Time Text
Thank you.
I'm Dennis Prager, and the name of the show is Dennis Prager Show.
A good Thursday to you.
Cleveland Clinic has announced that if you already had COVID, a vaccine provides no added benefit.
Cleveland Clinic is one of the most prestigious medical institutions in the United States.
So it's another lie that most Americans believe, even though it went completely against common sense.
It's been a very sobering year for me to realize how easy it is to lie to many Americans, especially the well-educated who are susceptible to the most lies.
Everything I just said, I believe literally and 100%, at least half this country, So easily propagandized by the media and academia that it is breathtaking.
Did you really believe that you did not receive immunity if you had COVID? What thinking did you engage in to believe you also needed a vaccine against which you already developed immunity?
Did you ever hear of somebody having a virus and then getting it again?
The article is up at DennisPrager.com from The Defender.
The Defender is defending children's health.
That's what it's about.
A Cleveland Clinic study of the effectiveness of COVID vaccines in people with a history of previous SARS-CoV-2 infection and those without found those who had COVID But weren't vaccinated appeared to have acquired strong natural immunity.
A new preprint study by the Cleveland Clinic found people previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 were less likely to be reinfected.
Please hear this.
Less likely to be infected than fully vaccinated individuals who never had the virus.
Natural immunity, according to the Cleveland Clinic study, protects you against the virus even more than a vaccine does.
So why did you take a vaccine?
Why did you get vaccinated with something that is in an experimental stage and which in any event is useless if you've already been infected with the COVID virus?
Why?
Because Dr. Fauci said so?
If Dr. Fauci said take a vaccine every three months, would you do that?
Better question.
Is there anything Dr. Fauci could say that you wouldn't listen to?
The vaccine is of no benefit to people who already had COVID.
The study's conclusion appears to support what others, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, have said about immunity in people previously infected with the virus.
In a live stream conversation last month, Fauci told Howard Bauchner, editor of the Journal of the American Medical Association, it's unlikely people can get COVID more than once.
Fauci, however, continues to recommend everyone get the vaccine.
Why would he do that?
If he acknowledges that you are immunized by having COVID, why would he advocate you're getting a vaccine anyway?
I'm silent because I want you to think about it.
He acknowledges that you are immune to COVID-19.
What is the name?
Yeah, COVID-19, because I kept reading COVID-2 here.
COVID-19, the Wuhan flu, if you will, the Wuhan virus.
He acknowledges you're immune and then says, take the vaccine anyway.
And that is what airlines apparently will insist on, baseball games, etc.
People who lie to themselves by saying, follow the science.
Their here is the science.
The science is you're immune if you have COVID. So why are they telling young people, the group that is the least likely to suffer from COVID, to get vaccinated so as to come back to college, or as to go to college?
Even if you've had COVID before.
Why play with the future health, and for that matter, fertility of young women?
Why?
There's no moral or scientific answer to the question.
None.
The corruption, moral and perhaps financial, is so deep that it has been a learning experience for this American this past year.
The only reason I can imagine that Anthony Fauci, and I'm not saying it's correct, I'm just saying it's the only one I can imagine, is that he has a financial stake in Pfizer or Moderna.
I have no other possible explanation for his acknowledging that you are immune if you had COVID and continuing to advocate that you nevertheless.
Get vaccinated.
Can any of you, especially if you admire Dr. Fauci, can you give me a better reason?
Or even an equally good reason?
Or even a crappy reason?
Any reason?
Why, anyone, not just Anthony Fauci, anyone with a medical degree would advocate that you get vaccinated.
And why the airlines might insist on it.
Anyway, hasn't it already happened at baseball games?
Aren't there, like, non-vaccinated sections?
Because Major League Baseball teams really follow the science.
So if you had COVID, you're protected, but get the vaccine anyway.
Because, after all, better safe than sorry.
Abundance of caution.
Providentially is initialed AOC. Abundance of caution.
That's right.
That's how she got her name, by the way.
They had to think of another name that would fit AOC, but it's really the abundance of caution crowd.
Fauci continues to recommend everyone get the vaccine, unlike Senator Rand Paul, Republican Kentucky.
Who has been one of the most vocal opponents of vaccinating people who have already been infected with SARS-CoV-2?
Paul said the CDC originally tried to hide the fact there were, quote, no studies showing that getting the vaccine, if you already have natural immunity, is of any benefit at all.
A senator of the United States who is a medical doctor has accused the CDC of hiding studies.
CDC is corrupt.
Period.
You understand?
The World Health Organization is corrupt.
I never said these things prior to the last year.
I say it with no joy.
It affects me negatively, just as it does anybody else.
They're corrupt.
Donald Trump told more truth about the American government and institutions than any president in my lifetime, perhaps any president since Abraham Lincoln, including hydroxychloroquine.
According to Rand Paul, Congressman Thomas Massey, another Republican from Kentucky, got the CDC to admit There was no science to support the agency's recommendation that people with natural immunity to COVID need the vaccine.
Why don't you ask your friends or relatives who are on the left, do you believe that you need to be vaccinated if you've already had COVID? You will then know if you are speaking to someone who believes in reason.
Forget just science, just reason.
It's really worth asking.
Hey, Fred!
Just curious.
Do you think people who had COVID should get the vaccine?
Then you will know that the person is a science ignoramus and so easily manipulated that you could cry because it might be a friend or family member.
We shall return in a moment.

As Galileans, we witnessed his first miracle.
This is the most profound discovery in human history.
This discovery proves that he is coming back.
Obama tore his country down.
No one stood up to him.
Nobody!
My parents didn't teach me that I was a victim.
And Uncle Tom is somebody who has sold out.
I will not pretend to be a victim in this country.
I know that that makes many people on the left uncomfortable.
Most black people don't believe that other blacks can be independent free thinkers.
When there's chaos, when there's pandemics, when there's riots, people think, where is God?
God always manages to reemerge.
This Constitution is intended for a moral and religious people.
It is wholly inadequate for the government of any other.

Can you discuss that, please?
It's to do with contract law, correct?
Right.
So there's this case, United States versus Throckmorton, and there was a, in that opinion, the phrase fraud videates everything, which basically says we go back to square one.
And the idea of that is that if you and I enter into a contract and I approach this in bad faith and there is fraud...
When I'm signing it.
Yes, before...
It's like a marriage contract in the Catholic faith.
If you go in as a woman, knowing that I'm...
I'm never going to have children and not telling your husband.
That is a reason to nullify the wedding as if it never actually occurred.
So people are saying...
As if it never occurred.
So now they're saying, well, it applies to the election, right?

So I want to get through a very important piece of news that happened.
The Pelosi Commission.
So for the last couple months, Nancy Pelosi, I think, has been intentionally slow-walking this.
I think that Nancy Pelosi has been intentionally dragging her feet for months because Nancy Pelosi wanted a commission to look into January 6th, despite the fact that every single department of law enforcement right now is looking into it.
She wanted this to be a later authorized commission so it would go into the election year of 2022 and hurt Republicans.
So she did not want this to be an overnight thing.
So she pretended as if she was negotiating with Republicans on this commission.
And the more information that we get about January 6th, the more it looks like an interruption, not an insurrection.
And I'm not supporting the smashing of windows or the assaulting of police officers.
You lay your hand on a police officer, you should go to prison for a very long time.
I'm not minimizing that.
At the same time, who killed Ashley Babbitt?
And why were there no charges against the person that fired a shot at Ashley Babbitt, who was unarmed?
I thought that was the big mantra of BLM Incorporated.
So for months now, Republicans have been Negotiating with Nancy Pelosi.
When I say Republicans, I mean someone who is not even a Republican, someone who voted for impeachment.
And so, the commission is supposed to be like a 9-11 style commission to look in to the January 6th incident.
But we all know how these things happen.
This would be a Mueller style council that would be a roaming prosecutor.

I finally met them in person.
And you know, people often say to me, wow, you know, they've heard me for years and they've never met me personally.
And it's a funny experience.
It's inevitable.
Wow, look, there's a human being who's speaking, not just a receiver on a phone or a radio.
I felt with Andrew and Todd, wow, they're not just a name.
They're two actually wonderful guys.
From the beginning of the lockdown, they've been working on your mortgages.
They've been incredibly successful because they're honest, and they're decent, and they're nice, and they handhold in the best sense of the word.
So if you are considering, and you should, because the rates are ridiculously low, in fact, unhealthfully low for the country, but you might as well benefit.

