Hello again, this is Rudy Giuliani.
Merry Christmas.
And I'm here with another episode of Rudy's Common Sense.
And it's going to be published on Christmas Day, so hopefully you're listening to it on Christmas Day.
And you and your family and all your loved ones have had a joyous and a beautiful Christmas, and you've received the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
On the day of his becoming man.
Which is one of the truly miraculous and earth-shattering things that have happened in human history.
That made humanity what it is, made western civilization what it is, and made people what they are.
And gave us the importance of human life.
All human life.
How valuable it is, how important it is, How it has to be cherished and how it has to be protected and preserved, as well as the liberties and the rights that go along with being human, which are given to us by God and not by man.
And that's really been the pursuit of this entire podcast, Common Sense, to try to explore the issues that are so controversial from the point of view of, you know, what makes sense?
What really is involved in these values and in these rights?
And how can they so easily be trampled over?
And as we look back on this year of 2020, which we'll do in greater detail maybe next week, but as we look back on this year of 2020, it's been a very bad year for human rights or God-given rights.
They've been eroded dramatically in the country that didn't create them, but probably enshrined them better than any country in the history of the world, the United States of America.
There's never been a year in American history where there's been such an all-out assault on freedom of speech, Freedom of religion, free and fair elections, the ability to congregate for causes that you believe in, and your ability to conduct your life with some degree of judgment by yourself without the government dictating to you every little detail of it.
These are enormous intrusions into a country of civil liberties and And civil rights, human rights, and God-given rights.
It's something we're going to have to review for the future to make sure it doesn't happen again.
But here we are, Christmas Day, pointing toward the end of the year, going into probably a more dramatic January than we've had in our history, or at least we've had in our history since the last time a presidential election was in this kind of dispute, and gave promise of possibly even going to the House of Representatives.
From the point of view now of, you know, a lawyer involved in the case, deeply involved with my client, Let me tell you what the four, five states are to look at.
And I'm going to give you the key things to look at in those states.
Over the course of the next week or two, of course, we'll go into more detail on it and show you more of this.
But maybe it'd be a good idea to sort of see what's at issue in these states and why there's so much turmoil.
Because many of you maybe have not gotten beyond the The dominated, basically a Democrat party control press that we have in this country, which is akin to the kind of press they have in Venezuela, China, and in countries that are dictatorships.
For purposes of press right now, we might as well be in a dictatorship with a few exceptions, like my ability to communicate with you on podcast or on WABC or on OANN or on Newsmax.
Or on some of the really brave independent radio stations that carry people like Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, again, WABC, my radio station.
If it wasn't for them, we'd have a complete blackout of free speech.
If you were to count on the television networks, free speech has been gone for quite some time.
free speech actually eliminated completely since the Biden hard drive. So let's see if by
thinking about the significance of what unites us as human beings, which is God,
our affinity with Jesus, or let's see if we can agree on a few facts that might then show you
that what we're doing here is to try and determine who honestly was elected president of the United
States.
So let's start with the state of Pennsylvania, where we had, I would say, in terms of scope, the largest fraud.
What exists to show that the vote in the state of Pennsylvania, as submitted to the president of the Senate, is a false?
Well, the first thing that can do that is that there are affidavits from hundreds of witnesses proving that 822,777 ballots were entered without any observation by an independent observer against the law of Pennsylvania and against common sense.
And they were all done in the middle of the night when When Biden was behind Trump by 600,000 votes and he had to desperately catch up, because if he didn't catch up by the morning, surely Pennsylvania would be called for Trump.
And that would push him pretty close to having an electoral majority.
And they were going to stop that at all costs.
882,770 votes as recorded, all in affidavits under oath.
Some of it presented in testimony before legislatures.
None of it presented to a court because no court will hear evidence on this.
No court.
Another terrible failure in our system.
Some of the courage has come out of it.
So that's one.
