Atal Subhash, a 34-year-old Indian man, died by suicide after five years of marriage due to his ex-wife’s ₹3 crore alimony demand, child custody denial, and false dowry murder accusations—backed by corrupt judges like Rita Kaushik, who allegedly extorted bribes. India’s divorce surge, especially in cities like Delhi (30% rate), stems from educated women’s rising expectations clashing with biased laws like Section 498A, which enable harassment without evidence. False cases skew statistics: 73% of accusations are fabricated, yet men face disproportionate legal punishment, exposing systemic corruption and gendered hypocrisy in courts. Welcome to the Audacity Network and welcome to another episode of Pearl Daily.
I am your host, Pearl.
So today we're going to talk about a witness who said that McDonald, that the McDonald's where Luigi Maringion was caught, said that he and his friends joked that he looked like the New York shooter.
McDonald's customer Larry said that he and his friends were joking so loud that Maringone could hear them.
One of my friends said I thought he was kidding that he was the shooter.
And they made the arrest and came in and he made the comment, well, that looks like the shooter from New York.
But this group of us thought it was more of a joke and that we were kidding about it.
So let's roll the clip.
Also, guys, if you have a comment today that you want read, go to theaudacitynetwork.com and go to a part of the live chat.
All you have to do is pay 10 bucks a month, 80 bucks a year, and you are automatically rolled in.
Whatever you say in the live chat, I do read within reason.
No swearing or anything crazy.
I didn't really see a whole lot.
I mean, a group of us are here every day.
And one of my friends, and I thought he was kidding, when the shooter, I'm assuming, was the shooter who they made the arrest on came in, he made a comment, but that looks like the shooter from New York.
But I thought he was, the group of us, I thought it was more of a joke.
And we were kidding about it.
But then, as it turned out, it was him.
And like I said, the employee that thought it was him that I guess started the initial investigation on it.
I talked to her later.
I said, was I here when he came in?
And she goes, yeah.
And she goes, actually, you and your friends and all were making a joke almost, like saying, you know, and that's pretty much about it.
I mean, he ordered, went to the rear of the store and sat.
I passed him whenever I left.
I left and went to church, came back because I heard there was an arrest.
I didn't know which McDonald's it was, but it was this, you know, where we were at.
I think I looked at the guy, but his back was to me.
He did have a backpack.
But my friend Mike said this, I asked him again this morning, I said, were you kidding or not?
He said, no, I was serious.
He goes, the backpack, the jacket resembled the one he said the day of the shooting.
I love old people because they just don't care anymore.
They're like, is that the shooter?
Whatever.
I got better things to do.
I'm going to church.
There's no reaction from him whenever my friend said that.
And the worker, if she heard us talking he had to have heard us, but there was no, no.
You know, somebody told me he was here this morning.
They think a couple days.
I don't know if that's true in Altena.
And I'm anxious to see more that comes out to see if that is true.
But I don't know.
You know, I didn't, I know as I know, it was raining pretty good yesterday morning, and I was surprised he stayed here as long as he did.
You know what I mean?
Being on the run or whatever, you know.
Yeah.
I didn't, I would have, I was, that sort of shocked me.
Yeah, I'm really surprised.
I saw a tweet that said they must give out these computer science Ivy League education to anybody because he stayed in the same place for a couple days and didn't even go into the parking lot at McDonald's.
He was just out in the open.
And so I thought that was really funny.
Yeah, there is people are speculating that he was upset over his, apparently he had a pretty bad back injury and his grandma and his grandpa had dealt with the health care system.
But also it turns out he comes from a very wealthy family.
So it sort of begs the question, if money was the reason he did it, but he comes from an ultra wealthy family.
It doesn't seem like the incentive really lines up for me.
But I guess, you know, we'll see.
Okay, so next on the agenda, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have had ups and downs, but are now for now done.
Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly's relationship continues to be filled with highs and lows as they prepare to welcome a baby.
They broke up in late November, a source exclusively told us weekly on December 10th.
They were trying to make it work again after the pregnancy, but they are both too hot-headed and fell back into their constant fighting.
