The Duke Lacrosse case revisits Crystal Mangum’s 2006 false rape allegations, which destroyed three players’ lives despite her later confession for validation—no legal consequences followed. Dr. McDowell’s "rack test" checklist (1965–1990) exposed 40–50% of accusations as lies, but feminist Democratic Congresswoman Pat Schroeder suppressed it, confiscating his research. The episode ties this to broader skepticism about sexual assault claims, questioning systemic bias and demanding accountability for false accusers while mocking perceived media double standards. She is going viral for a picture that is of her sunbathing at her $12 million mansion.
So Sidney Sweeney normally looks like this, a hot blonde bombshell.
And that is what has been shown across social media.
Now, she is showing men the art of the catfish.
Yes, makeup helps, getting your hair dyed, light plastic surgery.
And the picture, Nuclear Caudillo, set the...
What?
It's not what?
Oh.
Set the internet on fire because he tweeted a picture of Sidney Sweeney.
So normally she looks like this.
We have this beautiful blonde bombshell.
This is her normal look.
And the picture that went viral is this.
Now, again, she's hot.
She's a good-looking lady.
Better looking than me for sure.
But these look like two different people.
We just got to be honest about this.
And, you know, this is a pain point, I think, in society because men see these ladies on dating apps and they go on dates and then she's got 20 extra pounds on her, a crooked nose, and she's not as, you know, volumptuous as they originally thought.
So, you know, this got so big.
We're on Red Pill Twitter, right?
And this got so big that Barstool is covering it.
So let's see what Barstool Sports had to say about this issue.
Well, it happened.
Accounts throughout the internet are calling Sidney Sweeney mid.
And it's all happened thanks to some creep that took a bunch of photos of her in a bikini outside of her house in Florida.
Sidney Sweeney shows off bikini body lounging outside $13 million Florida Keys mansion.
And boy, did this lead to some discourse.
A lot of you owe me an apology, says Captive Dreamer.
I assume at other points throughout his account, he referred to Sidney Sweeney as being quote unquote not that hot.
Nuclear Cadillo said all women are catfishes.
The question is, to what degree?
I feel like I'm losing my mind.
Nuclear Cadillo replied, I mean, I wouldn't want my future wife looking like this.
Who are you going to marry?
A Greek goddess?
But it isn't Googa Looney Tunes wolf hitting himself.
What I want to point out is the difference in the genders here.
So, you know, women say they're not attracted to men all the time.
I have seen women call Henry Cavill, Brad Pitt, Michael B. Jordan unattractive.
I've seen it, right?
You see women say, no, he's not my type.
No, he's not that good looking.
Does the internet erupt?
No.
Does everybody freak out?
No.
But a couple guys call Sidney Sweeney mid, which isn't even ugly.
That's like four to seven range.
Five to seven.
Five to seven is a mid.
Not ugly, not unattractive.
Just, eh.
Up with the bat level.
Thank God Cadillo drew a line somewhere.
He was like, it's not that bad.
Thank God he said that.
Here's some other replies.
She fell off.
She's low-key falling off.
You will notice the trend that everybody who is saying this about Sidney Sweeney, quote-unquote, falling off, don't have a profile picture of themselves.
I refuse to believe that this is the same person.
What?
So this is what you get.
You get men putting their preferences out there, maybe saying their personal standards.
And you got the white knight here caping for Sidney Sweeney.
Caping, S-I-M-P-I-N-G, stop simping.
You know, it's not like they said she's ugly.
No man would want her.
They just said not as good looking as on TV.
And anybody that's worked in television or media knows that angles change a lot.
Makeup changes a lot.
Hair changes.
You know, if you see the way that people would, when I would go on Pierce Morgan, for example, I would see people in perfect coloring with perfect outfits, perfect makeup, perfect hair.
You know, I'm like an hour from the city.
You don't see people dressed like that.
Everyone's kind of dressed down and just normal.
Everyone looks normal.
And most of these women, it's a bit of a facade.
It's the filters, it's the hair, it's the makeup.
It's not that they're ugly.
They're just not as hot as they are online or in media.
You're telling me that the person on the red carpet with amazing makeup done and in her best dress and whatnot looks different than she does when she just walks outside of her house, you know, to sit by the pool.
Shocking.
Bizlett said she's hitting the wall already.
If that's the wall, sign me up.
I could find an employee in a small Midwestern city, Chick-fil-A, that's better looking.
Again, I don't know if Captain Dreamer is trolling, but I will bet.
I mean, that's true.
Now, again, I'm not saying that she's unattractive.
Obviously, we have an obesity problem in America.
She is clearly in the top 20% of women in the country.
I mean, just by obesity alone.
But women of that beauty are not uncommon.
You know, I have a sister five years younger.
She has friends that are better looking than her.
It's not an uncommon thing to find, or at least close to the same, right?
Bet him all of the money I currently have, all of my assets, 401k, Roth IRA, everything that I.
I mean, I went to, if you went to a private college, there's like 10 women across campus that look exactly like that.
If you're in the Midwest and it's like a predominantly white school, I promise to God, there's a million girls at every college that look just like that.
And all of my future earnings.
All of them.
I will work for you for the rest of my life if you can do that.
Okay, so, you know, Sidney Sweeney is a very attractive woman, obviously, but this does hit on the pain point that men are a bit tired of being catfished and they understand that women are not as attractive on TV, on dating apps, and in pictures as they are in real life.
Okay, so our next story is there's a woman talking about how she contracted AIDS.
You know, the more we see women use TikTok as their diaries, it's actually amazing because now I get more insight into what's going on more honestly.
Let's see.
So, a lot of people are asking for a story time on who's responsible for my diagnosis.
If you don't know, I am 22 years old.
I was diagnosed with HIV in August of 2023 at 21 years old.
I'm gonna go with y'all.
So, I was 21.
It was March of 2023 when I got my last STI and HIV test, and that was negative.
I had just turned 21.
I was outside.
I was doing my thing.
No shame.
It is what it is.
But anyways, there's three people that I needed to tell from March to my diagnosis in August.
And I'm going to get into each of the people.
Okay, so.
Okay, so she's saying she had sex with three men in six months.
And one of those men, it seems like, gave her AIDS.
The first person, the first person we're going to go back to.
But the first person I met in April and I had seen him probably once, twice a week, every week for maybe let's say two months.
So April, May, June, right?
Okay.
So the first person I had met in April and I had been sleeping with him on and off, like just as a situationship from April to May and June, right?
We'll call him Tom.
And then I had met someone and like we were more serious.
I was with him from June to July, but it didn't last long due to just like issues.
And the third person that I needed to tell, I had been with him from July to when I had been diagnosed in August.
So we'll call them one, two, and three in this scenario.
So keep in mind the first person I had been with him from April to June.
It may be April to late May, to be honest.
But late June, I started to develop a fever.
I had 105 fever for seven days straight.
I went to the ER and I was not tested for HIV because I didn't meet the HIV standard, which is being gay or using drugs.
I'm straight.
I need to emphasize that.
So anyways, I had 105 fever for a week straight.
And after that, I just got sicker and sicker and sicker.
