Who is John Sullivan? | Rudy Giuliani | February 12th, 2022 | Ep 212

Time Text
Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani with another episode of Rudy's Common Sense.
And as you can see, we're in the beautiful surrounds of Florida.
Excused a little bit of noise outside because we wanted to give you a sense of where you are.
Actually, I wanted to be nice and cool outside, really.
And you have some beautiful surroundings for what is going to be not a very nice, but extraordinarily important story.
So let's begin this way.
Who is John Sullivan?
Anybody want to text in?
I don't think most of you know John Sullivan.
Now, if you've been a longtime subscriber to rudyscommonsense.com, you would have known about John Sullivan maybe on the first night, or just about the same time the police knew about John Sullivan.
Because we were on to John Sullivan on the late afternoon, early evening of January 6th of last year, and then we did a podcast shortly thereafter, within a few days, explaining to you what we knew of John Sullivan back then, which is about 70% of what you should know about him.
And there's a reason he's so important, not singularly by himself, but for the fact that you don't know about him.
It is one of the more dramatic, although there are others, demonstrations of the entire, complete unfairness of the January 6th corrupt Democrat narrative that they have created.
They've spent millions and millions of dollars.
Again, right, like they spent 40 million on Russian collusion and who knows how much on the absolutely perfect Ukrainian call to the Ukrainian president, which would have been no issue at all if the FBI had not been hiding the hard drive, which explains exactly why the president made the call and justifies it entirely.
I mean, that one was being held by the FBI, an act of corruption that seems to be ignored.
Well, millions and millions are now being spent on trying to prove, let's see, where did we start?
We started that day with an insurrection.
They were going to take over the government.
It was going to be an insurrection.
Of course, it would have been the only insurrection in which the so-called insurrectionists didn't fire a shot.
I don't know if they even brought a gun.
I don't know if anyone was arrested for possessing a gun, but if they did, they never used it.
Oh, wait, though!
There was a gun used, and that gun was used by a Capitol policeman whose identity was withheld for months and months and months, who shot and killed an unarmed woman in a situation in which he had Fair number of police officers on both sides of the transom that could have helped him with the situation.
Looked like a situation in which he could have been restrained by any number of police officers who went in the other direction.
Very, very questionable shooting, which I know, having been the mayor of a city that has to investigate shootings, police shootings and others, it would have been front page news Except for the fact that they wanted to frame Trump.
So we don't hear about any of the issues involved in the Ashley Babbitt homicide.
But in any event, we don't hear about John Sullivan either, do we?
What we did hear was it was an insurrection.
Well, that kind of blew away when we kind of figured out how these people were going to take over How did they take over the United States government without a gun?
Did these people look like they were capable of doing a coup?
Second, we found out this fairly recently, that the President had on several occasions offered, President Trump that is, had offered the National Guard, there's a debate about whether it was 10,000 or 20,000 troops, to both Nancy Pelosi, who was in charge of the security of the Capitol that day, And we'll release no records of her involvement.
That raise a question for you?
Sure does for me.
The president offered her and the mayor of Washington 10,000 or 20,000 National Guard troops to help that day at the Capitol if there would be a problem.
and on several occasions they declined. Of course, that would be entirely inconsistent
with a man who was plotting some kind of a coup to have 10,000, even 5,000 troops there.
Instead, they secured the Capitol with the minimum number of Capitol Police officers
and never even asked assistance from the Metropolitan Police, much less the National Guard.
It almost appeared like they didn't care that the police were completely outnumbered.
At least those in charge of the security didn't care.
And that would be Nancy Pelosi, who is not being called as a witness by this illegitimate committee, nor is she willing to turn over any of her records.
So, the whole thing kind of starts to become even stranger when you look at the fact that a hundred or more people have been held in jail for over a year.
Some of them have now pled guilty numerous misdemeanors, very short prison sentences, after a great deal of criticism that no one was charged with insurrection, and they say insurrection all the time, and the FBI has said that there's no evidence of it, and the FBI has said there's no evidence of any planning.
They came up with some kind of conspiracy charge, and it's really hard to make kind of a tale of it because I'm a lawyer, I don't understand it.
But in any event, no one has been really charged with insurrection, no one's been convicted of insurrection, and no one believes it was an insurrection.
