I don't know if any other stations in the country do this.
It doesn't reflect well on my wonderful, beloved, and that's true in both cases, syndicator.
It shows you the power of paranoia.
There's nothing prerecorded on my show, ladies and gentlemen, except some commercials and, obviously, when you have a clip.
Of a human being who said it yesterday.
But that's irrelevant.
So, as long as these stupid announcements are made, I will tell you that they are stupid.
I hate irrationality.
You know that?
I hate it.
I admit it.
I have hate in my heart for things that are stupid and anti-rational.
Like...
People wearing masks outdoors.
Okay?
Wearing masks indoors, I believe, is useless, unless it's an N95 mask, and everyone else is in an N95 mask, and frankly, I don't think that they work either, but at least the person has made the effort to understand that the cloth mask is a rabbit's foot.
When I get incensed, it is over evil.
And it is over-imposed irrationality.
If you want to believe that masks are effective, fine.
But don't tell me to wear one.
You are allowed to believe anything you want.
I actually believe in freedom.
You want to believe stupid things, fine.
But don't impose them on me.
And that is what is happening in America.
Not just America.
Australia and New Zealand make America look like...
The Wild West.
Australia.
You probably didn't see this.
I wonder if the living martyr saw this.
There was Sky News, I believe, which is a big communicator in Australia and elsewhere in the human-speaking world outside of the United States.
The woman had a series of clips.
From the world media, heaping contempt on Australia.
It had a tremendous number of views.
I wish everybody saw it.
Is the average Australian proud of his or her country?
Is the average New Zealander?
We should try to interview people from there.
I know many more Australians than I do New Zealanders.
What is the latest?
You didn't send it to me, did you?
The latest from Amherst that I wanted to?
Okay, it's not up.
Anyway, Amherst will not only require students to, of course, be vaccinated, despite the fact that there is virtually no...
No deaths among college student age human beings.
Nevertheless, here it is.
The Amherst student, as Delta variant surges, college tightens COVID rules in spite of student protests.
The only way to protest, oh parents of Amherst, is to get your child out of that cesspool, which Amherst was anyway.
Isn't it interesting that the more left-wing, the more irrational?
The more depriving of freedom the place is, don't the dots connect for any of you?
Left means irrational.
Means.
It's not associated with.
It means irrational.
Amid concerns surrounding the Delta variant of COVID-19, the college announced on Tuesday it has tightened the public health rules for the first two and a half weeks of the fall semester.
The announcement has generated backlash among students who say the new rules are too restrictive.
Will the students do anything?
Of course not.
Anyway, I do believe...
It would be very interesting to hear this from you, my listeners.
I do believe that there is much less prestige in a college degree today than 10 years ago, let alone 50 years ago, and that there is much less prestige in any of the names except Harvard.
I think Harvard still has some prestige.
That will go down, though, as they drop requirements for admission.
In terms of academic excellence, in favor of equity.
But in any event, I do believe that if you say you're a student at Harvard, there's still some clout.
I think if you say you're a student anywhere else, there's no clout.
Where would you say?
Stanford?
Okay, Stanford.
No, no, I'm very curious.
I don't want to make an incorrect point.
What if you say Yale?
If you say Yale, to me, I assume you're a dummy.
As the Delta variant continues to plague the nation, the college announced on Tuesday that it has tightened its public health precautions for the first two and a half weeks of the fall 2021 semester from move-in to September 13th.
The restrictions include indoor double mask mandates.
Indoor double mask.
Indoor double mask.
You know, I am going to recommend that to our employer.
Because, Sean, you've been wearing one mask, and I've been very, very concerned.
You know what separates us?
Only like, you know, 20 feet, two gigantic glass barriers, and one mask.
The restrictions include indoor double mask mandates, two COVID tests upon arrival.
One isn't good.
No, that's clear one isn't good.
Well, if you have two masks, you need two tests.
I can't believe you.
There's more?
A bi-weekly testing requirement.
Yes.
And two times a week.
Limits on indoor gathering sites.
Sizes.
Sizes.
Off-campus travel restrictions.
And an elimination of in-person dining services.
What does that mean?
I think there's no cafeteria or anything.
You have to eat in your room?
I think so.
But you have to eat in your room double-masked.
I caught him.
The restrictions were put into place on August 24th and represented an increase from the rules outlined in a previous announcement made eight days prior.
The new protocols caused significant student backlash, including an open letter signed by over 250 students asking the administration to reconsider the changes.
Don't observe them, students.
Let them throw you out of Amherst and lose your money.
Then you can go to North Dakota State and live with nice people who are not a-holes, actually have a chance at learning real things, and not be masked.
Last spring, the college announced that all students, faculty, and staff must be fully vaccinated to return to campus, with exemptions granted only on medical or religious grounds.
What are religious grounds?
I never understood that.
You know, I've taught the Ten Commandments all of my life.
I have a book on it.
I have many videos on them.
And sometimes I ask people that I'm talking to, if you had an Eleventh Commandment, what would it be?
People have all sorts of answers.
I think the Ten are quite sufficient.
Now I'm thinking, to some maybe, thou shalt not get vaccinated.
I can't.
What is a religious ground?
Look, I'm opposed to all these Band-Aids.
I'm ferociously opposed to them, but I'm also intellectually honest.
I don't understand a religious reason for not getting...
I understand medical reasons.
I understand rational reasons, especially if you've had it.
The studies out of Israel are emphatic.
It is far better to have had COVID than to have had the vaccine.
If you say that, will Twitter take you down?
It's an interesting test.
Just reporting on Israel's results.
1-8 Prager 776. Just out of curiosity, where is their prestige today?
If you say you go to Harvard or Stanford, is there anything else?
Do people care?
I think they care much less.
People are not hiring as much based on whether you went to college, thank God.
Back in a moment.

I really can't.
I just keep thinking about them.
How many service members were killed in 2021 prior to that?
Zero?
In Afghanistan?
Yeah, zero since February 2021. Zero since February 2021?
No, no, it was February 2020. Since February 2020. Year and a half.
Year and a half, not one.
Biden's policies killed them.
It doesn't matter, though.
Democrats can do anything, because the press is an arm of the party.
The New York Times is to the Democratic Party what Pravda was to the Communist Party, a mouthpiece for it.
Every so often there will be a criticism just to maintain some degree of credibility among the naive, but otherwise the analogy is sadly apt.
Britt Hume was on, let's see, what was, on Friday night, I watched it last night, Friday night Britt Hume was on Tucker Carlson about the, I think it was following a father whose son was among the Marines who was killed.
Did you remember that Brit Hume had lost a son?
I didn't either.
So Brit Hume said something very touching.
He said, obviously, I could relate to this man's pain.
My son died.
Not in combat, but my son died.
And then he said, so it made a real impact on me.
It's like losing a limb.
It never grows back.
Isn't that a touching way of putting the loss of a child?
I have always been...
I've always thought about people who lose a child.
I don't know why, but it's always...
I've raised it on my radio show on a number of occasions.
Now, even in the loss of a child, there are degrees, there are so many degrees of pain.
If your child is lost in combat, it's probably among the quote-unquote better ways to lose a child.
But if you think your child was lost for no good reason, it just adds to the pain.
I won't dwell on this long, but I was touched by the fact that Brit Hume had had that.
Think of the 13 families notified.
Because the President of the United States is a moron, your child was killed.
That's what it is.
And all those who celebrate this moron, you understand I've never called any of these things of any president I'm broadcasting almost 40 years.