And I had been in and out of the hospitals, doctors, nobody knew what was wrong with me, right?
So we get to August.
I'm in the hospital.
I finally figure out that I'm HIV positive.
I have to make three different phone calls to three different people because I obviously, as hard as that was, I'm not going to not tell these people because one, they need to protect themselves, get tested.
And so there's this idea that the women that have these crazy STDs are corn stars, sex workers.
Oftentimes it's just normal women and they slept, they were irresponsible, they didn't use protection and they slept with the wrong guy.
This woman, I mean, I see women that look like her all the time.
She does not look abnormal.
She doesn't look overly slutty or sexual.
The way she's speaking, it's not overly ratchet or, you know, trashy.
She just seems like a normal woman.
I don't want to put someone else at risk.
And two, I want to know who's responsible.
So I give their names to the Department of Health, obviously.
And then I contacted them personally because I wanted to tell them.
Now, the first, I had three different reactions to my diagnoses, and I'll get into that.
So the first reaction, he was sympathetic.
He was so kind, like nice.
And he was kind of confused.
Like, I was like, okay, like, you need to go get tested.
Like, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And he's kind of lost.
Like, what does all this mean?
Like, what is HIV?
Like, I'm just confused.
Like, he was very, like, kind of immature to what was going on.
But I also had no clue about this before.
So it was fine.
I guided him in the right way.
Okay.
So if he's confused, I don't know how someone would react if they know.
Like, I'm curious to see if the guy knew that he gave it to her.
And I'm curious also to see.
So if he's confused, is he acting?
Was it the second guy?
We'll see.
Also, guys, if you want me to read your comment, go to theaudacitynetwork.com.
I do read the chat there.
It's the same chat, but on YouTube, and I just read it off of the website.
Okay, so first guy came back negative.
Person was my boyfriend at the time.
He treated me so bad.
Barely asked if I was okay when I was in the hospital, didn't check on me.
Um, when I was in the hospital, so the next guy was her boyfriend, and he I don't know why.
I'm gonna guess the person that gave it to her is gonna have a reaction that's very little remorse.
Like it's not gonna be very empathetic because if he knew, then I don't think he cared.
Like that would be his attitude.
So I'm gonna guess him, but we'll see.
I literally had to find somewhere for him to get tested.
And this man was on the phone yelling at me, talking about, oh, I don't have health insurance.
And like he's yelling that he doesn't have health insurance.
Yeah, I feel, I think if he's angry, it was him.
Because I think if he was angry, it's like, who's gonna pay for this?
Like, it was all about him, him, him, and like him being scared.
Never comforted me.
Like, he was just like, God showed me that he was not meant to be my boyfriend.
And that was like a blessing in itself.
At that time, it like upset me.
I was devastated by that a little bit because like I had just been stigmatized and like, you know, it was just, it was hard.
Because if she's in the streets, right?
And these guys are in the streets too.
If he doesn't know, I think his reaction would be more like shock and it would be, oh, like, I'm so sorry, you know, because I'm assuming she's sleeping with other people.
He's probably sleeping with other people.
So you would think the reaction would be more of a, oh, let me go get tested or maybe fear.
I don't think it'd be anger.
I think anger would come if you're getting like found out.
But this is what I really want to talk about.
This third person.
Oh no, is it the third?
Oh, I'm not the one.
Okay.
This third person.
When I called him and I asked him, looking back now, at the time I had been in the hospital for literally five days, hadn't even seen the sun shine.
So I just wanted to like get off the phone, do this conversation, and get off the phone, you know.
I call him and I said to him, like, hi, you know, I've been diagnosed with HIV.
And the first thing this man said to me, the first thing this man said to me was, oh, I'm so sorry to hear that.
What's your treatment plan?
That's a weird...
What's your treatment plan?
I was really sold on second.
Because that means you know too much about it if he's asking your treatment plan.
What a dick.
But that they do the same thing, though.
That's the problem.
There's another woman that had an account like this, and she just said that she doesn't tell them that she's HIV positive.
These women are in that moment.
Like we talked for a little bit after that.
Like he's like, oh, I'm here for you, blah, blah, blah.
Like XYZ.
But he asked me what my treatment plan was.
Why would you ask me what my treatment plan was unless you already had an understanding of HIV?
Right?
It's gotta be number three.
Right?
So in the hospital in the state that I'm in, they, um, the Department of Health will call you.
They called me while I was in the hospital.
They will call you and ask who you came into contact with.
Um, and they will ask for your sexual partners, first, last names, addresses if you have them, date of birth, whatever you have pertaining to these people.
So they can one, contact them as well and let them know.
Um, but two, like, it's just it's a um health risk.
Like, they need to, these people need to be aware of my status because I came into contact with them point blank, period.
So I gave this information to the health department.
And um, this third person that I asked, he was also the only person who literally could not provide me a negative test result.
I asked him twice, he ignored me.
Um, he randomly disappeared in July.
I started getting sick in June, and in July, he randomly disappeared and moved to Texas.
Like, he called me and was like, Come see me, like, I'm leaving in two days.
Like, and I was like, No, I'm good, like, kind of get off that.
Like, I just didn't want any parts in him at that point.
And I thought it was weird that he randomly abruptly moved.
Like, it was just odd.
He, his life was so established here in Tampa.
Like, I didn't understand.
Why would he randomly move if he got AIDS?
Maybe he wants to infect.
Maybe he got like put on the avoid that guy list or something.
You know, there's like Facebook pages.
Understand it.
Because I'm just thinking, like, how would other people know?
But I didn't think much of it because at the end of the day, it didn't affect me in that moment.
Later, I realized now that he's in a different state and the laws are so different, there was nothing I could do.
I called.
Oh, the laws were different in a different state.
Holy lawyers, I talked to doctors.
I asked so many people, like, is there anything more that I can do?
And nobody could really help me.
So that was really it as far as who's responsible.
I don't necessarily know that he was responsible.
My gut says that he was responsible, but I just like was kind of at odds with that.
And I ultimately chose peace for my own sake.
And that's my story as to who is responsible.
Do they have AIDS or just HIV positive?
Isn't that the same thing?
Is it not?
I don't know.
For me being diagnosed with HIV.
Wow.
That was an eight minute video.
I did not think I would watch that whole thing.
Um, I want to see what her other videos are.
Part two, who is responsible for giving me HIV?
Let's see, part two.
I knew that I would face judgment.
So when I came out with HIV, I knew that I would face judgment.
However, the title of my video.
HIV and AIDS are not the same thing.
I don't know.
Sorry.
I don't know.
Sorry, guys.
Who is responsible of my diagnoses or for my diagnoses has been misinterpreted.
So I kind of want to get into that.
So my video title was actually in response to questions I had been receiving on my Instagram page.
A lot of people had been commenting who is responsible for your diagnoses, which is why that video was titled that way.
Let me be clear when I say I'm not asking for anyone's opinions as far as what I should or shouldn't have done.
I ultimately am responsible for my diagnoses and I'm fully aware of that.
Wow.
Did she just take responsibility and say that she's responsible?
