Time Text
Thank you.
I'm always working at conjuring the claims of those I differ with.
And I'd say 95% of the time I'm right in figuring out what they would say.
This is 5% of the time I can't figure out what they would say.
It is okay for Twitter to ban factual data with regard to a candidate for President of the United States a few weeks prior to the election.
This is unprecedented in American history because the assault on free speech is unprecedented in American history.
And yet, there will be many people who We'll vote for the Democrat for a Senate, even though a Democratic-controlled Senate would do nothing about this.
A vote for the Democrats is a vote to suppress freedom.
It's not an opinion.
It's not an attack.
It's 100% true.
It's very interesting that they would do this.
It is more important to Jack Dorsey and to the people at Twitter to intervene in the election than it is to survive as an intact company should the Republicans retain control of the Senate.
That is how important it is to them to elect Democrats.
And to elect a Democrat for president.
It is more important to them to elect a Democrat for president than to be considered fools by at least half the country.
I am amazed that after being caught doing this, they continue to do it.
There are more tweets being sent out with regard Two New York Post pieces, and they too are being censored.
The argument, all of a sudden the left has become a major defender of corporations.
But they are right to, because most corporations are on the left.
This is, uh, it's playing masquerade.
It's a kabuki opera.
That the left is anti-corporate and corporate is anti-left.
It's just one of the giant lies in which we swim, which we breathe on a daily basis.
Major people on the left were saying sexual preference until last week.
Thank you.
Maisie, what's her last name?
Arono.
Yes, I was with her.
But I testified she was in the chamber.
She caught her.
Yeah, that was it.
If there's anything that's homophobic, it's sexual preference.
And our man who just made a video.
From England.
Douglas Murray was on Fox News saying how absurd the charge that this is homophobic to say sexual preference.
He happens to be gay.
Why isn't he insulted?
Sexual preference, the argument goes, implies choice.
The left's position is that Sexual orientation is fixed and unchangeable, but sex is not fixed and changeable.
Can you explain that to me?
So the day she mentioned it, Merriam-Webster Dictionary changed its definition of sexual preference.
Did you know that?
Yeah.
The day.
Merriam-Webster changed it yesterday.
Yes, indeed.
Indeed.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Take a look what they changed it to.
I think something to the effect that it's a pejorative term with regard to the sexual orientation of an individual.
By the way, I'm curious.
Does a bisexual engage in sexual preference?
The individual who claims to be attracted to...
What?
Yeah, all right.
You want to give him the microphone?
He's going to read the new, as of yesterday, Merriam-Webster dictionary definition.
I assume this is the new part.
The term sexual preference is widely considered offensive.
There you go.
There you go.
Right.
Therefore, ladies and gentlemen, I have long suggested that people use dictionaries from 50 years ago before they too were taken over by the left.
But back to the bisexual.
Who's out of it?
Well, no, I'd like to know how it applies.
Why doesn't sexual preference apply to a bisexual?
If I can be fulfilled with a man or a woman, then I engage in preference at any given time.
Is that not correct?
So you can speak about, according to this then, you can speak about the sexual preference of a heterosexual or a homosexual, but not a bisexual.
Because, or let's put it, you cannot speak about sexual preference.
Is that what I said?
With regards to a gay, a straight, but a bisexual, what do you do then?
These are the issues.
This is when you know that things are really good for the group that is being protected.
When you enter a realm of such trivia, This is when you know that you...
It's like all the hoaxes, all the race hoaxes.
They exist because there's so little racism.
So you have to make up incidents of racism.
It's like microaggressions.
There are so few real racist statements stated in any normative company in America, you must make up new ones.
Like there's only one race, the human race, that is considered to be racist.
Colorblind is considered racist.
The frightening thing is not that the left does this.
It is that so many Americans go along.
The left is a force of chaos, pure and simple.
Whatever norm exists, they shatter.
These are empty souls who need to fill that hole, and they do it with destruction.
That's all it is.
All right.

That's the number to raise what is on your mind.
The Joe Biden campaign denies he met Hunter Biden's Ukrainian business partner.
despite email, this is Daily Mail, showing him thanking the Vice President's son for the opportunity to meet.
I don't know why people allow themselves to be fooled by the idea that the press is anything but an arm of the left.
Thank you.
And that includes the tech companies.
Prager University was the canary in the mine.
And it's exactly what I said at my testimony in the U.S. Senate, which you can still see on YouTube.
Was it last summer?
Isn't that amazing?
Seems like five years ago.
I said, they first come for Group X, then they will come for others.
The all-devouring shark-like behavior of the left.
That's what this election is about.
It is not about Donald Trump.
They try to make it about Donald Trump because it's the only way they can win.
I am so depressed that there are so many Americans who fall for that.
We shall return.

This is Michael Medved at michaelmedved.com for Town Hall.
The appointment of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the United States Supreme Court counts as a masterstroke and easily one of the best decisions of Donald Trump's presidency.
In an election season when liberals and media try to characterize conservatives as old, angry, bigoted, extreme, and lacking in empathy, Judge Barrett displays the opposite characteristics.
At age 48, she's youthful, a genial consensus builder, and mother of seven, including a special needs child and two adopted kids from Haiti.
On a court dominated for decades by Yale and Harvard graduates, she's a breath of Midwestern fresh air, beloved by her students at Notre Dame.
Most importantly, she'll give new life to the originalist thinking of her mentor, Justice Antonin Scalia, in stressing what the Constitution actually says, not what Judge wanted to say.
As Americans have been losing faith in public institutions, Judge Barrett can help to restore their confidence.

My guest is Senator Ted Cruz.
Senator, people are clueless about the real meaning of Citizens United.
Can you explain to people what that ruling really means and why is the left so afraid of it?
Yeah, I can.
It's a hugely important question.
The chapter on free speech in the book talks all about Citizens United.
Most people have heard of it, but they don't know what it is, and they know Democrats hate it.
What it was about is our right to criticize politicians.
And in this instance, a non-profit group in D.C. called Citizens United made a movie critical of Hillary Clinton.
And the Obama Justice Department took the position that the government could fine them, could punish them for daring to criticize Hillary Clinton.
The case went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The most chilling moment was an oral argument when Justice Sam Alito asked the Obama Justice Department, under your theory of the case, could the federal government ban books?
And the Obama Justice Department said, yes, yes, we can ban books.
Never mind what the First Amendment says, but they criticize the politicians.
Now, thankfully, the Supreme Court rejected that by a vote of five to four.
Four justices willing to say the government can censor movies, can censor books, can ban books if they criticize politicians.
We're one vote away from our free speech rights being taken away.
Senator, who wins on November 3?
I genuinely don't know.
The hard left's gonna show up in massive numbers.
If everybody else shows up, if people turn out, we could have a great election.
The president could get reelected and we could retake the House and hold the Senate.

I know you don't do politics, but on the vice presidential debate on Tuesday night, Kamala Harris spoke wistfully of the Iran deal.
Joe Biden wants to get back into it.
It's as though the left wing in this country does not understand Iran.
Do the people in Greece understand their threat to the east and the south of them?
Do Americans not get what the Greeks get about Iran?
No, I actually think most Americans get the threat from the Islamic Republic of Iran.
American leaders don't understand it.
No, the Greeks get it.
I traveled on that same trip to Italy.
The Europeans get it.
Everyone understands the challenge.
There's different approaches that different countries will take from time to time, but no one disputes.
They're the largest state sponsor of terror in the world.
They continue to work to build out their capacity to have enriched material and that they foment trouble wherever they go.
I think the entire world understands this challenge.
We put additional sanctions on them yesterday, significant new sanctions that are on their major financial institutions of Iran.
we will continue to pressure the regime to microphone phone.

Do I get my...
You would think a radio host would know how to do it.
You would.
You would.
That is a very fine point.
I have no response.
That was the auspicious opening of my delivery at the United States Senate last year.
I like being ribbed.

