My name is Bob France, sitting in for Dennis, so glad to be a part of your day.
I'm coming to you live from MyReliefFactor.com, home studio of AM 1420 The Answer in Cleveland, Ohio.
I always love sitting in for Dennis because I always get a chance to talk to his brilliant audience.
I've always said that I love to learn as much during a day's program as I do teach, and I do try to present some important, valuable information.
In an educational format, but I always love to learn from very intelligent and aware people.
And so I welcome you to be a part of this program today.
A lot of very important things that we're going to do today, but none of them, in my estimation, is any more important than expressing our patriotism to this great land that is so despised and so assaulted and attacked.
I've begun to do this on my own show, and I've actually done it for many, many, many months now.
My own show is in Cleveland on WHK, 1420 AM. Online, it's whkradio.com in Cleveland.
And I've been doing this for many, many, many months.
I don't know exactly how many.
I think it goes back into last year.
I decided whenever I sit in on one of our fantastic Salem National programs, I'm going to bring it to life here as well, and that is our simple Pledge of Allegiance.
It started because there was a board, a city council, a Democratic-run city council that protested here locally in Northeast Ohio the starting of their city council meetings with the Pledge of Allegiance.
And some of the more conservative-minded, patriotic individuals on the council stood up and did it anyway, even as the Democratic chair of the council tried to hammer it down and say, stop that.
They did it anyway.
And it was just so aggravating because it was so unnecessary.
It's a simple pledge of allegiance to a flag which represents this great nation, which gives us the freedom to be jerks about not wanting to pledge allegiance.
And, you know, you add this to what just happened, you probably heard Dennis or one of Dennis' guest hosts over the last couple of weeks talking about this.
You know, the teacher in California who bragged on a TikTok video that she created, her own little selfie video, in which she bragged about not having an American flag in her students' classroom.
And when students wanted to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance, They complained that they had nowhere to face because there was no flag nearby.
She said, yeah, I put that away during COVID. You remember this?
You probably heard the story.
I put that away during COVID, and I don't know where it is now.
I'll find it at some point.
It's in a box somewhere.
And then she kind of giggled in her little video and winky-winky, like I'm never going to look for it because I don't want it.
I don't like it.
It made her uncomfortable.
What a flag had to do in her classroom with COVID-19 restrictions?
It's still a mystery to me.
But she bragged about it and she giggled about it and thought she was just the cutest thing in the world.
And when a student said, what do we do then?
How do we face our flag?
She said, face that one and pledge your allegiance to that one.
And that one happened to be the rainbow flag, the gay pride parade type of flag that she had hanging proudly in her classroom.
We have since come to learn, you probably know this too, so apologies if this is redundant for you, but I want to make sure that those who don't know do know.
There was another video of her parading around her classroom during Pride Month in June in, you know, rainbow suspenders and rainbow clothes and rainbow shirts and this and that and the other and all of the love wins this and all of the gender theory that and, you know, she's just one of these.
Radical, nutjob teachers who is there to indoctrinate and not to educate.
So she suggested that the students pledge allegiance to the gay flag.
Well, her little boast and her little joyride there on the rainbow ended somewhat when she was removed from her classroom.
So she is now out of the school.
She is still being paid while an investigation is conducted.
So that's kind of problematic.
But there's a chance maybe she'll be removed entirely from the teaching profession, which, of course, she should be.
At any rate, all that did when I saw that story and reported on that story was kind of steal my resolve to make sure that I start every radio broadcast that I do.
With our Pledge of Allegiance.
So I always ask my local Northeast Ohio audience to do what I'm about to ask you to do.
And you'd be surprised at the people that I meet in public who tell me, thank you, Bob.
I stand every single day.
I'll go out and I'll give speeches at local events and various causes, or I'll just be at a football game and people will recognize me and say thank you for that Pledge of Allegiance.
I stand every day and I believe them.
Why would they come out of their way, go out of their way, to tell me that if it weren't true?
So what I ask them to do is what I'm asking you to do right now, and that is go ahead and stand at attention if you would.
If you have a flag nearby you, please face it.
If you don't, just go ahead and put your hand over your heart.
And join us for this simple pledge of allegiance to our great country.
And as I always tell my leftist listeners, leftists, liberals, Democrats, Biden voters, Taliban supporters, you can go ahead and take your knee or sit this one out.
We know how you feel about our country.
For the rest of us, I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic.
For which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
I was asked yesterday, and thank you, patriots, for standing at attention and for at least going along with me on that.
I was asked yesterday to give a speech coming up in about a week.
In fact, less than a week.
It's this coming Sunday.
The event is not the important thing here, but I was asked to give a speech, and the topic of the speech that I've been asked to give is the three or four greatest issues or challenges facing our country.
And I said, done.
I said, I could name all four of them right now without even doing any research in writing the speech.
She said, what are they?
I said, I'm not going to tell you.
You'll have to find out like everybody else does at the speech.
One of them was not patriotism.
But it could be.
Just to kind of buttress the point that I made, I believe a lack of national pride, a lack of national...
I'm looking for another word for pride here, and I'm struggling a little bit here, but a belief in American exceptionalism that used to kind of, you know...
Be found, I think, in the hearts and under the chests of most Americans, almost all Americans, particularly in times of crisis and in times of when our nation has been attacked.
But just generally speaking, we know what we have as Americans that nobody else has.
Quite frankly, that's the biggest part of this.
I mean, I've said this before.
I think I've even said this to Dennis' audience, so maybe you've heard me talk about this before.
When is the last time you heard anybody on a national or international newscast, in an interview, a story, an essay, a book, talk about trying to achieve the French dream?
And the answer is probably never.
And that's no knock specifically on France.
But you don't hear about the German dream.
You don't hear about the Russian dream.
You don't hear about the Chilean dream.
You don't hear about the Venezuelan dream.
You don't hear about the South African dream or the Australian dream.
The dream that people all over the world have is the American dream.
The ability to come to America.
Raise a family here.
Get a job.
Learn a trade.
Learn a skill.
Open a business.
Buy a house.
Have a family.
The American dream is what everybody talks about.
And by and large, I think that's something that has driven America to its heights over the course of the last several decades.
But today, I'll be honest with you, with our younger generations, they have not been taught about the American dream.
They have not been taught that it is an extraordinary privilege to be here, to be born here.
Because you have opportunities here that nobody else in the world has.
And there are other free countries, but those freedoms come with restrictions that you do not have here in the United States of America.
It's unfettered.
Liberty in this country is unfettered.
And it's something that we used to take an extraordinary amount of pride in.
And I think that drove us to be the greatest economic superpower in the history of the world.
It drove us to becoming the greatest military power in the history of the world.
It drove us to becoming the greatest humanitarian nation in the history of the world.
To be the greatest force for good in the history of the world.
And we all lived it and we all felt great pride in it.
I'm not saying everybody has to say the pledge every day.
I do it.
And I do it live on my show.
But it's not about just saying it.
It's about living it.
And so my friend said, Bob, can you give a speech on the four most important issues and threats?
Facing our country, I said absolutely, and this one didn't make the cut, but it sure as heck could.
The lack of patriotism, the lack of belief in American exceptionalism, the lack of belief in American pride, the belief that America is a place that has gone awry, that America was founded on something awful like slavery, and it has been built upon that awful institution throughout its entire 250-year history.
The mindset that has taken over for our younger generations, because that is what is being taught by our educational system.
And I think you could argue that one of the biggest threats that our nation faces right now is truly just a lack of American pride.
The belief that saying the Pledge of Allegiance is controversial in any way.
That it should be, there's a big vote, there's a big vote coming as to whether or not we should say the pledge before the meetings, before the first school bell, or whatever the case.
The fact that that's considered to be controversial is mind-blowing.
The fact that our national anthem and whether or not we should stand and put our hand on our hearts or kneel and desecrate it is a lot to talk about.

Whoever in the White House decided it would be a good idea to try and get everyone out by September 11th, 2021, and thinking that that would be some positive PR win for the United States, should be fired because that's a huge, huge propaganda win for the Taliban.
And now it's also put us in the practical position on the ground of being entirely dependent on On the largesse of the Taliban to get our people out.
And I guarantee you, we're going to leave thousands of people behind.
And that's unacceptable for the United States of America.
Congressman Gallagher, I'd like to point to two lies.
The first lie is that we were obliged to leave by May 1. The Taliban broke the agreement at least as early as March when they attacked forward operating base Chapman and wounded seven Americans.
So they violated the agreement.
We're already beyond the May 1 deadline.
There is no agreement and there is no need to go.
Secondly, there's a terrorist threat.
Every American who's been in Afghanistan, including you, has been under a terrorist threat whenever they have been there.
We've got 6,000 of our finest Marines and the 101st Airborne.
I don't want any of them hurt either.
But what do you make of those two arguments that we've already extended the deadline and we're under a terrorist threat?
Well, of course, the Doha agreement was conditions-based, and one of the conditions was that the Taliban not allow al-Qaeda to operate from their territory.
And, of course, they did.
I believe even the UN pointed that out at one point.
And if you don't think that's true, then there's evidence in the form of the fact that we've killed al-Qaeda operatives on Afghanistan soil.

