Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani, and I'm back with another episode of Rudy's Common Sense.
Today's episode is something I have been waiting for for some time, and you're going to find it very hard to believe that you are going to witness the first meeting in person between John Paul Isaacs and me.
Let me give you a little background here.
John Paul Isaacs is the gentleman who owned the computer repair store in Delaware.
He is the gentleman that Hunter Biden brought three devices to in 2018
and asked that they be fixed. At the time, John Mack Isaacs at first didn't know who he was,
and then when he started signing documents, he realized it was the son, the surviving son,
of the former vice president, the former senator from the state of Delaware, and
from Mr. Mack Isaacs' point of view, a very powerful man in Delaware to the point of
of the world.
Doing harm to you if you did harm to him.
That kind of politician.
He, however, treated it as a normal business transaction.
There were three devices.
If I recall correctly, one device was fixable immediately, given back to the customer.
The second device needed one part, which he proceeded to order.
And said it would be ready right away.
And the third one he said would require a good deal of work, and that was the computer that he had brought in, a Mac computer.
Biden signed the necessary documents which include a stipulation, a statement, a clause in the contract that if you don't return and take it back within 90 days, it becomes the property of the merchant.
It is a common clause in many, many of these merchants' contracts.
I can remember it in some of mine.
I'm sure you probably remember it in some of yours.
And it's quite ironclad.
If you want to see that document, you can go back to Rudy's Common Sense podcast.
We'll get you the number and put it on and put it on the screen.
And you can see the actual document itself if you if you need to.
But it was signed by Hunter Biden.
He took the device after a day or so, possibly a day.
He had another conversation with Hunter Biden about that other part and this one.
He fixed the second machine, and the third machine was still going to take quite some time to fix.
And that was the last he heard from Hunter Biden.
He fixed the machine, Contacted him a number of times, never heard back from him, and after 90 days it became his, although he just put it in with a large group of other properties that, you know, similarly had been forfeited to him, people not wanting them any longer.
As the discussion of impeachment and Biden saying, I never knew anything about foreign dealings, and Hunter saying, I never did anything, and Giuliani and others saying that plenty, plenty had been done, he decided to take a listen for himself and what he heard shocked him.
We'll let him describe a little of that, but he was shocked to the point of a citizen, very, very worried that a man running for president was lying.
And then I'd have to say, again, he should put it in his own words, when you take a look at the camera part, the photograph part of it, it takes your breath away in terms of the volume, not only of pornography, but of self-indulgent pornography, to the point of mental illness, and some child pornography.
He, uh, turned it over to the FBI first out in Las Vegas.
Then again, in New York, nothing was done with it.
He was told he best keep his mouth shut.
And when he realized the FBI had had covered it up, particularly during the impeachment, when it could be helpful to Trump to completely exonerate him, he began making, uh, sending out letters to see if anybody would help him.
Nobody would help him, but me and Bob Costello.
He can go on and tell you the rest of it.
So that's the story of the background story.
So you put it in context.
And now let's go to John Mack Isaacs, who I interviewed would be two days ago.
It was during the dinner of the Metropolitan Republican Club where he received.
The Ronald Reagan Award, my favorite president, and is well deserved for a great American.

And tell them Rudy sent you.
Or simply fill out a request for a free consultation at kirkelliottphd.com slash Rudy.
Did it.
John, just tell us what they've done to you since you turned over the laptop and it became public.
What, what, what?
What have the repercussions been?
And then we'll go back.
Well, I ended up getting chased out of town.
I had to close my business of 10 years.
I went into hiding out in Colorado, kind of bounced around there until things kind of simmered down.
Tried to start a business out in Colorado, but after 30 minutes of the Facebook page being up, somebody posted, oh, he'll steal your data and give it away.
Right.
Then the IRS audited me from 2016 for about 57 bucks.
State of Delaware denied my unemployment for almost a year, even though I paid into it for 10 years.
