The acceptance by half of this country of tyranny has changed my view of half of my fellow Americans.
I fully acknowledge it.
There's no joy, not only no joy, I can weep.
The acceptance of tyranny in this country in the name of, well, in the name of, let's see, in the name of safety.
And health in the name of anti-racism and in the name of fighting global warming, the three issues through which the left creates tyranny.
Do you know I wrote a year and a half ago a column?
This is a dress rehearsal for a police state.
I'm pretty right on a lot of issues.
There's no boast here.
If I weren't right on most issues, on virtually every issue, there'd be no reason for you to listen to me.
It'd be a waste of time.
I called the lockdowns around the world a mistake in March of 2020. I said it was a rehearsal for a police state, I think a month later.
It's that I'm exquisitely attuned to reason.
I love reason, I love truth, and I love liberty.
Did you know that the Liberty Bell got its name?
I mentioned this in my talk yesterday in my synagogue that I found it.
Well, I didn't really found it.
Actually, my dear friends, Alan Estrin and Steve Marmer, found it.
But I'm a big part of it.
And I mentioned that without God you will have no liberty.
As the world gets more secular, it gets less free.
That's a fact.
An atheist can acknowledge that as well as a believer.
Secularism breeds tyranny.
I know this is a revelation to you if you went to college, but it's a fact.
Because, among other things, if you're not accountable to God, you're accountable to man.
And God doesn't revoke your freedom.
Men do.
And, by the way, disproportionately, women.
The Liberty Bell got its name not from the Revolution.
I did not know that.
I thought, didn't you think that too?
I think everybody thinks the Liberty Bell, if they even know it exists, if you went to college, you probably don't.
But the Liberty Bell, the iconic symbol of America, was not named the Liberty Bell until the abolitionists used it as the symbol to free slaves.
How's that?
That's the reason it's called the Liberty Bell.
It was called before that the State Bell of Pennsylvania.
That's all it was.
It was found, and it was created in 1751, the 50th anniversary of the Penn Charter, giving people liberty.
It wasn't made in 1776. It was made in 1751 to honor the William Penn Charter, and it was given the name Liberty Bell in, I think, the 1820s by the abolitionists.
It's a great country founded by great men to do great things.
But the left has no value, places no value on truth or liberty.
And they're winning.
I expected better of my fellow Americans.
There shouldn't be one Democrat elected in this country.
If Gavin Newsom really got all the votes that he's ascribed to, and he may well have, it is a vote for tyranny.
And fraud.
My issue with his not wearing masks, his whole gang not wearing masks at the French Laundry super-duper expensive restaurant during the lockdown, was not that he was a phony and a hypocrite.
I couldn't care less.
It's that it's obvious he doesn't believe in masks.
If he thought masks protected you from death, He would have worn a mask, right?
He doesn't want to die.
They don't believe the lies they tell you.
Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.
Nancy Pelosi didn't believe in masks.
We have the video of her getting her hair done in the middle of COVID in California while demanding that everybody wear a mask in Congress and in all of life.
My best argument about the idiocy of masks?
True idiocy.
Is pilots don't wear them in the cockpit.
Better than that, you don't want them to.
You want your pilot to breathe his own air for six hours?
Between that and fresh air, why would you rather your pilot, just for your own safety, since you worship safety if you worship masks, which would you like?
That he actually wears a mask or not while flying across country?
We'll be back.
I think this family can pick you up every time you fall.
When Wright came in this morning, he wants to fight you.
No one expected this out of him.

They agree with the kids.
Almost 60% of the 10,000 young people surveyed across 10 countries attributed this to their national governments, this being this terrible worry, who they said were betraying them and future generations through their inaction.
56% of people surveyed said they agreed with the statement that humanity is doomed, while 70% said they believed the future was frightening.
Well, the left-wing dominance of the world's media works.
It totally works.
There was nothing the media could say that people won't believe.
Nothing.
I was thinking, what could they say that people would start questioning?
And I can't come up with one.

Apropos of, well, it's not apropos of nothing, actually.
Some of you will remember my objections to a message that used to be played.
It was played for, what, about six weeks, would you say?
That this program, some parts of this program may be pre-recorded.
And I objected strenuously to that message, which was induced by the lawyers of my syndicator.
These lawyers are wonderful people who care deeply about the organization and should almost never be listened to.
Their advice should be listened to but not obeyed, just like the medical profession.
The people experts always have worst-case scenarios by which they are guided.
Anyway, you notice that the message is no longer being played, and I salute my syndicator for doing that.
What is the lesson?
The lesson is, respectfully but forcefully, you must stand up for what you believe.

Completely undone by millions of illegal immigrants coming in, and this is intentional on the part of the Democratic Party.

Now some people, this is how dishonest the media is, they say, well, Israel in the last couple days, they've seen their rates go down.
Now why do you think that COVID rates would be going down in Israel the last couple days?
Anybody?
Is it because of the vaccine?
Masks?
No.
It's because of the high holidays, okay?
People are staying at home and they're not going out and they're not working and they're not congregating.
So they've locked down the country through basically pseudo-religious mandate.
Israel and Sweden, if you look at the seven-day rolling average of new cases per 100,000, Sweden, on this chart that has been published, is right around 10%.
Israel has far exceeded 100%, and in fact, there are more cases right now happening in America and the Western world than there were a year ago.
And a very basic question should be, is the vaccine helping or is it hurting?
What's the answer to that question?
Why is it that rates keep on going up the more vaccinated we are?
Well, Israel is the only country in the world that gives the third vaccination to everyone.
At ages 12 plus.
A COVID passport is required for 12 plus.

There is nothing they could say that people would disbelieve.
I have come to that conclusion.
So let's see here.
92% of young people in the Philippines said they felt like their future was frightening.
56% in Finland.
Young people in the UK and the US had less faith in their governments than countries like Nigeria and India.
Shows how these polls are idiotic.
People in Nigeria have faith in their government?
You are kidding me, correct?
The slaughter of fellow Nigerians by Boko Haram and other monstrous Islamic groups, and they have faith in their government?

And India?
People in India have faith in their government?

I didn't know that.
Only 28% and 21% of young Brits and young Americans thought the government could be trusted when it came to the planet.
51% of Indians had faith in the authorities.
The report's author said that climate anxiety is an inescapable stressor and that unpredictable and extreme weather patterns are likely to further add to psychological distress.
If your kid is under psychological distress because of global warming, you did a crappy job as a parent.
Okay?
That's my conclusion.
You should definitely offer your child for adoption by good parents.
You screwed your kid up.
It's completely your fault.
That is mind-boggling.
Can you imagine one of my two sons stressed out over global warming?
Of course you can't.
They would both laugh in your face.
Respectfully, though, because they were taught to be respectful to elders.
Now, why would that be?
Because they were raised by parents who told them what BS this is.
Not BS that the world is getting warmer.
It's BS that they'll drop dead from it.
Or anything close.
Fewer people are dying because of heat than ever before.
Do you know that?
Does it matter to you?
No, it doesn't matter!
Because the media told you to be scared, you're scared!
And you pass it on to your poor children who had the crappy luck to be your child.
The co-leader of the study, Carolyn Hickman, from the University of Bath, said, quote, Our children's anxiety is a completely rational reaction given the inadequate responses to climate change they are seeing from governments.
What more do governments need to hear to take action?
Get it?
There you go.
By the way, again, we're almost entirely in agreement.
It is a completely rational reaction.
If your parents told you to believe the government, to believe the Democratic Party, to believe the LA Times, New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, then it's a completely rational reaction.
That is correct.
Because they believe lies.
That's what your parents have convinced you of.