Charles Krauthammer, tell me, it was under George W. Bush, the issue of using right fetal tissue in stem cell research, and he opposed it.

You probably don't know this.
Members of the British Parliament crapped on our President.
Okay?
I'm sorry.
I don't know of a better verb.
I try to be more delicate.
I can't.
Following some of the things members of the British Parliament said about Biden, Lord Dannet.
First, notwithstanding his attempted explanation on Monday, the manner and timing of the Afghan collapse is the direct result of President Biden's decision to withdraw all U.S. forces from Afghanistan by the 20th anniversary of 9-11.
At a stroke, he has undermined the patient and painstaking work of the last 5, 10, 15 years to build up governance in Afghanistan, develop its economy, transform its civil society, and build up its security forces.
The people had a glimpse of a better life, but that has been torn away.
With U.S. forces withdrawing other NATO allies, including ourselves, had no option but to leave too, denying the Afghan National Army the technical and training support it needed.
And the moral support of friends who encouraged them to take the fight to the Taliban.
Until a few weeks ago, the Taliban was being contained and may even have been persuaded over time that a military victory was impossible and a negotiated settlement was the better course.
Those possibilities are now a closed chapter of history, an opportunity lost, and the world's Western superpower is looking enfeebled.
You hear that?
Member of the House of Lords.
In Britain, the world's Western superpower, that's us folks, under this incompetent crook, is looking enfeebled.
Lord Howard of Limpney, responsibility for the decision to withdraw arrest with President Biden.
Up to now, many of us have been rather impressed with the President's performance in his first few months in office.
Really?
Well, Joseph's not coming from an anti-Bidenite.
Although that may in large part be due to the relief at the absence of his unlamented predecessor.
So here's an anti-Trump lord.
But I'm afraid that President Biden's decision to withdraw from Afghanistan is and will be seen by history as a catastrophic mistake, which may well prove to be the defining legacy of his presidency.
This is an anti-Trump member of the British Parliament.

Hi, everybody.
I'm Dennis Prager, and I welcome you back.
Zia in Irvine, California.
Hello.
Hi, Dennis.
How are you?
Okay, thank you.
First, I want to express my gratitude for all these years you have done so good to humanity, and I've been a long-time listener for at least going back to KABC from 92. And I've lived in the United States for almost 40 years.
I lived when I was 17 when the Soviet invaded Afghanistan and I came to the United States.
I'm a very proud American.
And I want to give you my inputs about what President Biden has done.
What he has done, I believe, is incalculable damage to humanity and mankind by withdrawing his decisions from Afghanistan and leaving the country.
And a bunch of monsters, these Taliban.
And we had 2,500 troops in Afghanistan, and the Taliban wasn't controlled.
So what if we let this group be there for another 20, 30 years?
Because we've been in Japan for 75 years.
We've been in Germany.
We've been in Korea.
So this decision is unbelievable damage, I believe, allowing these monsters taking over a country.
And I think we will all see the consequences of his election.
We already have.
We already have.
With the killing of the 13 American troops.
My friend, I have a big warm spot for Afghanistan.
Nobody even knows about the Soviet invasion.
It's like...
The important events aren't even recorded.
That's what started Afghanistan on its downhill trajectory.
A million Afghans were killed by the Soviets because they wanted to keep a communist leader in power.
And the people didn't want that.
That unleashed the Taliban.
Look, I have said the whole time exactly what this gentleman said, Zia said.
There was no good reason to leave Afghanistan.
I am puzzled by conservatives who give this 20-year argument.
It is so unlike conservatives to give an argument that has no substance and only emotion.
But, look!
It's very hard to think rationally, apparently.
When you feel something very deeply, for most people, reason is vanquished.
There is not a single rational argument to have left Afghanistan.
I don't care if it was given by Donald Trump.
I don't care if it's given by Fox News.
I don't care if it's given by colleagues.
There is not a single rational reason.
It is a complete loss to this country and to the world.
There is no ambiguity on that subject.
And the way in which Biden did it, that, of course, is another calamity.
When America looks weak and is weak, when the big issue for the military is forcing them to get vaccinations and figuring out what to do with transgender service members,
when the leading general of the United States of America announces in Congress that they must teach at the academies about how What was it?
Let's see.
We have to confront white privilege and white supremacy.
That's the big issue?
These are the big issues?
Who's going to enlist?
The left ruins, no, destroys everything it touches.
There is no exception to it.
The military is next.
America's reputation in the world.
See, the left thinks that you have a good reputation if the New York Times likes you.
That's not the way it works.
The New York Times is not what matters.
What China thinks of the United States matters far more than what the New York Times thinks of the United States.
Get it?

Black Lives Matter signs on American embassies.

America's in a civil war.
There are two countries, an unbridgeable gulf.

Likewise, a conservative American has far more, infinitely more in common with a conservative East European than with a left-wing American.

If we can't count on the Biden-Harris administration to conduct even a safe and orderly troop withdrawal or leave just a small residual amount of troops behind to keep the country stabilized, what else can we not count on from the Biden administration?
Look at our open borders.
Do you really believe that the Biden administration...
We'll be able to fix the borders, perhaps even wants to fix the borders.
I don't even believe they want to fix the borders, frankly.
I don't think there's any doubt about it that the vast majority of us wanted to get out of there.
No one wants our soldiers to go to war in perpetuity.
But I don't believe in handing our soldiers a loss.
I don't believe in doing that.
I believe that if we send our soldiers to war, we need to send them to war to win.

Got a lot of cities to visit.
I want you to put all of my comments on the staggering, unprecedented crisis of American weakness as a result of the left's battering ram of the last half century and understand that it doesn't in any way Allow me not to fight.
Or allow you not to fight, or at least help fighters.
If you're only pro-America and its values when things are good, then you're not a very helpful ally, are you?
So, you can feel...
Pessimistic, you can feel despair, but you can't act on it.
Or let's put it this way, they should prompt you to act on it in a way that you can save the country.
Half this country agrees with us that the left is despicable, that it is everywhere on earth a completely destructive force.
Look at what it has done to the universities.
They're a joke.
They're a bad, bad joke.
Sending your child to college.
I still don't understand why conservatives send their children to most schools, starting with elementary school.
Do you not understand that they will poison your child?
They will rob your little kid of innocence?
Just beginning with that, why would you send your child there?
These videos go viral of parents fighting back at the racism of the left called critical race theory, a purely 100% racist view of the world, a purely 100% racist view of the world, that color matters, and the lie that America was founded in order to perpetuate slavery.
I'm sorry.
Goebbels was right.
If you repeat anything enough, people will believe it.
So it's very cathartic to see this parent yell at a school assembly.
But the school does what it wants.
And the parent will still send their child there.
That's the problem.
We have to leave.
We have to...
physically create two Americas.

The Arizona Supreme Court said Tuesday that contractors hired by the state Senate to conduct the audit would not need to release the records from their review by next week.
This is only a temporary delay, is what we're being told.
A left-wing watchdog group, American Oversight, took its record request to the court and emerged victorious when the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that Cyber Ninjas, the Florida-based firm leading the audit, was subject to state public records law because it was performing a core government function.
Arizona President Karen Phan argued the records should not be publicly released because they're maintained by private contractors, so legislative immunity applies to the documents.
It is ordered extending the stay to enable the court to fully consider the issues raised in the petition for review.
American Oversight suit is not the only one leveled against the Arizona Senate.
The Phoenix-based Arizona Republic newspaper sued the Chamber and Cyber Ninjas on June 30th.
For access to the host of audit records under the same public records law.
Of course, the Arizona Republic is suing.
I mean, why would they be reporting?
They would be suing people to try to stop the audit.
The audit results are coming out soon, despite all of these legal challenges against it.
We don't know what it's going to say, but I can tell you that people are very nervous that what might be implemented from, what actually might be exposed from these...