They can't get on the same page and it's not easy for them to be together.
While the source said that they are done for now, the pair could very well be back together at a later time.
In November, Fox, 38, announced that she is expecting a rainbow baby.
The actress previously revealed in 2023 that she suffered a miscarriage due to her relationship during her relationship with Machine Gun Kelly, who has a 15-year-old daughter named Cassie from a previous relationship.
Fox shares that Noah 11, Fox shares Noah 11, Bondi 9, and Journey 7 with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
Soon after the pregnancy was revealed, a source told us that Fox and MGK, were 34, were both thrilled and excited to be parents together.
The pregnancy is bringing them closer, but they still have very dramatic ups and downs, the insider explained.
Even when Megan and MGK broke up, they were always into having a child together.
It's something that they both wanted, even though they were broken up.
Wow.
What a time.
Fox and MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, were romantically linked in 2020 after meeting on the set of midnight at Switchgrass.
The musician got down on one knee in January of 2022, but the two have yet to walk down the aisle.
Through the relationship, the pair would raise an eyebrow as they choose to live separately for a period of time.
Fox would be spotted without her engagement ring as well.
More recently, fans have questioned the status of Fox's relationship with MGK after the duo stopped sharing photos of each other as frequently online.
Okay, so as we know, what changes when women have a child?
When women have a child or get pregnant with a child, oftentimes it is post-not clarity for women.
And you see very dramatic changes in the women wanting to sleep with their husbands, with you know, being nice to their husbands because you know you see what happens when the women get leverage.
And sometimes, not all, not all, not all, but oftentimes women can be sip after they get what they want, which is the child.
But as you guys know, even though she is a single mother of two, she's very attractive, and there is an epidemic of simping.
And no matter what happens, there is always, always, always going to be a there's always going to be a simp that cleans up the mess.
And as you have, as most of you know, I have been fighting on the front lines of the simp epidemic for years.
But I need to tell you guys about a quiet weapon being ratcheted up ratcheted up against men that is rarely talked about.
It's not just the relentless anti-masculinity propaganda and OnlyFans hoes causing the societal issues that we see on the show.
Did you know that the average city's tap water contains trace pharmaceuticals and endocrine disruptors?
And this often includes estrogen from birth control.
The average adult consumes a credit card worth of plastic every week, and that's five grams of plastic a week on average.
So it's no wonder that the average male testosterone is half of what it was 50 years ago.
Testosterone levels decline 1% a year and without course correction we are headed towards extinction.
So no matter how based, so no matter how based you are, you need to be naturally boosting your testosterone.
My friends at chalk, C-H-O-Q.com are on a mission to save mankind from extinction by boosting your vitality.
Chalk's male vitality stack contains premium and potent herbs clinically studied to naturally boost your testosterone levels, sperm count, and overall vitality.
Just one of the many ingredients in the male vitality stack was studied in a double-blind human clinical trial to boost testosterone levels 20% in 90 days.
When you boost, you're tough for me to take this outrage that seriously when I don't really see that outrage over the women doing it.
It's always pushed on to the men.
And my question is, and I'm listening to this story: why would a man be so desperate to put an abortion pill in a woman's drink?
Now, if we lived in a more fair society where, okay, you want to get pregnant by whoever you want, fine.
You want to opt out of being a mother, fine.
Maybe men should be able to opt out of being a father, opt out of child support.
So my guess is he got a crazy woman pregnant, and that is why he took that extreme step.
Still wrong.
I'm not even disputing that maybe he should have jail time, but we have to acknowledge that if having sex with a crazy woman or an irresponsible man who doesn't want to be a dad is equally irresponsible.
But after that equal irresponsibility, the man is supposed to take all of the responsibility and the woman is supposed to get none.
So can you blame the men when they go to this extreme of measures when the next 18 years of their life is looking like it is going to be miserable?
Again, not saying it's right, but can we at least see where this is coming from?
Does he raise this as an issue?
No.
He did.
Because he murdered a little baby.
He jeopardized a woman's life.
He murdered a woman's child, also happened to be his child.
I knew it.
Oh, I knew it.