Climate anxiety!

The emptiness of the left.
Leftism is the product of people who have no meaning because they have radically secularized.
So they must produce meaning.

Through turbines.
The fact, the proof that they don't know what they're talking about and don't believe what they're saying?

Nuclear power is pure, clean energy and works unlike solar panels which work when the sun is out.
In Germany, the weather has been bad.
So guess what?
They're relying on coal more than before.
More than they are on green energy.
Coal, the allegedly dirtiest form of energy.
Because Angela Merkel, a true fool, a true fool, the woman embodies foolishness.
Almost everything she stood for is wrong.
She closed down the nuclear power plants of Germany.
So now they have coal.
Get it?
Is one German hearing what I'm saying?
Of course not.
They don't have talk radio in Germany.
They have government radio, like we have NPR. And government newspapers, like the New York Times.
Tell me where the government and the New York Times differ.
Okay?
That's a riddle.

We're going to get to the bottom of what happened.
Then if the Democratic Congress right now won't do it, then we'll get to the bottom of it in early 2023, once Republicans have won back control of the Congress.
Not just the Pentagon, but anyone who is involved in this needs to understand that Congress and the American people are going to insist upon answers, and they need to have those answers ready, and they need to be documented and demonstrated with evidence.
Any kind of shifting explanation or political spin or CYA is going to be exposed.

What does Byron York think?
Well, I think that Americans' feelings about U.S. citizens being left behind in Afghanistan, I think those feelings are essentially folded in.
To the poll numbers that you're seeing Biden's approval rating for his handling of the situation in Afghanistan, which are in the 20s.
I mean, those are Nixon and Watergate poll numbers.
So I do think that Americans are aware of that.
Now, a couple of things about Biden changing the subject.
Of course he wants to change the subject.
The question is, will a lot of the press go along with it?
If you look at Politico's playbook this morning, let me just...
Tiny, tiny little mention of Afghanistan.
Much more on the Biden agenda.
On the other hand, Senator Blumenthal yesterday afternoon posted a thread on Twitter.
My staff and I have worked night and day to secure the safe passage of two planes waiting in Mazar-e-Sharif to take American citizens at-risk Afghan allies and their families to safety.
My office joined forces in this humanitarian mission with an incredible coalition of advocates, NGOs, former servicemen, and journalists to try to evacuate our fellow citizens and Afghan allies.
By the way, NGOs, former service members, and journalists.
Anybody missing from that list?
State Department and Pentagon, yep.
Exactly.
So anyway, he goes on.
And so this is, as you point out, a Democratic senator, which may be necessary.
to give this issue enough credibility for some members of the press to pay attention.

When does, when do the families of the people stranded there go public?
That's really the issue, Byron, because that will draw attention.
Well, I think it's going to be pretty soon.
I mean, the United States is dependent either on the Taliban or the Qataris or some other nation to help get United States people out of Afghanistan.
And let me say one more thing.
I think on this issue of evacuations, there are two sides to this issue.
There is who we have not yet brought out of Afghanistan, and there's who we have brought out of Afghanistan.
And that's a lot of interpreters that we brought out.
And we are finding out more about the frenzied, confused, and incomplete vetting that has taken place with Afghans who have been brought to the United States.
We have one member of Congress, Representative Tiffany, I believe is his name, from Wisconsin, who went to an army base where thousands and thousands of people have been brought, and is asking, well, what's the vetting on these people?
Did they need to be brought to the United States immediately?
Could they be waiting in a third country, safe from being out of Afghanistan, waiting in a third country, while the United States conducts normal vetting operations?
That we perform on all refugees.
And they're not.
I mean, they're already in the United States.
The Biden administration is issuing them all what's called humanitarian parole.
That is, coming to the United States because we say so. coming to the United States because we say so.
Thank you.
Jen Psaki, the pressure is getting to her, questioned by Peter Doocy, a famous clip already, cut number 11. Does the president have a sense that most of the criticism is not of leaving Afghanistan, it's the way that he has ordered it to happen, by pulling the troops before getting these Americans who are now stranded?
Does he have a sense of that?
First of all, I think it's irresponsible to say Americans are stranded.
They are not.
We are committed to bringing Americans who want to come home, home.
We are in touch with them via phone, via text, via email, via any way that we can possibly reach Americans.
Jake Tapper thinks they're stranded on scene.
*music*
*music* Yes indeed!
Yes, yes, yes.
It is.
It is.
The happiness hour.
The happy hour.
I'm here.
And you who are there.
Original lyrics.
It's the happy, happy, happy, happy hour.
Ladies and gentlemen, come hell or high water.
Yeah.
Lockdowns, masks, and other ways to control your life with nonsense.
All of that notwithstanding, I have never stopped doing the happiness hour.
You owe it to yourself and to others.
But I mean, they say to yourself, to decide to be happy.
By the way, one of the ways to be happy is to fight.
Feeling crushed.
is a vehicle to unhappiness.
Fighting is a vehicle to happiness.
It's also a vehicle to difficulty, and obviously that's what fighting is involved.
I'm Dennis Prager.
I'm a big believer in the life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
The founders of the United States were among the greatest human beings who ever lived.
That's a fact and an opinion.
Take it as you will.
They were great.
I mentioned last hour, first hour of the show, second hour every week is the happiness hour, by the way.
I mentioned that there were polls done and apparently there is widespread, deep fear and even depression among world youth.
About global warming.
So let me say, and I know this will offend some, I don't mean to offend you, but I will not desist from saying it, because it might.
If your kids suffer from global warming anxiety, you haven't done a good job raising them.
They should laugh at global warming anxiety.
Not to be victimized by it.
So it has led me to the subject of this hour.
One is, do you have children or do you know of children?
Perhaps nieces and nephews, friends' children, grandchildren.
Do you know of children who have anxiety over global warming?
In other words, Is the poll accurate?
That's one question of the Happiness Hour.
Another is, I'd like to know, secondly, if your kids are unhappy, or one of your kids, what is the reason?
Now, the reason may be genetic.
There are people who are congenitally depressed.
But I'd like to know, because we speak a lot about depression among young people, that it's greater levels.
Like if you have a daughter at college, there's a very good chance she's depressed.
I have theories as to why she's depressed.
The biggest reason begins with an F, ends with an M, has an E, and another M, feminism, has caused more unhappiness per capita than any other doctrine that is has caused more unhappiness per capita than any other doctrine that is widespread, of which I Men need women, and women need men.
And feminism told women this colossal lie that they'll be happier with a career than with a good marriage.
But anyway, you tell me.
This Happiness Hour is about your children or the children of A brother or sister, meaning your nieces and nephews, or grandchildren, why are they unhappy?
And do you know any who are unhappy because of global warming?
Do you know any kids who are unhappy because of global warming?
I don't think so.
I don't.
God, if I asked my grandchildren, how much does global warming disturb you?
I'm going to do that.
I'm going to ask that.
I'm going to do the same.
You're going to do the same.
Yeah, you should do the same.
Just very flat out, like you're not leading them on, and I'm going to do that.
And I will report to you, my dear listeners, what they say.
Well, the 5-year-old won't know what the hell I'm talking about, so it's not worth it.
But the 11-year-old will.
I mean, he will understand the question.
But he may not have any frame of reference.
He'll go, what?
I think it's what he'll say.
He might say, Poppy, I know you're fooling.
I think there's a 50-50 chance that he's going to go, Poppy, I caught you.
However, it is inconceivable that it's disturbing their sleep.
Inconceivable.
And certainly the same for my children.
That would be fun.
I mean, they're grown up.
They're 28 and 38. So, how much does global warming disturb you?
It would be pointless to ask my children because they'd know that I'm probably preparing material for a show.
If I'm actually asking the question.
Anyway, what is disturbing your child?
I really do want to know.
Now, if it's congenital, I have nothing to say except I hope there are ways that you can find the appropriate medication or the appropriate therapy or the appropriate religiosity or the appropriate community to help your child.
But I would like to know.
We're told that...
The depression rates, especially among young women, college-age women, are the highest ever recorded.
So I'd like to know, is that true in your home or in the home of someone you know, a depressed girl in college or college age?
And do you have a theory as to why?
Topic of this, not Ultimate Issues Hour, of this Happiness Hour.
Is, are American kids unhappy?
And if so, why?
And the American kid is your kid, or your grandkid, or even the kid of someone you know.
And I'd like to know what your experience has been as to why they are unhappy.
Never done this subject for a Happiness Hour.
I'm very curious to hear your responses.
Because it's a very painful thing to have an unhappy child.
My heart goes out to any parent with an unhappy child.
I do not agree, however, and this I have done as a subject, that you cannot be happier than your least happy child.
I am adamantly opposed to that attitude of allowing any child of yours to hold your happiness hostage.
I am completely opposed to it.
So people say, well, I can't help it.
That's how I feel.
You know what?
Let's do that as a subject.
I can't help it.
That's how I feel.
I want to deal with that subject.
I can't help it.
That's how I feel.
Really?
You can't help it?
Feelings dominate you?
Yeah, most people, I think that is true.
Feelings do dominate them.
I've given you a hint at my take on that subject, but that's not the subject.
Why are your children, or a child of yours, depressed?
Okay, let's see here.
Okay, well, I have a 91-year-old from Alhambra.
Calling about all his happiness is gone, but that's not the subject.
I feel bad, Frank.
Yeah, call in next hour when we take any subject.
Yeah, I'm sorry.
That was Frank.
But I had to let the line go to let Coles in.
So we've got to keep to the subject.
I'm saying this to you, my listeners, and to my screener.
I want to know about your children, not about you.
About you, I did 99% of the shows.
This is about your children.
And if you have a child who is depressed, especially the college girl, I'd like to know why you think he or she is depressed.