Welcome to the Dennis Prager Show, which comes to you live.
Some people don't know that, but it is true.
As I speak to you, you hear me.
That's my answer.
Okay.
We will prevail.
The rationality takes time, though.
It does take time.
Welcome to the show.
I'm Dennis Prager.
There's an interesting piece on Larry Elder in the Los Angeles Times, which is obsessed with him.
Two gigantic editorials today, both about him.
Education and climate are at stake.
There's always something at stake.
The way in which the left gains power is by threatening the world with existential calamity.
Right?
We will have mass death without vaccines.
We will have a mass death without going to green energy.
But you know that the whole thing is a fraud because they're against nuclear power.
If they really believed that fossil fuels were killing people, they would be for nuclear power.
Their agendas are never spelled out clearly.
Yes, education is at stake?
You mean, yes, of course, because the LA Times is the voice of the teachers' unions.
It's not the voice of education.
The LA Times is as interested in educating your children as the teachers' unions are, which, I'm sorry to say, means most teachers are not.
The corruption of the teaching profession is one of the saddest aspects of the damage the left has done in our country.
Anyway, they're obsessed with Larry Elder, as they should be.
Because he is their biggest nightmare.
Bright, funny, charming, intelligent, rational, a grasp of all the issues, and therefore anti-left.
Oh, and he's black.
Oh, that's the ultimate.
So listen to this piece.
Larry Elder's views cost him...
Listeners and even his best friend.
But he won't waver.
For nearly four decades, they had been like brothers, two young attorneys who bonded over shared cases and touched football games, growing closer with the blossoming of their families and careers, one becoming a law professor in Ohio and the other Los Angeles talk radio host.
Wilson Hun, H-U-H-N, was Larry Elder's best man.
Elder, the godfather, to one of Hoon's children.
I cannot thank my best friend Will Hoon enough for his love, support, and encouragement.
Elder, now a leading candidate for California governor, wrote in his 2012 memoir.
Then came Donald Trump.
Hoon, the father of a disabled son, Felt deeply offended when the Republican presidential candidate appeared to openly mock the physical disability of a New York Times reporter.
Though they had different political views, Hoon expected that Elder would share his feeling that Trump had displayed, quote, absolute contempt, unquote, for people like his child, a young man the radio host had known and loved throughout his challenging life.
But during an acrimonious 2016 conversation, Elder refused to admit Trump had been wrong.
Larry could not tell the truth, Hun said in his first interview about the rift.
The dispute devolved over email and ultimately ended their 37-year friendship.
When Larry was sending all caps messages to me, it became pretty clear that that was it.
Elder remembers the end of the closest friendship much differently.
He would tell Hoon the same thing today that he did five years ago.
Quote, Donald Trump was not mocking a handicapped reporter.
You were wrong.
After the argument, he sent his friend a three-page letter detailing why the media also falsely reported that Trump had made sport of the reporter's disability.
Those of you who are regular listeners to my show know I covered this.
I did a tremendous amount of research on this.
Donald Trump was not mocking the reporter's disability.
It was one of the many lies told and believed by the media.
Larry Elder was right.
His friend was wrong.
It's as simple as that.
One of them is wrong and one of them is right.
And the friend stopped thinking rationally because he has a disabled child.
That happens a lot.
People stop thinking rationally because of their spouse, their child.
It's very common.
If Donald Trump had mocked a man's disability, I would have been the first to condemn it.
Among the first.
Maybe not the first.
Among the first.
You don't mock a disability.
You're a sadist if you do.
Okay?
The gestures that Donald Trump made shaking his hands, he has made whenever he, not whenever, but often about non-disabled people in his way of dismissing what he considered their silly argument.
That's all it was.
That's all it was.
You can look it up, as they say, if Google hasn't taken it down.
Does his best friend of 37 years think Larry Elder would put up with a guy who mocked people's disabilities when he's godfather to the child of disabilities?
How does the friend think that?
Because of Trump derangement syndrome.
I never used the term any of the four years of the Trump administration.
I thought it was over the top.
I now believe it is as real as gravity.
Trump made people stop thinking clearly.
There's a lot of derangement syndrome on the left.
I brought that to your attention with the New York Times.
Commenters.
How many of them were proud of their child for not having children because of global warming?
You're not deranged if you don't want grandchildren?
You're deranged.
Okay?
There's no other possible term.
You're out of your mind.
There are so many people on the left out of their minds that this country is...
It's in danger, serious danger.
Yes, my dear daughter, my dear son, I'm proud of you for not having a child, not giving me a grandchild because of global warming.
Read my column on it.
It was one of the most important columns, and I try to write an important column every week.
There are thousands of my columns on the Internet.
Read the one just a few weeks ago.
Bringing to your attention New York Times.
These are New York Times subscribers.
I'm proud of my child for not having a child because of global warming.
And that's why a friend could drop Larry after 37 years.
Larry defended the president.
That was enough to end that relationship.
It wasn't enough for Larry.
Larry didn't drop the relationship because his friend was anti-Trump.
Only God can explain the goings-on in most people's minds.
I can't explain to this day the level of hatred of Donald Trump.
The ability to say, I don't care how much good he does for the country or the world, I hate his guts.
I can't relate to that.
Because I care about the country and the world more than I care about Donald Trump.
So it's so obvious to me that there's something wrong with the way you think if you place your hatred of Trump above your love of the country.
And that's what it is.
Because he did great things for the country.
Great things.
He was a great president.
Whether he is a great man, God will assess.
But I can assess his presidency.
But anyway, in this dispute that the Los Angeles Times reported between Larry and his longtime friend, Larry was right.
And it is typical of Larry that he won't compromise on the truth.
Larry Elder loves truth.
It's one of the reasons I love Larry.

