The Anti American Anti-Truth January 6th committee exposed | December 20, 2022 | Episode 299

Text
Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani, and of course we're back with another episode of Common Sense.
Without doubt, the most honest presentation, I believe, in American media.
We're not affected by any of the politically correct, any of the communists on one side, the corporatists on the other.
Those who are afraid of keeping their jobs at networks, even some of the networks we rely on.
We're motivated by one thing and one thing alone, and that is to save America.
Gosh, it sounds like a grandiose thing, doesn't it?
I wish it was.
I will probably touch on this for the last episode of the year, but I never ever, ever thought in all my years of being a lawyer, public official, CEO of a company.
Never thought I'd see an America like this.
Mostly, I never thought I'd see this dictatorial behavior that has to only be described as fascist.
It has to end.
It's only going to end with one thing, really.
The intervention of God, who's going to give us the courage and the strength to stand up to these bullies.
Who put people in prison when they disagree with their political view, which very often is made up of lies.
This is the Christmas season, as you can see from my tie.
I have many, many Christmas ties.
I begin wearing them in the five or six days at the end of Advent.
This is December 20, on which I'm recording this.
So this is just little Christmas trees.
You will see this on me now for the next, not this time, but the other one, my next podcast, which will be shortly before Christmas, as well as on my broadcast on wabcradio.com, which are on at three o'clock every day, all week before Christmas, three to four.
On Christmas Day, Dr. Maria and I intend to do a Christmas show between 10 and 11, as we normally do with Uncovering the Truth.
And then, of course, I am now doing another show, which is a live stream tonight, 8 o'clock to 9.
You can get it on YouTube.
You can get it on Twitter, I believe.
You can get it on—at one time you probably couldn't—but you can get it on Twitter.
You can get it on Facebook.
And you can text in questions and observations, particularly if you have some questions and observations that come from this or from my radio show and you can't get through, it's an excellent way to do it.
So I'm just giving you those ways of staying in contact.
It's real important next year we stay in contact.
But today is December 20th and today is a holy day.
Today is a holy day because it's the days of great solemnity leading up to the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, the most significant fact in human history.
There's no one event that affected human history more than the birth of Jesus Christ.
Historically.
This is not a religious statement.
That's a historic statement, and if anyone would like to debate that, I am really prepared to do that.
I've done it in the past, and I think I've always won.
I haven't won.
The truth prevailed.
Today, in ancient Christendom, which wasn't so ancient, it was a day of fasting.
It was a day of prayer.
It was a day of reflecting on the coming of God to be man.
And the ancient Roman Catholic Church, the Catholic Church, required all their priests to chant the hours of the day.
And as the priest left the monastery and became regular priest, like we know, they were given something called a breviary.
It looks like this.
There are four of them to make out the year, and each one of them has a, I don't know if it's abbreviated, I think possibly abbreviated version of what the monks chant in the monastery every day.
Sometime you should go see it.
If you live in this area, in the northeast of the United States, there's a beautiful one in Spencer, Massachusetts.
Trappist monks.
who are unbelievably beautiful human beings.
And the singing is the equal of the Metropolitan Opera, and the cost is zero in the Metropolitan Opera.
You need a mortgage.
But it's worth it.
The first reading this morning as a priest awoke, if he did it based on old tradition, the priest would wake up, he would take out his breviary, and he would read or sing.
He would do it in Latin back then, now it's in English.
And here's what a priest would wake up to today, just a few days before the birth of God.
A voice is heard crying in the wilderness, Prepare the way of the Lord, make straight the path of our God.
That kind of wakes you up to the fact that God is coming, huh?
Of course, those were the words of John the Baptist.
Who people believe was Jesus, was the Messiah, was the King about to come, and he said, no, no, no!
It's the one that comes after me.
These readings in the breviary and in the office of the church very much establish the connection between Christianity, Catholicism, and Judaism, because many of the readings now that go on come from the From the Bible, the Old Testament, which is venerated and, of course, is the core of the Jewish religion.
It's the Jewish prophets from whom the prophecies of Jesus Christ are elicited.
This is from the prophet Isaiah, I'd say the most prominent Jewish prophet.