I met Andrew and Todd.
That was fun.
This is a very scary thing that Americans have believed and that corporations are enforcing the lie that you need a vaccine.
It's a lie.
We are bathing in left-wing lies.
That's all it is.
America is racist.
There was collusion with Russia.
It's one after another.
It's like all the race hoaxes.
If you read about a noose at a college, the odds are overwhelming that it was a minority, a member of a racial minority who did it, not a white supremacist.
The white supremacist thing is a lie.
Charlottesville is a lie.
If we didn't, if the left told the truth, there would be no left.
People who move from left to right, almost on a daily basis, I know a lot of these people, they're astonished at how much more truth is valued, and they're astonished at how many lies they believed.
Intelligent, well-intentioned people.
In a recent study in The Lancet, Dr. Florian Kramer noted, quote, the findings of the authors, that is, of the Cleveland Clinic study, suggest that infection and the development of antibody response provides, should be provide, but doesn't matter, protection similar 2 or even better than currently used SARS-CoV-2.
That's COVID-19 vaccines.
You are better off having had COVID in terms of protection than even getting the vaccine.
And you're certainly better off because the vaccine We don't know the long-term effects.
I am not predicting anything terrible.
But it is as true as the speed of light, whatever that speed, 186,000 miles per second.
It is as true as the laws of physics that we do not know the long-term effects of the vaccines.
I pray that there are none.
I am not predicting that there are.
I am simply stating As clear a fact as one can state, we have no idea what the long-term effects of this vaccine are.
Numerous scientists have warned vaccinating people who already had COVID could potentially cause harm or even death.
Makes perfect sense.
According to Dr. Human Noorchazam, surgeon and patient safety advocate, It is scientifically established that once a person is naturally infected by a virus, antigens from that virus persist in the body for a long time after viral replication has stopped and clinical signs of infection have resolved.
When a vaccine reactivates an immune response in a recently infected person, the tissues harboring the persisting viral antigen are targeted Inflamed and damaged by the immune response, Noor Chasm said.
Colleen Kelly, Associate Professor of Infectious Diseases at Emory University School of Medicine and Principal Investigator for Moderna and Novavax Phase 3 vaccine clinical trials, said in an interview with Huffington Post, there had been reported cases in which those who previously had the virus endured harsher side effects After they receive their vaccines.
So if you have COVID and are told to get a vaccine, whoever told you that is misleading you medically.
And if it is a doctor, you should find another doctor.
You can keep that doctor as a golfing partner.
I have no issue with that.
But that should disqualify the person as medical in your life.
And let's go to Arnold in Glendale, California.
Hello, Arnold.
Yes, Dennis, thank you for taking my call.
I totally agree with your argument there.
And a friend of mine who had COVID, he and his wife, they both went ahead and they got the vaccine, and I asked him why.
You're covered simply by having had the COVID itself.
And he said, The reason why is because of the variants.
Having had the COVID itself will not protect us from the variants.
I see.
How does he know that?
Who told him that?
That I didn't ask.
He probably read it in the New York Times or heard it on CNN. By the way, why will the vaccine protect you against the variants?
They claim that the vaccine, that's why you'll have to take booster shots and you'll have to take another one for a new variant.
That's what people are told.
There's a lot of talk about variants as there's a lot of talk about the existential threat of global warming.
Have variants played a role in the United States?
I don't know if they played a role in India.
Why did India lock down?
Didn't work out, did it?
And why didn't they give massive doses of hydroxychloroquine, which they had done in the beginning?
There's a new study that shows hydroxychloroquine works.
What we have lived through in this last year and a half is not something I could have imagined had somebody written a dystopian novel.
There's a lot of damage.
But you know what else there is?
Two things that are great.
a lot of clarity, and a lot of people were fighting back.

Hey, folks, I'm talking to Kevin McCullough today.
Tell us, what did you make of Kamala Harris when she posted, have a great weekend or something like that?
The way I take it sometimes...
I don't want to be like the left.
When the people on the left say something really stupid, I don't want to pile on as though they're the devil.
So when she said, have a nice weekend, we know it's because she's ignorant and it's bad as the vice president not to understand what Memorial Day is all about.
But I kind of feel like I almost don't know what I what do I expect from these people that she's never given a thought to Memorial Day, I don't think.
No, I don't think so.
And I think that she's a pragmatist in almost every area of life.
I think she takes opportunities to advance herself.
You know, even on this one post, it was a picture, it was a selfie.
And she was with a selfie saying, enjoy a long weekend.
Whereas...
My wife, who has a brother who is in forward duty right now.
I have two deceased grandfathers who were World War II Navy.
I've got four uncles who were in Vietnam and Korea.
I've got a couple of cousins that served in Iraq.
We view this weekend much differently than someone like Kamala, who I don't think ever served, has any desire to know much about service, whether it was flippant or whether it was sarcastic or whether it was intended to be just thoughtless.
I think any of those things are problematic because what you're talking about is a nation that really does pay respect to its fallen war dead and says, we are only free today because of what you did in that moment.

Hello there, everybody.
I'm Dennis Prager.
I think it's unprecedented on my show to have a weekly guest.
Gives you an idea of how highly I esteem her and the living martyr the same.
Triple G is still ambivalent.
Julie Hartman is going to be a senior at Harvard.
And she's come out of the closet.
Not as gay, not as trans, not as non-binary, but something far more challenging to students at Harvard as a conservative.
That's quite something.
And I can say, wherever life takes you, I was there at the beginning.
Is that right, Julie?
That's right.
It's a very powerful story that you have.
So you heard me talk about getting the vaccine even if you had COVID. You had COVID, right?
I did have COVID. I had it very early on.
I had it last March, and I was at school when I had it.
But I didn't know that I had it because I went...
Well, I actually suspected that I did, but I went into the medical center and I said, hey, I don't feel very good.
I don't have any energy.
I can't taste or smell.
And the people there said, well, you don't have a fever, you don't have a cough, so it must be another virus.
Because back then we really didn't know that much.
But it turns out many people at Harvard did have COVID and I was one of them.
You took a COVID test?
Well, I got an antibody test a few weeks after.
Oh, you did?
Okay, that's even better.
Okay.
Great.
Okay.
So then you did, however, recently get vaccinated.
I did, yes.
And why is that?
Well, one of my sisters lives in a group home.
She has very severe autism, and the group home mandated that we had to get vaccinated in order to see her.
Even if you had COVID? Yes.
What did they say?
I'm sure you said, but you know, I've had COVID. Right.
What did they say?
Well, the evidence is iffy.
If you had COVID back in March of 2020, you may not still have the antibodies.
That's what they said.
And also, I got vaccinated because I can't come back to campus next year.
I believe that Harvard mandated that students have to get vaccinated.
I'm sure they did.
So, was there a voice in you that said, this is absurd?
Absolutely.
I mean, I had the virus.
I have the natural antibodies.
Why do I also need to get vaccinated?
And, you know, Dennis, you often talk about how you are not yet vaccinated.
I think it's a completely valid point that this was not fully approved by the FDA. This is still technically, you know, the evidence on the efficacy and the safetiness of this vaccine is...
We're still figuring it out.
Why should someone my age be forced to take it?
Especially because I'm a woman.
We don't know what the implications are for fertility later on.
The crowd that does say abundance of caution, better safe than sorry, are not living by their own credo when they're telling young women in particular to get vaccinated and that you had COVID. Do you know anybody at Harvard who has said, I'm sorry, I'm just not coming back this year?
No.
Everybody has said, I'll get vaccinated.
Yes.
Are the professors getting vaccinated?
I read somewhere that this applies to students but not faculty.
Is that possible?
I don't know, but that would surprise me.
It would surprise me, too.
Yeah, I think it applies to them.
Alan, are you aware of that, that anybody has said that?
People have been saying it.
People have been saying it, but somebody even sent me where in little letters, in small print, something, this does not apply to faculty.
I don't know if it's true.
It would be too bizarre.
But obviously the professors should do it.
So I was talking about people's evolution from left to right.
You're a living example.
You were never hard left, but you were certainly a Democrat.
Liberal, not conservative.
One of the things that those people marvel at when I speak to them, like Dave Rubin, who was on gay left, and now he's still gay, obviously, and, however, on the right.
He said, I can't get over how nice conservatives are.
Has that hit you?
And don't answer yes just to make me feel good.
Well, actually, I was talking with Amala about it yesterday.
I was very happy to meet PragerU's new, I don't know what you would call her, talent spokesperson, Amala.
Hold on with the answer in a moment.
We're taking a break.
By the way, Amala is a phenomenon.