My wife!
IM's me throughout my shows has been doing so for 17 years.
Reminds me in this issue about Larry Elder and his friend and 37-year friendship ending because the friend has a disabled child and Larry would not acknowledge the lie of the media but a lie that his dear friend believed.
That Donald Trump mocked the disabled.
You may recall that incident.
My wife reminds me that we have a disabled child who often will flail his arms.
He is autistic.
He lives with us.
And she knows it's a lie about Donald Trump.
Unlike the friend, She pursued the truth.
The truth shall set you free is, in my opinion, the greatest line in the New Testament.
You can't be free if you don't pursue truth.
Larry's friend, whom I don't know and I'm sure is a wonderful man, had bought a lie and it ruined his 37-year friendship with his dearest friend.
That is how Poisonous lies are.
In Hebrew, you'll find this of interest.
In Hebrew, the word for truth is three letters.
It's the first letter of the alphabet, the middle letter of the alphabet, and the last letter of the alphabet.
Truth encompasses everything.
The word for lie is the next to last.
The second-to-last and the third-to-last letter of the alphabet.
Interesting, isn't it?
I'm sure it's not coincidental.
If it weren't for lies, the left would have no power.
It is the world of the lie.
That's why they had to make a big deal.
But you should do that.
You should look up, you know, Donald Trump's lies.
You should look up the list.
You know what it begins with?
That he lied about the number of people at his inauguration.
Let me ask you something.
How does that compare to the Trump collusion with Russia lie?
Or the America was founded in order to preserve slavery lie?
Is there one lie Donald Trump told in the thousands documented by the Washington Post that compares to the lies of the left in the injury and damage done to society?
Not one.
Okay.
Thought you ought to know about that.
Hey, do we have Bill Maher?
Let's hear Bill Maher.
We're not the bad guys.
Oppression is what we were trying to stop in Afghanistan.
We failed, but any immigrant will tell you.
It was largely succeeded here, and yet the overriding thrust of current world ideology is that America is rocked to the core in redeeming the racist from the moment it was founded and so oppressive, sexist, and homophobic, we can't find a post to the Oscars or Jeopardy.
Is that true?
Where your new Afghani roommates that you took in will prove so valuable because they'll turn to you and say, have you people lost your minds?
Have you ever heard of honor killings?
Public beheadings?
Throwing gay men off of roofs?
Arranged marriages to minors?
State-sanctioned wife beating?
Female genital mutilation?
Marriage by capture?
Because we have.
What's the lesson of Afghanistan?
Maybe it's that everyone from the giant door loop session, that is the Internet, should take a good look at what real oppression looks like.
Ask your maid.
Ask your Uber driver.
Ask the Asian woman giving you a massage.
She'll tell you, this place is Shangri-La.
And not just because she works in a place called Shangri-La.
America may not be the country of your faculty lounge and Twitter dreams, but no one here tries to escape by hanging on to an airplane.
No.
We wait till we're inside the plane to fight.
And then only because they cut off the beverage service.
That's very powerful.
Very powerful.
That was as anti-left a statement as I would make.
I keep reminding myself, or I keep forgetting to remind myself, to contact the show and go back on.
It is clear that he is changing.
Any decent person who's liberal becomes anti-left.
If you're not anti-left, you don't think morally.

Yeah, you should see that video. - No.

I love courageous people.
I had a fireside chat with him.
I thought so highly of him.
August is fundraising month for PragerU.
We're fighting the good fight.
Biggest non-left video site on earth.
Over a billion views a year.
Mostly young people.
We have a huge young people group called Pragerforce.
They're all over the world.
And I interview some of them in the course of August.
And now, Jacob Moore, Pragerforce member, student at Hillsdale College.
Jacob, welcome to my show.
Hi, Mr. Prager.
How are you?
I'm well, thank you.
What is your field of study?
I just recently switched to politics with a minor in rhetoric and public address, actually.
You sound like you have good rhetoric and public address, I must say.
Thank you.
That came through pretty clearly.
What was it prior to politics?
I was majoring in rhetoric and minoring in journalism.
What does it mean to major in politics?
I don't quite understand that major.
You know what?
It's funny you asked that.
I am just now getting the answers to those questions, too.
I'm only a sophomore, so technically I don't have to officially declare, so I don't know everything about it yet.
But honestly, I'd say I heard from the students at Hilton College here.
I knew some alumni before I got here, and they said that they always felt like, no matter what they majored in, They graduated with a philosophy or religion degree and a politics degree.
So, I guess the Hillsdale answer to your question of majoring in politics is actually just going to Hillsdale.
But, yeah, I'm just kind of getting my feet wet with it right now.
I asked an unanswerable question.
Like, why did God make the mosquito?
What is a politics major?
I know another one.
So, what brought you to Prager Forest?
This summer I was, well actually I'll start last year with my freshman year in Hillsdale College.
I've lived in Hillsdale actually for a couple years now but I used to live on the west coast in Oregon and I never really agreed with the politics over there so Hillsdale was the first time I got to meet a lot of other like-minded kids my age, other conservatives.
And really get immersed in that culture and actually I learned about PragerU and PragerForce through the students at Hillsdale.
And so I got involved a little bit through social media and then this summer I thought, you know what, I really actually want to dive into this.
I want to get to know these other kids my age, these other students.
I had no idea that I would actually meet kids from other countries who are also PragerForce members.
That's been amazing.
But I decided I wanted to become a member, so I believe it happens through social media.
And then emails, then I would get on Zoom, group calls, like I said, meet these other kids my age from different countries, and I really learned how big this movement is and how big the membership is.
And it's been very nice to get involved with something like that, especially when there are a lot of other conservative groups.
That aim towards young people, kids my age.
But they seem to be very sensational and sometimes a little too blunt for my taste.
But Prager, you, has been extremely...
I love your fireside chats.
I love the members.
And there's a real sense of being a lot more respectful.
I feel like that is valued a lot more.
Contemplative thought.
Thinking deeply about your ideas before you just choose to believe something without really knowing why, it seems a lot more genuine to me.
So I got connected with a few different groups, but Prager Force was the one I really wanted to dive into after I discovered it.
That was a very eloquent response.
It's a credit to you and a credit to us.
We are anti-sensational.
That is exactly correct.
I love it.
I love that you love it.
We are, if I may say, we're sophisticated.
And you resonate to that.
That's the obvious point.
What is your background?
Where did you grow up?
So I was, like I said, from the West Coast.
I was born in California.
Lived there until about five years old and grew up in Oregon.
And then lived there until...
What was it?
17 years old?
And then moved out to Hillsdale mainly for the college, actually.
I went to a school in town here nearby with the hopes of going to the college.
My mother and my brothers and I, it's just us four, and she works here at the college and also teaches in town.
She teaches music and voice.
So this area, despite its very small size, had a lot of opportunities for us.
Hold on there.
I have a question about your childhood.
My friends, relief factor is a miracle.
It's a human-made miracle.
Can humans make miracles?
It's an interesting question.
So, allowing for the fact that we're stretching the language, I think of it as a miracle.
What it does for so many people in relieving their muscle and joint pain.
One of the most successful products ever released, certainly for painkilling and maybe even for anything.
Try it for three weeks.
They say if it doesn't work in three weeks, it probably won't work.
Just $20.

I think this is a crisis that we haven't faced since 9-11.
I think it's worse than 9-11 because we ran towards the danger and tried to save people that now we're abandoning them.
Is the president going to stick with this?
It seems like the president is doubling down.
And what is shocking to me, we had a brief with Secretary Blinken.
Secretary Austin, General Milley, etc.
And there was very strong bipartisan pushback on the August 31st deadline.
In fact, some of the strongest statements pushing back on that came from my Democratic colleagues, particularly those who are veterans, who've served in Afghanistan in a uniform in other parts of the world, were very...
Forceful in telling the administration to their face that this is a disaster.
And I think there was a recognition by the administration that we can't get all of our people, let alone the thousands of SIV applicants, out.
And yet a few hours later...
The President of the United States went on TV and doubled down on the August 31st deadline, which is completely arbitrary, or let me rather say is solely intended to get us out before September 11th, 2021. And as we've discussed before,
Hugh, whoever in the White House decided it would be a good idea to try and get everyone out by September 11th, 2021, and thinking that that would be some positive PR win for the United States should be fired, because that's a huge, huge propaganda win for the Taliban. because that's a huge, huge propaganda win for the Taliban.
I want you to understand that we're dealing with wokesters and the White House, where the rest of the world is trying to build warriors.
Our American soldiers have no fault of their own.
No fault of their own.
Our leadership is...
We just have bad leadership.
It's as simple as that.
And our leadership is trying to build wokesters while the rest of the world is trying to build warriors.
Because places like China, places like Russia...
Perhaps now even Afghanistan, obviously they don't have the resources to do so.
But these other places want to be number one, China specifically.
So while they're looking to build their military.

