A great deal of the reason for America's constant ability to self-improve is because we are able to reason, we're able to talk to each other, we're able to listen to each other, and we're able to analyze.
We are able to apply our God-given common sense.
So let's do it.
Welcome, it's Rudy Giuliani with another episode of Rudy's Common Sense.
This is the first of several episodes we are going to devote to zeroing in on solid, overwhelming proof.
That the Biden family has been partners with the Chinese Communist government and its entities for, oh my goodness, eight years, seven years, eight years, nine years, doing business with them, doing business with the highest level intelligence agents of the Chinese government.
And getting millions and millions of dollars from China.
There are several deals that are intertwined in this, and for ease of understanding and really to get to the conclusion at the beginning, let's start with the proof that is irrefutable.
And let's go right to it, and then we'll go back over this one particular deal that is really the reference for this Audio recording.
What you will hear is the voice of Hunter Biden, and this is May 11 of 2018.
I believe it's in the Chateau Marmont Hotel before he was evicted from it.
And he is with a woman, as best we can tell, and this is This is a description.
This is her name that was that that's on the transcript.
She's really not that important, but her name is Zoe.
We believe it's Zoe Gabrielle Keston.
And at least as best you can tell from the hard drive.
Now, this comes directly from here so that we show it to you.
This is what is often been referred to as the The hard drive from hell has been loaded into this Apple computer.
This is not the computer that he used, but what we have is a hard drive from the computer.
The computer is in the custody of the FBI, which renders it perfectly useless.
It's been there for years.
The computer, this is the computer minus the pornography.
The other version of it, a complete hard drive, is in safekeeping.
I have a copy of it, Mr. Costello, my lawyer does, Bob Costello, several others, and of course the FBI, who have so far done nothing with it for years, even though it reveals Numerous, multiple federal felonies on the part of the now President of the United States, his son, his brother, others associated with him, including an entire racketeering case, which we'll eventually lay out for you.
But we're going to begin with a conversation that comes right out of here.
It was on May 11, 2018.
This is about three minutes into the conversation at the hotel that is being recorded, with Hunter's knowledge, by the way, as you'll see, being recorded by Zoe.
And this is exactly three minutes into the conversation.
The rest of it is actually about personal matters.
So this is at exactly three minutes into it.
The conversation preceding it is about personal matters.
Now the first part of that, and I'll read you from the transcript, it reads, get calls from my father to tell me that the New York Times is calling about my old partner Eric.
Who literally has done me harm for, I don't know how long, is the one taking the calls because my father will not stop sending the calls to Eric.
This will become relevant to you as we move along, but Eric Schwerin is a high-level employee of the Biden Organization, and he really was placed there by his father some years before this.
To really act as a monitor of the money that Hunter was handling, because as you will find out as we move along, it wasn't really Hunter's money, it belonged to the crime family.
And it is Eric who makes certain that the money that is supposed to be used to pay the expenses of the then Vice President, earlier Senator, well not at this time, but earlier the Vice President and the Senator, and that the 50% that he's entitled to is taken care of.
And also that Hunter doesn't keep wasting money or spending unbelievable amounts of money.
So Hunter and Eric have a very, very difficult relationship.
That's what you're hearing a reference to.
That is irrelevant to what the next two paragraphs convey.
I have another New York Times reporter calling about my representation of the, literally,
Dr. Patrick Koh, the fucking spy chief of China, who started the company that my partner, who was worth $323
billion, founded, and is now missing.
The richest man in the world is missing, who was my partner.
He was missing since I last saw him in his $58 million apartment and signed a $4 billion
deal to build the largest fucking LNG port in the world.
Now if you heard that, what you just heard him saying is that he, Hunter Biden, and the
Biden business are partners with the spy chief of China.
Bye.
Bye.
That's a remarkable statement, isn't it?
This is 2018. It's only a few years ago, right? And And the son of the former vice president and senator from Delaware, and later president, is a partner with someone he describes as the spy chief of China, and then another very rich
He describes him as the richest man in the world, probably as an exaggeration, but when you get into multiple billions, I don't know.
He's very rich.