It was a gross exaggeration.
And then it gets even worse when we have Democrats saying it was as bad or worse in September 11, which I find sacrilegious.
To say the least.
Or Pearl Harbor.
Or the Civil War.
So what we have, absolutely, is someone trying to hysterically create a narrative for the sole purpose of damaging Donald Trump.
They tried to use it as a basis for impeachment.
It didn't work.
The second impeachment.
The second waste of your money.
Now, if there's anything at all to the theory that Donald Trump or anyone else Sort of created some kind of riotous atmosphere.
Because of their questioning of the election.
Where there was, if anyone would bother to look, enormous amount of evidence of corruption and fraud.
Hundreds and hundreds of affidavits from American citizens.
Not Donald Trump, not his officials, not me.
American citizens from five, six, seven different states.
Who were very ready, willing, and able to testify to either being required to participate in the fraud or to having carried out the fraud, or having seen it carried out.
So there was a great deal of evidence of that.
Even in light of that, they want to make out that by raising this issue, it somehow created or incited a riot.
Well, I want you to listen to I want you to listen to a gentleman.
This is John Sullivan.
I'm going to tell you more about him.
But I want you to listen to him in Washington, about a mile away from the Capitol.
I believe this is one or two days before the riot, the demonstration, the protest, whatever you want to call it.
And he's telling people to go there.
Listen to what he's saying.
If they think it's worth spending millions and millions of dollars investigating people raising issues about election fraud as inciting to riot, what about this?
Just listen.
Nah, nah, we ain't about fucking waiting till the next election.
We about to go get that motherfucker.
I ain't about that shit.
Because you know what time it is?
I want y'all to be after me.
It's time for revolution.
I think those words, get the MS and time for revolution, .
Might very well be more direct evidence of incitement to riot than suggesting that there was fraud in Philadelphia, where there hasn't been an election in 50 years where there hasn't been fraud.
Or questioning the election, which Hillary Clinton has been doing for five years and Stacey Abrams for two.
The language you just heard.
Is the language of incitement to riot, revolution, time to get the MF.
The president of the United States, by the way, is the person he is referring to at the time.
One questions why the Secret Service did not arrest him.
I enforced that statute a few years as associate attorney general and United States attorney.
And it's a very, very strict interpretation of threat on the president.
Basically, you're going to get visited and arrested by any suggestion that you're going to do harm to the president, then you better show that it's a joke.
This guy might have had trouble showing it's a joke, because now I'm going to tell you a little more about him, because he's just not somebody from out of the blue.
The man you were looking at there was not just someone calling for revolution and getting the MF.
He was indicted for a major felony in Utah for inciting a riot in which he took video of a man that was shot and killed, and the person who shot and killed him was in the same car and out on bail.
Due to go to trial in Utah for inciting a riot that ended up in the death of an innocent human being.
So now we know that John Sullivan was hanging around on January 4th and 5th to deal with this.
Let's get a picture of who this guy is.
So this guy claims to be affiliated with Antifa and Black Lives Matter.
He claims it, then he denies it, then he claims it, then he denies it.
Well, it doesn't really matter because he does things on their behalf.
I want you to take a look at this video now of him demonstrating the use of and selling what we would call Antifa riot gear and the proper use of it, including weapons.
So, uh, we're dealing with a pretty serious person here.
So, watch this and tell me exactly why this man has not become a big issue for that phony committee.
So, properly dressed, black block, pretty simple, all black.
But a lot of people get the misconception Maybe you can wear a black t-shirt that has a logo on it on the sleeve or on the chest.
No.
You cannot.
No logos guys.
Zero.
None.
You cannot have anything that they would be able to come back and identify you.
Here he is demonstrating the equipment that you use, the lock equipment that you use.
And now he will demonstrate the gas mask which is obviously necessary equipment.
I got Well, pretty high-grade gas mask.
I couldn't really tell you... He goes on to explain that you need a proper umbrella to guard yourself from the gas that's going to be used.
Obviously, you need the gas mask.
But then, if you really want to cause trouble, this is what you're going to... This is what you're going to need.
And if you really want to play with some shit, guys, I got the... I got the Chud Killer.
I got the Nazi Hunter.
I got the... I got... It's ready.
