It's May 2, 2013.
I'm Harold Covington, and this is Radio Free Northwest.
Okay, guys, I'm sorry to have to say this, but this week, the way things have worked out, I'm going to have to kind of cheat a little here on Radio Free Northwest.
Let me explain what I mean by that.
It's the end of the month, and at the end of the month, I almost always get jammed up with two deadlines.
My Radio Free Northwest for that week, and also the deadline for our monthly magazine, Northwest Observer.
Well, it's kind of a half magazine, half newsletter.
It's 16 pages, comes out every month, and for those of you who are interested in receiving an actual printed publication from the NF, it's $30 per year, $50 overseas airmail.
I'll be glad to send a sample copy to anyone who isn't too paranoid to give me a name and mailing address, but I should go ahead and mention that I'm an old dog to whom it's very difficult to teach new tricks.
And so, for that and for financial reasons, Northwest Observer is an old-fashioned kind of European-style magazine, and that means it's all text, no pictures, no glossy paper, just things you have to sit down and read for content and think about, just so you know.
I make it a point always to get the Northwest Observer out on or by the first of every month, because one of the worst habits that white nationalist groups have always manifested is letting their publication schedules slip, either through lack of money or general incompetence.
The publication arrives later and later every month, then you get a combined September-October issue, and then you get the spring 1995 edition as it falls still further behind.
Anybody who's been in the movement for a while will recognize this pattern.
Some grouplets barely managed to get three or four issues of a loose-leafed, stapled bulletin out before they disappear.
A Northwest Observer began coming out in January of 2007, and we've never missed an issue except for June 2009, for which I had to substitute a mailing of our first Northwest Front leaflets, because I didn't have the money to do both.
Other than that, I won't say absolutely that we've never missed a Northwest Observer deadline, because once or twice I have gotten part of the mailing to the post office a day or two late.
But it always arrives at the subscribers during the first week of every month.
Anyway, since I generally take most of every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to produce Radio Free Northwest, and this month, Monday, April the 29th, and Tuesday, April the 30th, are the last two days of the month, You can see that the two deadlines are in a head-on collision, plus there is another project that I have to find some time this week to get stuck in on, and the pressure is such that I'm going to have to trim some time off one thing or another.
So I'm going to kind of cheat on this week's Radio Free Northwest in that I will fill up most of this week's podcast with excerpts from a show that I did on April 26th on Rodney Martin's Worldview Foundation Conversations show.

Well, actually, this is the second time I've been on the show, I think.
Well, our first time you participated in our special April 20th edition, and that went very well.
We got a lot of positive feedback, but this time, the full hour, we're going to talk about the Northwest Front.
And I've had a lot of emails about that, and so I said, well, we'll just do a show.
Today is actually a special double-header.
The first hour, we did part two of a conversation with Dr. Kevin MacDonald.
And so the second hour, I'm doing an hour with you and the Northwest Front.
So I'm not sure, Mr. Covington, you need any introduction, but other than you are the public spokesperson for the Northwest Front, that website is www.northwestfront.org?