We're just talking about American, etc.
Exceptionalism, because it's lacking.
It's as much of a threat to this country, I think, as any Taliban, as any foreign communist power like China.
I mean, honestly, I feel like the threat from within is as dangerous as it gets for our country, and perhaps much more so than the threat from within.
Let me give you an example.
I was talking about the teachers a moment ago.
Another one teacher who told the kid to say the Pledge of Allegiance to the gay pride flag because she didn't have an American flag.
This is the threat.
This is the threat when you take her and multiply her by the thousands of radical indoctrinators in the...
In the National Education Association, that's the teachers' biggest union.
The AFT, which is the American Federation of Teachers, that's the other.
Those are the two biggest unions.
What are they made of?
What are they made of?
Have you ever heard of the company Teach for America?
Know what Teach for America is?
Teach for America is a nonprofit organization.
And let me pull it up real quick, because I looked at it earlier this morning when I saw this job application.
They're a nonprofit whose stated mission is to enlist, develop, and mobilize as many as possible of our nation's most promising future leaders to grow and strengthen the movement of educational equity and excellence.
The organization aims to accomplish this by recruiting and selecting college graduates from top universities around the United States to serve as teachers.
And these college graduates from top universities are coming from where?
From the most liberal indoctrination centers that we have in American education.
Then we're going to put them in front of classrooms where they're going to pass it on to your susceptible children, to your 5-year-olds and your 18-year-olds.
Well, Teach for America, I had this sent to me by a friend who got a...
Chuck a lot of it as well as I did, but also I'm very concerned about it.
It's a job application that was posted on the Teach for America website.
The job application listing, which was actually from last month on August 18th, was for a Vice President of Equity and Belonging.
Does your company have a Vice President of Equity and Belonging?
Teach for America does.
They're seeking, the salary is confidential, they are seeking a VP of equity and belonging who will report to and be an essential thought partner to the chief of equity and belonging.
There's a chief, too.
In addition to a VP, there's a chief of equity and belonging.
Those sound nice, too, don't they?
Don't those sound wonderful?
Because equity sounds so much like equality, it's got to be good, right?
And belonging?
Who doesn't want to belong?
Who doesn't want to feel welcomed and belonged?
Of course, those are great things, right?
Your primary role will be to ensure that all TFA staff understand their roles in advancing racial equity and have the necessary resources available to them to do so.
This will include work to assist in planning, directing, managing, and overseeing day-to-day activities and operations to increase the organization's capacity to create greater racial equity within and beyond the organization.
In partnership with the Chief of Equity and Belonging and the Office of Equity and Belonging team, you will be responsible for determining and managing the racial equity, belonging, diversity, equity, Apparently there's a difference between equity and racial equity.
And inclusiveness development for the executive leadership team, along with engaging with external-facing constituents as proxy to the chief of equity and belonging.
Another key role is to be a partner to consultants and partners who will help support and advance our work toward becoming an anti-racist organization.
And there it is.
There's the money line.
Equity, belonging, inclusion.
By the way, don't forget diversity.
It's kind of funny.
You hear a lot of people talking about the concerns that they have of DEI. They call DEI diversity, equity, and inclusion.
They're clearly missing the boat here, because what they need to do is reorder those to DIE, diversity, inclusion, and equity, because then the acronym will spell DIE, which is exactly what they are trying to do.
They are trying to kill education and unity in the United States of America.
DI is far better than DEI when it comes to what these people are doing.
Now, this is Teach for America, an organization whose job and mission, as I said, is to find high-achieving students from the nation's top universities and turn them into anti-racist, racial equity, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusiveness teachers.
In other words, indoctrinators.
And although I know I don't have to explain to this very...
Intelligent audience what anti-racism is.
Anti-racism, of course, is the ticket that allows one to be racist to white people.
Anti-racism.
It can only be achieved when white people pay a penalty, when white people pay a price for perceived wrongs done by their ancestors and for things that they're going to do wrong that they probably don't even know about yet because racism and oppressiveness is in their DNA. You cannot be colorblind according to anti-racism.
You cannot be colorblind according to DI. That mission, that goal, that dream, once held by the likes of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., of being colorblindness, or colorblind, rather, where the sons of former slaves and former slave's owner can sit together at a table of unity?
That's long gone.
That's so passe.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Colorblindness is so out.
Now you must be color aware.
And if that color is dark, you must recognize that person as being oppressed, that person being victimized.
And you must make it your mission to un-victimize them, give them preferential treatment, make sure that they know that they will never be given a fair shake in a white world, and that you will do everything you can to apologize for the sins that their ancestors may have suffered.
That color awareness means that you must also recognize that when that skin is light rather than dark, you are now staring at an oppressor, at someone who's prejudiced, at someone who's racist, at someone who is privileged, at someone who is unable, because it's in their DNA to be what they are, but unable to be fair to people who are of a darker hue.
And this is being taught to future teachers by Teach for America.
It's being promoted by Curie Teachers and the National Education Association and the American Federation of Teachers.
And you wonder what the biggest threat to our country is?
it's the next generation Trending now on America first with Sebastian Burke
Talk to our millions of listeners across the country about your plans for Afghanistan the conditions-based withdrawal and what we have witnessed the disaster we've witnessed in the last three weeks weeks.
Maybe the greatest, most embarrassing disaster we've ever witnessed in our country.
The difference was almost, first of all, it was the opposite.
It was the exact opposite.
We knocked out ISIS. When I took over, ISIS was all over the Middle East.
We knocked out 100% of the ISIS caliphate.
I notice now they call it ISIS-K, so you'll explain that.
But we knocked out 100% of the ISIS caliphate.
We took out al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS. How is it possible that Joe Biden let this happen?
Was this intentional?
Did he want our enemies to have it?
It's hard to believe that incompetence could possibly let this happen.
Jake Sullivan, the highly unimpressive person who's never done anything useful in his life, says, we don't have a complete picture, obviously.
Of where every article of defense materials has gone, but certainly a fair amount of it has fallen into the hands of the Taliban.
And obviously we don't have a sense that we're going to be ready to handily hand it over to us at the airport.
The Taliban now has the 26th largest air force in the world with zero pilots.
600,000 weapons, 75,000 vehicles, 200 total aircraft, and $85 billion in total weapons.
110 helicopters, 60 transportation cargo airplanes, 20 light attack airplanes, and 18 intelligence reconnaissance and surveillance airplanes.
The Taliban now has more Black Hawk helicopters than Australia.
And this is all on our government.
This is all on Joe Biden, who now wants praise, who says this was a perfect withdrawal.
Are you kidding me?
Cut 59. Jen Psaki says that the Afghanistan effort is a success.
It's on track to be the largest airlift in U.S. history.
I'd say that this is now on track, Peter, to be the largest airlift in U.S. history.
And that is bringing American citizens out.
It is bringing our Afghan partners out.
It is bringing allies out.
So no, I would not say that is anything but a success.
Anything but a success.

You know how to reach the program.
I do want to talk to you, but I do want to give you a little bit of information now.
What I'm about to do is whataboutism.
The left likes to call it whataboutism.
That when you criticize something that Joe Biden has done or something like that, or I'm sorry, rather, when Joe Biden gets away with something and then you say, what if Donald Trump would, they call that whataboutism.
I don't care what they call it.
It's factual.
If Donald Trump and his administration tried to take credit for an evacuation of American citizens behind terrorist lines and they had nothing to do with it, the media would go crazy over it.
But not so much when it works out this way.
Marianne was unable to get into the Kabul airport a couple of weeks ago amid all that chaos.
She was stopped outside by the Taliban who put a gun to her head.
Then she was abandoned when U.S. forces left the country.
But she was saved thanks to a private team that got to them, drove them to the north of the country, and then after multiple attempts across the border to safety in a third country.
But immediately, the State Department took credit for it, saying they facilitated the escape, when in fact, they had practically nothing to do with it.
In fact, this was a private operation led by Congressman Corey Mills.
Ronny Jackson and military veterans.
Congressman Mullen, who was also involved, hit out at the State Department, tweeting, This is a flat-out lie.
The Biden administration abandoned them.
Let's be clear, it was our team of patriots who worked around the clock for two weeks to get them out.
That's a report from Fox News, and you just heard one of the members of Congress who was responsible for this.
Congressman Mullins from Oklahoma, worked with Ronnie Jackson, Congressman from Texas, along with Corey Mills, who is a candidate for Congress in Florida, all working their tail off with private institutions to free this family of four that they knew that were there.
And they worked on a private mission to make this happen, and when they brought them across the border and into a U.S. embassy, then Tony Blinken...
Who is the Secretary of State, Barack Obama's, or I'm sorry, Joe Biden, well, maybe that was an intentional slip.
Joe Biden's chief diplomat, top diplomat, the Secretary of State, claimed that they themselves, they announced, quote, the U.S. has facilitated the safe departure of four U.S. citizens by overland route from Afghanistan.
Embassy staff was present upon their arrival.
Embassy staff was present upon their arrival.
They ought to be.
They work in the embassy.
Did they go into Afghanistan and get these people out?
No.
So how can you claim that you facilitated the safe departure of these four citizens?
You know what it is, in all seriousness?
It sounds very much like stolen valor.
What is stolen valor?
Stolen valor is when somebody who is not a member of the military, Tries to claim that they were and that they did heroic things, or they are members of the military who did not do heroic things but tried to claim credit for heroism in the line of duty.
Well, this is the United States State Department under Tony Blinken, Secretary of State to Joe Biden, claiming credit for heroic work done by a private organization.
And that's what this was.
Corey Mills and his team of military veterans, drawing on funding by private donors, including the Sentinel Foundation, literally went into Afghanistan to rescue this woman, Miriam, and her three children, where they had been abandoned on direct command by the Biden administration, which held to their timeline, which the Taliban then called a red line.
Rather than doing what he told George Stephanopoulos he would do, and that is keep American troops on the ground until every American is out.
He abandoned hundreds of Americans and thousands of Afghan assistants who are loyal to the American cause.
So you've got private citizens working with members of Congress to go in there and rescue these American citizens.
And Tony Blinken?
And the State Department wants to claim credit for it?
It's stolen valor.
It is stolen valor.
And it is shameful.
And if it is something, again, back to whataboutism, that if Donald Trump and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tried to pull, it would be the end of their careers.

No fault of their own.
Our leadership is...
We just have bad leadership.
It's as simple as that.
And our leadership is trying to build wokesters while the rest of the world is trying to build warriors.
Because places like China, places like Russia, perhaps now even Afghanistan, obviously they don't have the resources to do so.
But these other places want to be number one, China specifically.
So while they're looking to build their militaries and to strengthen their militaries, we're looking to brainwash ours.
And it's a sad commentary, but I want you to understand what we're dealing with.
If we can't count on the Biden-Harris administration to conduct even a safe and orderly troop withdrawal or leave just a small residual amount of troops behind to keep the country stabilized, what else can we not count on from the Biden administration?
Look at our open borders.
Do you really believe that the Biden administration...
We'll be able to fix the borders, perhaps even once to fix the borders.
I don't even believe they want to fix the borders, frankly.
I don't think there's any doubt about it that the vast majority of us wanted to get out of there.
No one wants our soldiers to go to war in perpetuity.
But I don't believe in handing our soldiers a loss.
I don't believe in doing that.