Also, another statistical fact that just makes it crystal clear that Pennsylvania numbers are dramatically false, and that is that there were more mail-in ballots counted than there were mail-in ballots sent out.
I want you to consider that, right?
The way it works is, you're supposed to get a mail-in ballot, absentee ballot, and you then fill out the application on the front.
You put your name, your address, your precinct, you sign it.
There's an inner envelope, they call it the security envelope, and then there's the ballot.
You take out the ballot, and you fill it out.
When you fill it out, you fold it so it fits into the secure envelope, you seal it, and you put it in the bigger envelope, and you seal that, and you send it in.
All those ballots were sent out by the state.
People can't just create those ballots on their own, obviously.
All those ballots are numbered, and when they are received back, They say, oh, we sent out 1.8 million.
Hmm.
We've gotten back 1.4 million.
400,000 didn't come back.
People decided not to vote by absentee ballot.
They may very well have voted on election day.
That really isn't a concern.
However, when you look at the vote, you see that well over 2 million mail-in ballots were counted.
Now, if only 1.8 million were sent out, and only 1.4 million were recorded as coming back, where are this other group that could be as great as 7 or 800,000?
Where'd these ballots come from?
Who printed them?
They're not on the list printed by the state or ordered by the state.
Where'd they come from?
Gotta be stupid.
You know where they came from.
They were made up.
They were made up because Pennsylvania was out of hand.
They never expected them to be ahead at one point by 800,000 votes in Pennsylvania.
They had enough ballots that had been made out in advance to cover that.
A couple hundred thousand here and there.
They didn't have the seven, eight hundred thousand ballots they needed.
So they had to go make them up.
Now, the state of Pennsylvania will not let us examine their ballots.
Why?
The ballot doesn't show you who someone voted for.
Now it's just an empty ballot with Biden's name on it or Trump's name on it.
Because, you know, we could put it in a machine and we could tell you whether it's a legitimate ballot or not.
We could tell you by the markings.
We could tell you by the stationary.
We could tell you by sometimes the pen that's used too repetitiously.
We could tell you by the folding of the paper.
We could tell you that definitively, maybe not all six or seven hundred thousand, but five hundred thousand of those votes are phony votes.
You take that away from the eighty thousand margin that That Biden has and Trump wins Pennsylvania.
Independent of the unexamined ballots.

And now let me show you a chart.
Let me show you a chart that could be one of the most extraordinary things that has ever happened in American politics from the point of view of cheating.
And I'm going to turn this chart around and this should be up on your screen.
This is the day of the election.
This is the day after, the day after, the day after, and the day after.
So this is when the counting process begins.
So when we start, we start with the election day numbers.
On election day, Biden had approximately 2.5 million votes.
On election day, before we started reading the mail-in ballots, Trump had 3.1 million votes.
That was a very, very large 600,000 lead.
Way beyond.
What anybody anticipated Trump having.
This is a wipeout.
13%.
Only 65% left to vote.
Well, how do you make that up?
Well, you do it like they did in Georgia and Michigan and in Wisconsin and in Arizona.
You close the counting room down.
You say, everybody's going home now.
Goodbye.
We're not going to count anymore.
Remember when the few people that are independent are gone, who couldn't see anything anyway?
You start to bring ballots in and look what happens between the election day and then just the next day before noon.
The lead of Trump is shrunk to 160,000 votes.
660,000 votes.
The 600,000 get shrunk to 160,000.
These are the Biden votes coming in.
You could say, effectively, there was not a single Trump vote.
But if you want to know the exact number, it's almost equally as stupid.
It's the following.
Biden received 5.
Trump received 3,290 votes.
That's 0.2%.
8,014 votes, Trump received 3,290 votes.
That's 0.2%.
There's no place in the country that Trump received any number like that.
If we look at Pennsylvania, his worst number is 20 times higher than that.
20 times higher than that.
What I'm telling you is you couldn't have found a sample of votes that were that skewed.
Couldn't have found it in Pennsylvania.