We covered that in your special April 20th show.
But at some point, let's talk about you made the decision to move to the Northwest and develop and implement, or should I say promote, what is formerly called the Butler Plan.
Can you give us a brief overview of what is the Butler Plan, what the thesis is behind that, and how you developed that at the Northwest Front for the benefit of the listeners on this show?
Okay.
Well, the Butler Plan basically is founded on several principles.
The first is that at some point in the future, probably sooner than later, there is going to be a Soviet-style breakup of the United States.
As the poet William Butler Yeats said, "Things fall apart, the center cannot hold." I believe that this is being fulfilled as we watch and I'm sure all your listeners are familiar with what's going on in the country and the gradual downward slide that things have been taking over the past generation.
But we've seen this happen in Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union.
At some point, the central government in this country is simply going to be too weak to keep it all together.
They're going to run out of money, they won't be able to pay their mercenaries, and there's going to be a kind of a centrifugal force spinning off bits and pieces of America into separate racial and ethnic and special interest enclaves.
Now, we believe that it is important that the white man has to get a piece of the pie when the continent breaks up.
And so what the Butler Plan advocates is the creation of a sovereign and independent homeland for white people here in the Pacific Northwest, which will serve as a homeland and a refuge for all of the white peoples of the world.
You might, in a way, call it white Zionism.
What we're trying to do here in the Northwest is what the Jews claim that they want to do in Israel.
We want to give our people a home.
And we believe that the Pacific Northwest is the best place for such a white homeland, for reasons which I'll get into in a minute.
And, in essence, that's the Butler plan.
When the breakup comes, the Northwest stays white.
The Southwest will probably become as land.
Already proceeding as we speak, has witnessed the fact that Southern California, large parts of Arizona, Texas, and so forth are effectively part of Mexico through mass unfettered immigration.
And the South will probably become some kind of Republic of New Africa, although I think they now have a sufficiently large Hispanic population, so there's going to be a bloody mess in the South as the Hispanics and the blacks fight over it.
New England may become some kind of liberal stand.
Because, basically, Vermont, Massachusetts, Maine, these are places where all the New York and Boston and Washington DC elites have all their summer homes.
What they call flyover country, the Midwest, will probably break up into a large number of disparate enclaves of various racial and ethnic makeups, and we are going to see replicated on the North American continent what occurred in the Soviet Union.
We believe that the white man's piece of the pie, this piece of turf that we have to stake out, is here in the Pacific Northwest.
What we will eventually see and what we are seeing already is a white flight to the Northwest.
We have a lot of migrants coming into the Northwest every month, every week.
They're not so much coming because of us, because of the Northwest Front.
They're what we call organic migrants.
They are ordinary white people, middle class, working class people who are coming to the Northwest in essence to get away from diversity, especially from California.
They'll use all the code words.
Well, we want clean air and decent schools and so forth and so on.
Anything to admit the fact that they're trying to get away from the blacks and the Mexicans and the chaos caused by multiculturalism and diversity, but that's why they're coming.
So this process that I'm speaking of is already in effect.
At some point in time, the central control from Washington, D.C. will fail.
The Iron Heel will be lifted off our necks, and the white people of North America will be in a position to strike for a homeland of our own.
When that time comes, I believe the Northwest Front needs to be the revolutionary vanguard, if you will, of that movement for an independent white homeland here in the Northwest.
What about, this is a question I had, because I'm not going to take calls during this show, Mr. Covington, but there was one email I got, which I thought was a valid question I wanted to ask you.
Where does Alaska fit in in all of this?
Alaska has reportedly had a strong independence streak going on up there.
Where do they fit in in the dynamic and the breakup?
That's a good question.
Now, in my five Northwest novels, in which I outline the possible scenario as to how this independent Northwest homeland could come about, the territory that we lay claim to in the novels, and effectively speaking in the NF at the present, is in essence three and a half states.
Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Montana, west of Interstate 15. I personally would very much like, when the time comes, To glom onto as much territory as we can, for obvious reasons.
I would personally like to see parts of the Canadian provinces of British Columbia and Alberta amalgamated into the Northwest Republic.
But as far as Alaska goes, there's a little bit of a problem there.
Number one, Alaska is not actually contiguous with the lower 48. So if there were a pro-Northwest Republic movement in Alaska, we would have that problem being geographically separated by Canada.
Alaskans are, well, it's kind of hard to put into words, but they're Alaskans.
They're not really Northwesters, if you get the difference.
So I think there's a sort of a little bit of a difference of outlook there.
However, we do have some people from Alaska down here in the Northwest who are working with us.
And one of our major supporters that I can think of offhand is in Alaska, in Anchorage.
If the people of Alaska, when the time comes, decide that they want to be part of the Northwest Republic, that's a situation we will have to deal with at the time.
Now, in my fifth novel, which is wherein I describe a fictional scenario of the first 50 years of the Northwest Republic, all the problems that the new country might face, the obstacles, how to overcome them.
I have Alaska being effectively added to the Republic as the result of an attempted war of reconquest by Canada and the United States, of which, of course, the good guys win for once.
And they are offered a plebiscite.
