Hi, this is Rudy Giuliani, and I'm back with Rudy's Common Sense, and today we have a return guest, and a very timely one, Steve Bannon.
Steve, of course, probably has the best perspective of this campaign, knowing the inside of the Trump team, and also the Trump strategy, and he also has perspective on a country.
I want us to spend a little time on China, because I think that We probably haven't spent enough time as the American people focusing on China.
We've always thought Russia was more dangerous and China, we could kind of work things out with China.
I think just absolutely the opposite is the case.
I think we're seeing that now.
I think President Trump is way ahead of that.
And I think, unfortunately, his rival is probably the person who is the most favorable to China in all the deals that he did.
So that will go over with Steve and then whatever else comes up.
So Steve, it's wonderful to have you here.
Thank you for having me.
A magnificent location, Mayor.
Your study was pretty good, but this may top that.
This is my study.
Okay, good.
I like that.
This is the Lincoln Room.
I know you're a fan of Lincoln.
At the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C.
And this is just so people understand where we are and talking about it.
This is the day of the debate.
Yes.
Which will happen tonight.
And before we get to the politics, this is I guess politics also.
So one of the revelations that came from the Johnson report, kind of a general revelation.
This is Senator Johnson's investigation.
Yeah, Senator Johnson's investigation was several paragraphs in which he says that Hunter Biden, James Biden, and I think James Biden's wife, were in a number of different business deals.
With Chinese businesses, some or all of which were owned by the Chinese government, and a few of which were run by high-level members of the CCP, the Chinese Communist Party.
So, what problem... Let's assume for a moment that Biden is telling the truth, he didn't know about it.
What's the problem with that?
Well, it's a massive problem.
The report had so many bombshells in it, including the mayor of, as you've mentioned, and the work you've done in Ukraine.
To me, there were so many bombshells in it that the Chinese part was just like an addendum, right?
Maybe an appetizer for another round of investigations.
I happen to think it's even more serious.
than the Ukraine.
I've always said Russia, which has an economy the size of New York State, demographic implosion, no technology the world needs, lots of nuclear weapons run by kleptocracy and bad guys, is not really a formidable enemy to the United States.
In partnership with China, it really hurts us.
And I think your investigation and the work that people have done over the years in Ukraine show the greed and the criminality of the Biden family.
Not just one individual, but the entire apparatus as a family and how they approach the world.
Where this is a problem for the people of the United States is in that addendum.
That kind of addendum, when they talk about what Hunter Biden and Joe Biden's brother Frank have done with the Chinese Communist Party.
Remember, our enemy here is not China.
Our enemy is not the Chinese people.
Actually, Chinese people, Lao Bajing is the name they're given, old hundred names.
They are essentially the deplorables of China.
They have a lot in common with the deplorables in the United States, and they're looking for their freedom.
They're controlled by an apparatus run essentially by the same five families that ran the Communist Party during the Long March.
These five families.
Like the five families in New York, the New York Mafia.
Five families that a young guy named Rudy Giuliani took down using RICO.
And listen, what the Biden investigation by Senator Johnson showed There's a lot of, you know, they're in business with mob-like people, whether that's in the Ukraine or in China.
The startling thing about the Johnson revelations, because they didn't have a lot of backup documentation, they must have gotten this from testimony and depositions, was the level that Hunter Biden had, and particularly with this company, China Energy, or China Energy Funding Corporation, CEFC.
These are Very controversial companies run by the Chinese Communist Party.
This one company went from $48 million in revenue to $200 billion in revenue, all backed by state financing.
It's an influence-peddling and money-laundering operation, just like Anban Insurance Company, just like H&A.
These are all companies in receivership today.
CEFC is another one.
These are institutions, whether insurance companies, finance companies, or energy companies that are Western-facing, run by the CCP that are used as influence operations to buy politicians, to buy prominent business people, financiers, and to launder money so they can get their money into the West.