Couldn't have found it in New York or California!
You couldn't have found it anywhere!
Because it's made up!
It's phony!
Oh, but the Democrats in Philadelphia wouldn't cheat.
No!
They've only just done it in the last 60 years in every election.
They only just lead the country in the number of people convicted of voter fraud.
You know the reality of all this?
The real shocking thing in this election that meant so much If Philadelphia didn't cheat, then something strange would have happened.
This isn't strange.
This is how bad and how crooked the Democrat Party has become and how greedy it's become for power and money and how much of control it has on our media.
You never saw that chart before.
You should have seen that chart three days after the election on NBC and CBS and ABC if they had an interest in telling you the truth.
You tell me that that chart doesn't prove that they stole Pennsylvania.
Trump won Pennsylvania by 300,000 votes.
I don't want to burden you with more maybe later on, but I'll show you exactly how that can be proven.
But in any event, the one thing for sure is the vote that's submitted by Pennsylvania is a fraud, it's a perjury, it's dishonest.
Governor Wolf, And all his crooked Democrats are participating in it and letting it stand.
Now we go to Arizona.
Arizona.
How do we know that Arizona is wrong?
I'm going to give you an easy one, okay?
I'm going to give you an easy one that does rely on common sense.
Mr. Payne's common sense.
The guide for our show.
You know Arizona.
You know how close it is to the border.
It's on the border.
You know the 100 years of border crossing issues that it's had, and the 50 years of illegal immigration, non-citizens.
You can have different views on it, benign, very strong, somewhere in between, somewhere balanced.
But you know that Arizona is filled with non-citizens.
Some of them come seasonally, and some stay for a lifetime.
And many of them vote, and they voted forever.
And nobody checks.
So the governor of Arizona, who unfortunately calls himself a Republican, and his little entourage in there, have submitted an entirely laughable vote count in that it pretends that it doesn't contain the vote of a single non-immigrant.
Biden beats Trump by 10,000 votes, but has no votes from non-citizens.
Not a single non-citizen voted in Arizona this time for the first time in 50 years.
If one did, then that statement before Congress is perjurious, false.
Well, of course it's untrue.
And they know it's untrue.
And they think you're too stupid to care.
And they think that the big tech, big networks, big corporations, and the big money, like the money that comes from Dominion, I think it's going to make you all be somnolent and go to sleep and not pay attention to that singular common sense fact that proves that Arizona has a false submission to the United States government.
I think these false submissions should be prosecuted.
So we've done some surveys.
The barest minimum that we get back in the survey, done by a fairly pro-immigrant group, is 36,000 non-immigrants or non-citizens voted.
Largest is 237,000.
You pick a number in between, it flips the state from Biden to the guy who actually wanted Trump.
This is how they stole the elections, ladies and gentlemen.
We're not making it up.
These are cold, hard facts and just pure common sense.
Now, if you don't want to do it that way, you can do it with the out-of-state voters that were allowed to vote, clearly voting out-of-state as well.
They're more than enough to turn the tide of the election.
Or you can base it on the uninspected ballots in Pima County.
In Cochino County and, of course, in Maricopa County, which get up into the hundreds of thousands.
So there are three independent ways of demonstrating.
The number's wrong.
Therefore, it must be decertified.
And the number breaks out with a Trump win somewhere around 40 or 50,000.
Wow, two states stolen.

Michigan probably has the most dramatic situation of all, and that is the 4.30 in the morning
dump of 100,000 ballots.
After everybody had been thrown out of the center for some time, and three people remained behind, two Republicans surreptitiously remained behind, and a Dominion employee who was disgusted with the dishonest conduct of Dominion.
They stood behind and all of a sudden these trucks pulled up.
They thought it was food.
It wasn't food.
It was a bunch of ballots.
Lots of ballots in garbage cans, in waste paper baskets, in this and that.
Put up on the stand.
They started reading them off.