Oh, I didn't even have to see the story.
I knew it.
I knew it.
And forget whose child it is.
He murdered a little innocent baby.
This guy, at the very least, should be imprisoned for life without parole and more likely should be executed by the state for what he did.
If that kind of a crime does not merit the death penalty, I don't know what does.
Or he should not be punished at all.
Those are the two options.
The only punishment that doesn't make any sense is 12 years in prison.
What is 12 years in prison?
If the baby had been born and he walked up and took a sledgehammer and smushed the baby, would he be given 12 years in prison?
No, he'd be given life in prison or executed.
Or if it wasn't really a baby, if he just walked up to a clump of cells, like a mass of, I don't know, an amoeba or something, and smashed that with a sledgehammer, he would be given no prison time.
But what is 12 years?
12 years.
And see, this is what drives me crazy.
Okay, we can go back and forth about the abortion debate.
I think abortion is wrong, but let's be realistic, okay?
I don't see it going anywhere if I'm just being honest here.
But why would a man go to that extreme of measures to abort her child?
It's because of the family court system.
And all of these companies will spend all of this time debating and arguing about stuff that doesn't matter.
And they say they're pro-family, but they don't spend a significant amount of time talking about the most important issue that is stopping families from being together, which is family court.
So we spend all of this time and all of these other issues that don't matter as much in terms of having families in the future.
Sentence for this crime is a perfect representation of our total incoherence on this issue.
We can't resolve in our civilization whether we want to protect babies or not.
We don't want to answer that question.
Michael.
The ladies have been so clear.
Like, I don't know how much more clear the ladies have said.
So we split them.
The ladies have said, not all, not all, not all women, not all.
A significant amount of women have said, ah, you know, I know, I know I feel unsafe from illegal immigration, but abortion.
You know, a significant amount of ladies have said, well, yeah, I know, I know I'm losing 10% of my income every year because of inflation, but abortion.
You know, the ladies have said, you know, I know student debt is off the charts and I'm in a bunch of debt and I can't get a good job and gas prices are going up.
But abortion, you know, one side of this argument has been so clear.
Even Melania Trump.
Abortion.
You know, every single woman.
There's exceptions, sure, but generally, and even you guys have to remember, the younger the woman is, the more likely she will use abortion as a way out.
So the number one age of abortions is between 20 and 25.
Right after that, it's 25 to 29.
And then I don't know if teenagers is bigger than 30s.
I'd have to look it up.
But knowing this, it's very convenient when the ladies become pro-life.
You know, I'd like to say my mother was taking me to Sarah Palin pro-life rallies at 12 years old.
So I've been, I've been watching this stuff for a minute, but that's not really the norm, right?
So it's very convenient for the ladies to graduate college and then become pro-life.
Or even the biggest pro-life speakers, it's very convenient that after they had their three abortions, they suddenly realized it was wrong.
You may buy it, you know, but we're not wrestling with this.
The ladies have decided, unfortunately, that it's not a life.
And even after Roe versus Wade, the number of abortions per year went up, not down.
Everyone looked at that as a, yay, Roe versus Wade.
All it does, and I've gone to these feminist conventions, all they do is figure out ways to get the abortions by mail, loosen the restrictions, more plan Bs.
Or there's even doctors that go into the other states, they travel so they can get the abortions.
I don't say this in a happy way.
I'm just, I'm trying to be realistic here.
You know what I mean?
I'm trying to be honest.
Baby.
This is a punishment of splitting the baby.
But in the Bible, when splitting the baby comes up, it is used as an example to show the absurdity.
You can't really split a baby.
That's the worst possible.
But here that's what we're trying to do.
Totally incoherent punishment.
Louis C.K. made this point.
He goes, you know, I think that abortion, look, it's a woman's choice.
It's women's health care.
It's like sitting down and using the toilet.
Okay.
It's just a bodily function.
It has no moral significance.
That's how they treat it.
I'm telling you guys, until you have met women personally that have had abortions and you see how little they care.
I understand there's the ones that, and I see this a lot.
I think there's two in the pro-life movement that became speakers after they performed a million abortions.