You know, you look back at things in life.
I look back at things that happened to me.
I look back at, wow.
If that hadn't happened, I might not be where I'm at now.
I look back and I use those things as they were character builders.

And so I want to be very clear.
She does not want to destroy America.
She wants it to be hers.
And it's not just her.
There is an entire network of Jeff Bezos to Zuckerberg, of these oligarchs that are pumping in billions of dollars.
Mark Zuckerberg put $400 million.

All right.
Hi, everybody. everybody.
Dennis Prager here with the young woman I have dubbed the Harvard heretic.
These months, back from Harvard, I'm putting her on each week.
And she is Julie Hartman.
And making the transition, talking about transitions, I think it's as dramatic as changing your sex or transitioning, whatever term you wish to use, is transitioning from left to right.
So I asked Julie right before the break, Really sort of, or not even sort of, shocked her or surprised her in meeting conservatives and our world.
So take it away, Julie.
Well, first of all, just how nice people are.
That was something we were talking about last segment.
I started to say that I met Amala yesterday, who works at PragerU.
She's my age.
And we were both just saying, we were talking about our upbringings in these liberal environments.
And how conservatives were always branded as bigoted.
And it's just...
All the conservatives I've encountered have such a graciousness of spirit.
They've been so lovely and welcoming, and they don't care if I disagree with them.
For example, I'm still obviously evolving on my views, but as of right now, I do support legalized abortion.
You have no problem with me saying that.
Can you imagine if I went on a left-leaning show and said I'm pro-life?
Can you imagine how that would go over?
It would not go over.
And the other thing that I think is really interesting, in addition to branding conservatives as bigots, growing up I always heard that conservatives were these simpletons.
Like they had such primitive, antiquated ways of thinking, even if you just look at originalism.
You know, it's so primitive that conservatives want to read the Constitution with the plain meaning of the text.
And, you know, we liberals are so enlightened because we can pull these rights out of thin air, and it's so woke, and it's so progressive.
And as I've really studied conservative thought...
There is, in my opinion, so much more intellectual depth on our side.
Even if we take the example of originalism and reading the text as is, that is a very, very...
That is a really good approach to curbing judicial overreach, preserving democratic sovereignty.
I mean, that requires a lot of intellectual depth.
It is hardly a simpleton approach.
So it's just ironic that all of the things that...
Liberals and leftists characterize us as, A, I think a lot of the times they are actually those things, and B, it's just, in my opinion, very untrue.
How's it going to be for you this coming year at Harvard?
Well, that's a very good question.
I don't know.
I imagine it will be a bit difficult.
I imagine I'm going to get some people coming after me.
But as I said on your show a few weeks ago, it was causing me more pain.
To be silent about it than it was to be open about it and hate it.
I feel that I have a civic duty to stick my neck out for these institutions that I have benefited from, these American institutions I'm talking about, for American values, because the left right now is using their own freedom to subvert freedom.
They are undermining the very system that they benefited from, and I'm not going to stand for that.
And if it means I come back to school and people hate me, okay, those are not people I want in my life.
Will you try to write for the Crimson?
I've thought about it.
Maybe I'll pitch a column.
I think that would be interesting.
Hopefully people would read it.
Would they publish anything like the, you know, A piece titled, The Ultimate Transition, or the most difficult coming out of closet in contemporary America.
Would they publish that?
I think they would publish it.
They have published a few editorials from the very small amount of conservatives on campus, but the real question is, what would my life be like if I published an article like that?
By the way, I'd like to react to the comment you made that you could say anything on a conservative show, but you could say nothing on a left show that they differ with, and use the example that you are against rendering abortion illegal.
So there are two issues that I... We've never discussed this, so I am curious.
When I... I have made my video for PragerU on abortion, which went sort of viral and is used by many, many pro-life groups.
I made it clear at the very opening sentences, I'm not talking about legality, I'm talking about morality.
I am more interested in people's views of the morality of all abortions rather than the legality question.
Legality is not the same as morality.
There are things, look, adultery is not moral, but we don't want to make it illegal.
But I don't want people going around saying it doesn't matter whether or not you're monogamous.
It does matter.
So how do you feel morally about abortions where the mother and child are healthy?
Oh, I completely agree with you.
I think it is a...
It's a hugely regrettable thing.
And I think morally, in many ways, it is awful.
I agree.
You are taking a life.
Look, abortion undermines respect for life.
It just does.
And what bothers me about liberal arguments about it is they say, well, you know, a fetus, it's really not...
What do they call it?
A bundle of cells.
It's like, let's have an honest conversation about it, okay?
It is not a bundle of cells.
It is a human being.
We can have a conversation about whether or not it should be legal, but calling it something that it's not is just not helping people.
So I agree.
I think morally it's terrible.
And I also don't like how a lot of the times it's weirdly kind of like celebrated or applauded in a kind of way.
I've noticed when the left talks about abortion, they don't really account for the fact that it is a really, really sad thing and we should talk about it with respect for it being an unfortunate event in people's lives.
It's not really something that we should celebrate.
To pro-life listeners, arguing on the morality is much more effective than arguing on the legality.
We'll be back in a moment.

Hi, everybody.
Welcome back.
Our resident this summer, Harvard heretic, I call her.
It is amazing that if you think America is essentially a beacon of liberty, you are a heretic now.
Is that fair to say?
Unfortunately, in the kinds of environments that I'm in, yes, you are a heretic.
Wow.
It's an astonishing thing to live in such a good place.
Do you have a theory on how people living in such a decent place can hate it?
I think it's just that they take it for granted.
They're so used to it being such a good place that they have no reason to think about why it's a good place or appreciate it.
So they just pay attention to the bad things.
It's honestly like being in a...
I mean...
I should not be speaking on this because I am not married, but I imagine it's like being in a really good marriage and you start to focus on the flaws of your spouse and then you forget all of the good things.
That's my theory.
That's a good analogy.
They're so accustomed to having such a charmed life that they take it for granted so they just turn their attention to all the bad things and then that permeates their thought.
Well, it's really a staggering naivete about the world.
That is spot on, yes.
Leftists are so insular.
Because if you have any idea what the world is like, all you do is go, wow, am I lucky to be American.
Well, they also, I think they advocate for these irresponsible policies and then they insulate themselves from the consequences.
Like, they don't know how hard it is.
For example, with defunding the police or their thoughts about how police should handle violent criminals, they have no idea how hard it is being a police officer when you have someone violent.
They wag their fingers and they go, oh, police should do this, police should do that.
They should put on a uniform and be a police officer for one day and try it out.
They have no respect for how hard it is on the ground to make society work.
That's another good example.
That's right.
They're insulated from the world of people who are bad.
There are a lot of bad people out there.
When you ask a Harvard or irrelevant Boise State student, name an evil person, they'll probably say Donald Trump.
They won't say the murderers and rapists and beaters of innocents in the streets.
That's not what comes...
Those are victims.
Well, Julie, we are enriched, that is we Americans and we conservatives, by having you on our side.
Well, thank you.
Thank you.
How do people contact you?
I'm going to set up a Facebook page this week.
Okay, fair enough.
All right.
We'll be back.

So, that was a very good insularity. ... that was a very good insularity. ...

Hey, folks, I'm talking to Kevin McCullough.
Tell us, what did you make of Kamala Harris when she posted, have a great weekend or something like that?
The way I take it sometimes is...
Whereas my wife, who has a brother who is in forward duty right now, I have two deceased grandfathers who were World War II Navy.
I've got four uncles who were in Vietnam and Korea.
I've got a couple of cousins that served in Iraq.
Iraq, we view this weekend much differently than someone like Kamala, who I don't think ever served, has any desire to know much about service, whether it was flippant or whether it was sarcastic or whether it was intended to be just thoughtless.
I think any of those things are problematic because what you're talking about is a nation that really does pay respect to its fallen war dead and says, we are only free today because of what you did in that moment.

*music* I don't need lots of audits.
I don't need forensic evidence by the bucket load.
All I need to know is that in the four key battleground states, President Trump was winning before they stopped.
counting the votes.
Then the GOP poll watchers were escorted out of the building.
And magically, a few hours later, when the voting started up again, those leads were somehow lost.
And on top of that, we have governors across the nation who have arrogated to themselves the constitutional duties of the state legislatures and changed election law unconstitutionally.
As such, as such, the last election was fatally flawed, whatever the audits.
Give us in minutiae.
You're the lawyer.
You're the constitutional law professor.
Have I missed any big pieces out?
Not at all.
And the two words that I repeatedly said to the state legislatures were irredeemably compromised.
And what that means is that they didn't need any more information than what they already had in the short weeks in the aftermath of November 3rd to recognize that the elections were irredeemably compromised.
Their obligation, their duty, their responsibility under the U.S. Constitution, their plenary authority, meaning exclusive, absolute, sole duty.
Not permission from the governor, the state secretary.
Their sole textual responsibility and obligation and power from the text of the U.S. Constitution is to the state legislatures to select the manner of the delegates to the Electoral College.