Turns out to be all Biden all the time.
100,000 votes.
You can see it in the bump for Biden.
You can see it in the total switch around of votes.
That's 100,000 ballots.
100,000.
Or you can take a look, or you can take a look at Wayne County itself, where 71 of the precincts couldn't balance their books.
What does that mean?
It means that like in Pennsylvania, where the number could be as high as 700,000, more people voted.
There were more votes than people who voted.
When you go look at the particular precinct, let's use a number, you know, it shows 4,000 people voted that day.
Oh, but no, it recorded 6,000 votes.
Gee, who are these other 2,000?
This is so bad that the county board refused to certify because of the 71 that couldn't be balanced.
That's a lot!
And then they were threatened.
They were doxxed.
Their phone numbers were put out, their addresses were put out.
They were threatened with death.
And they changed their vote on a theory that there would be a forensic audit.
The vote went in, the forensic audit was called back, and they have since withdrawn their votes.
They refused to certify this.
The governor ignored it, and Governor Witless And her Secretary of State, who has already committed a felony in saying that records should be destroyed, submitted a dishonest, criminal, fraudulent vote that includes the $100,000 dump.
It includes the 270,000 votes that were unobserved, and it includes these questionable,
not questionable, these non-existent votes that have to have been phony votes,
where you have 4,000 people voting, but 6,000 votes.
This is the reason we want to see those machines.
And then when we did see the machines in Michigan, over the great objection of the dishonest officials of Michigan, because they don't want you to look at these machines in the worst way, because it's going to prove what crooks they are, we found that 82%, 82% of the ballots that went into that machine didn't get registered immediately.
They went off for adjudication because they were found to be not distinct enough.
And then some third party administrator, without a Republican around, decided who you voted for.
And you don't even know that.
You don't know if your vote was counted.
You don't know if your vote was put into adjudication, and you don't know if your vote was changed in adjudication.
That happened often enough to change the result of the election, and we could find that out for sure if they would stop obstructing our ability to examine all the machines in Michigan.
Don't you think that all the machines in Michigan should be audited before we declare a winner in this election?
They don't want you to see any of the machines in Michigan.
Again, let's use common sense.
Why?
If those machines are clean as a whistle, I'd offer them four weeks ago.
Come on, look at the machines.
No, no, 4,000 people voted, and 4,000 votes were counted.
Not the way you say.
Instead, we've run the machines we have, and they never balance.
One case, we did it three times.
We got three different results.
Same thing in Georgia.
These machines are quite something, these Dominion machines.
Big question to be asked, and we'll ask it right now as we move on to Georgia, is why did the governors buy these machines?
First of all, they're foreign machines.
Why would we use foreign machines in our election?
Why would we use foreign machines that are porous as Swiss cheese?
You can invade them, you can hack them, you can hook up internet links to them.
You can change votes.
You can recalculate votes.
You can do things that you'd only want to do if you're cheating.
Why do they buy these machines?
Georgia, with a Republican governor named Kemp, I say the word Republican advisedly.
Hey, our party isn't made up of all great people either.
Kemp bought these machines.
He spent $110 million on these new machines that, right from the beginning, his electors told him were crap.
But he bought them for $110 million, he and his secretary of state, Rafzenberger, who looks like he's working for the other side.
Well, that was a big number, big, big number, and they got crappy machines for it.
So, what about Georgia?
How do we show you that Georgia, the numbers in Georgia, are another big fraud submitted by Kemp, Rafsenberger, and their lieutenant governor, Puppy Dog, who, you know, says nothing went wrong in the election.
Well, this is truly, this is truly, uh, CNO evil, They must think the people of Georgia are stupid.
Everybody in Georgia can look at a video live from Fulton County.
Let's watch the Democrats steal the election.
And there you see it.
Ruby Freeman and her crew getting everybody out of the center, creating a false story that there was a There was a water main break.
No water main break.
They get everybody out.
They wait.
They check.
