Workin' all day Overtime hours For bullshit pay So I can sit out here And waste my life away Drag back home And drown my troubles away It's a damn shame What the world's gotten to For people like me For people like you Wish I could just wake up And it not be true But it is All it is is living in the new world with an old soul.
Rich man North Rich man Lord knows it all Just wanna have total control
Wanna know what you think Wanna know what you do
And they don't think you know But I know that you do
Cause your dollar ain't shit And it's taxed to no end
North Rich man North Rich man North Rich man North Rich man
I wish politicians Good evening
This is Rudy Giuliani, and this is America's Mayor Live.
And that song you just heard is the number one song in America.
It might in fact be the number one song in a number of other countries, but it's certainly the number one song in America.
It has been for a few days now.
And it is quite controversial.
Not for me, probably not for you.
But for all the people who are part of the establishment and the deep state and because they believe that it's an attack on them, that they are essentially the rich men north of Richmond.
I must say, its success has to tell you something about America and how it feels about the current conditions under the Biden administration, because this had no advertising, this had no commercial push, this has no label behind it.
I believe this is the first time that Oliver Anthony recorded with a professional microphone, although he's had several other hits.
He actually right now has The number three and the number seven song on the charts as well.
So he's kind of, I mean, it's unbelievable success in a very short period of time.
It was just in July, according to the things written about him, it was just in July that he, in July of this year, where he promised God that he would stay sober so that he could And so that God could help him follow his dreams.
And about 30 days later, he has the number one song in America and possibly the world.
And God acted pretty quickly here.
So, I mean, the lyrics are brilliant, I think.
and they capture, you know, modern America.
I don't know the numbers, but the numbers on YouTube went to the tens of millions
and they're still going up in terms of views.
I I've been selling my soul, working all day, overtime hours for bullshit pay.
But I can sit out here and waste my life away.
Drag back home, drown my troubles away.
It's a damn shame what the world's gotten to for people like me and people like you.
Wish I could just wake up and it not be true.
Oh my goodness.
Last three, four years, it must have been many times where I said that.
This can't be true.
We can't be giving the Bagram Air Base away.
And helping China in the most significant way you could, taking away an airbase 400 miles from them.
Only a traitor would do that.
We couldn't have gotten those people killed in Afghanistan.
The way we did, no sane person would make the decisions that were made.
We can't possibly have these district attorneys all over the country that let criminals out.
And we have record murders in many of the cities in the United States over the last two years.
People getting slaughtered, disproportionately black people.
I mean, I don't know how often I said that.
I want to say to myself, I'm going to get up again and maybe things will be different.
It's a damn shame what the world's gotten to for people like me and people like you.
Wish I could just wake up and it not be true, but it is.
Oh, it is.
And then, and then, uh, and then he, he, he, he goes after his targets living in the new world with an old soul.
These rich men north of Richmond, Lord knows they all just want to have total control.
Now, during the pandemic, now, remember Biden first came into office, he ruled by dictate, by dictates that he signed, some of them now reversed by the court.
He was, dictators ruled by dictate.
Hmm.
Lord knows they all just want to have total control.
That's the whole problem with the Democrat Party.
Look at the governors during the pandemic.
Little, little, um, little dictators.
Want to know what you think?
Want to know what you do?
And they don't think you know, but I know that you do.
The deplorables, right?
The deplorables, the, The people in New Palestine that, you know, Biden has still not paid any attention to.
You can go on and on.
The MAGA people, which only make up about 40 to 50 percent of America.
they're all considered to be not nearly as valuable, as intelligent
as the rich men north of Richmond, meaning the people in Washington.
Huh.
Cause your dollar ain't shit, and it's taxed to no end.
Cause of Richmond, north of Richmond.
I wish politicians would look out for miners.
Well, they're trying to destroy miners.
The Richmond, north of Virginia, correct?
And not just miners on an island somewhere.
We know we're talking about Epstein.
That ever occurred to you?
Epstein had all these clients?
We haven't gotten more than one or two names?
Think maybe it's being covered up?
Lord, we get folks in the street.
Ain't got nothing to eat.
Yep.
We do, and we give the illegal migrants selected by the Mexican cartels, the 100,000 that now inhabit New York City, we give them much better food and much better accommodations than our own people, our own homeless and our own veterans that are homeless.
I mean, this guy's right on target.
We got folks in the street, ain't got nothing to eat.
And the obese milking welfare.
Boy, that's a shot, huh?
Well, they said this is very insensitive.
Meanwhile, it's one of the major causes of death in America, obesity.
Shouldn't somebody take it on?
We're just going to enable people like we do with drugs?
Well, God, if you're 5'3 and you're 300 pounds, Taxes ought not to pay for your bags of fudge rounds.
Young men are putting themselves six feet in the ground because all this dream, all this damn country does is keep on kicking them down.
Well, we'll see how long it lasts.
As number one, it has been, uh, it has been hailed as the theme for, uh, the regular American for the hardworking I guess they were called at one time during the Nixon era, the silent majority.
Well, with a song like that, they ain't gonna be silent too long, right?
And so, I hope you enjoyed it, and maybe we'll play a little more of it at the end.