Patrick Ho is an intelligence operative, trained intelligence operative of the Chinese Communist Party.
Reason he is described as the spy chief of China by Hunter Biden is he was and is a spy.
He's an intelligence operative who Who basically infiltrates, in this case Americans, and tries to get them to work for China, either knowingly or unknowingly, or both.
And also, at one point, trained numerous spies.
That's why he's known as the spy chief of China.
Whether he really is officially the spy chief of China, I doubt.
He was and is a major intelligence operative who during the course of this relationship you'll see gets arrested and convicted and sent to prison.
But at this point Hunter is relating back to.
So I'll read it to you so you get it again.
I have another New York Times reporter calling about my representation of the literally Dr. Patrick Ho.
The effing spy chief of China, the part that was blocked out, who started the company that my partner, who was worth $323 billion, founded and is now missing.
The richest man in the world is now missing, who was my partner.
So notice he refers to both of them as his partner, and both of them were his partner.
And Yi Xinming, not to be confused with the dictator of China.
Not related.
Although at one point extremely close.
Both Patrick Ho and Yi Xinming were enormously high-level Chinese communists.
And then as to Yi Jinping, he says, he was missing since I last saw him in his $58 million apartment and signed a $54 billion deal to build the effing largest effing LNG port in the world.
And then he goes on to complain about calls that he's receiving from the Southern District of New York about his partner, Devin Archer, who was being prosecuted in the Southern District and ultimately convicted, involving a fraud in which Hunter and his father, although alleged to be involved in certain ways, were never named in the case, as you might imagine by the Justice Department.
That has done extraordinary crooked things to keep the Biden family away from any form of investigation or prosecution when anyone else in the world would have been investigated.
But the purpose of playing this for you is to prove right from the beginning that Hunter Biden and the entity that he represents is and was partners with the Chinese Communist operatives.
Two members of the Chinese Communist Party, two enormously high-level members of the Chinese Communist Party, and the company will turn out to be CEFC, which was one of the largest companies in China, which is in, among other things, the energy business.
And now let's finish up with this particular audio tape, because I'll play just a short little piece from you to give you an idea of the kind of people that Senator Biden, Vice President Biden, and now President Biden, the kinds of people that he has his son frequenting and involved with in business.
Remember his son from a very early age had an addictive personality.
The two people we're talking about here are major criminals, one of whom is convicted in jail and the other of whom is missing and alleged to be at the bottom of the Yangtze River and one of the major organized criminals in China.
Now listen to 520 on the tape because this is where it's a little Confusing as to exactly what he says to Zoey.
You're not a part of this f***ing tape recording.
Because I'm going to kill you.
I don't want anybody to know that.
What do you mean?
The transcript reads as follows.
You're not a part of this f***ing tape recording because I'm going to kill you but I don't want anybody to know that.
I believe he actually says that they're going to kill you, or they may kill you, and I don't want anybody to know that.
In other words, he doesn't want anyone to know her involvement in this, and he's trying to protect her from people who are murderous.
So, sort of digest that, right?
Now we're going to go back.
We're going to do like the movies do, you know, we're going to do a retrospective.
And we're going to go back to 2010 and just briefly show you this document here that shows that even way back in 2010, the Biden family and the Biden interest were very interested in doing business in China.
And all throughout 2010, remember Biden was vice president at that time, all throughout 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, there are numerous entries in here about various ways in which they are keeping abreast of and trying to get involved in China as they are involved in here Ukraine and other countries and making money from those countries.
But we're not concerned with that right now.
We're just concerned with China.
What emerges is, you'll see in about 2014 or 2015, A company called C.E.F.C.
And C.E.F.C., this is a description from House Oversight Committee and information they developed on C.E.F.C.
C.E.F.C.
was a conglomerate, a Chinese conglomerate.
It was owned by Yi Jinming.
It was a favored company of the Chinese Communist government.
And at times alleged to be thought of as, in part, a front for Chinese intelligence operatives to gain a foothold in the countries in which CEFC invested.
And around 2014 or 2015, they began to develop an interest in buying up oil and gas energy infrastructure.