And even though this was simply a denial of an emergency application to stay the law, it shows that the Supreme Court is no longer reflexively protecting abortion as a so-called right.
And that's what is the most important part of this decision.
The Supreme Court said that they were not ruling on the merits of the issue.
Of course, it will be litigated.
But what they're saying here is that no longer will an activist majority simply say, sorry states, you don't have a compelling interest to protect unborn life.

Happiness Hour, why are your kids depressed, or any of your kids depressed?
That question, what triggered it was my reading to you the polls about how many kids are depressed and frightened over global warming.
Alright, Asheville, North Carolina.
Tracy, hello.
Hey there, how are you?
Well, thank you.
Glad you're called.
Good.
Great, thanks.
So, my child suffers from depression, but it's not due to global warming.
What triggered his was actually COVID, when everything shut down.
And children couldn't go to school, and he couldn't see his friends, and everybody's covered up with masks.
That's what triggered my kid.
That's right.
That makes sense to me.
The global warming doesn't make sense, but this does.
What the society did, what the American authorities did to children, is the most widespread form of child abuse in American history.
Oh, yeah.
He started suffering a lot.
You know, people just felt like they couldn't go out and do anything.
Life wasn't normal anymore, and it's still kind of not.
That's right.
People feel like they can't go anywhere.
So, I'm curious.
Yes.
Would you have been okay with unmasked friends coming over and playing with him?
Yes.
Would the friends' parents have been okay?
I think some of them yes and some of them no.
Okay, so with the some of them yes, why didn't they come over or he go there?
Well, I don't really know.
I think everybody was kind of scared.
I wasn't that scared just because I believe that me and my son both had COVID back in December of 2019 before it was exploited.
But I think people were just unsure, maybe.
I'm not sure that they really knew what to do.
I've never been fearful of it, and my son hasn't either.
But I think other parents are.
Right.
Well, that's why I asked you other parents.
You said there were other parents who would have allowed their kid to play with yours.
Well, I guess the question was never asked.
When it happened, it's like everything just shut down.
In retrospect, you should have asked.
Yeah, you're probably right.
I probably should have tried to continue on as normal.
That's right.
Which I wouldn't say that I did or I did not.
And he did have like a couple of friends that came over, but not to the extent.
I mean, I'm used to like having boys, and I'm talking about five.
16-year-old boys at my house every single weekend, and that completely just stopped.
That's too bad.
It should have continued.
There was no danger of COVID to kids 15. Well, I don't think so.
Do you know that now?
I do now, and maybe I could have done things a little different.
Well, so when you say he's depressed, what are the manifestations?
So he kind of shuts down, and he don't want to talk about what's going on.
So does he retreat to his room?
Oh, yeah.
Does he play video games much of the day?
He'll stay there and sleep.
Well, yes, but he sleeps a lot.
That's a bad sign.
Well, there's more to that also.
His parents, like me and his father, we both suffer from depression as well and anxiety.
I have high anxiety.
But my son also has three underlying health issues.
He has type 1 diabetes.
He has liver disease.
And we just found out about a week ago that he's got a tumor on his pituitary gland, which is right above your sinus cavity, and it's connected to the front part of your brain.
That don't help either.
No, it doesn't.
You have other children?
No, just the one.
What are you doing about the tumor?
Oh, he's going to have to have it removed.
We're having a consultation.
We're going to have to go down to Duke University.
So, very beginning of October, we have to go down there and talk to the endocrinologist there and talk to the neosurgeon.
And they'll advise us what to do from there, but it has to be taken off.
Of course.
Because it's a dietary gland.
Right.
It's critical.
It has to do with hormones.
That's right, exactly.
Which affects mood, among other things.
Right, but they make it benign, so hopefully everything will be fine.
I'm with you on that.
Have you considered homeschooling?
I have thought about it, but...
My son doesn't want to, even though he has to go to school and he gets masked up, and he don't like the mask, but he would prefer to do that, to have some kind of socialization.
Don't assume that if you have homeschooling, there's no socialization.
There are large groups of homeschoolers.
Right.
I mean, I've asked him the question, and he doesn't want to do that.
Right.
Well, I don't blame him.
I don't think most kids would say, yeah, I want to be homeschooled.
I think you just have to say, look, the schools are worthless, which they are.
And I cannot tolerate the fact that you can't see your friends' faces.
I think it only adds to your depression.
Of course it does.
Not to be able to see people's faces is depressing to me.
And I don't have, thank God, I'm just so lucky, I don't have the slightest inclination toward depression.
I can't stand walking around and not seeing people's faces.
The mask thing is evil.
It is not just scientific idiocy, illiteracy, ignorance.
It is just a power trip.
Proof?
Newsom, when he could get away with it, didn't wear a mask.
Pelosi, when she could get away with it, didn't wear a mask.
And your pilots don't wear masks in the cockpit.
Masks are completely worthless.
It's a power trip.
and we've ruined a lot of lives with it.

