America's Mayor Live (E205): Contrasting Media Coverage of Biden & Trump This Week
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Good evening, this is Rudy Giuliani with America's Mayor Live from New York City.
And tonight we have very, very big news.
The president's still on vacation!
Ha!
Oh, that's not news.
Oh, I know.
We're going to have a big, big deal when he comes back from vacation.
I think they're going to follow his motorcade back like they did Trump to the indictment.
A reason for that is the news is generally the unusual.
And him being at work or coming back to work would be highly unusual.
He has been the president on vacation.
Longer than any president ever, including ones that were ill on vacation since they started counting vacations.
Don't think they counted vacations in George Washington time.
But George didn't strike me as a beach guy.
Did he strike you as a beach guy?
Nor did any of our really strong presidents.
I mean, Joe looks like an old senile man on a beach, or it looks like the Happy Valley Nursing Home's day at the beach.
Because there's obviously some woman right behind him that takes care of him and his wife in front of him, who never looks at him and doesn't seem to pay attention to him.
I don't want to say anything, but it looks like Jill may be tired of him.
The reality is, we don't know if Jill agrees to the seventh grandchild, because Jill was the one, I understand, that didn't put out the seventh stocking.
We imagine with Joe's assent and knowledge But at this point, we'd have to know at what stage of the dementia did it occur?
Because Joe might have a defense here that he really didn't know he had a seventh granddaughter or could not remember.
There are possibilities of all that, should you ever really have a trial on dementia for him.
Because quite frankly, he's been out of it for a long, long time.
And we haven't had an elected presidential mind there.
Possibly from the beginning, certainly for the last year.
And I think we're entitled to that.
And it is no longer a joke.
And it's not funny that he falls walking up and down steps.
And it's not funny that he falls at the end of speeches.
And it's not funny that he thinks he's in Colombia when he's in Cambodia.
And it's not funny that he thinks he's talking to his dead uncle or giving a medal to his dead uncle.
It's not funny that he thinks he saw Roosevelt on television.
Roosevelt was dead before there was television.
None of that is funny because that guy can destroy the world.
Well, he's probably not going to destroy the world, but he's killed an awful lot of people.
We'll get the number for you.
But the role on him, nobody, absolutely nobody in Ukraine needed to be killed.
There's not a chance in the world.
But it would have happened to the Trump.
We're going to put out a poll tonight, and we're going to ask you to guess.
Which American president was Putin afraid of to such an extent that he wouldn't invade?
Bush?
Prince Obama?
Senile Biden?
Or Donald Trump?
We'll tell you the answer at the end.
Those who don't get it will not be allowed to listen to the show anymore.
Now, we got another thing here and that is we're not going to be, um, We're not going to be brainwashed.
I mean, we try very, very hard on this show, as does my friend Greg Kelly, as I can see Bob Schmidt does on Newsmax, as Bo Snidley does, and I can go on and give you other people too.
But we do a really good job of overcoming the brainwashing and trying to reorganize the news into the way it would be reorganized If we didn't live in a fascist country.
Because we don't want to... It isn't that we don't accept the fact that the country is fascist.
I had to do that quite some time ago and it was very hard.
Or you could call it communist.
What I won't accept are the norms of fascism or communism.
I mean, I'm not going to live their way.
That one of the reasons why they sue me so much or try to get me disbarred or it's not that I'm doing anything wrong.
I'm not doing what they want me to do.
And there lies the explanation to the last, I can't even having, having done, I know a 5,000 successful indictments because at one time my record was like something like 5,000 Cases that we won and we only had 24 reversed on appeal.
So it's something like that.
So it must have been 5,000 indictments, I guess, 5,025, including the ones that were reversed.
And that doesn't tell you whether we won them after the reversal, because some are remanded.
But at any event, my U.S.
attorney's office, I don't think I'm surprising anyone or sounding like a boaster, was the greatest in the United States.
And if you are at all fair about the 20th century, with by far the most successful prosecutor's office, and probably the best known in the United States, largely from my prosecution of the Mafia, the five families of the Mafia, taking the Teamsters Union out of their control, taking Las Vegas out of their control, sending two Nazis to their death, prosecuting Wall Street in a way never been prosecuted before, indicting almost everybody One of my predecessors' administrations, Ed Koch.
For what?
Well, for the typical Democrat crime, bribery.
Look, let's all just grow up and talk to each other like adult men and women.
And this will give you a much better perspective on the voter theft that took place and the hiding of it.
The voter theft did not take place all over the United States.
The Democrats put it in the cities that are crooked, democratic cities, and run like communist, fascist fiefdoms, where you can't do business without paying money.
Do you believe that such cities exist in America?
Bob?
Absolutely.
Rob, do you believe it?
Almost everyone.
Am I exaggerating?
Ted?
Is there any serious adult that doesn't think that Chicago is corrupt as hell?
No.
How about Philadelphia?
No.
I'll tell you on my authority, New York is.
Has been, and except the time I was mayor, there wasn't much of a counter to it, because even the honest Democratic mayors don't do a damn thing about the dishonest Democratic crooks.
And Philadelphia, Detroit, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Atlanta, Georgia may be number one.
And Maricopa County, not as bad, but there are elements of significant dishonesty there.
Las Vegas, Nevada.
A couple of others.
Now, is it a coincidence that they selected those cities as the cities to make the focus of their voter fraud?
No.
Is it significant that in those cities, they did exactly the same thing with exactly the same kind of physical layout or logistics?
On the morning of the counting of the ballots that were called absentee ballots, Which have to be examined closely because the only way you can tell that they are honest is you have to look at the envelope.
You have to see the signature.
I mean, before we became a fascist country, this is how we did it.
I did this four times when I was a much younger person.
And you'll remember, if you lived through 2000, because you remember the chads, you remember them holding them up, right?
And you remember there was a couple of guys here and women here, a couple of guys here, women here.
Those were the representatives of all the candidates.
And they'd look at the chad and they'd determine whether the chad was pushed through enough or not.
And if anybody objected, which really meant Republican, Democrat, they put the chad aside so that a judge could decide.
Well, that's what's done with absentee ballots.
The so-called impartial official, which throughout America is an impartial official, but not in a crooked democratic city.
Please understand that.
The courts ignored this, as if we live in happy land.
I don't know if they were told to ignore it, or they live in happy land, or they just wanted to stay out of it.
But they refuse to acknowledge that all cities are not the same.
And that independent election person sitting back there in New York, he's just as independent as Boss Tweed.
Because Boss Tweed put him there.
Well, because in those cities they own it.
You can't do anything in those cities.
Look, how much money do people have to pay building inspectors to get things done in New York?
You know how many building inspectors I put in jail?
I'd say a hundred.
Over my career, I probably put a hundred building inspectors in it.
And I thought when I was mayor, my God, the building inspectors aren't going to do it under me.
I probably, at that point, had put about 70 in jail.
I was a terror on building inspectors because they were crooks.
I even bragged to my staff.
Well, one thing we wouldn't have a building inspectors to take bribes.
They know who I am.
Two years into it, I got 20 arrested for taking bribes.
How would a building inspector take a bribe?
He comes and he looks at your pipe and he says, you got a hole in your pipe.
You have a hole in your pipe.
You say, Mr. Building Inspector, I don't have a hole in my pipe.
You got a hole in your pipe.
How much does that cost?
Oh, that's a $500 fine.
You got a hole in your pipe.
Oh, you got two holes in your pipe.
Mr. Building Inspector, I don't even see what... You don't have to see it.
I gotta see it.
