America's Mayor Live (E224): As McConnell Publicly Breaks Down, White House Fears Biden is Next
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Giuliani, and this is America's Mayor Live, and tonight we have a bit of an audience, including, you may hear in the background, a beautiful little voice, and that is my granddaughter, Grace, who is now playing and dancing and doing all kinds of things.
But, unfortunately, I don't have information that would make you dance.
But I do have a bit of breaking news, and that is that the American First Legal Foundation, which has as one of its key members Stephen Miller, you remember Stephen, he was really one of President Trump's most important advisors, And has done excellent work since then, uh, because he does know the truth and he's not afraid to, to stand up for it as many are because, and I understand it, they get beaten down so badly, tortured to some extent.
Well, they made some major breakthroughs and you know, no one is noticing that all the problems here are with the archives.
The archives are the same ones that caused trouble for Trump.
In making it totally impossible for him to really go through a sensible review of his records.
They usually set it up for a president and make it easy.
All they did is complain, carp, make it hard.
Meanwhile, Joe Biden's got records that go back to when he was in the Senate that he stole.
He stole them.
He's also got them in Chinatown.
What?
Why would you put classified records in Chinatown if you aren't a traitor?
Yeah, yeah.
Why mince words?
The guy sold out.
We went through the whole Bagram thing last night.
We'll do it again, just for people that missed it at some point, but I give you 50 indications of how he's a traitor.
It starts with giving away an airbase 400 miles away from China.
But now we have an indication from American First Illegal, who has already received records, that they have, the NRA has turned over to them against its
will, because they protect Biden and cover up, turned over 800, at least 861 email
communications transmitted between only January, 2011 and December, 2013, just a small part of
the administration.
And they involve the vice president, that's Joe Biden, and Rosamond Seneca, the business
entity.
That involved Hunter Biden, Devin Archer, and the son-in-law of John Kerry.
Nice little conflict, huh?
Nice little exercise of influence there, Secretary of State, Vice President.
You go hire them, you get the Secretary of State and the Vice President.
But now, we do remember Joe Biden saying that he had a strict wall, I have to quote here, an absolute wall between the personal and the private.
I mean, of course we never believed it.
Well, I mean, nobody believed it.
Nobody believes anything he says that has any sense since he was a kid.
I mean, this is a guy who's a pathological liar, as well as a major thief.
Contrary to Joe Biden's claim that there is an absolute wall between the personal and private and the government.
The White House has now given out 861 email communications that went through that wall.
Obviously there was no wall.
This is another contrivance and lie of the felon, Joe Biden.
And now the ones that were turned over were heavily redacted.
So, um, I'm sure anything in it that's incriminating has been stricken by the National Archives and Records Administration that exists to cover up for Biden and to create non-crimes for Trump.
But there are 200 that they don't want to give at all because they say they contain very sensitive communications.
What could be sensitive about communications between the vice president and a private business owned by his son?
Well, if it's sensitive and it's classified information, it'd be a crime to disclose it to his son.
What could be sensitive about it?
Other than it'll put you in jail for 20 years.
That's what's sensitive about it.
I mean, if you can't figure this out, my friends, Please don't get insulted, but you really should go back to school and study because you're stupid.
If you can't figure out why he had 5,100 communications under aliases when he was vice president, and you don't figure out it's because he's committing crimes, then you're stupid.
If you think China gave the $30 million to Hunter Biden for Hunter, and not for specific projects, That Biden was tied to.
It wasn't just like goodwill money, either.
And it wasn't just to buy influence.
The Chinese are not stupid.
The Chinese got specifics, deliverables.
One of them is the airbase.
Another is, don't make any trouble over COVID, even though we killed 5 million people.
Another one is, don't complain too much about the Uyghurs, because we intend to kill more.
Another one is don't get involved in our fentanyl business because we're making a fortune killing your people.
You want a few more?
You got one hell of a president, ladies and gentlemen.
I guess I do too, but I didn't vote for him.
I work 24 hours a day and I've taken a lot of slings and arrows for trying to stop you from making the mistake of putting a 30-year criminal in the White House, but many of you did it anyway.
I really hope you're going to save us from it.
The next time around, I don't know what we have to do to show you that this is the worst president we've ever had.
And worse than that are the, the criminals around him who all are gaining something they shouldn't be gaining by protecting him and covering up for him like the press.
So the reason they withheld these 20, 200 emails.
Again, these are emails between the Vice President and his son's business.
They're withholding 200 of them because they contain confidential advice between the President and his advisors or between such advisors.
Now, what could he be doing sharing that with his son, with whom he had an absolute wall?
What he was doing was making sure that they got the correct amount of bribe money, and he did what he had to do for it, much of which is to put us in jeopardy.
Of the things that haven't been redacted, there are things that just in and of themselves could lead to bribery charges.
For example, a lot of them are getting preferential treatment for people described as clients of Hunter Biden.
I thought he had nothing to do with his son's business.
But he's doing favors for the clients.
And the son tells you he's given half the money to his father.
You need more evidence?
Do you really need more evidence than this?
Actually, you don't.
One that they picked out says that this is on behalf of a client of ours.
That's sent from Biden's business to the Vice President to help a client of the business.
What we don't have are all of the unredacted copies of emails the President sent to his son.
Directly under pseudonyms haven't gotten those yet. And again, as I said 200 so far that they've identified
Contains such confidential information. They can't share with us, but he could share it with his drug addict son
Remember during most of this time the guy was Smoking crack this is around the time he got tossed out of
the military for being a drug addict And so he's not only sharing it with his son. He's showing
you an extremely unreliable son
Who eventually ends up being an agent of the Chinese communist government?
in this government.
Well, I don't know if you want or you can bear to take a look at this picture, but that right there is That right there is the majority leader of the United States Senate.
He's third in line for the, he's fourth in line for the presidency.
Right?
It's him, it's the president, the vice president, the speaker, and the majority leader.
So that would make him third in line.
You don't, you don't count the president as one of them.
That guy is third in line for the president.
Looks like he wouldn't be much of an improvement, huh?
Now I used to know Mr. McConnell quite well, and I liked him very much.
Until he became a double-crosser.