I have to cancel credit, or I get my credit cards magically canceled about once or twice a month.
So it's just this constant barrage, but I think they're trying to break me and I don't think they get it.
And now recently they filed this ridiculous lawsuit against you.
People should know that in the contract that he had with Hunter Biden, and I looked at this right at the very beginning, because I wanted to be sure.
When I first found out about you, Bob Costello called me.
He told me about your letter.
And he said he wanted to talk to you because sometimes these letters are true and sometimes these letters aren't.
And Bob, you should know, has been my friend and my lawyer and I trained him.
He was my assistant, my student assistant when we were babies.
I was 30 something and he was 21.
So I trust him implicitly and he's a great lawyer.
And as you know, a very, very fine man.
And he said to me after three or four days of talking to you on the phone, this man's for real.
He said, I would stake my life on it.
He's for real.
And he's being screwed around.
He's being screwed around by definitely by the FBI and probably by the Congress that's afraid.
Now, I knew that because the Congress screwed me around.
One of them told me, knowing completely what Biden did, I don't want to go after him because he was a former senator.
The former senator was selling out the United States.
I mean, it's a little different.
But he came forward.
He thought you thought your anonymity could get protected with the FBI, right?
Well, I hope that nobody would have never known I existed.
We should live in a country where a citizen should be able to take criminality to the authorities without any fear of retribution or retaliation.
And I believed in that.
So when you were going through the laptop, because it was your property, what was it, after 90 days?
The Department of Justice said it was my property.
They made me sign a letter giving them permission to access my property.
Well, after 90 days, or was it 90 days in the contract?
Yeah, the contract said after 90 days, if the person doesn't pick it up, it reverts to you.
So, after those 90 days, there was a point at which you finally looked at it.
What drove you to do that?
So when I, I was hired to do a data recovery, he wanted me to get the data off the computer.
Now, because the computer was liquid damaged, it was shutting down.
So I had to manually, like you would drag and drop files to a thumb drive.
I had to manually drag and drop.
And then during the verification process, that's when I saw a lot of the criminality on the laptop.
So a lot of the sensationalized stuff, a lot of the porn and the drugs and whatnot.
But I also saw some financial documents and I saw the name Burisma come up a lot related to a lot of money.
It wasn't until after it became my property and during the news cycle of the summer when I realized, holy cow!
I'm sitting on criminal activity, probably part of an investigation that I believe I was watching the news.
You were in Ukraine when I was sitting on this going through this laptop.
I was in Ukraine getting chased around by George Soros.
Who knows what they wanted to do to us.
We finally escaped to the airport.
Bob Costello taught me a term called slow walking, and he described how the Department of Justice was handling your investigation, all the subpoenas, you were being slow walked, and he introduced me to that term because that's what the FBI was doing.
Yeah, exactly.
Same thing to me.
So in January 2020, I brought them a witness.
In Ukraine, who was the chief accountant for Burisma, the wife of the former owner, who said that she had offshore bank accounts of the Bidens, and all she wanted was to be interviewed by them, prove to them that she had it, and then go into witness protection program.
So we gave them the information, like you, thinking they would act on it.
They left her high and dry, even though she was under threat of death, and never interviewed her, not one time.
Well, when the FBI called me up after they took everything, and then for the next day or two, I was providing free technical support to the FBI because they were trying to access this drive, access the contents.
I realized this isn't being put in an evidence envelope and being sent to a place outside of DC for analysis.
These are guys making sure what they have is real, and they're probably going to throw it in the river.
And I wouldn't be surprised if that's what they did.
When they raided my apartment a couple years later.
I remember that.
It was in Colorado.
The affidavit and the warrant said they should take all my electronics.
So when we got to the end, I had two copies that Bob had made for me of the hard drive.
And I had two copies because I did one without the pornography.
And I did one with the pornography, depending on who I was giving it to.
I didn't want to give the pornography to the press.
So I have it lined up at the end.