They can choose one of three choices.
They can remain part of the United States, they can become part of the Northwest Republic, or they can become an independent nation.
And in my novel, they choose by public referendum to become an independent nation, which as far as I'm concerned is perfectly adequate solution to this problem of recovering territory from the chaos of multiculturalism and diversity.
Just about anything that gets territory and white people away from that monster in Washington, D.C. is going to be a good thing.
But Alaska, because of the geographical problems and to some degree because of the logistics, is going to have to be one of those Things we're going to have to resolve when the time comes.
You know, I wanted to run some scenarios by you to see if you agreed, because, you know, you and I have had some discussions about historical events and current events, and I wanted to run one, but you talk about when the time comes.
The Soviet-style breakup is something that I find fascinating, because I think that is something that people can wrap their arms and their minds around.
I remember, when I was much younger, watching and seeing that thing happening and thinking, you know, people who were in Army intelligence, my family was always in the military, knew that was going to happen.
It's interesting how the CIA blew that one.
It's not as if I'm making any of this up.
This is a process that we have seen happen in our lifetime, and nowhere is it chiseled in stone that the United States of America is immune to these natural forces of human history and the human character.
So it's going to happen here.
Some of the parallel examples I wanted to run by you and see if you agreed was, in the Soviet Union back in the late 80s and early 90s, the economy was, the United States economy currently is worse than the Soviet economy was.
And I think that can be, there's no doubt about it, you can make that case.
Two, you've seen the Soviet republics, what we would call states, the republics, began to ignore Moscow.
You had these states began to form coalitions and they started to have meetings.
They essentially started to ignore Moscow altogether.
And Moscow, they would send, they would issue orders to the Red Army to go out and do this.
And it was either they couldn't have the money to mobilize the Red Army or the Red Army just point back and says, you know, we just aren't going to do this.
We're starting to see this process in this country.
Certainly the states are starting to...
But in some cases, you've seen the state in the Soviet republics.
The Soviet republics were ignoring Moscow as a result of the political pressure, the people within those republics.
And I think you see that in the states in the United States.
And I think also, ultimately, that would be a right fertile ground for a movement like the Northwest Front.
Yeah.
Well, some of the Northwest states, notably Montana, which we claim part of, are very active in this Defy Washington fad.
We had, of course, after Obama's re-immaculation through fraud, we had all these petitions being signed for secession, which were simply ignored.
But, okay, certain of the states, Montana, Wyoming, certain of the southern states, Oklahoma, Texas, so forth and so on, To a limited degree, they're talking the talk now, which I suppose is something of an improvement, and at least we've got people in, say, state legislatures and state governments actually taking a little bit of an actual lead and for once actually trying to serve their people.
They're saying some things that, put it this way, they certainly wouldn't have said five years ago, but I'm always a little bit skeptical when a politician talks the talk.
I want to see him walk the walk.
All these things about local sheriffs are going to defy Obama's gun confiscation laws and state legislators are passing laws forbidding the implementation of gun confiscation laws and state legislators are trying to bring back a gold standard or substitute gold coinage for the federal reserves.
Monopoly money.
Okay, all that looks real good on paper.
I want to see what happens when the tyranny in Washington, D.C. responds with force, when they send in U.S. Marshals and just pull their guns and say, screw you, you're going to do what you're told.
Now, this is basically what happened in the South during the time of immigration.
I'm sorry, integration.
You may remember the famous movie reels of George Wallace standing in the door at the University of Alabama to prevent forcible integration of the college system down there, which made a good photo op.
But what we often forget is that after about five minutes, he quietly and meekly stepped aside and let the Monkoids in.
In my novel, the revolution starts with what's called "It Takes a Village," and we're starting to get some of this as well, when basically the federal government comes to the home of
A dissident, a pagan family, where their crime is to raise their children with knowledge of their racial heritage and knowledge of the old gods of Asgard, so forth and so on, and somebody reported them, and so some U.S. attorney, federal judge, signs an order, and the militarized police and the FBI agents in the black body armor show up at Gus Singer's house one morning to take his children away and basically sell them for adoption to homos and liberals and so forth because white children are very much in demand on the adoption market.
In my books, I call this It Takes a Village, after Hillary Clinton's book.
And the neighbors of the Singer's family just had enough.
That's just it.
For some mystical reason, this is the final straw that breaks the camel's back, and they just decide they're not going to take any of this anymore, and so they take their guns from out of the secret hiding places.
Put them out the windows and start firing on the federal law enforcement officers.
And from that point on, the shooting phase of the war starts.
Now, as dramatic as this may sound, Rod, I will believe that these states are serious about protecting their people and protecting the Constitution and doing their duty to what is right.
Not when I hear their words or when I hear their resolutions passed on the floors of their state legislatures.
I will believe that they mean it when I see dead federal law enforcement lying on the ground in their bullet-smashed body armor.
I will believe it when some of these people actually fire on federal forces.
That's what happened at Fort Sumter.
It's what happened at Lexington and at Concord.
And this is how we know that people are serious about fighting for freedom.