During August, fundraising month for Prager, you are I talk to Prager for students almost every day.
Every one is impressive and interesting.
Certainly true for Jacob Moore, who is a sophomore at Hillsdale, grew up in California and Oregon.
Since it was available to me, can I ask you about your upbringing?
Yes, absolutely.
So, tell us a little about it.
Yeah, so to dive into more detail than just the various locations I've lived in, and this is somewhat complicated, but I'll explain.
I consider myself to have grown up in a single-parent household.
I am the middle of three boys.
I have an older brother who just graduated college and a younger who just started high school, so we're all pretty evenly spaced out age-wise.
On the West Coast, near family, which was great to be able to stay engaged with them.
But at home, my own family, it was hard sometimes growing up.
My mom is the most consistent, not just woman, but human being I know.
The strongest Christian I've ever met and possibly will ever meet.
She basically raised up my brothers and I. My dad was in the house, but very much He decided to not be very present in our lives and in many ways be detrimental.
There were some abuse that went on that I won't go into too much detail of, but it was certainly hard not just not having a good male role model in the house, but actually having a poor model of manly behavior, good behavior, Christian behavior.
So my mom was Two parents.
And then up until about 2016, that was the way it was until my dad left.
So then it was official.
Single parent.
Why did your mother stay with him, if I may ask, the whole time?
Well, it was about 20 years of marriage.
She was, number one, one of the first things that she has always talked about was she was never going to leave her sons.
With her husband because she knew what would become of us.
There was never a doubt in her mind about that.
So she thought that if she divorced, you might end up at least half time with your father?
Yes, or if she were to just leave and run off, that we would end up...
Then obviously, yeah.
But given your description of her, that's not possible.
So she stayed because...
Of fears that you would end up, you the three children, I see.
So what have you learned, if anything, I'm not saying that you should have, but did you draw any conclusions from your relative fatherlessness?
Well, the first, I'll pull on something from my mother and then something more closely related to me and my own thoughts about it.
I learned that Faith and persistence.
She did the best she could, researching, talking to people, asking, should I stay?
Should I go?
Is it right to stay?
Is it right to leave?
What do you do?
And she, at the time, people were telling her, you have to stay.
She knew she had to stay for us boys.
She would never have left if she couldn't take us boys with her, protect us.
And so that was, I mean, just...
Seeing that in her as I grew older and kind of got a mind of my own and learned about the imperfections of my household, but how much she was working to right that ship, that was a lesson in and of itself and very inspiring.
But then for myself, learning that a father being in the household is crucial.
It's extremely important.
It can be a world of hurt for him to not be there or for him to be there.
But to be more detrimental than a help.
But it is not the end of the world.
Something my mother preached to my brothers and I growing up was accountability.
The idea that you are not responsible for the things that have happened to you, but you are responsible for how you respond to them and what you do with that.
I have changed so much through the years.
So have my brothers.
We've had to work out of some very hard things.
But we were not going to be victims.
Not going to be victims is enough.
Did you have males in your life that were father figures?
At some point, yeah.
In middle school, I had a mentor from my church, but it actually wasn't until my senior year of high school and then freshman year of college living here in Hillsdale that I actually really found a few mentors.
One was a co-worker at a hardware store.
The other was a gentleman at church.
And the other is the chaplain here at Hilldale College itself.
And those three men have really helped shape who I am today in the almost two years that I've known them.
So I'll end with my favorite question.
It's got the word favorite in it, though.
I just find it fascinating because I've never had the same response twice.
Do you have a favorite PragerU video?
I do.
I had to research a little bit because I love all the ones I've watched.
I think they're awesome.
But Fireside Chat 196, titled The Best Thing You Can Do for America, that one you talked about how, you know, obviously, cure for cancer, something like that, that would be amazing, but on a more realistic level, Getting married and raising good people.
I think a lot of people get behind causes these days because they just want to be a part of something, or maybe it's a form of virtue signaling.
But the real job and the hardest thing you can do, but the most fulfilling thing you can do, and I'm of course not talking from experience, but just from the wisdom of those older than me, is being able to raise good, honorable people.
And that idea that a society cannot be better than its members.
Do the work, do the hard thing, the long thing.
It takes a while, but it's worth it to actually raise a family, love a family, and then send them into society to make where you live a better place.
Well, you're a joy.
Thank you, thank you.

But we knocked out 100% of the ISIS caliphate.
We took out al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS. How is it possible that Joe Biden let this happen?

And obviously we don't have a sense that we're going to be ready to handily hand it over to us at the airport.
The Taliban now has the 26th largest air force in the world with zero pilots.
600,000 weapons.
75,000 vehicles, 200 total aircraft, and $85 billion in total weapons.
110 helicopters, 60 transportation cargo airplanes, 20 light attack airplanes, and 18 intelligence reconnaissance and surveillance airplanes.
The Taliban now has more Black Hawk helicopters than Australia.
And this is all on our government.
This is all on Joe Biden, who now wants praise, who says this was a perfect withdrawal.

Oh, hi, Dennis.
It's a pleasure, and I have a couple of comments.
One about how you've helped my son tremendously, but first I want to mention that I have one answer of why there are mosquitoes.
You mentioned that.
I just read this this morning in Institute of Creation Research, and it was a rancher, and he said the cattle would go and eat.
All the plants and grasses to destruction if there weren't mosquitoes.
And it drove the cattle to a different place.
And then during certain times of the year, they would come back to where they could eat at that place.
But if it weren't for the mosquitoes, they would have destroyed everything.
And so I thought that was really interesting.
All right.
It is interesting, in fact.
Tell me about your son.
Okay, he's 29, and about five years ago, he was so anti-police.
And growing up, I wouldn't even let my kids say cop, because I thought that that sounded disrespectful.
Call them policemen, police officer, police, you know, whatever.
And so he was so totally, the police could do nothing right.
And on social media, you know, spouting things and things like that.
But anyway, listening to you, he caught on to some of the things that are out there that you have.
I noticed that he likes a lot of your videos and things like this.
I can see it on Instagram and such.
But you, Ben Shapiro, Jordan Peterson, you know, many, now Dan Crenshaw.
And many people he's listening to, he's super conservative now, and he's changed his mind on abortion, he's changed his mind on the history of America, because he was going down that road where America wasn't a good country.
It had done so many evils, in his opinion.
So he has changed from listening to the truth, listening to history, and...
You know, so many facts have come out through your videos, and I really appreciate them.
And thank you so much.
Well, I didn't ask this woman to call, but if that doesn't move you to help, nothing will.
I always note, though, this is really important, that her son gets 50% of the credit.
There are many people who hear...
Me or Jordan or Ben, and nothing happens.
So there was something in her son that said, I want to go where the truth and reason lead me.
So he gets a lot of credit.
We continue.