It's on deck, bro.
You want to, you want to come face me.
Let's go.
If you want to go a step further, I got something for you too.
All right.
Maybe you want to be more discreet.
You can, you can pull out the nine millimeter handgun.
Drop that shit on your hip.
Bro, you good to go?
Nice and accessible?
So that's a little insight into John Sullivan, who somehow is now claiming he was just a journalist.
But we don't know what journal he writes for.
We don't know any credentials that he has.
And he gave the local police, the FBI, the Secret Service, every darn warning you could get that he was there to cause trouble, and they didn't do a darn thing about it.
Let's just go with the ones that lead up to his trip to Washington.
Let's look at the first one in that series.
Because, you see, unlike the Democrats, we don't lie.
We present evidence.
We don't say things like Shifty Schiff, we have direct evidence of involvement of Trump with the Russians.
That was like three years ago, liar.
Where is your direct evidence?
We don't say that questioning election fraud creates a riot.
Otherwise, I mean, Hillary and Stacey Abrams should be in jail.
We don't do things like that.
We go with proof.
So here's some of the proof.
Here's some of the proof about this guy.
We'll start with January 1st.
Take a look at this text.
We'll go back, we'll start with January 1st, and take a look at this text.
And it basically is inviting Antifa people, called the Chud Alert, which is their alert,
inviting Antifa people to Washington to march against fascism.
And then it goes on to say, spread the words, comrades.
Ever hear that word before?
Comrades.
And then it has indications here involving several extremist groups.
But the best of all is F Trump.
And then it has a hashtag Antifa.
So he's making an outreach to people from Antifa to come there and to disrupt the rally.
That was on the 1st of January.
No one picked up on this.
And now it's time to take a short break.
Think your homeowner's insurance covers home title fraud?
Think again.
And neither does your Common Identity Theft Program.
The FBI calls home title fraud one of the fastest-growing crimes, which is why you need to go to HomeTitleLock.com, America's leader in home title protection.
Here's the problem.
The deed to your home is the only document that proves you own it.
And the deeds to all of our homes now are online.
In minutes, a criminal can find and forge your name off the deed to your home and refile as the new owner.
Like Jeff, who spent a fortune in legal fees after a thief forged himself onto the deed to Jeff's home and took out loans.
Jeff didn't have home title lock then, he does now.
Or Deborah, who thought her common identity theft service would protect her.
Welcome back.
criminal got onto the deed to a home and had her evicted.
Deborah has home title lock now.
HomeTitleLock.com is your peace of mind and the deed to your home is protected.
Visit HomeTitleLock.com.
HomeTitleLock.com.
Welcome back. Writing or sending out in a text on January 2nd, Still in Utah.
He hadn't come to Washington yet, apparently, on his Twitter.
Time to kick this fascist out of D.C.
on January 6, 2020.
See what a good job Twitter does of editing and censoring?
Threats to kill the president they don't edit or censor.
They allow that to be transmitted to people who would like to kill him.
Time to kick this fascist out of D.C.
on January 6, 2020.
Trump is not our president.
Dump him.
Dump him.
Then it says, for good location.
I think he's going on to another thought.
For good location, Washington Monument, 11 a.m., visit.
Then he has one of his organizations, insurgencies.com, to contact for more information.
Then he has several other of these extremist organizations.
Then he highlights, you know, kick these fascists out of D.C.
And dump Trump for good.
Washington Monument, 11 a.m.
What did law enforcement do with this?
Just Trump.
How about I read it this way?
Time to kick the President of the United States out of D.C.
on January 6, 2020.
I mean, maybe you don't like it, but he was the President of the United States.
This is outrageous that this was ignored.
It's outrageous that this man was walking free on January 6 to do the additional damage you'll see he did.
And it's completely outrageous that this phony committee isn't investigating this.
You don't know about it.
Instead, they're investigating his chief of staff.
I don't remember them saying anything like this.
You cannot believe how crooked this is.
More than I ever imagined I would ever see in my life.
And finally, Finally, we have one last one, which is, I believe, the day before.
We'll put that up for you.
Once again, it's an outreach to Antifa and Black Lives Matter protesters, and we know the damage they can do.