Did hell freeze over?
I think hell froze over.
That burden is literally my burden to carry, not any of yours.
I have no disagreements in any way that using condoms or practicing safe sex could have led me to a different outcome.
But I think it's very small-minded and cruel for people to try to shame me in my comments or act as if I don't care.
My purpose here is not to defend myself or my past actions.
My purpose is to educate women and girls about what could happen to them and the risk and the potential of choices like mine.
So for the people in the comments, when you're done belittling me and commenting, talking about I would never do that, I can't believe that.
I ask that you remember that it could easily be someone you love, whether that's your husband, your daughter, your best friend, or anyone for that matter.
HIV doesn't discriminate and you also ultimately don't know what people are doing behind closed doors.
You may not relate to my story, but I know there's a lot of girls and women out there who my story relates to and I'm here to let them know.
You said women take accountability when faced with death.
That's so funny.
That they're not alone.
I see them.
I'm here to let all the girls know that a bad choice doesn't diminish your worth and that they're not alone.
And I'm here to let them know that they can take steps and that there's things that they can do to prevent these things from happening.
My worth was not diminished by my diagnoses.
Neither were my actions.
Were they good choices?
No.
Do they define me?
No.
I want people to learn from me.
That's what I'm here to do.
If my videos and my messages are not for you, you do not have to listen.
Okay, now it's the rationalization.
I'm worth the same.
Okay, I'm curious if she has anything about dating now.
I'm just going to click on her page.
I'm just, I'm only curious if ask your kids.
I'm just how I oh, how I disclose.
Now she says how she discloses.
Good morning.
So question I've been asked a lot is, can I have intercourse or how does it look?
And honestly, it looks exactly the same.
The only difference is the conversations that I have prior.
I make sure that I'm open and honest.
When disclosing, I try to put people in my shoes, and I want them.
I think about like how I would feel and how I want someone to tell me, and that's the approach that I've taken.
So, those conversations are obviously awkward and weird, but it just involves being honest with one yourself and honest with your partner.
You just have to talk about it, and that's really like that's that's it.
Obviously, you know, like there's precautionary measures we take, getting tested, using protection, um, me taking my medicine.
Like, there's factors and things that I have to do on my own to make sure that my partner is safe.
But at the end of the day, we are at a time with HIV where you equals you, undetectable, means untransmittable.
And if HIV-positive people are taking their antiviral medications, um, the chances of transmission are not very likely.
So, with that being said, um, it's all yeah, but women can't even take their birth control on time.
You want to bet that she's taking her HIV medicine on time?
Whew, all about honesty, it's all about open-mindedness, and it's all about education, and that's really what changed for me regarding intercourse.
Wow, so someone still does it.
And, guys, if there's anything that I can attest to, it's that I need you to fix it, Bryce.
Um, I know y'all see what else I forgot.
The three days after finding out I was HIV positive.
The good morning.
So, question I've been asked.
So, and you know, the thing about women like this is you think they'll have consequences, right?
You think no one will ever date them.
But, guys, if there's one thing I've been convinced of in my life is that there is always a simp.
And as most of you know, I have been fighting on the front lines of the simp epidemic for years, but I need to tell you about a quiet weapon being ratcheted up against men that is rarely talked about.
It's not about the anti-masculinity propaganda and OnlyFans hoes causing the societal issues that we discuss on this show.
Did you know that the average city's tap water contains trace pharmaceuticals and endocrine disruptors?
This often includes estrogen from birth control.
The average adult consumes a credit card worth of plastic every week.
That's five grams of plastic a week on average.

Okay, so the next story we're going to talk about today is Bonnie Blue recently put out a TikTok saying that she has sex with fathers and sons, and a dad is a good dad if he has sex with prostitutes with his son.
Let's pull it up.
Father and son at the same time.
Yes, yeah.
I think that's brilliant.
Like to have that much of a good relationship with your son or you know for the son to have that much of a good connection with their dad.
I think it's fantastic.
Too many people, especially 18-year-olds.
I know when I was at school, would argue with their dads or want to have a good relationship with them.
I think to have that much of a good relationship that you can come with your dad to sleep with me is fantastic.
Yeah, see, this is where it's either you and me are on a completely different page or it's just generations because I think the father needs his head kicked in for that.
No, definitely not.
Yeah, I know you think that, but I think that is one of the most outrageous things I've ever heard.
And he needs his fucking head checking.
The dad is just a guy.
It's like women say silly thing.
Men, that's stupid.
That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
Women, say another silly thing.
So with his son.
Yeah, so I think why not?
You've got a good connection.
Fucking nuts.
Take me from both ends.
Ew.
Oh my gosh.
Okay, so the next story we're going to talk about is there's a young woman that is taking over TikTok.
There's a woman named Cooking with Kaya who has figured out the secret formula of what men like.
It's called good food and shaking ass.
So she basically blew up on TikTok.
It looks like they had her account deleted, but she had videos like this.
Let me, these are the reposts.
I don't know what I think they took her account down.
The man with his dinner, I just skipped through.
Take a good look.
Welcome to another video with Cooking with Kaiya.
Cooking with Kaiya.
Cooking with Kaiya.
I don't know how to sing, but I'm a career.
I can try my little case that I heard.
Now, mind you, her show has gotten bigger than professional chefs.
So this is just another example of women using their sexuality to get ahead.
So, you know, she's not a bad cook.
She's a decent cook.
But now she's having executive professional chef level fame.
And this is what, you know, contributes to the delusion because what's going to happen to her is she's going to think she's this good at cooking when really she's just shaking ass.
And let me play the rest.
I don't need to play like that.
Kind of want to handle the head of me since 29.
And they say that I wrap my ass out.
Trying to rap like I can't tell.
Oh, well, love forgive me.
So next, I season my steak with garlic powder, honey powder, pepper, and then I also add some of the kids.
Then you're supposed to grab it on both sides and then take it out to cool a little bit.
I put my broad back to the face.
And then I'm coming back on.
Rick popped out with a brand new dude.
Popped out with a brand new team.
Walking this milk with glass, I made like a little cheese sauce to go with my asparagus and my potato.
And sorry for this video being so short.
It's because the reals only in her 90s.
Now, that's not a bat.
I mean, that looks good.
You know, but the views she's getting and the collaborations, you would think she's a professional chef.
And this isn't exactly a diff, like, most people could do that recipe, right?
So now, this is getting the ladies.
Let's actually, let's watch one more video of hers.
So, this was another one where she does again.
You know, mac and cheese is good, but it's not creme brulee.
You know, it's not okay.
Let's pull this up.
Welcome to another video.
Cooking with Kaya.
So I made cooking with Kaya's mac and cheese.
So we're going to try it and rate it one through ten.
Y'all know we just came from our house, right?
Oh, so this is the different one.
They're trying it.
Let's see what they think.
You know, cooking with Jay better, bro.
Stop.
Kaya got that.
She got that aura.
Ooh, this is thick.
It's thicker than Kaya.
Y'all see all the cheese?
That's the close-up.
I like the cheese crust.
Who's better?
Cooking with Kaya or the little teeny girl?
