Giuliani with America's Mayor live coming to you from Washington, D.C.
Today was the second day of my trial involving the people that were engaged at the State Farm Arena who claim that I have defamed them by the things that I have said and written and spoken about.
And they are.
And I think I've made enough comments on it so that now that we're down to the last couple of days of the trial, discretion is probably the better part of valor, my lawyer tells me.
And I shouldn't go into any great detail about the substance of the case, which might or might not violate I guess the stipulation, maybe the order she entered today.
I'm not sure.
I haven't looked at it.
So having not looked at it, let me stay away from that, except to tell you, and you can just sort of work on this, that they're, they're seeking $40 million.
Oh yeah.
They're seeking $40 million for the damage that I allegedly did to them.
Um, um, hmm.
They, the, one of them did testify that she has no money.
They do have an endless number of lawyers in the courtroom, however, for people that don't have any money.
Maybe the idea of collecting the 40 million has brought all these lawyers together, but I actually think that might be another reason.
I mean, I have one lawyer, Joe Sibley, me, and they have Ted, how many, how many, we don't know how many awardees.
Let's just say- There's five at the table.
It's hard to get to the table.
Or is it, there's- No, more than that.
Five at, sitting at the table.
There's five attorneys.
I see.
Uh, and then there's- It's like a one week trial.
And that's five right there at the table.
Five.
And I have to say the discovery was like AT&T.
I mean, they must've filed that much discovery.
And then in the same area that only lawyers are allowed, counsel, there's four or five more.
Now I'm not sure if they're associates, which are lawyers, but I don't know if they're associates, paralegals, support staff for the firm.
However, I feel like they must be attorneys or counsel because there's also, you also discovered some support staff in the audience.
Yes.
100% and without going into details because I want this to go through the proper channels and our friends are watching tonight.
We want, we want, we want to make sure, I know they're watching.
They're watching.
Hey guys.
So the real, the real question, which is a perfectly appropriate one, not barred by anything having to do with the judge's rulings is, um, Since one of the clients today said she's having a hard time making ends meet, it's a lot of lawyers to be paying.
I mean, the law firm Wilkie Farr is one of the top billing law firms in the country.
There may be one or two law firms that bills more, but you know, it's a law firm where a million, 2 million, 5 million, 10 million is the usual legal fee.
Gottlieb, who's the key lawyer, says he's doing it from the bottom of his heart, and I think maybe there might be a few questions about that, and there might be a few questions about exactly how political is this.
But... And who's funding this organization?
Oh, then they have a... Protect Democracy?
I gotta figure out the name of it.
They have a do-good organization that's involved in it also, and they're handling some of the case.
You know money's coming from different Directions, but stay tuned because there's a lot more information on this and we're gonna make sure it comes out is purely Altruistic and not political Well, that said, let's go to the war in Israel, because it's getting complex, and it's getting complex in a place that we didn't want it to get complex, and that is up north.
I haven't had as much time to do my research as I do every day.
Sometime I'll describe to you.
Sometime we'll actually go behind the scenes and Ted will show you how we put this together.
You know something?
It's a lot of fun.
I mean, I enjoy putting it together, both this and the radio show.
Right now, because of the trial, my son Andrew is doing the radio show.
And I think he did it yesterday for sure, because yesterday was touch and go.
I thought maybe I could do it.
But today I knew I couldn't, so Andrew did it today.
And boy, he is, I mean, of course I'm gonna say he's good, but I'm really sad too.
I'm telling you, I get tremendous reviews on Andrew, and then I'm on with him a lot.
So, and I, You know, a lot of people think I'm a novice at this radio and television stuff, and I'm not a pro, but I've been doing it for 30 years, including substituting for Peter Grant, substituting for Hannity.
Well, we played some of you as mayor.
Having been on SNL nine times!
Speaking of SNL, boy, they really screwed up this weekend.
Stay tuned.
We're going to have that.
We'll have that later.
Oh, good.
I really, I mean, I feel so bad.
I loved SNL.
And Lorne Michael.
Lorne Michael was a close friend.
I don't know what he is now.
I mean, I have no animosity toward Lorne.
We've never had a personal anything.
And I've had some of the most fun that I've had ever is Lorne.
And there's probably something he did once, one time that, you know, I'm like that.
I said it about Bush at the Republican convention in 04.
I said, no matter what happens to President Bush, to me, he'll always be a great president.
for what he did after September 11.
Because unlike very few people, I knew what we were facing.
And I knew a tepid response would have invited much, much more of this.
The kind of tepid response that Clinton gave to Ben Laden when the USS Cole was hit.
And, you know, you hit an American warship and you don't get a response That says, you just did something you're never going to do again.