Well, I still can't believe, and there's been no clarification, that Biden wants to let Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other terrorists that killed almost 3,000 New Yorkers, 3,000 Americans, including a disproportionate number of New Yorkers.
Killed people in the three locations, of course, were over the skies, Pennsylvania, when they came down, when the plane was taken down, of course, the Pentagon, and then in the World Trade Center.
My fire commissioner at the time, Tom von Essen, wrote an op-ed piece for the New York Post today, basically saying, quite directly, because Tom is a strong, direct man.
He was actually the head of FEMA during COVID and did a remarkable job.
But Tom basically says that this is a A blow right to the heart, particularly of the firefighters and police officers who died, who he can speak for more, but also for many, many of the families.
And we heard that all day today.
This fits this song because this is a president, Biden, who seems to make a catastrophic mistake every day.
Because I don't think he knows anything about the country that he's supposedly running, I think.
And I'm not sure he's running it.
That's the other problem.
But now the plea negotiations could mean they would not face the death penalty, which would make them trade bait, which Biden has shown he uses very irresponsibly.
So we could have these guys out in a very short period of time.
Should we show them the picture that we have there?
That is Osama bin Laden.
This was the guy who, for years, planned a major attack on America and warned us he would do it.
Our intelligence on Osama bin Laden was extremely faulty.
He attacked us outside the United States, even committed acts of war, declared war against us, paid no attention to him, kind of like Chamberlain did with Hitler.
And of course it's, you know, the 51 intelligence prostitutes that basically completely lied Uh, created a fraud in the election of 2020 by saying is the hard drive had, uh, indications of the Russian collusion, earmarks of Russian collusion.
Oh, they're the ones who got the intelligence wrong about him.
They also got the intelligence wrong about the weapons of mass destruction.
Got the intelligence wrong about Benghazi.
Maybe they were never very much, huh?
Maybe they were always Richmond, north of Richmond, huh?
Well, that's bin Laden.
I would like to remind you that Biden was the one person, at least I've read, that Biden was the one person in the Obama cabinet that was opposed to killing him.
Maybe he wanted to give him a medal.
I don't know.
Now, here is the animal that he wants to spare from the death penalty.
This guy was the guy sent to the United States to lead the attack.
And without him, I don't think it ever could have been pulled off.
This is a mass killer.
And we're not going to execute him.
It's been 22 years.
23 years it'll be now.
And this guy is, I mean, one of the reasons it's held up is they say the guy was tortured and they're not sure what they could use.
He sure doesn't look like he was tortured.
He looked kind of fat to me.
It's in that song with the obesity problem.
He's been eating our food for quite some time.
And it's been costing us a fortune.
And there is a picture that I never show.
But I'm showing it tonight because I want to remind you of what this guy did.
He did that. He is the one who did that.
This guy should be spared the death penalty.
He did that.
How did we elect Biden?
Fraud.
Oh, we'll get to the fraud in the election itself.
That's also going to... Remember I showed you a chart the other night where I've been right, they're lying.
I'm telling the truth, they're lying.
I'm telling the truth, they're lying.
Why wouldn't that pattern just remain?
I told the truth about Russian collusion.
It was a big hoax.
They paid $1.1 million to perpetrate it.
Biden was part of it, Obama, Hillary did it.
And the press bought it.
But they were the ones who were lying all along, and I was telling the truth.
Took three, four years to get to that point, but then we could, I think I still have the chart there.
The Biden-Ukraine bribe.
We don't have to put it out.
The Biden-Ukraine bribe, I told you all about that.
And I was lying.
I wasn't telling the truth.
I was doing it to interfere with the election.
It turns out what I told you is 100% right and worse.
Again, who are the liars?
The ones going after Trump now are the liars.
I was telling the truth and so was Trump.
And then we can get to the hard drive with the 51 guys that got Ben Laden wrong.
They also didn't get that wrong.
They deliberately lied because they're dishonorable men and taken no punishment in the press for it.
Because the press feels it's okay to lie about matters as significant as whether a president is a lifetime crook.
Because that's what the hard drive shows.
30 years of being a public official up for sale.
And that was the Americans were deprived of that.
And these prostitutes went along with it.
And they're still treated like they're serious people in Washington.
After all, they're rich men north of Richmond.
And they have become, in a sense, dictators.
They can put us in jail for doing our job as a lawyer.
They can raid our law offices.
They can raid the ex-president of the United States House.
But when Their people commit crimes that are real crimes and much more serious in nature.
And the evidence is considerably stronger.
They just let it go.
No one's raided Biden.
There's evidence now that he took about $40 million and he's still sitting there.
And he's sitting there babbling.
And now he took a situation in Hawaii.
That should be in fairness compared to Katrina, in which they tortured President Bush, and I think quite unfairly.
He's done nothing for Hawaii.
People, the comments in Hawaii is that FEMA has done nothing.
The only help has come locally.
That's the only thing he can really do is FEMA.
And then, He doesn't bother to come off his vacation to say anything about it.
Stays on a beach looking like a jackass.
Walking like he doesn't know where he's going.
And then finally, when they get a chance to ask him, he says, no comment.
Bam!
Yeah, we can play that.
But he just did it again.
Will you come talk about the Hawaii response, Mr. President?
Thank you.