Hear this, O house of Jacob, called by the name Israel, sprung from the stock of Judah,
you who swear by the name of the Lord and invoke God of Israel without cecerity or justice,
though you are named after the holy city and rely on the God of Israel, whose name is the Lord of
of hosts.
you Things of the past I foretold you long ago.
They went forth from my mouth.
I let you hear of them because I know that you are stubborn.
And that your neck is an iron sinew and your forehead bronze.
Sound like some people today.
I foretold them to you of old before they took place.
I let you hear of them.
Then you might not say, my idol did them.
My statue, my molten image commanded them.
Now that you have heard, look at all this, must you not admit it?
And then he goes on to explain the coming of a... I imagine they would describe as a Messiah.
And that's what they truly believed.
When you get to the daytime prayer, the mid-morning prayer, the breviary goes to the book of Jeremiah, another great monumental Hebrew scholar.
He makes it a little clearer.
Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I shall raise up a righteous shoot to
David.
A king he shall reign and govern wisely.
He shall do what is just and right in the land.
The nations will revere your name, O Lord, and the great ones of the earth will acknowledge
your glory."
For Jewish people, the promise of the Messiah.
now or at the end of time.
you For Christians, a prophecy of not an earthly king, a spiritual king who would be coming to give them the way to paradise.
And then they finish the day or the afternoon with the final prayer from Ezekiel, another Jewish prophet.
I myself will pasture my sheep, I myself will give them rest, says the Lord God.
God says, I will pasture my sheep.
The lost I will seek out, the strayed I will bring back, the injured I will bind up, the sick I will heal, shepherding them rightly.
And the people answer, Come, Lord, do not delay.
Free your people from their sinfulness.
Don't free them from their political bondage.
Free them from their sinfulness.
A major misunderstanding, dispute, theological dispute.
The Messiah, the Son of God, coming to create a kingdom of this earth?
To free them from political bondage?
We're coming to create a kingdom of paradise to free them from the bondage of sin and wrongdoing.
The prophet makes it clear.
So we have these two feasts, Hanukkah and Christmas.
It's wonderful to celebrate them together.
It's wonderful to see the juxtaposition of the two religions.
I'm very conversant on both and admire and love both religions very, very much.
And I think they both are main, main, main bulwarks in the Western civilization that is being taken away from us.
And they are both massive targets of the communists and the communist inspired people who have gotten control of the Democrat party at the very top.
And Joe Biden.
We'll have more thoughts on Christmas during the next podcast, and then possibly we'll devote one real a podcast to it because this is a very important Christmas given the pressure our country is under.
And that pressure was under no greater scrutiny than the other day when the highly partisan, democratic, illegal, unauthorized January 6th committee held the last of its disgusting, wasteful, fraudulent hearings.
I say that because the committee is made up of only Democrats.
Unheard of in the House of Representatives.
The two Republicans were not appointed by the Republican Party.
The Republicans did appoint people and the Democrats rejected them.
And these two traitors, quislings, people who ran away from the Republican Party, violated its rules, joined in order to give credibility to the lies that they knew were surely going to come forward because they joined a committee of liars.
The people on this committee have a long and established record of pathological lying.
Probably the best and most dramatic example would be Shifty Schiff, who has lied so often he makes Joe McCarthy look like a saint.
He is without doubt The congressman or senator that has been in those halls who has been caught in more serious lies, some of them intended to overthrow the government, than any member of Congress, yet he remains completely protected.
He's put on talk shows like he's a hero, and in fact he was part of a deliberate plot to overthrow an innocent man and remove him from the presidency, knowing that he was lying.
This is yet one other play, one other story in a three or four or five act play to remove Donald Trump at any cost.
Lie about Russian collusion.
Pay $1.1 million by Hillary Clinton illegally in order to develop all the lies.
Destroy the emails so you can cover up the lies.
Then assure yourself that the FBI, because it is part of the Democrat Party now, surely, an adjunct of the Democrat Party, will not prosecute you.
Then, when that fails, develop a completely fraudulent version of the conversation between the President of the United States and the President of Ukraine, Which is a mirror image of the bribery conversation that Biden had with the then-president Poroshenko, and make out that it's the same conversation.
When it's proven not to be, shifty Schiff takes up his usual role as liar-in-chief and lies about it.
And based on the lie, you impeach him.