This is a live show.
The fact that I have to tell you that shows you how detrimental that opening announcement is.
Welcome to the program.
Do we have the one and only Heather McDonald on the line?
Are you the one and only Heather McDonald?
Well, yes, I guess I am.
Sometimes I'm not quite sure how many of us there are, but I'd like to have more backup, that's for sure.
You have backup here.
You're talking to a big fan, as you well know.
Well, thank you.
Yes, indeed.
Heather McDonald is Senior Fellow at the Manhattan Institute, Contributing Editor to one of the two great journals in the Western world right now, City Journal.
I don't miss an issue.
And she wrote a piece, which I printed out with my own bolding of what I think is really critical, Playing the Race Card on Larry Elder.
Engaging in shameful duplicity regarding crime and policing, the media attempt to portray the California gubernatorial candidate as anti-black.
That's the subtitle of her piece.
So, I didn't know this, by the way.
Your piece revealed it to me.
Elect elder and California will reinstate Jim Crow.
This was stated by a Democrat, State Senator Sidney Kamlager, a Democrat from L.A. So I'm curious, then I want to get to the specifics that you brilliantly lay out in your piece.
Do you believe that this man believes that if Larry Elder is elected, there will be Jim Crow in California?
The amazing thing is that he admits that we don't currently have Jim Crow.
I mean, if you listen to the California education establishment, the LAUSD, they're telling us that we still live under this regime of white supremacy and that blacks are kept out of their rightful place when they're qualified to get into banks and businesses and STEM fields and whatnot.
So I guess we should actually be grateful for this admission.
So, yes, given that the default in the Democratic Party is that we're still in Jim Crow, I do not doubt for a minute that he would think that anything other than the left-wing regime that currently governs California would set blacks back to absolute primitive segregation, if not slavery.
There's no way you would know this, but I want you to know something that I remember from my youth.
Leonard Bernstein, and you and I are both deeply into music, so of course, I'll just say this for everybody else's benefit, Leonard Bernstein was an iconic figure in music in America.
He not only composed West Side Story, but in classical music, he was the conductor of the New York Philharmonic and did...
Big things on television about introducing people to music when television actually had some quality programming.
Anyway, he was a typical liberal dummy, aside from being a musical genius.
And I saw him, I actually saw this on the news, that he said, if Ronald Reagan is elected, the Ku Klux Klan will return to the White House.
You know, they feel that their life is meaningful to the extent that they are fighting a heroic battle.
The fact of the matter is, American capitalism, American democracy, has created for all of us a state of really easy living, basically.
I mean, yes, there's still, you know, income inequalities, and if you're on meth, Which is pretty much a choice.
Your life is going to be very hard.
But we don't have a lot to struggle against.
We are very prosperous.
There's not a whole lot of battles to be fought, especially if you're a left-wing person, because you've won everything.
And so this gives you a sense of purpose, that they feel like they are engaged in the civil rights struggles or a great moral crusade.
And so there's simply no facts that can dislodge that fundamental grasping for some kind of profound meaning and higher aim in their lives at a time when basically what should be the primary focus of anybody's life now is preserving the good bourgeois values of middle class,
propriety, Respect for the law.
No litter.
No graffiti.
Cleanliness.
And that should be enough.
But the left wants to feel like they're much more heroic and bold.
Well said.
Well, well said.
So back to your piece on Larry Elder.
They're playing the race card, as you put it.
So, let's see.
We are literally hunted.
Every day, every time we step outside the comfort of our homes, LeBron James, one of the richest men in America, said that.
And as you write, Elder has a different take.
If, quote, a young black man is eight times more likely to be killed by another young black man than by a young white man, Elder told the Orange County Republicans, then systemic racism is not the problem.
That's what they hate about him, correct?
He's denying systemic racism.
Right.
He is saying that blacks have agency.
That should not be a controversial claim, that one can get ahead in this country regardless of skin color.
In fact, let's be honest, Dennis, the reality today in most institutions in the mainstream is black privilege, not white privilege.
If you graduate from high school with a decent GPA, you're going to have every selective college in the country.
Beating down your door, offering you a scholarship, that will continue out in the business world where every bank, every corporation, every law firm, every STEM field is desperate to hire and promote as many blacks as possible.
If you're a white male, straight white male, not so interested in you.
And Larry Elder has the courage to talk about that.
But the duplicity is particularly egregious.
When it comes to the denial of this horrible problem, test breakdown of social norms, that is inner-city drive-by shootings, and Elder does not turn away from that reality.
Well, I announced on my show that this woman, Guerrero, Never been familiar with before.
She's a columnist for the LA Times.
Wrote that Larry Elder twists facts with regard to black criminal rates, black males specifically.
So I looked at the underline, meaning that there was a website that would back up her claim that he twists facts.
So I clicked on it, and all I got were Larry's listing of the facts.
Isn't that amazing?
It is amazing.
It is amazing.
And the irony is that the facts come from the left's favorite sources like the CDC. The CDC's own statistics tell us that black males between the ages of 10 and 43, or just blacks generally between the ages of 10 and 43, have a 13 times higher death by homicide rate than whites of those same ages.
Homicide data does not lie.
It is the gold standard in criminology.
The bodies do not lie.
And as far as the police being racist, I did some new number crunching for this piece, Dennis, and I've come up with a figure that is just mind-blowing.
As of this year, a police officer is 870 times more likely to be killed on the job.
That an unarmed black is to be killed by a police officer.
And yet the left constantly says, oh, you know, policing is really safe, you know, notwithstanding that last September we saw the Dionne Murray, a longtime felon, walk up to two L.A. sheriff's deputies, shoot them point blank in the head trying to assassinate them.
And I crunched the numbers a little further, and I found, as of this year, A police officer's chance of being killed by a black suspect is 370 times more likely than an unarmed black being killed by a police officer.
So the Black Lives Matter narrative that the police are the biggest threat to blacks is completely wrong.
To be honest, blacks are a disproportionate threat to the police, and yet the police are there every day.
In South Central Los Angeles, working for the thousands of millions of good people there, trying to provide them with the same sense of security that the anti-elder crowd in Brentwood and Pacific Palisades and Bel Air and Beverly Hills.

Jen Psaki, the pressure is getting to her, questioned by Peter Doocy, a famous clip already, cut number 11. Does the president have a sense that most of the criticism is not of leaving Afghanistan, it's the way that he has ordered it to happen, by pulling the troops before getting these Americans who are now stranded?
Does he have a sense of that?
First of all, I think it's irresponsible to say Americans are stranded.
They are not.
We are committed to bringing Americans who want to come home, home.
We are in touch with them via phone, via text, via email, via any way that we can possibly reach Americans.
Jake Tapper thinks they're stranded on CNN cut number four.
Look, I understand.
That people are working long hours in the White House, the National Security Council, State Department, Pentagon, and over in Kabul to get Americans out of that country.
And I understand the White House wanting to reassure the nation that all Americans will ultimately be evacuated, but there are no doubt Americans...
Who feel stranded in Afghanistan right now?
Of course there are.
It's absurd for the White House, and it tells you something about Joe Biden.
Britt Hume was on with our friend Guy Benson on his radio show yesterday, said this, cut number one.
But anybody who ever heard him speak for any length of time could tell this guy, this was not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
And, you know, he could talk forever and was famous for it.
But you never had the sense that he was terribly smart.
And on top of that, now he's manifestly senile.
And between those two things, this is a man with very, very severe limitations, who is well too old, in my opinion, to be the President of the United States.