You know, when all this talk came out about the sheriffs saying they weren't going into force, that, you know, first of all, I think it's important for the public to understand that a vast majority of these local law enforcement agencies, sheriffs included, have signed these memorandums, understandings, and such to the feds, that they've gotten all of these toys: body armor, armored personnel carriers, rocket-propelled grenades...
Militarized police.
In exchange for getting those toys...
They have signed reciprocal agreements with the feds, and they have to do what the feds say.
And so when the sheriffs say they're not going to do that, that means that they'll just stand down and let the state police come in and the state troopers come in and carry out them.
And that way they can say, well, see, we didn't do it, but we stayed in the sheriff's station.
So will a local sheriff stand in the way of federal goons coming in and stomping and murdering another Mrs. Weaver and a child?
No, they will not.
They will not protect.
An oath is to protect their citizens.
In their county, that is their oath.
The oath is not just saying, no, we're not going to enforce it, but we won't stop anybody else from enforcing it.
They're playing word games with the public, and it's very important for the public to understand that.
And it's also important to note that a vast majority, probably about 99% of the sheriffs in the United States have not pledged.
Well, that's exactly what I was referring to.
The militarization of the police is basically a tactic that the tyranny in Washington, D.C., the dictatorship, is using to get around the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878.
In theory, it is illegal for an American president or an American government to use the military against American citizens.
So what they're doing is, in essence, they're co-opting certain police units into the federal military.
Again, by basically buying them off with all these toys and the black body armor and the weapons and the armored personnel carriers and the drones now.
Some of them have access to drones.
So they get to play Rambo and it's a way of, in essence, creating an army of occupation through the back door and getting around an existing law which forbids this very thing.
See, what we don't get is that, okay, we've got this constitution that's supposed to guarantee us all these rights.
And we've got these laws and all this blah blah blah blah, but the people of this country have no way of compelling the federal government of the United States to obey its own laws, except for the method which our founding fathers gave us, the Second Amendment.
And if we're not going to use the Second Amendment, then basically they can do whatever they want.
Up in Washington.
And this is the society we're living in right now.
In essence, we're living in a third world dictatorship.
And I don't necessarily mean because our dictator is of a third world genotype, but because it is a lawless society.
Let's stay on that, Mr. Covington, because isn't it a fact?
Isn't it a fact that this was brought on by the Jews?
And the Jews are displacing the white people of the United States and bringing in third-worlders, because third-worlders are, one, adept to these Marxist socialist policies, and one, they like being controlled, and at the same time, in lieu of being controlled, they like the welfare state.
So they give them as much welfare as possible, and they're perfectly willing to live under a Marxist boot.
I like to say that the Mexicans are being brought in to replace the blacks.
And the Makakas, the Asians, are being brought in to replace the whites.
Asians have sufficient intelligence to run a technological society up to a point.
And yeah, the role of the Jews in what has happened to this country is very definitely an appalling one.
And it's, of course, quite correct in many respects to say, well, the Jews did this and the Jews did that.
But frankly, Rodney, that's our fault.
We have let this happen.
Everything that has occurred in this country over the past 70 years has been the result of the weakening of the white character.
There were Jews in this country in 1890 and 1900, etc., etc., but they couldn't get away with the type of things that they get away with now because the white men who ruled the country were different.
There's plenty of blame to go around, and I understand it when people say, well, the Jews did this, the Jews did that, like they used to say back in Germany, the Jews are our misfortune.
That's true as far as it goes, but there's plenty of blame to go around.
And the solution is not so much to get rid of the Jews by some magical formula, but to return the character of the white people of...
This continent and of the Western world and especially of white males to what it was in days gone by.
One of the things I tell my own people on my podcast is that we have to undergo a spiritual transformation and we have to become the kind of men and women that our great-grandparents would have recognized.
And we are not going to have any solution, military, paramilitary, internet, or anything else until we can make that transformation of character.
I tell people that when I die, I want engraved on my tombstone as my epitaph.
He spent his whole life trying to drive a nail with a marshmallow.
And in essence, that's what we're trying to do.
We're trying to drive a nail with a marshmallow.
We have to create, in at least a small minority of our people, it's kind of like bringing back an extinct species, bringing back the saber-toothed tiger or the Tyrannosaurus rex.
We have to bring back a kind of white man that the world has not seen since 1945.
Mr. Kevin, how do we get this movement off the Internet?
To me, the Internet has been a double-edged sword.
It's allowed us to get our message out.
But as I was just talking to Professor McDonald in the first hour, I believe that we have gotten all we can get off of the Internet.
To me, we've reached its market saturation.
I think the Internet is a marvelous tool in getting our message out to our audience, you know, preaching to the choir.
But at some point, very, very soon, if we don't get off the Internet, and as Dr. McDonald said in the first hour, we have to sort of get into some sort of main, break into the mainstream a little bit in some form.
But how do we get, one, how do we get off the Internet and how do we get people, our people, people that say that they're proud to be white men and they are part of them, how do we get them off of the Internet?
Well, there's no saying that you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.
I kind of reverse that.
You may not be able to make the horse drink, but you can damn sure lead him to the water.
What the Northwest Front does, and this is what makes us unique among all movement groups, is that we are a deed-based movement or ideology.
All of these other outfits out there, and there's not many of them left, actually.
You're right.
The movement right now is 95% internet.
That's disgraceful, and that has to change.
But right now, all of these other groups are, in essence, word-based.
Movements or organizations.
They depend on something that you say.
You make a post to a blog or you maybe send in $5 dues a month or something like that.
Anyway, all of this stuff happens when you're seated in your rec room behind your computer keyboard with your bowl of nachos and your cold beer, etc.
All of this stuff you can do, in essence, from a seated position.
The Northwest Front bases our entire raison d 'etre, our entire belief system on the act of migration to the Northwest homeland.
Now, unlike anybody else, we offer a simple, comparatively simple, anyway, a legal way for people to join our movement and to indicate their support for us, to indicate their support for white nationalism and for a white homeland.
As I say, it's simple, it's legal, as yet.
Since the dictatorship has not yet introduced any internal passport system like they had in the Soviet Union, they can't stop people from doing it.
But we are based on an act, a deed.
We're a deed-based movement.
The deed is to come here to the Northwest homeland, to migrate.
It's also known as taking the gap.
So that's how you join and support our Northwest Front movement.
We have a saying, your membership number.
In the Northwest Front is your zip code.
For us, the first thing that we demand of those who say that they support us, those who say that they believe in our ideology, those who have read the Northwest novels, and they say, yeah, yeah, I want some of that.
I tell them, okay, fine.
You pack the U-Haul, and you come here to the homeland where you're needed.
And what we're doing up here is slowly, very, very slowly, way too slowly.
We are building small communities, some people call them PLEs, whatever you want to call them, of actual white nationalists, both individuals and families, who live within half an hour's drive from one another.
We have a situation now, in my own area, I actually see people physically.
They come by or I meet them somewhere at least three or four times a week.
For most white nationalists, that's inconceivable.
There are thousands of us out there all scattered all over the country and their only contact with the movement is through that damn computer.
So that's how we try to get people off the internet.
We begin their association with the movement in theory with a physical act that takes place outside the internet.
The act of relocating to the Northwest homeland.
That's how you prove yourself to us.
You actually do something instead of say something.
Of course, in practice, A lot of this consists of me going on Radio Free Northwest every week and pounding on the table and saying, God damn it, get your ass up here!
It's hard getting white Americans to do something off the internet.
We are not the people our great-grandparents were, and we still have a lot of character problems.
It is starting to happen, and I think what's going to happen, I'm already starting to see some signs of this.
When you get a little community going of four, five, maybe six white nationalists, And they're seeing each other every day and they're starting to get a little bit of activity going, which we are up here.
We had activities in Portland and up here in the peninsula for this week.
But when you start to get a little something going, you start to get a small group of people together, all of a sudden it's like the word gets out that here is a place that you can go where you can meet actual white people, white nationalists just like yourself.
You don't have to be alone anymore.
You can actually have some human contact outside of a computer monitor.
I'm starting to see signs that that's happening.
And you don't have to worry about Rabbi Hebelbaum showing up to inject any sort of multiculturalism or diversity into the organization.
Being able to be a part of an organization where you don't have to worry about some idiot saying, oh, we need diversity or anything.
Oh, no, no.
No, you don't have to worry about that here.
Your own people with sharing your own values and ideas, that is incredibly important.
White people don't have that.
I know white people in California.
That go to a part of, you know, say the, you know, whatever, XYZ organization, and they are forced to have at least a diversity class or a multicultural class or a token negroid or the token, you know, they have to have that in there because they can't have their own white organization or their own white, you know.
So what I was meant by that is here there's an organization for white people, of white people, for white people who all share the same values and goals and objectives.
Yep, you got it.
By the way, I forgot my disclaimer.
Mr. Covington, here we are talking about the internet.
Hey, we need to get off the internet.