Yeah.
Teeny, I don't know.
Y'all, who better?
Yeah, teeny or cooking with Kaya.
When you put the cheese on top, it's him.
We're eating.
So the men, they're watching it.
They're liking the videos, you know.
And the challenge we're having now is the ladies on TikTok are ticked off.
They cannot stand that their men are watching women, another woman, shake ass.
Now, you wonder how this translates into normal media.
Well, there's a reason why we're not, we haven't seen a Megan Fox level beauty in like a decade.
It's not because they don't exist, but you know, the ladies protest because they want less attractive women on screen.
Now, we see this in real time in the next video as women express their grievances with their boyfriends watching cooking with Kaya videos.
No fucking way.
What are you doing?
What are you doing?
You're actually watching that shit?
What?
Cooking with Kaya.
You're watching that shit for real.
I'm trying to make some food, bro.
Why are you videos going?
Why do you make food?
I don't cook for you.
Why are you watching that?
What does she do for you?
She doesn't do nothing for you.
I cook for you.
I do too.
You don't.
What?
It's one o'clock in the day.
You still didn't make me breakfast.
You didn't make me breakfast.
She said if I come over, she'll make me food.
That is crazy.
We'll do something then, bro.
Watch my cooking with Kaya, bro.
That's how either of us can take you for her.
Just a little bit of ass.
Nah, that's good.
Let's see.
I think there's a couple more.
From cooking with Kaya to get her reaction to cooking with Kaya to get her reaction.
Oh my gosh, this smells so good.
Let me know what you think.
Wow.
It's good, ain't it?
This is the best thing you've ever made.
Cooking with Kaya.
You've been forever right now.
Bro, she's a sheriff.
She's a sheriff.
Why are you doing that?
That's so disrespectful.
Bro, it's for a video.
That's fucking just like a little bit of a check.
Let me see the next one.
You keep repeating cooking with Kaya and your girlfriend's fed up.
Exactly.
cooking with cooking Oh, that's funny.
That's what I need to tell you.
That's what I need to tell you.
I'm so proud of myself because today I found out how to cook something.
No.
Did you use one of my recipes?
Nah, I watched a video on somebody showing me how to pasta.
The video asking you?
No, I watched cooking with Kaya actually.
And she showed me how to make pasta.
That pasta was great.
Oh, my God.
So now I know how to make pasta.
Tomorrow's nothing about making steak, but you know.
You watch too cooking with Kaya for what to find out how to make pasta.
You got a girlfriend that knows how to cook.
I want to surprise you.
You have a girlfriend that knows how to cook.
You have a girlfriend that knows how to cook.
Why are you watching another shutty video how to cook me?
You got me.
I want to surprise you.
She started off the video with cooking with Kaya.
Cooking on the cookie.
I don't give a flying cow's boss what she started the video off with.
You have a girlfriend that knows how to cook.
I know.
I thought you would be happy.
Well, I'm not.
Why?
Because I'm not.
Why you like?
There's like 50 other shutties in this world.
Not even 50.
There's a million shutties in the world that can cook, including your girlfriend.
If you wanted to know how to make pasta, you could have asked your girlfriend.
But you see, the thing is, it wouldn't be a surprise if I asked you.
Then that's your grandma.
Then that's your grandma.
You know what?
It's cool.
It's cool.
We got cookie with Duke Guinness.
It's cool.
Goodbye.
Good night.
Have a nice night.
Now, there's another side of TikTok, I guess, that are saying these women are overreacting.
So they believe.
They're saying, you know, if you ladies knew how to cook, you wouldn't be too worried.
Let me go to the beginning.
Okay.
Pretty girls who can cook, not pressed about cooking with Kaya.
I want you and need you to be.
I won't even lie.
looks a lot better than the food I saw earlier okay so hold on That's what we got on Twitter.
But that's what happens.
What happens is a very attractive woman does some slutty thing.
The men love it, and the women protest.
The women say, no, stop it.
Stop it.
And I think that it went viral because, again, she figured out what men wanted, which was tits, ass, and food.
It's pretty simple.
Okay, so the next thing we're going to talk about is, you know, I think I might be a little bit, I think I'm too harsh on women.
So I might start with an apology, all right?
Let's I am so sorry for holding women responsible for choices that we make.
Really, I think they're just children that have no agency or accountability, and it's just the bad guy.
And so, when I saw this video on Twitter of a woman putting out a real ballard from the heart, you know, a real, a love song, one could say.
And I know that it's not her fault for putting out this ballad.
The men are responsible for listening to it, right?
I mean, someone put a must have put a gun to her head to put out this piece of art, let's say.
Do that dick, hang low, if it do, I want some more.
Can you shove it in my guts?
Can I put it in my throat?
Can I see you why you fuck me from the back?
I wanna know.
I'll do your dick, hang, low.
Do that dick, hang low.
If it do, I want some more.
Do we still got the skin?
Do I pull it back or no?
I'm a nasty motherfucker.
I suck a nigga.
So do that dick, hang low.
Calling all the big dick niggas to the floor.
I want to see them.
If that dick don't pass them balls, I swear that I don't care to meet him.
Pussy fat just like a bitch who eating cake with diabetes.
Put this good shit in his life, I promise you.
He never leaving.
Do it, hang low or not.
If it don't, we can't go for him.
I'm a nasty bitch.
I fuck outside on the balcony of the car.
I'm just trying to keep shit pee.
If it's small, then ain't shit sweet.
I just want to know if it hangs low.
Like, nigga, let me see.
Do that dick, hang low.
If it do, I want some more.
Can you shove it in my guts?
Can I put it in my throat?
Can I see you why you fuck me from the back?
I wanna know.
I'll do your dick, hang low.
That was obviously nothing of that was her fault.
She obviously had a gun to her head.
And it's really, it's really you, you know what?
It's you guys in the chat.
It's your fault.
It's, it's totally, I'm not saying that.
It's totally you guys in the chat's fault, but for putting a gun to her head and making her put out really a love song, a ballard, one would say.
So, you know, that's my apology.
I'm really, really sorry.
I really am.
She just must, you know what?
I think she was just really broken.
And now would be a good time for her to find God.
I think now would be the perfect time for her to go to church.
And, you know, maybe, should we have her preach?
What do you guys think?
What do you guys think?
Should we have her?
Why not be a preacher at this point?
You know?
It's my heart will go on for Section 8 housing.
All right.
If you guys have a comment, guys, put it in the chat.
I do read the chat.
Sometimes I just do it in between.
All right.
Peter, Peter's giving me pronunciation help.
I'm not reading those.
I'm not.
You can put those in the chat all you want.
I'm not reading those.
Okay, Rob.
It's a local colloquilesium.
I don't know what to tell you.
You know what?
You picked this show.
Go find someone who can read better.
Okay, Peter, looking forward to your documentaries.
I can't get the live video.
Just join the chat.
Same.
Oh, it's fixed now.
It's live on YouTube.
It should be back up.
It's okay.
She's in prison for murdering her boyfriend.
It was a death sentence, but no more.
I was sprayed in the face from a bloody ventilator from an end-stage AIDS patient.