They want to get their money, these five families want to get their money into hard assets in particularly Midtown Manhattan and Western London.
So it's nothing you haven't seen before.
You took down the five families, the mafia families.
People have to start to understand the Communist Party is a gangster organization.
There's no different than the CCP, than Mussolini's fascists, Hitler's Nazis, the Soviets.
These are all criminal organizations, not really legitimate governments.
And that's where I think the Trump administration has been very clear For the first time using nomenclature, the CCP, the Chinese Communist Party, is the problem.
What's shocking to me is that Hunter Biden and Frank Biden can have these types of relationships and they really haven't come forward yet.
This is the first time in the Johnson.
You've seen some Peter Schweitzer's book, Secret Empires.
Which Peter's the guy that went after Clinton Cash.
He did Secret Empires, which I was the chairman of the organization at the time, which talked about the CCP's influence in the United States.
Biden was a prominent figure.
And Peter at the time never envisioned Biden running for president again.
He had essentially retired.
So I think that this is a major problem.
And I think it's just the beginning of a major investigation about Biden's financial relationships With the CCP, one last thing, which I think is the benefit of the Ukrainian investigation.
I believe Biden got so jammed up on Ukraine, trying to, you know, bob and weave and do the misdirection plays, that he had to take a hard line in China.
Right.
He couldn't fight a two-front war, right?
So, I tell people, the benefit of the Ukrainian investigation, nothing else would come out of it vis-a-vis Biden.
You basically lock Biden in to say, he drew a red line.
The red line is China.
My family has no financial relationship.
And he was on Axios' HBO with Mike Allen the other day on the HBO show, and Mike Allen pressed him a little bit about not just Burisma, hey, you know, didn't you ask any questions?
But he asked him kind of about, hey, these things with China and the $1.5 billion fund, Biden blew him off.
The power of what Johnson has is not only about China, It's in addition to the $1.5 billion hedge fund.
You're talking about other relationships.
Joe Biden has said, categorically, we don't have financial relationships.
I think that that is a lie.
And I think that's going to be proven out over time.
So you have two very prominent transactions that we know something about.
That's the $1.5 billion that you're talking about.
That occurs about 2014, 2015.
That's while Joe is vice president.
Yes.
And more importantly, why he's headed the pivot to Asia.
Obama deputized him to be the head of the pivot to Asia.
So he's the United States' lead guy.
Not the ambassador, not the Secretary of State.
It is Biden who is in charge of Obama's pivot to Asia during when these transactions go on.
That commitment and then the partnership with the Bank of China for Joe Biden, for Hunter Biden, for his partner, who was the stepson of Chris Hines, and also very interestingly, the nephew of Whitey Bulger, which I find extraordinary.
That was never disclosed to the American people.

Well, we're back to continue the interview with Steve Bannon.
So Biden is negotiating for us.
On trade, on expanded militarization of China.
He's losing the negotiation badly.
It's reported in the papers that he's losing it badly.
Meanwhile, his son is getting extraordinary commitments of money, a $1.5 billion commitment to a private equity fund that has no history, no record.
Has to be to influence Joe Biden.
They weren't buying Hunter's expertise.
It's impossible to raise money today in the capital markets unless you have a substantial track record.
Hunter Biden's record was of being a drug addict.
I mean, it was clearly on the record that he was tossed out of the military.
In 30 days.
Remember, in the military, you've got to be specific, his father forced It's very difficult to get these commissions after the age of 40.
Joe Biden went out of his way to game the system so that Hunter got to be a naval officer.
It shouldn't be lost on anybody that the Navy was so resistant, because remember, as an officer, one of the biggest problems we have is drugs in the Navy, right?
So people put their sons and daughters in your care.
They want to make sure that the officer corps is, you know, absolutely clean and enforced.
Hunter Biden's first visit And of course he didn't have the discipline to even avoid cocaine when he knew he was going to be tested and he knew he could embarrass the heck out of his father if he got caught.
And of course he flunks it.