And you hit them so hard, they're never going to do it again.
It sends a big signal because that's been our history.
Well, Clinton, you know, Clinton went after empty fields.
And bin Laden took a cue from that, just like Biden is inviting an attack.
With his failure to respond to the now almost 80 attacks on American forces in and around, not just Israel, not actually not in Israel, but in Syria, in Iraq, coming all the way up from Yemen.
Wish I had my maps with me, I'm not home.
I love those maps.
But a map would be very useful right now to explain to you the dilemma that Israel is in right now.
Hezbollah is shooting rockets, but actually very much more sophisticated rockets than Hamas has, and they have many more of them, like about five to one.
They're shooting some into northern Israel, not at the level that would provoke a war, probably not terribly different than what they both do to each other fairly regularly, but they have mounted Some large number of troops in the what was considered to be the free zone that they kept open for kind of demilitarization.
They're in there now.
In other words, Hezbollah is.
Israel has moved 100,000 troops up to the border and has basically said, get the hell out of there.
Get the hell out of the demilitarized zone.
And who knows what's going to happen?
Israel does not need a two front war.
On the other hand, it cannot allow Hezbollah to eliminate people in the North or to make the North dysfunctional because 100,000 seems to be the number that they throw around, but they've moved about 100,000 Israelis out of the North.
Now that has to have an impact on the country.
It's getting crowded in the middle.
They moved them out of the South, moved them out of the North, crowded not just from From a humanitarian point of view, crowd on the point of view of a target.
So, I think, I guess.
If Hezbollah doesn't back off, Israel is going to start splitting what it's doing.
It's having great success in Gaza.
It's got northern Gaza completely under control.
It's got southern Gaza under fair control, almost to the point where, of course, the international community says, well, you've accomplished enough.
Let's have a ceasefire.
The problem is that Israel is serious about eliminating Hamas, and it's serious for a serious reason, not for some savage reason or revenge.
Hamas is pledged to the destruction of the state of Israel.
Please don't get all upset.
You could say within 95 degree of certainty that all of Palestine is committed to killing the Jews.
There may be 5% of the Palestinians who find that abhorrent, and you've heard from them.
They've spoken up.
But as a country, if it is a country, or if it becomes a country, these people have been taught since they were born to kill Jews.
It isn't going to go away.
So Israel has to think about, we've got to take this opportunity, and maybe the idea of wiping out Hamas, I mean, it doesn't, it doesn't, It says to me the right thing to do.
I understand how it might not to others.
Maybe the answer here would be to neutralize, but in any event, Bibi's got to come pretty close to wiping out.
He can't wipe them out completely because a lot of them are hiding in Qatar.
A lot of them are hiding in other countries, Qatar being the main one, and we don't want to help him because whether you've noticed it or not, Biden is really on the other side.
Biden is on the other side, not so much for Palestine, but for Iran and China.
Who support Palestine and has not left Bibi alone any day without telling him, stop killing so many civilians.
And the guy is doing everything he can not to kill civilians and still carry on the war necessary to protect his people.
So let's see.
Let's see if we can get this.
It's got to move quickly, Bibi.
Not for me.
I'd give you a year, two years.
I think Trump would too.
Because of the fact that you've got enemies in the White House.
This administration, I believe, is more anti-Israel than you think.
Because you define anti-Israel as the kooks, the squad, the ones who want to see Hamas prevail.
I don't know if they aren't terrorists.
But there's an anti-Israel within, with the more establishment Democrats.
And it's been moving that way for a long, long time.
And not only that, within their party, within their party, it's becoming anti-Israel.
In fact, I don't understand, and I don't understand why there isn't a major change in political alignment as is happening with Hispanics to a very large degree, and blacks to a smaller but consistent growth, meaning moving from Democrat to Republican.
I think I did mention to you that the Israelis are buying guns in very large numbers.
There have been 265,000 applications just since October 7, and they're backed up in getting those applications done.
And they used to be big supporters of gun control.
Until they realize that gun control is the best friend of violent criminals, terrorists, and mass murderers.
Because the mere fact that they can get a gun because there aren't certain laws that are stricter It doesn't mean that they're not going to get a gun, no matter what laws there are.
But if you can't get a gun, it does mean something.
Here's the difference and the fallacy that lies behind the inability of left-wingers to think.
Use the word gun control.
If I say gun control, the people that I'm going to affect are people who you can control.
You, me, Democrats, Republicans, people who follow the law.
The people that you want to affect are the people, and the insane ones are the worst, and the organized criminals and the terrorists, the ones that by nature aren't controllable.
So why the hell are they going to listen to your gun control laws?
In fact, you got enough of them out there.