Go to court and fight it.
Well, I'm gonna take a picture of... Can you take a picture?
Yeah, yeah.
I'm gonna take a picture.
Oh!
Look at those, uh, I just saw a rat run right along there in your kitchen.
Oh, wait, two rats!
I don't see any rats in my kitchen!
Wow.
Get it?
I get it now.
How much would it cost?
Eh, we're friends.
What about that?
You got about a thousand dollars in fines.
Yeah.
I'll let you out for 500 bucks.
Cash.
No, check.
No, it goes through the Biden... They're not as... Look, these guys are what Biden was when he started.
Lowdown, sniveling little crooks.
That's what the Biden family is and was.
If they hadn't made it, if they hadn't made it, they'd all have been building inspectors.
You know, in Philadelphia, where it's probably worse than in New York.
So how'd you combat that?
Did you paint a brilliant picture?
You can look to Democrat governments for a long time.
Which may actually just be an application of the, you know, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
You get a place like Chicago, Democrats in control for 55 years.
They get elected by Pavlovian response, not intelligent election.
And the place is riddled with crooks.
The other thing that will tell you that is overregulation.
The best, the greatest boon to a crooked bureaucrat are too many regulations, because then you almost can't do business legally.
Something's going to go wrong every month that they can cite you for, and you can get out of it by bribing them.
So that's the base of a city like that.
How do judges get appointed there?
Judges, they say they elect judges, but they only vote Democrat.
DC is 98% Democrat.
New York is 80% Democrat.
You don't get elected.
You get on the ballot, you get elected.
Who puts you on the ballot?
The party leader, the boss tweet of his day, the crook.
If the city is essentially corrupt, well, the party is essentially corrupt.
And who are the most corrupt people in the party?
The party leaders.
I never failed in investigating one to get them.
Just didn't have enough time to investigate all of them.
And I'm under no illusion that they've, over the years, changed.
Well, with a mayor like Adams, who's part of the system, they're any different.
You look at the investigation surrounding Adams, the city's no different than it was pre-me.
Just like he's brought it back, he's brought back the Democrat machine.
And notice every time the Democrats say something, he backs down.
So we know who runs the city, you know.
He was in favor of more charter schools.
He fights the battle very little.
He was in favor of changing the bail laws.
He hasn't accomplished that.
The party leaders run the place.
And I'm sure he picks the judges they pick, which means some of that's changing hands.
Money.
So then, if you have an election dispute, you're taking it in front of the Crooked judges.
And a well-known axiom of election law in these cities is they vote their party.
The law, honesty and decency has nothing to do with it.
There ain't going nowhere if they don't vote their party.
So they pick those cities.
They do it in those cities.
The numbers are totally ridiculous.
The numbers in Pennsylvania, every statistician said they couldn't overcome.
They wouldn't let anybody look at paper ballots in five cities.
They set up stalls in five cities to look remarkably alike.
They couldn't all have come to that conclusion themselves.
And then this guy, whatever the hell his name is, the guy who keeps getting reversed by the Supreme Court for unethical behavior, See, Garland wanted to get a fair prosecutor.
So he took a lifetime Democrat, whose wife is an over-the-top Democrat, who has a record of unethical prosecutions, including the remarkable situation of interfering in a man's ability to become president, charging him with a case that eventually got reversed, but too late for the man to run.
Sound like he took a guy that knew what he was doing and what he wanted accomplished?
Didn't Garland just telegraph to you what he wanted?
He didn't go get some guy never in politics with a record, a pristine record, prosecuted 40 cases, won most of them, didn't have any that had ethical, serious ethical problems, just the usual bullshit.
No, he went and picked a political hitman who actually isn't good at it.
They do it because the press is corrupt.
If this were a fair press, what I just told you would have been written the day he was appointed, because all of that was available the day he was appointed.
Some enterprising reporter would have said, I know what Garland's doing.
The appointment that he made tells me what he's doing.
He'd have picked a fair and impartial prosecutor if he wanted a fair and impartial result.
Instead, he's getting a guy that already did what he wants done.
He took a guy out from being president, even though the guy turned out to have his case reversed by the Supreme Court.
Is he governor now?
No, no, no.
Because let's say Trump goes to trial on this in front of a Washington jury.
With a hit woman judge gets convicted.
The D.C.
Circuit either votes 2-1 or the D.C.
Circuit votes, but it says 2-1 against him based on the political composition of the D.C.
Circuit.
They sure haven't shown any kind of real independence with these January 6th cases.
Then you go to the Supreme Court.
Well, that could be three years from now.
Uh, at which time, you know, there's no longer in America.
We're part of the George Soros, one world, uh, Barack Obama is the president of the one world.
And Joe Biden is Joe Biden is the governor general of the Hillsdale, uh, the Hilly Hilly Valley, uh, nursing home in which they don't mind that he doesn't know anything because somebody else really runs the nursing home.
Oh, and that's by the way, Obama who calls in the, the menus.
That's what we have going on here.
That's what we have going on here.
And it's a tragedy.
It's a tragedy.
Now, if you want to call us, it's 1-646-573-5177.
Now, yesterday, buried by the O.J.
Simpson motorcade that they played on Trump.
I mean, it's really interesting to watch cars drive along the highway.
I mean, that's really like a shot.
We watch the cars from above drive along the highway.
Sad.
It truly is sad.
Especially when you contrast the coverage of... Meanwhile, evidence has come out that the President of the United States is involved in the biggest bribery scandal in the history of the United States.
And Trump gets coverage 50 to 1.
Yesterday, the transcript came out of the Archer testimony, which if they hadn't buried it would have finished the career of Dan Goldman, who turns out now to be, and we'll remind you every day of this so we do finish his career, he turns out to be the most recent miserable lying piece of dirt in Washington, because he walked out in the middle of the hearing and he directly lied.
He said there was no indication that when the president called, he had any idea who was there or that they were business associates, just people, and they just talked about the weather.
Now, Archer, who was less than forthcoming, so he's still protected without any doubt, which is why the lawyer was there, from Boies Shiller, not only his own.
Boies Shiller is the fixer law firm, it looks like, in that situation.
And you're going to hear about them in a minute.
So he comes in and Archer says, let me see, do we have the quotes, Ted?
Do we have those ready?
We have those, those little, those little beauties ready?
The video?
Yeah, the video.
Well, Archer... I have the Archer from the Tucker interview?
Yeah, Archer and... Yes, I do.
Archer, Archer, I'll tell you the ones I'm interested in so people get ready for them also.
I have the big one, which you would call as close to a smoking gun as you can.
Yeah, but I mean, listen, remember Goldman says, I want you to please remember that Goldman says that Biden had no knowledge of who these people were.
Let me read the excerpt, but then you can play some of that, what he says.
And, you know, it's a little hard sometimes because it comes out of context.
So it says here, Joe Biden was patched via speakerphone into meetings with Hunter and his international business partners at least 20 times.
And that would be while he was vice president.
What the Vice President is doing, taking time out of his day to talk to his son's business partners, begins immediately to be sketchy, because you would think there would be an ethical sense that you shouldn't be doing that, but that ethical sense the Bidens never had, and there's a reason for that, because they're thoroughgoing trailer trash.
That's the way they started, trail of trash, little bribes with James.
And it wouldn't have dawned on them that you shouldn't do this.
They've also been enabled by the press because the press would never cover it.
The press is right there at Milano.
They see Joe with two international criminals.
I'm going to hit you with one that's going to knock your socks out in a minute.