For the benefit of China and particularly, not just in America, but particularly in America.
Basically, you know, at the time we're talking about the Obama administration.
America was energy dependent at the time.
Talking about becoming energy independent from as way back as Nixon and Carter, never really achieving it, and China is trying to do everything it can to prevent us from getting there, because energy is not just, of course, enormously important and critical to both commercial development and defense, but it's also used, particularly by their ally, Russia, As a weapon.
And the more you can make America dependent, the more America can be leveraged.
So they wanted to buy up as much energy infrastructure as they could.
CEFC, that was one of their major goals as a Allegedly private company, but a company that everyone knew was being directed by the Chinese Communist Party, with a major operative of the Chinese Communist Party running it.
Yi, in other words.
And this is the way it's described in a congressional report.
This is China trying to buy ownership into our American industry, which is a national security
threat. And basically, that is what occasioned Ye Jinming to come to the United States.

When he came to the United States, he tried to set up a relationship with several Americans at a very, very high level.
Admiral Inman, one of them, Bobby Inman, who kicked him out, threw him out.
Several others developed consulting relationship with him, some Republicans.
But after a while, he started to zero in.
And found out about Hunter Biden and Hunter Biden's interest in investing in China.
Now, the Bidens had a separate company that was developed around 2014-2015.
And then got an infusion of a major amount of money committed to it by the Bank of China.
And that happened around the time that Hunter and his father took a trip to China.
And Joe Biden was going as the vice president, trying to negotiate with China with regard to its It's basically military activities in the islands that were disputed with Japan, as well as on the question of tariffs and intellectual property, all the issues that we have with China.
And he brought his son along with him.
Very, very secret as to what his son was doing on that trip.
And even now, there's some reference to it in here, but it's not exactly clear.
Here we have to rely on independent reporting.
But by and large, what happened is, Hunter had a number of meetings with the members of the Chinese Communist Government of the Bank of China.
And within about 10 days of returning, he received a commitment and the establishment of a company called Bohai Harvest.
And Bohai Harvest was funded by the Chinese Communist government.
The basic partners in that business were Hunter Biden, Chris Hines, who was his partner, Chris Hines and Devin Archer, who was his partner in Rosemont Seneca, which was their company.
Believe it or not, James Bulger, who was the nephew of Whitey Bulger, a major organized criminal, and the Bank of China, and they made any number of investments, which we will describe to you later, but the only reason we're explaining Bohai Harvest at this point is to show that It made the Chinese Communists aware of the fact that the Bidens had a great interest in making money in China, and they made a good deal of money with Bohai Harvest.
But what Yi Jinping wanted the Bidens for was to help him acquire energy properties, liquid natural gas in particular.
And also to help get through the process of approvals with the United States government, so in essence they could steal our liquid natural gas.
So in essence, they could steal our liquid natural gas.
And eventually, they began negotiating.
They began negotiating in 2015.
They were negotiating in 2016.
And there were any number of different proposals that were made.
The.
The, the.
The whole description of it is best done in a memo in here, a fairly lengthy one, dated August 2nd, 2017.
It's from Hunter to his, at that time, Chinese partner, Gong Wen-Deng, who is also a partner of Yijin Ming, and it outlines the basic relationship that Yijin Ming proposed to Hunter Biden when they met in the United States.
And here's the basic relationship to make it simple.
It's outlined right here in this text, which you see up on the board.
It's a contract for $30 million over three years.
The basic payment is $10 million a year, and then when the chairman, Yi Jinping, gets his capital back, there'll be a 50-50 split of all the profits with a guarantee of $10 million per year for three years.
So it's a basic $30 million guarantee, and then beyond that, if they were successful, 50% of any profits that the company they're going to establish, which is going to be called Hutchin West, in this particular case, 3 LLC, because there were two before it, Hutchin West.
And that's going to be a combination of the Chinese communists on the one hand and the Biden family and employees on the other.
And there are various versions of this proposed, oh, for about a six-month period.
At one point, just to, now that we've, I think, proven beyond any doubt That they were partners with the spy chief of China and with Yijin Ming in Hunter's own words, right?