I'm not sure exactly what the problem is with that.
Okay, yeah, so let's move on, and we'll try to go to...
I can't see the lines anymore.
Bring up line three for me.
Yeah, line three is...
John, I don't...
Chicago, thank you.
Apologies for these glitches here, John.
I don't have a screen in front of me anymore, but you're on the air, John.
Go right ahead.
That's okay.
Can you hear me?
Yes, sir.
I got you, John.
Go ahead.
Okay.
I want to ask you a question, and I hope you'll allow me to set it up.
As you know, at no point during the last 20 years was there ever a time when the Taliban was not going to instantly take over as soon as we left.
Donald Trump ran for office on a pledge to get us out of Afghanistan, withdraw all troops by the end of May of this year.
He drew down our force to the smallest force yet, 2,500, and he negotiated the release of dozens of Taliban fighters by Pakistan, including the Mullah, who is now in charge in Afghanistan.
And I'm wondering, given that Donald Trump created a situation where it was the strongest possible Taliban and the weakest possible U.S. force, How was he ever going to withdraw our force in Afghanistan by the end of May?
Two things.
Number one, it's not a matter of whether or not he was going to withdraw and whether or not Biden was going to withdraw.
They both agreed they wanted to withdraw.
It was a matter of how it was to be done.
And here's the thing.
Did you see what Joe Biden said or actually the White House said on behalf of the president over the weekend as these flights full of people were not being allowed to leave the airport in Afghanistan over the weekend because the Taliban was using those flights to try.
We try to extract more from the U.S. in order to let them go.
As the U.S. State Department literally broke American policy and negotiated with these terrorists, the statement from the White House was, quote, we do not have personnel on the ground.
We do not have air assets in the country.
We do not control the airspace.
So there's little we could do.
What we all need to realize here is that four weeks ago we did control the airspace.
Four weeks ago with 2,500 American troops and 300,000 Afghan security personnel who stayed to fight as long as there were American troops there, even 2,500 of them, controlled the airspace.
I think...
No, no, no, hold on.
Because this is important.
The order of things that Trump wanted to do by May 31st, or May 1st, whatever it was, and what Joe Biden didn't do...
When we do have control of the airspace, when we do have control of the ground, when we do have our forces, combined with other coalition forces, U.K. forces were there, French forces were there, and the Afghan security forces were there, that's the time that you evacuate every single American citizen, American contractor, Afghan who is loyal to America by working with the Americans as interpreters or in other capacities.
You get them out when you do have control of all of the territory.
And then you get out your military equipment, the $90 billion worth of American munitions, transport vehicles, weaponry, and so forth.
Then you withdraw those troops down to nothing.
And if the Taliban comes back in after that, well, that's a terrible outcome that I don't like.
But at least then, every American is free and every American weapon is in the hands of Americans, or at least denied from being in possession of this terrorist organization called the Taliban.
Now go ahead.
Okay, well, a few things.
Again, as I said, at no point during the last 20 years was there ever a time when the Taliban wasn't going to instantly take over when we left.
So Donald Trump's pledge to withdraw our troops.
Necessarily meant letting the Taliban take over.
I asked you how it would have been different if we'd done it three months ago.
Joe Biden at least...
I just told you.
Because he would have done it totally differently.
Joe Biden butchered it, John.
I think it's easy for you to say that.
Joe Biden literally did things backwards.
There is no disputing that.
That's why the letter was signed by hundreds of former AdWords and Generals, John, who said that...
Lloyd Austin, the defense secretary, must resign.
Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, must resign.
Joe Biden must take responsibility for this because they butchered what should have been a normal orderly withdrawal.
Now, full disclosure here, I disagree with Donald Trump.
And I disagree with Joe Biden.
I disagreed with Barack Obama.
And I disagreed with George Bush.
Any and every president who has said we should abandon Afghanistan and give it back to the Taliban, I disagreed with.
Everybody says, well, we can't fight a forever war.
We've got 38,000 troops in South Korea.
We're not at war with Korea, are we?
But they're there to deter the aggressive bad actions of the North Koreans.
We've got 50,000 troops still in Japan.
Why?
It's not a forever war.
We are there strategically to make sure and deter China.
We have 38,000 more troops in Germany.
We're not at war with the Nazis anymore, but we're there because strategically it helps deter Russian activity.
We keep troops on the ground in places we have battled if it is strategic to do it, and we should have done that in Afghanistan.
Afghanistan.
I'll be back.

This is the left and we've heard this so many times that the word is fluid for the Constitution.
Oh, it's fluid, it changes in meaning, so there's no real specific definition.
Well, that's not true.
The hallmark of our Constitution is not just separation of powers, but limited specific powers.
On the federal level, the Biden administration and the executive branch and even Congress are limited to the specific enumerated powers that are given in the United States Constitution.
Our 9th and 10th Amendment reserve all powers that are not enumerated to the states and to the people.
So that doesn't mean then that the states are just unlimited in their authority either.
And so the federal government has absolutely no authority to tell the states what to do with respect to vaccine mandates, with respect to any of these things that infringe upon our liberty and freedom.
We're no longer in a state of emergency.
The state legislatures can absolutely meet and they can determine whether or not to implement some of these things if they're even constitutional.
And there's a lot of reasons that they're not.
But that is a specifically legislative designation.
So for these executive branch officials to say, hey, we're exercising our emergency authorization, we're going to force.
Every individual to show a vaccine passport before they can take advantage and exercise their rights with respect to going into restaurants, gyms, hotels, I mean, all of these things.
That is a violation of the separation of powers.
Our government is not tyrannical.
They can't just decide what's best for you and me in the interest of, quote-unquote, public safety.
But this is where, Eric, the left wants to go.

Mr. President, the lying legacy media is supporting the Biden administration narrative that this is your plan, this is what you would have done.
It is clear you've just communicated you had a conditions-based withdrawal plan you would have kept, Bagram.
What would you be doing right now if you were the commander-in-chief?
If one U.S. citizen were hurt in Afghanistan, what would your response be and how would you use our special forces?
Well, we're in a much worse position right now than we were.
When I had it, it was absolutely, we had it so locked down, we would have been able to leave so easily.
And so, I mean, it would have just been a beautiful process.
And then the only question was...
...and then the only question was...
I know I'm in the minority on this issue because the majority of Americans, I think influenced by a lot of propaganda, to be quite frank, said we need to get out of Afghanistan.
We need to get out of Afghanistan.
We need to get out of Afghanistan.
And I'm in a minority when I say this.
I think that's a terrible, terrible, terrible mistake.
And I don't care if Trump was making the decision or if Obama or Biden made the decision.
And they all said they wanted the same thing, by the way.
It's just that Biden butchered making it happen.
But I think the decision to leave is a giant mistake.
Do you know that because of this decision, that on Saturday, when we commemorate, not celebrate, commemorate, The terrorist attack on our country.
The only people who are going to celebrate it are people like Jihad Omar and Sharia Tlaib.
They'll celebrate.
The rest of us will commemorate.
The rest of us will memorialize those who lost their lives on 9-11.
This Saturday is the 20th anniversary of September 11th.
A terror attack that was funded, planned, and trained out of the Taliban-controlled nation of Afghanistan.
On the 20th anniversary of the Taliban's attack on our country, American citizens will be held in that country behind Taliban lines.
You hear that?
You understand that?
Does that not embarrass you?
Does that not make you livid with anger?
It should.
On the 20th anniversary...
The government, the terrorist organization acting as a pseudo-government, the Taliban, is going to have Americans held behind enemy lines.
All because of an incompetent pre-Alzheimer's patient who somehow was installed as President of the United States.
A man who doesn't know what day it is.
Who completely butchered the withdrawal?
A man who lied to George Stephanopoulos on live television and said we will not leave until every American is out?
Left hundreds of Americans behind.
And on September 11th, as we are remembering what happened 20 years ago this Saturday, those Americans will be prisoners, be hostages, or be hiding from the Taliban that made it happen.
The United States is not safer because we withdrew from Afghanistan.
The United States, in fact, is in more danger.
That's my belief.
Change my mind on the other side.
We'll be back.

Our American soldiers have no fault of their own.

I think this is a crisis that we haven't faced since 9/11.
I think it's worse than 9-11 because we ran towards the danger and tried to save people.
Then now we're abandoning them.
Is the president going to stick with this?
It seems like the president is doubling down.
And what is shocking to me, we had a brief with Secretary Blinken, Secretary Austin, General Milley, etc.
And there was very strong bipartisan pushback.
On the August 31st deadline.
In fact, some of the strongest statements pushing back on that came from my Democratic colleagues, particularly those who are veterans who've served in Afghanistan and in uniform and other parts of the world were very forceful in telling the administration to their face that this is a disaster.
And I think there is a recognition by the administration that we can't Get all of our people, let alone the thousands of SIV applicants out, and yet a few hours later...
The President of the United States went on TV and doubled down on the August 31st deadline, which is completely arbitrary, or let me rather say is solely intended to get us out before September 11th, 2021. And as we've discussed before,
Hugh, whoever in the White House decided it would be a good idea to try and get everyone out by September 11th, 2021, and thinking that that would be some positive PR win for the United States should be fired, because that's a huge, huge propaganda win for the Taliban.
And as far as I'm concerned, if I may, as a former insider, the key question is going to be personnel.
We need to build the bench that helps staff you and doesn't subvert you.
What are your plans?
What would the second term look like?
And who's going to build that bench for you, sir?
Well, first of all, for you listeners, you did a fantastic job.
You were terrific.
I deal with you a lot.
And I dealt with you after you went out and made a fortune.
I hope you're making a fortune anyway, but I think you are based on your ratings.
But I dealt with you a lot, and that's why I do your show, and I don't do a lot of other shows.
I do people that I respect and people that have been fair, and you've been—really, I congratulate you.
But you were very important, and the great job that you did, you have a knowledge.
I heard the word strategist mentioned in the opening, that you were a strategist, and that's really what Biden needs.
He needs somebody to help him, because our country is embarrassed.
Our country has never been embarrassed like they are right now.
In the speech in Alabama where we had a massive crowd, they say 68,000 people showed up in the rain.
It was rain and thunder.
And we put up, I put up, I had the idea the morning of, this was Saturday, the morning of, put up the General Patton, the opening monologue that he does in the movie Patton, which I don't know if it got the Academy Award or very close.
And I think George E. Scott did get the Academy Award.
But we put up the opening monologue.
And I said, that is not a woke general, but it's a general that knows how to win.
And we have guys that are more interested in things that have nothing to do with our military.
It's really what's going on now is crazy.
With our whole country, with our whole country, what they're doing now to our country is absolutely frightening.