The meds 25 years ago were horrendous.
I lost 20 pounds and never acquired HIV.
Ha ha ha.
Bruh, the black chick, she's an embarrassment to the music industry.
If you guys have a thought, that's as amazing as my friends in the chat's thoughts.
Feel free to join.
You know, it's on Apple.
And even if you have an Android, you can get that too.
Okay, so the next topic that we're going to do.
Apparently, Andrew Clavin reacted to me and Justin Waller saying we give bad advice.
I don't really give advice often.
I really tell you guys, do what you want.
It's not my problem, you know.
But if you do marry an OnlyFans hoe, it's probably going to end badly.
Okay.
Clavin with this week's advice that's bad.
That was our only criteria.
We're going to watch bad dating advice so you can go out and have bad dates and possibly, you know, even take it to the.
Now, I'd like to say men really shouldn't take dating advice from women.
So when it comes to how to attract, seduce women, I got nothing, nothing for you.
Nada.
I've never taken a woman on a date.
I just tell you where the trends are going.
But this guy, it's interesting because I don't understand.
His Wikipedia got like scrubbed.
It said that he was married three times and then it magically switched.
So I don't know if he was or he wasn't, but I thought that was really weird because I know I saw it before.
It said it was his third marriage.
Then it magically switched.
I think there's incentive to lie there.
I'm not saying he is or he isn't.
I don't know.
But all I could say is it would make sense to lie if your brand is like Christian conservatism.
But if what he's saying is true, he hasn't dated in 30 years.
How the hell would he know how to date the like the women of today?
How would he have any insight?
Okay, if you've been married 30 years, you could talk about dating 30 years ago.
But, you know, now you got to screen women for OnlyFans.
We have private investigators looking into women and finding crazy stuff.
So I'm going to keep it.
Next level and ruin your entire life.
So let's watch the first video of bad dating advice.
Someone in the comments is saying he was wedded.
He might have been, but online it said he was divorced.
I'm positive I saw it.
Like you saw it.
Yeah.
I know.
You saw it too.
So I'm not.
If it's widowed, if it's worse.
Yeah.
Yeah.
If he's widowed, it's.
I don't know.
I have no idea.
All I'm saying was I was gathering data on conservatives.
And I'm going to actually share this with you guys, but I wanted to do a liberal chart too, and I just haven't.
And I was hypothesizing if the average, the number of kids, average age of first marriage, yada, yada, yada, was different for conservatives and liberals.
And I wanted this to be consistent.
So I even used men whose wives aren't really public figures.
So I took like Tucker Carlson's wife's in this list, Charlie Kirk's wife, where maybe they're sort of public.
People know who they are, but they don't have like speaking careers because I didn't want everyone saying, oh, well, commentators are different.
Okay.
Well, I took the ones behind the scenes to see if the number of children was different.
And it was pretty much the same.
So when I was gathering the data at first, it said, and I'm positive I saw it because I wrote it down that he was married three times.
Then later it changed.
I don't know.
I'm not saying he was lying or, but I thought that was weird, right?
What you have to do is retrain her.
If she cries or tries to talk to you, don't put up with that and then just cold, don't fuck with her.
Now stop that real quick.
And listen, the first time you do it, she's probably going to ramp it up.
We go up here.
But if you stay calm, now calm is very important because you can never show her you're getting emotional.
I would calmly say, listen, I'm not going to put up with this.
You're wrong.
And then radio silence.
She's going to text, text, text, text, call.
I'll talk to you when you want to act right, but I'm not putting up with this.
And once you do that, it's more of a parent-child relationship.
She needs to be able to look up to you and know that you're going to put the balloon down and you're not going to get emotional about it.
And if that doesn't fix it, then fix it out.
Yeah, absolutely.
Absolutely.
You want to reduce, if you're going out with a woman, you want to reduce her to the level of a child because why would you want a grown woman?
Yeah, but why would you want?
I mean, all Justin said is if she's acting crazy to ignore her and say you're not putting up with it.
I don't know if Clavin has insight into the level of crazy that's on the market now.
Not everyone has, you know, there's ugly men out there that don't have the same options that are, you know, in your life.
I mean, what are you going to do with one of those?
That's, you know, it's ridiculous.
So the minute if she's upset about something, she stops crying.
Try this.
Stop crying.
Stop.
That's it.
You have to say it in that way.
And that'll really improve your relationship.
And he's right.
If you just stay silent and ignore her, she will become insecure and probably just a quivering blob of helpless nothingness.
You don't even have to talk to her on the travels.
You can just carry her, put her in the trunk and carry her around.
Great advice.
Let's hear some more really bad dating advice.
You're not using Chat GPT to flirt with men.
What are you doing?
I have a crush on a guy.
He texts me today and he, it's just a really sweet message.
I typed up a message back and I was like, that's not quite it.
And I put it in ChatGPT and said, make it flirty.
I'll see you at the birthday party in January, but I wouldn't mind running into you before then.
Chat GPT has got game up.
Yes.
Yes.
Oh my gosh.
That's, I mean, it's not a bad idea to be honest.
Exactly.
Artificial intelligence.
Because ladies, he's using artificial intelligence.
So you want to use artificial intelligence on your text when you send them back and forth.
So eventually, his artificial intelligence and your artificial intelligence can get together and artificially get married and have some artificial kids.
And you can just stay home potato chips and watching TV.
Because, you know, relationships.
Patriarchy and toxic masculinity, you're probably an idiot.
And so that's a problem too.
And the problem with idiots is they tend to go out with jackasses.
And so idiots and jackasses, you know, that's good.
But don't be an idiot.
Don't date a jackass.
That's actually good advice.
Give me some bad.
Come on.
A heterosexual man is nothing without a woman.
Is Elon Musk?
Would he be okay being unmarried the rest of his life?
Would he still be productive?
Would he still be competitive?
Would he still be successful and happy?
Men that do things for women, they're sick.
Masculine men do things for themselves or because to follow God or maybe their purpose.
But it's interesting because what I'm saying is the natural order of the world.
God, men, women, children.
So you don't follow women.
You follow God.
Or if you don't believe in God, it's your purpose.
Heterosexual man, and he'll tell you, without women, this don't work.
Now he's giving a speech that makes women feel good.
Oh, he should do everything.
Yes, I want to get the ring.
And look at, look at the audience.
Overwhelmingly unattractive.
I said nothing but facts in this.
I don't know what he's going to complain about.
I said nothing but facts.
Straight back.
We all know her.
I don't even know what to say to that.
He doesn't know what to say to that because I spoke facts.
It's true.
I think a man is going to do what he's going to do, whether there's a woman there or not.
So why?
You just agreed with me.
He's just going to have no love in his life.
Does love have any value?
I mean, can you sell it?
You can't sell it.
You can't eat it.
You know, you can't bounce it and throw it through.
Okay, so right there, this is selling hope.
Why?
There's no indication or data that this is in the cards for most people.
Most people will not be with one partner for life or have a lifelong marriage.
That's selling hope because it sounds good in clickbait.
