Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani, and back with Rudy's Common Sense.
Today, as you can see, I'm not in my usual location.
I'm in Washington, D.C., and we've got a day to go before the election.
An election that I truly believe is the most important election that we've had in my lifetime, because I cannot remember so much at stake in one single election as this presidential election.
On the one side, we have a president who's been in office for almost four years.
He's led this country to its greatest economic success, arguably ever, certainly in my lifetime, measured by every statistic you can measure it by.
Highest employment, lowest unemployment, best overall wage numbers, particularly for the lower and middle class, in particular for African-Americans and Hispanics, historic job numbers, historically low unemployment numbers, and historically high wage numbers, something promised to them by a string of Democratic candidates for president, Congress, promised for 50 years and never delivered.
Instead, one false promise after another.
Really remarkable.
When you consider when he came into office, it was predicted by the doomy and gloomy and, in many ways, dishonest Democrats that there would be a crash in the market and we would have a depression.
Instead, the market reached all-time highs, the economy all-time highs, unemployment all-time lows, and it helped the poor and the middle class even more than anyone else, and particularly the minorities.
So an exceptional first two and a half, three years.
And then the China virus, the CCP virus, the virus that originated in Wuhan, that was spread around the world deliberately by China.
China locked its own people down and sent its people all over the world to make sure that the world was injured as much or more than China.
It was a surprise.
No one knew what it was.
We had to react to it with little or no knowledge, with a lot of guesswork.
Under a lesser president, this would have been impossible.
But we reacted in Trump time, which means in a period of time unheard of for a federal government not known for its speed.
Within months, we were developing therapeutics Within weeks and months, we had more masks than we needed.
We had more ventilators than we needed.
We had more beds than we needed.
In my own city, a thousand beds were delivered in a ship called the USS Comfort, a ship that I used quite extensively during September 11.
Unfortunately, political bitterness grew, and in my city, The left-wing Democratic mayor and governor refused to use the ship that was sent by the president.
It had 300 people on it.
Meanwhile, they let people die in nursing homes.
I don't know what happened.
I don't know what happened.
I think what happened is the president was getting such rave reviews for the way in which he was handling it, particularly from Governors Cuomo and Governor Newsom and Governor Murphy of New Jersey.
Very, very strange, rave reviews that I wrote about.
I think the Democratic Party said, hey, we're re-electing them, and we better change the narrative.
And they sure did.
They changed the narrative through a bunch of lies.
The president handled this pandemic in a way that I don't think any other president would have been able to get us so fast and so quickly to a point that it is now a different disease.
Sure, it's a dangerous disease.
Sure, it's a very, very difficult thing.
It's not the disease it was in March.
Today, it's a disease that's treatable.
It's a disease that is rarely fatal.
And it's a disease that for certain groups in the population is not fatal at all.
So any future reaction to it can be managed without the kind of massive shutdown that Joe Biden has in mind for us.
And the kind of massive shutdown that his governors are doing in order to depress the economy.
Despite that, however, and with all of the predictions that we were going to be in a two-year depression, we were going to go to 25% unemployment.
I mean, this would have been the case with Joe Biden.
Joe Biden objected to cutting off trade with China.
He'd have kept it open for a month and a half more.
Every scientist predicts, if that happened, 2.2 million more people would have died.
So when we look at the number of people that are dead, which is unfortunate and tragic, what China did to us.
Because of the president's decisive action, over 2 million people were saved.
Had we had an incompetent like Biden there, I think this would be a convenient time to take a short break.
and maybe not just because of his incompetence, but because he's owned lock, stock, and barrel by China.
And you know that, even though they've been trying to keep that from you.

Since the pandemic.
When we were predicted to have depression, a market that's going to crash, it'll take two years to come back, and we're going into the winter, the winter that's going to last forever.
I'm kind of paraphrasing Joe Biden, the things he reads from the teleprompter.
Rarely does he even have a telephone call without a teleprompter, but reading those things, that's what he says.
Well, you know, Donald Trump, is not a 47-year-old, a 47-year-failed politician.
Instead, he's a very, very tough, very, very successful executive.
So, here's where our economy is.
Four months of record job growth.
Record job growth.
Just the other day, our GDP went up three times higher than the previous record.
Remarkable.
And we want to stop that?
And turn it over a man who can't count?
We want to turn it over a man who, according to Secretary Gates of the Obama administration, has never gotten a matter of foreign policy right in his entire life?