So the last caller...
That I had on was talking about what Trump was going to do as he was going to withdraw the troops back in May.
Biden withdrew them at the end of August, and Obama wanted to withdraw them pretty much through his entire presidency, but never did.
Everybody, you know, it's been a very popular...
Belief that we have to get out of Afghanistan.
We did what we went there to do, which was to get revenge for 9-11, to avenge the deaths of the American citizens and the 3,000 Americans and the attack on our soil.
And we did that, and so it's time to get out of there.
That's kind of been the very popular feeling over the course of the last 20 years, and certainly for maybe the last 15, 16, 17. A lot of people wanted out right after we went in.
But I've got to tell you, that is not my view.
I said this before the break, and I'll say it again now.
We are not in a forever war simply because we have troops stationed strategically, particularly if they are trainers and support staff for a nation's actual military.
Like they would be and have been for years now in Afghanistan.
The Afghan fighting forces, those service personnel, they got their steel, they got their iron, they got their courage from being supported by the American military.
And once the American military was pulled out in total by Joe Biden, the Afghan service members, their own security forces, bailed.
Because Joe Biden is just a complete and utter blithering idiot.
Now, I give him credit.
I always say if you're going to be an idiot, go full blithering.
So good for him for that.
But the reality of the situation is he did everything backwards.
Instead of having the troops and the air forces and the Afghan security personnel and other coalition forces there while we evacuate our citizens safely and fully, Then remove our military equipment?
Then remove our remaining forces?
He did it backwards, which has led to the disaster that has led to so many people to call for his resignation, the resignation of his military leadership, the resignation of his State Department, and more.
But as far as just the overall decision to leave, I think it's a bad one.
I think it was bad when Trump suggested it, and I think it's bad now.
We have 30,000 to 50,000 troops in several strategic locations around the world in which we have fought.
And we maintained that troop presence there to keep the peace and to, you know, be a deterrent against bad actions by formerly bad, you know, people.
And in fact, some of them still are.
Now, we are, of course, allies with Japan.
We are friendlies, not enemies.
But we still have 50,000 troops in Japan.
Because it's strategic for us to do so.
To be in that Pacific theater still in the event of something from China, for example.
We are still in South Korea, 38,000 or so strong, to deter North Korea.
We're still in Germany, even though we're not fighting Hitler anymore, but we're there to deter Russian activity.
There are reasons we should have kept forces in Afghanistan.
And that is to stop Afghanistan from becoming what it was on 9-10.
Of 2001. A terrorist safe haven from which terror attacks of magnitudes we never before thought possible could be launched.
Are we safer today having all of the troops out?
Forget about the obvious.
The horrific decision to leave Americans behind.
Forget about the obvious.
The fact that we have Americans being held or hiding from the Taliban 20 years after 9-11, on the day, this Saturday, there will be Americans hiding from or held by the Taliban on the 20th anniversary of the Taliban-slash-Al Qaeda attack on our country.
Aside from the anger that should seethe inside of you, aside from that, are we safer as a country now that the Taliban...
And ISIS-K and Al-Qaeda are all going to be resurgent and using Afghanistan as a staging point.
Are we safer?
Let me share this with you.
I do not have much use for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Mark Milley.
Mark Milley, to me, has made America less safe.
By focusing our troops on pronouns, genders, social justice, anti-racism, he has literally made us less safe by focusing on those things instead of focusing on military preparedness.
And I think our military is woeful in terms of its preparedness right now.
Having said that, I will give him credit for his honesty in this interview that he did over the weekend with Jennifer Griffin of Fox News.
Are we safer now?
Or are we not?
I want you to listen to Mark Milley again, a guy that I don't have a ton of respect for, but I respect when he's being honest, and he's being honest here.
Listen.
And we're going to monitor that.
Now, the challenge for us now, for the military and the CIA and the intelligence services, is we've got to execute what people...
I want to back that up for a second here.
My apologies.
I thought it was queued up.
It was not entirely queued up.
But I want you to hear the question from Jennifer Griffin and the answer about military preparedness and the level of our safety with the forces gone from Afghanistan.
Let's try that again.
60 miles, 60 kilometers.
The planning was extensive.
Those were actually thought-out options.
There were various branches and sequels to all of these things.
And the other thing was a permissive environment.
We had a government, you had an army.
When the government and the army fell apart, then you're into a different contingency, which was the NEO. And that was called, and we brought in the forces to do it.
How many troops would you have needed to re-tape Agram, as some people have suggested?
How many troops would you have needed, and what would the Taliban have taken that to mean?
Well, if we went in and retook Bagram, if that were to happen, if that decision were ever made, we had contingencies to do that, by the way, and those were briefed.
But that's a significant troop commitment.
Number one, you're looking at 18th Airborne Corps.
You're probably looking at 10,000 or more additional forces.
And then you're going to have to secure Bagram, you're going to have to clear Kabul, and you're going to have to secure Kia.
So your total, you're looking somewhere in the range of 15,000 to 20,000 additional forces.
And, most importantly, you would re-initiate a war with the Taliban, which of course we could do.
But that's what would have happened.
So you would have been fighting ISIS and the Taliban, and with all the casualties, etc.
I know a lot of people are talking about it, but I wonder if the support would have been there, if had that been done, had that decision been made.
I personally think the military conditions did not warrant that.
I think the military conditions warranted what we did.
And when you saw the Taliban sweeping across...
I'm going to pause this there, because there's a couple of points that need to be followed up on.
Joe Biden has tried to claim, and the same thing that Milley did here, and he still hasn't reached the point that I wanted him to get to, by the way, but tried to say that the choices were take them out by that deadline or inject another 10,000 or 20,000 or 30,000 American troops in to retake Afghanistan.
I don't believe that is the case at all.
I don't believe that's true.
I don't believe that most of the military commanders that have weighed in on this have said the same thing was true.
All we needed was to keep our contingency force there, and the 300,000-strong Afghan security force would have stayed to fight and defend.
That's why we hadn't had any attacks that took the life of an American soldier or American service member since February of 2020. Nearly two years, we have not had one person die.
So we would not have needed to go back in with all of those.
But I want to give you the direct quotes here that, again, the cue was not up there.
But he said the following.
My military estimate is that the conditions are likely to develop into a civil war.
I don't know if the Taliban is going to consolidate power and establish governance, but there is a good probability of a broader civil war that will then in turn lead to conditions that could in fact lead to a reconstitution of al-Qaeda, a growth of ISIS, or a myriad of terrorist groups.
Then ask if we would have to go back into Afghanistan again.
General Milley said it's too early to say yes, but he did not discount the possibility.
And that's huge.
I'll get your reaction to that.

So, yeah, I actually did a little bit of preparation this time and made sure that the clip was in the right place here.
I want you to hear that part from Mark Milley talking about the question that I think we all should be asking ourselves right now.
Is America safer now, 20 years after 9-11, from the Taliban and from the terrorists in Afghanistan after having removed our troops?
Is the U.S. safer today since the U.S. has withdrawn from Afghanistan?
Well, you know, this is something that I've thought a lot about.
And I personally think that my military estimate is that the conditions are...
Likely to develop of a civil war.
I don't know if the Taliban is going to be able to consolidate power and establish governance.

But I think there's at least a very good probability of a broader civil war.
And that will then, in turn, lead to conditions that could, in fact, lead to a reconstitution of Al Qaeda or a growth of ISIS or other myriad of terrorist groups.
So I think the short answer to your question is we don't know yet.
But the conditions are very likely, in my opinion, and I've testified this and I've said it in public, that you could see a resurgence of terrorism coming out of that general region within 12, 24, 36 months.
I just don't know how to square that with the policymaking here.
And again, this isn't just an attack on Biden.
I will attack Biden for a million different things for which he is attackable, for which he is responsible.
But this isn't one of those partisan things.
I would say the same thing about President Trump.
I disagreed when Donald Trump said when he was still in office that he wanted to pull all the troops out of Afghanistan, and I disagree with it now.
How do you square in your head that we sent thousands and thousands of troops and spent millions or billions of dollars over 20 years To wipe out the terror threat in Afghanistan that led to 9-11.
To only 20 years later leave and have the exact same terror group be in charge and threatening us again.
Except this time with American hostages behind their lines.
If you are a family member, a Gold Star family member, Of one of the fighting men or women who lost their life in Afghanistan.
Fighting to avenge 9-11 and, most importantly, to wipe out the capability of the Taliban and Al-Qaeda or other terror groups from launching an attack against America or her allies or her interests again.
If your loved one gave his or her life in that effort, 20 years later, knowing that their life was lost and nothing was gained.
Now, don't get me wrong.
I'm not suggesting that nothing was gained in 20 years.
Over 20 years, we did.
We stopped them from being able to carry out new terror attacks from Afghanistan.
That's a noble and great outcome.
And those who lost their lives in service to that...
Of course, our heroes.
But how do you feel if your loved one lost their life and now, after 20 years of the security they provided, we just say, okay, everybody get out, and we're going to let them do what they were doing 20 years ago.
Funding, supporting, training terrorist operations out of Afghanistan.
How does that make us better?
How does that make us safer?
How does that make you feel?
And what if you're a survivor?
What if you were an Afghan war veteran?
Who came home minus a leg or two, an arm, a face, burned badly, whatever the level of your injuries, your wounds, you fought to get rid of the Taliban and eliminate their capacity to carry out terror against our country or our interests.
To know that we have now yanked out for political reasons the remaining forces and the Taliban is...
Shooting guns and fireworks into the air as they walk into hangars to inspect their new booty, their new Apache helicopters, American helicopters, war machines, tanks, surface-to-air missiles, 34,000 machine guns.
Did you see that video last week of them after Biden, after the last troops came out on the 30th?
They were shooting off fireworks and shooting our guns in the air as they walked into the hangars to look at their new equipment for the first time.
How do you feel knowing, if you left Afghanistan a hero, knowing that the Taliban now has the 30th largest and strongest air force?
In the world.
That's not a mistake.
That's not a misspeak.
The 30th strongest Air Force in the world, simply by what we left behind, that they are now in control of.
I can't justify that.
I just don't understand it.
I really don't.
All right, let's go to...
How about Long Beach, California?
Suzanne, you're on the Dennis Prager Show.
It's Bob France sitting in.
Go right ahead.
Hey, Bob.
Good morning.
Thank you so much for taking my call.
My pleasure.
Hey, you know, I am hoping that I speak for other people in asking if you could give us all a quick lesson like a Dummies for Socialism 101. Like, what are the things that, as a capitalist country, will push us into socialism?
What do we need to look out for?
Obviously, a diminishing middle class, I would think, is one of those factors.
But could you all school us just real quick?
I'm not super articulate, and I would love to be able to at least know something about that.
Well, you know what, Suzanne?
It's almost as if this was a plant phone call.
Like, I arranged for you to call me as if I know you and ask me about socialism.
Because what I'm going to ask you to do, and thank you for your call, Suzanne, Stay with us for about another half hour, because at the top of the next hour, I plan on doing an entire segment or two or three on socialism.
This was my plan coming into the show today.
I was actually going to do it in hour number two, but I'm on to the Afghanistan part of this.
But I was actually going to talk about socialism and give you some very direct examples of what it is, how it works, and why it doesn't work.
And just as a little teaser for the top of the next hour, I'll tell you this.
It was tried here in the United States.
Not at a macro level, not at the full-on federal government level, but it was tried on a micro level.
And it grew, and it expanded outside of the United States.
And the result was catastrophic.
I will explain all of that at the top of the next hour, I promise.
Promise.
We'll be back.
We'll be back.
You know, General McMaster and Secretary Esper are blaming you for the Doha agreement.
They're saying that you empowered them.
What do you make of these criticisms from General McMaster, who is your second national security advisor and Secretary Esper?
Yeah, these are two guys.
You know, I had great people in my administration, but those two were stiffs.
McMaster was not a smart guy.
All he liked doing was talking to the press, and I rarely listened to him, and then ultimately fired him.
And Jesper, I called him Jesper because all he did was say yes.
Jesper was like a little boy.
All he did was say yes.
No matter what you asked him, he was a lightweight.
And honestly, should not have been in that position.
We were rushed because there was a difficulty with a good man who was in there prior to him.
He had some...
Family difficulty.
And I gave Jesper a try and put him in there for a short period of time.
He didn't have what it takes.
The men and women, the people within the military, did not respect him.
And McMaster, all he did was like to write things and write books and complain, and he wasn't a smart person.
Just so you understand, they're complaining about the agreement that I just talked about with you, which had strong conditions.
And when the reason, as an example, I wanted to be out as soon as possible, but we had to get out strong with all our equipment and no death.
The reason nobody was killed in the last 18 months was because of what we did.
Beyond the agreement was because of the relationship I developed with the leaders, and in particular with Abdul.