This shows you not only Hunter Biden.
This shows you, to me, it's not just Hunter Biden's lack of character and being under
He's a drug addict.
He has to be handled differently.
This is his father, knowing he's a drug addict, forcing him on the Navy, and for the sons and daughters that are there, you're going to have a drug addict as a naval officer.
The Navy took care of it.
First time he comes down, they give him a random drug test.
He flunks.
He's out.
And his father still gets his hand in there and gets him an honorable discharge.
I was a naval officer.
My daughter's a West Point grad who fought with the 101st.
You're an officer, and you're caught with drugs.
There's no honorable discharge.
First off, you should go to Leavenworth.
You should go to Leavenworth, okay?
If you don't do that, it's a dishonorable thing.
No, instead he went to Ukraine for a million-dollar-a-year contract.
For a no-show job that had no purpose, and Joe was the most important guy in Ukraine at the time because he was giving out the money.
There's a pattern that needs to be investigated.
Where Biden is prominent in decision-making, whether in the Ukraine or in China, with the pivot to Asia, People want to get to know him and they want to get access to him.
The access point is Hunter Biden and his brother Frank.
That's where the money flows.
James.

They're James.
This is where the money flows in the two access points.
So I'll add one more to it, okay?
That is not giving any attention.
Iraq.
So he was appointed by Obama to negotiate the status of forces agreement in Iraq.
My daughter was there.
Which people might not remember, it was very critical.
Huge.
It was very critical to our keeping behind a small group of military who would have immunity, so they couldn't be jammed up unfairly by the government.
Well, we wouldn't be subject to, our troops wouldn't be tried in Iraqi courts.
He couldn't get it.
My daughter's there in the 101st.
Last thing I want is her on duty in the 101st and be tried in an Iraqi court.
Of course.
Not by a military, not by a U.S.
military court.
As a parent, you're sitting there going, no way.
He was in charge of the Status of Forces Agreement, which you think, given the commitment of blood and treasure that the United States had, and that we helped put the government in, it wouldn't be that tough.
Do you think if Trump were negotiating that, we would have?
It's ridiculous.
Otherwise, he would have taken all the oil from Iraq.
Yeah.
I mean, it's almost impossible for an American vice president with the power we had and what we did in Iraq to lose that.
So, at the same time that he's doing that, his brother is mysteriously put into a housing contract to build houses in Iraq that has a value of 1.5 billion, interestingly, and it is reported that he had about a one-third interest in it.
So, Joe becomes point man.
He fails for the U.S.
No question about that.
He fails for the U.S.
Has consequences in Iran, almost taking over Iraq.
Really serious ones.
But the family gets wealthy.
Then, Ukraine.
He fails in Ukraine.
He does nothing to end the Russian invasion.
In fact, he won't even give them guns.
Fails.
Family gets rich again.
Then he goes to China.
Supposed to get tariffs lowered, get them out of the islands.
Fails.
Demilitarization of the South China Sea.
Fails.
Abject failure.
We don't know how much money the family got.
At least a $1.5 billion commitment.
Eventually contracts with Mr. Yi Jinping.
With China Energy.
But let's go back to the failure.
She comes to the United States, I think in the spring of 15, or excuse me, in September 15.
He comes to the United States and to sign a, it might have been 14, but to sign an agreement.
It's a state visit to sign an agreement that Biden's worked on.
Two major elements, cyber security for U.S.
companies, stop the cyber attacks, and steal our intellectual property, and demilitarize the South China Sea, because these islands are originally stationary aircraft carriers.
You've got the Spratly Island problem.
Biden's the negotiator.
They signed the document.
Six months afterwards, There's a 50% increase to the cyber intrusion stealing our intellectual property, which was terrible until Trump came and stopped it.
And they ramp up the militarization of the South China Sea.
These are not small failures.
These are epic fails.
At the same time, the families kissed into a $1.5 billion private equity hedge fund.