We can say goodbye to the music and...
I want to remind you about Trump Card, the movie by Dinesh D'Souza.
Any movie by Dinesh D'Souza is worth seeing.
He's one of the bright lights of the intellectual conservative movement in this country, and he knows how to make movies.
And it's an expose of the socialism, And corruption, indeed, in the Biden world.
It's so corrupt that if there were any decency in the media, you would hear more about that than about the alleged corruption of Donald Trump.
How did this man...
Does he have multiple homes?
Is that what I heard correctly on Fox News?
That Joe Biden has multiple homes?
Opulent homes.
That's the way they describe them.
How do you do that on a senator's salary?
How does your son become a millionaire?
How do other relatives do well?
That's featured...
I read the book.
Who wrote that book that I read about the...
That was in the Peter Reiser book?
Anyway, see the film.
It's at SalemNow.com.
Trump card.
SalemNow.com is where you get it.
And see it before it even goes out to the world.
Oh boy.
Okay.
This is something for you.
Spectator reports on this.
Now at Yelp, you can list whether a company is racist or not.
I am living through the Communization of the United States.
It's like in China, where places will be listed as anti-regime or anti-communist.
You launch the app and search only to be hit with an alert, emblazoned with an ominously large exclamation point.
Business accused of racist behavior.
The R word.
That puts a company out of business.
Yelp has decided to take a stance against racism by enabling a feature they claim would arm consumers with information about businesses associated with To help people make, quote, more informed spending decisions.
In reality, Yelp is introducing a rudimentary social credit system that subjects business owners to the vagaries of the culture wars.
No stranger to controversy, Yelp has previously been embroiled in lawsuits.
Alleging that it forced companies to pay for advertising on its platform and withheld positive reviews as leverage until they gave in.
By injecting an official notice based on no more than an accusation of racist behavior.
Let me make something clear.
If I owned a restaurant, it would be declared racist because I'm conservative.
So what this does is Yelp is among the forces that is vigorously suppressing free speech in this country.
This is why conservatives feel constrained to keep quiet, to fake who they are.
That is why the left asks after elections, where are all these people from?
Because you don't hear from all these people because they will be suppressed.
See the article in the New York Times on talk radio?
What was the charge against?
It was like a joke.
I'll read it to you later.
They'll come after talk radio if the Democrats win.
We're sort of under their radar.
The most powerful force in America, perhaps, in the media, to oppose the left.
In any event, Yelp is just joining in.
The only answer is for you to disregard Yelp.
That really is the only answer.
Can you imagine if we had the opposite?
List whether or not this business is pro-socialism or a Marxist.
Of course, we don't have that.
Anyway, that would be a good thing at Yelp.
These places need to go out of business, and then honest places need to replace them.
The purpose of Yelp is not to assess the moral, social, political, religious views of the owners of businesses.
It is solely to enable people to honestly, if that's possible, put in their reactions to a given place of business.
That is it.
That's all it should be.
It should be as neutral as humanly possible.
Obnoxious people who run a business, and if the business is run well, then that is the way it works.
Nice people who run a lousy business, then they get poor grades.
Your affinity with the owners.
By injecting an official notice based on no more than an accusation, remember it's just an accusation, of racist behavior, Yelp is enhancing the perverse incentives to weaponize its reviews.
There is simply no way to tell if a business is the victim of false accusations, right?
How do you know?
Somebody puts in there, by the way, they're anonymous, right?
Yelp reviews?
They're both?
And even if it's not, so what?
You know, person nobody knows, you know, Joe Blow writes in, this place is racist.
This is, there is simply no way to tell if a business is the victim of false accusations, especially given the frenzied pace of social media pile-ons.
For an industry that runs on razor-thin margins every day that a restaurant's reputation is sullied is a day that edges it closer to financial ruin.
Then they give the example of Gibson's Bakery, which I covered here.
Was it at Oberlin?
The place has been in business, what is it, over, you know, 134 years.

In the summer of 2016, right near the Republican convention, out of nowhere, there was right near the Republican convention, out of nowhere, there was chatter that started to surface around President Donald Trump allegedly having connections to Russia.
In fact, we can go back and we find television clips of Hillary Clinton campaign surrogates starting to talk about Donald Trump is bought and paid for by Russia, or there is meaningful...
Collusion happening on behalf of the Trump campaign in Russia.
And it was always very bizarre.
It was always so incongruent with the entire election because there were such bigger issues happening in 2016. Go back into 2016. Russia was not at the forefront of any sort of geopolitical conversations.
People were mostly focused on Hillary Clinton's campaign or Hillary Clinton's emails.
We'll talk about that.
But 2016 was A lot about what Donald Trump was going to do if he became president.
It was a lot about the economy.
It was about the Obama succession.
It was about the Obama legacy.
And so this conversation about Russia always felt very strange and very bizarre for those of us that were in the campaign or around the campaign, I should say.
And so John Ratcliffe, the director of national intelligence, has just declassified A series of documents that revealed that former CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Barack Obama on Hillary Clinton's purported plan to tie then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia as a, a quote means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.

I want to go back to Pence.
I was really, genuinely stunned and impressed at his self-control.
I don't think I've ever seen anything.
Because you did not get the impression, which the media sometimes wants to give you, is that he's dull, that he's a dud.
You could see the fire within.
I think many people saw him as incredibly presidential and thought, my goodness, you could think what you want of Trump, but he picked this guy to replace him if something goes wrong.
That's a pretty good pick.
When Trump or Biden are sworn in in January of 2021, They will be the oldest president coming into office for a term.
74 or 78 will beat the all-time age limits.
And so I think, particularly because of the discussion about whether or not Biden would even complete a term, I think the focus...
On Kamala Harris being a potential president, really put that debate under that kind of spotlight.
Would these people make a good president if the top guy goes down?
And with Biden's health issues and certainly with the president catching COVID, I just think we've seen the humanity and kind of the frailty of the people that can be in that office pretty up front.
So that is a relevant question at this point in time, and there's no question about last night.
That Mike Pence had command not only of what he needed to say and what he wanted to get across, but kind of have the demeanor to be able to do so in a way that would be appealing and understandable by the...
Hi, everyone.
Dennis Prager here.
We'll continue with Yelp and what it's doing to businesses.
Having people rate it on the racist scale.
The assault on American freedom by corporations is a first in American history.
And you don't need the government to suppress freedom when you have all of this being done.
Somebody's fighting it.
The Alliance Defending Freedom, ADF. Here's a case from a college that I need you to hear about that they are taking on.
David Cortman is Senior Counsel at the Alliance Defending Freedom.
David, welcome to the Dennis Prager Show.
Thanks for having me on.
Tell us about this case of this Christian student.
Yeah, it's remarkable.
So people hear that universities are supposed to be the marketplace of ideas.
Here, this student, Chike Uzubunum is his name, was basically sharing in his faith in this college outside of Atlanta, Georgia, and they have speech zones.
You've got to get permission to speak, and the speech zones are less than one percent of campus.
You have to get permission in advance, and you have to show them your materials.
It's basically nearly impossible.
He gets permission, and they shut him down anyway because they didn't like what he was saying, and they didn't like the fact that he was sharing his face with other students.
Help me out on this first part.
There are free speech zones.
What is the name of this college?
It's called Georgia Gwinnett College.
Is it just a small private college?
No, it's a large public college.
It's a large public college.
That's right.
Okay.
And this is a Christian student.
I assume from his name he is from Africa?
Yes, that's all correct.
Okay.
So he wants to, on campus, speak to fellow students, presumably about Christianity.
Is that correct?
That's right.
Okay, so I want to understand.
We'll get to the Christianity aspect in a moment.
What if I want to speak to fellow students about UFOs?
Am I constrained to speech zones?
I don't understand what renders you able to speak only in a speech zone.
Well, the reality is whether the school officials like what you're saying because obviously students are walking around talking and speaking all the time.
It's only applied against someone who they don't like what they're saying.
And if you would imagine the size of a football field is the university, the speech zone is the size of a piece of paper.
That's the scale to show how limited these free speech rights are on these public campuses.
Right.
But I'm trying to understand it fully because it's so unbelievable to me and to my listeners.
I hate racism.
Are you confined to that piece of paper?
Well, you are unless they don't enforce it against you, and that's been one of the problems.
So not only do they have these policies, but they pick and choose who they enforce it against.
And one of the aspects in the case was there's other people that are always talking about various issues, and nobody's prohibited from doing so.
He was speaking, didn't even know there was a speech zone.
The school officials came out and said, no, you can't speak here.
You've got to go to these tiny little speech zones.
So that's the problem.
It applies to everyone on paper, but they only enforce it against those who don't want to hear their message.
So he was merely preaching on behalf of Christ, correct?
That's right, and handing out some flyers to those who wanted them.
Exactly right.
You know what would be a very interesting test, I wonder if it could be arranged, is to see if a student at the university spoke on behalf of Islam what they would do.
Yeah, and there's been other speech taking place that, because he's on campus obviously all the time, he was on campus at that time.
And he would say, look, there's always people speaking about various issues, and no one comes to them and says, hey, you're not in a speech zone, make sure you go over here.
And so that's the point of picking and choosing your favorites and getting rid of the rest.
Right.
But it would be a great test.
Do you know for a fact that others can speak on behalf of what they call progressive causes and not be harassed?
Yeah, and the reason we do is it's happened before.
And so, you know, the point of it is that you have the, and no one's aware of these speed zones.
Let's just start with that.
Because you assume when you go to a public university that you're paying for and you're a student who's required to be on campus for your classes.
Oops, I'm sorry.
Anyway, hold on.
I'm sorry about the interruption, but I have to interrupt you anyway.