Meanwhile, we have a president who's been nominated for three Nobel Peace Prizes?
For peace in the Middle East?
For peace in Eastern Europe?
And these are peace prizes that were given for achieving peace.
It's not like Obama's peace prize.
It was given to him before he came into office.
And then he made war.
He should give the peace prize back.
At least they won't have to pay for three peace prizes for President Trump.
They can give him one of Obama's because the man doesn't deserve it.
He should give it back.
The president had to come into office.
The president had to end ISIS.
The president had to make sure That we set Syria back after Obama and Biden backed down numerous times from the red line they drew.
The president had to make sure that the terrorists that were left out there like Soleimani and Baghdadi were caught, neutralized, and their life of killing Americans was over.
Remember, Biden was against killing Bin Laden and even against killing Soleimani.
And he's going to protect us?
Please, let's use some common sense, huh?
And finally, and most importantly, this is a very dangerous election.
Don't think I've ever faced an election of an American president that I personally know is a major criminal.
I've read all the emails and texts, investigated this man purely because it was handed to me two years ago as part of my defense of President Trump.
For 30 years, he's been taking money as bribes, using his family as bag men.
It goes back to when his brother James was a crooked lobbyist, a sleazy, crooked lobbyist.
And he'd collect the money.
Joe would do what James wanted him to do.
Joe would get a cut of the money.
And then Joe would say, I don't know anything about it.
And a compliant, silly Washington press corps, because he was one of the boys, would let him get away with it.
In fact, one of the problems here is that Biden's entire criminal career happened right in front of him.
Right in front of the Washington press corps.
But he was one of the guys.
One of the Democrats, one of those who basically can do anything and nothing happens to them, like the Clintons.
And boy, once he got into that White House and became vice president, the Delaware grifters went to the big time.
I'll just outline quickly the 30 or $40 million they made while he was vice president, selling your vice presidency to the highest bidder in Iraq.
When Joe was supposed to negotiate a status of forces agreement for the United States to protect our interests, Joe, as usual, failed to get it.
And a couple of thousand people died as a result of, we thought his incompetence, but maybe it was his corruption.
Because just at that same time, his brother got one third of a $1.5 billion contract.
And we heard nothing about it.
Did Obama know?
Did Obama not know?
Did American intelligence pick it up?
If it didn't pick it up, what kind of intelligence do we have?
What kind of intelligence agent was Brennan?
I think I know.
If he didn't pick it up, and if he did pick it up, why did they cover it up?
Number two.
Right after being thrown out of the Navy for being a crack addict, Hunter Biden was hired by the most crooked man in the Ukraine, Mykola Zlochevsky, who had stolen $5 billion from his company and was hiding.
He hired Hunter Biden.
No qualifications in oil and gas.
Only qualification in government was getting kicked out for being a crack addict.
Do they think we're stupid?
Why did he hire him?
He hired him because Joe Biden had just been appointed point man for Ukraine, which means he was going to give out the billions and billions of dollars that could keep Ukraine afloat, because Ukraine was bankrupt after their crooked dictator left with billions of dollars.
So Joe Biden became the most important man in Ukraine.
My co-host Olszewski knew who the most important man was.
He knew the government was coming after his business.
He knew what the American press keeps from you, that Joe Biden was a crook who could be bought.
And he bought him.

And then, we go to China.
China.
Joe flies Hunter Biden to China.
In between bouts of crack, which are easily seen if you look at the photographs on the hard drive of Hunter Biden.
He takes him to China.
Joe is supposed to achieve for the United States, with China, withdrawal from the islands that they dispute with Japan, where they put military forces, and lowering tariffs.
Joe spends eight days there with Hunter.
We don't know what Hunter's doing.
We know what Joe is doing.
Joe is losing the negotiations to China.
He comes home, the Chinese expand the military in the islands, and the Chinese raise the tariffs.
Bad day for America, Joe.
You failed us, as usual.
But what you didn't tell us, Joe, and what Obama didn't tell us, is eight days after you came back, your son got a letter from the Bank of China, joining as a partner His private equity fund for $1 billion, undisclosed to the American people.
And who and what was this private equity fund?
It was your son, the son of the Vice President.
It was the stepson of the Secretary of State of the United States.
China bought two for one.
It was the nephew of Whitey Bulger.
The most notorious organized criminal of that time.
And the fourth partner was China.
You're negotiating for us.
You're losing day after day.
The tariffs are going up.