So you don't have to take my word for it.
There's another thing hanging out there and was hanging out there for quite some time.
And that is that Joe, you know, had no interest in and knew nothing about the foreign businesses and foreign involvement of Hunter Biden.
Now that is disproven all throughout this hard drive.
Because he's meeting with, I mean, it's hard to count them.
Miranda Devine, who is as much an expert on this as we are, maybe even more, counts about 17 different instances where there's Solid proof of Joe meeting with foreign clients of the Biden family, paying money to the Biden family.
There are pictures, there are notes and thank yous for meetings with the Vice President all throughout this.
But I don't know, maybe you want to see it this way.
I mean, it always has been absurd, the statement of Joe Biden, who was a pathological liar from the time I think he was a child, that he knew nothing of his son's business dealings, particularly since he flew him to China for hours and hours, and then he got a $1 billion commitment based on that trip.
He wouldn't discuss it.
It's also a little ridiculous from the point of view of a conflict that he would know nothing about it because then the son could be getting into all kinds of trouble and entangled in all kinds of things that would involve major conflicts and there'd be no way of knowing it.
It's the same thing with the selling now of the paintings, right?
Nobody theoretically knows who's buying them, so no one knows who's really getting their clutches into the Biden family.
And there's no way to check for conflicts the way normally honest government officials do about themselves or their close relatives and friends.
If you close your eyes to it, I don't know how you know whether your family is getting money from the worst people in the world.
And this family was getting money from some of the worst people in the world. But it's all a big lie. Massive lie.
It's actually the lie that motivated John Mack Isaacs, who was the repairman who repaired the
computer and from whom the hard drive is derived, because after a while he kept hearing
Biden saying that. And when it became his property, when this reverted to him because Hunter never
picked it up, he started listening to it.
And it is filled with proof that Hunter's father and Hunter were involved with these foreign
individuals together.
But let's make it easier.
Let's look at this little note.
This is one of their partners.
And you'll see all these names in a minute.
This is James Gilear.
And James Gilear is the President and Managing Director.
And he is one of the partners in Hudson West, I believe, 3, which is the company that's a partner with the Chinese communists.
But I also believe he was an executive in Hudson West 1 and 2.
And he is writing here to probably Jim Biden, Hunter's uncle.
But there's also a copy to Robert Biden, that's Hunter, and a copy to Rob Walker.
You see that at the top, right?
Robert Biden and Rob Walker.
And he says to Jim, Hunter's uncle and Joe's brother, who for years, function as a bag man for Joe, including a deal with Iraq and when he was a lobbyist.
These bribes go back to when Joe was a senator.
And they were small at one point and now became, you know, world-class massive amounts of money as he moved up.
Basically, as he became more important, the sale of his office cost more.
But that was the commodity of the Biden crime family, Joe's office.
So Gilear writes to Jim with copies to Hunter and Rob Walker.
Good to see you a couple of weeks ago.
We have prepared a deck for my visit to CEFC board on Monday in Beijing.
This is during the process of negotiating the various iterations of this deal.
It's been made clear to me that CEFC wished to engage in further business relations with our group, and we'll present a few projects to them.
Remember, CEFC's goal is to try to acquire energy properties, particularly in the United States.
There's a thing that we're going to try to do at Westinghouse.
We hope you wish to be included.
He says to Jim, please feel free to make any amendments and alterations.
And of course, if you do not wish to be involved, we would also understand and have a plan B so there's no pressure on you, Jim, to be involved if you don't want to be.
But here's the key paragraph in this text.
Technically, I've asked Joe to look over the doc.
As he is keen to be involved, and I hope that's okay, as he knows the China short gig inside and out.

I'm sure H, Hunter, can give you the heads up on the play if you need more detail.
There are no guarantees, but we know God loves a trier, so we give it our best shot.
So much for Joe not knowing about the business deal.
He's all over this deal.
Oh, by the way, 2-13-16, Joseph Robinette Biden was the Vice President of the United States.