Hi, everybody.
Dennis Prager here.
This is an amazing case.
There's a Christian student.
He happens to be African-African, as well as, I presume, African-American.
And I want to understand, I'm speaking to the senior counsel at the Alliance Defending Freedom.
This student was, what was done to him for preaching Christianity?
Thank you.
So, first time he was caught, if you will, outside the speech zone, they told him, you had to be in these two small zones.
He went and applied, got permission, followed their rules, went into the small speech zone, where some of the students were eating lunch, somebody complained that they didn't want to hear about his religion, and they stopped him again.
Saying it was disorderly conduct because he was disturbing the peace and the comfort of those around him when that's where they told him to go.
And of course, he's threatened with having the sanctions of the school disorderly conduct being charged against him if he didn't stop.
And what happens then if he's charged?
Well, then there's a whole level of different types of punishment.
They could suspend you.
They could do it temporarily.
They can kick you out of school.
There's a whole realm of punishment that the school could give if you don't comply.
Now, being a public college makes them more vulnerable, correct?
It does, because the Constitution and the First Amendment applies, and that clearly violates the First Amendment to require, first of all, permission ahead of time for someone to speak, and then for the whole campus not to be a free speech zone, because that's their little town.
That's where students live.
And so they should be able to speak anywhere on campus without getting permission in advance.
So why are speech zones constitutional?
Well, they are not, and that's why we brought the case.
Because all of their policies were in constitutional.
Getting permission in advance, the speech zone, shutting them down because someone didn't agree with the speech, those are all unconstitutional policies.
Out of curiosity, has the student newspaper or the student government taken a position?
They have not.
A lot of times, because there's some influence from the school, they don't touch these issues because it looks like they're going against the school.
So that becomes another issue, obviously.
So where is it now legally, this case?
So legally speaking, we actually, believe it or not, lost somehow at the district court and the Court of Appeals.
And the school actually changed their policies after litigating and then said, Okay, GK, go away.
So they're not admitting wrongdoing.
They changed their policies.
And our argument, we're up at the Supreme Court right now.
We said, look, first of all, you violated his rights for all that time.
You can't then say, you violated your rights for all that time.
Now go away.
We're not going to answer to you.
We're not going to be held accountable.
We're not going to have any court rule on our policies.
Just go away.
So we appealed that to the Supreme Court of the United States who accepted the case.
And now we're in the process of briefing it to see.
If the school can be held accountable for all that time of violating his rights.
It's mind-blowing.
United States of America in the 21st century.
Well, my friend, you are the reason that I have accepted the honor of making appeals for ADF. So I thank you for your work.

Every day, something else that the left does to ruin this country comes to the fore.
There are free speech zones at a college campus.
The very existence of it.
You know, there are safe spaces.
That's what our movie is about, about free speech at college.
And it's called No Safe Spaces based on another idiocy.
Safe spaces.
Now there are free speech spaces.
Do you realize what sort of student that is?
I'm annoyed that this guy is talking about Christianity.
Funny, I always loved hearing about other religions.
To hear people speak about their own religion is mind-expanding.
Why I was so happy, and it was the blessing of my life, or one of the blessings of my life.
I began my radio career as the host of a weekly show of two hours without commercials in Los Angeles, wherein I moderated a priest, minister, and rabbi, different ones each week.
It was so great to hear different religions.
It changed me for the better.
Guy on campus, believe me, had he been preaching pure communism, the students wouldn't have reported him.
All right, please click on that banner.
This is the way it works.

Hello.
Hi, I just wanted to make a quick comment about Yelp.
So if you are a medical practice, any sort of medical practice, oral surgery practice, and the patient goes and leaves a poor review, due to HIPAA laws, you are basically not even able to respond.
You can't even acknowledge that you actually saw that patient in your office.
So you can maybe respond with the most general terms, maybe an apology or typical office procedures, but you can't actually respond as if you even saw that patient.
Are you a doctor?
My husband is a surgeon, and I also work in the medical field, and we've both been victims of these horrible reviews on Yelp.
That's an amazing thing you just told me.
You are forbidden from defending yourself.
exactly and there I believe there have been cases where providers did respond and were sued III how can I tell you it's it's a It's another assault on the society.
Yeah.
Look, frankly, it's probably better if Yelp went away.
If it does some good, everything does some good.

Do Americans not get what the Greeks get about Iran?

And let me ask you the obvious question.
Maybe I'm naive.
Why would any party wish to pack the Supreme Court?
What would their objective be, Andy?
Well, obviously, it's the same objective that FDR had when he was slapped down by his own party trying to do it back in the New Deal days.
And that is in order to convert the tribunal from its last vestige as a judicial institution into a super legislature that basically imposes the political will of the party that packed it.
So obviously it's completely political, and it would really destroy our system, Seb, because the framers constructed A system of sort of competitive institutions.

In the summer of 2016, right near the Republican convention, out of nowhere, right near the Republican convention, out of nowhere, there was chatter that started to surface Around President Donald Trump allegedly having connections to Russia.
In fact, we can go back and we find television clips of Hillary Clinton campaign surrogates starting to talk about Donald Trump is bought and paid for by Russia or there is meaningful collusion happening on behalf of the Trump campaign in Russia.
And it was always very bizarre.
It was always so incongruent with the entire election.
Because there were such bigger issues happening in 2016.
And so John Ratcliffe, the director of national intelligence, has just declassified a series of documents that revealed that former CIA director John Brennan briefed former President Barack Obama on Hillary Clinton's purported plan.
to tie then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia as a, quote, means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.

I want to go back to Pence.
I was really, genuinely stunned and impressed at his self-control.
I don't think I've ever seen anything like it, because you did not get the impression, which the media sometimes wants to give you, is that he's dull, that he's a dud.
You could see the fire within.
I think many people saw him as incredibly presidential.
And thought, my goodness, you can think what you want of Trump, but he picked this guy to replace him if something goes wrong.
That's a pretty good pick.
When Trump or Biden are sworn in in January of 2021, they will be the oldest president coming into office for a term.
74 or 78 will beat the all-time age limits.
And so I think, particularly because of the discussion about whether or not Biden would even complete a term, I think the focus on Kamala Harris being a potential president really put that debate under that kind of spotlight.
Would these people make a good president if the top guy goes down?
And with Biden's health issues and certainly with the president catching COVID, I just think we've seen the humanity and kind of the frailty.
of the people that can be in that office pretty upfront.
So that is a relevant question at this point in time.
And there's no question about last night that Mike Pence had command not only of what he needed to say and what he wanted to get across, but the kind of have the demeanor to be able to do so in a way that would be appealing and understandable by the majority of Americans.