So, you have a 20-year-old away at school after COVID hit, sophomore, and she came home pretty much a different person, blaming us for her being depressed, like as if she had a bad childhood, conservative household, the whole nine yards.
And I think it's pretty much...
Based on they didn't have much to do when they went back to school.
And her and other students or kids that she's dorming with and everything, commiserating.
And never had an issue before that semester.
What school is it?
Villanova.
Villanova nominally Catholic?
Yes.
Nominally is the key word.
One little tidbit was after she went to a rant telling us how it was all fault and all this.
Wait, wait, wait.
Telling you what was all your fault?
The way that she wasn't happy as a child.
It's the first we ever heard it.
I see, right.
You know, she's unhappy, and she's not sure of her, you know...
She's lost.
Yeah, she's lost.
She's just confused.
That's right.
And then after that, we wound up going back to visit at the school, and with the visiting, the concern was how we talk, if we were to talk conservatively in front of our friends.
Right.
Right.
I feel for you.
That's all I could say.
I feel for you.
Another child messed up by college.
You're a victim.
How often have I told you that you get a BA in victimhood, get a master's in victimhood, get a PhD in victimhood?
That's what colleges do.
Only white males, white Christian males.
Don't get degrees in victimhood.
they get the greased victimizer cesspool They're all cesspools with very few exceptions.
My heart breaks for this man.
It's very hard to undo the damage of a college because the age in which...
The kids are poisoned against everything beautiful, including their parents, is the perfect age to influence someone.
People think when they're little children, it's not true.
I ran an institute for eight years in California, so I moved out to California in my 20s, and to become head of this institute.
We had 19 to 25-year-olds for a month.
There was a Jewish institute that taught them Judaism.
They were deeply influenced in one month.
That's all you need with that age group.
We'll be back in a moment.
The caller in the last hour said, where's Kamala?
Kamala is doing her best to stay clear of Joe Biden.
I mean, her polls stink, but combined...
The both of them combined, I guess it's extra stinky together, because both of them stink.
And a funny thing is, her poles are worse than his, and she wants to be nowhere near this cat.
People are finding out that this Build Back Better thing is a socialist agenda, and the $3.5 trillion partisan wish list that the Democrats are wanting is starting to turn people off because people are starting to realize that the economic pain is going to be felt at home.
Average, everyday Americans sitting around their dinner table are going to feel that pain.
Overall, the poll found that Biden's net approval average is negative 7. That means 44% are...
Approving of his job as the president and 51% disapproved.
So this is a major slide.
A generic Republican on the ballot at this time would lead in all seven districts going up against the Democrat incumbents by six percentage points on average.
So Carl, the elections are so far away.
Why are you worried about this or why are you talking about this now?
Polls don't matter.
Polls do matter to Democrats.
Unfortunately, I feel like Republicans are starting to do the same.
Republicans have an opportunity of a lifetime, in my opinion, to kick Biden while he's down.
And you have Kevin McCarthy.
Kevin McCarthy seems to have backtracked slightly.
But Mitch McConnell talking about they don't want to impeach.

Now, I know an individual in General Milley's circle.
And I am told exactly what you just said.
They would not lift the cap on the troops.
But my advice to this individual was tell everyone you can to get a story straight, a timeline down, and every supporting document in one binder so that you do not have to change your story on timing or detail even once or you'll have Benghazi on your hands.
And I believe that the Pentagon would be well served to over respond rather than under respond at this point.
What's your advice to the Pentagon, Senator, on how to respond to the queries, which will never stop until we have a day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute timeline and documents supporting a decision tree here?
Well, that's sound advice not only to the Pentagon, but to anyone in the administration.
Congress is not just going to move on from this fiasco.
We're going to get to the bottom of what happened.
And then if the Democratic Congress right now won't do it, then we'll get to the bottom of it.
I'm really happy, which is a funny word to use given the subject, but I'm really happy that I've raised this subject.
Why are your kids or is a kid of yours depressed?
Boy, the last call, I got to tell you, I don't remember your name in Long Island, but I got to tell you, you shook me up.
Parents send a normal, healthy, happy girl to college now.
She doesn't want them to even speak about their views lest her friends hear them because they're conservative.
So, my wife, who I believe is the finest parent that I've ever met, she was a single mom when we married.
And she...
I know what she would answer.
I mean, she would say, my kid will never tell me what I can speak or not speak about.
And I can only say my heart goes out totally to this man and presumably his wife.
So the choice that he has to make now is, does he seek his daughter's approval?
Or does he remain true to whom he is?
Since you will never get her approval, she will just keep upping the demands and perceive her victimhood.
I would just confront her.
But I'm not saying that works, and I know how difficult it is.
Okay, let's see here.
Well, what interesting calls.
All right, Paul, San Diego, California.
Hello.
Hi, Mr. Prager.
How are you?
Well, thank you.
Good.
Thank you for taking my call.
I appreciate all you do.
Thank you again.
I guess before I talk about my study, I just want to mention one thing about the climate change kind of distress that you were mentioning.
I tell my sons...
You know, basically the climate's always been changing.
There's no reason to get distressed over it.
And I think about the famous H.L. Mencken who said the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed and hence clamors to be led to safety by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.
You've got to be kidding.
He actually said that?
Yeah, that's a quote by Mencken.
Oh, wow.
I've got to look that up.
That is so prophetic.
Yeah, it's a great quote.
I love it.
But basically, my son is 14. He's a twin.
And he's in high school now.
And before COVID, he was very gregarious and happy and outgoing.
And when the schools were shut down, I noticed that he changed.
He was more sullen, more withdrawn.
And, you know, I talked to him one day about it.
He was very open with me.
He said, Dad, I'm...
I said, are you depressed?
He said, yeah, Dad, I'm depressed.
And we talked about the reasons why, and he basically said that it's because he can't go to school and be with his friends and socialize and all those things.
And so, yeah, it's had a profound effect on him.
I mean, he's starting to come around a little bit now that they're back in school, but he...
It hit him really hard.
And when I saw Gavin Newsom and his...
Kids in school and my kid out of school.
I was angry.
I was really angry.
Two-thirds of the state wasn't angry.
Yeah.
You know, I guess they get what they deserve.
Well, unfortunately, we who voted against him don't get what we deserve.
But you're right, they do.
But they don't even know that.
Thank you.
Look, Sweden did not close school for one day.
Kids under 16 went to school like normal the entire 2020. Nothing happened.
Nothing happened.
The largest institutionalized child abuse in history, perhaps, took place last year and is continuing.
Thank you.
It is malpractice, what the medical profession is engaged in, and it is child abuse, what the teachers have engaged in.
Teachers' unions have contempt for your children.
Period.
There's no but, there's no and, there's no if.
It's hard for you to believe, and it's hard for me to say.
It's as true as the sun is hot.
What was done to America's children and the children of Australia and almost everywhere else in the world, anywhere, Israel as well, it's contemptible in the extreme because they listen to doctors.
Doctors are as much There is reliable for good character and good advice and being listened to as lawyers or as any other profession.
Doctors have as many fools as every other group.
It's not anti-doctor.
It's anti-human.
Humans, as a rule, stink.
Some people are spectacular, and I know so many spectacular people.
I sort of live in a heavenly sphere.
There are many wonderful individuals.
Most humans are unimpressive.
Includes most doctors, as has been revealed in the last year.
Teachers I don't need to get into.
Most teachers are destructive of your children.
My heart breaks for you who have watched your kids get depressed over this last year for no good reason.
But you're partially responsible because you should have had them playing with other kids every single day of the lockdown.
Back in a moment.