If you enforce the damn things, you don't need anymore.
You just don't enforce them.
I can give you any number of mass murders where the people hit some of the bells and nobody enforces the law.
Because in a lot of our country, we don't enforce the law anymore.
Look, they didn't want to enforce the gun law against Hunter Biden because he's a drug addict.
But the damn law exists because he's a drug addict.
We don't want drug addicts to have a gun because it's dangerous for a drug addict to have a gun.
So you're going to give him a pass because he's a drug addict.
You just negated the whole law.
So a majority of Americans back Israel in the war.
They still do.
Um, 42% said they sympathize more with the Israeli people compared to 12% who said they, uh, they sympathize with the Palestinians.
Only 37% approve of Biden's handling and 52% disapprove.
Probably should be higher, but you know the way press covers things, it's a little bit hard to get a true feeling.
Hate crimes Going off the charts against the Jewish people.
No comparison to other kinds of hate crimes.
Doesn't it depend on the context?
Yeah, the context is you're Jewish.
This will be a record year for the most hate incidents against Jewish people.
Another one of Biden's records.
He set the record for the most illegals coming in.
He has the record for fentanyl three years in a row.
He's got the record for getting Ukrainians killed.
Never would have happened under Trump.
They never would have invaded.
He has the record in Afghanistan for getting the people who cooperated with us slaughtered by the arms he left behind.
He has the record.
Does he have?
No.
I thought there was a while he had where gasoline prices almost went up to $5.
Now they're only up 32%.
They've come down, and he's taking like a victory lap.
I have lowered the price of gasoline.
Yeah, you lowered it from the record high that you said.
You're 32% higher than Trump.
That's what we judge you by.
Are we better off now?
It's not, did we become a disaster, catastrophe during your term, and now we're just in terrible shape?
That's not the standard, Joe, but I don't expect you, of all people, to understand that subtlety, subtleties are too painful to the very, very limited amount of brain tissue you have left.
Who's here?
Who's here?
Are, are, are, are, Oh, Rudy's here, yeah.
But I'll tell you who's here in Washington with us.
You might not cheer when you hear who else is in town.
I wish I had a little tin cup I could hold.
I'm Zelinsky.
Give me money.
Is he here now?
Yeah, he's here right now.
I want money. I want money. I want money.
Put it this... put it over here.
I'll give it to Kolomoisky who wants his money.
Money, I want money.
They never have enough anything, no matter how much we send, right?
They're always just, you just need a few more guns, right?
A few more bullets.
I think it has become, I think it has become, they tried this about seven, eight months ago and got a load out of it.
Well, well over a hundred, well over $100 billion to him, right?
billion dollars to him right right so he's looking for another
$60,000 is a lot.
Israel is looking for $14,000.
We're over $75,000, according to you.
Now $75,000 he wants?
We're over $75,000.
Oh, no, no, no.
According to is wrong.
We're well over $100,000.
They're lying.
We're well over $100 billion.
Well over 100 billion.
And right now, Biden may have pared it down sort of in half to try to see if he could
meet the Republican objections.
But the New York Post has two suggestions.
I'm very disappointed that nobody has the right suggestion.
Not that these are wrong.
Suggestion number one is stop adopting a less autocratic stance at home.
Uh, toward your partners at home and a more diplomatic stance toward your partners.
Well, I do agree with that less autocratic stance at home.
There are some indications, although, you know, not over the top yet, that we may have a little dictator here.
Uh, it looks like he, he said he'd have enough money for an election.
Well, I don't know if, you know, don't have enough money for an election.
I don't get it.
And also they got all that money a while back on the premise that they were going to make some inroads in the Russian bridge to the sea, which I don't have my map to show you, but which, which they didn't.
They spent that money and it didn't work at all.
So I don't know how, I don't know how another 65 million helps.
Here's what I would premise this on.
Show me a plan.
Show me what's the end result here, Zelensky, because we can't, we can't.
Americans, we've learned one thing.
We've learned that Americans don't like long wars.
Now you're asking us to like your long war.
We don't like our long wars.
Why would we like your long war?
So give us a plan.
There's no plan here.
We're going to what?
With 65 million, we're going to get the Russians out?
We're going to put a line between the bridge that Russia has created to Crimea?
We're going to ask for all of it back?
Don't we, as responsible for the American dollar, Don't we have to have a plan if we say in our wars we have to have a plan?
There is no plan.
And second, how can we be so unrealistic that nobody raises the fact that this huge amount of cash of money is being given to the second most Corrupt country in the world, or the one that used to be the second most corrupt country in the world, with no indication that it's changed.
Zelensky's election was hardly the election of a guy without connections.