How convenient.
Or after they had a million abortions, how convenient.
Sorry, the pessimist in me.
I'm a happy person, just a happy pessimist.
You know what I mean?
So they, it would seem a lot more sincere to me if they weren't making money off of it.
Again, just like the NALA rebrand.
I think it's very convenient.
It's a very compelling story.
But then take zero from speaker fees, take zero dollars.
Then I'll believe it.
Or it's murder.
But those are the only two things that it can't be some moderate crime.
It's either nothing or it's infanticide.
But it, I don't even understand what the argument would be that it's just this kind of moderate crime and you get, you know, 12-year sentence, but you only serve five and then you get probation for this.
This isn't insider trading.
It's either murdering a baby or it's nothing.
But they can't resolve it.
So they give the actual worst sentence.
No, they only punish men.
The action he took is legal for women, but illegal for men.
Women are 100% in control of who's born.
Women have a total monopoly on reproductive power.
First time in all of history.
Which is a handful of years in prison.
Okay.
All right.
That guy, he's lucky.
He got off the hook for murdering a kid and killing a woman's kid and endangering her health.
I guess he should count as lucky stars.
But what a poor reflection on us.
I remember during college, we were.
On us?
Who's who wants it to be legal?
Who was marching?
Like, again, this is what drives me crazy is something that is a female-pushed issue.
The ladies are the ones marching for it.
The ladies are the ones demanding this.
The ladies are the ones screaming.
They say, my body, my choice.
Men cannot have an opinion on this issue.
And the men say, fine, you guys want to go destroy your body?
Okay.
You guys want to have abortions?
Okay.
And then the conservatives will say, oh, but we can't decide on this as a society.
Us.
We all know what gender is pushing for that to be legal.
They don't even deny it.
They admit it.
We were debating all of the incipient debates over rape culture on college campuses and the Title IX lawsuits.
And a lot of it seems really incoherent because on the one hand, you'd have these leftists and feminists arguing that sex was not meaningful at all.
You should just go out, engage in the hookup culture.
There was no difference between how men and women approached sex.
It was just a casual, fun thing.
You know how far my opinion has evolved on this?
I actually think sex means more to men than women.
Because the ladies are, I mean, am I supposed to not notice the women marching naked on the streets?
I think more men want to be married than women.
I think more men want commitment than women because the ladies are the ones, you know, you can't say sex is meaningful.
And then I go outside and I go to Vegas and I see women with stickers on her boobs.
I mean, what am I not supposed to see this?
Notice.
Kind of like shaking someone's hand.
But on the other hand, sexual assault was the worst crime ever.
It was so serious that you shouldn't even be entitled to a trial by a jury of your peers.
You should just immediately be expelled and have your life ruined if you were even suggested to have maybe engaged in any improper sexual activity.
And it didn't make any sense.
If sex is meaningless, then why is sexual assault different than any other assault?
Why is it different than giving someone a shove or slapping them in the face?
That's an incoherent point of view to hold.
The left wanted to have it both ways.
Our culture wants to have it both.
Okay.
I'm going to read this article.
I'm also going to read the comments.
If you guys want your comment read, go into the live chat on the website, theaudacitynetwork.com.
Also, we have merch, just pearly merch.
Feel free, you know, if you want.
No rush.
Okay, so have you ever?
Wait, wait.
This is all very surreal.
How did he know the CEO would be there is a big question for me, just like you.
Nicholas says, just like you, I made a documentary about divorce fatherlessness years ago.
Would love to talk to you about it.
Xavier, have you watched her new movie?
Curious your take on TBR flick.
More important to women, financial abortion or their children is a good question.
Would it be better for men if they settled with a woman at a young age?
If she stays, but you can't put a gun to her head and make her stay.
So it's, I, you know, I can't remember who it is, but someone in the manosphere says it's a roll of the dice.
And I think that's the most fair way to put it.
It really is a roll of the dice.
You don't know.
Xavier, I think financial support, to be honest, wow, it escalated quickly.
This man doesn't have an option to illegally abort a child, which isn't fair to me under the law.