There's no data, nothing that, you know, if you go on TikTok and let women talk freely, they say we don't really like men that much.
The political spectrum, women are going more left, men are going more.
The makeup of married people with children, it's a quarter now.
The birth rate, is it going up or down?
It's going down.
So the odds of you being married with children, slim to none.
And a lifelong marriage, it's not likely.
How many 50-year marriages or 50-year wedding anniversaries do you go to?
Not many.
Now, this doesn't mean you're going to have a bad life.
This doesn't mean that, you know, you're not going to fall in love at times.
But is it better to follow your purpose or God?
Because that's going to be more consistent than women, unfortunately.
I wish we were the women of 50 years ago, but social media has kind of fried our brain to the point we have a woman sleeping with a thousand men in a day.
That didn't happen 50 years ago.
And the data is indicating around 10% of women under the age of 35, maybe more, are on some sort of OnlyFans or sex work.
And what about when we have the first female billionaire?
Women are already trying to be Kim Kardashian.
What happens when women try to be the first billionaire OnlyFans worker?
What happens?
Now, you could say, I'm a doomer, but what I'm trying to do is predict the future based on the information we have now.
There's no information that indicates you'll have a lifelong marriage.
And the other thing that what they do when they get the marriage stats is they take marriages of people that have been married less than eight years and put them in the stats to inflate them.
And they don't factor in how much social media has fried people's brains and the increase in people that are just not getting married altogether.
You're a simp.
You're a simp if you have love in your life.
I cannot tell you how much I disrespect you.
You know, simp isn't love.
It's elevating women above men or like putting them above where they naturally should be and trying to change facts, data, and statistics because it doesn't sound good in a clickbait and it doesn't go with your agenda.
If you love another human being who is not yourself, love is worthless.
That is not what I said at all.
I said, do things for because you like, okay, if you pick a career because your wife wants you to, should you pick a career because your wife wants you to or because you want to do it?
Should you have children because your wife wants to or because you want to?
Now, it'd be one thing if your wife was staying for 50 years, but that's just not statistically probable.
Sorry, guys.
And that leaves all of it for me and I'll take it.
It's like being locked in an asylum.
Let's hear another one.
An asylum.
You said you agreed with me.
He said, I agree with her, but I don't like the way it sounds.
And what about love, guys?
You know.
Okay, so the Lily Phillips.
So if you guys didn't know, Lily Phillips is a woman that had sex with 100 men in a day.
Now she is recently casting to have sex with a thousand men in a day.
100 wasn't enough.
And there was a clip of her that went viral on social media of her crying after having sex with 100 men in a day because there was a man who did a documentary following her around for a day.
Now, to the average person, when they saw that clip, everybody thought it was because she regretted her decision.
Everybody thought it was because she had a lot of remorse for this decision that she made.
But really, she was crying because not every man finished that she had sex with, and she felt bad that she couldn't have sex with them longer.
That was, that was her words.
Her words.
Now, regardless, even if she did cry, let's just say for shits and giggles that she did cry because of she felt bad or she said she felt bad.
Do we care about words or actions on this channel?
What do we care about?
Now, I don't think she felt that bad if she's now having a thousand people have sex with her.
Now, there has been a simp acalypse and it has been very devastating.
And for some reason, Christian men just are dying and begging to wife up hoes.
I don't know what it is about you guys, but this is getting sad.
And these guys are actively begging women to join their church that have been literal prostitutes.
Now, you may say, Pearl, you're so mean.
Shouldn't we allow former prostitutes in our church?
And to that, I would say, maybe in like the back of the church, certainly not sharing testimony.
Let's make sure she let's keep her away from the married men, right?
We don't want to put them near her.
You know, is that really wise to put men trying to be chaste and not give in to temptation and bring in a bunch of prostitutes?
There's nobody thinking, okay.
Anyway, so oh, she's doing 300 guys this Sunday?
I got selected guys.
Yeah, Glenn got selected.
Yeah, you know, now she's doing 300 guys on Sunday to warm up.
Now, we have a new person that is joining the simpocalypse.
Russell Brand.
Now, I do like Russell Brand.
I do feel bad for him for his case where he was falsely accused.
We don't like that here.
But he also was a womanizer for many, many years and now wants to be a spokesperson for Christianity.
And the Christians said, sure, anybody that's charming, just, yeah, you can become a spokesperson.
You're charming and hot.
What more do we need?
A life of not sinning?
Nah.
A life of, should we maybe wait to see if you do the right thing?
Nah, not that.
Just, you know what?
Go ahead.
You are our new spokesperson.
And this is why, you know, when recently I see people saying things like Christ is winning, or Christ should be our person of the year.
I saw Candace Owens tweet something like that.
And there's something about me that just feels icky when I hear that.
Now, don't clip that and try to say that I'm saying something I'm not.
And it's because these people are using it as a way to win arguments and a brand.
And I think we're in murky waters when, you know, Christianity becomes the latest fashion trend, when it should be something close and personal and about a relationship with God, not about looking good on the internet, you know?
And how can we see, how can we see who is doing this for clout and who's doing it because they genuinely believe it?
I don't know who's profiting off of it.
It's so easy, guys.
Okay, so he's recently joined the Simp Pocalypse and put this video out.
Sometimes you'd like to disassociate and be like, you know, like, it's not like normal sex at all.
Lily Phillips, I can relate a hundred men in a single day.
I've not done exactly that or even those numbers, but I know what it's like to commodify sex and to look to sex for some kind of fulfillment and to use the energy of sex as some kind of commodity.
Sometimes what I think it is, is an attempt to defibrillate divinity down here on the lower levels and the lower planes.
Think how often in scripture it talks about sexual censor and Christ being like the bridegroom and us being like the bride, that there's almost an erotic element or an element of eros.
Love is part of the bargain, whether it's agarpe love or eros love.
What is our culture looking for when it creates OnlyFans and situations like the Lily Phillips situation?
And I'm in no position to judge, and I wouldn't want to judge because in the end, what we're all looking for is love.
Lily Phillips is a person like me who's got a lot of appetite for love, a lot of longing for the Lord.
And I would pray that all of us that have looked for love in the wrong places are able to find what it is we're truly looking for.
Dignity, sanctity, and sacred love with one another, rather than making everything profane, everything a game, everything alike and a click.
What did he even say?
Like, he just used a lot of words.
He didn't say anything.
Lick and a lick.
And there's one more rhyme that I won't even do there.
We've got to love one another, forgive one another.
There's a way home for all of us.
And by individually changing, we can change our culture for something beautiful.
Okay, could we change and could I just see the change in your character and not make it a show?
Yes, no, crazy.
Look for the kind of conjugation and connection that we're all really looking for.
Oh, my goodness.
Oh, Kathy.
Kathy was on the show.
Kathy, what are you doing?
You said wonderfully said.
Why is it that all these prostitutes get the benefit of the doubt, but Pearl doesn't?
You know, I never started an OnlyFans.
I never did it.
I never wanted to do it.
Should I, you know, maybe, should I be the speaker at the next Christian conference?
I mean, I did the bare minimum, I think.
I mean, they started it and then deleted it and now they become speakers.