Joe Biden was patched via speakerphone into meetings with Hunter and his international partners at least 20 times over a period of about a decade.
Now, remember they talked about the weather and he didn't know they were business people.
This is, this is Archer, the reluctant witness.
And he didn't say very, very much definitively.
And he had, I don't know, More often than he knew his name.
But he did say, I can definitively say, at particular general meetings, he knew they were business associates.
That's Archer.
That means, that means poor little rich boy, or rich boy, spoiled little rich boy rookie is, he's joining the parties just like he should.
He comes from the crooked Democratic Party of New York, and he is.
And how hard is it to believe this after seeing Joe Biden on national TV talking about if you don't get rid of the prosecutor?
Yeah.
I mean, after everybody, the whole world saw that, why would it be difficult to believe?
It certainly was powerful, though, because you're sitting with a farm business person, says Archer, and you hear the vice president voice, that's prize enough.
I mean, that's pretty impactful stuff for anyone in the world.
You understand D.C., right?
That's the closer.
Joe is the corrupt closer and the boss of the family and the boss of the family.
So that is one of Archer's quotes.
That's significant.
And the second one is that Joe was the brand of the family business.
Ultimately, it was access to VP Joe that sent millions of dollars flowing into the Biden family coffers.
And he talks about the Shokin firing and completely puts the lie to complete garbage that was created after the fact by the Biden people that Shokin was dismissed because he was corrupt.
Quote, Archer, so Shokin is taking a close look at Burisma.
Not what they were saying, that he wasn't investigating Burisma and was crooked.
So Shokin is taking a close look at Burisma.
There were allegations that some of the deposits or some of the reserves were not, you know, authentically acquired.
Now that is real smooth talk, Rich Boy.
You know what not authentically acquired is?
The guy was the minister of energy of the government.
He took the properties from other companies and gave them to his company that he had a secret ownership in and had his partner running.
When he got out of his, got out of office, his company had gone from being worth about 10 to being worth 40 billion, all on land that he had taken away from other companies.
His partner was real happy.
They had all become rich.
Then, uh, four weeks later, his partner, they were 50-50 partners.
His partner tragically died, uh, running himself into a tree while drunk.
Now there were reports that for three weeks in a row, uh, Zlochevsky and the boys took the guy out to drink every Friday night, made sure he was completely gonzo and put him behind his car and didn't offer to drive him home.
Incredible.
Well Mayor, we have just a few more minutes before our friend Kirk Elliott, PhD, is going to potentially call in.
Potentially?
Yes.
Okay.
Let's do our you know what first and let's talk.

This is Rudy Giuliani back with America's Mayor Live, and I have to say, do you ever wake up in the morning feeling, I can't believe this could have ever happened in America?
Like that absurd indictment of President Donald Trump for exercising his First Amendment rights and complaining about an election?
Or waking up some morning and realizing they're raiding your law office, which you always thought could never be done in America?
This sounds like the beginning of an advertiser, right?
Well, if you did, then get!
Well, it isn't advertising.
Then if you did, you better damn vote Republican.
Because if you don't, baby, you're going to be living in a dictatorship.
Yes, you are.
If it can happen to Donald Trump, if it can happen to Rudy Giuliani, if it can happen to Steve Bannon, it can happen to you.
In fact, it has happened to some of you.
Look at January 6th.
A lot of those people, okay, there may be some of those people who committed crimes.
A lot of them did not.
These people like Smith, what they specialize in is making up crimes.
Crimes that other prosecutors like me, legitimate ones, who put real criminals in jail would never prosecute.
Would you please compare their record to mine?
Every single prosecution I can see Smith had with a politician.
In almost all cases, a Democrat politician or a Republican politician or a Democrat not in favor with the party.
I prosecuted my share of politicians, but I also prosecuted a lot of people that like to kill you.
Like organized crime people, like the FARC, like terrorist groups.
Hmm?
Compare Smith's record to mine.
Smith is a failed, unethical, dishonest, weird prosecutor.
And I had the best record of any prosecutor in the 20th century.
You think I'm going to sacrifice all that and lie about a case like this?
So who do you think's lying?
Him or me?
Or Slimey Biden or me?
Slimey Biden was lying in college, cheating his way through law school.
He's lied about everything significant in his life.
I don't understand why people even have any trouble with their fixing the election.
They did fix the election.
You know that already.
They fixed the election by covering up the hard drive.
If they're going to do that, they're not going to change votes.
Democrats have never changed votes before.
I mean, go somewhere else, please.
You got that problem, I can't help you.
If you don't realize that Democrats Particularly because, and it's a function really, not so much that Democrats are, there's no rule in the Democrat party that you must be a crook.
Most Democrats aren't.
But they do tend to be the ones that run the big city machines.
They do tend to be the ones that are in power for excessively dangerous periods of time that almost always lead to corruption.
And Rob's got it right.
Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
And you have to describe Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Atlanta, Georgia.
Everything has to be described as a democratic dictatorship.
Owned by Democrats.
You can't go anywhere without Democrats.
You can't build.
You can't get jobs.
You can't become a judge.
You better be a Democrat.
You better kiss you-know-what.
But that includes coming up with dough.
That's the simple fact of it.
An honest press would tell you that.
Because an honest press has the duty to tell you that.
An honest patriotic press would tell you that, because they have a duty to inform you of that as citizens.
But we do not have an honest press.
We have a press that was largely educated in universities that are Marxist, and they're taught to resent and hate America.
They don't tend to get the best and the brightest because they don't get paid the most.
The best and the brightest go off to do other things, the ones who possibly can think more independently.
than the brainwashing they get in college.
And if they are print press, they're definitely not the best and the brightest, because everybody wants to be on television for money.
So now what are you stuck with?
You're stuck with poorly educated people that appear to have a good education, but are the lower end of the poorly Of the people who appear to have a good education, who have a terrible education, and they're the lower end of the spectrum.
They're bitter as hell.
And they have Marxist ideas.
So I don't even know how smart they are to get all this.
Some of them are brilliant.
And perverse.
And some of them are dumb as skunks.
That's right, Mayor.
And you know, as we talk about this, And it's something maybe we can pick up later in the show.
I would I would like your opinion on a couple of things in this regards.
It's interesting, right, just to kind of to go through the different motivations behind why people do what they do.
So it's something maybe we can talk about more a little bit later.
Well, I want to talk about...
Merry Christmas.
Here come the Christmas ornaments.
My Christmas bottles.
So, Rob, get a glass of water for Rob.
I'm gonna make Rob a convert here.
Go get a glass of water, Rob.
You can take two for Rob, two for Rudy.
This is the veggie part of balance of nature.
Balance of nature.
Now this is real simple.
We don't balance of nature.
Dr. Howard does a great, we're going to, we're going to play Dr. Howard's commercial, you know, next week or maybe, yeah.
Yeah, we'll play it next week, I think.
Maybe tomorrow, even.
So you get the more official, scientific version of this.
But I think this will work.
You need to have a minimum amount of vegetables and fruits.
You all know that.
And it is critical to your health.
I mean, it's like taking medicine.
And it, among other things, Makes you much more energetic, wards off illnesses, acts as a deterrent for illnesses, improves your immunity system.
I mean, oh my goodness, you go on and on and on and on.
No side effects to it.
And we don't get enough of it.
We just don't, we just don't eat enough vegetables.
Oh, I have some.
This is for you, Rob.
Okay.
I would, here's what I would recommend.
I am not a doctor, but this is not over the counter.
This is over the counter.
So I'm allowed to prescribe.
So Dr. Giuliani, Rob, is giving you four pills.