It doesn't work, but it would have been completely destroyed if you had turned over what you, Mr. FBI Director, and what you, Mr. Attorney General, Mr. Phony Barr, were holding, which is a hard drive, which proves that the conversation was absolutely justified by the fact that the Vice President of the United States and the President of Ukraine were involved in straight out and out bribery.
Millions for the Biden family, to be shared half to Joe Biden and the rest of the rest of the family.
That's described in the hard drive.
That was hidden from you.
That last part I'm telling you is still hidden from you.
Even the ones that now disclosed you have a little fear.
A little fear.
They're holding a little back.
Like you just don't know that Hunter has made it clear that for 30 years he gave 50% of everything to Joe.
the 10% deal was an exception, a little extra, a little extra money for the crook. So
they go ahead with another impeachment, an impeachment totally unnecessary if they weren't
holding back exculpatory evidence to harm him.
The hard drive is then sent to me by John Mack Isaac through my lawyer, Bob Costello.
Bob and I examined it for a week, week and a half.
We're both professionals.
At prosecuting, much more successful than the politically motivated prosecutors of the last 7, 8, 9, 10 years who seem to have forgotten how to prosecute, they seem to have learned how to persecute.
They are disgraces to the profession.
Well, we were able to validate it.
Very simple job.
It self-validates.
No person with any knowledge of law enforcement or intelligence would have any doubt about this and would have to lie to support some claim that it wasn't valid.
But of course, would that ever stop people associated with Biden and Clinton?
Haven't they been lying for 10, 12 years?
So we gave it to the New York Post after some other publications that theoretically believe in the First Amendment were afraid.
They were afraid.
You know what happens when you're afraid, when your First Amendment rights are being threatened?
You lose them, Wall Street Journal.
You're afraid to publish.
When you don't stand up, have some guts to defend the First Amendment, that's how you lose your First Amendment rights.
Thank God!
The newspaper that predates you.
The newspaper that... The newspaper with the streets.
Tough newspaper.
Strong reporters.
Strong editors.
Don't spend as much time in cocktail parties as most of the New York elite press corps does.
Really, I have to say, the courage of one reporter, Miranda Devon.
I'm not sure.
Well, she published it.
It was the most devastating disclosure about a presidential candidate in the history of the country.
Studied even quickly, it revealed 40 or 50 massive federal felonies and a made-for-television, made-for-the-courtroom, made-for-Giuliani, RICO case.
Racketeering case of which I had a chart prepared.
I knew this case two years earlier.
It revealed everything I had revealed two years ago and had been suppressed.
Everything I had been persecuted for and investigated for.
It revealed all of it as true and it revealed a lot more than I didn't know.
It certainly revealed an even more dangerous connection with China Which was a significant matter of national security and was the reason why I thought it could not be ignored because I said no matter how much they hate Trump, no matter how much they love Democrats, no matter how much they hate Republicans, they love our country and they're not going to put its national security in jeopardy.
They did!
They didn't just fix an election, they put the national security of the United States of America in jeopardy because of all the money that the Bidens got from China.
Imagine in the 1950s or 1960s, if newspapers knew that $30 million was given to the Eisenhower family, the Kennedy family, the Johnson family, the Nixon family, the Ford family, the Carter family, Or the Reagan family.
Or the Bush family before the end of the Cold War.
I don't care if they were Democrats, Republicans, Progressives.
I don't care if they covered up their sleeping with women.
American press of that age would have put America first!
They don't even have America on the list.
These prostitutes.
You read them.
I don't know, if you haven't figured out what garbage they write by now.
I could do an encyclopedia of the lies they've told about me.
The things they've wanted me prosecuted for for dealing with people I've never met.
Three, four years, stealing my iCloud and finding nothing after three years and sending it back to me.
That's it, you send it back to me.
You don't compensate me for...
Intrusion into my clients.
You don't compensate me for the damage you did to my legal career.
You cost me millions of dollars.
I don't care.
That's part of the punishment, so people won't do what I do.
That's so that it's very, very hard when Donald Trump wants a lawyer to get one, or if I want a lawyer, or someone in my position, just ask my friends.
It's a very bad situation.
January 6th Committee ignored all that.
It ignored all that.
Told the narrative we already know.
The narrative is completely disgraced by all the terrible exaggerations at the beginning that four people were killed by the protesters.