I did go to a radio station and did offer to host a white nationalist radio program with racial elements in it, and they threatened to call the police on me.
And that is no joke.
I don't doubt it at all.
I don't doubt it at all.
Oh, the actual radio station, I said, "Hey, I'd like to do a radio program.
"I wanna do a white nationalist one "and we will be talking race." You would be surprised how many people think that racial consciousness and white nationalism and white racial opinions are actually illegal.
We see this when we scatter leaflets on people's lawns and whatnot.
They get up in the morning and they go out in the driveway or on the porch and here's a leaflet that says, Missing the Future for White Children or White Homeland in the Northwest or something, and they go, "Ahhh!" And they literally, they call the cops because they think it's illegal.
That's how brainwashed some of our people are.
They believe that any kind of white racial consciousness or public expression of white racial awareness is against the law.
And let's take that to the next level.
Then the cops will come and they will call the ADL, a completely non-government.
No, SPLC.
SPLC.
The usual pattern.

It's a long, slow uphill slog.
Our people as a whole are pretty badly damaged, and that, of course, includes movement people.
But I'll tell you this much, Rodney.
We do not plan on being a mass movement.
That's one thing, one of the reasons that I'm no longer involved in what I call Orthodox National Socialism because a lot of people, I think always in the back of their mind, had this dream that somehow or other the clock will flip back to 1932 and all of a sudden there are the long brown uniformed columns marching down the street singing the horse vessel song and in this country that's just not going to happen because basically the bulk of the white population has just been too badly ruined.
They're morally denatured.
And so what we're after, Rodney, is just a few thousand people.
History is made by small, active minorities.
Those are the ones we're after.
I call them the class A's, or the people who have the alpha gene still.
The historic Aryan pioneer gene that led our ancestors to get onto those tiny wooden ships and sail across the ocean and then into a tiny wooden wagon and go marching across the plain.
The gene that allows us to go first, in fact, urges us, compels us to go first.
As that Jew said on Star Trek, boldly go where no man has gone before.
Those are the kinds of people that we're after, and there are very few and far between these days.
But if we can accumulate here in the Northwest a good strong cadre of at least 1,000, preferably 2,000 Class A people, totally dedicated, totally squared away, Not the usual type of beavis and butthead dysfunctionals that most Americans are.
And if we can get them organized into small activity groups...
See, one of the rationales behind the Butler plant is to reduce the problem to manageable proportions.
If we can get a group like I just described, we're not trying to take back the entire North American continent.
We're just trying to take back one corner of that continent with a population of something on the order of maybe 20 million.
A predominantly white population.
And all of a sudden, when you look at those adjusted figures for just this one small part of the country, it becomes much more feasible.
In essence, what we're talking about here is fighting a colonial liberation struggle.
We're trying to detach a small portion of a large empire from the central power.
There are templates and patterns.
For that, which have been successfully used over the past century.