They don't know what it is.
So I go through all the electronics and I identify it for them.
We get to the end and I said, well, here's the only piece of incriminating evidence I have.
It's right here.
Oh, wow.
What is it?
So that's the two hard drives.
I'll give you the one with or without the pornography.
And they said, no, no, we don't want that.
We don't want that.
The poor kids, and they were actually just kids, they probably had been told, make sure you don't take any of that because they've been hiding yours.
And I represented Trump during the impeachment.
I cannot understand how the head of the FBI and the Attorney General hid that from us, because that would have made the impeachment No one void.
Impossible.
With a perfect explanation for why he was asking Zelensky to investigate Biden.
He had every right to make that phone call.
It's what we call exculpatory evidence.
And I'll never forgive Bill Barr for not turning it over.
I don't know what's wrong with him.
I agree.
Well, it's funny you brought it up because I remember it was April of 2021.
My lawyer called and said, Rudy Giuliani's home just got raided.
Be ready.
Yeah.
And I was like, okay.
And then word got out that you tried to get the drives to them and they turned down and that sent off a light bulb in my head.
So I went out, everything that I valued, I put sticky notes that said Hunter's Laptop.
So everything that I figured the FBI was going to raid me, they're not going to touch anything that's labeled Hunter's Laptop.
I do wonder what they did with the original.
So they have the actual computer, right?
They have the computer and the drive.
Because I called Hunter, and that's why I know his phone worked, that's why I know his voicemail worked, because I called him up on the 15th and said, go to Best Buy, pick up a one terabyte external hard drive, drop it off, I'll transfer everything back, call you when it's done.
So this is so he could use it?
So he could get, yeah, because he needed the data to be put on something.
Right.
And he dropped off the drive.
So I knew, and that's why Hunter has a credit card receipt from Best Buy for a one terabyte Western Digital Drive that I have the serial number.
It's also the same serial number on the subpoena from the FBI.
So if he wants to take me to court over this, bring it on.
He can't.
You've got the contract that makes it your property.
Discovery goes both ways.
Yeah, yeah.
Did you see him once or twice?
He came in twice.
He came in the initial time to drop it off and he came in the second time after.
Both times was he normal or did he look inebriated or drugged?
He was intoxicated.
Both times.
And did you interpret it as intoxicated rather than drugs?
I mean, I don't like speculating.
I could smell the alcohol the first time.
So that's what you thought.
And did he seem to know what he was doing?
Yeah.
So, you know, sometimes you have customers that you have to explain things slowly to and at length.
And I just figured that he was one of those customers that I... You got to remember, he came in, he was a mess.
He had three laptops.
One of them said, Bo Biden Foundation.
I just thought he was trying to get his dead brother's memories off the laptop.
I felt bad for the guy.
That's why I only charged him 85 bucks, and that's why I worked with him for a half hour, because I thought he was just trying to get his dead brother's memories off this laptop.
And the next day, when I realized that, no, this isn't Beau Biden's laptop, this is Hunter's laptop, and it's gross, but it still didn't change.
I felt bad for the guy initially, so I'm going to follow through.
So the thing that made you know it was gross was the picture section?
Yeah, there's a lot of porn.
Well, I mean, I don't think people would understand how much.
I mean, they would not be able to comprehend.
Well, you know, he had a corn hub site, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But I mean, it's like he was in love with himself.
It's like it almost seems like he can go through it for hours.
He spent a lot of time in front of the mirror, I think.
Yeah.
And he had all kinds of crazy pictures of himself.
But then if you start going into the text, which get a little more complicated because they're not or, you know, you don't know how they were organized.
You start seeing that.
Joe did meet with the foreign people from Burisma and he was lying about that.
You can see that they set up meetings with the Ukrainians, with the Chinese, that he says that thing about spy chief.
I'm in business with the spy.
He says, for 30 years I've been giving half of my income to my father.
Remember that one email where he's like, I, my, my best partner is on death row in China.