It turns out no people were killed by the protesters.
None.
Zero.
No explanation of why they said that, how that happened, why they lied, who lied, who authorized that.
Might give you an indication of who maybe really organized it.
There is, as we will show you very briefly, a film of what looks like, on the face of it, a first-degree murder.
The police officer who did the shooting wasn't revealed for weeks.
He was deliberately not photographed at the time of the shooting.
When he was revealed, he was cleared without a proper investigation.
The investigation, which is very unusual in the case of a policeman shooting an unarmed woman, was never released for analysis.
From the grand jury information available, it was clearly an investigation that was fixed.
From what you can tell.
Well, maybe they have other material.
They've never revealed it.
But the lack of interest in the death of Ashley Babbitt by this committee is overwhelming evidence of their sense of injustice, their unfairness, the partisan nature of this committee, their indecency and inhumanity, not caring about murder.
They said this was an insurrection.
They charged Trump with insurrection.
An insurrection without anyone shooting?
Except for the police?
An insurrection that the insurrection has come to with no guns and no plans?
What were they going to insurrect?
How were they going to take on the special forces?
Do you realize it's a ludicrous charge?
What they're recommending against Trump?
I don't know if it wasn't so sad and it didn't indicate what traitors they are.
You'd laugh.
Insurrection?
I mean, the best thing you could say about them is they're hysterical fools if they're not traitors.
No gun?
No shooting by the protesters?
You killed one of the protesters for what appears to be unjustified reasons?
You also killed several others outside, stopping them.
You're suppressing thousands of hours of tapes, and every time I see one, it's the police and the law enforcement people who are acting illegally and improperly.
And then, your report is actually going to be known in history as a bad, and even No, actually, the Kennedy assassination report will probably be less controversial than yours because you left out facts that could only be left out if you were trying to fix the investigation, whether you had the malicious motive of fixing the investigation.
Of course, that wouldn't be unusual because they're the same people who had the malicious motive of fixing the Definite, painful frame-up of Russian coercion.
Here we are for months fighting and fighting and fighting, months and years fighting and fighting and fighting for our rights, and there's a group called Patriot Mobile that's right out there, has our back, fighting for the same things.
They were there fighting for the right to life and the protection of the unborn, for the right to defend yourself.
For the right to practice your religion the way you want.
They are a Christian, conservative, mobile phone provider.
So use them!
You know why?
Because they're going to give you a better deal, too.
And you can trust them.
They're not going to let people just do what was done to me.
They've been on the front lines fighting for your values, my values, for years.
Call them up.
They are very sensitive to the economic struggles that we're going through, and will work with you to come up with a plan.
They can do everything everybody else does just as well, except they'll give you a better deal, and you'll be contributing to things that you believe in.
So, go to patriotmobile.com slash Rudy, or call 972-PATRIOT.
That's patriotmobile.com slash Rudy, or call 972-PATRIOT.
If you use the code RUDY, you're gonna get free activation.
Use code RUDY, free activation.
That's patreonmobile.com slash RUDY or 972-PATREON.
Use code RUDY, free activation.
I want you to take a look right now on the screen at a poster.
Now this poster goes back to roughly right before the election.
It says, Election Day nears.
Comrades, prepare to defend your rights.
Antifa comrades, on November 4, don't forget to disguise yourselves as Patriot Trump supporters.
Wear MAGA hats, USA flags, three-something insignias.
A convincing police uniform is even better.
So this is giving you an idea of their practice, the practice they follow.
It is emphasized by a video done by one of the people who summoned, appears to be a couple of hundred Antifa members to the Capitol to participate in the riot, and that is John Sullivan.
Now first I want to show you these two invitations and how similar they are.
These are invitations, one, to a demonstration that took place before the election.
You should know at that demonstration, John Sullivan was present, John Sullivan took pictures, and John Sullivan was suspiciously close to the murder that took place of an innocent person by the protesters.
Not too dissimilar to what happened a few months later.
So you see, Sullivan sent out both of these.
One was to the one before the election, in which Antifa members showed up, created the riot, and killed somebody.
The next is an invitation to January 6th, where you're going to find out that many Antifa members showed up.
You don't know if they participated or not because Chairman Thompson, who's an election denier,
the Benedict Arnold of the Republican Party, former Representative Cheney, and Crybaby Kissinger,
and you know the rest.