And Jen Psaki, the pressure is getting to her, questioned by Peter Doocy, a famous clip already, cut number 11.
Does the president have a sense that most of the criticism is not of leaving Afghanistan?
It's the way that he has ordered it to happen, by pulling the troops before getting these Americans who are now stranded.
Does he have a sense of that?
First of all, I think it's irresponsible to say Americans are stranded.
They are not.
We are committed to bringing Americans who want to come home, home.
We are in touch with them via phone, via text, via email, via any way that we can possibly reach Americans.
Jake Tapper thinks they're stranded on CNN cut number four.
Look, I understand.
The Dennis Prager Show.
Phone lines open at 877-243-7776.
That's 8 Prager-776.
My name is Bob Frantz, sitting in for Dennis.
Going to go right back to the phone calls.
We're going to talk to Doug in Ewing, New Jersey.
Doug, thanks for calling the Dennis Prager Show.
Go right ahead.
Hey, good afternoon.
I had a commentary.
Doug Sattel, S-I-T-T-E-L on Google.
Can you do the phone call?
I appreciate it.
Let's move on to...
How about Steve in Reno, Nevada?
Steve, you are on the Dennis Prigger Show.
Go right ahead.
Well, thank you so much for your time.
I couldn't agree with your point more about Afghanistan being less safe.
You know, it makes my blood boil not to call our enemy an enemy.
Pakistan is an enemy of the United States.
Pakistan harbored Osama bin Laden.
Pakistan and their intelligence services formulated.
The Taliban 1.0 reconstituted Taliban 2.0.
And, you know, that's one point, and I'd like to get your reaction to that, why it's not being talked about more.
Secondly, it seems like India, our only true partner in the region, and the United States have delegated caretaking of antiterrorism activity basically to the Pakistanis in their ISI intelligence service.
I don't think that worked out too well pre-9/11.
It's not going to work out again.
And right now, as we speak, we have remnants of the Northern Alliance, who were our true partners, fighting and dying in the Panjshir Valley.
And I don't want a Monday morning quarterback, but where are we throwing our weight behind people that are moderates in the region, where we could at least have a foothold?
I think the biggest mistake the United States makes in Afghanistan, Iraq, and even Vietnam, we cannot hold the territory.
Once we fight the battle, we're great at fighting the battle, but we don't have the support of the people from an ethnic standpoint.
So I think having something of something and nothing of nothing, we look at this monolistically, and we think that we can go in and unify the whole country.
We forget that Afghanistan is a tribally diverse country.
So I'll leave it there.
I just wanted to get your reaction.
Well, you make some great points, and you're spot on.
And thank you for the phone call, Steve, about, you know, about, you said ethnically.
I would probably call it culturally.
The cultural differences and the tribal differences in the way Afghanistan is made up, it means it's never going to be, you know, a place where we can nation build.
It's never going to be a democratic government or a democracy that we can help install there.
It's even harder there than it was in Iraq to try to do.
So you're right.
I think we do need to pull through our support behind some of the more moderates in the region.
But most importantly, I think we need to be in the region.
Because we're never going to, as much as we would like to try, to put together a force that's going to allow a real democratic government to be installed or elected.
To make it democratic, it would have to be elected.
And to actually grow and develop to a point over the course of decades that we're not needed there to provide security forces for.
It's just never going to work that way.
So for me, I think we need to acknowledge the fact there are regions of the world in which we are going to be very, very vulnerable if we don't have a military presence, a strong military presence.
And I think that would be one of them.
This is one of them where I think we stay.
We obviously have allies in Israel.
We have allies in India, as you point out.
What we need to do is make sure that we have a strong enough force there.
I looked it up during the break.
In 2018 is the last count that I have.
We have 29,000 troops stay active in reserve in South Korea.
We haven't been at war with Korea for 50 years, almost 60 years.
Admittedly, there was never a result.
It was a ceasefire, an armistice, but not a declaration of victory or surrender.
But anyway, we're not fighting with the North Koreans, but we're there in case we have to.
We're not fighting, you know, with China, but we are in, you know, the Pacific region in Japan in case we have to.
We're not fighting Russia, but we are in Germany and in other places around Europe because we have to in case we have to.
I don't understand why we cannot do the same thing.
And as far as trusting Pakistan, Republican and Democrat presidents alike.
Have made the mistake of trusting the Pakistanis and treating them as if they're allies.
They are not our allies.
They are absolutely responsible for the Taliban, for the resurgence thereof, for housing them when they were run out of Afghanistan when we went in in October, November of 2001. And to think that they're allies now is a mistake on our part that could be very, very costly.
And you're right.
They harbored Osama bin Laden, proclaiming they didn't know he was in Islamabad.
Yeah, he did.
They knew exactly what was going on, and we need to treat them as such.
Very, very good phone call, my friend.
I know you just had a lot of stuff you wanted to get out there.
There's not a lot of answers for it, but I'm with you, and I'll get it out there, too.
We're going to take more phone calls coming up at 877-243-7776.

This is the left and we've heard this so many times that the word is fluid.
For the Constitution.
Oh, it's fluid.
It changes in meaning.
So there's no real specific definition.
Well, that's not true.
The hallmark of our Constitution is not just separation of powers, but limited specific powers.
And so on the federal level, the Biden administration and the executive branch and even Congress are limited to the specific enumerated powers that are given in the United States Constitution.
or 9th and 10th amendment reserve all powers that are not enumerated to the states and to the people.
So that doesn't mean then that the states are just unlimited in their authority either.
And so the federal government has absolutely no authority to tell the states what to do with respect to vaccine mandates, with respect to any of these things that infringe upon our liberty and freedom.
We're no longer in a state of emergency.
The state legislatures can absolutely meet and they can determine whether or not to implement some of these things if there is Even constitutional.
And there's a lot of reasons that they're not.
But that is a specifically legislative designation.
So for these executive branch officials to say, hey, we're exercising our emergency authorization.
We're going to force every individual to show a vaccine passport before they can take advantage and exercise their rights with respect to going into restaurants, gyms, hotels.
I mean, all of these things.
That is a violation of the separation of powers.
The government is not tyrannical.
They can't just decide what's best for you and me in the interest of, quote unquote, public safety.
But this is where, Eric, the left wants to go.

Mr. President, the lying legacy media is supporting the Biden administration narrative that this is your plan.
This is what you would have done.
And then the only question was probably you bombed the bases, because why should we give those bases to others?
So we would bomb the hell out of the bases, the various bases other than Bagram, which we would have kept.
Yeah, today that Relief Factor pain-free studio is here today that Relief Factor pain-free studio is here in Cleveland, Ohio.
AM 1420 WHK, to be the answer, to be quite precise.
Good to be with you.