So maybe since I never had one, could I should I do I get to be a speaker of the word?
Can I become a Christian influencer now?
No, no.
Okay.
All right.
So finally, today we are going to be going over the lacrosse football team case.
So Crystal Magnum falsely accused the La Crosse team of rape in the early 2000s.
And she recently admitted that she actually lied about the entire thing.
She made these guys' lives a living hell and then admitted to lying.
Let me pull up the clip.
Here we go.
And apologize to them.
Crystal Mangum recently spoke on the Let's Talk with Cat podcast while she serves out a prison sentence for murder.
During the interview, she says that three players took her into their home and she betrayed them by testifying falsely.
The charges against those players were dropped.
She says, quote, made up a story that wasn't true because I wanted validation from people and not from God.
Mangum is currently serving a sentence for stabbing and killing her boyfriend in 2011.
I want to find the original clip.
Hold on, I lost it amongst.
Let me see.
Crystal Mangum.
Oh, here it is.
Okay.
So this is her admitting it.
I testify and I testified falsely against them by saying that they raped me when they didn't.
And that was wrong.
And I betrayed the trust of a lot of other people who believed in me and made up a story that wasn't true because I wanted validation from people and not from God.
Who wants her in their church?
Who wants them?
Evangelicals or you?
I mean, at this rate, who's who wants her?
Now she's joined.
Who wants her?
And that was wrong.
And I hope that they can forgive me.
And I testified falsely.
Okay.
So they said, not me.
Now, I wrote down a couple of facts from the case.
So at the time, they made these guys' lives a living hell.
This was a national news story.
People were protesting outside of their dorms, begging that they get castrated.
Al Sharpton took advantage of the situation.
All of the race hustlers, right?
She accused.
So before this all happened, she accused a man of threatening to kill her, and that was dismissed.
She was discharged from the Navy.
She stole a taxi cab from one of her classmates while she was, or one of her customers, while she was drunk and almost ran over a police officer.
She accused three lacrosse players of committing offenses against her, and the prosecutor knew she was lying and still pushed it.
The prosecutor conspired with a laboratory to withhold DNA evidence.
The prosecutor was disbarred, but only served a day in jail.
So up to this point, she was not charged with anything.
And she actually doubled down on the false allegation and served zero prison time until her nine-year-old daughter called the police Because she was arrested for attempted murder and arson of her then boyfriend.
So basically, until she was charged with attempted murder, she served zero jail time.
So are we shocked that she keeps doing the wrong thing if she's never punished for it?
And the interesting thing was when I looked at the comments from when I looked at the comments from her apology, all of the top comments are saying, I know this will sound awful and as hard as it may be, we need to forgive her or no one else will ever come forward.
She did not need to do this, nor now the poor Duke La Crosse players and their family will no longer have this hanging over her heads, over their heads.
Forgive for that.
She still has served zero jail for that crime.
What is her consequence for that crime?
And they're saying, forgive her.
Magnum claimed she was raped at a party hosted by the lacrosse team on March 13, 2006.
The accusations led to a highly publicized case that drew national attention to the issues of race, class, and privileges.
The players were indicted on charges of rape, sexual offense, and kidnapping.
However, the case against them began to unravel due to inconsistencies in Magnum's account and lack of supportive evidence.
DNA evidence did not match any of these three players, and there were significant issues with the conduct of the investigation by district attorney Mike Nifong.
In April 2007, so this is a year of their life.
All charges against the players were dropped by the North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper, who declared them innocent victims and a tragic rush to accuse.
Nifong was later disbarred and convicted of criminal contempt for his mishandling of the case.
Duke University settled with the players for an undisclosed amount, although it was rumored to be about 20 million each.
They filed lawsuits against Nifong, the city of Durham, and investigation officers.
David Evans continued his education at Duke and later worked in finance.
Colin Finnertree transferred to Loyola College in Maryland, finished his degree, and has worked in investment banking.
Seligman transferred to Brown University.
Wow, so two of them left the school.
I'm surprised the one stayed.
Continued playing lacrosse and later attended law school at Emory before working as a law clerk.
Crystal later faced legal issues unrelated to the Duke case.
In 2013, she was convicted of second-degree murder for stabbing her boyfriend and was sentenced to 14 to 18 years in prison.
She has since admitted, according to Post on X, that she falsely accused the lacrosse players.
This case sparked a significant debate on media coverage, racial tensions, and the handling of SA allegations influencing how such cases are approached in both legal and public spheres.
For further depth on the case, consider the numerous analysis documentaries, ESPN's 30 for 30 documentaries, and Fantastic Lies, which provided comprehensive coverage of the events in the aftermath.
And what happened to the Duke's lacrosse coach?
He was fired.
Oh, wow.
He was forced to resign.
So not only did this case was kind of before me, I was young, but not only did she ruin the guys' lives, she also ruined the lacrosse coach had to resign.
So, Pressler was forced to resign on April 5th, 2006, following allegations of rape against three players on his team, which were later proven to be false.
His departure was portrayed by Duke as a resignation, but it was widely understood as a firing due to the scandal.
The situation led to a period where Pressler faced public scrutiny and difficulty finding new employment.
Pressler later filed a lawsuit against Duke University in 2007, alleging that the university breached a confidential settlement agreement by making disparaging comments about him.
This legal action was settled in 2010 with Duke issuing an apology but not disclosing details about any financial compensation.
In 2006, despite the controversy, Bryant University in Rhode Island offered Pressler a position as head coach for their lacrosse team, which at the time was Division II, but moved to D1 under his leadership.
His tenure at Bryant was marked by success, including building the team into a competitive program in Division I. Pressler has spoken about the emotional toll the Duke scandal took on him, emphasizing his commitment to his players and his integrity as a coach.
He expressed feelings of betrayal and the impact of having his name associated with the scandal, even after the accusations were disproven.
Over time, his reputation as a coach was rehabilitated.
He continues to coach successfully, leading Bryant to multiple NCAA tournament appearances, and he was recognized for his coaching abilities beyond the shadow of Duke's Duke La Crosse cases.
In 2022, he announced his retirement from Bryant, but continued to be involved in lacrosse, notably as the head coach and general manager of Atlas La Crosse Club.
Okay.
Wow.
And still, she has faced zero consequences legally.
Like, there needs to be a registry of some sort for women that commit these crimes.
Your name should be on some sort of list for the rest of your life, the same way that men that are sex offenders are on a list for the rest of their life.
On top of that, I'm going to pull up something Glenn sent me.
You want to turn on your mic?
Can you turn on your mic?
Can you explain what this is?
The rape?
By the way, Glenn's here, guys.
Yeah, I'm here.
So, what is the rape allegation checklist?
So, this is what you're looking at.
It's called the rack test.
And it was, I believe it was done by an OSI agent in the Air Force.
He created it after reviewing all the alleged rape cases in the Air Force on every Air Force base from 1965 to like 1990.
And he developed this rack test that you see here as a process to be able to eliminate or to determine whether there's enough substantial evidence to proceed with the investigation, whether the woman is credible or not credible.
Like, if you look at the bottom right there on the last page, go back.