This is a mean, vicious man to do that.
Then, he said yesterday, he said he's going to go to Hawaii now.
He's actually going on vacation and he's going to take a side trip to Hawaii.
He just got back from vacation.
In any event, maybe it's better when he's on vacation.
It would be nice though to know who's making the decisions.
You are entitled to that.
So he's now going to go to Hawaii.
So as you would imagine, the press asked him, can you tell us about your trip, sir?
And his answer was, no, not now.
I'm going to be leaving and I'll be there on Monday.
Why is it important that you go?
A reporter followed up.
His answer was, thank you, and he turned away.
What's that all about?
The Comforter-in-Chief?
This guy has made their pain, as he has done now for the 9-11 people, significantly worse.
This is the worst U.S.
fire in more than a century.
Also, when he was describing where he was going to go, he did not remember the name
Maui.
Instead, he said, the island, the one where you see on television all of the time.
I mean, this sounds like a complete nitwit, right?
The one where you see on television all of the time.
I don't know if you ever saw the movie Being There, but he sounds like that, you know, basic fool that was played by Peter Sellers.
Then he apologized because he was going to have to speak more than 15 minutes.
Like he apologized for having to bring up Hawaii.
But I got to talk a little bit.
I got to talk.
I have to talk a little bit about Hawaii.
It was kind of a joke.
He's given them a big $700 relief grant.
He's given $113 billion to Ukraine.
And during the press conference following it, Jean-Pierre couldn't pronounce the name of the two senators in Delaware.
She didn't take time to figure out how to pronounce their names.
She got both of them wrong, sounding like his disease is contagious.
So I don't know what he's going to do when he goes there.
Is he going to look at his watch like he did when he met with the families whose people were killed in Afghanistan because of him?
Is he going to look at his watch?
Is he going to tell them that he can feel this because his son died on the battlefield?
He said that now about four or five times in the last three weeks.
Somebody's got to be telling him it's not true, Joe.
And he can't, doesn't remember.
You realize his mind is shot?
Of course you realize it.
Of course you realize it.
Look, they don't want you there, Biden.
What the hell are you going for?
They don't even want you there.
It's obviously just a political act.
You didn't say you were going there until you got caught saying no comment.
And for once, you actually got castigated for your insensitivity.
Well, Mayor, how about we play?
We hear from our sponsor, Tunnel to Towers.
Of course, an organization so close and dear to your heart.
Well, this would be a good time to do it.
Towers Foundation delivers on its promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and Pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
John is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
Our nation's heroes and their families need your help now more than ever.
Donate $11 a month to Tunnel to Towers at T2T.org.
T2T.org, that's T, the number two T.org, T2T.org.
Please donate now.
Oh, you're back.
Welcome back to America's Mayor Live and make sure you get in your contribution.
You know, with the pain that Biden is causing This would be a good time to bolster up a lot of the families and everyone else because, you know, a lot of them are involved in T2T.
You probably know that it really was developed out of September 11, and it was developed by the Schiller family, Frank and his brothers and sisters, because they lost their baby brother, Stephen, to Because Stephen was a firefighter in Brooklyn.
He was off duty that day and he ran to the fire.
Didn't have to go, ran to the fire and died.
Leaving four children and a wife and leaving a family that has taken his loss of life and taken that tragedy and turned it into something wonderful for other people.
That's a gift some people have that comes from God.
This family I know they're going to be embarrassed that I say this, but this family comes from God.
I can say that because I was there, uh, it's there on day two or three, I guess.
And we'll have Frank on one night and have him describe it in more detail.
If you don't cry, there's something wrong with you.
Uh, so get, so t2t.org, send it in.
Okay.
Now, Big disclosure yesterday and uh this this one I would tell you I didn't know that some of these names are familiar so I'm gonna have to go through the hard drive to see if they're there but I didn't know that Joe used aliases now let me tell you a very strange thing here we've talked a lot about Rico the Rico case
And RICO, the reason that this is an inappropriate use of RICO is, see if I can simplify it for you.
RICO was passed, and the major architect of it was a professor named Robert Blakey from Notre Dame Law School, who was the counsel to the Kefauver Committee.
I believe it was the Kefauver Committee, and the Kefauver Committee did the groundbreaking hearings that revealed the existence of the Mafia, which J. Edgar Hoover denied.
And even as late as the 1980s, when I was prosecuting them, I was criticized by Governor Cuomo, who said the Mafia didn't exist.
One of the reasons I prosecuted it as a RICO case, as an enterprise, was to prove the Mafia existed, to get it over with, to get the debate over with.
But the question is, does it apply beyond the Mafia?
A lot of people say, oh, it doesn't, and Rudy, it's very ironic, you're the one who took it beyond the mafia, and now you're getting prosecuted under it.
First of all, I'm not being prosecuted under it.
It's a federal statute, not the Georgia version of it.
But RICO has a whole history, and it is meant to involve crime enterprises.
So you have, you have, um, you can, you can, you can divide crime into three different levels, right?
Singular person commits a crime.
It can be very damaging.
I mean, they can kill people, they can do all kinds of things, but generally a single person can't do as much as people who get together in a conspiracy.
And now you have two people committing it.
Three people, four people, five people, eight people, 10 people committing the crime.