And until I realized how much money he gets from China, which is a lot, you wonder why he doesn't criticize the president.
He's probably jealous because the president gets more.
But this guy's wife, her father is a guy from Taiwan, and he makes his money from the Chinese communists.
That's an impossible thing to do.
The Chinese communists don't do business with loyal Taiwanese.
No way, no how, and for no reason.
And there's a reason why McConnell has never said anything critical of China.
I feel very sorry he looks like that.
And if I were a person who believed in curses, I would say that's the curse of China on his face.
This guy is sucked up to the red Chinese all his miserable career.
And now he should be the hell out of there.
And there isn't a United States Senator yet, including Republicans, who've called for him to step down.
A lot of guts, huh?
Those Republicans too, boy!
Those Senators, wow!
They really care about America.
They actually don't care if we have a majority that doesn't know what the hell he's doing.
After all, we have a president that doesn't know what the hell he's doing.
They don't say anything about that.
You see the face you see there of him?
Biden's gonna be there soon.
That's where he's headed.
I've predicted that for two years, that there will be a day in which Joe Biden can't talk anymore.
Barely does now.
That's where he's going.
The guy's in charge of our country.
Don't they care about our country?
I mean, even a little bit.
They're so worried, what, that he's gonna lose a committee?
They don't do any good on their committees anyway.
When's the last time the Senate has done anything?
I don't know.
They raise, they spend money, put us in debt.
Do we have a, do we have McConnell going into non-competence menace?
Can we show the, can we play one of the highest ranking officials of our government with massive power over us?
Can we take a look at his mental state?
So this is Senator Mitch McConnell yesterday in Kentucky when he's asked about running for re-election.
His re-election will be in 2026.
He watched closely.
He appears to answer the question.
Well that's better than Biden.
He didn't say no comment.
What are my thoughts about what?
Running for re-election in 2026.
in 2026.
That's right.
Did you hear the question, Senator running for reelection in?
in 2026.
All right, I'm sorry you are. We're gonna need a minute.
Thank you.
Okay.
Thank you.
Somebody else have a question, please speak up position or whatever, but I think you would agree with me
That was that was the last time he should have public responsibility, correct?
I mean that from there he goes to a proper place to take care of himself and not burden us
with his illness Or burden his country with his illness
And he's back Oh, yeah, he's back like fine, I mean feinstein
feinstein for 13 months didn't know who she was
I think if you asked her a name, she wouldn't know it.
You tell me how she voted.
They took a hand and put it up for her.
And that's what leads to our having a president who doesn't know who's alive and who's not alive.
Where he is, the guy who thinks he's in Colombia when he's in Cambodia.
I constantly can't remember the name of his defense secretary.
Now, now he's even losing my orchestra's name.
But that face that you see there is precisely where that this is.
I don't know if McConnell has the same form of dementia that Biden has, but it all has the same end.
It's a tragic, terrible end for the person.
I don't wish it on anyone, but I most of all don't wish it on my country and really do believe that these people have to have advisors and members of their family that care enough about their country to take them out of a position of responsibility.
He's just zoned out completely.
Biden is next.
Mark my words.
And, uh, it's coming real, real soon.
I do have to mention.
that the judge in the case in the District of Columbia that's presiding over
the case that she wants to go to trial the day before Super Tuesday.
Explain to me why they let her remain on that case.
She hates Trump.
She has a record of putting January 6th defendants in jail, which indicates, I think, a person who is an extraordinarily cruel person and whose ideology drives her to cruelty.
She is overwhelmed by ideology.
She doesn't think like a judge.
This idea that the government gets a speedy trial is one she made up.
And to say to a defendant who faces a 19 defendant trial with 20 million records and you got to go to trial in a couple of months when the lawyer says, I can't judge, I can't go through the records.
She's supposed to be protecting his right to a fair trial.
She's railroading him because she is a Trump deranged human being sitting on a bench.
And her legal reasoning leaves her, as I know personally.
Her legal reasoning leaves her.
And you might as well be in front of a fascist tribunal, a communist tribunal, a Nazi tribunal.
That's the way she treated the January 6th people, the way a Nazi judge would have.
Now she has stricken Shokin's affidavit from the record.
And she did it by saying that she's not accepting Amicus briefs.
I don't know, in addition to your being Trump deranged, you're also, maybe you share some of his problems.
But it's not an amicus brief.
It's an affidavit of facts.
And it's relevant to the defense.
Because part of the defense here is that this began with that.
That this is a frame-up that you're participating in, which I think you know, which is why you struck his affidavit, because you can't stand having an affidavit sitting there with a man under oath saying, Joe Biden is a big thief, takes bribes, he knows it, wants to come here and testify, and is willing to do it under oath.
Biden's not even willing to be questioned, much less do it under oath.
You can't stand to have that in your record.
Because he ceased being a judge a long time ago, and you've become a dishonest political partisan.
The Biden administration continues every day to hurt us in big ways and little ways.
His Assistant Secretary of Human Services, Rachel Levine, Well, I will not show a picture of it.
It wants to basically make marijuana available to everybody.
Now, this is after months of new studies determining that marijuana is indeed very dangerous to
your brain, particularly for young people, that the new strains of marijuana are much
stronger than in the past and do much more damage.
And marijuana is used with fentanyl and tranq, and people have died of marijuana overdoses.
I don't know how to refer to Rachel Levine, because when I look at Rachel Levine, I can't
tell what it is.
But Rachel Levine, whatever it is, is an extremely irresponsible, dangerous person.
to want to make marijuana even more available and reclassify it as a Schedule 3 drug so your kids can get it more easily.
She's going to end up making America like Adams has made New York.
New York decided to legalize marijuana a couple of years ago.
Oh, they had a great scheme to get it out.
Everything was going to be legal.
It was wonderful.
Adams said New Yorkers can make a fortune off of marijuana.
Now, I want you to think about how stupid Adams is.
For New York to make a fortune off marijuana, you have to use a lot of marijuana.
That'd be like saying, New York City's gonna make a lot of money off tobacco tax, so start using tobacco.
Oh, people are going, no!
That's bad for your health.
Now, are you really so stupid as to think that cigarettes are bad for your health and marijuana isn't?
Are you really that stupid?
They are.