And then a group of other relationships, some of which haven't even been revealed yet.
So Joe's out of office now.
We're in 2017 or so.
And that's when Hunter negotiates the agreement with the CEFC that you're talking about.
Tell us a little bit about the characters that were his partners.
There was a Patrick Ho and a Yi Junming.
First of all, the top five, this company comes from nowhere, like many of these H&A, Ambon Insurance.
These companies come from small regional companies in China.
They're then taken over by the senior level cadre of the Chinese Communist Party and they explode on the international scene, financed by the debt of the Chinese people.
This company comes from a $48 million small regional energy trading company to over $200 billion in revenues.
And in New York City, Yi Jingming becomes like the man.
He's handing out money to foundations, to the opera, to the cultural thing.
He's being hot walked around.
He's like the young superstar.
His deputy, Patrick Ho, is another player.
This is where Hunter Biden gets into a relationship with these guys and is in the Johnson Report, and more documentation will come out later.
He signs engagement letters and gets formally engaged with these people in a series of financial transactions.
They set up a company called Hudson 3 LLC.
I think that's a real estate investment.
Joe is a partner.
James is a partner.
I think the aunt's name is Sarah.
Patrick Koh, the ultimate guy, funding it is... And there's another CCP guy whose name will come out over time.
But my point is they're in partnership with the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party, who's funding the money in to do the transactions, not the Bidens.
The Bidens are the finders.
These guys are funneling the money in.
And this gets to be the concern.
Now, CFC is another company like H&A that's in quasi-receivership.
The bank loans are going to be called.
The Chinese people, the Lao-Beijing, the citizens get stiffed again as these guys go out and basically buy off the elites of the West, the Bidens.
And you should see the activity ramps up as Joe Biden starts running for president.

Let's continue the interview with Steve Bannon.
So back in 15, we can understand why they would give him $1.5 billion.
They wanted influence with Joe.
Joe had influence.
Joe had decision-making power.
And he exercised it all in favor of China.
Yes.
Now Joe's out of office.
Why are they making Hunter and James and Sarah Rich?
Well, because the reason they know, they know that Joe Biden is the guy, Senator from Wilmington, Delaware.
He represents, even out of office, he's always represented that kind of part of the Democratic Party.
That's the Wall Street and corporatists.
This is where the biggest influence peddling of the Chinese have come in.
Their influence on politicians in Washington have come from Wall Street in the corporations.
So Joe Biden's a perfect, a perfect what they call asset.
Okay, and it's never really been devolved.
Let's go to currently, in the pandemic year, when President Trump steps forward after Peter Navarro's memo, in January, does two extraordinary things.
Stops travel from China, but also, nobody talks about, quarantines American citizens for the first time in 50 years.
He makes two hard decisions when Fauci, and remember, Fauci, Azar, these guys at the time say, ah, we shouldn't do this.
WHO doesn't like closing borders, we shouldn't do it.
Biden takes the party line of Beijing immediately.
He goes and says this is xenophobic, this is nativist, this is racist.
This is exactly what Beijing was saying at the time.
Remember, whether you believe that Beijing, this is part of a biological weapons program, or if you just believe it's a gain-of-function experiment that went awry and leaked out, the facts are We know, incontrovertible, that the CCP knew about the virus in late December or early January.
It's called COVID-19 for a reason.
Right.
It started in 19.
Right.
Even the World Health Organization admits that.
The CCP knew about this no later than the end of 19 or the first couple of days of 20.
Not only hit it, hit it when they came over here to sign the trade deal with President Trump in the East Room, also hit it from everybody until it exploded in central China.
Then they had to cancel Lunar New Year.
But at the same time, they completely shut down domestic traffic, no air traffic, no inner city automotive traffic.
But they allowed international traffic, particularly to the apparel industry and fashion week in Northern Italy, in Milan, where the explosion in Europe came from.
So the CCP, they swept up the PPE industry at the time, understanding that the tip of the spear, the doctors and nurses needed that protective gear.