Like they're going to do a heist.
And all of a sudden, the crooks spring into action.
They go under a desk, covered like a casket, and they start pulling ballots out.
Tremendous numbers of ballots.
And they bring them over to one counting stand.
Another counting stat.
And they keep looking around to make sure there's nobody in the room.
And then they start counting.
Every once in a while, you look closely, you can see them doing this with one ballot.
You know what that does?
That takes Biden and multiplies it by five.
We got independent video of that in Coffey County, how you can do that.
So then we take a look.
With our experts.
What could they have gotten away with there?
120,000 votes?
130,000 votes?
To something like about 2,000 for Trump?
Biden won by 10,000 votes.
Dishonest number, Governor Kemp!
Submitting a false statement to the United States government is a violation of 18 United States Code section 1001.
They apply it to everyone else, not just Republicans who possibly commit crimes in favor of Democrats.
And what kind of Republican are you anyway, Kemp?
Letting our party get cheated?
All throughout your state, Republican observers were pushed away, not allowed to observe the ballots, in some cases even physically.
What kind of Republican are you?
What kind of man are you?
Letting that happen.
What kind of governor are you?
Buying a machine like Dominion, letting our votes be counted by a foreign machine just because they offer the state $110 million.
Governor, exactly who are you?
And what are you about?
This election was stolen.
You know it.
You know it.
Everyone in Georgia knows it.
Democrats at least stick together.
That's true.
They stick together committing crimes.
We can't even stick together doing the right thing.
That's a shame.
You've really let down Georgia.
You've embarrassed your state.
You've put a cloud of dishonor on the state of Georgia.
And the rest of Georgia should remove that.
I don't have to go into the out-of-state voters.
More than enough illegitimate out-of-state voters to change the result.
The underage voters.
The dead voters.
The no verification of absentee ballots.
That amounts to about 300,000 votes in Governor Kemp's crooked version of Georgia.
And finally, Wisconsin.
Wisconsin is a very interesting situation of its own.
All the same kind of voter fraud in Wisconsin as in the other places.
Republican being kept out to the tune of a couple hundred thousand votes.
Out-of-state All of that.
Even some dead people.
Probably less than most states, but some dead people.
But Arizona has a different absentee law than anyone else.
Arizona didn't buy into this mail-in ballot thing because it realized that mail-in ballots, it realized what was going to happen.
It was going to be a tremendous amount of fraud.
We have been warned of that for 50 years, that if we ever did it, the election would be overcome by fraud.
Well, Jimmy Carter and And James Baker turned out to be right, as did Justice Souter and many other scholars who warned us it turned into a disaster and an election that has to be reversed.
But Wisconsin wouldn't change.
And Wisconsin said, we're sticking with our absentee ballot rule.
We don't like absentee ballots.
We don't trust absentee ballots.
We think you should have enough interest to get up off your backside and go vote on election day.
But if you want to do an absentee ballot, you're going to have to do it by the strict rules.
And if you don't apply the strict rules, you don't get the presumption that we're going to go to extra lengths to honor the right to vote.
We're going to throw your vote out because we have no way of verifying you.
And you have too easy a job of taking advantage of us if we become too lenient.
Okay, so that's the setting.
So Arizona says that if you cast an absentee ballot, a couple of things.
It cannot be solicited.
Someone can't come and ask you to do it.
Someone can't bring you the stuff to do it.
You have to witness.
You have to show.
That you want to vote that way, so therefore you have to go out of your way to get the application.
You then have to fill the application out, make out the rest of the other parts of the ballot, you've got to fold it up, put it together, and you have to personally mail it in yourself.
No one else can take it for you, either to the mailbox, well I'm not sure about the mailbox, but nobody can take it to the clerk's office.
You have to do that.
And then they had to enforce that rule, they say, when they count the absentee ballot, any absentee ballot without an application is discarded as a vote.
No, you don't have to worry about the remedy.
That's the remedy.