What makes Northwest Front different from all these other We have a plan.
We have a strategy.
We have an answer when people say, well, okay, you say you're for white power.
Well, what are you going to do?
Well, we tell them what we're going to do.
If people will go to our website at www.northwestfront.org, they can look at a copy of the 2006 draft Constitution for the Northwest American Republic.
People say, well, okay, you tear everything down.
What are you going to put in place of it?
Well, we will show you what we intend to put in place of it.
Basically, we have the plan.
It is a potentially successful plan.
What we lack are the usual things that white nationalists have always lacked, which is money and boots on the ground.
We're just going to have to make sure that those come.
You mentioned something earlier, and I think it's very important to talk about here.

Talked about what we call American National Socialists thinking they're going to snap their fingers and go back to 1932, and obviously that's not going to happen.
But isn't there some sort of misconception among a lot of white Americans, particularly people who consider themselves conservatives, that somehow they can bring back the 1950s America, and that's a fantasy as well.
That's gone, and that's been gone since 1965.
Yeah, I call it the Pat Boone Syndrome.
Dying out, because even the most diehard Pat Booney, it's just almost impossible, I think, for these people to ignore anymore the way in which the world has changed and in which they are now a minority.
I mean, I remember, I was born in 1953, I remember a little bit about the late 50s, a lot about the 60s.
I myself will always be thankful that I have a few fleeting childhood memories of a better way of life, but you have to accept that the clock...goes forward and eventually these people in certain pockets of the military, in certain pockets of the evangelical churches,
etc., etc., are going to have to accept the fact that this is not their America anymore, that white people are now a racial minority and that we are going to be treated like a minority by a tyrannical government and we had damn well better get our act together soon or things in this country are going to reach a level of misery.
That those folks in the 1950s could never have imagined.