When do the families of the people stranded there go public?
That's really the issue, Byron, because that will draw attention.
Well, I think it's going to be pretty soon.
I mean, the United States is dependent either on the Taliban or the Qataris or some other nation to help get United States people out of Afghanistan.
Let's say one more thing.
I think on this issue of evacuations, there are two sides to this issue.
There is who we have not yet brought out of Afghanistan, and there's who we have brought out of Afghanistan.
And that's a lot of interpreters that we brought out.
And we are finding out more about the frenzied, confused, and incomplete vetting that has taken place.
We have one member of Congress, Representative Tiffany, I believe is his name, from Wisconsin, who went to an army base where thousands and thousands of people have been brought, and is asking, well, what's the vetting on these people?
Did they need to be brought to the United States immediately?
Could they be waiting in a third country, safe from...
Being out of Afghanistan, waiting in a third country, while the United States conducts normal vetting operations that we perform on all refugees.
Jake Tapper thinks they're stranded on CNN cut number four.
Look, I understand that people are working long hours in the White House, the National Security Council, State Department.
Music playing.
Hi, everybody.
That's right.
That's a good idea.
Great product.
Don't hang up.
I'm going to take calls right now.
So, please get to the point quickly.
Michael in Omega, Georgia.
Hello.
Hello, sir.
How are you?
Thank you for taking my call.
Yes, sir.
I wanted to tell you...
First of all, I talked to you about three years ago about having three young children that I had custody of, not related to.
You told me I was blessed, both blessed and cursed.
Well, I have come to the conclusion that I am truly blessed.
But that has nothing to do with why I'm calling today and what you're talking about.
It's the parents.
The parents are so pathetic about their children.
These children need to be told.
Stop being sad.
They need to be told what?
They need to know to tell their kids, get outside, have some fun.
Get in the bedroom.
Play a game.
Play a board game.
Not a video game.
Get outside.
Have some fun.
Let's go for a walk.
You called about your kids being homeschooled.
Oh, they are homeschooled.
And they are Zooming.
Zooming.
Okay, I have three different ones.
Very different.
Well, all right, all right.
We don't have a lot of time.
Have they been depressed?
Okay.
Not at all.
Okay, that's what I wanted to know.
All right, let me summarize some of the other calls.
Don't hang up.
I won't know what you called in for.
All right, let's see here.
Yeah, Tom in Corpus Christi, Texas.
People are looking to have a purpose.
That is exactly correct.
The left has filled the void that the death of religion, biblical religions, has created.
That is all it is.
Truly religious Jews and Christians are immune to the secular false religions, anti-racism.
Feminism, environmentalism, they're all religions.
And they induce anxiety.
That's correct.
Dorothy in Atlanta, Georgia.
These kids are affected by social media and the prefrontal cortex is not fully developed.
Social media is a very real issue in their depression.
That's the subject of the hour.
That's right.
Tony in Santa Cruz, California.
His daughters won't talk to him because of global warming.
My God, that's all I can say.
Kelly in Atlanta.
Daughter dropped out of college because of college mandates.
God, is your daughter going to be a happier human being?
Call in now on any subject under the sun.
The Democratic Party somehow has convinced black people that they're the good guys.
Never mind the skanky history of the Democratic Party.

I think it's fair to say, empirically, that there's been an amazing shift, a sea change in American attitudes to abortion, and especially in the youth, in the under-30s, who understand, they follow the science, they understand that this is a human being inside a mother's womb.
I don't want to get carried away with myself, but...
How important...
You are.
You've taught constitutional law.
You're a practicing lawyer.
How important...
How significant is the SCOTUS decision and the signing into effect of the new heartbeat law in Texas?
It's very significant.
And so for all of us who understand actual science and who have seen the science, who see the strides that we have made and showing how heart beats.

But Biden is taking a hit.
and Democrats are trying to stay clear from him.
The caller in the last hour said, where's Kamala?
Kamala is doing her best to stay clear of Joe Biden.
I mean, her polls stink, but combined...
Both of them combined.
I guess it's extra stinky together because both of them stink.
And the funny thing is, her polls are worse than his, and she wants to be nowhere near this cat.
But people are finding out that this Build Back Better thing is a socialist agenda, and the $3.5 trillion partisan wish list that the Democrats are wanting is starting to turn people off because people are starting to realize that the economic pain is going to be felt at home.
Overall, the poll found that Biden's net approval average is negative seven.
That means 44% are approving of his job as the president and 51% disapprove.
So this is a major slide.
A generic Republican on the ballot at this time would lead in all seven districts going up against the Democrat incumbents by six percentage points on average.
So, Carl, the elections are so far away.
Why are you worried about this or why are you talking about this now?
Polls don't matter.
Polls do matter.
Unfortunately, I feel like Republicans are starting to do the same.