To Governor Greg Abbott, the Texas state legislature, after the cowardly Democrats ran from Austin, Texas, to Washington, D.C. to hide from election reform, which will make it easier to vote for Texans and harder to cheat.
They finally had to come back.
Governor Greg Abbott called yet another special session, and today...
Governor Abbott signed, the result of that special session, the passage of an election reform bill in the state of Texas.
Greg Abbott.
Election integrity is now law in the state of Texas.
Yeah.
If I may, I like to do this.
this.
I don't do it often, but this is just the way I celebrate great news.
Can you dig it?
A little bit more from Greg Abbott about this historic moment.
This is an area where both Republicans as well as Democrats agree has been the easiest way to cheat in the election process.
The law that I'm about to sign...
He was speaking of mail-in voting.
The easiest way to cheat is mail-in.
We're not talking about the legal and time-tested manner of absentee ballots, which of course are cast by troops overseas, people living out of state, etc., etc.
We're not talking about the traditional absentee.
We're talking about mail-in voting, where unrequested ballots were mailed to virtually everybody, whether they were alive or dead, whether they were in their old district or not.
Mail-in voting is exactly...
The easiest way to cheat.
Now that's illegal.
No mail-in voting in the state of Texas.
What else?
Come on, Governor.
Apparently Greg Abbott got shy.
He doesn't want to play that clip.
Or he doesn't want to be heard, rather, on that clip.
All right, maybe that's time to go back to the...
It ensures that every eligible voter will have the opportunity to vote.
One way that it achieves that is it provides even more hours of time for people to be able to go cast their vote.
Makes it easier to vote legally and harder to cheat.
That's the bottom line.
Let's go to John, who's calling us from where?
Shenandoah, Virginia.
John, you're on the Dennis Prager Show.
Thanks for your patience.
Go right ahead.
Hey, thanks, Bob.
I got a couple points here.
One of your callers was talking about the socialism thing, and so I've worked in workforce services.
I'm a retired Army chaplain, but I've done a bunch of stuff.
With the extra money that they were getting here in Virginia, it works out to a little over $1,650 an hour for them to sit at home.
And it actually sets them up poorly because many people, they were making more money than what they would have working.
And now they need to go back to work, and they could be upside down.
I have a friend who works at a Toyota dealership.
She says they've sold more cars in the last year to people that probably shouldn't be getting them.
That's point one.
Point two, I was sitting in the Middle East in 2014, and I had a security officer sit down for breakfast with me and ask me off the top of his head, how many countries do you think we're in right now?
And I sat there for a second and said about 52. And he said, how do you know that?
I said, because every place we've ever been, with the exception of Vietnam, we've left a contingency there, and we should have never left Bagram Air Force Base.
I was there in 2009. The last thing I want to bring up is the idea in Virginia they just did away with showing an ID to vote.
Now, I work the polls, too.
Why is it okay to do that and require people to have to show proof of citizenship via the I-9 form to get a job in this country or to purchase cigarettes or to buy alcohol?
Or to buy a farm.
It's just ludicrous.
Nobody sits down and connects the dots.
It's just ludicrous.
Well, you're spot on.
Very well said.
And I'll speak to your second point first.
Thanks so much for the phone call.
You know, with respect to...
Leaving our troops in place around the world, you're exactly right.
It's called a reserve force or a deterrent force or whatever you want to call it.
But we have been in places around the globe where we have fought and we leave troops there just like we should in Afghanistan, just like we should in the Middle East in general to deter actions before they can be taken.
It's why we went.
Look, I don't want to relitigate.
The George W. Bush decision to go into Iraq in 2003. But I supported it.
And I'll say why.
The same reason that I believe we should stay in Afghanistan.
Because at the time, the threat of Saddam Hussein taking weapons of mass destruction, and you can describe those or define those any way you wish.
Like I said, I'm not going to debate you on it.
I'm not going to relitigate that.
He had used weapons, including biological agents, chemical agents against his own people before.
And the idea that he may have had even something as high as nuclear power or whatever other weapon of mass destruction, the idea after we got attacked the way we did, that we would leave that guy unchecked, I understood why we went.
I understood why we had to be there to try to stop things before they happen.
And I believe that stopping after, of course, 9-11, going into Afghanistan and stopping the Taliban from being able to do anything else again, stopping it before it happens, was a noble goal.
And I think it was right to stay there.
And I think it's right for us to be in 52 countries or whatever it is that the last caller just said that we are.
I completely concur.
As to the last point, which was about voting, I think it was voter ID. Spot on.
But everything you just said as far as connecting the dots?
They've connected them.
They know that it makes no sense whatsoever to require ID to buy alcohol, require ID to get a job, require ID to open a bank account, to rent a home or lease an apartment or any of those kinds of things that we all use IDs for.
They know full well that it makes just as much sense to require that for voting, but they know they're going to lose.
The bottom line is they know they're going to lose.
And so one of the only things that they have to cling to is the notion that requiring people to do normal things that everybody can do, we can use that as a race card.
We can use the race card here to claim you are denying people who are less capable than others of getting identification from participating in the franchise, from voting.
They know full well.
The dots are connected.
But this is all they have left to go on.
It's embarrassing, it's insulting, and it's racist to suggest that people cannot get identification to vote because they're minorities.
But this is all they have left, my friend.
So making more points to them doesn't do anything.
All right, let's get a quick timeout and come right back with more calls.
Bob Branson for Dennis Prager.
I don't want to go just bring this up.

So while they're looking to build their militaries and to strengthen their militaries, we're...
We're looking to brainwash ours.
Do you really believe that the Biden administration We'll be able to fix the borders, perhaps even wants to fix the borders.
I don't even believe they want to fix the borders, frankly.
I don't think there's any doubt about it that the vast majority of us wanted to get out of there.
No one wants our soldiers to go to war in perpetuity.
But I don't believe in handing our soldiers a loss.
I don't believe in doing that.
and I believe that if we send our soldiers to war, we need to send them to war.
About socialism in a way you probably have not discussed it in the past, or maybe you were not aware of in the past.
But socialism has been tried here in the United States, not on the federal government level, not even on a state level.
It's a micro level, not a macro level, but it was tried.
It was bought into.
Capitalism was rejected.
Full-on abdication of private property.
Every element of socialism was tried and practiced.
And the result was catastrophic.
It's an event that you know of, but you don't know why.
The chances are, because of the media, you don't know why.

Well, I bless you for always broadcasting our Pledge of Allegiance to the world.
For me and all knowledgeable American patriots, it's a transcendent prayer and a holy aspiration, not a declaration of fulfilled reality.
And the pledge is our nation's north star to which we set our dreams.
And that's why atheists and Marxists and Maoists and anarchists are obligated to detest it, for it violates all their principles of tyranny and enslavement and predation.
And just the idea of one nation under God, that's gotta go.
Indivisible, with multiculturalism, CRT, and inclusion bigotry, that's gotta go.
With liberty and justice for all, biblical constructs, they have definitely gotta go.
That is an outstanding phone call, my friend.
Thank you so much.
And it's my pleasure to share that every day with my audience and certainly what I'm sitting in for Dennis, which I will tomorrow as well, at the top of every show of that Pledge of Allegiance.
It is indeed everything that you just said.
It is an aspirational prayer and a pledge of loyalty to a freedom unlike any other.
Thank you, my friend.
God bless.

Charlie, good morning once again.

I just think that you put your finger right on it when you opened up, saying the biggest problem in America is this anti-Americanism.
I remember when Chiang Kai-shek said that the Japanese invasion was a disease of the skin, but communism was a disease of the heart.
And that's what we've got going on in this country, a disease of the heart.
I really believe the beginning of it was in the 80s, this tolerance movement.
We were afraid of suicide by homosexuals and stuff, so we had this tolerance, and it morphed into wokeism.
And it's a Marxist play.
It's a disease of the heart.
Donald Trump is right.
It's a weakness of our country.
It is a weakness, and it's one that will tear.
And thank you, my friend.

And we put up, I put up, I had the idea the morning of, this was Saturday, the morning of, put up the General Patton.
The opening monologue that he does in the movie Patton, which I don't know if it got the Academy Award or very close.
And I think George E. Scott did get the Academy Award.
But we put up the opening monologue, and I said, that is not a woke general, but it's a general that knows how to win.

This is the left.
And we've heard this so many times that the word is fluid for the Constitution.
Ninth and Tenth Amendment reserve all powers that are not enumerated to the states and to the people.
So that doesn't mean then that the states are just unlimited in their authority either.
And so the federal government has absolutely no authority to tell the states what to do with respect to vaccine mandates, with respect to any of these things that infringe upon our liberty and freedom.
We're no longer in a state of emergency.
The state legislatures can absolutely meet and they can.
We can determine whether or not to implement some of these things if they're even constitutional.
Our government is not tyrannical.
They can't just decide what's best for you and me in the interest of quote-unquote public safety.
But this is where, Eric, the left wants to go.

Mr. President, the lying legacy media is supporting the Biden administration narrative that this is your plan.
This is what you would have done.
And then the only question was probably you bombed the bases, because why should we give those bases to others?
So we would bomb the hell out of the bases, the various bases other than Bagram, which we would have kept.
But if you think about it, How can it be worse?
So now it's a much more difficult position because they have thousands of hostages, American hostages.
You know, Jimmy Carter had a small number of hostages.
Now they have thousands of American hostages, so it's much different.
I would absolutely have a plan, but I don't want to say what the plan is because I think it would be inappropriate.
But the idea that you would be taking orders from the Taliban like Joe Biden is?
Ridiculous, because I dealt with Abdul and everybody else, and we were totally in charge.
And they would have never come in.
They wouldn't have even tried to come into Kabul, even though Ghani, I always said he's a crook, 100% crooked, a bad leader, but a crooked guy.
And he had the United States Senate wrapped around his finger.
That was his only strength.

I want to talk about something impactful and meaningful right now.
If I say to you, don't drink the Kool-Aid, what does it mean to you?
Chances are everybody knows by now that it means something along the lines of don't participate in groupthink.
Don't just go along with it because everybody's going along with it.
Don't believe all of the hype.
Just because you see a whole bunch of other people saying, I'm doing it, I'm doing it, I'm doing it, that's called drinking the Kool-Aid.
What does it refer to?
Obviously, it refers to the 1978 murder-suicide of over 900 people in Guyana at the People's Temple.
The commune that they established there was called Jonestown.
Now, you probably know Jim Jones.
You probably know about drinking the Kool-Aid, forcing, or the true believers did it voluntarily, drinking cyanide-laced Kool-Aid as a final act of revolutionary suicide after all of their plans were destroyed.
What were their plans?
There's a reason, rather, I'm bringing this up.
People think they know the Jim Jones story and the Jonestown story.
Think that what Jim Jones was was a religious figure.
An example of religious extremism gone too far.
A cult leader.
That he used his pulpit to lead a bunch of sheep, ignorant streep, astray down this religious path.
Jim Jones was not a religious figure.
Jim Jones used religion.
To advance the one thing that he really was.
A socialist dictator.
A believer in full-on communism.
A believer in full-on socialism.
And the need to impose his will over legions of helpless people.
Socialism has been tried in this country, and it was tried in the People's Temple.
First in Indiana, then in San Francisco, California, and then eventually out of the country in Guyana.
And I want to tell his story, and I want you to understand exactly how dangerous groups like Black Lives Matter, devoted and dedicated to the same Marxist principles that Jim Jones and his followers were.
That the Revolutionary Communist Party in the USA that you see marching alongside of Antifa and Black Lives Matter at every single protest march that they do, they are dedicated to the very same things that Jim Jones was.
Now you may think I'm full of you-know-what.
I want you to listen.
And I want you to understand.
Jim Jones...
Was not a cult leader.
He was a socialist dictator, full-throated, preaching equality, equity, justice, liberation.
Where have you heard those things before?
Right now, every day, on every website you find, equity, social justice, equality, liberation.
Jim Jones...
He was an enormous fan and student of everything from Joseph Stalin's Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Adolf Hitler's National Socialist Workers' Party, the Nazis, Los Castros 1 and 2 in Cuba, Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, Pol Pot in Cambodia, and many others.
He was cut from the same cloth as every single one of those, and the worst part, or best part, depending on your point of view, is that he didn't hide it, and yet no one knew what he was doing.
Let me say that again.
He didn't hide it.
He spoke to it in his sermons.
He spoke to socialism as God.
Quite literally, God.
How did he get all of these people to drink his socialist Kool-Aid when they had to know the outcome?
Because every time socialism has been tried, back in the 20th century and before, it has failed around the globe, and the only certainty to come from socialism is death, which is exactly what happened in this case as well.
A report done by Accuracy in Media in 1978, the year that Jim Jones and his followers killed themselves and one another, they made it very clear that the ideology of Jonestown was communism, not Christianity.
But the media has obscured this through the last several decades rather than explain it.
Why?
Because communism goes hand-in-hand with leftism, which goes hand-in-hand with the American Democrat Party.
And yes, true to form, many of the most prominent American Democrats at the time were supporters, very public and loud supporters, of the Reverend Jim Jones.
Accuracy in Media explained, our media have concealed and misrepresented or downplayed the key element in the philosophy of Jim Jones.
Noting that he was a communist who admired totalitarian communist dictatorships, such as the Soviet Union and Cuba, so much so that he built one of his own in Guyana.
Even weeks after the deaths were discovered in Guyana, there was not a single article, according to accuracy in media, in the entirety of the American press, that delved into Jim Jones' Marxist beliefs and his connections.
Instead, despite his views and his well-known admiration of Castro's Cuba, for example, as well as the Soviet Union, reporters went out of their way to avoid labeling him a communist.
In fact, it was so bad that some in the media, including Walter Cronkite, reported on Jones as a fascist, calling him any ist they could find as long as it wasn't communist.
Yet a Marxist he was.
And so was his group.
How did he get it started?
How did he start selling people on Marxism when people knew how deadly Marxism and socialism was?
And the answer, my friend, is exactly the way they're doing it today.
Here in the United States today, what are they using to divide America?
To divide us from haves and have-nots, from privileged to underprivileged, from oppressor to victim.
They're using race.
They're using it in critical race theory.
They're using it in anti-racism.
And it's exactly what Jim Jones used in the 1960s and early 70s when he was building his church.
Just listen to his sons, Stephen Jones and Jim Jones Jr. His mother instilled in him this concern for the downtrodden, the have-nots.
And I think that he genuinely felt it was wrong that people be judged by the color of their skin or their background or what they come from.
His message resonated more with African Americans.
They were so tired of...
I'm going to tell you one thing, darling.
You and me are the same.
To the white man, we're the same.
They don't think any more of us.
They don't want any more to do with us.
Jones in the black community in Indianapolis becomes a hero.
What does that sound like in 2021 America?
White?
Virtue-signaling leftists wearing Black Lives Matter t-shirts trying to show the difference between blacks and whites, between oppressed and oppressors, between victims and victimizers.
This is exactly what he used.
And as one of his most devout followers, Grace Stone, put it, he was not a religious leader.
He was a power addict looking for his own little kingdom.
His own little...
His own little dictatorship over which he would preside.
And he would preside the way every dictator does.
With a cruel, sadistic hand.
And California liberals ate it up.
I'll give you that next clip after this short time out.