My prescription, thank you.
Okay, that's yours.
Here's some water for you, Rob.
All right.
I recommend clearing your throat and taking two, I take four at a time,
but I recommend beginning by two at a time.
Ah.
Okay, one more.
Oh, I got it.
Oh, I'm OK.
You're all right.
Mm.
Now, you can get me a little more water for later.
I won't do it right now so we can move on because we're running low on time here.
But the other thing you can get is this.
This is fiber and spice.
You put some of this in your water or if you want to juice it up, put it in your orange juice or juice and take this once a day or even twice if you want.
And this will give you the fiber that you need.
You know why you need fiber.
Okay.
Balanceofnature.com, code Rudy.
Right, Ted?
That's right, Mayor.
35% off your first Order, correct?
That's right.
And $25 off the travel size one, which is about this big.
And it or maybe this is a big and it comes with a travel case.
Okay, it comes with a travel case that you will appreciate and enjoy.
I am sure so that's you go do it right now.
And then start calling me in and telling me how it's working.
Okay.
We have around here definitely transparent communication.
Yeah, okay.
Awesome.
Well, we have a guest.
We have a returning guest, so you are all familiar with our friend Kirk Elliott, Ph.D.
Kirk is on the line now, and he has some new information for us.
And we're going to spend a couple of minutes here with Kirk Elliott, Ph.D.
Kirk are you there?
Kirk can you hear us?
I can.
Can you hear me?
How are you, Kirk?
Nice to talk to you.
Yeah, it's nice to talk to you as well, Mayor.
So tell us, what's going on?
Oh my word.
Well, since the last time, we talked quite a bit.
So, Fitch's rating agency downgraded the U.S.
Treasury or U.S.
debt from AA to AA+.
Yeah, that was terrible.
I mean, so imagine in a world where we're trying to be the reserve currency of the world, the strongest currency in the world, one that every country uses, and you don't even have the highest credit rating.
I mean, it doesn't work that way, right?
So to me, this is all part of a plan to actually build up the BRICS nations so they can be the world's reserve currency.
But when you look at it, there is no other result other than to lower our credit.
If you look at what we've done over the last two months, we've added $1 trillion to our debt.
Wow!
$1 trillion in a month?
Three months?
In two months.
So we're on pace to add $6 trillion in a 12-month span.
Now put that into perspective.
We've added 32 trillion dollars worth of debt since 1776.
Now, if we had six trillion in one year, in five years it equals what took over 250 to accumulate.
This is insanity!
Yeah, so it's out of control.
So, ventures had no choice but to downgrade.
What do they look at?
They look at, okay, how much debt do you have and what's your propensity to pay it off?
Well, they're just saying you don't have a propensity to pay off that much debt, so you had to be downgraded.
Now, in addition to that, you've had the International Monetary Fund, the IMF, put out a ruling that said, hey, rest of the world, if a country owes another country a debt, you don't have to pay for it in U.S.
dollars anymore.
That's what the reserve currency status does to add stability to the financial system.
But what did they say?
They said you can use the renminbi instead of the US dollar.
And I'm thinking, the renminbi?
What a stupid choice.
But because the renminbi is the internal currency of China.
The yuan is the external currency of China.
So what they're trying to do is build up China, build up the BRICS nation, so they can usurp the US dollars, the world's reserve currency.
I mean, this is really a big deal because By day by day by day, administrative ruling, by executive order, by everything else, we're seeing the U.S.
dollars being kicked out of the sandbox as the BRICS nations rise up to take our power.
And this is going to create more inflation, more raising of interest rates.
I mean, that's in a world where there's no guarantees, Mayor.
When you have a downgrading of credit, view it like a bot.
Normally, the U.S.
Treasury bond, the most stable bellwether investment on the planet, has a very, very low interest rate, where a junk bond has a higher rate, because the chances are they're going to go out of business and people need a higher return for their investment.
It's called a junk bond for a reason.
Because it is!
So when we get our credit rating reduced, what are they going to have to do?
They're going to have to raise interest rates to entice other countries to invest in our treasury.
So when you have Jerome Powell, when you have Janet Yellen saying, hey, you know, we can put a pause on interest rates.
We're winning the war on inflation.
Throw that concept into the trash, because now that our credit rating has been reduced, they have no choice but to raise rates again and again and again, because we have a lower credit score as a nation.
See, this is really a big deal moving forward.
Well, I think it is.
And how do institutions prepare themselves against this?
And then what should individuals do?
Well, institutions have to try to navigate through a scenario where you're going to have higher interest rates.
Right.
So any debt that they have, same for individuals, right?
An individual or an institution, look at what a future looks like where your debt payments are going to go up because the interest rates are rising.
So this is going to have a big impact on the banking community as well.
So what do banks need to survive in this climate?
They need higher interest rates and they need lower loan portfolios because with higher interest rates people don't have the ability to pay off their loans so there's going to be a lot of default.
So banks need to have higher interest rates to increase their profitability But they need lower loans out there because people who have loans aren't going to default on them.
But what do individuals need to succeed?
They need lower interest rates and higher amounts of credit, right?
Exactly the opposite.
So here's this battle that's being waged right underneath our nose.
And who's going to win?
Are the banks going to win so all the consumers of the world don't get loans?
Or are the consumers going to win, which would mean all the banks go out of business?
My answer is Everybody loses because banks are going to go out of business and people aren't going to be able to get loans.
This is the catch-22 of the world that we're living in right now.
And I think, you know, now going into an election year, all of this is going to cause more and more inflation, higher interest rates, and this is the political kiss of death for any politician.
Well, and in the case of an individual, this is the past time, but I mean, this would be still a good time to get yourself into silver and gold.
Is that right?
Oh my goodness.
Yes, because when times like this, when there's political chaos, when there's uncertainty and turbulence and rising interest rates and rising inflation, gold and silver always act as a flight for quality.
It will attract attention because people will look around them and say, the foundations are eroding all around us.
We need to go to something that's safe.
So during times like this is when gold and silver thrive.
Mayor, this is why Countries of the world, central banks of the world, are amassing gold by the thousands or hundreds of tons.
See, out of one side of their mouth, they're poo-pooing gold and silver and saying, oh, it's an ancient relic.
Why would you ever buy that stuff?
Out of the other side of their mouth, look at what they're doing.
Don't listen to what they say.
Watch what they do.
Because China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, India, They're buying gold by the hundreds of tons to shore up their currency as they're battling with the BRICS nations to be the world's reserve currency.
So if they're buying gold, we should do the same thing to protect ourselves from the economic onslaught and bank failures and inflationary pressures that are coming our way.
Okay, and how do they do that?
How do individuals get this information?
This is kind of complicated.
Well, it sounds complicated, but it's not.
It's a simple phone call.
So tell me, how do you uncomplicate it?
Okay, so if you want to protect and preserve, just give our office a call.
720-605-3900.
Just say Rudy sent you, or you can go to our website, KirkElliottPhD.com forward slash Rudy, and what we'll do is one of my advisors will talk to you and hear your concerns, hear your fears, hear your goals, Here's what you want done to protect and preserve and will help you map out a strategy for success moving forward using tangible assets for your IRAs, for your non-IRA accounts.
But the key is allocate into physical, tangible assets because banks are failing.
Banks are cutting people off from their accounts today because of their ideology, their political views, their religious views.
And the only way to really safeguard yourself from that is to get out of that system.
Well, I think that's great advice, and I'm going to urge people to do that right now.
No, I mean, the call is something you should just do for your general education.