Because they're ideologues.
They're not stupid.
What has happened is, they have become so ideological committed, and so filled with fear and dread of Trump, that the process of logic evades them.
And then they do act, even the ones that aren't, like stupid people.
So, we're gonna take A break.
And when we get back, we're going to have Kara Kastronova come over and talk to us about something that she knows about.
I don't, but it really intrigues me.
And you'll see what it's about.
The Towers Foundation delivers on its promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
John is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
Our nation's heroes and their families need your help now more than ever.

Welcome back.
This is Rudy Giuliani with America's Mayor Live.
And as promised, I have, and you all know Cara, she's been on many times.
Cara Castronova, an excellent investigative reporter, and many other things, like a boxing champion, and a candidate
for the New York State Senate, right?
And I'm going to ask you to vote for me.
Assembly.
An excellent one, and one who's going to win next time if she wants to do it.
But I was noticing something very, very interesting, and I love justice.
And of course, all these left-wingers who are just as insane about climate change as they are about Trump.
Right.
I mean, where it's like you can see it in their eyes.
When you've been in the business of prosecuting as long as I have, I can pick out a nut like that, and you can see it in their eyes when they start talking about climate change.
Do you believe in climate change?
Of course I believe in climate change.
I can even name all the climates.
Spring, summer, winter, fall.
So, we're building all of these wind things that could produce electricity so that we
can be fossil fuel free, I don't know, in 30 or whatever it is.
Right.
Okay.
And now, not to mention the fact that it really don't work.
They don't.
And this is how much- Because they are extremely inconsistent.
And I know this because I had the responsibility for a while of making sure that New York City had enough electricity, and it's close.
Now, they're killing whales left and right.
Well, they're killing whales, dolphins, but that's just the beginning.
It's going to actually be very detrimental to human health.
And the whole argument that they say that they're doing this for green energy, if you take a look here, look how much fossil fuel and oil and diesel fuel one turbine will actually use.
Yeah, I'll put this right here.
They'll be able to see it.
So just so for people who don't know, they're planning on, and a lot of people don't know this, they're planning on building offshore wind turbines 8 to 10 miles off of the shore, as you can see, all the way down the coast of the country.
We're going to show them that too.
Show them the numbers here.
Well, no, let's show them this one first.
They're not green.
They're detrimental to the environment in so many ways.
They're expensive.
They don't work.
Well, that's, no, that's, we were showing them the wrong thing.
I want them to see what I'm talking about.
Right there.
It's on the printer.
Trump has been really speaking out about these, actually.
And Robert Kennedy Jr.
also says they don't work, and he's an expert on the environment.
He's against these.
Now, he says that the wind turbines in the water don't work.
And why don't they work?
Well, he said they're not effective.
The most expensive energy, the taxpayer will pay for it, and they're not going to really get anything out of it.
But since it's a billion dollar industry, and as you can see here, all the turbines they're going to build are going to be, it's a company that are owned by the Norwegian government, by the Danish government, and also by companies with ties to the CCP.
So we're getting killed, basically.
Right.
And we're making them rich.
So we're leasing out our ocean to these foreign entities, and they're going to be making money.
Look how many there are.
Here, I'll put this one down.
There's going to be no pristine beaches left.
You know, I care about the environment.
I know they think conservatives don't care about the environment, but I go to the beach to connect with God and I feel like they're just trying to like destroy any connection to God.
So right now is the map up?
No, that's the wrong map.
You can look at that map, though.
But look at that.
That's Long Island.
Look how they're going to destroy the South Shore of Long Island.
Look at all of those turbines.
All the way out to the Hamptons, all the way to Montauk.
That's the Jersey Shore right there.
They're going to destroy the Jersey Shore.
Everybody in New Jersey are up in arms.
Where's the one that I have there?
The one that you gave me?
Well, those are the one that I gave you.
Can we put that up, please, Ted?
I can't.
It's not on here.
What do I have that for if it's not on there?
It's not connected right now.
Why not?
Yeah, I mean, I have that for a reason.
You may not disagree with the reason, but I have it for a reason.
Because then I can intelligently interview the person and know what I'm doing.
And it seems to me it gets undermined.
Okay, so basically what we're trying to say, which we were going to illustrate for everyone, is that along the shore, how many of these exist, let's say from Let's say from New England down to, how far down do we go there?
Well, they're possibly trying to go all the way down to Georgia and the North Carolinas, eventually around the coast of Florida.
They're doing it on the other side of the country.
So how many, what are we talking about in numbers?
Right now they have, uh, they're trying to put up 55, uh, 5,500.
Uh, and just in Long Island alone, thousands.
Now the boats would have to get through this too.
So that's the concern and a lot of people I've spoken to that are in the Navy off the record have told me this is going to be a really big national security threat because of the radar and because of the sonar and because of the interference, not to mention thousands of wind turbines, eventually tens of thousands surrounding the country.
But this is part of Biden's dream for us.
This is a terrible dream.
It's a nightmare.
Is this like one of his senile dreams?
This is a senile nightmare.
To make a long story short, it's not going to be from sea to shining sea anymore.
It's going to be from wind turbine to wind turbine, from coast to coast with these ugly, atrocious, diabolical wind turbines proven to cause cancer in humans.
Well, the article that I was talking about was one because there are so many whales and dolphins and Some other creature that was showing up on the shore and they say a lot of it has to do with the wind turbines.
It has everything to do with wind turbines and you know the environmental groups they have that are saying that it's because of climate change that all of a sudden these whales and everything everything's because of It's not because of climate change.
I've been actually tracing the boats that are going between New Jersey and Long Island with the sonar, and that's exactly where the whales are turning up in Long Island and on the Jersey Shore is exactly where these sonar ships are tracking in the ocean.
I mean, if it was climate change, they would be dying for the last 20 to 30 years.
I mean, gore predicted the end of the world 23 years ago.
Right.
It's only since the turbines have been, since they've been mapping.
But he's another one of those big fraudulent liars who creates this entire fiction and becomes a billionaire.
Right.
This is a trillion dollar industry and they're planning on surrounding the entire country.
A lot of people are concerned that it might be surveillance apparatus because why would they surround the United States with tens of thousands of wind turbines in the next decade?