Yeah.
I think this is a crisis that we haven't faced since 9-11.
I think it's worse than 9-11 because we ran towards the danger and tried to save people, then now we're abandoning them.
Is the president going to stick with this?
It seems like the president is doubling down.
And what is shocking to me, we had a brief with Secretary Blinken, Secretary Austin, General Milley, etc.
And there was very strong bipartisan pushback.
On the August 31st deadline.
In fact, some of the strongest statements pushing back on that came from my Democratic colleagues, particularly those who are veterans who've served in Afghanistan in a uniform in other parts of the world, were very forceful in telling the administration to their face that this is a disaster.

I heard the word strategist mentioned in the opening that you were a strategist, and that's really what Biden needs.
He needs somebody to help him, because our country is embarrassed.
Our country has never been embarrassed like they are right now.

We'll be right back.
What a great, great new video.
I love it.
I've said it many times, PragerU's best thing on the internet.
The latest video is What Do Radical Islam, which we are about to get another very close-up look at because of what's happening in Afghanistan.
But what do radical Islam and the woke have in common?
That's the question.
And it's a great, great video.
You're going to want to have a look at that.
And I'm going to ask you, by the way, if you're on hold for me right now, I'm going to ask you to just be very patient here because I want to get through the rest of this little mini-presentation on socialism when it was tried in America under the guise of the People's Temple in Indiana, initially rather, and then eventually in California.
Jim Jones used religion just to get people through the door, then quickly cast religion aside.
In favor of what his true mission was, to establish a socialist utopia over which he would be king and he would have total control over all of the minions.
He used this by drawing people in with the same language you hear, American democratic socialists today using.
What do you hear from the socialists in America today, both elected and unelected?
That race is the issue.
That people of color are discriminated against.
They are underprivileged.
They are victimized.
And that whites are victimizers and oppressors.
That message in the 60s and early 70s brought a number of African Americans and white liberals into Jim Jones' clutches to say, yeah, we've got to stop that.
He was the ultimate early social justice warrior.
He was not a religious figure.
Grace Stone was one of his earliest followers and most devout followers.
She said he was not somebody committed to the Word of God or the Bible.
He wanted notoriety.
He wanted power.
Where is the power?
that's where I want to go.
When they relocated to Redwood Valley, a new group of people were attracted to the preaching of Jim Jones and this was this white educated elite.
The membership of People's Temple at that point tripled.
My life changed when I moved up to Redwood Valley.
It was really kind of nice, having been raised in the city.
We were very busy with church activities and duties.
And when you went to sleep, you kind of felt like you helped people and accomplished something.
but there was something that wasn't right.
I shall do all the miracles that you said your God would do and never did.
I shall come and heal you all the diseases that you prayed for that never happened.
I think Jim is a power addict early on.
Thank you.
He started with religion and then cast religion to the curb.
As you heard in that clip toward the end there, I can do all of the miracles that God said he would do but never did.
I can do all of these things that you need to have done for you that God never could or never would.
He cast, he stomped on Bibles and he proclaimed himself to be God.
He said on numerous occasions, Socialism is God.
So he built his own socialist utopia.
Life in Jonestown, when they left San Francisco and went to Guyana because he was about to be exposed, once there was a media report that was going to come out about all of the cruelty, the sadism, the sexual assaults and rapes that happened under his watch that he participated in during his time in California.
That's the reason he fled to Guyana out of the reach of the American government, American legal system.
Jonestown life was nearly identical to that of Cuban nations, the nation of Cuba, rather, or Russia.
Inhabitants there were prisoners.
They were prohibited from leaving the settlement.
They were punished if they got caught trying to leave.
No private ownership was allowed.
No communication with the outside world was allowed.
No family was allowed.
People were separated.
What does that sound like?
Tell me if this sounds like what you hear out of Black Lives Matter, a Marxist organization that tells you that their mission is to disrupt the nuclear family, to get rid of the patriarchy, to remove fathers, and to take children and raise them communally, rather than within their own nuclear families.
This is Vernon Gosney.
Another member of Jim Jones.
I won't call it religious cult.
It's not.
It's a socialist utopia that they built.
Jones' spiel was that family relationships are the sickest relationships of all.
So the families were separated.
I cared for four children myself that were not mine.
They were someone else's children.
Did you know any of this?
About Jim Jones and his socialist movement?
You thought it was a religious cult.
It wasn't.
It was a full-on socialist, Marxist, communist movement that he built.
Jim Jones' idol, when he was growing up since the age of 18, was Chairman Mao.
Not Jesus Christ.
Chairman Mao Zedong.
He started attending Communist Party meetings in 1951. Became a full-fledged radical.
He later admitted that he asked himself what would be the best method to spread Marxism and decided on doing so by infiltrating Christians and preaching Marxism disguised as a religion.
When he moved the group to San Francisco, he found just scores of willing assistants there to join him.
Including most of the San Francisco liberal leftist elite.
Including Dianne Feinstein.
Including Harvey Milk.
Including George Moscone.
Including Willie Brown.
You know Willie Brown from Kamala Harris.
As well as being the former mayor of San Francisco.
What Jim Jones built was not a religious cult.
It was a communist kingdom.
Now I'm going to give you one more clip here before I start taking phone calls on this, and I want you to listen closely.
Actually, do we have time for this clip in this segment or not?
I've got one minute.
I'm going to have to hold off on this because it's about a three and a half minute clip.
And these clips that I'm taking, by the way, are from a terrific documentary, a History Channel documentary, on Jim Jones' Terror in the Jungle.
And what they have done, and what I'm reading from National Review, and what I'm sharing with you from a couple of other sources, is what the media has covered up for 50 years.
The media has for 40 years anyway, 40 plus years.
It was 1978 this happened, so they just had the 40th anniversary of the deaths of the 900 people in 2018. So we're what?
We're up to 40, 43 years.
The media has covered up the reality that what Jim Jones was, the biggest mass murderer, individual mass murderer by way of convincing revolutionary suicide as well as murder.
was a leftist, communist, socialist who used the very same principles to build his little kingdom that they are using in America today.
The Arizona Supreme Court said Tuesday that contractors hired by the state Senate to conduct the audit would not need to release the records from their review by next week.
This is only a temporary delay is what we're being told.
A left-wing watchdog group, American Oversight, took its record request to the court and emerged victorious when the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that Cyber Ninjas, the Florida-based firm leading the audit, It was subject to state public records law because it was performing a core government function.
Arizona President Karen Fann argued the records should not be publicly released because they're maintained by private contractors, so legislative immunity applies to the documents.
It is ordered extending the stay to enable the court to fully consider the issues raised in the petition for review.
American Oversight suit is not the only one leveled against the Arizona Senate.
The Phoenix-based Arizona Republic newspaper sued the Chamber and Cyber Ninjas on June 30th for access to the host of audit records under the same public records law.
Of course, the Arizona Republic is suing.
I mean, why would they be reporting?
They would be suing people to try to stop the audit.
The audit results are coming out soon despite all of these legal challenges against it.
We don't know what it's going to say, but I can tell you that people are very nervous that what might be implemented from What actually might be exposed from these audit results are going to be significant.
Very significant.