I think you're going to go ahead and you're going to work with Kirk and his wonderful people.
But even at a minimum, uh, you're going to start thinking about these things to protect yourself because it really is foolhardy just to sit out there and be a target of, uh, of, of what he likes to call Biden economics, which is, I don't know, it isn't even Marxism.
It's so stupid.
It's stupid economics.
I mean, the guy, I don't even think the guy ever took economics.
I mean, He failed out of the third grade.
He failed out of law school.
He must've failed in his economics course.
Given the way he's running the government, he obviously has no sense of economics.
So please protect yourself.
And thank you, Kirk.
We'll talk to you next week.
Those are the people to deal with.
Kirk Elliott, PhD.
Thanks Kirk.
You bet.
We'll talk to you later.
Now let me give you these three things and we'll go to the calls.
First of all, in the city of Seattle, they've put out a memo saying that they have too many white people on the police force and too many people of military bearing.
They want more people of color and they want more genders.
Which means multiple genders.
So they're looking for people beyond male and female.
Maybe gender number 37.
I have no idea when you get beyond one and two what you got, but I think when you get out to 35 and 40, I'm looking at things that have like 14 legs and three heads and two eyes and, you know, here comes gender number 93!
93. Who are these genders? I would invite somebody to come on that could take me through 20 genders.
But I tried that on an airplane once with a guy who was a lawyer for one of these groups.
And when he got past about three or four, I didn't even know what the hell he was talking about.
I mean, I got a couple of the phony combinations for three, four, five.
I think at about five, it started to cut off.
At 10, I had to go to the bathroom to vomit.
I got back at 20, and by 20, these genders were humans that were flying, that could fly themselves.
Then I figured we were really in a strange territory until we got the ones that could blow deadly smoke out of their nose.
I mean, by 135, we were really in trouble.
And this guy represents them.
I said, have you represented all of these people?
You know, like the guys with the smoke out of their nose and the four eyes?
And he looked at me very seriously and he said, are you questioning my integrity?
I said, no, no, no.
I said under my breath, I'm questioning something else.
That is a fictional conversation made up for the point of sarcasm.
Yes.
Yeah.
We used to be allowed to do that, but I had to put that on because nowadays you're not allowed to do that.
So, uh, you will not hear in the regular newspapers or press, uh, uh, kept from you will be that the mayor of Seattle doesn't want white people on a police force anymore.
He doesn't want everybody from the military on the police force anymore.
They always seem to make the best cops.
Uh, probably doesn't want too many women on.
Uh, he wants people of color and he wants people of, uh, odd, uh, genders, uh, genders that are not accepted by, uh, the universe of society.
Let's put it that way.
Uh, or at least over the last thousands and thousands of years of human history, we did not accept beyond two genders, but now suddenly we've become much smarter and we realize there are 130 of them.
That's the ones he wants.
Uh, Please, I beg the press, including the whatever remains of a conservative press, ask Bill Barr why he sat on the hard drive for a year.
Now, I'm not going to make the joke I made on radio, although I must say I got no complaints about it.
I thought I was.
I thought I would get some insensitive complaints, but you guys must be starting to really hate Barr.
Uh, we'll dislike him.
Let's not use the word hate.
Bad word.
I don't hate Bill Barr.
In fact, I could be persuaded that there's some explanation for this, but I don't know it because I always had, I had a certain degree of respect for Bill.
I always saw him for what he was, which is I consider him like a bar association prosecutor.
And when Trump selected him, I was worried he'd worry more about what the New York Times and the Washington Post and the good old boys at the bar association, all of whom are silly limousine liberals and who Who don't endorse conservative judges, even the ones that are Republicans.
They fought like, uh, going back to Judge Rehnquist.
The bar associations that are trying to get rid of me fought people like Rehnquist and my good friend Nino Scalia.
But I always thought of Bill as a very honorable guy.
Very honorable guy.
Now, if something he's doing That if he doesn't have a good explanation for it, it's fatal to any reputation, to being honest.
The FBI got the hard drive, what was it, in November, follow the time here, in November of 2019.
Okay.
I had been investigating the case.
I revealed the case on Ukraine way back in February of 2019 without the hard drive.
And when I say revealed it, um, eight witnesses, a flat out money laundering transaction that you could prove with a piece of paper, a confession, uh, a videotapes, uh, bank receipts.
I had a nice racketeering case, much bigger now with the hard drive, but then I have a podcast that proves it.
All of a sudden, In November of 2019, John Mac Isaacs gives the FBI the hard drive.
They don't do anything with it, but they do verify it in December of 2019.
In other words, by December of 2019, the FBI knows what the Democratic Party covered up criminally and scandalously right before the election, and that is that the hard drive was legitimately Hunter Biden's.
And came through John Mac Isaacs and had no earmarks of Russian or any other information, but Hunter Biden information.
That was December of 2019.
So now it comes out in September of 2019, that terrible lawyer who has to be suspended from the bar, Rudy Giuliani, who was the only one to bring out Biden's original corruption.
All of a sudden is the only one, it appears, to be bringing out the hard drive.
Now, I did it with Bob Costello and with John Mac Isaac, but I was the front man.
But I do say and take great credit for the fact that there is no doubt in the world that you would not know about all this corruption, and American history would not be able to deal with it and fix it if it weren't for me, and I am very proud of that, and I don't care what you do to me.
That makes up for anything you do to me, you miserable, un-American crooks that are going after me.
And that's what you are, you un-American crooks.
And if I say I have no respect for you, that comes from the most successful prosecutor in the 20th century.
I know what I'm talking about, and you don't.
But in any event, In September 2019, I did the only thing I knew how to do, and that is my duty as an American citizen.
Did I know they would try to destroy me by then?
Of course I did.
They had already tried to destroy me, but I knew I was now giving them the impetus to really destroy me.
Did I think they'd kill me like the Mafia, you know, voted to kill me?
Or like the FARC put out a contract on me?
Or the Islamic terrorists of Fatwa?
No.
I didn't think they'd kill me physically.
Although, who knows?
I didn't think that.
I gotta be honest.
I didn't think they'd kill me physically, but I did think they would ruin whatever was left of my law practice.
They would ruin me with the press.
I mean, after all, when Biden first Became the nominee, the first thing he did is write a letter to the press saying to keep me off.
I was sure proud of that.
That says something about you and how effective you were.
They kept me off because they figured I was by far the most devastating.
Effective surrogate.
Effective surrogate that Trump had.
By the time I came on, I just banged 11 Daylights at him because I had the facts, I had the testimony, I had the pictures, I had the tape recordings.
That might be a first.
I don't, I've never heard that.
So, I said, the hell with it.
I looked in the mirror and I said, I'm gonna put it out.
And history will be on your side, I'm convinced.
I put it out and I never expected the censorship.
Never.
I didn't think, I was naive enough to think if there was enough of the press that would say, oh my god, we were wrong.
But they were all crooks.
Big, big crooks to cover that up.
So here's the question.
Why does Barr not come forward at that point?
Bingo!
And why doesn't a reporter ask him?
And then a few days later, when you see it's a setup for politics, and Biden just repeats it on the debate, and then he gets those 51 crooked, dishonest intelligence officials to write a letter that it has the earmarks of Russian disinformation, when the FBI knows for almost a year that it's valid.
How does Barr still continue to cover it up?
Why does the FBI not put them under investigation?
The FBI knows they're lying to influence an election.
He's afraid of the press?
He's got 51 of them that are lying their asses off and he doesn't go after them?