That don't work.
That kill birds, they kill whales.
Isn't this, I mean, I think that one of the things that will emerge as we get the truth about the election of 2020 and the Biden family, one of the things that will emerge is that this is all about money.
Yeah, they're certainly making money from this.
And it's also about Marxism.
Right.
It's about a way of moving money in a way that they can direct.
Right.
They get control of our money.
And have conned us into believing, not that there isn't changes in the atmosphere and changes even warming or cooling, but that it's some kind of big catastrophe and that it can't be managed the way we've managed it for Or that they're proposing answers that are actually way worse for the climate and way worse for people's health because the cables that will be connected to these things will emit cancerous, you know, EMFs.
So everything that they're pushing is actually detrimental to the environment.
It makes no sense.
It's evil.
There are now scientists that have produced reports, and we will over the next couple of days put them out, that say that the carbon, for example, is exaggerated as having an effect on heating, and that the sun has so much more of an impact on heating, there's almost nothing that really can affect it, and that climate change that takes place, the vast majority of it, has to do with the sun and the clouds and how they interreact with each other.
Well, that's the chart, and as you can see, look at that!
Let's go all the way up north there and come all the way down.
I mean, you're going to be swimming and fishing in between.
You can swim up to the big windmill.
Wouldn't that be nice?
And the shore will look like crap.
And there'll be dead birds washing up on shore.
Yeah, and you'll have to get to the water by climbing over the dead whales.
It's insane.
Thanks a lot, guys.
Man, anything to make you billionaires, huh?
Yeah.
Like all the people we killed during the pandemic to make you billionaires, huh?
Right.
We ever gonna see Fauci's royalties?
Anybody ever ask about Fauci's royalties?
Well, Kara, as usual, great job.
I didn't know you were an expert on this.
This woman knows more about the January 6th people that are persecuted.
Yeah.
Tell us a little about what those judges are like.
Oh my god, they're horrific.
Are they really like American judges or are they more like the ones we saw in movies?
The communists and the Nazis.
It's complete tyranny.
It's complete dystopic stuff right now.
Today, just today, two guys got sentenced to 15 and 17 years each.
What did they do?
One of them didn't even go in the building.
They were protesting with megaphones, but they're Proud Boys.
Did they hit anybody?
The evil Proud Boys.
They weren't violent, completely non-violent.
I mean, in New York, they would get a desk appearance.
Exactly.
I mean, literally protesting- Which maniac judge did this?
Judge Kelly, who's a horrific, horrific person.
I think he, sadly, was a Trump appointee.
I mean, these people, which is why- What, is he trying to prove himself?
Exactly.
I've said a million times- I'm so good.
I'm so good.
I'm so good.
The judges are taking orders from the Biden administration.
I'm pretty certain about that.
They want to go on the Supreme Court, all these guys.
Well, this has to go to the Supreme Court with all this stuff.
What about the Chitkin?
The one that Trump got stuck with?
Yeah, completely an unethical judge.
All of them are.
And what about the former chief judge that I have been blessed with?
Who was your judge?
Burrell?
Wait, the female, right?
Yeah.
The worst.
Sorry to tell you.
Yeah, she had the chief judge.
She's the worst.
Beryl Howell.
Beryl Howell, yeah.
Beryl Howell.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
She made up her own laws from the bench, which you know only Congress could do.
She actually made laws.
She wrote a 57-page decision on discovery, and she used my failure to comply with discovery to find that I'm liable.
That's like saying, because I didn't turn over the documents, I'm guilty of murder.
Now, you would think it'd be a sufficient excuse, but I didn't have it because the FBI took them from me.
The documents that she's complaining about are documents that were electronics.
The FBI took all of my electronics.
All.
I was left with nothing.
Go look at the search warrant.
All the electronics in my house.
They did make an exception, the FBI agents.
I don't want to get them in trouble.
They made two exceptions.
There were two hard drives belonging to Hunter Biden, which I explained to them.
One of the hard drives was abridged, didn't have the child pornography, and the other did.
I said, you probably want both.
And they said they don't want either.
Right.
So they took my... So today, one of the newspapers wrote That I was searched by the FBI.
But then they don't give the answer to it.
The FBI concluded its investigation and they were forced to write a letter to the grand jury saying, after looking at my electronics, after spying on me for two and a half to three years by taking my iCloud account without telling me, the first day they took it was the day I began representing Trump.
The day they gave it back was the day I stopped representing Trump.
Quite obviously they were spying.
Right.
his lawyer. They also investigated my business for 20 years.
And they ended up writing the grand jury a letter saying, we find no probable cause to
present anything to the grand jury.
They don't bother to put that in the case. I mean, I was completely vindicated,
completely cleared. Who gets investigated for 20 years, gets their house raided,
their law office raided, and their iCard account taken, and they can't find a damn thing to even
frame me for. But I didn't count on Fannie Willis, who's indicted me for being a lawyer.
That I can't help.
I'm a lawyer.
Right.
If I didn't do it, then they would disbar me for real.
And I would feel guilty about it.
What they've done to me, I don't feel guilty.
I feel tremendous disgust at them, including the bar associations.
But, I mean, this is, I don't think there's a way to explain to the American people how bad this is.
And you've watched those proceedings.
I've watched and I read the indictments and everything and, you know, what lawyer is going to ever want to represent a conservative again after seeing what happened to you guys?
Well, that poor guy was kept in prison for the weekend because, number one, he couldn't get away.
Number two, the judge in Georgia wouldn't return from vacation.
Who the hell do you think he is?
I probably shouldn't say that because he has my case.
But I mean, uh, the guy stays on vacation and leaves the poor guy in the worst prison in America.
Right.
I mean, the guy didn't exactly commit a capital crime.
I don't know.
I don't even know what he, I don't even know him.
And he's a coat.
Do you know that I don't know half the people in the so-called phony Rico case?
I don't even know who they are.
I don't know who this man is.
I heard him interview for the first time today.
He's a Marine and apparently a very religious man.
I was very impressed with him and very articulate.
He wants to run for office.
I think I'll endorse him.
But the poor guy spent four days in the worst prison in America.
Think about this.
They indict him.
