| When did you first notice that President Biden's mental faculties appeared diminished? | |

| And he has the judgment and the experience to do exactly what he has done in making very important decisions on behalf of the American people. | |

| And then it was during Donald Trump's administration that we had an American military base that was attacked, where American soldiers suffered traumatic brain injuries and Donald Trump dismissed them as headaches. | |
| Not to mention how Donald Trump has all of this money has treated and talked about America's military and military service people. | |