Or at least tell the American people as a fellow citizen I have the need to tell you?
That there is this hard drive and that it, but I can tell you definitively, it has nothing to do with the Russians.
And those people who told you that they had, has earmarks, never even looked at the hard drive, never asked the FBI, never asked anyone.
The, uh, 51, uh, people who lie look like they have the earmarks of traitors.
Talk about election interference.
Yeah.
What is that?
That's election interference and that's putting it kindly.
I should have realized that he wouldn't do that because he should have come forward during the impeachment.
He had the hard drive during the impeachment.
It had been validated before the impeachment.
The impeachment was about an inappropriate conversation with Poroshenko, with Zelensky to investigate the Bidens for massive bribery.
And, of course, the idea was there was no massive bribery, and all Trump was doing was trying to interfere with the election.
They tried to make it extortion or bribery, but they had confused Biden's conversation with Trump's, because Trump said no words of extortion or bribery.
Biden said all of them.
But they still said it was, I don't know, wrong to ask him to investigate an innocent man.
Now, if he had had the hard drive, He'd have a thousand pieces of evidence that it was true, including tape recordings proving it was true.
And you would come to the conclusion that, in fact, he would violate his oath as president if he didn't ask for it, because he would not be carrying out the laws.
He wouldn't be faithfully executing the laws of the United States.
So he literally had no choice, and the impeachment would just go down.
Well, Mayor, how about we take... So I ask you all, write to your congressman, write to your senator, and say, demand Bill Barr answer under oath, why did you cover up the hard drive for at least a year?
That's a good point.
And that is something that we need to, that we should ask our audience to help us get an answer to, because I'm yet to hear a reporter ask him.
CNN must know because they have him on all the time.
He's on TV between CNN and Fox too.
But CNN must know why he did it.
You see, I figure there's got to be a reason for why he did it.
Do they have something on him?
Is he compromising?
I'm sorry.
No holes barred anymore after this.
I mean, I know I know what the hell goes on in Washington.
I know a couple people they got things on.
I don't know if it's fair to tell you because I don't know it with that degree of specificity.
But I know some of it with a degree of the guy from the Lincoln Project who tried to get me I don't know arrested or something turned out to get the day that he tried or the day that they tried.
He gets arrested for pedophilia.
It's always the creeps, right?
These guys.
Nobody covers that at the head of the Lincoln Society, which are a group of nutty Republicans.
They were nutty.
That's a great way to put it.
The guy in charge gets arrested for pedophilia.
What's a hell of a thing to get arrested for?
Well, maybe Barr is, maybe look.
Be careful.
No, I didn't say anything.
I'm just saying it's unhealthy.
We don't know what Barr is.
We have no allegations against Barr.
I emphasize that.
I have no suspicion as to what it is that made Barr corrupt.
What I do want to, and I'm not sure he's corrupt.
Is there a chance he didn't know about it?
Is there a chance that Ray hit it on him?
And he's covering for Ray.
And he never was aware of it.
Now raise a skunk.
Complete skunk.
Yeah, where did that guy come from?
He has no answer.
He had to have known about it.
Chris Christie.
What's he doing?
Does he tell Chris Christie and Chris Christie told him to hide it?
I don't know.
Chris, he's acting like a nut now.
Wouldn't that be sad?
Yeah, he was in Ukraine today.
He popped up in Ukraine with Zelensky.
Ate all the food.
Caused a temporary food crisis for the Ukrainians.
He brought him a big thing of flowers.
A big thing of bouquet of blue and yellow flowers.
Well, he brought a cake too, but that didn't survive the flight.
He went to Ukraine?
Yeah, Chris Christie popped up in Ukraine with Zelensky, right?
Out of all the news this week.
All the news today.
You know when Ukraine is in trouble?
When they start taking it for the Ukrainian army.
Imagine him as a Ukrainian soldier.
I just hear him walking with a trombone behind him.
Corporal Christie, stand up!
Sir, I am standing up!
Corporal Christie, stand up!
Corporal Christie, Corporal Christie, Corporal Christie, stand up!
Sir, I am standing up!
Corporal Christie, stand up!
Sir, I am standing up!
Okay, now we're gonna scale the walls.
Now we're going to scale the walls.
Are you freaking kidding me?
Maybe we'll just keep you back here, Corporal Christie.
We'll leave you here.
The next day it's Private Christie.
Private Christie!
Jump the rope!
Jump the rope!
How about Cork Christie?
Here's a computer for you.
Fight him with the computer, baby!
I cannot imagine what kind of meeting that was between Zielinski and... They both seem to be gluttons in their own way, right?
Well, I don't know about that.
I don't know why we're attacking Zielinski except for the fact that his mentor is a crook.
Aren't you allowed to have a mentor as a crook?
Aren't you allowed to have, as your mentor, the guy who did all the money laundering in Ukraine?
Fine, I can't blame Zelensky that we're the ones giving him all the money, right?
It's not his fault.
Can you blame Zelensky for his career being made by Kolomoisky, who was another one of the Zelensky oligarchs in Ukraine and stole maybe $20 billion and did all the Is it all the money laundering for everyone, including the Bidens?
Can you imagine how much Zelensky has on Biden?
Can you imagine how much Zelensky has on Biden?
That must be why they're getting this money.
Everything we know, he knows, of course.
I know he knows more than we know, because I saw the file as of 20...
No, before the election, I think.
Probably 20... probably September of 2020. I saw the file.
The file is devastating.
It's got all the indications that Shokin was not, for any reason, corrupt.
It shows you when they made it up.
It shows you that Poroshenko, the president, had asked Biden for permission to hire the next prosecutor.
Now, when does the Vice President of the United States name the prosecutor in a foreign country?
When his son is involved?
Look, it's one thing to try to get away with telling us he can fire the prosecutor in Ukraine, and he did it because the guy was corrupt, not because he was investigating his son.
Now, if you believe that, it's time for remedial education.
Now, if you believe the following, he did not fix it.
Joe didn't fix it.
He fired the prosecutor because the prosecutor was corrupt.
Not because the prosecutor was going to put his son and his son's company and the guy who gave him 10 million in jail.
He did it because he worries about corruption so much.
But he wanted to be so sure that it was handled properly that he approved the next prosecutor of a foreign country.
And then it just so happens that that ex-prosecutor dismissed the case against his son and the guy who stole $40 million.
Unbelievable.
It's unbelievable.
Now, how does anybody... How do you go to bed at night knowing If you put those facts together, and I will discount stupid people, and you're not stupid, I don't care how prejudiced you are against Trump.
This has nothing to do with Trump.
You can think Trump is wonderful.
You can think Trump is bad.
Doesn't change the facts that I just told you.
Aren't you capable of thinking that way?
See, I don't think you have a good mind if you don't.
There's something, I think you have to go and look at what's wrong with you if you don't.
If you can't put the two things aside, if you can't come to the conclusion that, gee, in 2020, I didn't know, I heard a lot of this stuff about Trump, but if you really still think that Trump is much worse than Biden, you're not living on earth.
Not only is Biden worse than Trump, Biden is, by everything we know, The worst president we've ever had.
Let's take it, he's definitely the most corrupt.
The amounts of money that have been proven went to him.
And when you get over four or five witnesses in bank accounts, it's proven.
And the money laundering, Latvian money laundering transactions that I have in my possession is proven.
When he did to his granddaughter what he did to his granddaughter, I don't think, I think less than a percent of the grandfathers in America would do that.
I think it puts you now not only in a corrupt category, but an evil category.
You say about a little girl that you disown her for five, four years?