Zelensky was the boy of the chief money launderer, massive criminal in Ukraine, who was exiled until Zelensky got in office and Zelensky brought him back.
Now, that guy could get his hands on half of this and you wouldn't know what happened to him.
Also, Zelensky is, and no one's pressing him for this, Zelensky has enormous amount of incriminating information against the President of the United States, the son of the President, and other Americans who steal from Ukraine.
He's got an awful lot of incriminating information about his own government, because his own government, including his former president Poroshenko, who he's now in some kind of a debate with, fight with.
Poroshenko took a big bribe.
And these are all things we've got to consider when we think, well, this is a country we want to invest like an endless amount of money in.
Without getting... So what happens if we invest an endless amount of money in it, and five years from now we've got the same situation, except an even more crooked Ukraine?
There's nothing that's been suggested that would change that.
As I said, there's no accountability suggested.
Real accountability.
Transparency for the money.
What happened to the 110?
What's going to happen with the 65 and how do we keep it out of the hands of the crooks that control you, Zelensky?
Number two, what's your plan?
Are you telling us that we're going to invest for five more years and this is going to be the result?
Then maybe we got to think about something else.
Why do you want to kill more and more of your people just so you stay this way?
So for some reason, For some reason, we're not dealing realistically with this.
I know why the Democrats aren't.
Democrats don't want to open the can of worms.
Not that all Democrats take money from Ukraine, but a lot more do than you know.
A lot more do than I know.
I only know this because I've been told it and I've seen some records that suggest it.
I also know they've got $5 billion going back to 2017 in foreign aid that's unaccounted for.
And Obama didn't want it accounted for.
And I also know that this present, well, maybe all the corruption, but certainly the present decade of corruption began with Obama and a deal that he put together.
So the Prince has some involvement in this.
That could be the reason why we're so tight, because God forbid somebody should ask the question, how the hell could you have had such a corrupt administration and not been corrupt yourself?
How the hell could you have had a vice president whose son was working for the biggest crook in Ukraine, making millions?
You knew about it.
You knew about it because it was in the New York Times.
And if you didn't know about it, you really were the worst president we ever had because you had the worst intelligence that ever existed.
Is that right?
You didn't know about what was going on with your vice president, Prince.
You were in, you really were a horrible failure as a president.
We're going to take a short break and we will be right back.
So could you go to Howard's Foundation to live his honest promise to do good
and never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
Sean is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
Our nation's heroes and their families need your help now more than ever.
Donate $11 a month to Tunnel to Towers at T2T.org.
T2T.org, that's T, the number two T.org, T2T.org.
Please, donate now.
Hi, this is Rudy Giuliani back with America's Mayor Live.
Don't forget, Tunnel to Towers, just because we're out of New York doesn't mean we can't see you, right?
Love Tunnel to Towers.
Then we're gonna do this one a little later.
I dropped one of my things over there.
So, Doctor, I wanted to ask you about this gun control thing, because in New Hampshire... Well, tell us about New Hampshire, about how in New Hampshire... So, we are known as the Freedom State, live free or die is our motto, by a great general of the Revolutionary War, John Stark.
He said, live free or die, there are worse evils than death.
So he was just a great, great, great general.
But our culture in New Hampshire is really hard work.
Kind of mind your own business, work hard, keep your yard clean, pay your taxes, follow the law.
And we have great gun laws.
So we're what's called an open carry state.
So I can walk around anywhere with a gun on my hip.
Now do most people do that?
No.
You'll see it a little bit more in the north country.
It's not so acceptable, even though it's by law I could do it in the southern part of the state.
And then Prior to 2015 maybe, I also would carry concealed weapon.
Concealed weapon I had to pay $10 a year.
So we don't have a registry per se because we don't want the government knowing who has a gun, legal gun, right?
Because that's the first thing communists do is they try to take away your guns.
If you have a concealed weapon permit and you pay that $10, they will have a list of you.
So as a state, we decided this was unconstitutional.
So now you can carry concealed without that $10 a year permit.
So that's the way we are.
And believe it or not, even though most people think of Vermonters as socialists, they have very good gun laws as well.
Well, you know, it is amazing because Israel has always been very pro-gun control on the theory that they had the army to protect them.
And the army, a lot of the army lives at home.
Particularly when they're on, like, reserve calls.
Yes, yeah.
Obviously not now.
So therefore, it's not uncommon, as you've seen and I've seen our Israeli bus, see a bunch of kids with machine guns on the bus.
But nobody else has guns.
Right.
So a lot of people think guns may be very prolific in Israel, and they're not.
Because ordinary citizens don't have guns.
Now, a lot of people believe that if the ordinary citizens in the kibbutzim had guns, A lot of that wouldn't happen.