But suppose they go beyond the conspiracy and they set up an ongoing organization to commit that crime or crimes.
That's what RICO is for.
It's for enterprise crime.
Basically an organization that commits crimes that's become like an unofficial business.
And the longer it exists, The bigger the scope, the more you can justify it as a RICO case.
So quite obviously, this election dispute doesn't fit it at all.
First of all, it's hard to figure out what the crimes are.
I mean, they seem like they're free speech.
But even if you could say they were crimes, they're not crimes that would fit into a RICO case.
They say, well, it can be used beyond the mouth.
Yeah, it's used for Multi-million and billion dollar frauds that go on for 10 years, 15 years, with 100 actors involved in it.
And it's used for that purpose to take their money away.
So you crush the enterprise so it doesn't continue.
So this is a complete bastardization of the RICO statute by a lawyer who really should turn in a law degree.
Because she did another thing that was absolutely ignorant.
She wrote the indictment in a way that makes it much easier to remove the case.
There's a federal statute that allows you to remove cases that are brought against the president during the time that he's president, and those who act in concert with him or act on his behalf.
That would include Mark Meadows.
It would include me.
It would include Professor Eastman, Janet Ellis.
I think it would include everyone.
And in fact, she'd have a hard time disputing that because She alleges that we all acted together, which means we all acted with the president, which means we all are covered by the agency that that creates.
Usually to get the removal, you've got to show the connection.
She proved it.
Then she did another thing that makes it easier to get a federal court to remove it.
She decided she had to put it in all those other states so she'd look like a big shot.
And I'll tell you what I did, and I feel very, very proud of myself.
I had this statute four or five weeks earlier, and I was going to do a piece on it, and then I said, no!
Let me see if Dopey does research.
But Dopey doesn't do research.
Otherwise, she wouldn't have put all those other acts in there.
And also, it gives you an idea that it's not really an indictment.
It's a political statement.
What the hell is she prosecuting?
What happens in Pennsylvania?
Or what happens in Michigan?
Or what happens in Arizona.
She's the DA in one little crooked county.
Well, one big crooked county.
NC.
One of the most crooked in the country.
Witnessed a jail, which is being run by the federal government, where I'm going to have to go and get my picture taken.
mugshot. I still can't get my mind around it after all the time that I spent in law enforcement
and all the people that I put in jail and I know my enemies love it.
They say, well, you're getting what you deserve, but I'm completely innocent.
And I had great empathy all the time for anybody that was innocent.
It's the reason I worked for Donald Trump so hard, because I knew he was innocent of the original charge.
He's innocent of all of them.
But the original one was Russian collusion.
I knew it was completely untrue.
I knew they made it up.
And I have a dedication to justice.
Motivation for this case and the defense of Trump and the defense of my country was the same thing that had me bring down the mafia.
Exactly the same thing.
And it got worse and worse as they revealed the scope of their corruption.
Now it turns out that Biden was using aliases to communicate with his son.
And the geniuses on television the other night were saying things like, Oh, I wonder why you did that.
I wonder why Joe Biden used aliases.
That was like they were saying before a lot of the other proof came out.
Oh, I wonder why Hunter got all that money.
I can't imagine what it was that got China to give him a $1.5 billion commitment to a useless private equity fund in which the nephew of an organized criminal James Bulger, Whitey Bulger's nephew, was a leading member.
I wonder why China gave him an extra almost 30 million dollars beyond that.
I wonder why Ukraine, that big crook in Ukraine, gave him all that money and the crook in Russia gave him 3.5 million.
I wonder why they gave it to Hunter.
Gosh, for the life of me, I can't figure it out.
says the American rich men north of Richmond. Well, I don't know.
I think the people that aren't the rich men north of Richmond, the ones that Charles Anthony is projecting, they figured out pretty simple.
Let's see now.
Hunter Biden can't do anything.
And even if he could, he can't because he's high all the time.
And China's not stupid, and Russia's not stupid.
I'm not going to give him millions.
There must have been a reason for it.
Gee, could it be?
Could it just possibly be that his father was vice president of the United States?
In the constellation of possibilities, give me another one.
So, I kind of figured that out pretty quickly.
I mean, I'm really not a genius.
I'm just not stupid.
Or corrupt.
That's why you resist it.
So now he was sending text messages and emails with aliases, which fits right into the Mafia.
Every guy in the Mafia has got an AKA.
I mean, a couple of times we had a couple of low-level ones that we didn't know their AKA, and I told my guys, kiddingly, we've got to make one up for them because they won't think they're members of the mafia.
Well, now I'm really comfortable with the Rico case against his family.
It'll be Joe Biden, AKA the big guy, right?
We got that one already, right?
The big guy, AKA Robert.
Robert L. Peters.
Actually, it's robertlpeters at pci.gov.
And then we have Robin, a.k.a.
Robin Ware and a.k.a.
I think it's I.R.B.
Ware.
So why would he do that?
And this is all at very, very critical times.
It's during the period of time when they were first getting the bribe from Zlochevsky.
And then it's the period of time that Biden was leaning on Poroshenko to fire Shokin.
Those are the months where these aliases are being used.
So the answer is, why would he use an alias?
Could it be?