History of liars.
They don't think it's significant to find out how many Antifa members were inside there.
Not only that, they don't think it's significant to find out how many FBI agents were undercover in there.
Because they surely were doing nothing to try to stop it.
When you watch the man on the floor of the house with those silly outfit on, police officers didn't stop him.
In fact, some of them are laughing at me.
But it gets worse than that.
It gets worse than that.
I want you to take a look at this text.
This is one of three that I have.
And if you go back to my prior podcast, you can see them.
But I thought I would show you the penultimate one.
This guy, John Sullivan, who trained people in how to do Antifa riots.
You saw that earlier, right?
You have to look rather carefully, but it's dated January 2nd.
So that would be four days before, right?
And it says the following.
Time to kick this fascist out of D.C.
On January 6, 2020.
This is not our president.
Dump him.
That is a federal crime.
That is a threat to the life of the President of the United States, which uniformly leads to the arrest of the individual who did it.
He was ignored.
There were FBI agents, Secret Service agents, Agents of all kinds, we have doubts now about who they were working for, but if I were U.S.
Attorney, and Associate Attorney General, I authorize so many of these prosecutions, I know this statute backwards.
This applies not just to presidents, I authorize the prosecution of someone who threatened Al Gore that way when he was Vice President.
I didn't change my, you know, when he was running for vice president, excuse me.
Time to kick these, this fascist Trump out of DC.
How do you kick him out of D.C.
on January 6th?
Trump is not our president.
Jump him for good.
Could you read that joke?
Certainly take him out of the White House and get rid of him.
That's surely what it says.
You'd expect that John Sullivan is at least sitting there with all those people who haven't been tried and they've been there now for it could be two years now.
This kind of beats some of the records in the gulag in Russia under Biden and I don't even call him an attorney general.
The disgrace that occupies a once great office.
A man who will go down in history As the person who did the most to destroy human rights, civil rights, and legal rights.
And made the greatest Department of Justice in history a mockery.
Why did you never see that during the January 6th?
If they had an interest in the truth, wouldn't they explain this to you?
Wouldn't they call this man to testify?
What's that?
What were you saying about the Constitution?
The Constitution is what it's about.
Not Antifa, not Black Lives Matter.
This is about the Constitution.
It's more important in my life, your life, their jobs.
It's more important than President Trump.
It's the Constitution.
That's the only thing that keeps us free.
You're losing focus.
No, I'm not.
Yes, you are.
Because you're fighting with me.
I'm not fighting with you.
I'm just debating.
You're wanting to beat somebody up.
It's not worth it, man.
It's about the Constitution.
I never said I want to beat anyone up.
Okay, I'm not going to argue with you.
I want to stand up for our rights.
I agree with you.
But tonight, you know what?
What?
You can bring shame on me.
That's not what it's about.
This is about the Constitution.
We're here to defend the Constitution.
In fact, tomorrow, I don't even like to say it because I'll be arrested.
We need to go, I'll say it, we need to go in to the Capitol.
Let's go!
They're terrorists!
No, no, no, no, no!
They're not Americans, they're terrorists!
You're seditious!
They've already given up their American rights!
They are terrorists!
They're terrorists!
Tomorrow, we need to go into the Capitol!
Into the Capitol!
We are freedom, we are peaceful.
It's not about hurting people.
With that statement, why is he in jail on the night of January 5th for threatening the
life of President Donald Trump.
Bye.
Why is that question not even asked?
Does it prove what I said?
said that the members of this committee are traitors.
The chairman is persecuting people for being election deniers.
He was a major election denier.
Major.
Call the election of 2006 illegitimate.
But no interest in...
Gee, could there be another explanation?
This is January 4.
It comes from a group called Insurgents USA.
And it says D.C.
protest slash Black Lives Matter slash riot slash Black Lives Matter slash Donald Trump slash protest and then slash F-U-C-K 12 police.
Obviously a pro-police group.
This is an Antifa member.
The way it's been explained, It's an Antifa member getting ready to put on the gear that was going to disguise him on the 6th, or possibly for the 5th, when they had their earlier, smaller demonstration.
So, just to make it clear, you're also missing and never see this text.
This is John Sullivan's brother.