Yeah.
I mean, it's amazing at all.
Look at the business.
So you look at that and at minimum you say, well, the president of the United States who asked the president of the Ukraine to investigate had a very good reason for doing it.
And, uh, I definitely saw a lot of money exchanging hands.
Not a lot of skill set coming from Hunter.
What could he provide?
But then when you start to see the favors that were coming, these guys from Ukraine were were it was they were rubbing the genie bottle.
Right.
And anytime they Nikolai needs a visa, let me call the State Department.
Let me get that fast track for you.
Yeah, we're going to do this in Romania.
Don't worry about it.
We'll leave the Secret Service back in Paris.
You know, they knew what they were doing.
The one email that I based the portion of my book called the Burisma Grift was basically the email between Hunter and Devin where they were outlining their plans for cashing in on all the money that was pouring into Ukraine and how they were going to have to prop up.
And they couldn't set an expectation of what Joe was going to provide, but they had to be there to back it up when he did.
They knew what his purpose in Ukraine was to basically show strength
that the United States was going to be back in Ukraine to put pressure on Russia. They were going
to undercut the cost of natural gas so that Burisma would look like heroes. And meanwhile, this
$18 billion being poured in was going to quietly be divided up by these rich oligarchs.
Now, when you first gave it to the FBI, I remember you just said that out there. You.
You trusted them, but not completely.
I believed in the FBI.
But not completely.
What did you do as a result of that?
What I did was, I have a dear friend, and I decided that I needed to get my father, because again, I wanted None of this.
Sure.
I want business.
I wanted to keep my identity and my safety.
So I sent my father, who's a retired colonel in the Air Force, to reach out to the Albuquerque FBI.
I gave him a copy of the drive, gave him a copy of the paperwork, basically what I gave you, and said, go to the FBI and see what happens.
And the FBI said, lawyer up, don't talk about this, get out of our office.
And we thought we were done.
And then it was an end of- So they told you to- They told my father to lawyer up and get out of the office.
So they kicked him out.
We don't know what to do.
Then the FBI reaches out back out to my father and says, oh, we want to talk to your son.
So we did a little back and forth and I agreed.
Hey, come to my house.
I'll give you everything.
They came to my house.
I tried to give them everything.
They didn't take it.
And they're, oh no, we got to talk to our legal team.
There's got to be some rules.
I'm like, okay, can you please just get this out of my shop?
I wasn't trying to bring up the impeachment because I didn't want to seem biased with my politics.
Because again, I live 10 miles from Joe's house.
I wasn't trying to get known and exposed.
So then they finally agreed to come to my shop, December 9th, 2019.
December 9th, 2019, they finally came and they took it.
And I thought that this was over, but it turns out it was just the beginning.
Didn't they tell you something about you should be better off if you kept your mouth shut?
Well, in their defense, so when they were leaving, I, when I get nervous, I try to crack jokes.
And so when they were leaving, I'm like, don't worry, lads.
I'll leave your name out of the book when I write it.
And that's when agent Mike, who I did change the name in the book out of respect.
That's when he turned around and said, it's in our experience.
I know nothing ever happens to things that no, nothing ever happens to people that don't talk about these things.
And I kind of took that with a grain of salt, but then slowly digested it over time.
When I gave the FBI free tech support later on that week, it was in the back of my head.
I'm like, is this the point in time where they get you when you don't want to cooperate with the FBI anymore?
So I did not, again, this is all new to me.
I just figured if I don't go along with this, if I don't help them access that drive, they're going to come after me.
When that impeachment went down and I didn't see... Well, that's the way it should be.
They should be.
They should be more interested in getting that drive than you are in giving it to them.
They're law enforcement.
Exactly.
I cared more about getting to the bottom of that criminality than the people who got hired to do their job, and they never did.
Well, I can't tell you how much respect I have for you.
You saved my life, so thanks a lot for that.