Even with this, they embrace her now?
He's never seen it.
Some embrace, Joe, you've never seen it.
You're sitting on that freaking beach all week.
You can't go see your granddaughter that you shunned for four years, you bum!
I'm telling you, if you were an old guy in an Italian neighborhood, they'd kick the shit out of you.
The other old guys would.
They'd say, what kind of bum are you?
That's what I called in on last night, to point out that if it were not, that's another thing that the world would not have known about if not for Ruby Giuliani.
Boy, you're damn right.
And do you know why it's relevant to him?
Because he does this big Catholic sanctimonious bullshit.
I'm a very, very... I go to church every week.
I go to church every week.
I go to church every week.
Of course, I use it as a cover for the bribes that I get every week from my son.
Hunter gives me... Now, let's think of what kind of father he is.
Hunter has told us unequivocally, although very much hidden from you, Uh, that all his life, 30 years, he has to give half his income to his father.
Now, aside from the obvious conduit for the bribes that it is, do you know any father of friends of yours with grown children where their children give them half their income for their entire lives?
I mean, what is that?
Some kind of a feudal That's some kind of a feudal slavery or something?
Well, it's particularly odd when your father... I've never heard of any Irish family that does that.
Well, especially when your father's not exactly, uh, you know, I mean, he's a US senator and a vice president.
Let's play it out a little further.
By the way, just in case people are unaware of this, and if you listen to my show, if you're unaware of this, please listen to more.
In December of 2015, Hunter Wright, To his daughter.
For 30 years, I've had to give, I've had to pay for all the expenses of the family, which is why he bought the homes.
And I've had to give half the income to Pop.
Now, why would you, let's even forget about the bribery scheme for a minute, which obviously is a smoking gun.
What kind of father would do that?
Hmm?
You take half the kid's income.
I mean, that's crazy.
And it's obviously gotten under his crawl, Hunter.
He's not happy about it.
He's very upset in that memo.
He's very upset in that memo.
You might say, well, because he's a drug addict.
But if he's a drug addict, if half the income is like $30 million, He sure left him with enough money to buy drugs, Joe.
And after the fifth time he went into rehabilitation and didn't work, you might have figured that strategy is not working.
He used to go into rehabilitation and line up prostitutes and drugs and leave the rehabilitation center at night.
Yes, there is.
With love, but with love, with tough love.
Well, that's never going to happen.
Well, Mayor, we've had Elliot waiting patiently for about 20 minutes on the phone.
How about we take a call?
He's got a very good question for you.
Please!
Elliot!
Hold tight, Elliot.
We'll be right there with you.
Not too tight.
You'll squeeze the line.
Elliot, are you there?
I may also point out that I think I have pointed out that...
Elliot, are you there?
That the Attorney General, who has his own ethics problems, major ethics problems, and money problems, he went ahead and deliberately selected a prosecutor with the reputation of being a hitman for Republican politicians and bringing unfair cases against them.
If you wanted a fair result, and one perceived as a fair result, that is not what you do.
You pick someone who's neutral, Even for the appearance of impropriety, or to avoid the appearance of impropriety.
Basically, Garland was saying, I don't give a damn what you think.
I don't give a damn if you think this is a fixed investigation.
I don't give a damn if you think I picked a fair prosecutor.
And I obviously didn't.
The guy's got a reputation for being unfair.
Because I don't give a damn about you.
You're just a people.
You're the, you're, we're Democrats and you're deplorables.
Elliot, can you hear us?
Yes, sir.
All right, you're on with the mayor.
Thank you, buddy.
Rudy, I just wanted to ask, thanks to John Solomon, we know that Hunter Biden and his Ukrainian gas firm colleagues had multiple contacts with Obama's State Department during the 2016 election cycle.
And we know that the Obama State Department My question is, when are we going to see the House Oversight Committee pull these people in to question them about their concerns and their connections?
And in terms of the banks that this money came from, Rudy, that Hunter and Rob Walker were being paid, Does the House Oversight Committee now have legal authority to investigate other bank transactions coming into America from these accounts?
And do you think, will they have the authority to find out who else was getting paid from these companies?
Great question.
Both are good questions.
I know the answer for sure to one.
All of the people that John revealed in his columns of almost like two years ago now, All of those people could be subpoenaed, should be.
Some of them he got on his own, and some I gave him.
So, I mean, John's columns, starting in February of 2019, is where I gave the information that I had, because the Southern District had turned it down when Bud Cummings gave it to them.
My witnesses told me they didn't trust the FBI.
I tried to talk them out of it.
I'm glad I didn't because it was more corrupt than I realized.
So I said I had only one of two choices.
I could bury it, which I wasn't, or I could give it to the media.
And the only two people I trusted were John Solomon and, um, and Hennessey, uh, Hannity.
And I went on Hannity's show and described it.
And I gave a lot of the paper to John and also the witnesses because we both, both John and I made recordings of them that are now available that go back to 2019.
And if you listen to them, you would see it corroborates completely the testimony that Archie gave and other people gave.
So the answer to it is yes, they can subpoena the banks.
Uh, as far as the government records, you would think those would be very easy to get, but the Treasury Department has been, and it was very good that they got the, uh, uh, suspicious activity reports because they were refusing the Reagan, uh, the Trump administration, those reports for a year on diminution.
Who, I don't know if Steve did it on purpose or Steve did it because Steve was not very attentive, but Steve helped to cover up those activity reports.
He also covered up, and the State Department refused to allow the Ukrainian prosecutors to have access to several bank accounts that the Ukrainian prosecutors suspected contained large sums of money.
Intended for the Bidens and other politicians.
And they had several witnesses to that, and our State Department stopped it.
Our State Department also stopped, and this I have proof of, and this is Trump's State Department.
Yeah, Trump's State Department or Treasury Department?
Treasury Department.
It was Trump's Treasury Department that stopped the initial disclosure of the Latvian laundered money.
So you saw that the money was going out to various people on the board of Burisma who had political connections, including the Bidens.
But the others, you could trace it with the Bidens that stopped in Cyprus.
You couldn't go beyond Cyprus.
And when the Ukrainians, the honest ones, the Shokin, who was really honest, Went to get it, he was told.
The American ambassador said, you can't have it.
And you know how we got it?
We got it because we know how to investigate.
They do too.
They just don't do it.
Those records came out in Devin Archer's trial.
Records of this laundered money from Latvia.
They didn't realize they were putting it in.
We were watching it.
We grabbed it.
Soon as it was public, and there's the final straw in the whole thing, the final nail in the coffin.
You see the money, the exact amount that had gone through about eight banks, a lot of it engineered by Zelensky's patron and friend and employer Kolomoisky, and you see 3.4 million coming out for the Bidens, and you see a little note of money going to Vice President Joe Biden.
Now that was available to prosecute them.
March of 2019.
Way before the election.
You could have prosecuted for a one-count money laundering transaction, you'd have eight witnesses, and you'd have convicted them, and Joe would never be president.
That was covered up by people in the Trump administration.
Because Trump didn't control the administration, the deep state did.
He didn't start controlling it until the very end.
Now let me assure you about those who are seeking to select a president this time.
He will control it from day one this time.
And he's the only one that will control it.
Because the rest of them will not know how to do it.
And I probably know how to do it better than anybody, because of my experience in the government, having been a third-ranking official in the Judge Department, and having investigated every kind of damn criminal in the world, and having been successful every time I do it, including this time, against all odds.
I don't know where the people are that say Giuliani was right.