John Sullivan's brother reports, after the event, that well over 200 Antifa members were inside.
Did you ever see that before?
Was that investigated by the... What do I call them?
It's so disheartening to think that they represent this country, that they took the same oath that I took when I was there, to uphold the Constitution.
And what do they do?
They frame people, lie about people.
You have no curiosity as to how many Antifa people were in there?
You have no curiosity as to what the FBI was doing?
You have no curiosity when you look at that tape of the murder of Ashley Babbitt as to whether or not he... Was that really necessary?
What's the justification for it?
Did he think she had a gun?
Did he think he couldn't subdue her?
Democracies have to have fair and equal administration of justice.
Because when they don't, democracies become dictatorships.
Those are the words of Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, Thomas Jefferson.
Just an example, the Soviet Union was a democracy.
Everyone elected Stalin.
China elected Xi.
Democracy isn't about elections.
Elections can be Fraudulent.
The will of the majority can be subverted and propagandized.
The only thing that makes this country a great country is that it is a democracy based on a bedrock of law that's applied equally to everyone.
The minute that's gone, America's gone.
They're killing this country.
Now, just let me take a few minutes of Your time about my own situation.
I am mentioned several times in the Phony Exposé.
And in the Phony Exposé, they mention several things about me.
Both things they mention about me are absolutely and demonstrably false.
One was about my condition on the evening of the election.
I have numerous witnesses That will tell you, including one who called to remind me that that evening I had nothing to drink because I announced very early in the evening I wanted to remain perfectly unaffected because big decisions should be made.
There are several people who can testify to that offer to the committee as well as a picture of me surrounded by Coke.
I called you because I was watching the hearing and I saw Jason Miller say that.
And it just hit me like a ton of bricks.
I thought, that's just an absolute lie.
That's just not true.
And then I watched all this unravel.
I watched the media, you know, take it and run with it.
Then I saw the late night shows last night just try to make you look like a goofball and abuse you.
And I happen to respect you so much and love you, I called you to tell you, to remind you, that I was with you that night.
And you had nothing to drink.
You were all business.
In fact, I remember you were at your laptop.
All you were doing was concentrating on everything that was going on.
People were coming up to you because, of course, they love you and they were coming up to say hi.
You were basically ignoring them because you were so focused on the business at hand.
So I called you to remind you that I was with you and that I was a witness and that you absolutely had nothing to drink.
And by the way, I hadn't either.
Thank you, Roy.
There are a lot of times, Roy, when this happens, you know that, because we talk about it, and I don't bother to even respond, because if I did, I'd be spending all my time doing that.
I don't know if there are a hundred lies or a thousand that have been told about me, equally as bad as this one.
The thing that makes this one a little bit worse Usually they're Democrats or they're, you know, they're no character, slimy Republicans like the people he had running his campaign.
But Jason, as you know, worked for me in my campaign for president.
You remember he got into a great deal of trouble at one point and we helped him immensely with that.
And I always considered him a personal friend and a person of honor.
Lie number one.
Lie number two is the woman who said I told the big things were going to happen on the 6th.
You've got to understand the night of the 5th, I didn't even know if I was going to speak the next day.
I was a last-minute speaker.
I was going to speak.
I wasn't going to speak.
I was.
I wasn't.
Wasn't going to speak.
Was.
Wasn't.
Was.
I don't think it was until... It could have been late that evening.
More likely, I was not really sure until I got the call that morning that I was going to speak.
Mark Meadows called me, perfectly normal, and asked me if I would speak with Professor Eastman, for whom I have the highest regard, and that maybe I could explain In more layman's terms, some of the legal principles he was talking about, that the president would like me to do that, which I did.
It created no ruckus with the crowd.
No one got excited.
Nobody yelled and screamed.
Nobody was going to run off and do anything.
And it was basically a legal discussion.
There was a comment there about trial by combat, but if you listen to what I said, it was surrounded by two sentences.
Sentence number one was, we should take the two machines and test them one against the other.
We'll have trial by combat, and whichever machine wins, well, that side wins.
Before they went ahead with this committee, the dishonest head of the committee, who is an election denier for many years, He sued me, and he sued President Trump, and he sued Donald Trump Jr., and he sued a whole group of other people, and he sued me exactly for what he is now referring to the Justice Department for investigation.