Whoever in the White House decided it would be a good idea to try and get everyone out by September 11th, 2021, and thinking that that would be some positive PR win for the United States, should be fired.
Because that's a huge, huge propaganda win for the Taliban.
And now it's also put us in the practical position on the ground of being entirely dependent.
On the largesse of the Taliban to get our people out.
And I guarantee you, we're going to leave thousands of people behind.
And that's unacceptable for the United States of America.
Congressman Gallagher, I'd like to point to two lies.
The first lie is that we were obliged to leave by May 1. The Taliban broke the agreement at least as early as March when they attacked forward operating base Chapman and wounded seven Americans.
So they violated the agreement.
We're already beyond the May 1 deadline.
There is no agreement and there is no need to go.
Secondly, there's a terrorist threat.
Every American who's been in Afghanistan, including you, has been under a terrorist threat whenever they have been there.
We've got 6,000 of our finest Marines and the 101st Airborne.
I don't want any of them hurt either.
But what do you make of those two arguments that we've already extended the deadline and we're under a terrorist threat?
Well, of course, the Doha agreement was conditions-based, and one of the conditions was that the Taliban not allow al-Qaeda to operate from their territory.
And, of course, they did.
I believe even the UN pointed that out at one point.
point.
And if you don't think that's true, then there's evidence in the form of the fact that we've killed al-Qaeda.
I'm pretty.
I'm pretty.
I've been telling you about Pure Talk, which is sort of unbelievable.
You save about $800 per family per year on your phone bill.
So you think your service might be inferior to Verizon, T-Mobile, or AT&T. So I actually, because I need to maintain my credibility, I can't endorse something I haven't checked out.
I actually got another phone and number.
I got the phone through them, by the way.
Very good rates on phones.
And they're the same as the other services, and you should leave Verizon anyway.

The chances of a police officer being killed by a black criminal versus an unarmed black being killed by a police officer are?
375 times.
As great a chance that a police officer is killed by a black criminal than an unarmed black is killed by a police officer.
So, my dear listeners, please understand it is another enormous lie of the left that there is some anti-black crisis of killing among police.
I'm asking, Heather, I'm asking my pal here.
Didn't somebody do a video asking people on the street, was it Ami or Will, asking people how many blacks they thought police killed a year?
Yeah.
Did you happen to see that, Heather?
I'm aware of it, and people think that like 100% of people killed by the police are black, and I don't remember what the raw number was, but I'm sure it was huge.
Thousands, thousands.
Thousands, because the perception that the police are on this lethal rampage against blacks is an optical illusion.
It is completely a creation of selective media coverage.
Twice as many whites are killed by the police every year.
The vast majority of both whites and blacks killed by the police are armed, violent, resisting arrest.
But twice as many whites are killed, and the actual number...
Of blacks killed a year, again, the majority are armed and dangerous, is 250 a year out of a population of nearly 48 million blacks.
What's the number of unarmed blacks who have been killed this year by the police in shootings?
Four.
My calculator broke down, Dennis, in trying to figure out the percentage of the 47 million blacks who've been killed by a police officer.
And I'll state it this way, put to the 100,000 population, less than one one-hundredth of a black person is killed by the police per 100,000 blacks.
You're going to get into, like, exponential numbers if you try to actually divide 4 by 47 million.
But it's completely – I can't think of a greater lie than this.
Yes.
And yet the media has completely brainwashed people into believing this by never, ever covering the shootings of whites by the police, and more important, by never, ever covering what is in fact the daily reality, which are these grotesque drive-by shootings when you have these kids.
That drive up to a corner and just start spraying bullets across the sidewalk, not giving a darn about who they hit, and they take down children, they take down the elderly, and the media does not give a damn.
That's right.
That's correct.
That's why they're so angry at Larry Elder, which is what your piece is about.
Well, they are worried.
That, in fact, California is not a sure bet for the rest of eternity.
And if people can get the facts, they might be completely justified in that worry.
But there is a lot of money to be made in the race racket, because right now, basically, you know, people are terrified of black anger.
They are absolutely terrified.
And there is an enormous power in that victimhood.
And for a certain number of people, just as being female is viewed as an accomplishment, which is ridiculous, I do not regard being female as an accomplishment.
I don't even regard it as being particularly interesting.
So, too, is being black your main grounds of employment.
It's your employment pitch.
By being black, you can come into an institution and explain to the white people how oppressive they are.
So there is a huge industry now in being black, just as there's an industry in being female and claiming that you're constantly harassed and oppressed.
So that's a hard thing to give up.
But Larry Elder wants to move us to a world where, in fact, people are viewed as individuals, where we treat talent.
With respect, we do not denigrate excellence or achievement or merit.
We do not say it's a white plot to keep blacks down.
We say everybody can succeed if they have good values at home, if they have parents that give them self-discipline, if they actually go to school, take their textbooks home and study.
That is not going on right now in huge swaths of the inner-city community, which is why we have academic skills gaps.
And so Elder wants to speak to the liberation of personal responsibility.
You should be on his speech writing team.
Maybe if he becomes governor.
Well, I would never dare to put words in Larry Elder's mouth.
He's far cleverer than I am.
No, he's not, but he is extremely clever.
You're both extremely.
Anyway, you're a joy.
Next time, we'll go through...
You're incredibly...
I was going to say depressing, but I don't want to use that term.
Pieces about what's happening to classical music.
Well, I hope so.
We'll work that.

Now Biden, which we would not have if we had a Republican president.

Okay, y'all, Dennis Prager here.
Thank you for holding on.
Corey in Los Angeles.
Hello.
Hello, Dennis.
Good morning to you.
Thanks for taking my call.
So I heard what you had to say about the article regarding Larry Elder and Mr. Hoon and their friendship of 37 years and when it broke.
And I wanted to suggest an idea.
And the idea has given me a lot of comfort in this idea of what if...
Neither Larry Elder or Mr. Hoon were wrong.
What if they just had their unique experiences regarding something?
And that's given me a lot of comfort in terms of instead of trying to correct or find who's the scapegoat or who's the wrong person.
What if both Larry Elder and Mr. Hoon were right based on their experience, their unique experience?
I don't buy, as a general rule, The notion that truth depends on one's experience.
I have a disabled child, a stepchild in my case, but nevertheless lives with me as my child, and he flails his arms periodically, and I am as certain as one could be that Donald Trump was not mocking A disability, which in any case, the reporter didn't have.
The reporter's disability did not involve flailing his hands.
And since we have so many videos of Donald Trump using that gesture to mock people he differed with and even make fun of himself once on a Larry King show, I don't buy the notion of they have different experiences.
There's truth in life, irrespective of your experience.
Yes, and there's also subjectivity.
So what if there's another parent, like myself, who's a parent of a special needs child, which I am, and I had a different experience of when I saw Mr. Trump up there flailing his arms.
Whether that was accurate to the person he may have been mocking or not, I still had that experience.
So we're both equal, and we both are parents of special needs children.
And we have a different experience.
Well, that's right.
So that's the reason that the experience issue was irrelevant.
I have a disabled child.
You have a disabled child.
And Larry Elder's 37-year friendship with a man who had a disabled child.
So what does having a disabled child have to do with whether or not the president at that time, Trump, mocked a disabled reporter?
The answer is nothing.
Absolutely.
Because it's about having the...
The spaciousness of being compassionate of everyone's experience versus a right or wrong.
Wait, so what do you think?
Do you think?
Wait, I'm not clear.
Because there's a field beyond right and wrong.
I'll meet you there.
Do you think that the president was mocking a disabled reporter's disability?
I personally do.
That's my experience.
Oh, okay.
So no matter how many videos I would show you of him mocking people who were not disabled with the same gesture, you would not change your mind?
It's not exclusively mutual.
I mean, mutually exclusive.
He could be doing both.
Okay.
All right.
Fine.
All right.
It is possible.
That's right.
Okay.
Okay, listen, I'm obviously delighted you called.
We have to be committed to reason and truth.
Yes.
And I believed the media until I saw the videos.
Not to mention the fact that the president claimed he didn't even know the guy was disabled, whereas the guy said, what is he talking about?
In the 90s, we were on a first-name basis.
Well, the 90s were 20 years prior to that.
Or, whatever, let's see.
Yeah, about 20 years prior to that.
Donald Trump was on a first-name basis with, I think, a lot of people.
Pretty popular figure in New York.
And we have no other example of his mocking a person's disability.
And given that he used the gesture to mock, that's the way he would dismiss people he differed with, with those gestures.
So, I don't understand why that's not dispositive.
And I guess my experience with a child, now somewhat of a grown-up, Who does in fact flail his hands every so often, his arms, has no impact on my read of the truth.
This is a very bad development in America that truth is determined by our experience.
All right, what did you just say?
Relief factor, ladies and gentlemen.
Here's the deal with relief factor.
It relieves 70%, and we know that.
I could give you the reason for that number.
70% of the people who try it for three weeks continue with relief factor.
30% don't.
And in fact, they say.
In three weeks, you'll know if it works.
Try it for three weeks.
They give you a special rate for three weeks, $19.95 plus shipping.
But why wouldn't you try it if you could relieve yourself of joint and muscle pain?
I take it virtually every day.
It is a magnificent product.
Relieffactor.com 800-500-8384 How
is it possible that Joe Biden let this happen?
Was this intentional?
Did he want our enemies to have it?
It's hard to believe that incompetence could possibly let this happen.
Jake Sullivan, the highly unimpressive person who's never done anything useful in his life, says, we don't have a complete picture, obviously.
Of where every article of defense materials has gone, but certainly a fair amount of it has fallen into the hands of the Taliban.
And obviously we don't have a sense that we're going to be ready to handily hand it over to us at the airport.
The Taliban now has the 26th largest air force in the world with zero pilots.
600,000 weapons, 75,000 vehicles.
200 total aircraft and $85 billion in total weapons.
110 helicopters, 60 transportation cargo airplanes, 20 light attack airplanes, and 18 intelligence reconnaissance and surveillance airplanes.