White people are treated worse than a minority.
White people are the taxpayers and the producers in the gross domestic product of the United States, while all of these third-worlders are being brought in by the Jews.
And I think we need to really understand that Jews are the ones that are creating this mess.
Yes, white character had something to do with it because they allowed themselves to partake in what I call the Jewish buffet of decadence.

White people are treated worse because they are actually having to flip the bill and they've been relegated to serfs to pay for all of the freebies and to advance.
All of these third-worlders and non-whites, I mean, who was just on this program in the last hour, and I had David Duke on two weeks ago, talked about that white people who are still, you can argue, 60%, at least 60%, maybe 60% of the population, their children aren't even getting places in the universities, the great universities anymore.
They're all going to Jews who aren't even intellectually gifted as the white kids.
I mean, they're even being squeezed out of the college education, but yet it's just amazing what white people are allowing themselves to be self-genocide.
I mean, this is, Mr. Covenant, you were in Rhodesia.
You saw this happen.
Do you see parallels to what's happening in the United States as what happened in Rhodesia?
Well, Rhodesia was a bit of a different situation, but you're right about the situation of white men in this country.
One of the articles that I wrote many, many years ago, which I still actually post on the blogs, is one called America's Peasants.
And in the Middle Ages, they had a kind of an order.
The knight did gallant deeds, the priest interceded with God, the merchant sold his wares, etc.
And I remember this is from like a sort of a primer in the 14th century teaching little kids how to read.
And the line was, the peasant works so that all may eat.
This is the role of the white man today.
The white man works so that all may eat.
Right now, there is a white minority in South Africa who have been deliberately kept there by the ANC government because they're smart enough to understand that they have to have white people in order to keep a modern technological society running.
That is our role in the future.
Look at the white people of South Africa.
They are, in essence, a captive techno-slave class now that are retained for the purpose of keeping the roads repaired, keeping the electric power on.
Keeping the machines running, keeping the computers up and running, keeping the financial system going, etc., etc., keeping the flow of goods and services.
Because the Groid rulers of South Africa don't want to happen to them what happened in Rhodesia.
Mugabe was just crazy.
Mugabe basically just killed or drove out all the whites.
And they've taken a look at what happened in Zimbuguri when that happened.
And so, in essence, the ANC in South Africa is keeping their four or five million remaining whites as a kind of techno-slave class.
Like I said, this is what we're facing in this country.
If nothing is done within about, well, I keep talking about extermination.
It might not be a total extermination.
Within about 30, 40 years, Whites will be maybe 15% of the population, and they will live in very restricted areas.
In essence, they will be used to, their skills and their intelligence and their creativity will be forcibly placed at the service of the third world dictatorship, which is the United States, in order simply to keep things going, to make sure that all the gadgets work, and make sure that the air conditioners...

And right now, unfortunately, things have gotten to the point where we cannot take the entire United States back.