He doesn't tell you.
Here's the title page of the lawsuit.
It was in the District of Columbia, a court notoriously favorable to Democrats and unfavorable to Republicans.
We expected a bad outcome.
I'll be perfectly honest with you, we expected an unfair outcome.
Well, back in February of this year, Judge Meda, appointed by Barack Obama, gave me something to put on the column of restoration of trust in the country I grew up in.
He was able to overcome his whatever biases, prejudices, and feelings that he had about Trump and the Trump administration and maybe even me.
and render a fair decision.
I would say as I read his opinion, there are many things in his opinion, dear judge, don't be angry at me, I love your result, that are very unfair and not true.
You took as fact things that are just not so, that the propagandist and the people who spent a lot of money to engineer this frame up have made into, you know, religious principle.
But you got the gist of the case because you're a hell of a lawyer.
After concluding that he's going to keep the president in the case, all that meant was he didn't grant the motion to dismiss, which is a rather extraordinary motion to grant.
It basically says you got nothing.
In the case of the president, they say you got something you're allowed to go for.
In the case of Giuliani, and the same would be true of Donald Trump Jr.
This is on page 76.
It's entitled Giuliani.
The court reaches a different conclusion as to Giuliani.
There's little doubt that plaintiffs have adequately pleaded that Giuliani was involved in a conspiracy to engage in a months-long misinformation campaign to convince Trump's supporters that the decision had been illegally stolen.
Now, before I tell you the rest of this, I should tell you, that's what I believe.
The conspiracy was not an illegal conspiracy.
It was a conspiracy because I had 300, 400, 500, 1,000 affidavits and pieces of evidence showing massive voter fraud in five states.
That said to me as an experienced prosecutor, there's a major fraud in this case.
And as we were getting closer and closer, the numbers were adding up to numbers that would make a difference.
It was also extraordinarily suspect that voting was stopped in each one of these places at midnight on election day when it wasn't supposed to be.
That in each one of these places, Trump had anywhere from a commanding to a comfortable lead, and that in each one of these places voting didn't stop until Biden was declared the winner, in which we had Hundreds if not thousands of pieces of evidence that phony ballots were submitted and that the counting of the ballots was uniformly handled in the same way in each place so that Republicans could not test the paper, which of course would have been the best evidence that the ballots were false.
And by the way, this is completely contrary to 20, 30, 40 years of practice where each party gets a chance to examine the paper.
So then the judge goes on to say that although I engaged in this month-long conspiracy on misinformation, I disagree with him about misinformation, information that I have.
He can come and look at it.
He never bothered to look at it, so I excuse him.
But he can come to my house, just go two doors there, and he can read the 257 affidavits in Philadelphia, the 150 in Michigan.
affidavits in Philadelphia, 150 in Michigan, da da da da da.
Okay? He can look at all the dead people that voted, that we now have proven, and all the
people under the age of 18.
But as the court stated earlier, such a conspiracy does not violate section 19851.
In other words, they didn't violate the law.
What plaintiffs must plausibly establish is that Giuliani conspired to prevent Congress from discharging its duties on January 6th by force, intimidation, or threat.
There, they fell short.
Well, they fell short, but now they want the Justice Department to do what the judge wouldn't do.
Frame it.
And then just to go on to make it clear, In addition to his pre-January 6th action, which alone did not establish Giuliani as a 1985 one-coat conspirator, plaintiffs point to two of Giuliani's acts that occurred on January 6th.
One, his rally speech, in which he said, so let's have trial by comment, and we're going to fight to the very end to make sure that doesn't happen.
And two, a phone call that he made to members of Congress urging them to delay the certification.
These allegations Individually and taken together.
Do not nudge plaintiff's claim against Giuliani across the line from conceivable to plausible.
Translation, the allegations by Thompson and his crooked committee are implausible.
Refer that to Congress?
Huh?
Mr. Election denier.
One of your Obama judges says your allegation is implausible.
Oh, but go after him anyway.
Just put out these little out-of-context statements that he denied and don't tell people he denied them so you can destroy his reputation, because that's what you're about.
As to his rally remarks, the court believes Giuliani's words are not enough to make him part of a conspiracy.
Critically, Giuliani uttered no words that resembled a call to action.