Never mind what the First Amendment says, but we can do it if they criticize the politician.
Now, thankfully, the Supreme Court rejected that by a vote of five to four.
There were four justices willing to say the government can censor movies, can censor books, can ban books if they criticize politicians.
We're one vote away from our free speech rights being taken away.
Senator, who wins on November 3?
Hi, everyone.
I'm Dennis Prager.
There's an article in the New York Times in the opinion section.
You only know it's the opinion section because it's so labeled.
The New York Times is an opinion section now.
There's an article about, titled, this column, Talk Radio is Turning Millions of Americans into Conservatives.
I would not at all be surprised if...
The Democrats gain control of the White House and Senate that they will seek to suppress talk radio.
There are two things in this column, which is a vapid column.
Well, here's a throwaway line.
Take talk radio's role in spreading COVID denialism.
I'm curious.
Call in if you've ever heard COVID denialism from me or any of my colleagues.
So I can best use my colleagues.
The Salem Radio is quite big.
So I'm curious who among my colleagues has denied COVID-19.
Do you know what COVID-19 denialism even means?
The author doesn't explain it.
No, no, I know it's like saying climate change denialism, but there I understand it.
There are people who say the world is not getting warmer.
I am not one of them.
Climate change denialism has a definition.
COVID-19 denialism, this is a new one.
This is a new lie from the New York Times, which is pretty extraordinary because they lie every day.
So, I give you this as an example of a grandiose lie spread in the New York Times by the New York Times, like the 1619 lie.
Truth is not a left-wing value.
Social justice, as they define it, that's their value.
So you can lie on its behalf.
Anything to fight to the right is okay if you lie.
And therefore you may lie.
Have any of you ever heard any of us deny That there is COVID-19.
It's an unbelievable charge.
Take talk radio's role at spreading COVID denialism.
We believe the lockdown is vile.
It's been a grandiose, cruel practice.
You know a guy in Israel, and by the way, I don't even believe it's only left.
Israel's doing it.
I think it's moronic.
There's an article in the Israeli press.
A video went viral in Israel of a man who runs a shoe store.
I think women's shoes.
And he just decided, I'm out of business.
I have no more income in my life.
I am just putting all my shoes on the street.
Take what you want.
There is no more store.
The cruelty of the lockdown on this planet is beyond belief because morons, and I truly believe he's a moron, Andrew Cuomo, had the attitude from the beginning, anything we do is worth it if it saves one life.
Do you have that Andrew Cuomo quote from the very beginning?
From March.
It's all worth it!
If we save one life, we can destroy millions of lives to save one life.
Yes, you have to be a Democrat to speak like that.
Although, as I say, Modi in India is on the right.
Netanyahu in Israel is on the right.
I have a theory about Israel and why it has gone the...
Crazed, hysterical lockdown route, given that it's not governed by the left.
I have two theories.
One is, there is an emotional tug in Israel about Jews dying in the post-Holocaust psyche that does still exist among Jews, totally understandably.
I don't say this at all negatively.
I think that that's a factor, and it certainly is in Netanyahu, whose father was a major historian, of anti-Semitism, and obviously this is not an anti-Semitic issue, but that there's an emotional tug.
They're not going to watch more Jews die.
And I think there's another reason, because I can't explain it.
It's not explicable medically.
Even though there are doctors who support this, it means nothing to me because there are doctors who think it's despicable.
30,000 doctors and other medical people signed a petition against the lockdowns, which the LA Times wrote an editorial on yesterday or the day before calling the declaration a hoax.
30,000 physicians and other medical workers produced a hoax.
So my other theory is a lot of Jews worship science and PhDs and MDs.
It's built into a lot of secular Jews' beliefs, not religious Jews.
That's why you see the religious Jews in Brooklyn are among the major objectors to the draconian lockdowns.
So, if you have another theory, you know, why Israel is doing this, I ought to put up the video of the man, the viral video in Israel.
They're crushing the Israeli people with these lockdowns.
They're crushing the American people with these lockdowns.
Well, it was a controversial statement in the beginning when I said it was probably the greatest mistake in world history.
Thank you.
A lot of people now agree with me.
Back to the article on Talk Radio.
Talk Radio spreads COVID denialism.
So he goes on to write.
Let's invite him on.
Let's officially invite this author on.
After all, since we're so dangerous, I'm going to give him a platform on talk radio to tell everyone how dangerous I am.
Why wouldn't he take it?
And I'll tell you why he wouldn't take it, because the left never accepts invitations to come on.
They're cowards.
Left and coward go together.
At each stage of the backlash against government recommendations for fighting the pandemic, talk radio hosts prepared the way for broader conservative resistance.
Resistance.
They love that word.
Indeed, many of Mr. Trump's own talking points about the virus echoed ideas already spreading on talk radio.
Anyway, that does have to do with denialism.
They make up lies about us every day.
It's the New York Times.
And then when there's truth, it's suppressed by Twitter.
The Biden campaign.
Turns out that, apparently, based on incontrovertible emails by accident found on the computer of Hunter Biden, that indeed, Joe Biden did meet.
With the head of, what is it, Burisma?
The company that his son was getting fortunes of money from for sitting on its board while his father was vice president.
You think they're stupid at Burisma?
You think they're going to put the son on if they have no access to the father?
And then Twitter...
Took down any tweet with the New York Post article.
New York Post is one of the biggest newspapers in the country.
You know, I think it's only behind the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal.
It's one of the biggest, apparently.
We've had the editor on.
He's terrific.
Oh, there's one other line here about talk radio in this piece.
By the early 2000s, talk radio had embraced a version of conservatism that is less focused on free markets and small government and more focused on ethno-nationalism and populism.
It's another lie.
It's a 100% lie.

Let's enumerate them.

Just a few minutes ago, let's remind everybody.
So there's the Hunter Biden scandal, Ukraine.
Hunter Biden's primary business partner, both at Burisma, the Ukrainian company, and many other things, including the China things, is a guy named Devin Archer.
Back in 2018. Kerry was involved as well.
Kerry's stepson.
That was a third partner on some of the business ventures.
Like Rosemont Seneca.
Right.
His name was Christopher Hines.
He didn't have anything to do with Burisma, but he did have to do with some of the other ones.
So tell us about this other partner.
Davin Archer was the primary driving force on almost all of Hunter's big deals.
The China deals, the Burisma deal, the Kazakhstan deal, the Russia deal, about the Russian oligarch.
The one that Joe Biden claimed wasn't true, but it is.
You mean the $3.5 million?
And you know what it is?
It's more than $3.5 million.
According to the documents the FBI obtained in Devin Archer's criminal case, which we're going to talk about, it was $200 million that came in for Yelena Baterina.
Well, she's a billionaire.
She is, so $200 million is, you know, a little bit of money.
Right.
Yeah.
And the FBI has known that.
So, it's that case.
Devin Archer, in 2018, was convicted of fraud in a case up in New York.
And then mysteriously, a few months after the jury verdict, the judge set aside only his verdict.
The other men in the case were continued to be viewed as guilty.
Only Devin Archer.
Only Devin Archer was excised from the case and freed and the guilty verdict overturned.
The Justice Department appealed.
The wheels of justice turned slow.
But at 4 o'clock, just a few minutes ago, the Second District Court of Appeals in New York...
Reinstated the guilty plea, saying the judge had no right to come up with her own theory of the case and throw out Devin Archer's conviction.
So the prosecution said the judge can't just throw out a guilty verdict.
Exactly.
And more importantly, because I think this has some application to the Mike Flynn case.
Yes.
The judge was scolded for developing their own theory of the case.

Talk radio engages in COVID denialism.
If you differ with the left, you are a denialist.
This is exactly what Stalin and Lenin used to do.
They would label opponents.
Mao did this.
This is in the left's bloodstream.
You don't debate your opponents.
You smear them with a new label.

They're a denialist on existential hysteria.