He probably saying to himself, I have no idea what they indicted me for.
He probably never expected to be indicted.
I mean, these aren't exactly obvious crimes.
Right.
He reads in the newspaper that he's got to show up within a certain period of time.
He tries to get a lawyer, he can't get a lawyer.
Part of it is the money they wanted, and part of it is a lot of people wouldn't represent him.
Tries to get a lawyer, particularly there, nobody there will represent him.
So he goes down by himself, figuring all I have to do right now is get fingerprinted and photographed.
He gets fingerprinted, photographed, and he wants to work out the bail.
And his family had come up with a money and a bail bondsman.
But the judge was on vacation for the weekend.
And the judge presiding wouldn't take it over.
And the judge that was on vacation wouldn't come back from vacation.
Instead, he let a human being stay in jail who's presumed innocent.
Right.
I would think that's a crime of some kind.
It should be.
It's not anymore.
Not only that, he could communicate with another judge.
Which I've done many times when I'm back in the ancient days when we had regular telephones.
You communicate with the judge on duty and the bails were pretty much set.
I mean, they had a scale of bails from 200,000 for Trump to 150,000 for me and about the same for Eastman.
And then, you know, these other people, something like 40,000 and 50,000.
It wasn't as if there was going to be some major He was just gonna get bail.
And because this guy was more interested in his vacation than being fair and decent, the man spent his time for four days in a prison that is so bad that the federal government had to take it over and take it away from the corrupt city of Atlanta and county of Fulton.
Right.
I mean, you know you're in the middle of a totally corrupt city when you're there.
I mean, it isn't just this.
I mean, they're a bunch of crooks.
Well, I'm praying for you.
But you'll be fine because you did nothing wrong.
I know.
I always counted on that.
Kara, you can't count on that anymore.
Isn't that terrible?
Well, hopefully next 2024 will be a big change.
I don't know of those people they put in jail.
I don't know how many of them really did anything wrong.
None of them?
Well, some of them hit somebody and they should have gotten 60 days or 90 days or a ticket.
To be in pre-trial detention for two and a half years and then non-violent offenders getting 20 years in prison just for protesting?
It's absurd.
20 years to a former Marine and an Iraqi war veteran?
But I don't know.
What's wrong with these judges?
What do they do?
Give themselves drugs?
I'm telling you.
Do they administer, like, hate Trump drugs?
No, they're getting directives from the Biden administration, and I will find a way to prove that eventually.
I mean, you watch them in court, right?
And they look strange.
They look consumed.
They're definitely being told what to do.
They're all being uniformly told what to do.
So this one, I think the Biden or the Trump one is one who gave longer sentences than the prosecutor asked for.
She's been the strictest.
Like an 8 out of 10 cases.
Right.
She went higher than the prosecutor.
And the prosecutor is pretty nuts.
Yeah.
No, she did.
She's one of the ones that penalized people the most.
She believes in, you know, really penalizing Trump supporters.
I don't get why the liberals put up with this.
This is bad.
If you're a liberal, you should be even more offended than a conservative.
Not anymore.
Well, Kara, you got to get to the bottom of it.
We're going to have you on.
You have to.
We can next week.
We'll have you on on that.
We will.
And I just in closing, what has to happen is the GOP Judiciary Committee with Jim Jordan has to investigate the judges.
He has to investigate them and show that no one could get a fair trial in D.C.
Trump can't get a fair trial.
And we have all the January six cases to prove that that will never happen.
So we have all the data.
We just have to get it to Jim Jordan.
He has to put those judges.
But this committee and the judge who has the Trump case in Washington, has demonstrated beyond any doubt that she's completely unfair.
Exactly.
And by just setting the trial date when she did against the objections of his lawyer that he can't get a fair trial, she's saying, well, I'm not going to give him a fair trial.
Screw him.
Hopefully it goes to the Supreme Court.
Is that possible?
I think so.
I hope so.
I pray.
I can't believe the Supreme Court isn't sitting there.
I hope there's enough left there of America that they're in shock, in a state of shock.
I hope so.
I pray.
All right.
Thank you.
I think I lost my... So now, now we're going to go to one of our favorites.
The year is 2022.
Cancel culture is the new normal.
Online freedom as we know it has ended.
Digital stockades are here.
All activity is monitored, stored, and predictively analyzed by a technological cartel.
We're being converted into a digital resource.
A digital currency to be farmed for metadata and loaded into a computerized combine.
Blockchained to a social engineering operating system.
However, it doesn't have to be this way.
Be part of a new technological revolution.
Right now, 1,000 test pilots have launched themselves into a new digital frontier.
A private network outside the big tech control.
New technology with state-of-the-art digital engagement and never-done-before security and privacy features that are now operational.

Yeah, okay.
I played this last night with them.
Pick out the one who's causing all the trouble.
One of these things is not like the other.
Look at the grin on his face.
I get to go in the girl's room.
Now this guy here, I bet this guy wasn't doing too well.
Meaning with women.
That's what I was gonna say, man.
Look at him.
Do you think he's gonna get women in the natural way?
This guy was not exactly, what do you call them, like a hot throb.
Right.
He wasn't the guy on the beach.
He's not a Casanova.
Remember, the guy on the beach, there used to be this commercial.
I gotta find an old version of it.
But he used to be for like Vic somebody's Athletic studio where you could get a body like this guy.
So this guy, there was this skinny guy with a beautiful girl and they were sort of kissing on the beach.
And this big guy comes along and kicks dirt in his face.
And the girl is shocked and leaves him.
So that sends him to Vic Tanney or whatever.
And then after six months, he's got a big body and the guy shows up and he punches him and he has to grow back.
That's how they did in the old days when things were normal, but now, if you can't get a woman... Now, if you can't, you make believe that you're a woman, you put a dress on, and you go in the ladies' room.
Apparently that's much easier than actually becoming a man, actually taking some responsibility, and this is exactly what happened here.
One of the sorority girls actually reported that this biological male would get sexually aroused around the other women.
Right.
And of course, the judge in this case dismissed the lawsuit.
He refused to define women.
The guy's 87 years old.
I feel sorry for this guy.
He's gone.
This guy has gone 87 years and he hasn't figured out what a woman is yet.