Could it just possibly be because he was committing crimes?
Just like, is it possible that China gave the money to the Biden family, not for the services of Hunter, but to ingratiate themselves to the vice president and then use him to have the case dismissed against him, which netted $40 billion.
For the biggest crook in Ukraine, their boss, their friend, Mykola Zlochevsky.
All you gotta know is that Biden knew that his son was working for the biggest crook in Ukraine.
He knew it as of 2015 and he did nothing to stop it.
Tells you that Biden's a crook.
An honest vice president doesn't let his son work for one of the biggest organized criminals in a country that is well known for corruption.
He's got to know the money's dirty money.
He doesn't let him take money from China unless he's getting a piece of it.
Oh, and just in case you're wondering, Hunter does say I gave half of all my income to pop for 30 years.
Sounds right to me, doesn't it?
I mentioned earlier the 51 prostitutes that have been screwing up American foreign policy for quite some time and then went ahead and I believe committed a crime when they issued that letter based on Not having any idea what the hard drive was, they just lied and they screwed up an entire election.
They committed fraud.
Well, now Judicial Watch is suing the CIA because the CIA, according to Morrell, the CIA approved it.
Morel is one of the 51 prostitutes who people would say, oh, he had a good reputation.
No, he did.
Then he turned in to be a miserable, stinking, lousy, traitorous liar.
So he's got no reputation as far as I'm concerned.
He's the one who organized this at the request of Blinken, our useless Secretary of State.
Who is he the one that does he bow to?
Or was it just Yellen who was bowing?
I don't remember, Ted.
I think Blinken does some bowing.
He doesn't do the deep bow.
Yellen basically goes down on the ground.
Hurting their back, they're going so bowing.
I don't want to say anything.
I don't want to be, you know, insensitive.
No, no, I'm not.
I don't wish anyone to hurt their back.
No, no, I am talking about her ability to... Her physical condition.
To bow.
She doesn't look like one who could make it all the way to the ground.
It's almost like some of these people, they practice their bowing.
They want to make sure they get it right.
Oh, those bows in China were unbelievable.
They want to show their subservience.
I mean, the guy was actually, the Chinese guy actually tried to stop her.
Between them and the NBA, I don't know who loves China more.
Oh no, the Biden family.
They made them multimillionaires.
Of course they love them.
And they give up airbases 400 miles from them.
You're right, that's... Well, let's... Let's... Let me take my... If you don't mind, we'll have to get like a little glass.
Because I'm starting to feel a little bit, it's been a long day.
Take my fruits and my veggies.
And I had them this morning.
I had a great day in terms of energy.
Wow.
I really had a great day in terms of energy today.
And yeah, you don't have to put it in a glass.
Rob likes to do that because he's very fancy.
I can drink from the bottle.
So here it is.
This is the Veggie Veggies.
You get this by going to balanceofnature.com.
Code Rudy.
You'll get 35% off, right?
Right?
35% off on this.
off right right 35 off on this and if you want the um if you want the travel ones then that'll get
you'll get 25 off that.
So I would, I would get these and I'm going to tell you, you know, you probably should give it a month, but I felt it way back when I started about three days.
Then in a month, I mean, you really feel it, but I started to feel a difference within three days.
To your health.
And to yours, Maya.
Alright.
So, are we going to look at some calls tonight?
We've had some calls.
We'll take the first one here in just a moment.
I'm going to call them back.
I told them I'd call them.
I don't want them waiting on the line for 20 minutes.
You want to do Q-U-X right now?
And we'll take the calls coming out of the break.
And then we'll take the calls coming out of the race.

All right, so we're going to take our first call.
We have Julie in Washington State.
Julie, you're on with the mayor.
Hello there.
Hello, Julie.
How are you?
Hello, Rudy.
I'm so happy to talk to you again.
I'm happy to talk to you.
How are things across the United States?
Well, they're OK.
I've been paying attention to this Horrendous thing that they're trying to pull on you and, and you, you know, they're really stupid to go after the most brilliant minds, you know, and try to pull this RICO case.
If anything, they should have a RICO case called on them.
Every DA, every, everybody from the bottom, top up and bottom down.
You know, Julie, that gives me an idea.
You might be able to think of a Rico case for those DAs.
Because they may be acting in concert.
They're all doing the same thing.
Very interesting.
But we're going to fight it.
We're going to win it.
And this is just like the other three situations that we faced.
Russian collusion.
The whole situation of Biden's corruption in Ukraine, where I was castigated for bringing it up and attacked and called a liar, and the hard drive, where I was called a Russian pawn.
All three of them, I turned out to be telling the truth, and the people bringing these cases turned out to be lying.
So why would they be lying again?
So I think I think we're going to come out all right, and I really very much appreciate your concern, and I like that idea of a RICO case.
Thank you, Julie.
Let's now go to... The obvious one is the Biden family.
That's the obvious RICO case.
All right, let's take our next call.
Let's go to Elliot, calling us from Detroit, Michigan.
Hi, Elliot.
How's it going, guys?
Good, Elliot.
How are you?
Not too bad, sir.
I just had a question about the special counsel.
A few days ago, James Comer comes out and says that he wants to interview Mr. Weiss concerning his handling in the dealings with the sweetheart deal Hunter got.