So, this is while he was holding the second most important office in our government, his family was negotiating for an enormously lucrative Contract with probably our biggest adversary in the world who had already announced that by 2048 they wanted to displace us as a as a Major power in the world So we've got a few more documents to cover.
I Think this would be a good time to take a short break It's really important at this period of time in which we have censorship going on.
We have people who are being canceled because they support Donald Trump or because they are conservative Republicans.

Okay, so now let's get to the, let's get to the Continuation of what I would regard as documents that are slam dunk knockout documents that you usually don't get in a bribery or RICO case.
We already have one, and that's the audio recording in which Hunter Biden, one of the main conspirators, admits that he and his organization are partners with the spy chief of China and one of the richest men in China, both of whom are very high-level Chinese communists, and that they are the major investors in the company.
We have the draft of the eventual agreement that turns out being sent to Joe.
You can figure out who that is.
But eventually it gets all worked out into the agreement that I mentioned to you.
We'll go back over that in a moment.
But the next document of note is a breakdown of how they're going to, within the Biden group, how they're going to distribute the profits.
Hunter is going to be the chair or the vice chair, depending on CEFC.
That's the remuneration, he's got $150,000.
Tony Bobulinski, you see CEO Tony, he's got $150,000.
You see CEO Tony, he's going to hit $50,000.
James, who is his uncle, James Biden is going to get $500,000.
Rob Walker is going to get $500,000.
And then we have two others that money is being reserved for.
Hunter is going to send them a list of their office expectations.
And James needs an additional 15,000 a month for travel.
And then it goes on, it goes on to say a few of the reservations that they're going to
be involved with Oman, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, that they've got a United Arab Emirates bank that
they want to use as a Baja and Colombia bank. And And, and, and.
And they're talking about a company in UAE that can actually make some energy available.
This is all from James Gilear, okay, and he talks about how he's already expended money.
And Zhang, by the way, Mr. Zhang is an associate of Yi Xinming.
He's on the Chinese side of the deal.
But here's the equity distribution on the Biden side of the deal.
20% for H, that's Hunter.
20% for Robert Walker.
20% for the author of this document, which is James Aguilar.
Hunter, 20% for Robert Walker, 20% for the author of this document, which is James Aguilar,
20% for T.B., which is Tony Bobulinski, who is the CEO of the company, and
And 10% for Uncle Jim.
And now the important one.
10% held by H for the big guy.
Okay.
I mean, do I really have to prove to you who the big guy is?
Well, you know, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not used to not proving things.
So there are two When we first saw that, and this we put out before the election of 2020, by we I mean myself, and Robert Costello, and Steve Bannon, and it was given to Hunter Hawks, and of course it was given to the New York Post, and anybody who wanted it.
The first thing, this is before Tony Bobulinski appeared as a witness, we went through the hard drive as best we could and we found references to the big guy as Joe Biden going back to December 14th of 2010.
There's a memo discussing Joe Biden from a from an officer of the Building Trades Union, and it refers
to, if you look at it there, you'll see it down in paragraph, it's a text to Hunter, one,
two, three, four, paragraph four.
All that said, what works best for you and I is for you to call Sean first.
Say you talk to me and that you want to get all the facts before you talk to the big guy.
This will be good for both of us.
It's quite clear that they're referring to Joe as the big guy.
And then there's a later, we can find other documents, we can find other documents that also refer to the big guy.
But there's another one that is, that is in 2013, and you'll see Hunt Cibolo, that's got all
these references.
This is about a meeting that Joe Biden went to in Leipzig.
This is when he was vice president.
Big night in Leipzig.
I was not there but heard all about it.
The big guy made them happy.
So there are two references to the big guy in the hard drive from hell.
But also, Tony Bobulinski, when he came forward and described Joe Biden's role in this as being fully involved and fully aware and basically added a live witness to what the documents show.
He said that he was referred to by his son, among other things, as the big guy.
And so Bobulinski Also, as far as I can tell from the things that he said in his interviews, when he was interviewed the one time by the FBI, I believe it was just one time, because he says, Bob Wilensky says he was interviewed by the FBI and they said they would get back to him and that's, you know, two and a half years ago, two years ago, never got back to him, even though he said that Joe Biden was completely involved in this deal.