I'd like you to hear a portion of what a woman addressing the Loudoun County, Virginia school board said at a school board meeting.
I need to tell you, because I've never ever hidden from you when I have been pessimistic about the country, when I have I've been even saddened.
Remember my answer for the last year and a half to the question, how are you, Dennis?
Which is the American way of saying hello, was better than my country.
By the way, I've got to tell you a very funny personal story on that.
So, this happened about, I don't know, a few months ago.
I have an autistic stepson.
He lives with us, and he's terrific.
I'm not saying it because he's my stepson, but he's just terrific.
And you never fully can anticipate what he'll say, and he loves to talk, and he talks about everything, just literally everything, especially the weather and politics.
He is, by the way, to the right of me.
It's very funny.
Anyway, somebody came to the door and said, Brandon, how are you?
And he goes, better than my country.
And I thought, I thought I'd have to gasp for air.
He had heard me say it and had adopted it as his response.
So...
When I tell you that I am more hopeful now than just a few months ago, let alone a year ago, you can believe me because I never fake optimism.
Never.
In fact, I'm not even interested in optimism or pessimism.
Both are excuses not to fight.
The optimist says things will work out, so he doesn't fight.
The pessimist says things will never work out, so he doesn't fight.
The trick is to fight.
People are fighting.
The more of you I can get out of the closet and liberate yourselves and breathe fresh air, and yes, go through a sort of horrible early period of people hating you.
You know, I just want you to know something, because I, obviously, I'm vaccinated against being hated.
It has no effect on me, like a virus has no effect on someone who had the virus.
It comes with the territory, it's a non-issue to me.
By the way, there is one thing I do hate.
It's not being attacked, it's not being cursed, that doesn't bother me.
I hate being misquoted.
That's sort of like using poison gas.
There are certain things you just don't do in wartime.
But anyway, this is all a preface to saying, here's another fighter in America.
They're cropping up now at school board meetings, taking kids out of schools.
There's a teacher at a $50,000 a year school.
Who has come out against the lies that are being taught and the evil that is being taught to students by the left in her school.
John McWhorter came out in her support.
Daily Mail.
Black Columbia...
By the way, McWhorter's been on the show.
He's a major thinker.
Black Columbia professor calls for, quote, truly anti-racist parents.
To pull their kids out of $52,000 a year New Jersey school after teacher quit over critical race theory lessons and says only this will stop this misguided quest.
That's a big deal.
A black Columbia professor supporting a teacher at a $52,000 a year indoctrination academy?
The money that parents are paying solely, solely, so that their kids get into a prestigious college.
And then when their kid becomes an a-hole as a result of being taught to be an a-hole by a-holes, they're shocked.
Unless they're left as parents, in which case they're thrilled that their kid thinks America is a cesspool.
John McWhorter, an associate professor of English and comparative literature at Columbia University, tweeted his support for Dana Stanglplow.
Stanglplow, who taught at the Dwight Englewood School in Bergen County, accused the school of creating a hostile culture of conformity and fear.
Her resignation letter was published by the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism.
The organization said she is an award-winning teacher and a graduate of Cornell University, as well as a published poet, in highlighting her credentials.
Stangel Plough said head of school Rodney DeJarnett told the entire faculty that he would fire everyone if he could replace them with people of color, which is a riot because he's white.
I looked him up there.
We've got to follow the story with this teacher who has done this.
The issue, my dear friends, is courage.
That is the issue.
So anyway, I want you to hear this Chinese-American woman speaking to the school board of Loudoun County, nice left-wing county in Virginia.
The woman...
lived under Mao and the Cultural Revolution, and this is what she said.
Thank you.
That's right.
Hold it there.
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
I know a lot about this.
This was my field of study.
I had forgotten what she just reminded me of.
I know a lot about the Cultural Revolution.
And for whatever reason, I never brought your attention to something she's pointing out.
They destroyed the heritage of China.
To replace it with communism.
Any relics of Chinese, indigenous Chinese thought.
And, of course, she mentioned Buddhism.
The Taliban, remember when the Taliban destroyed some of the greatest monuments of the ancient world?
The Buddhist statues, the giant Buddhist statues in Afghanistan, they just blew it up with artillery.
That is what the Chinese did under Mao.
They destroyed the Buddhist traditions in the past.
And likewise, the Confucian traditions.
Buddhism came from India, but Confucianism was indigenous.
And that's exactly what is happening in the United States.
The left everywhere does the same thing.
Mao and Bernie Sanders have much more in common than I and Bernie Sanders.
Okay?
That's it.
Leftism is an international religion.
Just like the Catholic Church is an international religion.
That's what they did.
They destroyed Chinese symbols.
All right, Sean, let's continue here.
We were taught to denounce our heritage.
The Red Guards destroy anything that is not communist.
Old statues, books, and anything else.
We are also encouraged to report on each other, just like the student equity ambassador program and the bias reporting system.
This is indeed the American version of the Chinese Cultural Revolution.
The critical race theory has its roots in cultural Marxism.
It should have no place in our school.
Well, I'm surprised you didn't turn her mic off.
This is big.
More of you need to do that?
And take your kids elsewhere.
1-8 Prager 776. As Galileans, we witnessed his first miracle.
This is the most profound discovery in human history.

Obama tore this country down.
No one stood up to him.
Nobody.
My parents didn't teach me that I was a victim.
And Uncle Tom is somebody who has sold out.
I will not pretend to be a victim in this country.
I know that that makes many people on the left uncomfortable.
Most black people don't believe that other blacks can be independent, free thinkers.
When there's chaos, when there's pandemics, when there's riots, people think, where is God?
God always manages to re-emerge.
This Constitution is intended for a moral and religious people.
It is wholly inadequate for the government of any other.

If you go in as a woman, knowing that I... I'm never going to have children and not telling your husband.
That is a reason to nullify the wedding as if it never actually occurred.

Yes, indeed, y'all. - There's a great movie out there that addresses two of the most important, truly two of the most important issues in society, fatherlessness and God.
And the name of the movie is The Streets Were My Father.
We talked about it on the radio.
It's available on DVD. Get a lot of copies to give to people, or you can stream it at SalemNow.com, SalemNow.com.
It's a documentary about guys who went from gang violence to a good life through faith in God.
The last thing that any of our universities and all the quote-unquote experts advocate, it's another example, in my opinion, of the foolishness of most experts.
I don't care if you're an atheist.
If you don't acknowledge the singular power of faith in God and a religion, To transform people from non-productive to productive citizens.
You are not an expert.
You're an ideologue.
Okay?
It's irrelevant whether you believe in God.
What is relevant is, do you understand what that does?
How that works?
How singularly effective?
It's a great movie.
The Streets Were My Father at SalemNow.com I've just played for you a Chinese-American woman.
It's entirely accurate in describing what is happening as our cultural revolution.
To tear down statues of just about everybody.
We live...
The stupid, the foolish are truly teaching our children.
You don't tear down statues of people who did...
If we had a statue of truly evil people, Jack the Ripper, you take it down.
But the others, where there is ambiguity, there's a statue to Peter Stuyvesant in Manhattan.
He was the Dutch first mayor or leader of Manhattan when it was Dutch.
It was New Amsterdam.
Peter Stuyvesant is known to have been an anti-Semite.
I'm a Jew.
I don't want that statue taken down.
He was the first mayor.
I understand why there's a statue.
By the way, if we took down statues of everybody who was anti-Semitic, there wouldn't be many statues left.
You know, I always give the example...
I'm into classical music.
I listen to Wagner.
I think he was a great composer.
Wagner was Hitler's artistic hero because he was such a Jew hater.
So let alone taking down statues and removing the names of Jefferson and Madison and Washington, Lincoln, these people are exactly like the Lincoln, these people are exactly like the Chinese Cultural Revolution.
And This last year and a half has been sobering in a very sad way.
I am very open with you about my own emotions and feelings, although the same thing, emotions.
I expected Americans to be better.
I admit a very deep disappointment.
We can produce Maoism Just like they did in China.
That is what I have come to understand in the last 18 months.
I would not have said that two years ago, or 10, or 20, or 30, or 40 years ago.
I believe that when Americans sang the home of the brave and the land of the free, or the land of the free and the home of the brave, they meant it.
However, 50 years of left-wing indoctrination in the media, in Hollywood, in schools, had its effect.
I have to write a column on my realizations of the last 18 months.
Maoism is not confined to China.
Maybe that would be the title of my column.
Communism is not confined to Russia.
We have many Lenins and many Trotskys and many Bukharins and many Kamenevs.
I'm not yet prepared to say we have many Stalins.
Do I believe that there could be Stalins?
I certainly do.
Do we have many?
I don't know yet.
But it's bad enough what I just...
Reeled off to you.
A column this week picked up widely and which you should read if you have children or grandchildren in any school in America.
Almost any.
You should read it.
Let it be said that if 10, 20 years from now your child is alienated from everything you hold precious, Let it never be said you were not warned.
I have deep sympathy for parents today whose children loathe them because they're conservative or Christian, let alone both.
I have great sympathy because they were sucker-punched.
They sent their kid to school and they expected their kid to get an education.
Not to come home and think their parents We're racists.
But now, I don't have sympathy.
If your child comes home in five years and loathes everything you hold precious, I blame you.
You were not sucker punched.
You were told.
Same thing if you have grandchildren.
If your children are sympathetic to your values, Your children need to know not to send their children to most American schools, private or public.
If there is a financial problem in homeschooling the child, and there may well be, you help out.
A lot of parents have more money than their children.
Just a fact.
Help them out.
They need that more than they need to be in your will.
Use the money now to have a better grandchild.