Men should have that since he can't tell her to keep it.
Rob, it's an interesting scenario.
Nicholas, the man did something illegal that the woman could do legally, kill the baby.
Half the baby is his, Nicholas says.
Butis in her body, but it's her baby.
Nicholas said it's not her body.
If it were her body, the mother and the baby would share the same DNA.
They don't.
Rob, it affected her body with the possibility of hemorrhage, half and half DNA.
This is never something I thought about.
Jacob, you're right, pearl rarity equals value and sex is far more rare for men and then it is for women.
Xavier, yes, it's biblical.
Adam was the one who was that was lonely, and then came Eve.
Okay.
Also, we're trying to raise money for a divorce documentary.
I've been demonetized for a year.
That's why we have the website memberships.
That's why we have all this stuff.
So we're at 10, like 600, I think.
So we're trying to get to 20K this month.
So if you guys want, feel free.
The link to that's in the description.
Okay.
So let me continue the and read the actual article that Michael's talking about.
So, man who crushed an abortion tablet into woman's orange juice, causing her to lose baby, is jailed.
A man who crushed an abortion tablet into a pregnant woman's orange juice, which caused her to lose her unborn baby, has been jailed for 12 years.
Susan, 40, also gave, oh my gosh, she probably really thought he had nothing to worry about.
You know what I mean?
He's probably hooking up with this 40-year-old woman thinking, I have nothing to worry about.
She's so old.
There is no way.
I looked at the numbers.
She cannot carry a baby to term.
No way.
Stuart Wombly, 40, also gave, oh wait, that was his age.
My bad.
My bad, guys.
Also gave a woman a number of other abortion tablets by using deception to blindfold her and engage in sexual activity.
The woman who is entitled to lifelong alimony by law is a victim of a sexual offense, was 15 weeks pregnant when she miscarried.
Shortly after they administered, she began bleeding and was sick in the bathroom and attended Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital after enduring hours of pain, blood loss, and underwent surgery.
She then found messages in his phone to his friend Wayne Finley to say it's working.
There's a lot of blood, causing her to realize this entire thing had been a planned termination.
Edward Vickers, prosecuting, said at Friday night's hearing at Norwich that it was quite clear that the woman wanted to have a baby.
In a victim impact statement read by the court to the prosecutor, the woman said she had failed to protect my baby.
Notice how she said my baby, not our baby, anyways.
This pain will never leave me.
This pain will never leave me, knowing that this baby could have been my only chance to be a mother in my lifetime.
She continued, I haven't been able to conceive and have another baby.
The woman said she had gone from fertility clinic to fertility clinic, and being a mother was a dream to me.
Mr. Vickers and Warby's offense was deliberate, well-planned, and callous.
And he helped obtain abortion drugs by his friend's partner, Nusa Capita.
He said Wolsey paid £470 to book an appointment with a gynecology center in London.
The appointment took place in the summer of 2022, and a prescription was made for two abortion drugs with painkillers.
The prosecutor said, Upon his arrest, police found texts on his phone discussing abortion medication and a Google search for mizoprozole, as well as searches related to whether a baby could survive an abortion.
He pleaded guilty following an earlier trial at Norwich Crown Court of administering poison or using an instrument with an intent to procure a miscarriage.
He was also found guilty of assault by penetration on, and on Friday, he admitted to the possession of cannabis that was found as police arrested him.
Sentencing on Friday, Mr. Joel, Justice Joel Bethenham told him, You are a selfish man and set about aborting a baby without the woman knowing.
Because women never do that.
Every man knows when his girlfriend gets an abortion or wife.
He said that Warby's only mitigation is your previous good character.
The judge also made a restraining order barring Warby from contacting the woman indefinitely and ordered her to pay 10,000 and ordered that he pay her 10,000 pounds.
After his sentence was read, Warby asked if he could say anything when the judge told him that he could not.
Warby said, Thanks for your time and was led to the cells.
Capita, oh, she was 39.
Oh, no, that was the other woman.
Kirpita pleaded guilty to supplying an instrument to procure a miscarriage.