And I also have to tell you, you actually fulfill what we often say about America.
Somebody does come along.
To save us.
And you did.
Because, you know, if you hadn't turned that over to me, this could be hidden forever.
I probably wouldn't be alive.
Yeah.
The FBI knew.
How long do you think the FBI would have taken to brief in the incoming president?
Hey boss, what do you want us to do with this guy?
Yeah, yeah.
And I would have been hit by a car.
And who knows what they've done.
I mean, it is a crime family.
Yeah.
Well, I mean, it all started when Hunter didn't pay his $85 bill.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And they go back doing this for 30, 35 years.
I hear the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
Right.
Well, thank you, sir.
Thank you.
Well, that was quite an interview.
It really speaks for itself.
I'll make a few concluding comments about it.
But first, I want to remind you that we're all in this together.
And maybe in this more than anyone else is a good friend who owns my pillows.
They're a great product, so no one's asking you for charity here.
What we are asking you to do is to support our brands.
By our brands, I mean the people who stand for the values that we care for, not the ones who are using their money, their profits, to run down America.
You know, companies like Budweiser, Nike, the companies who supported Black Lives Matter, the police killing organization.
Why don't we support the companies that support the First Amendment to the Constitution, the Second Amendment to the Constitution, due process of war, equal protection under the law, America built on the principles of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, the America that our founding fathers fought for and died for, the America That Abraham Lincoln preserved, telling us that the most important thing that defines an American is shared values.
All those values now trashed by the progressive, they call themselves Democrats, they're really socialists.
And I don't think it's much of a stretch to say they're communists.
They sure as hell are helping red China more than America.
So you want to help somebody who helps us?
Go to mypillows.com slash Rudy.
Get yourself a MyPillow 2.0, get yourself some sheets, get yourself some blankets, get yourself some mattresses, get yourself some robes, slippers, just get yourself something.
And then start thinking Mother's Day and load up on Mother's Day as a nice gift to your mother and a nice gift to preserving our values.
Go to mypillows.com slash Rudy.
Well, I don't know really what to say in the wake of that, except to tell you that this is, as you can see, a legitimate American coming right out of the heartland of America.
At no time was there even the slightest iota of a suspicion that this was Russian.
That was completely made up.
I do believe, but I'm not certain, so I can't check it, so I won't give you the name.
When I get the name, I'll give it to you.
One of the 51 traders who signed that document saying that it had earmarks of Russian involvement, every single one of those traders knew that that was not true.
They knew that that was not true because I've been in the business they've been in and there's nothing in that in those in that hard drive or about that hard drive or they had read about that suggested Russian anything.
It would be impossible to even make the opinion earmarks of Russian without seeing it.
They never bothered to see it.
They never bothered to ask questions about it.
They did an opinion, much like Joe Biden sold himself in bribery, they sold themselves to the Democrat Party and to Biden because they wanted higher positions in government, they wanted higher security clearances, and most of all, they wanted to make more money, because almost all of them were in the business of selling out the U.S.
for money.
One of them has now admitted it's a lie.
We'll get you the details on that in future broadcasts.
But that's extraordinary.
And the main person who admitted it was a lie, who hasn't admitted it's a lie, was Joe Biden, who personally accused me of being a Russian agent, which of course now has been proven to be definitively untrue.
And the president without a character, the president who is a congenital liar, the president who is the biggest crook in the history of the United States presidency, And the president, who is mentally disabled, has not apologized for that.
And, just to cap it all off, they're suing John Paul Mac Isaacs.
And I see from the interview that he prefers to be called John Paul Mac Isaacs.
So, excuse me at the first part, when I called him John Mac Isaacs, this man is entitled to be called his proper name.
Because this is a great American hero, just out of nowhere.
That's where they come from when we need them.
John, Paul, Mac, Isaacs, forever an American patriot.
God bless America, and thank you, God, for giving us people like John, Paul, Mac, Isaacs, when we need them.