They went on a binge starting in mid-January when they hadn't warned the world.
to sweep up the PPE, so they had it as a strategic asset.
This is what Joe Biden was supporting.
And to me, it shows a pattern.
What your investigation in Ukraine, discussion about Iraq, now in China,
shows a pattern of the Biden family.
Absolutely.
Wherever Joe Biden has influence, wherever Joe Biden is a player, right?
All of a sudden, people are looking for access points to Joe Biden.
Why?
They understand Joe Biden's open for business.
And those access points are members of his family.
To me, I think the campaign, I think President Trump's actually been very gentlemanly about going after this.
This is one of the reasons I was never going to join the campaign.
These types of, like, fighting, stealing the vote after November 3rd, but also these kind of Bare-knuckle investigations that you just have to do to go after these guys.
The American people have to understand particularly that the Chinese Communist Party is totally focused on destroying America and becoming a global hegemon.
They are an existential threat to our company.
They're a country.
They're our enemy.
Not China and not the Chinese people.
This gangster operation that controls it that Joe Biden's in business with.
That to me, To me, the Democrats ought to be investigating it.
They ought to see, particularly the populist Bernie Sanders, anti-elite Democrats.
I want to know where they are on looking on the graft and corruption of the Biden family.
So that explains, in some ways, the ridiculous statement he made almost a year ago that China is no threat, China is no competition.
They're really good folks.
Come on, man.
He's the only person in the world who would say there's no threat, no competition.
No competition.
We're strategic partners.
And then he objects to the closing of the border, which, had he been president, another two million people would have died.
Let's go to Biden's comments.
First off, the elites in our country have been in business with China for 20 to 25 years.
This is about the managed decline of our country, this concept called the Sudanese trap.
This is why Donald Trump's president.
In the summer of 16, people realized, hey, something's fundamentally wrong.
One of the reasons wrong, all our factories have been stripped out and gone to China.
How did that happen?
Who prospered from it?
And why are the working class people the ones always at the, get the worst deal?
Trump was basically, hey, I'm your voice.
I'm gonna stand up for this.
Now we know, and it comes clear every day, that China is the central part of the problem because the slave labor in China drives the entire apparatus.
The problem with Biden, Is that there are many people in the United States that have been in business with them, financial companies, corporations, you know, and that's all got to be unwound.
And when they make a case, they're making a case for their corporate betterment, their profits.
As bad as that is, that's acceptable.
Joe Biden's different.
Joe Biden, he brags about the 25 hours of one-on-one meetings he had with Xi.
And in fact, in the tape that's exculpatory in your investigation in the Ukraine, where he talks about the, you know, the Council on Foreign Relations tape, you're 27 minutes into the tape when he gets to your part.
The first part of the thing, he's bragging about China, his relationships.
The State Department has never released the readouts on those conversations with Xi.
We have to understand what his relationship is, particularly given the burgeoning relationship we're finding out every day on China.
Joe Biden is compromised in his relations with the Chinese Communist Party.
His family is financially compromised.
And it's time now that we have to have a full and thorough investigation.
It's critical that the president In the next two to three years, straighten this relationship out.
Yes.
And at least get us out of the problem we're in where they control 90-95% of the medicines.
They control 80-90% of the medical equipment.
It's almost like the energy dependency we used to have.
In the Persian Gulf, yes.
With Biden and Obama, that he had to change.
So now we have to change the dependency.
Well, he's doing that.
It's a confrontation.
I can see Trump doing that very aggressively.
It will not happen.
I mean, this is why this, to me, the single most important issue is the direction of the country.
National security and our economic nationalism.
Joe Biden went to Scranton a couple of weeks ago, you know, says he's Joe from Scranton.
He gave a populist economic national speech, completely phony.
It's his policies.
Remember, Obama was a fire-breathing populist.
They put him on as the kind of babysitter, Wall Street centrist babysitter, and for national security because Obama didn't know anything.