They had just finished a year In which they carried on over a hundred protests, did a billion dollars worth of damage, 20, 30 people dead, a thousand people in the hospital, hundreds of cops wounded.
So these are serious rioters.
So he sends out another one asking them to come.
And again, no response.
From those entrusted with the obligation of protecting the life of the President of the United States and protecting Washington, D.C.
And I add, these are communications from an indicted rioter.
Is anybody guarding the store?
Or is it just one store they're guarding?
So, who is John Sullivan?
Well, we're gonna take a short break, and we come back, and we're gonna tell you what this was really all about.

Welcome back.
So I think we've already shown that it's absolutely absurd that from the very beginning they were investigating or suggesting or the president somehow had something to do with whatever happened at the Capitol.
When what he said at his speech, which created no incitement at all, the crowd was perfectly normal.
What he said at the speech was to act peacefully and patriotically, as opposed to someone saying, take him out, let's have a revolution.
Ignored?
Beforehand?
Maybe if it hadn't been ignored beforehand, there would never have been a disturbance.
Some of these things have been picked up by the FBI.
I mean, it was pushed right in their face.
You see this language.
Time to kick this fascist out of D.C.
on January 6th.
Trump is not our president.
You see that?
I know you've seen it before.
You're the director of the FBI.
You don't do anything.
It's time to resign, isn't it?
Let somebody who can do the job do it.
But he takes a film of a portion of the break-in and then the shooting of Ashley Babbitt.
And at some point, he sells it to... I'm not sure of the outlet, so I don't want to say which one.
It's one of the...
Ones that hate Trump and print false information constantly.
And the amount of money paid ranges anywhere from $30,000 to $90,000.
There is a story in one of the papers that $90,000 was seized from him at one point.
But in any event, the most important thing is he documents the protest, the riot, whatever you want to call it.
But in documenting it, there is conclusive evidence of the crimes that he committed.
So we have a whole bunch of people that got arrested.
I'll give you an example, Ashley Babbitt.
I don't think we know how she got in.
Did she come in, you know, through a window the way Sullivan did, which would be clearly illegal, or did she just walk in the door?
And whatever, I mean, that certainly is not grounds for murdering her.
But many, many people just walked in the door and some people came in illegally.
Here's what we know about him.
So let's, let's start, let's take a few little clips from his film.
And if you want to go back to my podcast from last year, you can see the whole thing, but here are the ones that are incriminating, nice and clear.
Like the only reason you'd avoid this is because you're a stinking liar who wants to frame an innocent man.
Get it?
So, there's about 16 minutes of introduction where people are walking in and Sullivan is saying stuff and it's, you know, partially incremented, but it's not the serious stuff.
So, let's listen to this indication of conclusive evidence that Antifa was involved in this.
You'll hear Antifa yelled out here, I could provide you with 10 more like this.
If you listen carefully, you will hear one of the people saying, identifying themselves as Antifa.
Not only that, we've got the documents that show that he was inviting Antifa there.
And then we have a text from his brother that claims that over 200 Antifa members were there that day.
But there's no question that Antifa members were there, can be identified by people, and there's documentary evidence to demonstrate it.
And there you heard, you heard them talking about Antifa.
And now, as it moves along, just a few seconds later... There are so many people, let's go!
This shit's ours.
Fuck yeah.
I can't believe this is reality.
We accomplished this shit.
We did this together.
Fuck yeah.
This is fucking history.
We're all part of this fucking history.
You'll hear him say, you'll hear him say, this shit is ours.
We did this.
So I think you can see from that, Some of the statements that were printed below, those are statements of Sullivan.
There are so many people.
Let's go.
This is ours.
This shit is ours.
I mean, that's the beginning of a guy who's inciting to get the crowd even more excited.
That's called incitement to riot.
Then we get a little further ahead, and let's listen to this little excerpt.
They take out their gear for climbing the wall, and they begin to talk about burning it down, just to give you a sense of their intention.
Now you'll hear them announce their intention of what they wanted to accomplish in the first place, which is to breach the Capitol.
Don't we got to get inside?
Would you like to listen to that again?
You need anything more than that?
Let's burn it down?
Let's burn it down?
We're investigating a president who said be peaceful and patriotic and somehow this guy who says let's burn it down?
I don't care if he's a journalist or not.