Voter photo IDs are the rule in Europe and elsewhere is the title of the piece.
It's up on LarryElder.com.
Please welcome back to the program John Lott, founder and president of the Crime Prevention Research Center.
CrimeResearch.org is the website.
John, thank you so much for coming on.
I appreciate it.
Great to talk to you.
John, I read your piece.
One of the things that Eric Holder once said, the former AG, is that photo ID, requiring photo ID, is an example of, quote, pernicious racism, end of quote.
Right.
Well, I mean, there's all sorts of hyperbole that's being thrown around.
Just a couple weeks ago, the New York Times was claiming that the Republicans were becoming anti-democratic and authoritarian.
And one of their two main proofs for that was that the types of voter laws requiring IDs that Republicans and state legislatures were trying to push through.
You know, I guess my response is if requiring photo IDs is proof of an authoritarian, anti-democratic tendency...
Then Sweden is anti-democratic.
France is anti-democratic.
You know, essentially all of Europe is anti-democratic.
You point out in your article that of the 47 nations surveyed, only one does not require government-issued photo ID to vote, and that's UK. And even there, they're mandatory in Northern Ireland because of the fraud that they've experienced in the past.

Transcription by CastingWords I'm almost speechless because after listening to your piece about Fauci's testimony, I went and read Nicholas Wade's memo, which I was remiss in not reading.
And I was just flabbergasted.
Look, I knew, and I said all last year, that it was possible this was an escape from a lab, because the Chinese do billions and billions of dollars of all kinds of bio-research.
We know their safety protocols are lousy.
We know they don't have any scruples about doing gain-of-function research, all the stuff we sweat over.
They don't care about any of that.
So, you know, you knew it was a possibility.
But when I went back and read...
I'm sure you've read it.
It's meticulously reported.
The guy ought to get a Pulitzer Prize.
But one of the things he says in there is that Dr. Xi, who is the Chinese virologist who did the research, actually set out in the grant application that she was going to do gain-of-function research.
Here's a quote from Wade's piece.
He says, Dr. Xi set out to create a novel coronavirus with the highest possible infectivity for human cells.
And she got the grant from the Echo Health Alliance, the leader of which, I didn't know this either, was the guy who organized the first letter in February of 2020 from 27 virologists, which supposedly debunked the lab theory.
Yep.
And so, Jim...
The point is that I also had Dr. Fauci on the show.
He denied it.
I think the credibility is shattered because people don't know when to say, I don't know.
There's no way Dr. Fauci knows what the grants say.
He hasn't read that sub-grant, but he should know, and he does apparently know now.

You're exactly right.
You know what's very sad?
The Hebrew word for the book of Numbers is in the wilderness.
Now, isn't that a little more inviting than numbers?
Yeah, I like that.
Numbers, they'll think that Prager University is branching out into mathematics.
Which it isn't.
You wrote another great piece about your attitude toward the...
Current graduates of elite schools like Ivy League schools.
Summarize your article for my listeners.
Ten years ago, it was a plus.
Harvard, Yale.
Five years ago, I started interviewing kids saying, something's wrong here.
And the last couple years, it's become a decisive negative.
So you were sending an application for one of our entry-level jobs and come from an Ivy League school.
You've got to overcome that in the interview process because it's a sign of someone who...
I mean, it used to be arrogance and entitlement.
Yeah, but you can work with that, you know, because arrogance can also be confidence.
Entitlement can also be the sense that, you know, you want to be a leader.
But now the woke ideology, I think, has turned these schools so detached from reality that you really get...
Young kids that are disoriented don't have a sense of what life's priorities are really all about.
You know, spent four years talking about pronouns, you're really not going to be able to engage, you know, in the realities of life.
That was great, yes.
So this affects kids who agree with us, you know.
As I make an observation, they can suffer from, like, post-traumatic stress disorder from getting beat up for four years.
It's just not good for you.
So it seems to be damaging young people, these elite schools.
But they're right.
It's very difficult for me when a guest says not only what I agree with, but in the words that I would use.
Because all I can say is, oh my God, it's so good to hear from somebody else.
So that is so true that I have a follow-up.
Put it this way.
Do you think that the average graduate of a community college is more rational, more sober in his or her thinking than a graduate from Yale?
Let me put it this way.
At Yale, they had...
Ruckus about Calhoun College, the name of Calhoun College.
That's one of the residential colleges.
So an enterprising young reporter, in fact, the son of a friend of mine who works for the Yale Daily News, he goes to Calhoun University in Alabama and interviews the student leaders.
You know, this is basically a kind of glorified community college.
I think it was a community college.
It got upgraded to a satellite of the state university system.
And, you know, all student leaders are black.
And they look at him and say, the students at Yale think, what?
I mean, you guys must have a lot of free time on your hands if you can worry about the name Calhoun.
So the question answers itself.
Of course you want to hire the student body president at Calhoun University in Alabama who realizes that this is not an urgent question in our society about whether Yale has a college honoring John C. Calhoun compared to the Yale students who are in connections over it.
So I do think that young people who...
I agree.
Part of it is these kids are not being coddled.
That's right.
We'll be back in a moment.
R.R. Reno, First Things Magazine.
So this guy would hire sight unseen, a community college graduate before he...
Turning now on the Charlie Kirk Show.
So I want to get through a very important piece of news that happened.
The Pelosi Commission.
So for the last couple months, Nancy Pelosi, I think, has been intentionally slow-walking this.
I think that Nancy Pelosi has been intentionally dragging her feet for months because Nancy Pelosi wanted a commission.
To look into January 6th, despite the fact that every single department of law enforcement right now is looking into it, she wanted this to be a later authorized commission so it would go into the election year of 2022 and hurt Republicans.
But we all know how these things happen.
happen.
This would be a Mueller style counsel that would be a roaming prosecutor.
Speaker 1: Hey folks, I'm talking to Kevin McCullough.
Tell us, what did you make of Kamala Harris when she posted have a great weekend or something like that?
The way I take it sometimes...
I don't want to be like the left.
When the people on the left say something really stupid, I don't want to pile on as though they're the devil.
So when she said, have a nice weekend, we know it's because she's ignorant and it's bad as the vice president not to understand what Memorial Day is all about.
But I kind of feel like I almost don't know what I what do I expect from these people that she's never given a thought to Memorial Day.
I don't Okay, everybody everybody A reminder about Nerve Renew.
A lot of people have this tingling, pins and needles, numbness in extremities, specifically hands and feet, or feet.
I've had them in my feet, the room as they're called, for much of my life.
Figured out that inserts in my shoes would be fantastic.
They were.
Then I read about Nerve Renew, tried it out, and to my shock, within a year, I threw away the inserts.
So I strongly advise that you try it.
They have a very remarkable tryout, period.