Then two days later, Merrick Garland comes out and announces Mr. Weiss has been ahead of it.
So I was wondering, Rudy, does this stop in their tracks, the House Oversight Committee's ability to interview this man about his dealings with the Hunter Biden investigation?
And in terms of the, um, Alan Dershowitz stated that he thought it was an illegal special counsel because it, um, that it shall come from outside the government.
And my question to you is what an appeals court judge look at that and rule it the same way.
Mr. Dershowitz is saying how it's illegal.
And would that be instant grounds for anything?
Well, Elliot, your last question is a very interesting one.
Because if he gets convicted, he should be able to appeal that if it's actually appointed
illegally is what I'm thinking.
Well, Elliot, your last question is a very interesting one.
It would be quite a technical point, but the law does say, or the regulations say, it's
not the law.
So therefore, the conclusion that it's illegal isn't as obvious.
It isn't as strong.
It's more irregular than illegal.
But the regulations say that he has to be independent of the Justice Department.
So let's assume now that's illegal.
Well, then he doesn't have power to bring indictments.
Hunter could have the indictment dismissed on the grounds that he's not an authorized person to do it.
But I'm not sure Alan may have gone a little too far in concluding that it's illegal.
Because as far as I know, the special prosecutor statute was done away with years ago.
And that did have specific criteria and it would be illegal if you didn't meet those criteria.
But these are regulations.
And the Attorney General really has the discretion to follow or not follow a lot of these regulations.
I doubt they would reject his legitimacy based on that, but it's an argument.
And that's what lawyers are looking for.
And Alan, Alan's a great lawyer.
So, you know, if I'm giving you a contrary opinion, but I'm not telling you that he's right or I'm right.
It could go either way.
Also, his appointment is a complete charade.
I mean, it's a joke.
He's supposed to forget about outside the justice.
He's supposed to appoint somebody independent.
This guy has had the case for four or five years.
He's already done a totally fraudulent deal, a sweetheart deal to get him out.
He let the statute of limitations run on the Ukrainian bribe money that no taxes were paid on.
I mean, prosecutors don't let statutes of limitations run out.
He's obviously a corrupt prosecutor.
And the deal he offered him, do you know how often a judge turns down a plea deal?
I don't know, maybe two or three times in a career.
This deal stunk to high heaven.
It was a fix.
They're trying desperately, and now you have the gun charge that comes up in October, the statute of limitations.
To me, that's a much more serious charge than the tax charges.
The tax charges can be worked out civilly, and very often are, and if you bring the tax cases, you run into the argument that they're often not brought.
The gun charge, he fits it like a T. He's the reason they passed the statute.
The statute says that it's illegal for a person with a mental history, a person with a criminal record, or an addict to be carrying a gun.
Now, this is a big thing for the liberals.
This is gun control.
You don't want guns in the hands of irresponsible people.
And the argument is, well, they were giving him a break as a drug addict.
Well, that's another stupid argument because the statute is for drug addicts.
And that's the reason we have it, to protect us against drug addicts having guns and therefore shooting the damn things when they don't know what they're doing.
And we didn't just have a drug addict.
Like he just became a drug addict, or he was a minor drug addict, or he made a couple of mistakes with drugs.
He's not a drug addict at all.
He's a degenerate lifetime drug addict.
What the government knows, because they have the hard drive, and they won't tell you, but I know, is there's a hundred pictures, maybe 200 pictures, of him in that house smoking crack, sitting in closets, walking around nude, With his crack pipe.
There are also pictures of him driving an automobile, smoking crack.
In one case... He's caught red-handed.
Pardon me?
Yes, he's caught red-handed with it.
Yeah, I mean, it's terrible.
It's terrible, terrible.
I just wanted to ask, Rudy, in terms of with David Weiss's appointment, is this going to stop the House Oversight Committee?
Oh yeah, it doesn't have to.
I mean, there's no...
Remember, Garland told us that he already has all the powers that he gave him as special prosecutor.
Garland told us that Weiss was allowed to prosecute in any district he wanted and didn't have to get permission.
He hasn't changed.
He has the same powers he had unless Garland is lying.
It sounds like he is because when he tried to go to those districts, They turned him down.
So he obviously didn't have the power to do it.
But, I mean, no.
Thank you, Mr. The same argument exists before and after, and that is, you know, he will not want to testify because he could jeopardize the investigation.
Now, given the fact that he's delayed the investigation for five years, that's not a very good argument.
But they would have to go to court.
There'd be a court battle over it.
I think they should do it.
I think they should have him testify.
Because if not, he's going to just let all these statutes go and we'll end up with Biden having, you know, being treated like a, like a guy who, you know, jaywalked.
Right.
Thank you, Mr. Mayor.
Thank you.
Have a good weekend.
Well, I thought what I would do, because this was the most interesting analysis today of the last week that Biden had.
And one of the things that I like to do is to bring you the things that you don't get on the other news sources.
Well, the New York Post, with whom I have some disagreements, as you know, particularly over Donald Trump, but the New York Post did a really excellent thing.
They should do it every week, actually.
It's right here.
And what they did was they pointed out all the things that happened in the last week or so that you're not going to see on NBC, CBS, ABC, or CNN.