God in Los Angeles.
Hello.
Hi, sir.
How are you doing today?
Okay, thank you.
So, in regards to Israel and lockdown, I have many families that are doctors in Israel.
And this speaks to socialist medicine for you.
Israel hasn't built a hospital in 40 years.
The medical staffing are so short that right now, the ratio of nurse per patient is 1 to 50. For 50 patients, they have one nurse.
To put it in comparison, in America, if you have one nurse for four or five patients, it's considered too much.
Or too few nurses.
To a few nurses.
Sorry, yes.
To a few nurses.
So, I'm assuming that might have something to do with...
I agree with you.
The people who love socialized medicine should look at Israel and see if they use that as a model.
You're from Israel?
No, I'm from Iran, but I have many family members.
I see, I see.
Well, thank you for calling.
By the way, even Sweden acknowledges.
Although the nursing homes were privately run in many cases, nevertheless, why would they go to a privately run nursing home if the government-run nursing home was better?
But they said it was a flaw in our system.
The Swedes have been very open and honest.
And Sweden is the model of what we should have done.
God, were they attacked by epidemiologists.
Epidemiology is a form of alchemy.
That's my view.
It's been my view way before this.
I had very great suspicions of epidemiology when they announced that 50,000 Americans a year die of secondhand smoke.
I knew exactly what was happening.
My instinct was entirely accurate.
They lied on behalf of a good cause, just as you could...
You're allowed to demonstrate, right?
All these doctors, right?
Didn't they come out with all these scientists?
You can demonstrate against racism during the epidemic when you're not allowed to be in contact with other people.
But if you're demonstrating against racism, then that's a health benefit.
That is a perfect example of what has happened to the sciences under the left.
If the cause is one they hold, they may lie about the science to reach that goal.
The goal in the case of secondhand smoke was to get people to stop smoking cigarettes.
So you could lie about how many people die from secondhand smoke in order to achieve that goal.
So I have known that epidemiology is, for many epidemiologists, A social justice issue unrelated to science.
In other words, for many epidemiologists, not all, it's a fraud.
I have no axe to grind about epidemiology.
I can only say its track record stinks.
The science of epidemiology on balance has probably done more harm than good to the human race.
This is the best example.
I know it doesn't mean a damn thing to people on the left, but I read to you a piece from The Guardian about the massive increase in suicides in poor African country of Malawi.
Why they followed the epidemiological model of lockdown in Africa is as absurd as any lockdown in the world.
So few Africans are dying of COVID, and they have brought the economy of countries to a halt.
We shall return.

We didn't get that Kamala Harris last night, but the one we did get was someone who still obviously gets very angry about things and can't keep that from expressing it on her face.
And all you had to do was read some of the Twitter activity during the debate.
Megyn Kelly calling her out on, you know, she's like, even if you feel it, don't wear it on your face, lady.
I try to filter out my own biases.
I try to be aware of my own biases.
And I'm thinking, do I not like her just because I don't like her positions?
Do I not like her?
But there does seem to be something cloying and annoying about...
The way she comes across.
On the optics alone, and all you have to do is just look at the average number of polls that are being done by individual news stations that carried the debate and so forth last night all across Twitter.
I have not seen a poll come in from an independent journalism outlet or think tank group that has not said that Pence won in a landslide last night.
And I don't think that that was purely on policy because I think a lot of those places don't agree with Mike Pence on policy.
I think that is a reflection of how she comes across personality wise.

These two sentences are not mere overheated emotion.
They express an ideology called critical race theory, or CRT, which argues that race is a social construct made by white people.
Just as race was once used to enslave and terrorize, so it is used today to keep America unequal, unfair, and hostile to minorities.
The Trump administration just took symbolic and courageous action against CRT. It issued a memo to federal agencies calling for the end of the government's CRT racial sensitivity trainings, terming them divisive anti-American propaganda.

And they have just now mustered sufficient votes to put it on the ballot in the form of Prop 16. But they have been trying, Dennis, from day one to rescind, repeal Proposition 209 that we steered through in 1996. If this proposition passes,
that means that the state of California can hire and fire, well, forget fire, but can hire and admit students on the basis of color.
It goes beyond that, my friend.
It means that any governmental entity can discriminate Under the umbrella provided to them by the people of California, and discrimination would be explicitly understood to be preferential treatment.
You can apply whatever standards you want.
It's important for everyone to understand that the language of Proposition 209 which is now enshrined in our state constitution reads the state at small s shall not discriminate against or grant preferential treatment to any individual or group on the basis of race sex color ethnicity or national origin
in the operation of public employment public education Or public contracting.
The thing that is often overlooked by many who review this issue is that state is understood by them to mean capital S, state government.
When in fact, it's the Mosquito Abatement District, it's the University of California, it is your local city and county.
It is any public agency that is considered part of the state.
Right.
So, if this is passed, what happens?
What happens is that this now leftists, and I don't say that in a pejorative sense, but just as a reflection of reality, This leftist conglomerate of politicians and bureaucrats will be vindicated in their belief that it's okay to discriminate.
And they will, in every entity, I believe, look at things that they can do to address I probably should give you a little bit more background, my friend.
I believe that what we're witnessing is the realization of Senator Sanders' campaign theme, which was that we're going to transform America.

Nancy Pelosi said, This is not about President Trump.

You mean like Joe Biden, if he wins?
You know 59% of Americans polled by Rasmussen a couple of months ago don't think Joe Biden will complete a four-year term, right?
You know, in that same poll, 49% of Democrats don't think Joe Biden will complete a four-year term.
Is Nancy Pelosi setting up the 25th Amendment to remove Joe Biden so we have President Kamala Harris?

He's a hero of mine.
I don't use that word often.
You were instrumental in passing 209. I know that.
Yes.
And now that is part of the California Constitution, or is it just a law in California that we cannot discriminate based on race?
It's enshrined as Article 31 of the State Constitution.
Alright, so...
It was more difficult...
Oh, forgive me, I just...
It was more difficult, Dennis, for us to get it into the Constitution.
Yes.
Required more...
Right, so what will this proposition do?
Will it remove it from the Constitution?
Yes.
If the voters approve Proposition 16, 209 will be erased from the state Constitution.
Has Gavin Newsom come out on this proposition?
Gavin Newsom is in favor of it.
Amazing.
Just about every part of the political monopoly in California has come out in favor of it.
This is a national issue.

$5.5 million.
To get it on the ballot.
Do you know who the donor is?
Yes.
I think her name is Gwen Delaney in Oakland.
Oh, the head of Netflix?
Yeah, no, Netflix.
Netflix contributed a million.
The founder of Netflix.
Facebook CEO, PG&E, Kaiser.
Kaiser?
These are all people that have been...
Kaiser donated to the campaign to allow California to discriminate based on race.
1.5 million.
I'm sure that in this era of COVID, they could have used that money more wisely.
PG&E, which has been involved in bankruptcy, has contributed.
Dennis, that suggests to me that they are afraid, they're intimidated by the political machine of California.
Yes, that's well said.
It's protection money.
Yeah.
The leftist mob will be kept at bay.
But this is a national issue.

I would like for people to...

Our opposition has ponied up about 19 million, and we're at about 1.3 million.
But thank God we're still ahead in the polls, which tells you something about the principle that we're fighting over.
Embrace it.
But when you have 19 million, you can tell a lot of lies with 19 million.
And you can make it seem as if California is afire with racism, which it is not.
But that is the advantage that they now enjoy.
All right, I just want to get this clear.
It's not no on 16. I want to get the exact website.
Here it is.
It's the website, folks.
First of all, there's californiansforequalrights.org.