I mean, a lot of those guys that would have been put out before the IDF got there.
They had no defense until the IDF got there and they were getting raped and having their body parts ripped apart and their elderly people dragged around.
You know, it's amazing how people have forgotten that.
There's no comparison.
is protest about poor Palestine.
I still have nightmares about that night.
Israelis haven't done it.
There's no example of Israelis doing that to the Palestinians.
None.
There's none.
There's no comparison.
What I want to say about gun control is these radical left cities that are run by these,
and I'm not a name caller, but they are left-wing lunatics.
That's a good thing.
They don't want anyone to have a gun.
You look at Chicago.
Chicago has very tight gun laws.
Why are there so many shootings of 50, 60 people every weekend?
Because gun laws don't work.
Criminals aren't going to follow the law.
So I used to speak in Chicago at least four times a year and I would try to be provocative and ask store owners or ordinary citizens.
Geez, do you feel a little vulnerable?
You don't have a gun to protect yourself or your home, but every criminal has a gun.
Oh, no, no, no.
My neighborhood is safe.
Well, I wonder if they'll say that today.
Well, there are 172,000 applications since October 5th, something like that, which, of course, they don't have the facilities for that.
And they're having to get people in now to run these applications and get the guns into the hands of the citizens.
And, you know, it really shows you the necessity for the Second Amendment.
Yes.
Founding fathers were so adamant that we have it, and now, you know, I don't think we need it right now, but you certainly have to think ahead a little.
There was language, even by our founding fathers, about weaponizing yourself because How are you going to hold your government accountable?
And they weren't saying go out and kill your government, but if it came down to it and your government starts working against you, trying to get into your homes, take your guns, you have every right to protect yourself and keep with your freedom.
Well, that's why the whole thing about an insurrection on January 6th was complete political propaganda.
Well, that's been debunked.
People showing up.
For an insurrection against the biggest military power on earth without one gun.
Yeah.
Only people who had guns.
The FBI.
It was the greatest psych op pulled on the American people that I know of.
I know RFK believes the CIA murdered not only his father but his uncle.
I don't know.
There must be reasons he believes that but I don't put anything past it now.
But that January 6th Was totally, totally run by the FBI, Capitol Police, Nancy Pelosi, who had a film crew there that day.
You know, they almost have a nervous breakdown when you say it because they cling to it almost The way people cling to religious principles.
You know what's so funny?
We have more information today, right?
Remember, Speaker Johnson had released so many more tapes of January 6th.
But if you look back, and this documentary was done over a year ago, January 6th, really what happened, I forget if that's the exact title, Epic Times, It will open your eyes to what happened that day.
You think of the things that have really come and opened the elections.
Every week or so, a new report is put out by a different state that kind of blow it open, right?
I mean, really, 2,000 mules should have blown it open.
Yes.
I mean, 2,000 mules was as definitive as it could get.
And nobody has attacked the sun.
We're for the science.
Nobody's attacked the science of it.
They just say they're usually... You know when you know the Democrats are guilty?
When you charge them with something and they say, That was debunked.
Yeah, that's why I said the word.
I was being a little brash.
They always say everything's debunked, so I'm saying everything's debunked.
The first time I put out the allegations of the Ukrainian bribe, which has now been proven 50 ways to sign it.
I mean, there are no more ways to prove it.
He's even admitted it, basically.
He's confessed to it.
The first time I put it out, they said, oh, that's been debunked.
So I'm thinking debunked.
So I came up with a wise-ass thing.
I said, show me the debunking memo.
Maybe you have to show me the debunking memo.
I did see something.
No one investigated.
To this day, to now, they're not investigating Ukraine.
They just let Hunter off on a fix.
That whole thing is a fix.
Nobody investigated Ukraine to this day.
It's a crime at the highest levels of two governments.
It involves a government we're giving $100 million to.
The guy involved in the government right now has every fact about it to squeeze our president.
And it's been five years and we haven't investigated it.
When in the life of this country would you not investigate an allegation of bribery involving the Vice President of the United States and the President of a foreign country that is backed up, for example, by a tape recording or by the FBI's most valuable informant who filed a report on it a year and a half ago and they sat on it by a hard drive that they've been sitting on for three years.
You know, there's so many false narratives in our country, and it's too bad.
But even Wikipedia, I will not read Wikipedia.
It is run by left-wing lunatics.
If you notice, there's never a citing from the Federalist, the Washington Examiner.
Actually, if you want to look up something right now and you use Google as your search engine, you'll only have left-wing leaning propaganda.
So we need something that's really Like, put out five articles from the Federalist and five from New York Times or whatever, but be fair.
People don't use Wikipedia.
They lie in it.