It's worked out well.
My friends, welcome to the third hour on Friday, whatever's on your mind hour, whatever's on your mind about you, about me, about life, about death, and about, of course, fountain pens, classical music.
Oh, take this in first.
And cigars.
And photography equipment and audio equipment.
A friend of mine claims that he has extremely over-the-top expensive cables that sound great, and he won't even let me hear them.
Okay.
But somehow or other I will.
I know this will sound bizarre to many of you, but the...
Wires, or cables as they're called, that connect your electronics to your speakers can cost a fortune of money, and they actually make a huge difference in the sound.
All right!
I just thought I'd share an audio equipment idea with you.
Why more people do not have beautiful, or I should say great sounding audio systems is a puzzle to me since so many people love music.
It's a whole question of what people spend money on is so interesting.
The pleasure you would derive from a good audio system if you love music, and the great majority of people love music.
It's odd that I am this outlier in the fact that I care a great deal about having a good music system.
People love music.
Why wouldn't you want to hear it as if you were present at the concert?
I don't care what type of music you like, this would be true for you.
It's part of my theory that people really don't do things that will bring them happiness.
They do things that bring immediate pleasure.
Okay, anyway, whatever is on your mind, that's cool.
And let's begin with the challenge.
New York City, Sam.
Hello, Sam.
Thank you.
Let me first state that you are my Rebbe, and I wish you a good year.
Oh, look at that.
The guy likes me and admires me, but differs with me.
Okay, cool.
For the gifted author of the Rational Bible, your agreement with Trump's claim he won the election...
I never said either.
Oh, I feel bad.
You're challenging me on something I never said.
You said that he didn't win the election?
I never said he won the election.
I said that there are a lot of anomalies that make me an agnostic.
From the first day to today, I said I'm agnostic on whether he won or lost fairly.
Okay, so it's still a problem.
A key pillar of our society is our voting system.
And when we praise America, we need to rely on its results in 2020, just like we relied on them in 2016. Now, the anecdotes that you mentioned, which are realistic, none of them have been found credible enough.
No, no, no.
I've never once mentioned the anecdotes.
I've mentioned...
I'll give you an example of something.
I'll give you an example.
You've got to be fair to me.
Here's an example.
I'm going to read to you from something that I have in front of me.
Donald Trump is the first incumbent president in 132 years since Grover Cleveland in 1888 to have increased his vote from his initial election and lost re-election.
The first one in 132 years.
That's what we call an anomaly.
I'll give you just one other example.
I've never used anecdotes.
Never once.
This is what I use.
I take it back.
Sorry?
I take it back.
Okay.
I agree with what you're saying right now.
I just want to make my point is this, that none of these things have been found credible enough by another pillar of our beloved America, its court system.
Right.
I think the courts have been irresponsible.
I gotta admit.
Let me just ask you a question now.
Let me ask you a question since I'm your Rebbe.
Absolutely.
If the Democrats could cheat, do you think they would or wouldn't?
I really don't have an opinion on that.
Okay.
Fair enough.
My friend, I wish you a good year, too, and I thank you for your calling.
There is no doubt in my mind.
None.
I am as certain of this as I am of gravity, that if the Democrats know they can cheat, they will cheat.
There is no reason, there is no moral system to stop them.
They would believe they're doing a good for society, not to mention their own power, which they think is the same.
As the society's good.
There's no doubt in my mind, if Democrats could cheat in elections, they will.
Hugh Hewitt, who is as moderate a Republican as we have, and as a friend, Hugh Hewitt wrote a book years ago, If It Isn't Close, They Can't Cheat.
Do you think it was about Republicans or Democrats?
It was about Democrats.
Moreover, they're morally obligated to cheat.
They believe that Donald Trump was a Hitler, was a Stalin.
Max Boot called him Stalin the day he was elected.
Now let me ask you a question.
Does morality demand that you cheat to stop a Hitler from coming to power?
I would.
I would cheat to stop a Hitler from coming to power.
So either they're lying when they call him Hitler or Stalin, Or authoritarian, white supremacist.
Either they're all a pack of lies, or they believe what they're saying, and then they're morally obligated to cheat.
One or the other.
Either they're lying, or they're obligated to cheat.
Okie dokie.
Let's see here.
Emma in Idaho.
Hello.
Hey, Beth.
Hi.
Yeah, it's Robert.
You're breaking up.
Wait, wait, wait.
Can you hear me?
Now I can.
Start again.
Okay.
My youngest daughter is Chinese.
And two and a half years ago, we took her back to China for a trip.
I'm sorry.
I'm so nervous.
I don't know why.
And when we had got her, we met a student.
So we looked him up 17 years later.
And we were in Beijing, and we went by Chairman Mao's tomb, and we asked him what he thought of Mao, and he put his hands over his heart, and he said, oh my, he was such a great poet and father of the modern China.
And we were pretty blown away.
Well, the fact is, thank you for telling me the story, the fact is that is exactly how Mao is depicted.
When I speak about my contempt for humanity, that's an example.
Mao killed, deliberately, between 60 and 80 million Chinese.
So imagine the suffering of the ripple effect, because for everyone whom he killed through starvation, and of course he killed many violently.
Starvation is violent, death, by the way.
It's a horrible death.
He sold food to the Soviets to get weapons to become a powerful country.
He literally starved his own people to death.
That his own people consider him a hero would be as if Jews celebrated Hitler or Armenians celebrated the Turks.
Of that time, of 1919. It is sick beyond belief, and it is proof once again people believe whatever the media tell them, whatever they hear in schools.
For any Chinese person to admire Mao is to show how utterly and totally brainwashed that individual is.
Yep.
It's okay.
The Russians admire, a lot of Russians admire Stalin.
Okadook.
Let's see here.
Hmm.
All right.

Israel is getting ready for their fourth jab.
Now, some people, this is how dishonest the media is, they say, well, Israel, in the last couple days, they've seen their rates go down.
Now, why do you think that COVID rates would be going down in Israel the last couple days?
Anybody?
Is it because of the vaccine?
Masks?
No.
It's because of the high holidays, okay?
People are staying at home, and they're not going out, and they're not working, and they're not congregating.
Well, Israel is the only country in the world that gives the third vaccination to everyone at ages 12+.
A COVID passport is required for 12+.
And by the way, let me just say, I'm a very, I'm a lover of Israel and Jerusalem.
I don't know if I'm ever going back to Israel.
I don't.
I said this to one of my friends the other day who runs a great project there.