Okay.
Right there, see in the bottom ledger?
It tells you like the point system.
Like, if they have this many points, okay, more evidence is needed.
If they get 35 to like 75 points, she's lying.
She's lying.
76 or more, she's overkilling lying.
So, but the congresswoman, what I didn't tell you is that there's a congresswoman, a feminist congresswoman, to actually shut this down.
He was training law enforcement with this rack test to proceed to handle how to handle these cases as they come in.
Police officers would go through the rack test and determine whether or not these allegations are true.
They actually even tested it on a couple campuses because you remember during the Same time the lacrosse thing was going on, they had this grape campus crisis thing going on, and they used the rack test, and the rack test found it out that 50% or more or 40 to 50% of women that actually were saying anything were lying.
Wow, it was that high.
Yeah, it said, Was this complaint timely?
So that would be like within you said 12 hours?
I'm thinking, like, did you okay?
Did you go to the police?
Like, how soon was it?
Did you take a shower?
Did you wait a couple days?
That's not timely.
We'll be okay.
Was the initial complaint made by a victim to a friend?
Was law enforcement authorities notified by someone other than the victim?
Oh, so like if her friend came, that's like uncredible because if it was real, she would have gone.
Does the victim report being abducted?
So if she says yes, it would be more likely, I'm guessing.
Well, it depends on like the score.
Like really, it all depends on the score at the end.
Does the victim report being intoxicated at the time of the assault?
So if she says yes, it's more likely she's lying.
If she just wants it out.
Okay.
Does the victim's recollection of the details of the assault seem overly broad?
Does the victim report offering vigorous resistance to her assailant?
Oh, that's a good, that's a good way to phrase it.
Is the victim able to identify or locate the scene of the assault?
Does the victim, so if it's no, it's less likely.
Yes, it's more likely.
Does the victim report passing out or losing consciousness during the assault?
Does the victim report waking up and finding her assailant engaging in intercourse with her?
Does and if she says yes to that, it's more likely if she's waking up.
Yeah, you would think like, because like, you know, maybe she was drunk, she passed out.
Yeah.
And then the guy just takes, you know.
Yeah.
Does the victim have difficulty describing the details?
If she does, it's, if she has difficulty, it's less likely she's telling the truth.
Well, it's like difficulty as in like I could go either way because like she could like the flashback of it all could like be really traumatic.
She may have a hard time getting it out.
Or it's like, you know, I can't remember.
Let me think.
You know, like if she doesn't remember, then that's a problem too.
If it's multiple, is it more likely or less likely?
Because it says, is the victim report being assaulted by multiple assailants?
So if it's multiple, is it more likely she's lying or telling?
I think it's more likely she was on doing something else.
Oh, I'm trying to keep it peaky.
Does a victim report her assailant as being of a different race or ethnic?
Oh, does that, how does that change if it's like?
Okay, so you gotta remember, you gotta go back in time here.
Like a lot of white women, okay, were you know hooking up with black guys back in the day?
Oh, and they didn't want people to know.
Yeah.
Oh, I understand.
Does the victim report keeping her eyes closed during the assault and therefore is not able to ident?
Okay, yeah, I could see why that'd be lying.
Does the victim report her assailant wore a mask?
if the assailant wore a mask it'd be more likely I'm guessing that she's telling the truth so I'd imagine if someone's like a I don't think so I mean, like, really?
I mean, most of the SA and grape cases are committed by people that the individual knew.
Oh, okay.
So why would they wear a mask?
Does the victim report her assailant wore gloves?
Does the victim describe her assailant as a person she knows but can't provide a good physical descriptor?
Okay, then there's the attitude and the medical evidence.
So Lacerations include hesitation wounds.
Okay, so basically, is there any like that?
Okay, that makes sense.
I got the rest of it right here.
So an outraged congresswoman by the name of Pat Schroeder, she was a Democrat of Colorado, summoned five of the Air Force generals into her office.
She ordered them to silence McDowell and end the use of this checklist.
Something, something that the generals really like didn't really want to agree to, but they agreed to it.
Special Agent McDowell was locked out of his office as well as the secure building that he worked in.
His research, his files, his notes, all the mathematical calculations, the charts, the graphs, the computer discs, and the reports were all taken away from him.
Wow.
So like this feminist congresswoman shut this whole damn thing down.
Does the victim report receiving any kind of written communication before or after the assault?
Does the victim report being watched by her assailant prior to the okay?
I could see how this would be really helpful.
I don't know why they would shut this down.
He says like, so this is his quote.
The rape allegation checklist is included.
All right.
So law enforcement agencies should start using it and researchers should consider expanding Dr. McDowell's work to access indicators of the other types of false allegations.
So the way that he asking these questions in the order that he's asking them, like it's like an algorithm to be able to see what the responses are.
It's crazy.
This is insane.
Mattress Girl got $107,000 never got held accountable.
All right, let me read the comments in the chat.
Let me go back up.
Bruh, that black chick, she's an embarrassment to the music industry.
I'm not trying to troll.
I just wish you wouldn't hurt your credibility by pronouncing words like Chen Alpha.
Sorry, I don't know what to tell you.
Men with healthy boundaries are a women's worst nightmare.
Pearl, you wouldn't lose.
Oh, you wouldn't lose an iota of sleep over an old fart from the Daily Wire.
He's just trying to make a living.
Rob, I had to leave, but call it the collaquisiums of the streets.
I would not have pronounced that right.
I had to leave, but colloquialism definition, a word or phrase that is not formal or literary, typically ones used in ordinary or familiar conversations.
Endocrine.
Okay.
Okay.
Can I read?
so oh sure Go ahead.
So when he did the breakdown of all this, right?
He found three categories.
And the three categories that the accusation was proven true was approximately 20%.
Wow.
All right.
The accusation was neither proven true or untrue, 30 to 40%.
Evidence proved or the accuser admitted lying 40 to 50% of all the cases that he reviewed from 1965 to 1990.
Wow, that's insane.
What is this her younger?
Because I was trying to find, oh, that was, prison did not age her well.
But this is her admitting to murder.
I was trying to find the initial clip of her accusing them, but I couldn't really find it.
But they knew she was wrong from the beginning.
It's just the race hustlers.
Yeah.
Well, you know, I don't know.
There should be some sort of registry or something.
I think they should be the liar registry.
You are a professional liar.
Yeah, I want to tell them what we were talking about earlier.
I want to talk about what we were talking about earlier.
So we had an idea of, or I had an idea, and I want you guys to tell me if you think, what I was thinking, if they started prosecuting these cases, would there be a reason to give them like six months to allow women to come forward that had lied in exchange for like 20% lighter sentences if like the government said we're going to start really criminally going after women that have falsely accused in the past, like women like this, right?
For men that don't really want to go through all of the court process or something.
That was my thought.
Because I was trying to think of if there would be any way in 2024 for us to incentivize like the ladies to tell the truth.
Do you think it would work even if you said no?
Listen, hoes, please come out and be honest.
Come on.
Never mind.
Okay, guys, that's all I got for you today.
Let me know what you think in the comments.