Can you imagine how unhappy this guy is and how sad?
I mean, I actually feel sorry for him.
He said, I will not define a woman.
Well, I mean, Judge, I mean, after 87 years, you think you've figured out what a woman is, you know?
Well, our society has been beaten down.
It's just like with 1984 when you're beaten down to say that 2 plus 2 is 5 and not 4.
Did you ever believe that would come true when you read that in school or whatever?
Years ago.
Years ago?
I mean, I read it probably way before 1984.
Didn't we already establish 2 Plus 2 is racist and we can't talk about it anymore?
Oh yeah, Matt is racist.
Come on, Joe.
We are required by Adams City Law to have one woke person here.
So Mike is the woke person.
Yes, I am the woke police.
People who listen to him know how woke he is.
That's right.
We have to shut him up.
Usually we have to shut him up so we don't get canceled.
We're gonna have to... Right?
Right, Mike?
Just tell it out as mayor, you know.
I mean, listen, come on.
I have to do a commercial.
But I love doing it because this is my chance to have my second helping of fruit and veggies.
This is balanceofnature.com promo code Rudy 35% 35% off boys and girls for this big one.
Okay, you want the baby one this one I got to come up with a better microphone there for the getter people.
This one here.
Is the baby ones.
And I'm working on this because I'm going to make this into Christmas decorations.
Oh, very nice.
I already have thought it out.
I'm going to put a little hole in there.
I'm going to put a thing in it.
I'm going to stick it on my Christmas tree.
It's very festive.
And we will be selling those, so no one take our idea.
We'll have to patent it.
I brought a water for a man.
Water for a man.
Water for Justine.
Justine, in case she might want to partake in the balance of nature phenomenon.
Want to try one?
Sure, I'll try one.
Yeah, here.
What this does is it makes sure you get your necessary amount of fruit.
That's fruit, okay.
There's a fruit one.
Without the sugar.
And the vegetables.
They are condensed in there with a very, very special process that's used to pull, I guess, you know, like push them together.
And I'm telling you, you take these for, it depends on one to
five days, and all of a sudden you feel this extra energy.
And if you have your fruits and vegetables, anyway, just a plus, that there's no
thought that you can have too many fruits or vegetables.
Right.
So we go to balance of nature.
So, how are we going to get out of this, Justin?
30, 35 off and $25 off for this little, you can put in your pocket.
So how are we gonna get out of this, Justine?
We gotta talk about, we gotta talk about how the end of the tunnel here.
How do we get out of this situation?
Like I was talking to Kara about, and like we've talked about in schools particularly,
and the gender thing is, it's absurd that you can't tell, a judge has to say, I can't define a man and a woman.
He calls the sorority sister's definition of a woman circumscribed.
It's only, I don't know how long, does anyone know how long men and women have existed on the earth?
Since Adam and Eve.
How long?
Two million years?
Millions of years.
We've only known it for all but the last two million years, the last one.
First time I ever heard anyone say they can't define a woman is the genius of one of the Supreme Court.
Katonji Brown-Jackson, who was hired because she was a woman and also for her race, which is funny.
It also made me think, why is the left so adamant on making men and women the same, completely erasing gender?
Men and women are inherently different, but they want to segregate whites and blacks.
They actually want to do that in the name of being inclusive, But they think that men and women, well, they're the same, and actually, while gender doesn't really exist, you can be whatever you want there, but now they want to discriminate against people because of their race, not include them for certain, for schools, although we've dealt with that with the Supreme Court recently, but now NASCAR.
NASCAR is discriminating against white people, refusing to hire them for a certain position.
They don't have enough non-whites, is that it?
They don't have enough non-whites or they have to hire... So, let me interject here, Justina Mayer.
This has been going on in New York City for almost 20 years now.
The FDNY, which I was FDNY EMS for five years, they had a lawsuit saying that the FDNY was too white and they lowered the standards for women and minorities and they were giving back pay to people who started the academy at the same time as I would, so they would make $100,000 and I'd be making $34,000 because they claimed the test was too hard, but it was the same test for everybody.
Well, when you're being tested to save people's lives, if you lower the standards, don't these nitwits realize you kill people?
Mayor, you would be correct, but right now the commissioner of the fire department, the greatest fire department in the whole galaxy as you know.
She's making a disaster.
She's never been a firefighter, she's never been EMS, she's never even been in the service, never even been in the law enforcement.
Has she ever worked?
Apparently not.
She's ruining the fight.
Does she ever go to school?
It's not because she's a woman.
I know plenty of qualified women in the fight department.
We have two right here.
Two more in there.
In the FDNY, I know plenty of qualified women who can be the commissioner, but they pass her up because, you know, whatever.
But like I said, and the police department, it's happening all over the city.
It's just going to keep happening.
Didn't she get rid of all the senior people?
No, the chiefs wanted a demotion because they couldn't take taking orders from a woman who has zero experience as a firefighter or EMT or something like that.
People should understand about our fire department.
These are people who are extraordinarily bright.
They have to pass exams.
Like when you see a top official of the fire department, He has passed at least three exams.
They're increasingly harder and harder.
Nobody's put him there.
I couldn't, as a mayor, I couldn't make somebody pass a test.
Now, I could make a detective, but I couldn't make a sergeant.
My best friend could be a sergeant, and I'm the mayor.
I can't make him a sergeant.
You've got to pass the test.
And I mean, until they started cheating, which is what this is, what affirmative action is, cheating.
Nobody could fool around with those tests.
The smartest guy or woman got the job.
Or the one best physically qualified got the job.
Which is what we owe to the people that we're protecting.
This isn't a game.
This isn't a political game.
This isn't like, you've got 65% of this and 32% of that.
This is implying your intellect.
to save people's lives.
And you do that with the best qualified people to save lives.
And when you when you vary from that, I can guarantee you, I'll tell you what David Dinkins did.
David Dinkins cut down the number of fire stations in this city, because there weren't enough fires.
He's right.
There were many fewer fires.
But the minute you change a fire station, you make it that much longer to get the fire truck to the house.
Right.
And minutes make a difference.
Seconds.
Seconds.
I got elected in large part because I put all those firehouses back.