NervRenew.com I'm speaking to R.R. Reno.
And he is the editor of a terrific magazine, First Things, which, with my hard-earned money, I subscribe to.
And I only tell you that because I want you to support things that you read.
I send money to the photography websites that I visit.
Anyway, RR Reno, Rusty Reno, has written a column, which is up at DennisPrager.com, that it's so bad now that the impoverished education at elite colleges is such.
That he holds it against an applicant for a job if they went to an Ivy League college or Stanford-type college.
I totally agree with you.
My suspicion is if you tell me your kid is at Yale, especially Yale, it's really accessible.
I assume that you have nothing in common with your child other than family bonds, which I hope obviously remain.
But that's how bad it has become.
So, I'll ask you a question I don't normally ask, but I'm curious as to your answer.
What rays of hope do you see?
Well, you ask all the hard questions.
Yeah, I have a feeling I'd get a sober answer like that.
There are educational institutions That do a fantastic job.
There aren't many of them.
I mean, I'm sure many of your listeners know about Hillsdale College, a very extraordinary place, really.
We've hired a number of people from there that have been among our best.
There are little Catholic colleges.
Thomas Aquinas College is a great folks' school.
Really, I think it's top 25 liberal arts colleges ranked in the country.
But there you could, if you're a...
You don't even have to be a pious Catholic.
You send your...
By the way, forgive me, I just wanted to say, I could make a very powerful case for non-Catholics, for agnostics, for atheists to send their kids to Aquinas College.
What does it hurt to learn about a good religion from good people Who are teaching it?
It's a puzzle to me.
Maybe you disagree because you said it was for pious Catholics, I think, and I was thinking it's for pious agnostics.
No, I agree.
I mean, it's predominant, but I feel the same way.
Send your kids to Yeshiva University in New York.
That's right.
Yes.
I tell people to send their kids to Israel for a break between high school and college.
Send your kids to Israel.
You have to be Jewish.
Just send them to the real world.
By the way, one of the great benefits of going to Israel for six months even is you'll realize how much lying goes on in the mainstream media when you realize you're not in an apartheid state.
I agree.
I think my son went to Israel for nine months and it was a It was a great experience.
You know, life matters there.
You can't afford to live in this, you know, there's an existential threat to the state of Israel.
You can't live in this dream world that woke America is being plunged into.
It is so interesting to me that your response was that you sent your own child there.
You obviously committed Catholic.
Well, my wife is Jewish, though.
Right.
Well...
So my kids went to, they went to...
Oh, I see you're cheating.
So I would say, my kids went to Jewish day school, K-6.
We would have gone all the way, but that's all they had in Omaha, Nebraska, where we were living.
And people said, well, aren't you Catholic?
I said, oh, look, I would much rather my kids, I mean, my kids were raised Jewish, but I would much rather, even if they were being raised Catholic, to go to a religious school, if you're a religious person, is incalculably better than going to a public school.
Yes, I've said that to Jews.
If you have no Jewish school in the city, your kid is better off as a Jew in a committed Christian school, Protestant or Catholic.
That is exactly my view.
I want you to have a God-centered education.
If it has a theology that you don't share, big deal.
But you will get a God-centered education, and that is everything.
People ask my wife, why did you marry a Christian?
She said it was harder to find somebody who believed in God at Yale.
She's a Yale student.
Harder to find a person that believed in God at Yale.
God, does that make sense?
That's right.
And I think the same thing is true for education of your kids.
We live in the 21st century, and I think religious people sense that, and we really are uniting.
Oh, there's no question.
That's part of the mission of First Things Magazine, to speak for religious folks.
We argue amongst each other.
We should, too.
You know, we shouldn't pretend that we believe the same things.
But we know that we're shoulder-to-shoulder against an increasingly aggressive and hostile secular world.
That's exactly right.
We have far more in common than divides us right now, and we obviously have a common ideological foe.
Anyway, we put your article up at DennisPrager.com.
I'll have you on, of course, again.
I love First Things, and thanks for coming on.
Thanks.
Thanks for all the work you're doing on behalf of the truth.
That's a beautiful compliment.

I thought that was the big...
Here's a story I doubt you are aware of.
Innocent father of two, 34, shot dead.
This is the headline in the Daily Mail.
After soft-touch New York City judge set teen gang member free by slashing his bail after his third gun arrest in four months.
Alberto Ramirez, 16, is accused of shooting dead Eric Velasquez in Fordham, that's in the Bronx.
On May 16th, Ramirez was arrested Monday, that's this week, and charged with second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
A series of failings by a New York City Supreme Court Justice, Dennis Boyle, Allowed Ramirez to be out on the streets the day of the shooting.
Boyle helped set the teen free on two recent occasions involving gun charges.
He freed him without bail in December against the wishes of prosecutors.
In March, Boyle slashed his bail on a different charge from $75,000 to $10,000 cash or a $25,000 bond.
Ramirez posted bond weeks later and then went out to murder this 34-year-old father of two.
So the judge is a murderer.
I mean, that's fair to say.
The judge colluded in the murder of this man.
Or, if you prefer it as precisely as possible, were it not for the judge, this man would be alive.
It's a rare story, by the way, that names the judges.
It's very rare.
I always find it hard.
Oh, the judge let this guy out, let this guy out.
These people live in the world of theory.
Imprisonment is a bad thing.
Why do you believe that?
Why is imprisonment, why is punishment a bad thing?
Because you live in an ideological bubble of non-reality.
Again, the opposite of leftism is the Bible.
You know what the Bible's view of people who do evil is?
And you shall burn the evil from out of your midst.
I would say that that produces a kinder society than kindness to criminals.
When you're kind to the evil, you are mean to the good.
I didn't make that up.
2,000-year-old statement in the Talmud.
But I learned a lot of wisdom as a kid, because I went to a religious school.
Secular schools have virtually no wisdom.
They have a lot of facts.
They even have a lot of nice people.
But the secular world produces no wisdom.
We shall return.

So, Laureen Powell Jobs, or Lauren, whatever, however she pronounces her name, she is now, according to Alex Marlowe, editor of Breitbart.com, the new George Soros. editor of Breitbart.com, the new George Soros.
Pumping millions and millions of dollars towards social leftist activist causes.
And so I want to be very clear.
She does not want to destroy America.
She wants it to be hers.
And it's not just her.
There is an entire network of Jeff Bezos to Zuckerberg, of these oligarchs.
That are pumping in billions of dollars.
Mark Zuckerberg put $400 million to the Center for Technology and Civic Life into this last election.
$400 million.
Jeff Bezos, with his play money, owns the Washington Post, which propagandizes you and your children through Apple News.
Thank you, Laureen Powell Jobs.
So what you have here is a technology ecosystem that has been built.
Through businesses of largely unearned wealth.
Now, some could say that Jeff Bezos earned his wealth.
I think that's probably somewhat true.
Do I think that he gamed the U.S. Postal Service?
Yes.
Do I think that he misleads the type of company he is?
He's just a server company that loses money intentionally to take over other small businesses.
But I think there's something fundamentally different about making massive sums of money In this new technology era, and the ways that people made money in the early 1900s, 1950s, and 1980s.
You see, technology has led to fast, immediate wealth creation. immediate wealth creation.