That's why he got deputized to go to China.
All the bailouts that got done in the Obama administration, the expansion of the Federal Reserve's balance sheet, From under a trillion dollars to four and a half or five trillion dollars, Joe Biden was the guy in the room doing that.
Remember, we had the greatest concentration of wealth in the history of the country in the eight years of the Obama administration.
The top 1% because of the way they structured the bailout of the financial crisis.
African-American families' net wealth decreased during the Obama years.
It's increasing in Trump.
And this is Joe Biden's record.
To me, tonight, What the president should do.
Joe Biden's going to try to lock him up on policy.
I would be so aggressive and go after Joe Biden on exactly what he stands for.
Joe Biden is a phony.
And I think you've done such an amazing job of showing what, you know, he's supposed to be such a nice guy.
The family is a criminal enterprise, right?
And the son, Hunter, is a national security risk.
So just for a minute or two, put your hat on now as a political advisor, political expert.
How does this campaign End up.
And how does it get there?
The Democrats have done something.
War and pandemic, we can see this, is that what they've done is they've traumatized their base voter about the pandemic.
Right.
That they don't want to go out.
Bernie talked about this the other day.
69% to 75% of Democrats are so traumatized, they don't want to go to the polls.
The Democrats, all this polling is going on, 70% of Trump's voters are enthusiastic about showing up on game day.
The game day vote is going to be everything.
And because we don't know right now what electorate is going to show up for the Democrats, and that's why they're going to use undemocratic methods, the courts, The media, the social media oligarch giants, and the mobs in the street, the Antifa and certain elements of Black Lives Matter, to basically terrorize people to try to reverse what will be a bold red fact.
That bold red fact, the predicate, will be on November 3rd.
That will be the vote that the American people have done for hundreds of years.
You go in a booth, you pull a curtain, Two people know how you voted, you and God, right?
It's a totally secret ballot.
That secret ballot, Donald Trump will win and will be a big winner in the evening of November 3rd.
And that's when people have to understand it's not over.
So the people that are not going to accept the result, And I'm planning to not accept the result.
Hillary signaled it by saying you shouldn't concede no matter what under other Democrats.
Under any circumstance.
Somehow they've created the impression that Trump is the one.
President Trump should not buy into and the Republicans should not buy into this thing of transition.
It's continuity.
It's continuity for a first term and a second term.
President Trump's going to win on November 3rd, and then it's a continuity project of how you get to Inauguration Day.
They're trying to reverse a fact.
Not a conversation, a fact.
The fact is, the American people showed up at the polls, and they voted like they voted for hundreds of years, okay?
Trump's gonna win that, and win it big.
Now you know how bad it is.
They're in panic mode.
Axios leaks the other day that now they've shifted an all-hands effort to try to get people to show up on November 3rd.
Michael Bloomberg's $100 million.
His $100 million is $100 million just for a ground game in advertising in Florida to get people to show up on November 3rd, okay?
Then he kicks in another $16 million that he'll legally pay for the felons to show up and vote.
Well, that one could turn out to be a problem.
They're in panic mode.
Look, you've been a U.S.
attorney, you know how illegal that is.
They're in panic mode about their people not showing up and not getting certified.
Last thing is, the reason I started focusing on this early, I saw these primaries that weren't a lot of people showing up.
They're all voting by mail.
And then it's the Democratic primary, run by Democrats in New York, in Brooklyn, which is the woke capital of the West.
30% of the ballots were not certifiable.
This is by Democrats.
In Manhattan, the capital of all the know-it-alls, 20% of the ballots were not certifiable.
I go, oh my God.
First off, nobody's showing up.
They all want to vote by mail.
They've traumatized their base.
Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon, CNN, MSNBC has traumatized their electorate.
They all got to come up.
And now you see all over the country, we're going to count ballots two weeks afterwards.
You can vote.
Your ballots show up three days.
It doesn't have to have a signature.
All these laws, they have 200.