I tried to correct something, actually, and it had to do with something in 2,000 mules, and I was slapped on the wrist right away and told me 2,000 mules was debunked.
I didn't give you any details.
That's like when I was accused of being a Russian pawn.
by the demented one in the White House by name during the debate.
And then all of his flunky 51 prostitutes who used to be agents, heads of agencies.
The 51 spies who lied.
Yeah, who said that it contained earmarks, earmarks of Russian disinformation.
Now, here's how you know they're lying.
When they tell you that, Earmarks of Russian information.
It's been debunked.
They don't give you a single example, like it came from Russia, or it's written The translation sounds an awful lot like it's a translation from, or it's Russian paper, or something!
What are you basing it on that it has earmarks?
Nothing!
Lies!

We got curious about all the words there.
Look, we're almost centered, Mayor.
Let's see if we can center ourselves.
Go that way.
Just an inch.
Look at that.
All right.
So, we're back.
Well, I'm going to welcome us back now.
I never get to do this.
I don't know if we've ever been on together, Mayor.
Well, a quick question for you.
I wore a yellow tie today with a white shirt.
Is that okay?
This is a tie that you actually either gave me or purchased for me, Mayor, or Dr. Maria purchased it for me.
It's yellow.
It's a bright yellow.
We're kind of matching today, but it's a bright yellow.
I had a question.
Is bright yellow okay with white or do you want to go more gold, darker?
No, I like bright yellow with white.
You're both being very nice to me right now.
I like bright yellow with white, but in court, you know, I'm a white shirt.
White shirt only.
I really like blue ties in court, but I will wear a red tie in court.
Blue tie is more than anything else.
I was thinking that's a great tie today.
And I had my vest on today, too.
And you had your vest!
My regal vest on.
I thought it would give me some wisdom that I didn't have my reason I have a vest.
My grandfather's watch, which I'm going to show you when we get back to New York.
It's my most important possession, including the Joe DiMaggio Jersey.
My grandfather Rodolfo left it for me and it's a hundred and plus years old.
It's a Longines watch.
It has the same movement it's always had.
I've had to have it fixed once.
It has one teeny new part and all the rest is the old parts and we'll show it to you.
Okay, so, you know, it's been a puzzle to me, because it's just myself and my lawyer, Joe Sibley, sitting there.
And then on the other side, it's an army of thousands, and they keep coming in and out.
They've got five sixes at the table.
They got the whole crew.
They got the law firm.
They got a law firm that's a multi-zillion dollar law firm, Wilkie Farr.
It's got to be a 10, 12 million dollar legal bill for them.
I mean, I know all the discovery they've done, like it was an antitrust case.
But then, in addition to those people and all their lawyers who run around with having this document and that document, then they got like a NGO Kind of thing.
Watch out for non-profits.
A non-profit who's involved in it also.
So you've got a non-profit and one of the richest law firms in the country.
And today, I guess I was struck by the fact that one of them claims they have no money or not much money, although they're able to do a lot of things.
And, um, And so how are they affording this law firm?
But okay, we're gonna find out about that.
But then all of a sudden, we take a look at the hard drive and what the hell comes out of it?
The chief lawyer's name who's suing me for these women.
He's featured prominently in the hard drive.
That is a bit of a shock.
And so I'm going to, and we'll post this for you guys to see here.
Uh, what we have is an email from April, 2014.
Again, stick with us here, folks.
We're going to kind of roll this out over the next few days here.
We'll only do a little bit tonight because we don't want to be, this is what we're sure of.
Yes.
What we're sure of is Mr. Gottlieb is on an email chain with Hunter Biden, Devin Archer, And Heather King, who's a partner here,
And Mike, basically what this shows us is that Mr. Gottlieb, who is now the head lawyer for the case against the mayor this week, he was at the same law firm as Hunter Biden, and he worked on at least some issues involving Burisma.
And now we'll put this out in a more concise fashion so you can look at it yourself.
But folks, I feel it's important and it is relevant that this information is out there.
And unfortunately, I have to, I mean, I love being on here with the mayor, but we have to tell you about these sorts of things on our live stream because, and I, I'm not kidding.
There's, it must be 30, 30 members of the media at this trial, right?
And, and this is information that would never come out.
They'll never cover this and it is relevant.
This is not a coincidence.
And it's not, look, All we're reporting are the facts.
All I'm discussing is what I see and what we know to be true, right?
We're not here smearing anybody's name, accusing them of this, that, or the other thing.
All I'm doing is telling you I'm looking at an email right now from Hunter Biden to Devin Archer, Heather King, who at the time was a partner at Boyce, Schiller, and Flexner, a law firm in D.C., and Michael Gottlieb.