The older I get, the more I realize that the reason the world is not in utter moral chaos, and sometimes is, Communism and Nazism were examples of the last century, and they're not the only ones, the big ones.
It's because of individuals.
It's a very interesting question.
where these individuals will fight for good against tremendous odds come from.
You know, this is what kills me.
Somebody had a stepdaughter committed suicide during COVID and they hung up.
If you can get through, I was going to take your call.
Yes, indeed.
Natalie in Irvine, California.
Hi.
Hi, Dennis.
First of all, thank you for being such a beacon of light to the world.
Being a man of God, you just don't stop spreading truth, and I really commend you for that.
Thank you so much for all you do.
I try.
Thank you.
You're doing great.
So, I wanted to just give you a really quick 20-second synopsis and then a question.
I won't take up too much time.
Yesterday, at my daughter's school, she goes to a private Jewish school, and it's a religious school, and yesterday they decided to have school-wide COVID testing for all the kids.
It's a K-12 school.
Now, they don't allow parents on campus.
So a majority of the parents opted in to have their children tested by people that I don't even know who is doing the testing.
They wouldn't say.
They're just being governed by three doctors that say it's very important for kids to get tested.
And if they come out positive, you have to quarantine your asymptomatic child for 14 days.
So I didn't even send my daughter to school yesterday because I was so worried that maybe somehow she would get lost in the shuffle and they would test her.
I don't know.
She's young.
She's only, you know, six and a half years old.
So a majority of the parents opted for their children to get swabbed with a cotton swab up their nose.
God knows how traumatic it was.
I don't know yet who's going to be coming out positive.
But my question to you, Dennis, You being a scholar and just understanding all the chaos that's going on and being able to explain it clearly, my question to you is, how is it possible that there is a, on one side, there's a group of...
All right, hold on.
Hold on, you'll have to ask me the question when we come back.

It goes to the states!
And you live in a New York state, which is very liberal.
Nothing's going to change.
Instead, Senator McCain just went, I don't think it's going to happen.
I just don't think it's going to happen.
What kind of answer is that?
The wrong answer.
I mean, you're exactly right.
And what I described in the book One Vote Away, in the chapter on life, is for 200 years of our nation's history, laws on abortion were made at the state level.
Different states had different laws.
And if you wanted to change the laws on abortion, you did the same thing you did if you wanted to change any other laws, which is you tried...
To convince your fellow citizens your ideas were right and their ideas were wrong.
Then in 1973, the Supreme Court stepped in and said, you silly voters, you don't get to decide this anymore.
We're taking this out of your hand.
The American people have no ability to resolve this question.
And I think that decision, more than anything, politicized the court.
It's the reason we have these ugly circus confirmations now.
Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.
They support unlimited abortion on demand up until the moment of birth, partial birth abortion, with no parental notification, no parental consent, and taxpayer funding for it all.
Do you know, Larry, that only 9% of Americans support that radical extreme position?
And yet that's what they want the court to mandate.

He didn't have anything to do with Brisma, but he did have to do with some of the other ones.
So tell us about this other partner.
Davin Archer was the primary driving force on almost all of Hunter's big deals, the China deals.
The Burisma deal, the Kazakhstan deal, the Russia deal about the Russian oligarch, the one that Joe Biden claimed wasn't true, but it is.
You mean the $3.5 million?
And you know it is.
It's more than $3.5 million.
According to the documents the FBI obtained in Devin Archer's criminal case, which we're going to talk about, it was $200 million that came in for Yelena Baturina.
Well, she's a billionaire.
She is, so $200 million is, you know, a little bit of money.
Right.
Yeah.
And the FBI has known that.
So, it's that case.
Devin Archer, in 2018, was convicted of All right, everybody.
So, Natalie, quickly, what was your question that you wanted to ask me that I had to interrupt you for?
Are you able to make it a little bit more clear for me so that I can understand how it's possible that a group of people that are faithful, that follow the Torah, that know that they're only governed by God, how is it possible that they also don't watch leftist media, a lot of them don't have televisions, but they follow this narrative and they go ahead and they say, yes, it's important we test our children, it's important that we quarantine, it's important that we have a shutdown and we all wear masks.
And there's another group of people that Are awake and they see that this is not right.
Something's wrong here.
Where is the area of the brain that is not processing the fact that everything that's going on right now can't be good for our children and can't be good for our health or the economy?
Right, alright.
So this is a very fair question.
I ask it all the time.
It is very difficult for people to believe that Fools govern them.
It just is.
I'll give you a perfect example.
I think it's perfect.
It is very hard for young people to believe that most adults are morons.
Or half the adults.
You assume when you're a child that adults know what they're doing.
Clearly, many adults don't know what they're doing.
That's why the world, in many instances, is chaotic.
You don't become an adult until you decide to be an adult.
We start out as fools.
You can only stop being a fool if you decide to become wise.
We start out as cowards.
You can only stop being a coward if you decide to be courageous.
Everything in life is a decision.
We are governed by fools at any given time.
I don't mean the president in this case, to be perfectly honest.
I know that people think he is a fool who hates his guts.
Okay, that's fine.
So at least they would agree we are governed by fools.
They just think that the people they don't like are fools, and I believe that the left are fools.
I don't give a hoot if your kid is tested.
That means nothing to me.
I think it's useless because kids don't die from this illness.
It is so rare as you might as well not have kids go into cars.
More kids are killed in traffic accidents than by COVID. Yet we don't stop driving.
So it is very hard for people to understand that.
They have been profoundly misled by, quote, the experts.
People think that if you have a PhD or an MD, you have wisdom.
They have no correlation.
They're not related in any way.

One was I wanted to see how long it would take for the coronation to begin, and about 20 minutes into the debate, you already had CNN and MSNBC saying that Kamala was killing it, and she was masterfully in control of the evening, and so forth.
And the other thing I wanted to see was, would she be the one of the two?
That would push the envelope with the emotional side of maybe overreaction.

You know, in regard to Sweden, it's been a model for how they dealt with the coronavirus.
I mean, it should be pointed out that Sweden's death rate is five times that of Denmark, which did a full lockdown.
Denmark, you know, I mean, it's more fair to compare Sweden to Denmark, since they're both similar culturally and demographically.
Also to mention that Sweden has five times the death rate of Germany.
And what's interesting is GDP decline for those three countries.
Not only what's already happened and what's being predicted is about the same.
And to say that Sweden had no restrictions, they banned public gatherings of greater than 50 on March 27th, and it's still in effect today.
It's not in effect today.
You're allowed to gather up to 500. No, no, they ended that 500 gathering March 27th.
They reduced it from 500 to 50 on March 27th.
No, no, they reinstated it.
Okay, they reinstated it.
One of us is wrong.
If they did, it was in the last days.
No, no, not true.
It was done a few weeks ago.
Well, I just checked in, and from what I saw, anyway, it was 50 or less from March 27th at least through early October.
well it was at least 50 or less but people I'm sorry go ahead I'll let you finish them oh yeah so so my contention is if we followed your advice in the beginning where you said this was just like a flu a bad flu season we shouldn't treat it any different that including the fact you wouldn't have been in favor of 50 or less you know
limit on gatherings Which applies, you know, to religious gatherings, competitive sports, movie theaters.
But anyway, so we have followed your recommendation and basically not did anything and treated like a bad flu season.
It doesn't seem unreasonable to think that we would have five times more deaths today than we do.
Just like Sweden has five times more deaths than Denmark.
Okay, so let me ask you a question.
Do you know what you...
How old are you?
Sixty kids.
Do you know what your chances are of dying from COVID? Right, but then it's five times of 200,000.
Okay, I let you talk, but then you have to answer my questions.
Or you could say you don't want to.
You know I don't give a hard time.
I know that.
I took your call because you differ with me.
It's important for people to hear.
Your chances are zero.
0.5% or less.
They're infinitesimally small, and if you don't have obesity and diabetes, then your chances are even smaller than that of dying from this.
They enter the realm of lightning.
Do you believe that the damage done to tens of millions of Americans' lives, to the vast increase in opioid use, drug use, alcohol use, Child abuse was worth it.
You might say yes.
I want to know.
I don't.
You do.
Am I wrong?
Am I wrong?
Well, I would say this.
I am not, how should I say, I'm not 100% in favor of what, you know, it's irrelevant.
Even if you're 51-49, you're either for it or against it.
I don't care what your percentage in your heart is.
Right.
So you're asking me if it's worth it.
Yes.
You asked me a question.
Right.
Is it worth it?
First of all, we really, to be honest, we don't know what the implications are for in terms of suicides or people who didn't get the medical care they should have, et cetera, et cetera.
But in terms of the economy, it is interesting.
That Germany and Denmark that did do full lockdowns, at least for the first couple of months, have five times less the death rate of Sweden.
Right, so Belgium did a full...
Okay, all right, listen.
You know what?
I really appreciate your call because you're very courteous and you're grappling with this just as we all are.
So let me answer you.
Sweden ranks number 14 in the world in deaths per million.
Only comparing it to Denmark, which, by the way, Finland and Denmark have announced that if there is a second wave, they will do exactly what Sweden did.
They regret that they shut their schools.
People never report that.
They always report, oh, compare it to Denmark and Finland.
They have announced we're not shutting our schools again.
No children died in Sweden.
When they kept the schools open the entire time.
That alone would have made a different America.
It is extremely instructive that the first school to close was Harvard.
The most prestigious place is the most cowardly in the country.
And the most obedient to PhDs and MDs.
This is what they believe in.
Remember, Sweden now has fewer deaths per million than America with all its lockdowns.
Virtually all of Sweden's deaths took place in nursing homes.
Half the deaths took place in nursing homes in Stockholm.
That's what happened.
By the way, the same is true in the United States.
You take New York and New Jersey out of the equation, the United States has a very small rate per million.
Why President Trump is blamed for policies he never enacted, whereas the governors of New York and New Jersey get away with it, is because the press lie to you, like they are now with the Biden story and Twitter.

