today, right?
I'm going to play some music.
We were at the Red Arrow Diner today.
The famous, the Simply Delicious Baking Company yesterday.
Did we have great conversations there?
We're going to play some clips on the way out.
Did they eat all the crap they put on CNN?
It did.
And we're going to play some clips on the way out.
We should take CNN off the air.
And just go to the Simply Delicious Baking Company in the Red Arrow Diner and just, they wouldn't even have to pay, just put people on.
They'll say a lot more intelligent things than those jackasses.
Want to play a little something as we go out here?
Yep.
So say goodnight.
Yeah.
Well, thank you very, very much.
God bless the people of Israel.
God bless the people.
And thank you of New Hampshire.
And God bless the United States of America.
All right, I went down to camp along with Captain Goodwin and there we saw the men and boys.
Let's make this tasty pudding.
Danky doodle keep it up.
Danky doodle dandy.
Find the music and the step and with the girls we handy.
Everybody that's dropped out has endorsed them.
And several, including Governor DeSantis, have warned us about Nikki Haley not being up to the job.
And unfortunately for Nikki Haley, I think her campaigning proved it.
She is now the darling of the corporate media.
Somehow they think she has momentum, although every poll I see she keeps losing a point or two.
and second, she's made some horrendous mistakes.
Every time the radical left, Democrats, Marxists, Communists and Fascists indict me, I consider
it a great badge of honor.
Thank you.
Because I think it's so true.
These people, what they do, it's really bad for America.
Because I'm being indicted for you, never forget it.
Well, if you want to see all of that, and you get a real feel for New Hampshire and what's going on here, you'll start to get a feel for the enthusiasm Trump has, which is a political weapon, by the way, that he has uniquely.
Go to subscribe.
I don't know why they're having trouble with it.
We're going to find out if there is trouble with it, and you let us know.
But you should be able to go to TwitterX.
You should be able to go there and go to my account, right?
But do they get on on my account or on their account?
From their account, they go onto your page, onto your account.
And where do they hit subscribe?
Upper right-hand corner, we're going to put a picture of my account.
On the screen.
You see the purple thing up there?
That's the thing you hit.
The purple thing up there.
When you get, when you go to, uh, at it's at Rudy Giuliani, right?
Right.
Yeah.
It's at, you go to add Rudy Giuliani.
You get the one that looks like that with the, that happens to be a March in, uh, in, uh, little, little, uh, little Havana in, uh, Florida and, uh, hit.
Subscribe right there, right below the march, and you will be getting everything then.
And during this election year, it's going to be things that, you know, that are a little more sensitive.
Like, um, we'll have a, we'll very pretty surely have an interview with, uh, with the president on there, the president on there.
Uh, you know, which one, well, you can guess which one.
And, um, We've got plenty of other things.
And then analysis that I think of and sometimes I want help with.
And we're going to set up, as soon as they can do it, we're going to set up the ability to communicate on there.
Because a lot of times I really like advice.
As Ted knows, like those sessions that you saw here in New Hampshire, a lot of it was asking people what they thought, what's important, Well, I'd love to be able to set that up as we get further into the campaign, because I can, you know, I have a unique ability to pass it on, let's say, to the right people.
So thank you very much.
Hit subscribe.
Come back tomorrow night at eight.
We'll be back.
Ted's got to get some sleep because he's got to be doing some driving tomorrow.
Maybe Dr. Murray will do some too.
You don't want me driving.
I do want to go driving.
That is one thing we have to do.
We have to go driving.
All right.
Palm Beach, we'll do it.
Yeah, Palm Beach with my race car track.
With my special car, which I'm going to show everybody someday.
Okay?
Yeah, we got to show that.
We got to do a special with the car.
Yeah.
So, God bless again.
God bless America.
God bless America.
you America was created at a time of great turmoil, tremendous disagreements, anger, hatred.
It was a book written in 1776 that guided much of the discipline of thinking that brought to us the discovery of our freedoms, of our God-given freedoms.
It was Thomas Paine's Common Sense, written in 1776, one of the first American bestsellers, in which Thomas Paine explained, by rational principles, the reason why these small colonies felt the necessity to separate from the Kingdom of Great Britain and the King of England.
He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom
of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom adheres in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
This is exactly the time we should consult our history.
Look at what we've done in the past and see if we can't use it to help us now.
We understand that our founders created the greatest country in the history of the world.
The greatest democracy, the freest country.
A country that has taken more people out of poverty than any country ever.
All of us are so fortunate to be Americans.
But a great deal of the reason for America's constant ability to self-improve is because we're able to reason.