This email is from April 2014, and it involves Burisma, and it's on the hard drive.
And folks, again, we're bringing this up and talking about it now because nobody else will.
Nobody else will.
This will come out, including the 30 members of the media.
It does offer some support.
To what I've always felt that this is a major political effort.
This is not.
This is a way to try to hurt me, to try to hurt Trump, to try to deter other people from speaking out because you're going to get sued.
And when you look at the amount of money they're looking for, it has to be done for an ad terrorim effect.
You know, $40 million.
You put that together, the guys connected with Hunter, This law firm comes in with a thousand lawyers and a bill of, you know, four or five million, who the hell knows what it is.
And they're going to pay for it all by themselves because they feel sorry for it.
And there's a political connection here.
And it has had an ad terrorem effect on lots of people, as have some of the indictments.
So it almost seems like it's, this is, Well, let's call it a coincidence that we're going to examine.
Like Bannon says, I don't believe in conspiracies, but I also don't believe in coincidences.
definitely newsworthy, right? This is something that is worthy of coverage.
Gee, it just so happens the guy that's going after Giuliani was working on the company
that Giuliani exposed as one of the most crooked companies in the world.
That's right. And so- For which he's been tortured since then.
And let's make this clear. I- I, and the mayor may know some of them as well.
I know some of the members of the media that are, that are there.
And so I'm not, I don't want to make a generalization.
I'm not saying they're all terrible people.
My point is some of them, cause I know they're good at what they do.
Some of them, right?
I know these people.
Oh, they're scared.
Show some courage.
Just show a little bit of courage.
I'm not asking you to be on our side or anybody's side.
This is newsworthy.
The head lawyer going after the mayor in this case, Has a relationship, I can't say to what degree, he's on email chains with Hunter Biden discussing Burisma.
He's on the laptop.
This is newsworthy.
It's worthy of coverage.
Again, I'm not asking you to take a side or, but how do you not mention this?
How, I mean, there's 30 of you.
I have the, I've talked to almost all of you the last couple of days.
And again, this isn't to be, I'm not trying to antagonize you guys, right?
I'm not here to just smear or criticize.
I'm asking you to do your job.
Does it raise a real question that this Isn't what it all seems to be, but this is a political attempt for a couple of reasons.
Use it as a discovery device, because the discovery was outrageous.
It was for a lot of things that had nothing to do with this.
They want to know things about me going back, you know, years.
So, was it used as a device to see what else they could get?
Is it used as a device to frighten other people?
It surely is with the 40 million.
And is it being done by a political operative who's posing as a altruistic lawyer?
But really, because there's a political ideological reason here, which is part of the whole group of things that's being done, the anti-Trump derangement.
Of course, it's brought on the District of Columbia, where for a Trump person or a Republican to get a fair trial.
Let's be charitable and say challenging.
So that's something I think we can examine that has nothing to do with the facts of the case.
It has to do with the extraneous reasons why it was brought.
So let's talk a little about what I missed, because I unfortunately don't watch it anymore.
Saturday Night Live.
Saturday Night Live apparently did a skit on the three pathetic presidents Of Harvard, MIT and University of Penn.
Who, when asked if the demonstrators were seeking genocide for Israel, and that they were seeking genocide for Israel, does that violate the policies of the school?
When certain things do violate the policies of the school, like anything that you say that's racist or anti-Muslim violates the policies of the school.
And people have been fired and whatever they said.
They all said.
Depends on the context.
Which, of course, outraged everyone because there's no context in which genocide is acceptable to civilized people.
Certainly not the people educating our children.
So one's gone, but.
When Saturday Night Live got a chance to make fun of it, you thought, well, this will be very funny.
They're going to really rip these presidents apart.
They don't rip the president apart.
They rip apart the wonderful Congresswoman Stefanik, who did a masterful job of questioning him, proved that the students at Harvard, because she graduated, are smarter than the professors and presidents.
That's right.
She's working on at least double the IQ of these nitwits, who have to say, So I'm going to go back over, I'm going to pull the reverse Chris Collinsworth.
Chris Collinsworth, those of you that watch football, he would slide in on a wheelie chair at the beginning of the broadcast to join the partner.
So I'm going to slide out, head over there, and so we can get the clip ready.
Good.
Thanks for having me on a little bit, man.
You're going to take a hit in the ratings, but every once in a while you'll do that on my behalf.
I certainly appreciate that.
She brings them back up, right?
Dr. Maria will barrel us out.
You know, the Democrats are really divided on Israel.
I don't know why.
This is going to be a purely partisan political pitch now.
Probably it should be like a paid advertisement, but the RNC wouldn't pay for an advertisement because they don't really want to build a Republican Party, I don't think.