All white people are racist.
You might hear this too.
America is founded on white supremacy.
Does America have real issues in its past?
Yes.

A guy who's running for president doesn't want to tell you what he's going to do because he's afraid the media is going to write about it.
The media is going to report on it.
And the media just says, OK, makes sense to me.
Nothing to see here.
Meanwhile, the president, all right, not going to have a virtual debate next week because he's not going to sit in front of a computer.
So instead of virtually debating Joe Biden, he's going to hold a campaign rally.
and people are gonna lose their minds keep up with what's trending and subscribe on YouTube today trending now on the Larry older show because when John McCain was running in 2008 he's on the view and one of the ladies says to him what happens if Roe v. Wade Wade is overturned?
And I'm at home yelling, it goes to the states, it goes to the states, and you live in a New York state, which is very liberal, nothing's going to change.
Instead, Senator McCain just went, I don't think it's going to happen.
I just don't think it's going to happen.
What kind of answer is that?
The wrong answer.
You're exactly right, and what I describe in the book One Vote Away, in the chapter on life, is for 200 years of our nation's history, laws on abortion were made at the state level.
Different states had different laws, and if you wanted to change the laws on abortion, you did the same thing you did if you wanted to change any other laws, which is you tried to convince your fellow citizens your ideas were right and their ideas were wrong.
Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, they support unlimited abortion.
Okay, everybody, I want to remind I want to remind you about KeepAmericaAmerica.com.
Thank you.
Thank you.
We've got to fight here, and they are a great organization.
They're great.
The Job Creators Network has produced this.
There is so much fraud going on already.
My friend, my friend, this is not something I read.
My friend's children, adult children, live in Texas.
Half for years.
They got ballots to vote in California.
Unsolicited, needless to say.
Now, if my friend wanted to just have two more votes for Republicans, he would just fill out the ballot for them.
Who's going to know?
There's no national database.
So they could vote in Texas and they can vote in California.
Because of this vile idea to corrupt elections by mailing out ballots in the millions, tens of millions, to people who never requested them.
Defended by the LA Times, New York Times, CNN, the left destroys everything it touches, and that includes elections, and then they blame, this is the classic left thing, you blame the right for voter suppression when you are the ones who are corrupting elections.
It's a standard leftist tactic.
So go to Keep America America and help get the vote out.
KeepAmericaAmerica.com Wow.
God, the fights.
Great country being attacked at its foundations.
Giuliani says you've only seen 5% of what's on Hunter Biden's hard drive.
Is that amazing how that happened?
Just the story of a guy finding it and bringing it to a computer shop or whatever it is, an amazing story.
You know, the issue is always raised about optimism and pessimism.
I have answered every time.
I don't believe in either pessimism or optimism.
They are both excuses not to fight.
Think about it.
You're an optimist.
It's going to turn out fine.
Why do I need to fight?
You're a pessimist.
It's going to turn out lousy.
Why do I need to fight?
That's why I have never succumbed to optimism or pessimism.
All I know is what I need to do.
I hope it works out.
I know that the human condition is pathetic, therefore I'm not an optimist.
On the other hand, I do know that there are a lot of individually wonderful people, so I'm not pessimistic.
Did you see the article in today's New York Times, the column, I should say, the column by Thomas Edsel on reasons Trump might win?
Yeah, no, it's fascinating.
How many more Republicans have been registered in every battleground state than Democrats, except Florida, where it's virtually neck and neck?
Isn't that interesting?
Way more new voters Republican in the battleground states.
That's something that Keep America America is working on getting Republicans to the polls.
I had a call yesterday.
Was it yesterday or the day before?
What's today, Thursday already?
God, the weeks.
You know, it's a very strange thing.
Time flies when you're having a good time.
Who's having a good time during the lockdown, right?
And I'm having as good a time as anybody.
I've led a normal life.
I have gathered with friends from the very first week.
I defied every single demand that I not meet with people.
I know that the quality of life is at least as important as quantity of life.
That's a pretty important thing, isn't it?
Are you prepared?
How long are you prepared to lead a pathetic life for the remote chance to forestall the remote chance you might die?
It is so remote.
When I see 20 year olds walking with masks outdoors, I just think, God, it's so sad.
But you've screwed up your life listening to these jokers.
Do you know what the chance of your dying of this is?
Then 99.9 something in each case, except if you're over 70 and have another condition.
And really over 80. So then you get the intelligent line, oh, you don't care about the elderly.
Hmm, that's really funny.
Like the elderly don't care about the elderly.
Oh, God, it's the proof of the corruption in college education, corruption of the mind. .
Here's a crack-up line.
New York Times has a piece, Coronavirus safety runs into a stubborn barrier.
Masculinity.
Subtitle of the article, When political leaders suggest basic precautions appear unmanly, men are less likely to follow health and safety advice, experts say.
Let me ask you a question.
Who do you think is more likely to fight for the country in case we're invaded?
Guys who insist on masks outdoors or guys who don't?
Just a question.
Who do you think is more likely to fight on behalf of the family if attacked?
I said more likely, not definitely.
Much more likely.
So they quote a...
They quote...
Tommy Lahren, the conservative commentator and Fox Nation host, they've encountered that Mr. Biden, because he's always wearing a mask, might as well carry a purse with that mask.
So they quote her.
I think it's a hilarious line.
I do admit, I admit it.
It's just a subjective response.
I fully acknowledge it.
I don't find Mr. Biden to be a masculine model.
I still am amazed when Kamala Harris' husband came on stage after the vice presidential debate wearing a mask.
His big mask, yeah.
And kissed her head through the mask.
Forget masculinity, okay?
But they're forgetting that completely.
There's such a thing as idiocy.
That's an even more severe indictment.
Is he an idiot?
Is she married to an idiot?
Is she proud of him?
Who was he going to catch COVID-19 from on stage?
Her?
How could she wear no mask and he had to wear a mask?
How many people were impressed who saw that scene?
That's what I'd like to know.
What percentage of viewers thought, What a bright man.
We'll be back.
That is Pricker Show.

That was the third partner on some of the business ventures.
Like Rosemont Seneca.
Right.
His name was Christopher Hines.
And you know what it is?
It's more than $3.5 million.
According to the documents the FBI obtained in Devin Archer's criminal case, which we're going to talk about, it was $200 million that came in for Yelena Baturina.
Well, she's a billionaire.
She is, so $200 million is, you know, a little bit of money.
Yeah.
And the FBI has known that.
So, it's that case.
Devin Archer, in 2018, was convicted of fraud in a case up in New York.
And then, mysteriously, a few months after the jury verdict, the judge set aside only his verdict.
The other men in the case were continued to be viewed as guilty.
Only Devin Archer.
Only Devin Archer was excised from the case and freed.
Guilty verdict overturned.
The Justice Department appealed.
The wheels of justice turned slow.
But at 4 o'clock, just a few minutes ago, the 2nd District Court of Appeals in New York reinstated the guilty plea, saying the judge had no right to come up with their own theory of the case and throw out Devin Archer's conviction.
So the prosecution said the judge can't just throw out a guilty plea?
Exactly.
And more importantly, because I think this has some application to the Mike Flynn case.
Yes.
The judge was scolded for developing their own theory of the case.