Trial by combat was not accompanied by a direction to do anything.
And it was about two machines.
And given the speaker, those words were not likely to move the crowd to act.
There's no allegation that anyone took Giuliani's words as permission to enter the Capitol.
There are no allegations that Giuliani at any time before January 6th uttered words advocating for inspiring violence.
Indeed, as discussed further below, The court holds that Giuliani's remarks are constitutionally protected speech.
The Bar Association of the City of New York is suspending me from the practice of law because of the things that I said outside of court, that they're a danger.
First of all, they are no danger.
Nothing's happened.
That's dangerous.
This court decided I had nothing to do with it.
This court also decided it's protected speech, but these lawyers, rich, elite lawyers have decided they can suspend me from the practice of law for engaging in what the judge constituted was constitutionally protected speech.
That's cost me millions in legal fees.
I think I should sue them.
Giuliani alleged to have been involved in, nor is Giuliani alleged to have been involved in rally planning.
I wasn't.
Or knowing that the president would direct the crowd to march to the Capitol, which is also true.
And he did not express solidarity with the rally goers after some violently assaulted police had forced their way into the Capitol.
No, I did just the opposite.
I condemn it.
Giuliani's words at the rally are not sufficiently additive to make him a Section 1985-1 co-conspirator.
Neither are his phone calls to lawmakers.
It goes on and on and on.
But this is just to continue the investigation of me that's been going on for three years.
Interestingly, from the day that I took on to represent Donald Trump, they went and took my iCloud account illegally, unknown to me.
That was done to torture me.
That was done to sway me.
It was done to deter me.
It was done to Hurt my reputation in the public eye so you wouldn't believe me, most of which I can take, but it was really done to deter other people.
It's a disgrace what they've done, and it's a disgrace to the Bar Association for too cowardly to look into it.
They've created a situation of fear representing certain people.
My profession exists for the purpose of having the courage to represent the worst.
I should be congratulated for taking on the defense.
I should be congratulated for having brought to the public's attention the most damning piece of evidence about a presidential candidate ever discovered by anyone.
And I discovered it and was given it in 2017, revealed it for the first time in 2018, and continuously revealed it each time I did.
I was investigated more.
I lost more clients.
I was condemned more.
I was taken off more television stations.
When I got the hard drive that proved that everything I had been saying for two years was correct, I was condemned even more.
I was called a Russian agent with no defense by even my friends.
I was taken off every network, now even Fox.
Suspended from the practice of law for defending my client.
For doing for him what you would do for any other client except as defending an innocent man.
I mean, you have to grant that when I was defending him with regard to Russian collusion, I had the tremendous burden of defending an innocent man.
And I don't say they go after me personally because They want me out of the picture because I'm the best defender or the best person for articulating this or the best person who can explain it.
Could be.
One of the best.
They do it to deter everybody else.
And anybody involved in this will tell you two thirds of the lawyers in America are too damn scared to help Trump, including two thirds of those who like Trump.
They accomplished the destruction of our legal system.
The January 6th committee report will stand always.
History of America as one of our lowest points.
And the scandal that is now unfolding, including the deep involvement of the state police, the FBI, will be the biggest scandal in the history of this country.
I knew that.
Certainly by 2018, I did everything in my power To bring that to my fellow citizens' attention, to avoid the death and destruction that would follow having a president with an evil heart, a weak mind, and suffering from the illness of dementia.
A lot of Americans have died so far because of him that would not have died under Trump or under a competent president.
How many more?
How many more?
So on this Christmas time, I pray to God for a resolution to this, a peaceful one, a lawful one, and a restoration of sanity removed from the hearts of those who develop such hatred that it's destroyed any ability to analyze anything having to do with Donald Trump and give them a sense of love and caring.
Thank you.
You know, it occurs to me one of the best Christmas gifts this year would be Mr. Pillow's slippers.
Oh, they're wonderful for Christmas morning.
I have two pair.
I'm getting two more.
Don't know which ones I'm going to wear when I give presents to my granddaughter.
Oh, they've got so many.
They've got so many.
Different things, sheets and pillowcases.
Oh, but the pillows, the pillows and the wonderful, wonderful slippers.
And help Mike.
help Mike.
Show the support that we have.
Show we stand together and we believe in the same thing.