They go on the air and they repeat things that I brought out three years ago and don't point out that I did, but I know I did.
So the answer is, this is all there.
It's been there for three years.
We never had to get to trying him when he was a presidential candidate.
We could have tried him before he was a presidential candidate.
You would have only gotten half the crimes, but that's okay.
You'd have kept him out of the White House.
And then if you did that and you really prosecute, like put Devin Archer in for 10 years, I bet she tells you the rest of the story.
Devin Archer hasn't told you the whole truth.
That's preppy boy bullshit that he gave you.
Just enough.
I mean, you can see that guy thinks he's a gift to the world.
Somebody had to question him a little differently than he was prepared.
I guarantee you, my office had him.
He'd be coming out telling the truth, just like all the mafia guys.
Told the truth, just like all the people against Boesky and Milken told the truth.
You gotta know how to handle these people.
I can figure that dandy out in a minute.
Well, Mayor, we're well into soccer time, of course.
And I appreciate what he gave us, and I resent immensely for my country what he's holding back.
Give, uh, give the, uh, give our viewers and listeners something to do this weekend.
What should they be looking into?
I mean, there's a lot out there with this Devin Archer testimony.
Yeah, I'd read, I'd, I would read his affidavit or his testimony because it.
And then check out the podcast.
It completely makes a lie out of makes, it makes Joe Biden a lifetime liar over the 1000 times.
He said, I never knew anything about my father's, my brothers, my brothers or my son's foreign clients.
I mean.
He talks to them all the time.
He's categorically definitely sure that he knew who they were.
There were about 10, 20 pictures with them.
There were videotapes with them.
There were text messages going back.
There are thank yous for being with them.
There are dinners with them.
There are transatlantic calls with them.
There's no possible way you can prove it that isn't available.
So what that means is he is a Well over a two decade liar about that.
That is a material fact covering up the crime of bribery.
It would be admissible evidence in a bribery trial.
And I will tell you from my experience, there is nothing more devastating than a false exculpatory statement.
And if you would like, I'll give you the citations to evidence books that make that point.
With statements like, false exculpatory evidence is more accurate and powerful than a confession.
He's got about 80 of them.
We have, it's time just to be honest with each other.
We have a thoroughly dishonest president.
He is totally crooked.
He's taken more money than it is conceivable than any American president could have taken in the past.
If anyone did take money, if we do this right, there'll never be another American president who does this.
If we do it wrong, we become the banana Republic that they're talking about.
And right now, For all intents and purposes, we are.
They say we have two systems of justice.
We do not have two systems of justice.
Because if you have two systems of justice, of necessity, you don't have justice.
We don't have any justice.
When one man can be prosecuted for speaking his mind and saying what he believes, Just because it contradicts what they would like to be the established truth, the regime, that's not justice.
That's fascism, communism, Nazism, not justice.
And if another man gets away with taking 31 million and counting, some of it from our biggest enemies, and is sitting as the most powerful man in this country, we have justice?
We are, and cannot defend, if any foreign country wants to say America is a crooked government right now, they're telling the absolute truth.
You have to change that.
That's sad.
You've got to change it!
Don't sit there looking sad.
Sit there looking tough.
Angry.
Look the way Trump did yesterday when he walked into that court and pled not guilty!
I'm not guilty for expressing my opinion.
Do you think the election was stolen?
You're damn right the election was stolen!
You want to hear it from me?
You're damn right it was stolen.
And in fact, it's illogical that it wouldn't be stolen because these people did everything else to destroy him.
They actually stole the election by hiding the hard drive.
Why the hell wouldn't they do the final coup de grace?
And why did Hillary Clinton tell him, don't concede no matter what?
It wasn't planned?
Go tell that to Bill Barr.
There's Rudy Giuliani.
We're going to sign off for tonight.
We're going to come back tomorrow night with some real surprises.
Eight o'clock on Getter, on Facebook, on YouTube, on Rumble Bumble, on Twitter.
Twitter, our biggest, our biggest.
Hey, by the way, Rumble, you guys are starting to challenge Twitter.
You guys are moving.
We got like 100,000 on them the other night.
One was even more, I think.
Yeah, you guys are really moving.
And then Twitter, Twitter's still the champ.
Or X. X is the champ.
Now, you guys hit champ territory before you were X.
But you're staying there now constantly.
So there are nights we get better ratings.
Isn't this nice in CNN?
What?
You know what I was just told?
You shouldn't even be proud of that.
And of course, Q-U-X.
We're on Q-U-X every night.
Q-U-X coming along big time.
Get one.
Get one of the boxes, babes.
Where's that box?
I had it.
Thank you.
See this box right here?
That's what I'm going to have.
And we're going to put it in right now after the show.
Good.
We're going to put it back on because I want to watch some stuff on here.
Let's do it.
We'll have that set up.
My television's right over there.
So we're going to have this set up within five minutes of our being off the air.
I mean, it'll be set up in two minutes.
You just take your HDMI cord, now look, you're talking to a guy who was technologically a moron about three years ago, four years ago.
You take an HDMI cord, you put it right there, you go look at the back of you, if you got bad eyes, put your glasses on, take a little camera, look at the back of your TV, you'll see in the back of most smart TVs, A couple.
You see HDMI 1, HDMI 2, Macy 3, 4.
I always find it works best on HDMI 2.
I don't know why.
And I put it in HDMI 2.
Now, right in this one, because I have the premium one, I have every single... I have 360 channels.
I've got everything you could think of.
The only thing I might miss is like the super premium of a super premium of a super premium that gets you five movies.
And I could get it if I wanted to pay more for it.
But this is everything you get in the maximum package, plus a few more.
Like, for example, I don't get OAN here.
On the service that I had.
Oh, because they're left-wing.
Oh, before this, before this.
Yeah, I get it on here.
Yes, yes.
There are about eight channels I get on here that I don't get on the New York service.
I know, they pulled it.
For political censorship reasons.
Yes!
And then there are about six or seven more that I just get because they make sometimes very hard bargains.
You know, they try to get rid of Newsmax.
Well, DirecTV did get rid of Newsmax.
How come they were able to survive that barrage of Newsmax?
A lot of pressure.
And our people are beginning... I mean, look how powerful we're becoming.
We're ruining Bud Light.
Good.
You know?
Yep, kill them.
Well, you know what really happened with Bud Light?
There was reports they had put urine in it.
And several Bud Light cans were found with urine in it, and that just blew it right through the top.
That's not true!
It's a joke!
And of course we mean, when we say that, we mean kill the business is what we're meaning.
We're joking.
That was a joke.
It's not true.
It wasn't urine in the Bud Light can.
That was a joke.
But hopefully it'll go viral.
It was a joke joke.
I do, I do say though, and this is true, there are times it looks so light, you look at the color of it, people There was no urine in it, okay?
Just want you to be sure you know that.
In fact, that would take away from my point, which is, you got killed because you're a bunch of sellout woke.
Sellouts.
You even contributed to Black Lives Matter.
I think you did.
Let me know if Bud Light contributed to Black Lives Matter, because then we'll have a few more words about him.
Well, we'll see you tomorrow night.
We'll see what happens tomorrow.
Got plenty more to cover.
Rudy Giuliani.
God bless America.
And I would say...
Right now, for the next couple of days at least, a special prayer for Donald Trump.
Despite the fact that he's the toughest guy I know or you know, what they're doing to him is unholy.
What they're doing to him should be done to no one, no one, in a country like ours.
Because when you do it to one in a country like ours, you can do it to anyone.
And they're starting to do it to anyone.
God bless America.