And while I was running against him every time a person died there, Because Dinkins got him killed by taking out the firehouses.
I made a point of it and went to visit the family.
Now, that guy, based on his political silliness, got people killed.
And here was the answer.
Remember he said he was with the fire department?
Right.
They didn't do that before me.
I made the firefighters EMTs.
That's right.
Because I said, instead of having to sacrifice these locations, so that right now there's a firehouse, one, two, three, three and a half blocks from here.
If they closed it down because there weren't enough firefighters, the nearest firehouse might be a mile from here.
Right.
That could take an extra three minutes to get here and we could all be dead.
So I kept the firehouse and I gave the firefighters more to do.
Now, if a liberal wasn't all screwed up in their head, I'm serious, if they weren't all screwed up in their head with this craziness, they would think of the practical solution.
This is why they should never govern.
They shouldn't be allowed to, look what they do to cities.
They shouldn't be able to govern because they think irrational thoughts that don't work on, they work in their head, but they don't work on paper.
Well, I would say Mark's orders.
Mark's may be the one they're following.
Mayor, my point was that I want you, I have you to personally thank for my EMS career.
I want to tell everybody this that's watching because if it wasn't for Mayor Giuliani, there would be no FDNY EMS.
It would just be New York Health and Hospitals and FDNY.
So this man right here saved firefighters jobs.
He created EMS Bureau for the station, for the city.
So when you call 911 and the FDNY ambulance shows up at your house or your job, you thank this man right here.
That's because of him.
Absolutely.
And what we, and I also have to thank, I also have to thank, and maybe, maybe you'll see him around September 11.
We should also thank Tom von Essen.
That's right.
Who was the head of the union at the time.
They had to accept that.
Firefighters didn't want to accept it.
No.
We talked him into it.
Tommy helped me a lot.
Then he became the fire commissioner.
And by the time we were finished, we had an integrated department.
Every year we'd have a ceremony and we would pick out the people that we saved That wouldn't have been saved if we didn't have these extras.
The second chance breakfast.
Yeah.
Yep.
And we did that to increase morale.
That's right.
We did that to increase morale.
You see, these jackasses don't do anything like that.
See what I just told you?
They don't do it.
Every single month I had a town hall meeting.
The only one I missed was Which one?
September.
September 11th.
2011.
I missed that month.
2001.
So I did two in December on the way up.
Please get Rudy Giuliani as the mayor of the city again.
And I would, I would, unlike, unlike, uh, the man in the white house is on permanent vacation.
I would answer every question I would require you to let me answer.
However, and my rule was, I'm not going to interrupt you.
So you better not interrupt me.
Because I knew I had answers for them.
And if I didn't have answers for them, I went and got the answers.
Oh, you knew me.
And I believed it was my job.
It was my job to serve them.
And I used to tell my commissioners who would sometimes get annoyed that every month they'd have to go out to the Bronx or Staten Island or Harlem or here.
And I said, we work for them.
Imagine that.
Our job is We're a service organization.
Our job is to serve them effectively.
Wait, so Mayor, your town hall, you didn't accuse anyone of talking to you like you're on a plantation like Eric Adams did?
What?
Oh yeah, when he pointed out he accosted- And the woman was a holocaust survivor?
Exactly.
Can you believe the balls on this guy?
No, but you know, unlike Eric Adams, I have to say in fairness to Eric, unlike Eric Adams, God has never talked to me.
Oh, right.
And you're not Gandhi.
You're not Gandhi either.
I don't think so.
No, I don't think so either.
He's Gandhi.
Are you sure?
I couldn't do the fast.
I would sneak tidbits or ice cream.
I'd sneak ice cream.
I hate to mention that I love ice cream because of Biden.
I keep thinking it might be a function of, you know, We won't let Biden destroy ice cream for us.
Please.
I mean, it does, though.
And I happen to like vanilla ice cream.
I actually asked the doctors that I consult on Biden, is that a symptom?
They said, no, no, it's not a symptom.
Don't worry.
It may be a symptom of how crazy you are that you think it, but it's not a symptom of dementia.
He already has brain freeze.
No ice cream needed.
Mr. Mayor, I want to... What's your name again?
Oh, I forget.
Oh, what?
What?
Thank you for having me on this show.
When I get up, which way do I go?
That way?
Mr. President, that's the wall.
Or that island is on fire over there.
He doesn't know what island's on fire.
He doesn't even know what state.
The island's on fire.
Alaska!
The island's on fire.
That's the greatest thing I've ever heard.
Isn't it?
Isn't it?
Isn't there something wrong that we just did that and we all laughed?
Don't you feel funny when you laugh?
No.
No, but don't you feel like this is so serious?
We shouldn't be.
What else are we going to do, though?
We can't go remove them.
I mean, we tried that once, the interaction.
It didn't work.
Maybe we should have brought guns to that insurrection.
I don't know.
You know, they're now saying on... Kara?
Kara, I want you to... They're gonna get you for terroristic threats.
I was kidding!
I was kidding!
They're gonna storm the room right now.
It was a joke!
The mayor was joking.
I was being sarcastic that it wasn't an insurrection.
It was a joke.
But Kara, you know more about it than anybody.
They're now saying that they're going to stop Trump from running because he participated in an insurrection.
But they haven't charged an insurrection.
They haven't proved an insurrection.
And the whole thing, it was an insurrection without guns, without a plan.
I mean, what kind of craziness is that?
Did she leave?
What do you think?
How are they getting away with that?
That's what they came up with the seditious conspiracy for, so that they could, you know, Come up here.
They tried really hard, actually, to get Trump, you know... On insurrection.
On insurrection, they tried to, you know, say that there were guys that were guilty of seditious conspiracy, which is the closest thing they could find to insurrection.
But that doesn't disqualify you from office.
Insurrection does.
Nothing disqualifies you from office.
Trump will get elected either way.
No, I think if you're convicted of insurrection, you're disqualified from office.
There's a crime that, like, I'll give you one.
If you're convicted of conflict of interest, you disqualify from all this.
Well, and shouldn't have all the... That's only a two-year... conflict of interest is only a two-year felony, but if you're convicted, you're disqualified from all this.
We could convict Biden of that tomorrow in a two-day trial.