Well, every day...
When I'm homeschooling, I write these papers about history, and a couple of years ago, what, about three years ago, I think?
You were saying that kids should learn about the starvation of the Ukraine, the gulag.
And I have a question about, what was it about?
You said something about North Korea or South Korea.
What was that?
Well, North Korea is communist and South Korea is free.
And the only reason South Korea is free is because Americans sacrificed 37,000 young men to the cause of freedom in South Korea.
It's called the Korean War.
There were other nations involved and they lost people too, but America by far the most beyond Koreans.
It's something...
You should study, but you're only 13. I don't expect you to know about the Korean War.
Most Americans age 50 never heard of it or heard of it and don't know anything about it.
Stephen, you're a credit to homeschooling.
And say hello to your dad.
All right.
In that regard, Kaylee in Berkeley, California.
Hello.
Hi, Dennis.
It's an honor to speak to you.
Thank you.
I actually just finished Yoann Lee Park's book yesterday, In Order to Live.
And living in Berkeley, everyone was talking about, when Trump was in office, about how the government was going to get taken over by right-wing fascists.
And I'm just wondering if you can explain to me what the difference is between a right-wing and a left-wing fascist government.
I will.
I just want to comment on that comment first.
They live with smokescreens.
Donald Trump is as close to an authoritarian as I am to a guerrilla.
It is an astonishing thing they get away with.
They lie about their opposition.
It's like the people who called Larry Elder.
They did in the LA Times.
A woman named Guerrero.
A crackpot who writes for the New York Times and gets on television.
She said that he was the black face of white supremacy.
Now, is there any truth to that?
I mean, the idea is so preposterous.
And I've known Larry Elder for 30 years.
He's the black face of white supremacy.
You think there's a molecule in his body that has sympathy with the cause of white supremacy?
Anyway, they lie about their opponents.
Constantly, and it works.
So people start believing that Donald Trump is an authoritarian when in fact their party is the authoritarian party.
They're the ones that deprive people of more rights.
Now what's the difference between fascism and communism?
In fact, almost nothing.
The only real difference is the rhetoric.
Even fascism.
Fascism is the collaboration, technically, of business and government to suppress liberty, which is what we're moving toward in the United States.
But we're also moving toward communism in the United States.
Now, what people generally mean is, what's the difference between Nazism and communism?
That I can answer you.
That's more clear.
Nazism is rooted in race.
And communism is rooted in class.
Does that make sense?
I guess so.
I guess what I'm wondering is an example of a country that, I guess Germany had Nazism.
I've seen so many countries that have fallen to oppression under communism.
And I know you speak about that a lot.
And I'm surrounded by people who love communism here in Berkeley, which is really...
Horrible.
Well, there are a lot of people at Berkeley who love genocide.
That is all I can say.
They love genocide.
There has been no genocidal movement in history like communism.
Nazism is a distant second.
And I say that as a Jew.
Today, one of my co-workers banned a customer from the store for saying anti-communist things from where I work.
Well, Berkeley's a sick city.
By the way, I cannot visit Berkeley because they said that they declared themselves, like 20 years ago, a hate-free zone.
And I hate evil, I hate murder, I hate torture, I hate rape, so I cannot visit Berkeley.
Because if you hate anything, you're not allowed in.
It's a hate-free zone.
Look it up.
Berkeley City Council.
You live in a sick place.
Very sick place.
I was born here.
Well how did you escape it?
You know, when the lockdown started I just couldn't really believe it.
No, how did you escape being Berkeley-ized, having your mind twisted into being fake?
I don't know.
I think it's just to my parents.
It's definitely my parents.
My mom called me last year and she said, if you don't vote for Trump, you're out of the will.
And I want you to tell me why Trump is good.
And I don't want you to find any brainwashing.
There's a lot of lies out there.
I want you to call me and give me three reasons why he's good.
She really made me do the research and I was already so unhappy with the way Berkeley and California were going because of the lockdown.
Yes.
Wow.
What a mother.

Israel is getting ready for their fourth jab.
Well, Israel is the only country in the world that gives the third vaccination to everyone at ages 12 plus.
A COVID passport is required for 12 plus.
And by the way, let me just say, I'm a very, I'm a lover of Israel and Jerusalem.
I don't know if I'm ever going back to Israel.
I don't.
I said this to one of my friends the other day who runs a great project there.
He said, oh, you'll be coming back.
I said, I don't know if I'll be welcome in Israel because I'm not getting vaccinated and I'm not doing any of this stuff.

First one on film, this is what it lists.
An authentically effeminate male hero is radical.
They're celebrating a movie.
celebrating a young guy who wanted to become a famous drag queen.
Your daughters are really lucky to know that the New York Times is proud of movies that feature authentically effeminate male heroes.
See, we have...
We have too many masculine men around, so we really need effeminate male heroes.
This is part of how the left ruins life.
Everything about it, everything it touches, it destroys.
There is no exception to that rule.
And yet, liberals continue to vote for the left.
People continue to send their kids to school so that your boy can learn to be effeminate.
Why would you want a masculine son?
That's toxic.
Right?
This is the way people think about it.
Randall in Sarasota, Florida.
Hello.
Hello.
Can you hear me?
Yes, I do.
Great.
Great.
Thank you.
It's an honor to speak with you.
Your Bible commentaries are the best commentaries I've read.
You're a father figure to me.
I can't say enough.
Thank you very much.
I think that a lot of Christians have difficulty with what you teach about unconditional love because of the Greek word agape.
There's a misunderstanding.
I was taught this at two different Bible colleges, and it's wrong.
The word agape, which is translated for God's love, does not mean unconditional love.
And you can just go to the Strong's Exhaustive Concordance or Thayer's.
These are the very esteemed word study resources.
And just look at the entry for agape and read it.
It's very, very long.
But if you just read it, there's nothing in there that smells like unconditional.
It's just not there.
Your battle, if I understand it, is with your fellow Christians, not me.
That's right.
That's right.
Well, that's very helpful to me what you're saying.
I'm battling, as you seem to be allied with me, the English.
The English term unconditional love is a bad idea.
Yes, and it's just something, I mean, I've been taught it all my life.
It's one of the things, when I discovered you a few years ago, that when you were saying things that I was already thinking about or saying, it's just very validating.
And that's one of the things on agape.
There's nothing in the scriptures, there's nothing that's like that.
Well, you know my proof, right?
I have a proof for that.
Randall, I have a proof, and that is, if you look, Google actually has an amazing thing.
The use of terms in English books and newspapers since 1900. In 1900, the term unconditional love was unheard.
Nobody had actually ever heard of the term.
It developed massively after the 60s.
So Christians got influenced by the left-wing culture, which is typical, so have Jews.
Leftism has been far more influential in Judaism and Christianity than Judaism and Christianity have been on the society in the last 50 years.
That's right.
I agree with that.
It's a hippie thing that just is a narrative.
That's right.
Used and used and used, and everybody's just swallowing it, and then because of confirmation bias, they go to read the scriptures, and even though it's not there...
What is your religion?
I am a Christian.
I'm a minister.
I've been a minister part-time, full-time, 30 years.
So, is it the same church for 30 years?
No, no, no.
I've worked all the time.
You're an itinerant preacher.
Yes, yes.
Well, you know what?
I really hope we meet one day.
And you know I mean that.
You're a man after my own heart.
You're a kindred spirit.
I thank you for that.
That was really good.
What's on your mind, Sean?
My dear friends, a minute to persuade you to try Relief Factor.
I have to admit, since I'm very open with you, I find it hard to believe that there are more than 100 listeners out of the millions who have not tried it yet.
I would love to do a survey on why you wouldn't risk $19.95 on a three-week try of the product.
They say if it doesn't work in three weeks, It probably won't work, so you've thrown out $20.
But what if it works?
It's the greatest bargain of your life at whatever rate.
I use it every day.

We are violating New York City human rights laws.
If we comply with this.
I'm not complying.
You're like the voice of Americans who are saying, you're not going to tell me how I can choose to live my life or run my business.
Irene, I don't understand.
You have to help me understand the $1.4 million that you're facing.
How does an owner of a beloved diner like Kellogg's Diner in Brooklyn Rack up $1.4 million that they say you owe the government.
Because when you buy a business, you have a lease.
You have a mortgage.
You conduct contracts.
There's rules on those contracts.
And when you default on those contracts, you will lose in court if you defaulted.