Correct.
Correct.
And it is very unfortunate.
And I have to preface this by saying I understand the way.
Thank you.
Well, hello, my friends.
I'm Dennis Prager.
I ended the last segment, or the last hour, with a story about a judge in New York who had let out a guy repeatedly, and then he went on, the man he did, to murder a 34-year-old father of two.
The judge, who is an accessory to murder, and if he's not liberal or left, then my name isn't Dennis, set the Satine free on two recent occasions involving gun charges.
Freedom without bail in December against the wishes of prosecutors, and now he went on to murder.
34-year-old man.
He's a 16-year-old thug.
By the way, even when I say that, I so know the left.
I know how they think.
I know how they speak.
It bothers them that I would call a 16-year-old a thug.
It does.
Because every one of their reactions is wrong.
Do you realize, I mean, again, this is fairly new.
I've always known how much damage the left has done, but I never realized they're always wrong.
It's an amazing thing.
I don't understand that.
Sometimes you're wrong, sometimes you're right, but the left, unlike liberals, liberals are wrong for voting left, but they don't think like them.
So what is wrong in calling a 16-year-old a thug?
After all, a lot of people on the left want 16-year-olds to have the vote.
So if you can have the vote, you're certainly capable of being described as despicable.
So anyway, 16-year-old thug was released twice by the same judge, Dennis Boyle, and now a 34-year-old father of two.
Is dead.
I only have one question.
Does the judge think he is in any way guilty?
That I don't know the answer to.
As a general rule, being on the left means never having to say you're sorry.
Not just to society, but to yourself or to God.
Well, God doesn't play a big role on the left, so we'll drop that one.
It's an interesting question, isn't it?
I don't know the answer.
Did he lose 30 seconds of sleep?
In other words, did it take him 30 seconds longer to go to sleep last night?
I don't know the answer.
But, sure enough, my highly competent producer found another story with this judge.
This is from December 2020. Bronx judge, it's amazing that you found this.
I mean, it's amazing.
The man's a repeated felon, this judge, Dennis Boyle.
But we can't find out who appointed him, right?
Yeah, he was appointed by Dinkins.
Oh, he was appointed by Mayor Dinkins.
And then Bloomberg.
And then Bloomberg?
Okay.
Great choices.
Great men.
Bronx judge cut the teen loose after murder rap slashing.
This is December 28, 2020. This is like a preview of what I just read to you from last week, from this week.
It's eerie.
A Bronx judge cut a teen murderer suspect loose only for him to allegedly slash a young woman in the stomach and then get sprung again by the same jurist, the New York Post has learned.
This is December 2020. This is before the lockdown.
No, it's during the lockdown.
Oh, you're right.
I'm sorry.
This is 2021. Oh, this is pretty recent then.
Yeah, I'm thinking December 2019 for some reason.
Yeah, December 2020, last year.
The end of last year.
Supreme Court Justice Dennis Boyle freed 16-year-old Jordan Benjamin without bail for the more recent December knife attack.
Allowing him to roam the streets despite the two pending cases for violent crimes.
His alleged victims and their families are now furious over the Kid Gloves treatment.
This is crazy.
Tanisha Smith, the mother of slashing victim Amika Hicks, said Monday.
We thought he was still in jail, said Smith, 33. She doesn't have an order of protection or nothing.
He's local.
He hangs out two blocks away.
Nobody called us, she said.
Of course nobody called you.
The left doesn't care about victims of violent crime.
They care about victims of systemic racism.
When you don't fight real evil, you fight made-up evils.
This is not ancient.
I mean, the ancients probably knew it, but this is Prager.
When you don't fight real evils, You fight make-believe evils.
They're children.
Fighting make-believe monsters.
It's astonishing.
Judge Dennis Boyle.
Those of you listening in New York should be aware of that.
The damage that President Joe Biden has done to this country in his few months in office is unparalleled.
Since Andrew Johnson, the successor to Abraham Lincoln.
Nobody has done as much damage to this country in such little time as Joe Biden.
And I suspect everybody who voted for him would vote for him again.
Just like in Minneapolis, they will still vote Democrat.
Even though the Democrats came out with about as moronic a doctrine as a society can ever come up with.
Defund police.
You have to live in the cocoon of leftism to believe that defunding the police will lead to a better society.
The damage that Biden has done is incalculable.
Here is one example.
Wall Street Journal, America's energy gift to dictators.
China, Russia, and Iran will exploit the U.S. retreat on fossil fuels.
The U.S. is barreling toward one of the greatest self-inflicted wounds in its history.
This is the editorial board.
These guys are the last people to fling insults.
The last.
Wall Street Journal editorial board.
One of the greatest self-inflicted wounds in American history.
This came into sharper focus last week when President Biden suspended oil leases in Alaska's Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Anwar.
I know many of you have been there, and so you have an emotional attachment to Anwar.
I would say that the number of People who have been there?
I'm trying to think.
I would say it's equal to the number of baseball players who have been on a World Series winning team and are living.
Nobody goes, it's nothing.
It's a postage stamp.
I mean, it looks gigantic when you look at it, but look at it compared to Alaska, and it's a postage stamp.
Anyway.
Even as Russia and the Organization of the Petroleum Export Countries, OPEC, announced production increases.
So we're decreasing.
Under President Trump, we became energy independent, and now we will be energy dependent.
Because one of the most moronic, fanatical groups in American history, the environmentalist movement, wants it.
That's the reason.
It is one of the most radical groups in American history, which means detached from reality.
They are a destructive force.
This is an example of it.
Mr. Biden's anti-carbon fusillade will have no effect on the climate, as global demand for fossil fuels will continue to increase for decades, no matter what the United States does.
Meantime, Russia, China and Iran...
We'll take advantage of America's astonishing fossil fuel retreat.
This is really well written.
I wonder if she wrote it, Kimberly.
I will read to you more about this in a moment.

All right, band, you can get quieter now.
Thank you so much, guys.
It's great to hear from you.
You know about the, there's a legal challenge against Major League Baseball on behalf of small business owners in Atlanta because they moved.
Major League Baseball being taken over by the left.
All sports has been crushed.
I went from being a sports fan to having zero interest in sports.
Zero.
It's been poisoned.
One day it will, like a phoenix, arise from a comatose or dead state, but it has been shattered.
I don't know how anybody who loves...
Openness, truth, and apolitical, apolitical sports.
I don't want sports to be right-wing.
I want sports to be sports.
One of the greatest groups in the country, Job Creators Network, fight for the middle class, they fight for small businesses, suing Major League Baseball for moving the game from Atlanta to Colorado.
The joke is Colorado has more restrictive voting laws than Georgia does.

I'm reading to you from the Wall Street Journal editorial.
It's so unbelievable the damage that Biden is doing to this country.
The damage is so severe.
We went from depending on foreign oil to being independent under Donald Trump.
It was a massive, massive boon morally, not just politically, and not just economically, because we weren't supporting Iran, Russia, and China.
And voila!
Guess what?
Now we are.
I continue.
Not long ago, the U.S. depended on OPEC for much of its oil supply.
But hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling enabled producers to extract oil and natural gas once believed unrecoverable.
Shale frackers from North Dakota to Texas unleashed a surge of oil and gas onto global markets, breaking OPEC's dominance on supply.
OPEC tried to break U.S. producers by flooding markets, but frackers became more efficient.
By 2019, the U.S. was producing nearly two and a half times as much crude as in 2008. OPEC and Russia have had to limit their production to lift prices to shore up budgets that depend on petrodollars.
The anti-carbon left It says the U.S. must banish fossil fuels to meet the Paris goal of limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius relative to pre-industrial temperatures.
This is incompatible with a worldwide population that is expected to grow by 2 billion by 2050. It would require an enormous reorganization of the global economy that would keep billions in poverty.
But that's exactly what the left desires.
Unless there is some technology breakthrough, demand for fossil fuels will continue to grow for decades, and Russia and China will take advantage of U.S. energy disarmament.
It's a great line.
U.S. energy disarmament.
You voted for Biden.
You voted to hurt this country.
Okay?
That's not an opinion.
It's a fact.
If this doesn't hurt the country, You can say, well, it doesn't matter if it hurts the country.
It helps the world environment.
Well, even that's not true.
It's so minuscule in terms of the world environment.
But at least be honest.
I am prepared to hurt America greatly on behalf of fighting global warming.
Be honest.
They're not honest.
Oh, it will create millions of jobs.
It'll be great for the economy.
Yeah, depending on Russia.
And Iran for oil and the Middle East, that will be great for America.
Russian oil giant Rosneft warned last fall that retrenchment by U.S. and European companies would result in higher prices and shortages.
Someone will need to step in, Rosneft senior executive Didier Casimiro said.
In November, Rosneft announced a $170 billion oil and gas project in Russia's north, which it claims can supply the entire world's oil demand for a year.
It says the project will become the world's largest liquefied natural gas producer by 2030. Russia is also laying down thousands of miles of oil and gas pipelines to supply Europe and Asia.
So the whole world will be using oil, and we will be using the world's oil, thanks to the Democrats and the fanatics known as environmentalists.
Vladimir Putin is gloating that Russia's Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline to Germany will soon be finished, as Mr. Biden has refused to sanction Russian companies running the project.
Get that?
Now listen to the next sentence.
But he didn't care about upsetting Canada when he killed the Keystone XL pipeline.
Nor Alaskans when he suspended the Anwar leases.
Mr. Biden wants to curtail North American energy development while he stands by as Russia uses its natural resources for strategic gain.
That includes coal, by the way.
Russia is spending more than $10 billion on railroad upgrades to boost its coal exports.
According to a new report by the Global Energy Monitor, coal producers in Australia, China, India, Russia, and South Africa are planning mining projects that would increase global output by 30%.
China has 112 coal mines under construction.
It is also developing shale.
Finally, progressives want to surrender one of America's major strategic economic advantages in the name of saving the climate.
But banishing fossil fuels in the U.S. won't eliminate carbon emissions, which will be produced somewhere else.
So will the jobs, economic growth, and geopolitical leverage.
What do you say to that?
The fanatic does not care about consequences.
That's one of the characteristics of fanaticism.
Our goal, saving the planet, after all, is more important than the welfare of the United States of America.