Of course it's garbage that he's a journalist.
But I mean, I don't care who he is.
That's incitement to riot.
Everything else are political lies from people who have spent five years becoming professional liars like Swalwell and Schiff and Pelosi.
So, there we got, let's burn it down.
Gotta get inside now!
Now, let's move a little further ahead.
Make a little more progress.
Let's listen to this part.
So now we hear him saying, everybody push forward.
That's inciting, you know?
Like, come on, follow me, follow me, follow me.
And then we hear out of the blue, is that a gun?
Well, we don't know if it is or it isn't.
And as far as I know, they found no gun, but that I'm not sure of.
I do know no gun was discharged except for the one that murdered Ashley Babbitt.
And now, We get to a critical part.
Doesn't seem like the most serious thing.
It's not, but it's critical for legal reasons.
You know, there's this big distinction between who came in legally and who came in illegally.
Well, we got a picture of Sullivan coming in illegally.
And then we'll see John Sullivan enter through a broken window, which means an illegal entry.
and soon thereafter saying, we got to get this burning.
Now, we could spend a lot of time on the rest of it, and it contains a few more invocations by
Sullivan to damage property.
Let's go to the thing that bothers me every night since the first time I saw it, which was on January 6th.
I want you to take a look, without a great deal of commentary by me, and there are other versions of this in the course of other podcasts when we go through this, other issues raised by this.
This podcast was not intended to raise the Ashley Babbitt issue, meaning was it a justifiable shooting or not, or a murder.
But we do have to show it in the context of John Sullivan.
So let's look at the footage from this version of what happened to Ashley Babbitt.
Just to put you in context, they're outside of Nancy Pelosi's office.
You'll see that people are breaking down the door, then you'll see a gun, then you'll see a woman shot, falls to the floor, and then when you see all that, we'll make a few comments and then let you spend some time watching it over and over again a couple of times on your own to see what you think of what's going on here because they're doing a terrible thing to our republic.
Let's take a look at that now.
What we will be watching, just so that we put this in proper context, is their attempt to break into Nancy Pelosi's suite, her suite of offices.
Already, by the time they arrive there, there appears to be a broken window, but not broken enough so that anyone can go through.
What we'll see is we'll see someone break the window, we'll see a woman get lifted up And then we'll see the woman get shot.
So that's what to look for.
There's a gun!
Oh Oh
There's a guy Oh
Oh Oh
Well, if you're a person with a conscience and common sense Thank you very much.
I don't know how you can watch that and not ask, how was Sullivan so fortunate to get the kill shot?
And why does the kill shot show the gun, but not the shooter?
And why is it that when the word gun was used, everybody backed away?
And Ashley Babbitt was pushed up to the top of the transom and shot.
As you can see, she didn't have a gun.
She didn't have arms.
As you can also see, there were police on both sides of the wall.
There was some police on the shooter's side, and there were a lot of police on Babbitt.
None of them attempted to stop her.
In any way.
In fact, they were leaving.
In a different version of this, you'll see that there were police officers asked to leave by some of the protesters, and they did.
You can see some of the police officers walking away.
But none of them did anything to prevent her from going over.
And had she succeeded in getting over, he had plenty of police officers.
It leaves you with the murder of an unarmed woman whose crime at worst would have been trespass.
And it would be stretching the imagination wildly to suggest that she was a danger to the life of the police officer.
Who had as many police officers within shouting distance as there were protesters.
In fact, police officers looked like they were leaving.
So, who's John Sullivan?
Why don't you know about John Sullivan?
And the fact that you don't is all that you really need to know about the legitimacy of what's going on.
This stinks.
We've got to find out about it if we want to save our republic.
This should not happen in the United States of America.
What they are doing should not happen in a decent country.
We've got plenty more on this.
This is just to focus on one person, John Sullivan.
There's a lot more.
Thank you very much for paying attention to it and let me know through rudyscommonsense.com what you think.
And there's a lot more information, and stay tuned, because you need to know it all, and you're not getting it from the censored media, which has made us into sort of Biden's East Germany before the Berlin Wall fell, or Biden's China.
I mean, after all, China paid him more than America.
Well, those are all subjects for later podcasts.
Thank you very much.
Please ponder this carefully.