It's discarded as a vote.
And a group that's allowed to do an absentee ballot, only exception are those people that are indefinitely confined.
So, indefinitely confined means basically being in a nursing home or being on life support at home.
Traditionally, 20,000 people in Wisconsin.
Otherwise, you had to vote like everybody else.
All of a sudden, without any legislative authorization, without any change in the law, completely illegally, the Secretary of State announces, this is COVID, everybody's indefinitely confined.
They go to the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and the Supreme Court of Wisconsin says, absolutely not.
You can't change the law.
It's the same law.
It's got to be applied the same way.
Well, they basically say the Democrats do the hell with the courts.
And here's what we have happen.
We have votes being solicited at fairs.
We have votes being solicited at parties.
We have votes that come in that have no applications.
We have votes that come in that are filled out improperly.
And that amounts to about 226,000 votes that should be discounted in just in Dane County and in Milwaukee County alone.
That would be Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin.
Particularly people who claim to be indefinitely confined And for which we've now gone through the trouble of finding evidence that they were fully mobile, fully involved, working, playing, doing sports.
In other words, true frauds.
And that number, although not final yet because we haven't finished our investigation, that number will exceed the margin of error, or not the margin of error, the margin between Trump and Biden.
So I know what you've been told.
about our fanciful, weird, strange theories of fraud, cleanest election ever.
Let me just review quickly to tell you about the best ever.
Pennsylvania, you remember the chart, the 600,000 votes that came in in the middle of the night.
You also remember, I hope, that there are 882,770 votes that were uninspected.
And you also remember that there are some 400,000 to 700,000 more mail-in votes counted than ever printed.
So count out Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania, certification wrong.
It should be decertified, and it should be certified by the state legislature, as they have the power to do, in favor of Donald Trump.
Arizona.
Arizona has more non-citizens voting than the margin of error between the two.
The breakdown, either by county or anywhere else, is about 80-20.
Biden-Trump.
That takes you way beyond the margin necessary to reverse the state from Biden to Trump. Michigan, when you count the Antrim 82% adjudication
rate, which means that the person doesn't get to make their own votes,
Some administrator does, probably a Democrat.
And number two, that 71 of the precincts in Wayne County, the largest county, the vote didn't balance.
In other words, there were more votes counted than people who voted.
And when you consider that three to four hundred thousand votes were put into the mail-in vote machines without any observation by Republicans, although there were several observations from far away that these votes were entered Four, five, and six times.
When you consider the dump of 100,000 votes in the middle of the night, all for Biden, my goodness, my goodness, my goodness, the number that Trump won Michigan by looks pretty much like the number we all went to bed on on election night.
About 120,000.
Just like Pennsylvania looks like something like 300,000 to 400,000.
When you take out the illegal ballots.
And when we get to Georgia, just look at the tape.
That accounts for anywhere from 40 to 80,000 votes.
The number then when we look at it on was like 138,000 for, for Biden and 2000 for Trump.
Take those out of their numbers.
Trump won Georgia.
Honestly, we want honest votes here.
And finally, Wisconsin.
The indefinitely confined were not indefinitely confined.
That's a fraudulent vote.
Wisconsin's tough on these things.
Wisconsin has to change the certification.
Has to certify.
That's what's going to go on now.
Going to state legislatures and go on in Congress.
It's going to be pursued, and no matter what the crooked media tells you, it's a real case.
So, I hope this gives you an overview to get you prepared for next week.

It's not gifts.
It's not Santa Claus.
It's not whatever else is nice about it.
Those things are all nice and those things are all wonderful.
And gosh, I'm still enough of a child to still want my trains back.
Christmas is about the greatest miracle that occurred in human history.
And the one that makes us what we are, human beings, makes us very special because we're made in the image and likeness of God.
And God demonstrated that by having his only son become man.
There's a lot to reflect on there.
And hopefully that reflection will help to change your behavior.
I hope it changes mine as well.