Hi.
You know, I had a call from Australia.
I really wanted to take it.
But a lot of calls dropped out.
Maybe he gave up.
I don't blame him if he did.
It's 4.30 in the morning in Australia.
But I would love to have taken that call.
What it's like to live in Australia now.
A truly police state.
Yes, it's a police state.
Left denies it because...
They're the ones imposing it, but it's exactly what it is.
Soviet citizens in some ways had more rights than Australian citizens do today.
Oka-doke.
Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dale, hello.
Hello, Denison.
Thanks for taking my call.
You know, on the back of your comment regarding the police state in Australia, it's germane to my comments.
I have to thank you.
Profoundly thank you for your Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services, and particularly your sermon, as it were, on liberty yesterday was not just fantastic.
I mean, I'm out of superlatives already.
It was deeply moving, insightful, and I think really essential that more and more people should hear it and would that there was a politician with the stones.
That could stand in the well of the Senate and deliver such a powerful, necessary, and truthful speech.
And you made quick mention of, you know, the hundreds of people who maybe aren't using relief factor out of the millions of listeners.
For the thousands who were lucky enough, smart enough to subscribe and watch your services online and see that speech.
I think it would be incredibly valuable for you to play that speech to your millions of listeners.
It's incredibly important what you said, as you know.
Yes, I'm very touched by your call.
You're not Jewish, right?
I am.
Oh, you are?
Interesting.
So why were you not at a synagogue and instead you watched my service via internet?
I will not go and praise the glory of God wearing a mask.
Okay.
Another kindred spirit.
Well, let me tell you folks, it is still up at SalemNow.com, my Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services.
A great number of the people who watch it, a majority are not Jewish.
There are non-Jews who come to the service.
In person.
It is for everybody.
I agree with him.
I mean, I talk the entire service.
I explain everything.
That's why people come.
About 400 people.
Also unmasked, by the way.
Maybe there were three masked people.
I don't tell people not to wear masks.
I have this belief that people know what's best for themselves.
It was a very important talk, I agree.
And I've given the gist of it on the show, that secularism, as society gets more secular, it gets less free.
It's true everywhere.
Secularism is crap.
Period.
Government being secular is fine.
Society being secular is suicide.
Every genocidal movement outside of Nazism in the 20th century and the Ottoman Empire was secular.
Excuse me.
Nazism was secular too.
Every genocidal movement of the 20th century, with the exception of the Turks and the Armenians, Was secular.
Never learned that in college, do you?
You learn the lie that, oh, people killed in large numbers.
It's always in the name of God.
Yeah, it's an important talk.
You can still see it.
It's not free.
It's at SalemNow.com.
It's also a tremendous education in religion and God.
And Judaism.
And if you're at all curious about religion or about any of these subjects, you will love it.
The music is very powerful.
Everything is great about it.
It was a magnificent service.
My 15th year of conducting them.
It's at SalemNow.com.
All right.
Thank you for that.

Jim, hello.
Hi, Dennis.
Hi.
I remember you're recommending Mao, The Unknown Story.
And I bought it.
It's written by Yung Chang and John Holliday.
To be honest, I could put this book down every ten pages to go take a shower.
Mao was a monster.
I used to think Karl Marx was the most terrible person in history.
Mao is much worse.
Mal, as the book points out, Mal was a developer of torture techniques.
143, to be specific.
I'm halfway through.
Again, I appreciate the recommendation.
Well, you're welcome.
I feel good when somebody actually takes my recommendation.
It's one of the ten most important books I ever read.
Mal, the unknown story.
It's listed in my ten books that most touched me, or affected me, or influenced me.
The book is a very long book.
It's a thousand pages, densely packed pages.
I couldn't stop reading.
It took me months to read it, because a book like that, I also annotate.
I mark what I want to remember, and comments next to it often.
He's a monster.
That's correct.
If I could translate one book into Chinese and distribute it to Chinese in China, it would be that book.
Of course, it can never be done.
A country that holds its own butcher as a hero is a bad country.

The Jen Psaki, the pressure is getting to her, questioned by Peter Doocy, a famous clip already, cut number 11.
Jake Tapper thinks they're stranded on CNN cut number four.
Look, I understand.
The people are working long hours in the White House, the National Security Council, State Department, Pentagon, and over in Kabul to get Americans out of that country.
And I understand the White House wanting to reassure the nation that all Americans will ultimately be evacuated, but there are no doubt Americans...
Who feel stranded in Afghanistan right now?
Of course there are.
It's absurd for the White House, and it tells you something about Joe Biden.
Britt Hume was on with our friend Guy Benson on his radio show yesterday, said this, cut number one.
But anybody who ever heard him speak for any length of time could tell this guy, this was not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
And, you know, he could talk forever and was famous for it.
But you never had the sense that he was terribly smart.
And on top of that, now he's manifestly senile.
And between those two things, this is a man with very, very severe limitations, who is well too old, in my opinion, to be the President of the United States.

Hello, Mark.
What is it, 5 o'clock in the morning there?
No, 4 o'clock in the morning?
It's 5 a.m., Dennis.
Very good.
Well done.
Look, you spoke earlier about the age of absurdity, and we are living that in Australia now with this lockdown.
It's crazy.
What city are you in?
I'm in Sydney.
Oh, no.
Oh, my God.
So New South Wales is the worst?
Which is worse, New South Wales or Victoria?
Well, Sydney's the worst at the moment, Dennis, because we've had three months of lockdown, and it is doing everyone's head in.
It really is.
It's shocking.
Absolutely absurd.
If there were a vote taken in Sydney to continue this or to end it, what would the vote be?
End it.
Absolutely end it.
Yes, we can't leave our country.
I can't move more than three miles from where I live.
I know, I know I announce that regularly.
I know that.
You can't talk to strangers in the street, correct?
Exactly.
North Koreans literally have about the same level of freedom as we do.
And nobody voted for this, and nobody knows where the government got powers to enforce it.
It's ridiculous.
Why hasn't it been raised in courts?
Look, it hasn't been because the government has such control over us now.
The way it's been implemented, no one has the space to do it because everyone's just surviving.
And we were talking about young people earlier.
Young people are probably the worst affected.
That's right.
They are.
It's ridiculous.
Yes.
No, it's evil.
It's actually evil.
So, when are national or statewide elections next?
Look, it depends what state you're in, but we're still at least probably a year away from it.
There's no democracy here, Dennis.
There's no human rights.
There's no basic decency anymore.
And that's what's really killing people.
You can't plan any future beyond tomorrow.
You really can't.
That's right.
And there's no end in sight?
No one did in sight.
And what the government does is it offers sweeteners if you get fully vaccinated, for example.
But nobody has a choice anymore.
Now, even foreigners, even Australians living, say, in LA, have to ask permission to come back and then permission to leave Australia again.
And because airpairs are supply and demand, about a month or a half ago, a one-way ticket from New York City to Sydney hit $70,000 Australian dollars, one-way in economy.
Oh, my God.
I didn't know that.
Listen, I'm very honored that you're up at this hour to listen to my show and called.
I'd like to speak to a lot of Australians.
I knew Australia was headed in a bad direction, and I announced it on my show.
I spoke in Australia many times.
The last time, I think, I came back and I said, you know, in Sydney, they weigh your garbage and fine you accordingly if you have too much garbage.
It's not a healthy sign for Australia, as it turned out.
Kenneth, Beth, Scott, Kenneth, Leslie, Mark, Marlene, Kevin, I wish I could take your calls.
