DEI Policies Will Kill More Americans!
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
DEI is going to kill more and more Americans.
DEI, honestly, if we had to boil DEI down to one word, it's incompetence.
It's incompetence.
Did you guys know, where is this?
Formally in my fingerprinted fingertips.
Let me share this story with you real quick.
New Orleans Police Superintendent, alright, unaware of sidewalk barriers in storage.
The female version of Barney Fife?
You guys remember her?
Yeah, yeah.
This from Colin Rugg reported this on X. The New Orleans police superintendent says she had no clue that New Orleans had sidewalk barriers to defend against terror attacks.
Excuse me?
Wow.
Which are now being used today.
They were used for the Sugar Bowl.
What a total embarrassment, he writes.
Reporters seem shocked when Ann Kirkpatrick bizarrely admitted that she was unaware of sidewalk barriers, something that would have likely saved lives had they been installed on New Year's.
According to video footage, the New Orleans terror attack suspect appeared to get around police barricades by going on the sidewalk.
DEI. It doesn't just apply to minorities.
It applies to white liberals.
White liberal women.
And that lady is obviously one.
Carl, how do you know?
Let me get back to this story that I was talking about, if I can find it.
This story about what's happening with the DEI right there in New Orleans.
And not just with the police department, but also with the FBI field office in that area.
So again, the NOPD, the New Orleans Police Department, and the city's FBI field office are absolutely staunch advocates for DEI. The New Orleans FBI field office has aggressively promoted diversity initiatives on social media, especially in its recruitment efforts.
Okay, let me see.
When it comes to law enforcement, federal law enforcement, do I want the guy, more than likely, or woman...
The man or woman, let's say, that's qualified to do the job, or do I want to make sure that I fulfill my own, I don't know, morality, self-fulfilled morality?
I don't know.
I want a virtue signal.
I want to feel good about myself.
I want to get the people that look like me.
I want to get the people in that believe what I believe, political values, so on, etc.
Honestly, as soon as you go DEI, not only does it stand for incompetence, but it tells us that you want to politicize.
Whatever industry you're in.
I'll get into this further after the break.
These people in New Orleans, FBI and police, need to be fired.
Getting back to this DEI thing.
The division's social media accounts are full with advertisements for diversity recruitment with one post incurring.
This is the FBI field office in New Orleans.
FBI field office and the sheriff's department in New Orleans.
Both of them are completely woke.
Completely woke.
What happened in New Orleans should have been avoided.
You guys need to kick the mayor out.
You need to kick that superintendent out.
You need to get some people in.
The FBI field supervisors responsible in that area coming out and saying it wasn't a terrorist attack.
You had to get this other guy come in and make it emphatically clear that it was a terrorist attack.
They can't call it what it is because they're woke.
You can't have that in law enforcement.
We're not safe.
DEI is incompetence.
DEI is politicization.
You can't have that in law enforcement.
It has to be neutral.
The division's social media accounts are full with advertisements for diversity recruitment, with one post encouraging minorities and women who qualify.
This is astounding to me.
Another post from June 2024 says the agency is, quote, committed to fostering diversity and inclusion by hiring special agents from a variety.
Listen to this.
I want you guys to hear this.
From a variety of unexpected backgrounds.
What does that mean?
What does that mean?
I think we know what that means.
A July 2021 post captioned, The value of diversity celebrates Near and Middle East Heritage Month.
This is the FBI, you guys.
Several other posts celebrate Black history, women's history, and LGBT Pride Months.
Interesting.
Additionally, now we're going to the New Orleans Police Department.
Superintendent Ann Kirkpatrick, a.k.a. Barney Fife, serves as an instructor for the FBI's Law Enforcement Executive Association's Leadership Training Program.
Okay, so she's police.
She serves as the FBI's Law Enforcement Executive Association's Leadership Training Program, where she instructs officers on subjects including, but not limited to, bias and diversity, emotional intelligence, and leading generations. emotional intelligence, and leading generations.
Kirkland also served as chief of the Oakland Police Department, You know that city.
That city that's a total piece of crap.
Excuse me, I'm sorry, Oakland.
I love you.
But you guys have let your leaders run it down.
You guys know it.
Where she implemented equity-based decision-making.