This is the last segment I'm going to do on this, and I'm going to go to your phone calls.
In fact, this will be just a part of a segment.
I want you to see the striking similarities.
That's the reason I'm doing this.
And by the way, if you just turn your radio on, Bob France sitting in for Dennis Prager here in Cleveland, Ohio.
The reason I'm focusing on this People's Temple, which is the Jim Jones, what the media has referred to for 40 years as a religious cult.
There was not a religious cult.
It was a communist socialist movement and a communist socialist kingdom that he built for himself, first in San Francisco, then when he got run out of the country because he was going to be exposed by the press for all of his sadism and his barbarism and his cruelty and everything else he did, as a dictator does, took everybody who would follow and drink the Kool-Aid literally in a matter of months.
To Guyana, where he'd be out of the reach of the American legal system.
When he got there, he treated his people the way any dictator has ever treated his people.
In the same way Stalin did, in the same way Chairman Mao did, in the same way that Castro did, in the same way that Hugo Chavez has, in the same way that every socialist dictator ever has.
People were prisoners.
They ate only what little was available.
They had nothing to themselves.
They gave up their homes.
They gave up their private property, all to live communally.
This is what socialism demands.
This is what socialism does.
And for 43 years, the American media has refused to tell the story that this is a leftist, radical, communist, socialist offshoot that should be...
It should be the telltale sign, the warning sign, the red flag that we all follow and see and are afraid of today.
And instead, you have people like Bernie Sanders and AOC, American socialists.
They call themselves democratic socialists so as to try to what?
To distance themselves from real socialists?
They are literally preaching the same things that Jim Jones preached.
And how did that end up?
You know how that ended up.
I'm going to give you this last clip.
The real, true explanation of Jim Jones' socialism from the words, first of a biographer, but also from the mouths of his followers.
From the mouths of his own followers who knew that he was practicing and preaching socialism, but they didn't realize to what end until it was too late.
Please listen.
When People's Temple has grown big enough, Jones can start teaching the real purpose of People's Temple.
The only thing that brings perfect justice, freedom and equality, perfect love and all of its beauty and holiness is socialism.
We were being introduced to socialism.
Socialism meant that everybody would have the same.
There would be no starvation.
There would be no one going without any clothes.
All the basic needs that a human being is supposed to have, they would have under socialism.
He starts encouraging communal living.
And let's say in a house that might have been designed for six people to live, he'll put 12, 15, or even 20. And they'll sleep on mattresses on the floor.
That was so strange to me.
But it felt good to sacrifice because The sacrifice was for the greater good.
No one realized that Jim was using socialism to bring people in and control people.
This is a church that you're either all the way in or all the way out.
There's no in between.
And this church expected you to give up everything.
He didn't want people having sex, you know, because you're supposed to use your sexual energy for the cause.
We were always asked to further our commitment.
Are you willing to get up your little petty desires and reach your comforts?
or are you just full of hot air?
I don't own a car.
I don't own any new furniture.
I never buy any new clothes.
I never bought a new pair of shoes in my life.
And that's why I am free.
You're not free.
You're a slave.
You're doing just exactly what the man wants you to do.
Everything wants to be simple.
All the things that my mother had, antiques, China, and his beautiful home in Ukiah.
My mother gave her house up for Jim Jones.
The whole idea of going communal is that you start to cut down on the outside influence.
Everybody is working as much as possible.
Jones said to one of his followers, the key is keep them poor, keep them tired, they'll never leave.

And McMaster, all he did was like to write things and write books and complain.
And he wasn't a smart person.

I want to remind you before we are done, Warner Brothers Pictures presents Cry Macho from legendary director Clint Eastwood.
The story of being lost and found.
Clint returns as a one-time rodeo star, washed-up horse breeder, who takes a job to bring his ex-boss' young son home from Mexico.
The unlikely pair face an unexpectedly challenging journey home.
The only road home is through redemption.
It's in theaters and on HBO Max for 31 days.
This Friday, rated PG-13 may be inappropriate for children under 13. I love Clint in just about every movie he's ever done, to be honest with you.
with you.
I didn't love this.
I don't own a car.
I don't own any new furniture.
I never buy any new clothes.
I never bought a new pair of shoes in my life.
And that's why I'm free.
You're not free.
You're a slave.
Does that sound like a religious Does that sound like somebody who's trying to preach the word of God?
See, my entire life growing up, I was 10 when the People's Temple made notoriety, I guess, became notorious for its end, which was Jim Jones convincing hundreds of people to drink poison Kool-Aid and then forcing it upon people who refused.
So it was the biggest mass murder slash suicide in history.
Over 900 people lost their lives.
I was 10 when all that went down.
I grew up thinking this was what the left wanted me to think, what the press wanted me to think it was.
This is a cult.
This was a radical, wild...
You know, religious figure.
This is the danger of organized religion.
CNN wants you to believe that.
CNN's articles listed Jones as an example of when religious beliefs become evil.
They have tried, the media has tried, to sweep this socialist angle of who he was and what his socialist...
Vision led to, which is the death of over 900 people, they tried to sweep that under the rug and turn this into just a radical religious cult.
Comparing him to some others, you know, the Heaven's Gate cult, or the Branch Davidians, or whatever.
This, of course, came first.
But it was not a religious cult.
It was a communist, socialist movement.
And the reason I bring it up, and I've spent...
A good four segments on this national radio program today talking about it is because if we aren't careful and if we don't accept that for what it was and understand the danger of the socialism being advanced by this charismatic leader, Jim Jones, we will repeat it.
Period.
Point blank.
It will be repeated because so many of the cues that I shared with you are there today.
The division of people by race, the division of people by property, classism, trying to make people feel as if you have something and somebody else does not, you owe them.
You are an oppressor, you are a victimizer, you are a user of other people, and you owe them.
You don't deserve that.
Turn it all in to one generous force and they'll distribute everything equally among the masses.
Everyone has the same.
That's what the anti-capitalists working right now in Black Lives Matter, in the critical race theory movement, in the gender theory movement, in the D.I.E. movement, in today's educational system.
This is what they have in mind for you, for all of us.
It's not a question.
It's not a this might be going on.
This is exactly what went on in Jonestown.
The pseudo-religious temple that turned out to be a communist movement that took the lives of so many.
And I hope you understand that.
And I hope you share that information if you have not yet.
Let's go to Akron, Ohio.
Tanya, you're on the Dennis Prager Show.
It's good to have you here on the National Show after talking to you in Cleveland.
Go right ahead.
How are you doing?
Good, Tanya.
I'm glad.
Can you hear me?
I hear you just fine.
Can you hear me?
Okay, great.
I love you, Cheryl, but I think we're starting to get too deep in the woods with stuff like this.
You know I speak my mind.
And we need to find our common allies.
Our common allies are people that keep the principles simple.
We are Americans.
And in America, we know that every able-bodied person works.
We know that there's two genders.
We know that abortion is chilling.
Well, hold on a second, Tanya.
Go back to your very first point.
Do we know that every able-bodied person works in America?
Because what we are seeing from the media right now is this cry, this human cry that, oh my God, 9 million Americans who have been loving life taking the unemployment compensation and the expanded unemployment benefits from Joe Biden now are going to have to go back and get their jobs back.
And they're going to have to go back to work again.
And the moratorium on evictions is over, so they actually have to pay their rent or they can be kicked out.
There's a lot.
I hate to interrupt you, Bob, but that's propaganda that we're buying.
If you go out in your community and you talk to people every day, they say everybody should be working.
If you're able-bodied, if you're not able-bodied, you cannot work, okay?
We need to start allying with people that agree with, like Reagan said.
They don't have to agree with everything.
Find the ones.
You may have only ones.
That will agree that abortion is killing.
Join that group.
You may only have one or two.
Some of your circle may only believe that there's two genders.
It may be only a couple of people in your group that believe that we need to diversify.
Stop being separate.
Stop worrying about color.
Stop worrying about...
We're all freaking Americans.
And we need to stop.
We need to sell the story that we are Americans.
No hyphen, no nothing.
You are American Marxists.
Okay?
And when we can start saying, American, if you don't like that, kiss it.
We are American.
But you're giving a red meat speech to a red meat eater.
I'm with you.
I get it.
I am all of those things.
But what I'm telling you is that there are so many hyphenated Americans and so many people that believe the opposite of what you just described, that we're on that trail to a socialist nation.
The story I just told for the last 40 minutes is real, and so is the one we're seeing right now.
I'm partnering right now with millennials that have nothing in common with a 64-year-old black person because our employer is telling us we have to prove our vaccination status.
And if we don't, they're going to give us a surcharge on our health insurance or they're going to give us a bonus of $250.
I speak up.
They're coming to talk to me.
I know you speak up, Tanya, and I've got to go, dear.
I know you speak up, and we need more people speaking up.
On that, we agree 100%.

Nick Grovich, owner of Amfed Coin and Bullion, has long recommended this precious metal.
Up to 600,000 ounces of this rare metal will be needed by 2030 to produce green hydrogen.

I want you to understand that we're dealing with wokesters and the white house where the rest of the world is trying to build warriors and Our American soldiers have no fault of their own.
So while they're looking to build their militaries and to strengthen their militaries, we're...
We're looking to brainwash ours.
I don't believe it.
I don't believe it.
Final segment of the Dennis Prager Show.
Thanks so much for being with us today.
Hopefully it was educational and impactful and informative for you.
It certainly has been for me.
Do not lose sight of, as I mentioned, the socialist cues.
They are all there.
The red flags are a-flying.
And if you don't think that it can happen the same way, maybe not necessarily with a Kool-Aid-aided suicide, but if you don't think that it can lead to the death and destruction of all of your personal property and everything you hold dear, then you just better be paying attention.
That's all I can tell you.
Where are we going here?
I don't know that I have the screen in front of me to wrap this up.
Let's get the freshest one here.
Yeah, there it is.
There it is.
There's the screen.
We'll go to George calling us from Ventura, California.
Hi, George.
You're on the Dennis Prager Show.
Go ahead, sir.
Hi, Bob.
I agree with your analysis on most everything that you've said there.
I think that we're in the teardown phase now, you know, inherent in that build it up bigger and better, Marx's spouse in this country now, inherited that is that they're going to have to tear it down first.
We're in the tear-down phase.
There's no two ways about that.
Everything that Biden has done and everything that we will continue to do will be to tear it down so that he can get things to where he thinks that they have to be at the lowest level possible.
And Afghanistan was part of that.
But although...
Our former president wouldn't have taken down all of our troops in Afghanistan.
He would have taken out enough of them.
He would have maintained the Afghan army.
They had lost over 50,000 men over the 20-year period defending their country.
And they were getting to a point where they were a pretty competent military.
But once their pay was cut and Biden did that very quietly, their pay became very spotty.
And the government didn't have, the Afghan government didn't have enough to replace it.
So it was bound to fail.
He knew it would fail.
And it was in his own words, condemn him.
He said that in the early days when it was failing.
That he didn't expect it to come apart that fast.
Well, inherent in that is that he did expect it to come apart, and he did expect it to fail.
But I think that we would have maintained, under Trump, we would have maintained Bagram Air Base.
Put in $50 billion into it, and we would have maintained an embassy.
And I don't think we have either now.
Every military leader who has analyzed this situation has said exactly the same thing.
You're 100% right, George, and thank you for the call.
They said the same thing.
They would have kept Bagram open, and they would have maintained our embassy.
And look, the truth of the matter is, Joe Biden just...
Did not understand the complexity of the entire thing.
I'm going to go back to your last point to wrap this show up, though.
The first point that you made here is that we are in the teardown phase right now.
You're right.
We're in the teardown phase of the capitalist free nation of America, the United States of America, and it will be built back better by the socialists who wish to implement socialist...