People in Pennsylvania and Ohio and Michigan and many places are losing their jobs to China.
And you got a billion and a half dollars for your son?
That's the same thing you did with him as a crack addict, isn't it, Joe?
That guy Hunter doesn't have to be that kind of crack addict if he had a father.
What kind of father are you?
You're gonna protect our country and you couldn't protect your son?
You have a son who has an addiction, and you put him in business?
For your benefit?
With some of the worst criminals in the world?
Shame on you!
Joe, I not only would like to see you prosecuted for the crimes you committed, and I sure as heck want to see you thousands of miles away from the White House, I just don't respect you.
I don't respect a father who takes an impaired son and puts him in the middle of the worst criminals in the world, and you look at pictures of that kid 20 years later, and that's what you did to him because of your greed.
Maybe you'll stop lying.
Maybe you stopped lying.
And the final transaction, Joe, the final transaction is just too much.
You went into a partnership with three Chinese communists for $10 million a year, a million up front to your son, but they weren't just Chinese communists.
Your son describes it on an audio tape that you and your crooked friends in the media and in big tech have hidden from the American people because, in your words, they don't deserve to know.
You know, we're all too stupid, Joe.
You know, we would never make the kind of money you make because we wouldn't sell out our country, Joe, and we wouldn't destroy our sons' lives.
That's why we wouldn't do it, Joe.
But you did.
And you think you're getting away with it.
You think you're getting away with it because 80% of the media won't report it.
They won't report that you were a partner with the highest level spy in China, Mr. Patrick Ho, and the richest man in China, according to your son, Xi Yiming, who was a major intelligence operative.
You got paid by spies of the Chinese government.
I know you didn't do well in law school, Joe.
I know you cheated in law school.
And I know you plagiarized in law school.
I mean, you were dishonest way back.
But Joe, even you have to know that we have a name for that.
We call it espionage, Joe.
Doing business with a Chinese spy for any ordinary American would mean almost an immediate arrest, an enormously long period of time in prison.
Ha ha!
But you're Joe Biden.
I think somehow they got it.
They got it.
And I got it, Joe.
CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, they're all protecting you.
They won't let the American people learn this.
But somehow I think they got it, Joe.
I think somehow they got it.
They got it. And I got it, Joe.
You're a crook.
And you're one heck of a lousy father.
That kid didn't have to be like that, Joe, if you weren't so damn greedy.
Nobody uses his family the way you did.
You should not be running for president.
You should not have any chance to enter the White House.
There's really a different kind of house for guys like you.
You disgraced our country.
You disgraced this election.
Best thing for your party?
Vote you down.
Get you out.
Remove the cancer.
Remove the cancer of corruption at the top of your party.
Your party is made up of good people.
Just as good.
Just as solid.
Just as honest.
And sometimes dishonest, as Republicans.
Nothing different.
We have different views of taxes.
We have different views of foreign policy.
We have different views of welfare and other things.
Nothing wrong with the Democratic Party that cutting the top off wouldn't cure.
Let's get rid of these people.
They've been around 47 years for Biden.
Never did anything but mass incarceration of African Americans for much fewer drugs than your son used to.
I mean, those thousands and thousands of black men that you had put in jail based on the law you passed, they were using considerably smaller amounts of drugs than your son, who you were using as a bag man.
So, the choice is between a president who has proven he can be a great steward of our economy, he can bring peace to the world, and he's got strength.
He's got optimism and he's got a love of America that's infectious.
He doesn't see winter coming.
What he sees is a winter we can manage, a winter we can take advantage of, a winter we can grow in.
He's the first president in a long time to see black people and Hispanics really grow in income.
Maybe the first one.
And he's the president who's already leading us out of this pandemic with great economic strength.
And he's the president that got nominated for peace prizes based on making peace.
Not like your friend Obama, who got his peace prize and then made war.
I think the choice for the American people is clear and critical.
So, I urge you, ask you, Try to get your hands on what I'm talking about.
Don't let these, don't let these, I don't know even what to call them, censor you.
It's there.
It can be read.
It can be analyzed.
Still plenty of time to do it.

He'll break up those trusts so fast, it'll make Mr. Dorsey's lying head spin and Mr. Zuckerberg's head blow up with all kinds of different companies that are going to come out of it.
So, don't forget to vote.
Don't forget to vote for Donald Trump and the Republican ticket.
And if you're a Democrat, don't forget to vote for that so you can fix your party.
It deserves that.