Instead, you're going to see endless, breathless coverage of Donald Trump's fourth indictment.
But you're not going to see that President Biden lied again about multiple details of his life, making up stories about his grandfather and Amtrak.
and humble beginnings.
The press chalks it up to, oh, it's just Joe.
As opposed to, no, no, he can't remember.
It's not true.
Because he has dementia.
And they do everything they can to cover it up.
So they'll cover all this up.
They also will cover up the things I talked to you about before, where he said no comment, where he said no comment again, where he couldn't remember Maui.
So that's one.
Two, asked about the hundred plus people who died in terrible places, terrible fires in Hawaii, Biden said no comment.
And he misidentified where the tragedy happened.
Couldn't remember Maui.
Then he repeated it, repeated the no comment again.
You're probably not going to see that anyplace else.
Rather significant to show you that one of the arguments of him as president is really garbage and that is that he's a Consoler-in-Chief.
No, he isn't.
He's a guy who's cruel and mean and cares only about himself.
He also was given another chance to express His sympathy and he said not now He admitted that the inflation reduction act was a lie That had nothing to do with inflation Although he says it was successful successful and americans are spending more than they spent when when trump was and making less Uh, he uh is negotiating secretly a deal with the 9-11.
Um to give the 9-11 terrorists, uh to give them, uh Basically to get him off the possibility of a death penalty, to let him live after they slaughtered our innocent citizens.
He's negotiating a deal with Iran for hostages where he can send them a cool six billion so they can use it to kill people, because that's what they use money for.
And the DOJ was also pursuing a farce of an independent investigation into his son, Hunter, You know, with a special counsel that is absolutely the worst person you could have selected if you want an independent investigation.
And then Biden lied about the number of people who would be allowed to apply for asylum each month.
He said it would just be 45,000.
It's already been three times that.
Now, the thing I wanted to point out to you about this and the dispute that's going on in my city and state between the governor and the mayor, both Democrats, but obviously bitterly at each other's throats, which also Prohibits them from having a consistent policy and it was this way all during the pandemic too And that's why so many people another reason why so many people died here Cuomo and de Blasio could not work together.
They despised each other But you have got to remember about this group of migrants they are selected by the by the cartels Now that doesn't mean they're all bad.
It doesn't mean they're all criminals.
It means that they're going to use Aggressively use this open border that Biden has allowed, much more than any American president before.
They're going to aggressively use it to get their people in.
People they make money on.
To get their drug dealers in, their human traffickers in, who run those businesses for them.
To make money by getting terrorists in, because they've been doing business with ISIS for 20 years.
Of course, to get fentanyl in and other similar drugs.
So that a disproportionate number of these people are not just people coming across the border, they're people that the cartels want across the border.
So you end up with a situation like the one Bernie Kerik described last night, where the county executive in Erie County, which is Buffalo, New York, the county executive Uh, says okay to Adams, and they send a boat, a busload of these migrants there.
Within two days, they're raping people, and he sends them all back and says, Adams, go to hell, even though he's another Democrat.
Now, here's why Adams has a real problem, and I think why he isn't getting the cooperation that a mayor would normally get.
It's really hard.
I mean, he blames Biden for it.
He's right.
Biden is the overall architect of this.
And Biden is the reason this problem exists, not just in New York, but in a number of other states.
But why is the problem in New York worse than, except for the ones on the border, anyplace else?
Because Adams invited them to New York.
We were, he, he described us as the most welcoming for immigrants of all kinds.
He does not, he does not consider them illegal.
I don't know how he can decide they're not illegal when they broke the law, but this is what we're dealing with, with the corrupt Democrat party.
And he's given away money like crazy.
He's given $490 million to one group to help him put things up.
This is not what he has a city government for.
And those deals are very, very suspect all the time.
Can't tell you how many I prosecuted.
Very, very often you take, as they say in the gopher, you look under the fingernails, you're going to find campaign contributors getting that money.
In fact, in Hogle's case, she gave a contract like that, a COVID contract like that for $300 million more than California paid for the same test.
And she got a $300 million contribution.
She produced her own campaign funds from the taxpayers.
So let's finish out the week and let's talk about politics.
Chad, we're going to... Let's do it.
We're going to pick your brain here.
So we have And things for a long time, you know, originally it was Trump and DeSantis.
Trump ahead by a small amount.
There might have been a couple of polls where DeSantis was ahead, either state polls or national ones.
Yes.
But then all of a sudden we had the breakthrough.
Trump went ahead by 10, then he went ahead by 20, then by 30, and now he's ahead in every poll by a minimum 27, maximum 42, 43 percent.
So he's off there by himself.
That's right.
The guy who's changed is DeSantis.
DeSantis is now no longer Uh, uniformly the number two candidate.
He is in some polls, but in one poll, uh, in New Hampshire, for example, uh, Christie passed him.
And in the national average, uh, poll, one of them, uh, Ramaswamy passed him.
Our friend Vivek, who we've known now for quite some time.
There's churning going on here.
And, um, what, what, what do you, what do you attribute that to?
Look, as we both know, the president remains strong and the more that these actors go after him with this political persecution and totally trumped up charges, the more he solidifies his base of support and probably grows it.