The judge asked, I accept that you only became involved in this due to pressure.
I can't even believe this.
So, the woman who was also involved in this, the judge said, I accept that you only became involved due to the pressure of Stuart Warby.
So, not her fault at all.
His fault.
No agency, all his fault.
So, let me get this straight.
By this logic, if your friend asks you to, let's say, drive a he's going to rob a bank and he wants you to be the driver.
Did he pressure you into it?
Was it his fault if he asked and you said yes?
He also ordered that she complete, or he sentenced the mother of three to 22 months in prison, suspended for two years.
He also ordered that she complete 40 hours of unpaid work.
He said it was ultimately a selfish act.
Andrew Oliver, mitigating for Sapita, said the cleaner acted out of misguided loyalty to someone who was friends with her partner.
He said Sapita had no previous convicted and she's devastated.
She played a part in the harm and suffering that's been caused and didn't receive any financial or other benefits for the part that she's played.
Okay, so again, this is as usual.
I can't say it's atypical.
The men are evil for doing it, according to this, and the women have no responsibility or accountability.
I can't say I expect anything less.
Okay, we're going to read the chat's thoughts on this.
Oh, wait.
Oh, and I don't think there's been any new ones.
Let me refresh it real quick.
Okay.
So next, the next story we're going to talk about is Caitlin Clark in the WNBA.
So Caitlin Clark was named Times Athlete of the Year.
Now, as you guys know, I played volleyball and basketball overseas.
I've played 16 plus years of sports.
I ran track in college, volleyball, and basketball.
I am an athlete.
But do I think that it makes sense for a league that loses money every year, that's not entertaining enough to turn a profit, is more deserving of Times Athlete of the Year than a league that fills stadiums and does turn a profit.
Now, I do like Caitlin Clark.
I think she's very talented.
I think she is classy and I think she works hard.
But I have to be honest, when, again, this is going back to playing pretend, where we're pretending that she has the same star power as the men.
And she simply doesn't.
The biggest reason that she's in the news is, yes, it is because she is talented, but it's more because of the drama that goes on with her and the other girls and the other girls bullying her.
As someone that works in the news, that is mostly what we cover, right?
Okay, so Clark apologizes for her white privilege and says that the WNBA is built on black players.
I want to say I've earned every single thing, but as a white person, there is privilege.
A lot of black, a lot of those players in the league that have been really good have been black players.
This league has kind of been built on them.
The more we can appreciate that, highlight that, talk about that, and then continue to have brands and companies invest in those players that have made the league incredible.
I think it's very important.
I have to continue to try to change that.
Okay, so do I think that the WNBA has been built on black players?
I think it's been built on men, men's money, because again, none of us would be playing.
And I can say this as a female athlete.
Generally speaking, all female leagues operate at a loss because we are not as entertaining as the men.
Unfortunately, the leagues that do make money have a tendency to make it through social media, drama, or unfortunately taking off the clothes, getting naked.
You know, those are the only things that really make money when it comes to female sports.
So I don't know why she's not talking about the real reason she's able to do what she does.
The NBA.
Okay.
Next.
All right.
So the next story that we're going to talk about is an Indian man was, oh, actually, sorry.
So as you guys know, I went from America to England and I wanted to play volleyball there.
Now, when I went to play volleyball, I started a panel show on the side where I would invite my friends from volleyball and just people I would meet at the gym on the street, et cetera, to come on and talk about relationships.
There was a huge podcast scene in the UK.
So I just kept inviting people and making a show.
It was so much fun.
Now, during this time, I was curious as to why men would say things like there's no point in getting married and marriage is a trap.
And when I was there, I started digging into the court system in the UK.
And I found some terrible, awful things.
Now, one thing that I would continually hear over and over again was how arranged marriages were the way.
They did seem to have a better outcome.
So I'm going to give them that.
But I would hear, I would always hear India has a 0% divorce rate.
Now, this confused me a little bit because when I'd gone to India like 10 years prior, I definitely met some feminist women and it seemed to be a problem there.
But according to what people were telling me, and the divorce rate is truly not a thing in India.