Shouldn't all the Democrat leaders who instigated all the BLM and Antifa riots, shouldn't they be disqualified from office?
Of course!
What about Maxine Waters?
And then when they called for... No, but now you're talking about the Untouchables.
Maxine Waters can go in the middle of the city and inspire a riot and it's perfectly okay.
Or Schumer can say, you know, go get Judge Kavanaugh.
Somebody can go get Judge Kavanaugh and that's okay.
Right.
We forgot there are lords and saviors, so we can't touch them.
We can't throw them in jail.
It's only when people question, rightfully question election results and question the current government that, oh, we're instigating violence.
Because now speech is considered violence, as long as that speech is any speech that is right of the left, right of radical left.
So how do we work our way out of this?
Let's give everybody a chance to give a suggestion.
We'll start with you, Justin.
How do we get out of this?
Is our only answer the election?
I think that, I always say that there's safety in numbers, and I know that that seems to be cliche to say, but one person, at least one person, has to risk everything in order to question the government.
And not just question government, but question, to put their foot down and say no to teachers telling your kids that they're a different gender than they were born with.
To stand up to To this cultural revolution, to stand up to these institutions peddling woke ideology, and you might get fired, you might even be thrown in jail, or get in trouble, get completely cancelled and doxxed, and it's scary, and that's why so many people do not want to stand up.
What's happening now is that They want to make an example out of you, out of President Trump, out of everyone who is questioning the new cultural revolution.
They want to say, look what we're doing to these guys.
If we can do it to these guys, we can come for you too.
But unfortunately, you have to risk that.
And I think that if one or two people start, one or two people with giant platforms, Do risk their positions to speak for truth.
Other people will eventually follow.
People will get sick of this and people are getting sick.
No, I think they are.
And what do you think, Kara?
I have to come over.
I mean, I think that what you just said is what people did on January 6th.
They were just really protesting.
It wasn't, you know, dying a hill or anything.
I think what needs to happen really is the Supreme Court needs to get involved.
And I think that the Republicans have to start doing their job because they're not like the GOP in Congress right now.
Why aren't they standing up for the January 6th defendants?
Why aren't they stepping in more?
Why haven't they impeached him yet?
My God.
I mean, I don't know what else.
He's got to go in the middle of the street and shoot somebody.
Right, so it's frustrating.
And we have to put the pressure, I think, on the power that we have now, which is the House, to actually investigate and impeach.
And we're not.
And it's really mind-boggling to me.
It's upsetting.
Here's my Grace!
Hello, Grace!
Why don't we ask her what she thinks?
Yeah, Grace knows the answer.
What's the answer to the world's problems?
Here's Grace.
Oh, we're going to conclude in three minutes.
Since Grace has to go, we'll give everybody a chance to give their... Go ahead.
Everybody gets a chance to get there.
What I would say is that it's probably a good thing to think of it this way.
Conservative patriots have been talking about this for years now.
We're not just saying this today.
We didn't just think of it today.
We've been trying to warn people for years about the impending disaster.
It may be too late.
How's that?
Maybe you should think about that.
No, it's not too late.
Right.
Well, we would hope.
How do you urge people?
Remember, like the guy on a movie, stick your head out the window and yell, we're not going to take this anymore.
All right, Jed.
It's definitely not too late, Mayor.
We need to support, obviously, people like you and the president who are on the front lines.
We have to win in 2024.
We have to vote.
It has to be at this point for President Trump.
That's for sure.
That's for sure.
We have to win in 2024, big time.
But everyone can do their part in their community with their friends, not to back down.
And we have to destroy that party.
It's become evil.
And they have to reestablish a democratic party, a good one.
You've got the last one.
I'll have the last word.
Go ahead.
Mayor, you always have the last word.
Come on.
So, since when I ran for office in local elections, I think the biggest challenge is getting people actually out to vote, right?
Because a lot of people these days believe that elections are BS and they don't matter.
So we could somehow change people's minds and spend the money.
This is the difference real quickly.
This is the difference between Democrats and Republicans.
Democrats spend the money.
To get people out and all this stuff.
Republicans, for some reason, they don't spend a lot of money on elections and that needs to change.
That's my opinion.
All right.
Well, I think the answer is a combination of a lot of the things that you said.
I think first of all, we got to win the election big time and have to really deliver them an electoral message that reforms that party.
It also should change its name because it's the party of slavery.
Second, The Supreme Court has to step in.
The Supreme Court justices that were put there because they are faithful to the Constitution have got to stop thinking like politicians, some of them, and start thinking like judges.
They've become too much, you know, we're worried about the court and we're worried about the... While they're worried about the court, we're losing our country.
You know, there ain't gonna be no court when we become a communist country.
So at a time where we're too critical of stage, how about you think about the law and everything they're doing is damn illegal.
Everything!
And finally, people have to get involved.
And I think the best answer there are the parents.
I think the parents are the ones that have given us A group that isn't going to stop because they're not going to let their kids get, um, they're not going to let their kids get perverted.
The mama bears.
Yeah, I think that's the answer.
So I want to thank you all for tuning in.
We'll be back again tomorrow.
We'll be on wabzradio.com at three.
We'll be right here at eight and we'll be working on how we solve this because we love this country.
God bless America.
Yeah!
Woo!
Our purpose, to bring to bear the principle of common sense and rational discussion to
the issues of our day.
you.
America was created at a time of great turmoil, tremendous disagreements, anger, hatred.
It was a book written in 1776 that guided much of the discipline of thinking that brought to us the discovery of our freedoms, of our God-given freedoms.
It was Thomas Paine's Common Sense, written in 1776, one of the first American bestsellers, in which Thomas Paine explained, by rational principles, the reason why these small colonies felt the necessity to separate from the Kingdom of Great Britain and the King of England.
He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom
of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom adheres in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
This is exactly the time we should consult our history.
Look at what we've done in the past and see if we can't use it to help us now.
We understand that our founders created the greatest country in the history of the world.
The greatest democracy, the freest country.
A country that has taken more people out of poverty than any country ever.
All of us are so fortunate to be Americans.
But a great deal of the reason for America's constant ability to self-improve is because we're able to reason.
We're able to talk.
We're able to analyze.