That he was one of the partners in the deal, that he was fully aware of it, and that he was in essence a partner with also the spy chief of China and one of the highest level members of the Chinese Communist Party.
rather extraordinary bit of testimony, and the FBI promised to get back to him and never did.
But Bobulinski would testify if called under oath that the big guy is Joe Biden,
as would James Gilliar. So there's no question that that is the Joe Biden. And once again,
let me refer you to the penultimate really draft of the consulting agreement, which is August 2,
2017. And basically, again, 30 million, 10 million per year to the Biden group,
the group I just mentioned, divided the way we just outlined. And it's 10 million a year
guaranteed.
And when the chairman, meaning Yijin Ming and CEFC, gets its investment back, Then all of the profits will be distributed 50-50.
So they're basically pretty close to equal partners with the Chinese Communist government.
Pretty extraordinary that the former vice president and future president of the United States is a partner with the Chinese government.
And there's no question about it.
You see the documents I don't know what else I have to do to prove it to you.
I don't know what else the FBI needs to move forward with a racketeering case against the Biden family for this Ukraine.
Now, just so you understand that they knew that what they were doing was illegal, wrong, and very, very dangerous, here is a tweet I guess because the name was being moved around a bit and everybody's getting a little nervous.
This is a tweet on May 20th, 2017.
And Bobulinski is warned by James Gilear.
Don't mention Joe being involved.
It's only when you are face-to-face.
I know you know that, but they are paranoid, and obviously for good reason, because theoretically, if we had an honest FBI and Justice Department, these documents would put them in jail for 20 years at a minimum.
But of course, we don't have an honest Justice Department and FBI.
We have extremely dishonest people running both of those.
You couldn't possibly have covered this hard drive up and read that and not move forward with an indictment if you were an honest person.
And just so you realize that this was not just a bunch of documents written down, I called to your attention a document from August 8, 2017, which shows that CFC wired $5 million to the bank account for Hudson West.
Now, this was denominated as a non-interest-bearing loan that didn't have to be paid back.
$4,790,375.25 of that money was actually distributed to Hunter Biden.
Now, this created part of the breakdown in the partnership because a lot of this, if not all of it, was not disclosed to Bobulinski and I'm not sure about Gilear, whether it was disclosed to him.
But I mean, Joe and Hunter don't even have honor among thieves because they were cheating their partners.
And in fact, Hunter went even further than that.
Hunter has a separate retainer agreement with Patrick Ho, which he did not disclose either to his law firm.
He was at that time of counsel to Boies Shiller law firm.
He didn't disclose this to his law firm, or I believe to his partners, including his relatives.
This is a straight million-dollar retainer from Patrick Ho, who shortly after this gets arrested, and the first person he calls, by the way, is Hunter Biden.
He actually gets James Biden looking for Hunter.
And Patrick Ho, remember, is the spy chief of China who gets arrested by the FBI for something unrelated to this, for his money laundering in other transactions.
And of course, even though he's prosecuted and convicted, the FBI and the U.S.
attorney who convicts him never follows up In these criminal involvement with the Biden family.
That's kind of excised from the case against a spy chief of China.
And just at about that same time, they're about to open their business Which is going to be called now Hudson West CFCUS, just to show their close relationship with the Chinese communist operatives.
And here is a note from Hunter to Cecilia Browning, who is taking care of the expenses for the office.
And in it, It says that the keys for the new office should be made available to, and the first person on here is Joe Biden, and then Jill Biden and Jim Biden.
That's his father, his stepmother, and his uncle.
And then, Gong Wan Dong, who was the CEFC emissary within the group, And that also would be the office of the Biden Foundation.
That's the group at which the classified documents were found.
Hudson West, CEFCUS.
The Leaf will remain under Rosemont Seneca.
And then it goes on to give some of the background and bios of the key operatives, including Yi Jianming, just so we don't confuse it with the Premier of China, Gangwan Deng, They give Joe's personal cell phone number here, Jim's personal cell phone number, but they say they're not going to give Jill's cell phone number.