I can't tell.
I mean, particularly recently, their record is, well, in any event, without getting nasty, There's some ridiculous percentage of Democrats who are down on Israel.
So why are Democrats high on the Democrat Party?
Doesn't it seem counterproductive?
I mean, first of all, whatever historical connection there is between Jews and the Democrat Party, isn't there embarrassment that you're part of the party of slavery?
I mean, I know Democrats have gone, you know, like this and like that and like this and like that, and Republicans have too.
But you want to talk about changing names and changing statues and for people who have some relation to slavery of a small nature, right?
This is the political party of slavery.
This is the political party that represented and defended the people who wanted to keep slavery well beyond where a majority of Americans wanted to go and formed the Republican Party in protest.
What the hell are you keeping that name for?
It's a heck of a lot worse than Redskins or Cleveland Indians or a statue of George Washington.
But you phonies keep walking around with Democrat Party, Democrat Party, Democrat Party.
Well, then let's get Washington back and Jefferson.
And I mean, they had a lot less to do with slavery than in fact, Democrat Party never really had a plan for freeing slaves.
Jefferson did.
Well, in any event, in any event, Saturday Night Live, right?
Do we have a little piece of it?
Let's play a little piece from Saturday Night Live.
Thank you, chairwoman.
Now, I'm gonna start screaming questions at these women like I'm Billy Eichner.
Anti-Semitism, yay or nay?
I'm sorry, what?
Yes or no is calling for the genocide of Jews against the code of conduct for Harvard.
Well, it depends on the context.
What?
That can't be your answer, you pen lady.
Same question, yes or no?
Well, we are serious about stopping all forms of hatred, anti-Semitism, Islamophobia.
The second one, MIT lady, chance to steal.
And keep in mind, if you don't say yes, you're gonna make me look good,
which is really, really hard to do.
So I'll ask you straight up, do you think genocide is bad?
Could I submit an answer in writing at a later date?
Am I winning this hearing?
Somebody pinch me.
Ms. Stefanik, your time is up.
Oh, thank God.
The chair recognizes gentlemen from Michigan.
The person who was supposed to play, who was supposed to play Congresswoman Stefanik,
refused to do it.
Did you know that, Ted?
Her name is Cecily.
They refused to do the clip?
They refused to play the part!
Former Saturday Night Live star Cecily Strong backed out of playing Representative Elise Stefanik on the show this weekend because she was uncomfortable with the since heavily criticized coal open sketch.
Strong appeared as a guest in the dress rehearsal, then changed her mind last minute about paying Stefanik, which mocked last week's congressional hearings on anti-Semitism.
Newcomer Chloe Trost replaced Strong on air.
I guess you can always get somebody that'll sell out for the money.
What is it?
I couldn't hear it, Ted, so I couldn't hear that.
Is there a way to play it again?
There's two clips, so we're going to play the second clip.
What is it that they did that's so offensive?
Yeah, so I'm going to play it for you right now, Mayor.
We'll play it again for the folks, so I can play it for the Mayor here.
Usually these are in one, but for some reason today, they put them in two separate clips.
Somewhere along the way, the Saturday Night Live that I loved, which had a certain, it was always pro-Democrat, but it always had a little balance to it.
You know, I remember they made fun of Teddy a little bit, and they sure as heck were afraid to make fun of Obama.
Wow.
Thank you, Chairwoman.
Now, I'm going to start screening questions at these women like I really have to.
That isn't even close to what she did.
Well, we are serious about stopping all forms of hatred and antisemitism and Islamophobia.
That's the second one.
And my dear lady, keep in mind, if you don't say yes, you're going to make me look good, which is really, really hard to do.
So how's the trick up?
Do you think genocide is bad?
Well, we're going to sign off on America's Mayor Lives and we're gonna do a little soccer
Not too much, because we're here in a conference room, and who knows, they may come in and throw us out.
We are in Washington, you know, where it's 98% Democrat.
But everybody here seems to like us, except in the court.
The court doesn't like us too much.
The staff at the court have been good to me.
The staff has been fabulous.
It's the court by the court.
I don't think the judge likes us very much.
But who knows, maybe she's just that way and Maria is telling me.
Time to keep your mouth shut.
So, we'll be back tomorrow night.
We'll have a little more on this coincidence here about all of a sudden there's a connection for this guy that goes way back into Burisma and sort of And why isn't that, look- Gives a little more substance to the political nature of this, which maybe the 10, 12 lawyers might tell you.
Mayor, I just have to throw in again, I'm calling on these reporters.
There are dozens of them at this trial.
Don't get a sore throat.
But guys, and a lot of them are listening and they watch this at night.