What do you say to those that say, Let's just lay low and let's just wait for the whole system to collapse and wait for a Mad Max type of situation to happen.
Let the whole system collapse and leave nothing.
I, for one, think that's foolhardy given the demographic crisis.
I think it's important.
I believe you covered this on Mrs. Spindola's show, but I think whites are about 8-9% of the population and our women are only about 3% of the population.
We're in a childbearing age, yeah.
And that's critical.
But what would you say to those that say, let's just wait for the whole system to collapse and for there to be absolute anarchy, and then we'll build some.
I've been hearing that for the past 40 years.
There's an expression that I picked up on very early when I first got involved with the right wing, the racialist movement, whatever you want to call it.
They say, well, when the balloon goes up, we're going to do this, we're going to do that.
And when it's Mad Max time and everyone's riding up and down the road in purple mohawk shooting crossbows at each other, oh, then we're going to do this and we're going to do that.
We're going to be so brave and we're going to be so violent and we're going to bring out all our guns from where we buried them in Cosmoline and we're going to load them up and we're going to just really go to town.
And I've been hearing this, oh, God.
It's a joke.
What these people are saying is, okay, I will be big and bad and brave, and I will confront armies of blacks and Mexicans coming from the city to take my store of MREs, and I will confront the bikers in purple mohawks, etc., etc., and I'm going to be so big and bad and brave, and I'm going to shoot so straight.
But I will not confront the militarized police and the black body armor.
I will not confront the flashing LED lights.
I will not take the risk of the orange jumpsuit and the shackles and the horrors of this system because, you see, they might hurt me.
That's the attitude.
A lot of this, you know, let's wait for the balloon to go up.
Basically, it's just an excuse to do nothing.
White men are great at that.
We are absolute crackerjacks at finding excuses to do nothing.
Nothing.
And we find excuses to do nothing because we're scared.
We all know what has to be done in order to secure the existence of our people in a future for white children.
We have known for a generation what we have to do if we are going to put a stop to these maniacs who are trying to slaughter us all.
We know...
And we run away from it at warp speed because we are terrified of the implications.
Because, you see, in order to do what would have to be done, we would have to incur personal risk and inconvenience.
This, I think, is one of the terrible, fatal attractions of the Internet.
The Internet allows a white man to sit down behind a computer terminal and spend his evening clicking the mouse and tapping on that keyboard, chomping on his salty snacks and swilling his beer.
And then he gets up and he burps and he says, wow, I got a lot done tonight.
No, you didn't.
All you did was generate.
We have got to stop fighting this genocidal horror that faces us with nothing but words.
Words don't cut it.
That's why I say it.
I will believe that all of these states' writer types are serious about defending their homes and their people and their culture and their laws and their way of life from this tyrant in D.C. when I see dead federal agents lying on the ground in their bullet-riddled body armor.
Then, and only then, will this get serious.
And I'm not inciting anything.
I'm not saying, "Hey, let's all go kill federal agents." I'm sure you've got the enemy listening.
And really, I'm not trying to evade either.
I'm just making that observation.
We're talking about the patriot people and the sheriffs and such.
They're going to defend the Constitution.

And then he just kind of dropped out of contact.
And then a year later, I get an email from him or sometimes a postcard or a letter telling me that he and his family are now in Cascade, Idaho or Spokane or down on the coast of Oregon or someplace like that where they've moved.
And they love it.
They just are fascinated by all the white people and never want to leave.
Then probably I never hear from them again.
So we actually are bringing a lot of people up here.
It's just not necessarily to join our little revolution.
But I urge everybody in this listening audience, the first step is to come here to the Northwest.
If you don't want to do it through the Northwest Front, fine.
But this thing we're asking you to do, it's not only legal, it is to your personal advantage.
This is one of the nicest parts of the country remaining to live in, and frankly, it'll be about the last part of the country to really go under bad.

Get out of where you are.
You don't want to find yourself 60, 70 years old and tied down to a house with a mortgage in a neighborhood that's going black or brown.
And every night your windows are broken and your car tires are slashed and they keep breaking into your house and steal stuff.
And you know darn well that one day one of your neighbors is going to break into your house and cut your throat.
So just get out of that situation while you can.
I have this vision of years from now.
People dying in places like Michigan and D.C. and Florida, and with their dying breath, they say, oh, God, I should have gotten out.
I should have headed northwest when Harold told me to.
So, guys, just come here first.

I've just received a call telling me that the 2013 scouting trip season has begun.

One of the ways that you can tell that the Northwest imperative is finally starting to come together is the fact that I am now genuinely busy most of the time with real stuff.
That is to say, non-internet stuff if you don't count Radio Free Northwest itself.
Which, internet or not, is a form of real-world communication with real live people.
A little over 5,000 of them every week and inching upward.

A few years ago, I'll admit, there was something to this goat-dancing accusation that it was just me sitting all alone behind my computer.
I was down in Astoria all alone, and weeks went by when I didn't meet or see a single white comrade, especially in view of that long drive that people had to take down to the coast to come to me.
It was a very beautiful drive down Highway 30, kind of an Appalachian trail along one of the most scenic rivers in the world, and I highly recommend that anyone who comes out here take time for a side trip down to Astoria, Oregon, if they can make it, but long nonetheless.
But things are changing, at least in my own personal work.
Slowly, slowly, almost imperceptibly, real-world things with real-life human beings are starting to replace the Internet.
We're building our little community here, and the word is starting to get out that there is a place where white racial people can go to find other white racial people.