The Democrats and these people are really going to turn this into a persuasion election, Mayor, right?
It's a turnout election right now.
Who can get their people out?
However, I truly feel the more they go after this innocent man, the more they're going to persuade, I don't know if independence is the right word, but people who are just kind of fair-minded people.
I just don't see how you can't, when you put all four of them together, you don't realize there's a purpose here.
It has nothing to do with criminal justice.
It has to do with tying him up so much next year that he can't run.
They may do more than any of the smart people that are with us.
There are some smart people around the president.
These people that are coming after him are going to do more to persuade some of the people in the middle, as we say, than anything that even the president does.
They're also proving that there's a terrible problem in this country of corruption.
And that, I mean, there's dramatic evidence almost every other day of another, like now the aliases that Biden was using.
So you have to say to yourself, whoever takes over this job has to really know how to fix this and fix it quickly.
We're a corrupt country right now.
And who better than the guy who had it in pretty damn good shape before the crook took over?
Well, that's right, Mayor.
Look, you're the same guy you've always been, right?
You haven't changed.
I know.
They like to think I did, but they changed.
I didn't change.
Well, the way some of them cover you has changed only because you have the courage to defend an innocent man.
Their coverage is horrible.
It's a lying atrocity.
And I want to say some, too many, but I don't want to put everyone in the same basket.
They're only doing this to you, Mayor, because you have the courage to stand up for what's right and to defend an innocent man who himself represents the biggest threat to the permanent Washington political class.
And that's, of course, President Donald J. Trump.
So they're trying, they're going to fail, I know it.
They're trying to make an example out of you and President Trump.
And others in order to send a message to everyone else that don't you dare come against the regime.
Complaints about Trump including the ones that resonate with the voters that are resisting him are personal.
You don't hear any major policy disputes because by and large everything went right and to the extent that some didn't Never.
Things all don't go right.
But I mean, more went right than the usual presidency.
I mean, the things we're worried about now were different then.
We were energy independent.
Think about right before the so-called- We were making more money.
We were spending less money.
Our IRAs were worth a lot more.
Uh, we had more money by a lot.
Uh, number two, we were at peace.
We didn't have, uh, people getting killed in Afghanistan.
We didn't have 500,000 people killed in Ukraine.
I mean, that's all on Biden.
That wouldn't have happened under Trump.
It wouldn't have happened on the Trump.
And whether you can put the genie back in the box, meaning get Russia back to where they were, I don't know.
But you sure can prevent future ones like that.
They're not going to take on Trump.
They want a sure thing.
And Biden gave him a sure thing.
Putin played him like a fiddle.
I mean, they both know, Putin and Xi, that the guy has no brain.
And we'll do anything they want, basically.
I mean, China, for sure.
I mean, if China had come to any American president and said, please get rid of the Bagram airbase, we don't like having an airbase 400 miles from us, they'd have been told to pound sand, right?
Yeah.
And you want me to believe it didn't have anything to do with the money you got?
Well, I'm just not stupid, you know, I told you.
I may not be brilliant, but I'm not stupid.
Well, Mayor, it's been a long, busy week.
A record-setting week for the program.
Oh, yeah.
The biggest audiences we've ever had, right?
We're hitting half a million most nights.
And we got up to a million one night, right?
That's right.
That's right.
We hit a million a couple of these nights.
We hit a million.
Take a little rest.
Come back to us on Monday, and I'm sure we'll have plenty of things not covered.
I mean, he's going to be going to Hawaii on Monday.
Who knows how they're going to cover that?
Maybe nobody will even look at him or talk to him, like when he's on the beach, and they'll say he had a great triumphal tour.
I mean, I cannot describe to you the level of corruption in our media.
I don't know what's our biggest problem.
I think the law enforcement agencies are our biggest problem, but in some ways it could be the media, because the media affects so many opinions, and the law enforcement agencies, some of their corruption is to play off to the media.
So we'll be back.
We'll be back today.
Today we were helped by the New York Post with their little analysis, but often we do it ourselves.
Here it is right here.
I'd take a look at that, because it gives you a nice little summary of the things that were censored this week.
And I'll be on on Sunday with my partner, Dr. Maria, and we'll be covering a lot of these issues, but in the format of working on what the truth is, and we call it uncovering the truth.
And it's on wabcradio.com.
Now you can get that all over the country and all over the world by just going to wabcradio.com.
You can hear it on your cell phone or whatever, or you can go get, go get the app.
Boom.
Then you can get it real quick.
Uh, so we'll see you back here, eight o'clock Monday.
We'll see, we'll be on the radio, uh, 10 on Sunday and three on Monday.
And I'm sure there'll be plenty of stories that were covered up that are of great significance to the health and the future of our country that will have been covered up by our corrupt media so that we'll have plenty of material.
We always have more material than we can handle.
Thank you.
And thank you very, very much for making us so successful this week.
It means a great deal.
Given what we're going through and all, it means a great deal that What happened is, I feel a little like Trump, right?
Trump was almost, you know, tied with DeSantis.
All of a sudden, they indicted him.
He gets 40 points ahead.
I mean, we always had a good audience, but now we've got trouble.
Thank you.
God bless you.
And you know, God bless America.