Having a child with disabilities does not make you one iota more capable of judging whether or not Donald Trump made fun, mocked a disabled reporter.
I have such a son, and it doesn't give me one iota more credibility in assessing the truth of the matter.
This is another horrible effect of the secularization of truth.
In a more religious America, there was a much, much, much greater admiration for truth.
Nobody would have said, it's my truth.
Which is a very common phrase in modern rhetoric in America.
Your truth, my truth.
There's no such thing.
There's truth.
Social justice has nothing to do with justice.
My truth has nothing to do with truth.
Why does my having a disabled child in any way...
It does not.
And yet, this thoughtful gentleman, Larry's best friend of 37 years, according to this piece I read to you, lost because he was particularly sensitive to the President's mocking, and I put mocking in quotes because he didn't, He didn't mock the disability of that reporter.
It's a gesture he used frequently, including at himself.
But it doesn't matter.
In the age of non-truth, whatever your experience is, that determines your truth.
I remember, I think it was the mayor of San Diego, many, many years ago.
Well, many.
What does many mean?
Ten years ago?
Fifteen years ago?
A Republican mayor of San Diego, that's all I remember.
I don't remember his name.
It's not of any interest to me.
Had the position as a Christian that marriage was to be defined as between a man and a woman.
And then announced one day that his daughter, being gay, had...
Changed his mind, having a gay daughter.
And I don't understand, why does that change Christianity, having a gay daughter?
It's another example.
Do you believe that Christianity wanted marriage redefined?
Then if you do, it's irrelevant whether you have a gay daughter.
Any daughter or a straight daughter.
Right?
But that's not the way people think.
My experience.
Ah, that's it.
Your experience.
Everything is subjective.
Everything is subjective.
And that's exactly the case.
That's the life we live.
It's all subjective.
How do you feel about it?
It's what kids were asked about issues.
They had an ethics curriculum, this is like 30 years ago, read about, reported in Florida.
And they would give an example of a girl lost her purse or her wallet in the hallway of the school and a kid found it and didn't return it but kept it.
And the kids were not asked, is it right or wrong?
They were asked, how do you feel about it?
And nobody was right.
The teacher of the ethics course, I remember this so vividly, it was reported in the New York Times, the teacher of the ethics course was not called the teacher, it was called the facilitator.
I facilitate, meaning that I moderate.
Among the different feelings that different students would have.
So this student feels that you can keep the wallet, and this student feels you must return it.
That's it.
Experience, feeling, the greatest, greatest foolishness of our age, and half the conservatives are, unfortunately.
Involved in this as well.
All of the left and half the conservatives.
Thinking that we can survive morally and ethically without religious foundations.
They don't realize everything becomes subjective when you remove God.
Everything.
A friend of the family, young person that we know for a number of years.
I mentioned that the young couple had bought something for their child.
We're going to use it and then return it to the company that they bought it from to get their money back after they used it for what they needed it for.
The number of people who do that, who return items after using it, and know that that's what they will do.
It's probably in the tens of millions in this country.
Because the notion of thou shalt not steal has no relevance.
It's stealing from a company to do that.
And nice people do it.
Persons that we know in this case are very nice people.
But they're not religious and they are guided by what they feel.
Companies are rich.
We're not.
And that pretty much ends the moral issue.

Hello.
Hi.
So I'm going to revise what I told your screener slightly.
I can't say with complete certainty that Trump did not mock our reporter.
I think he did.
He knew the guy well.
He has a history of making fun of his appearances.
But you can't say with 100% certainty...
I mean, you can sit here and say, I hope he didn't, I don't think he did, but you cannot say he did not.
Right, you're right.
I know.
I said the evidence was dispositive, but I don't know for a fact.
No, you said he did not.
Okay, fine.
He did not.
I believe he did not.
If you want me to add, I believe.
Okay, if that's your correction, it was not important.
Okay, that's correct.
In my pursuit of truth, there is...
Overwhelming evidence that he did not mock the reporter's disability.
Okay?
Overwhelming.
And having a child with a disability, as I do, has not changed my mind.
Because I don't base truth on my own experience.
Quote, unquote.
There's an article in today's USA Today.
Joe Biden's critics on Afghanistan exit are wrong.
Wow.
It's really quite something.
So he gives all the things that...
It's an astonishing piece by David Rothkopf.
He's on the board of contributors to USA Today.
The intellectual dishonesty in critiques of how President Joe Biden is handling the U.S. departure has been off the charts.
Wow.
I tell you, there are two Americas.
This guy represents a different America than I. One that thinks truly...
Sorry about that microphone noise.
It's the newspaper that I'm reading from.
Right.
Among the worst, Biden owns this.
No!
The authors of 20 Years of War own this.
The corrupt Afghan government and the Afghan military who stood down own this.
The Trump administration that set the deadlines, drew down the troops, left behind the materiel, and released up to 5,000 Taliban prisoners owns this.
There you go.
Trump owns it.
There you go.
The one thing that they followed...
By the way, Trump does partially own it.
I couldn't agree more.
And then he answers, we have left troops in Germany and South Korea, one of my chief arguments.
Not comparable.
Not comparable.
My friends, got a lot to say about this.
I can't get those Marines out of my mind, to be honest.