So I know this year has been tough for you, but it's not like Mike Lindell has failed to survive challenges in the past.
It isn't like you haven't faced adversity before.
Right.
It's almost like God prepared me for such a time as this.
You know, I have faced so many things in my life.
It's in my book, What Are the Odds from Crack Addict to CEO? And I think that's also what gives my employees and all my family, it gives them confidence because I have such confidence.
I'm not going to, I'm never going to give up.
When things that I believe in, I'm going to stand firm.
I'm not going to buckle up to the cancel culture and the pressure.
And that's where, you know, you just, great things come out of things.
You know, you look back at things in life.
I look back at things that happened to me.
I look back at, wow.
If that hadn't happened, I might not be where I'm at now.
So, you know, I look back and I use those things as they were character builders.

So, Laureen Powell Jobs, or Lauren, whatever, however she pronounces her name, she is now, according to Alex Marlowe, editor of Breitbart.com, the new George Soros.
But I think there's something fundamentally different about making massive sums of money In this new technology era and the ways that people made money in the early 1900s, 1950s, and 1980s.
You see, technology has led to fast, immediate wealth creation.

So the question in light of what I just
read to you from the Wall Street Journal, the damage, staggering damage done to U.S. energy, which is what makes a society capable of functioning, and now depending on Iran, China, the Middle which is what makes a society capable of functioning, and now and Russia, and their expansion into coal,
while we don't even allow a pipeline promise to Canada, our major trading partner, you while we don't even allow a pipeline promise to Canada, our major trading partner, you have to believe That is, the Bidens, the Harrises, the Democrats, the environmentalists, they're not oblivious to the damage they're doing.
I believe it's intentional.
I truly believe, you can happily tie me to a lie detector, that the left wishes to damage the United States of America, because it is the great barrier to that the left wishes to damage the United States of America, because be.
It's a massive success and until recently was religious and until recently was capitalist.
Capitalism and religion are the enemies of the left and The most capitalist and most religious industrialized democracy was so successful, so it had to be brought down.
The success of the United States means that leftism is not correct.
So America must be brought down, and they're doing it.
Not only are they doing it in energy, but they're doing it at the southern border.
So, these are two deliberate ways of weakening the United States.
Daily Mail.
Illegal border crossings explode by, and I'd like you all to guess, what percentage?
In one year, how many more illegal border crossings do we have?
100%?
That means double.
50% more?
150, 200%.
Anybody want to take a crack?
I have no takers.
Ready?
674%.
Almost seven times as many illegal border crossings than last year.
180,000 crossed in May.
180,000.
And they're coming, as Kamala Harris was told, because Joe Biden became president and you opened up your border.
We have a clip?
Of the president.
Because the president of El Salvador told us to Tucker Carlson, if I'm not mistaken.
I think it was El Salvador.
It was also Guatemala, both times?
Whatever, it doesn't matter.
Central Americans know that people are coming into this country because a Democrat came to the White House.
It doesn't matter if it's Joe Biden.
They're interchangeable.
That's why when people say, I vote the individual, not the party, I know it's not worth continuing the conversation.
When President Biden relaxed U.S. border policy, he says the administration sent out a more welcoming message.
The talk that they were going to allow family reunification made the coyotes take a lot of children towards the border of the United States.
The U.S. Border Patrol apprehended nearly 180,000 migrants trying to cross the border in April, the highest number in 20 years.
Nearly half came from Northern Triangle countries of Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras.
That was the president of Guatemala, en Español.
So, between the crushing of the energy sector of the United States, deliberately done by the Democratic Party, and the opening of the border, You have to be willfully naive, and I believe that's a sin in an adult.
If a child is naive, they're forgivable, but not an adult.
That the left wishes to crush this country.
Why wouldn't it?
They loathe it.
And why wouldn't they loathe it?
If the country is, in fact, homophobic, Islamophobic, racist, bigoted, systemically racist, how could you not hate it?
I would.
Can't have it both ways.

That people vote for people who ruin their lives.
I wonder...
I guess it's not unique to America.
How many people...
Look, I always think about the fact...
That Stalin's funeral had millions of people.
Many of them were weeping.
It is somewhat like weeping for the guy who shot your parents.
And yet, that is the human condition.
Now, folks, perhaps you understand a little better why I've said all of my life, pre-radio, I love people and I have contempt for humanity.
It has not changed.
The only change is that I realize that Americans whom I thought were immune to left-wing evil are not.
Collectivist lying has been as effective in America.
As it has been in any other country.
To the extent that the French are actually accusing Americans of being too woke.
When you are to the left of France, you've really reached a certain level of insanity.
1-8 Prager 776 is the number.
The combination of what is being done to us in terms of energy to become dependent upon our enemies, what that will do to the economy and what it will do to the country, plus the opening of the borders.
It's a two-pronged attack on the quality of American life, not to mention what is being done to the educational system.
Thank you.
Thank you.
You know that I'm being called transphobe on the internet.
How do you get that honor?
I don't consider it an honor to be a transphobe, but when the left calls you something, it is an honor.
And the answer is because I don't believe that trans females should be able to allow to compete against Biological females.
That makes you a hater of people who are transgender.
Isn't that amazing?
That is completely typical of what the left does.
They do not argue with you.
They create a label.
Five years ago, three years ago, you wouldn't have been...
If you'd have heard the term transphobe, you would have no idea what the person was talking about.
It is now understood by most Americans.
It is an amazing thing.
Have you noticed, incidentally, that all the phobes are all left-wing creations in order to dismiss opponents?
For example, how come there's Islamophobe, there's Anti-Semite, but there's no Christian-phobe.
How is that possible?
Only Jews have people who hate them, and only Muslims have people who hate them?
Christians have no one who hates them?
It shows you the world of lies we live in, that this doesn't even register as a question with people.
And I'm a Jew saying this.
What about 2013?
I don't hear...
That's when transphobia entered the dictionary.
Thank you.
Alright?
It's relevant to what I was saying.
But why is there no Christian-phobe?
Why aren't there any heterophobes?
There's heteronormativity, which is attacked all the time.
I should make a list of the phobias of people on the left.
There's nuclear family phobe.
No question about that.
How about capitalist phobe?
Capphobes.
But the Christian one is the most obvious.
In the United States, there's no close second to the hatred of Christianity among hatred of religions.
To deny that is to, again, willfully enter a cave.
But it's not listed.
He who takes over language controls discourse.
That was said by Dennis Prager in 2021. On June 10th.
But it is true, right?
You control the language, you control the discourse.
That's obvious.
And that is what is happening at this time in the United States.
But people are fighting back.
I play for you people who are taking their kids out of $50,000 schools.

My other very good friend, who also does a great job at Breitbart.com, has a new book out called Breaking the News.

Alex Marlow has been teasing this for months, saying that there is a new George Soros.
Saying that there's a new person on the scene that is spending just massive sums of money, almost unfathomable amounts of money, to try and remake America in the image that they so desire.

What did we open the show with?
You know what's funny?
Let me tell you, as a talk show host, you are so, and you must be, or you will not do your work well.
You are so involved in what you are saying, and your mind is racing because you have to say something worthwhile or you look for other work.
That's just the nature of my job, but it should be that way.
That what I said the first hour seems like I said it back in January.
Talking about the Cleveland Clinic, one of the most prestigious...
Medical institutions in the country announcing that there is absolutely no need to get a vaccine if you have had COVID. Now, might I say, as a non-medical professional, it doesn't take the Cleveland Clinic?
Let me tell you something.
If you went to college, this will shock you.
Common sense goes a very long way.
In understanding issues.
I don't understand how mitochondria work.
But it doesn't take an understanding of how mitochondria work to understand that if you had a virus, you are now immune to getting the virus again.
Everybody who cares to think clearly understood this originally.
You had COVID. With almost no exceptions, there are exceptions to every rule, you will not get COVID again.
So why would you ever think of giving those people a vaccine?
And by the way, that is not just a rhetorical question.
I'd like an answer to it.
Why has Dr. Fauci recommended that people who had COVID get the vaccine?
That seems to me to be malpractice.
It's certainly mal logic.
Especially young people who shouldn't be getting the vaccine to begin with.
If older people get it and there are ultimately bad consequences, look, nobody lives forever.
But for young people?
And if you had COVID? You've heard more truth on this show and many of my colleagues in talk radio than you have from the CDC and the US government.
That's sad, actually, but it's true.
