What's up QAA listeners?
The fun games have begun.
I found a way to connect to the internet.
I'm sorry boy.
Welcome, listener, to Premium Chapter 198 of the QAnon Anonymous Podcast, the Elon Shuts Down the Containment Grid episode.
As always, we are your hosts, Jake Rokitansky, Julian Field, and Travis View.
January 2021.
We all remember where we were when this dark time came to pass for America.
I'm referring, of course, to the mass banning of QAnon promoters and other conspiracists on Twitter.
Following the events of January 6th, the brightest light in their camp was snuffed out when the platform purged Donald Trump alongside his most devoted supporters.
QAnon figures such as Michael Flynn, Ron Watkins, Bill Mitchell, Austin Steinbart, and Ann VanderSteel were exiled to second-rate platforms like Truth Social, Gab, and Telegram.
And, you know, I'm hearing rumors, boys, that Trump is planning a comeback.
I don't know if that's just, you know, bullshit media stuff, but it sounds like maybe he's realized truth social sucks.
No one can stay away forever.
The conversation is too big and the opportunity to infuriate constituents of the opposing political party is too attractive.
It's the best.
It is the triggering ground of our era.
You know, who doesn't want to become a gladiator in that arena?
But do not despair, because things can change, especially when someone like Elon Musk decides to pay $44 billion to become Twitter tech support for Cat Turd 2.
So over the past month, once-banned Twitter accounts have been restored, empowering the once-enfeebled QAnon community to continue posting.
So before I hand this over to Jake and Travis, who've spent the last few days diving into how these influencers are using their restored social media presences, I just wanted to touch on a couple of soldiers that just didn't make the list.
One of them is Jeffrey Peterson in The Matrix.
His compatriot Shady Groove recently posted to Twitter, "Here is a message @InTheMatrix got from Twitter.
He would like to see the specific tweets that violated Twitter's terms of service. @ElonMusk #FreeMatrix."
So here's the message.
"Hello! Your account was permanently suspended due to violations of the terms of service.
After reviewing for reinstatement, your account will not be restored.
Thanks, Twitter.
So, RIP to the big one.
Wow.
And it's very funny that Shady Groove never even got banned.
He's one of the few relatively high-level QAnon accounts that just never got banned.
Probably because he's just not doing too much damage.
Yeah, I think he's kind of like the Jake Rokitansky of the QAnon influencer world.
Just flying a little bit under the radar.
You know, who's got beef with him?
Come on.
You should be called Shannon Rokitansky.
I don't even have beef with him.
You know, you watch Twitter accounts like, yeah, you're not so bad.
Yeah, I think everyone agrees.
Shady, you're you're a cutie.
You're adorable.
And but we're still very happy that Jeffrey is frustrated in a cage somewhere.
Yeah, I mean, their stuff is so far into fantasy land that it feels less dangerous, especially when you've got Michael Flynn, you know, on like a national stage, you know, catering to, you know, white supremacists and neo-Nazis, you know, having a little bit of shady groove, you know, a little toke here and there, you know.
It doesn't feel quite as bad for some odd reason.
Who knows, maybe my perspective is like completely just gone at this point.
Very possible.
Well, you've been smoking on that shady groove for a long time, so parts of your brain have shut down.
Your prefrontal lobe is not quite functioning.
Yeah, it's, look, I mean, he's not addictive.
I will say he is habit forming.
Now, speaking of addiction, I also have to touch briefly on RedPill78, who, unlike In The Matrix, was allowed back on.
On the 12th of January, he posted, Is this thing on?
Mic check.
He got over 1,100 likes on that and 125 retweets, but that's not good enough.
The metrics just aren't good enough.
And so, his friend SpaceShot76 posted, "Hey Elon Musk, are you running this place legit or not?
Sure my buddy RedPill78 is allowed back on, but ShadowBanned? I cannot find him unless someone else
tags him and I click that tag.
Complete BS."
So, it's not good enough.
They're back on, but it's not good enough.
They want more views.
Basically, they're all here to come back and become cat turds.
They're all back in the game and they're all sad.
Also, RedPill78, we won't be covering it because although he is present, he is also the equivalent of like a gray flannel.
He's like a beige stain on a beige wall.
Yeah, the only compliment you'll get today, Zach, is that you... I congratulate you had the social media awareness to block all three hosts of this podcast.
Usually, I tend to fly under the radar.
It's Julian and Travis and the main pod account that usually get blocked.
But in this case, Redpill78, he's got my number.
As Patrick Stewart once told Ricky Gervais, but it was too late.
I'd seen it all.
He tried to get his clothes back on, but it was too late.
So I guess now that we've gotten some of our fallen soldiers or our zombified returned but totally useless soldiers out of the way, it is now time to jump into the big boys, the big names, including, and I'm so happy he's back, Bill Mitchell.
I mean, round of applause for Bill Mitchell.
Travis, putting your hands together or no?
You know, I congratulate his enthusiasm.
You know, he's a very enthusiastic man.
Yeah, he's got a very positive outlook on life.
Yeah, we'll take a look.
He's looking a little worse for wear boys.
Yeah, oh god.
Yeah, I can imagine the kind of cracks in his weird face just getting deeper.
Yeah, he's molting.
Yeah, he's becoming a cocaine lizard.
He's gonna be in a rock band soon.
Michael Flynn So yeah, I wanted to start our tour with one of the big names who is like, you know, really transcended QAnon, which is General Michael Flynn.
So last time Flynn was on Twitter, it was January 8th, just two days after Trump supporters stormed the Capitol building.
And he was banned alongside lawyer Sidney Powell.
And at the time, Twitter's spokesperson said that the account was suspended in line with their policy on coordinated harmful activity.
Now, since he's been off of Twitter, Flynn has kept himself busy posting on other social networks, of course, headlining Clay Clark's Reawaken America tour, as we discussed with Rolling Stone reporter Sam Kestenbaum.
Through that, and through appearances on various conspiracy shows, he's been hard at work building a movement of Christian nationalists.
He's continued to push disinformation about elections and vaccines, and preaching his message of local action makes a national impact.
This is basically his way of encouraging his followers to get involved in their local precincts, city councils, and school boards.