She's going to be exempted from having her cell phone number exposed.
I don't know what else you need to prosecute them.
There is another memo.
I mean, there are many, many others, and I don't want to burden you with all of them.
There's so many to go through, and there's so much proof.
If you aren't a jury, you would have this all available.
There's an October 2017 memo showing you that they were doing business for CEFC from a Louisiana attorney, Robert W. Finette.
And basically the text says, I confirm I have requested to be available for a call from Joe Biden and Hunter Biden on Monday morning, and this was to see if the Houston energy company Chenier could supply millions of tons of liquid natural gas from Louisiana to the Chinese state-backed conglomerate CEFC Energy.
So this basically is just one of many documents that shows that they were pitching for China.
They're pitching for the Chinese communists.
Now, we'll get into this in the next episode in more detail as to what happens to Patricot and Yi Jianming, but just so you understand, Patricot was arrested, as I said, for what appears to be a separate fraud, but then there's no extension of these investigations, even though these documents are fully available to the FBI.
And having been a prosecutor for a good deal of my constructive life, I can't imagine how you wouldn't jump all over this.
You don't usually get proof as clear as this of a bribery situation, a fraud situation.
Gosh almighty, maybe even sedition.
But Mr. He kind of goes out of the picture.
There's a memo dated March 20, 2018, in which Mr. Yi has to relinquish his stake in CEFC.
Patrick Ho gets arrested and he goes out of the picture.
They continue to do business and get money for some time thereafter.
And then during the course of the relationship, in July of 2017, before he has to leave, you see a letter to Hunter Biden from Yi Jinping.
And it talks about they're also looking to cooperate in Oman and Romania, where the Bidens had a strong relationship.
It shows the multiple signature agreement for Hudson West III LLC with the Chinese communists.
You have two signatories.
One is Hunter, Robert Hunter Biden, and the other is Dong Wan Dong, a Chinese communist.
And that's dated Well, the letter is dated July 10th, 2017.
So if you have any doubt about their involvement, that should resolve it.
I've just put up for you a memo that is without doubt the most direct piece of evidence I've ever seen of a criminal conspiracy.
And of a bribery arrangement in all my experience as a prosecutor.
It is rare that you get a conspiracy written out.
It's rare that you get a RICO enterprise written out.
Even though this one particular deal had a 10% for the big guy, the overall structure of the racketeering enterprise for 30 years as Hunter describes in that text to his daughter Naomi is that Hunter will pay for all of the expenses of the family and then also give half of his income to his father.
Now, why is that?
Because really what they were selling was his father's office, his father's influence.
That text that I show you there should have been on the front page of every single newspaper in the world when it came out.
The text is damning.
The text is definitive.
The text explains all the questions like, why would anyone pay Hunter this kind of money?
They're not paying Hunter this kind of money.
The text makes clear the money's going to Joe.
During the course of all this investigation and cover-up regarding the classified documents, it was noted that Hunter was paying $50,000 rent for the home in Delaware, a home that Joe didn't even really own.
Hunter bought it.
Why would you pay $50,000 rent?
Because that's how they were funneling some of the money to him.
As you will find out in later episodes, there is a witness that was available to the FBI who was willing to disclose the offshore bank accounts of the Biden family.
Her location, her identity, her situation being on the threat of death, the fact that her husband had been a business partner, of Mykola Zoloshevsky, a member of Ukrainian organized
crime, was all made known to the FBI in January
and early February of 2020.
She was available to testify.
And the FBI, like Bobulinski, never contacted her.
And. And all of this becomes quite clear when you look and I want I'm going to just be silent
for a moment and have you just read it yourself.

Better than my reading it to you, you read it and take a picture of it and show it to people.
Because even to this day, even the organizations that disclose information about this, For some reason, hide this to some extent.
As they do, another document we'll show you in a future episode in which he talks, he, Hunter, talks about how he is a danger to the minor children that were living in the home.
That is also hidden from you and something about which the FBI disgracefully, as far as I can tell, As well as the Delaware State Police, to whom I gave the offending photographs directly, have done nothing.