I've just walked around with gratitude my whole life.
But when I just said, my name is Dennis Prager, I realized I've never had a problem with my name.

I believe that a great number of people on the left Are unhappy with at least one thing that they were born.
Would you agree?
And it's a very big gap.
It's a big reason for the gap.
I have this inner peace that people, no one on the left has inner peace.
Some liberals do, some conservatives do, some liberals don't, some conservatives don't.
But no one on the left.
They're agitated.
They take it out on society.
They think they'll feel better if society is overthrown.

It is the same lie as men menstruate.
It is the same opposite of truth.
But they have people saying it.

Nothing.

In the summer of 2016, right near the Republican convention, out of nowhere, there was right near the Republican convention, out of nowhere, there was chatter that started to surface around President Donald Trump allegedly having connections to Russia.
In fact, we can go back and we find television clips of Hillary Clinton campaign surrogates starting to talk about Donald Trump is bought and paid for by Russia, or there is meaningful Hi.
Hello, everybody.
Hey, if you were earning millions of dollars and your computer broke, here's my question.
Sean, you answer it, okay?
Sean, I'm posing this to you.
I want you to imagine that you're earning millions of dollars.
Well, for you, you don't even have to imagine it, but nevertheless, imagine you're earning millions of dollars more.
Okay?
Your computer, your laptop broke.
Would you send it in for repairs, or would you get a new one?
Thank you.
Exactly.
It is what we call a rhetorical question.
Hunter Biden is getting millions of dollars.
Brings in his computer for repair.
It's almost funny.
I don't want to insult him.
I really don't.
Because he's not the issue.
His father's the issue.
And then he left it there with all the incriminating material on it.
And then, of course, you can't report it.
Because Twitter will shut you down.
The others will.
They work for the left and for the Democratic Party, which is the party of the left.
Yes, indeed.
Another one, Jody in Phoenix.
Hello, Jody.
Hi, Dennis.
It's nice to talk to you.
Thank you.
So I have a question.
I've been listening.
To people who are getting two and three ballots in the mail, and I was wondering, is it ethical?
And I'm talking about Republicans who are usually more principled and wouldn't fill out a second or third ballot, but since we're fighting evil, does that make it ethical?
It's a very, very real question.
I've actually grappled with it in me.
I wouldn't.
Because what distinguishes us from the left is that we don't believe all means are valid for victory.
But it is not an illegitimate question.
You created a fraud.
Why should I respond to your fraud by hurting my cause?
By hurting the cause of protecting the country?
That's the other side.
That's a very fair question.
Indeed.
Monitor this.
Okay, we're good.
And let's go to Santa Clarita, California.
Josh, hi.
Hi, Dennis.
I had a question for you.
What did you think about, I mean, do you think with the shutdown, it should have only been a week, two weeks?
I mean, do you think it went on a little bit too long?
It didn't go on a little bit too long.
It went on way too long.
As soon as hospitals in any given area, Could handle the number of patients.
We should have opened up the society and protected the vulnerable.
I think it should have really only been a week or two.
Okay, that's fine.
And why was there a lockdown in Oregon when New York City was the crisis center?
As I wrote at the time...
If Oregon or Nebraska were the hot spot, New York wouldn't have shut down.
And shouldn't have.
Look, I wrote it's the greatest mistake the world has made.
It's not just America.
Much of the world made it.
India blew my mind when they shut it down, and I'm sure you recall.
I'm not going to review all of this.
I can't believe Israel is shut down again.
There's something awry there.
Either their vaunted socialized medicine shouldn't be vaunted, or there is a hysteria there that is so irrational as to demand explanation.
And if it's so terrible there, why isn't it terrible in Gaza?
Gaza is packed.
It's extremely densely packed and there's a tiny number of fatalities.
Does the virus stop at the border?
I guess so.
I'm not kidding.
It's not a cute question.
Apparently it does.
So the intermingling of Israelis is the cause here.
But Israel's rate per million is tiny.
Let me get it up here.
Let's see.
The United States is 10. Sweden is 14. And I keep going down.
Israel is 40th.
Israel is 40th in the world in deaths per million.
Why is it locked down again?
Crushing people's livelihoods.
40th.
French Guiana has a higher rate.
Guadeloupe, Switzerland, Iraq, Honduras, Canada, they have higher rates of death per million than Israel.
There's so much that needs to be explained here.
Yep.
All right, let's see here.
Oh, this is a good challenge to me.
Hi, Greg in Sarasota.
Dennis Prager.
Hi.
I wanted to respond to your question about who would be most likely to defend the country, mask wearers or not mask wearers?
No, mask wearers outside.
Go ahead.
Yep.
Okay, well, either way.
No, not either way.
I just want to make clear what I said.
Okay, outside.
I would say that since wearing a mask is generally not done out of fear, but is a selfless act undertaken to protect others, that people that would wear masks inside or outside would be most likely to protect the country.
It's a good argument, and stay on with me.
Thank you.
On the Eric Metaxas Show.
I have almost nothing to say about last night's debate.
It was one of those things where I thought, Mike Pence is masterful.
The idea that he was able to contain himself and to respond in this measured way, no matter what Kamala Harris said.
I thought...
That is seriously amazing to me in these passionate times in which we live.
And I was in awe of his self-control.
So that's all I'll say.
What do you say?
Well, you know, he is a born-again Christian.
He carries his faith very seriously.
And I think that he represents that faith very well when he does things in public.
And I thought last night was just an example of that.
But there were a couple of things I was looking for, and I wanted to see if they were going to happen, and it took about 15 seconds into the debate for them to come true.
And it only took a few of those side-by-side shots where she's glaring at Pence while he's giving his response to whatever the question was.
I mean, it wasn't like a gentle but placed smile.
It was like...
The female Al Gore of color.

Anti-Semitic slurs.
And Donald Trump, when asked about it, said there were fine people on both sides.
You know, I think this is one of the things that makes people dislike the media so much in this kind of.
Thank you.
Hi, everybody.
So back to Greg in Sarasota, Florida.
I asked the question earlier, who do you think is more likely to protect the country?
Men who, and I'm specifically referring to men, men who wear masks all the time, including outside, which is what I specified, or men who don't wear them outside, perhaps in a very concentrated area of people.
So, Greg says that he thinks, I thought, obviously, that's why I asked the question, the guys who don't wear the masks, he thinks the guys who do wear the masks because they're doing it to protect others from disease, and that's what you want people to do, is to protect others.
Did I get that right, Greg?
Yeah, pretty much.
Okay.
So, first of all, My suspicion is that the vast majority of people who wear masks outdoors, two things.
One, they're doing it to protect themselves, primarily.
I think they also, if they're asked, are you protecting others, of course they'll say yes.
And I can give you a proof.
If they took a COVID test that morning, that they were negative, do you think they would take their mask off?
First of all, with all of the false negatives and the time that it takes to get a result, I don't think...
Okay, you're changing my question.
Well, there's a lot of false negatives.
Right, so you don't trust the tests?
Not necessarily, no.
I heard false positives.
I have not heard false negatives.
So no matter what, there's no way you would know.
All right, let's say you had COVID and you had the antibodies, or do you not trust that either?
I don't know that that's been completely proven yet, so I wouldn't necessarily touch that either.
Okay, so you don't think anybody, you don't think anyone is immune from the disease?
That everybody can give the disease to others?
Alright, we differ on that.
So I believe that if somebody knew for a fact, God told them, and Fauci, well not in that order, Fauci and God, you do not have COVID today, they would still wear the mask.
Because the vast majority of people wearing masks outdoors are protecting themselves.
Secondly, I don't think irrational people are going to protect me.
And I believe it is a function of pure hysteria.
The hysterical and the panic-driven are not the people I want to put my security in.
It's a very good challenge.