Well, I think that has since changed, or somehow those stats are being misguided.
Now, I looked up the divorce rate in India and I wanted to read an article.
The divorce rate in India is steadily increasing year by year.
It's estimated that the number of divorces has more than doubled over the last two decades.
India is a country of immense diversity and culture, with each state offering something unique.
One of the most discussed topics in India is its divorce rate, which varies from one state to another.
The divorce rate of urban cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengalru, Galuru, I'm so sorry, guys, I'm not going to be able to pronounce these.
Is more like 30%.
In places like Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Calcutta, and Lucknow, divorce applications have risen dramatically in recent years, almost tripled.
Northern states like UB, Baihar, Haryana, and Rajinstan, which is known for patriarchal society, have relatively low divorce rates and separation rates.
The divorce rates in the northeast region is on the higher side.
So here it has the 10 states from 27.
Okay, it looks like these are the divorce rates.
Okay.
And people aged 20 to 35 are searching for divorce the most.
Below is a graph showing gender from 27.12 to 27.12.
So again, remember, all the countries don't know what to do if we have all of these single women.
So they have an incentive to mislead you about the divorce stats.
So what's one thing that I tell you guys that they do?
They include people that were before social media in order to make the divorce rate seem not as high as it is.
So can we say that women born that are 65 plus years old or 50 plus years old were from a different generation, a different time, and have a different set of problems?
Yes.
Okay.
More men are searching for divorce than women in India.
The above graph shows percentage of genders from 2021 to December of 2022.
Causes of increasing divorce rate in India, lack of communication, financial problems, emotional breakdown, lack of trust, different values on happiness, insecurities, wanting to be independent, erratic work schedule, alcohol, and smoking.
Recent research suggests that the main contributing factors to the rise are lack of communication between spouses, infidelity, financial instability, and incompatibility.
This causes the causes may vary from person to person, but overall result is a lack of breakdown in what was supposed to be a strong marital bond.
Many couples simply don't know how to move forward once they reach an impasse and can no longer bear living with one another day by day.
Okay.
As more and more women attain higher education, they have become independent more than ever.
With newfound confidence, they expect greater respect from their husbands and partners, something which men aren't used to, and are willing to accept wholeheartedly.
The results in serious conflicts between them, which often leads to divorce.
On the other hand, educated men expect similar respect from their wives, but when it is denied, it also causes tension from them, resulting in separation.
So couples with higher educational qualifications tend to be more independent-minded and less receptive towards traditional values, which further contributes towards marital discord, leading to an increase in divorce rates among well-educated couples.
Oh, this is, I think this is from a legal website.
So in India, the divorce rate is on the rise.
That may seem like a bad thing at first glance, but it's actually a good sign.
An increasing divorce rate indicates that more couples are feeling empowered to take control of their lives and unhappiness in marriages.
The decades-old stigma of divorce is gradually fading away, and more couples are taking the bold step of filing for separation.
This can be attributed to changing attitudes towards marriage and family life, especially amongst younger generations.
Okay, so that leads me to my next story, which is something.
Oh, wait, actually, let me go into.
So I tweeted, I've looked into a little bit some of the laws in India, and I wanted to see if they have some of the gynocentric issues that we have here in the United States.
Many times, I really, it sounds like selling a dream to me that you can go overseas and you won't have some of the same issues.
But I keep seeing stories time and time again where even in other countries, they seem to have some of these same issues.
You guys could go Amish, though.
I do think the Amish, go get you an Amish girl.
You know what I mean?
Go give up your electricity and your power.
That might be the solution for you.
Okay.
So no protection for men under scenarios where the perpetrator is female.
Section 40, 498A, husband or relative of the husband of a woman, subjecting her to cruelty, section 509, or a gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman.
Unnatural offenses, unnatural sex commitments towards women, assault of a criminal force on a woman without the intent to outrage her modesty.
Okay, wait, let me, let me go look at something.
I saw something that said that men in India, if they have sex with a woman and don't marry her, can be taken to court for rape.
I don't know if that's true, but yeah.
Anyway, so there is a man who recently committed suicide.
So his name was Atal Subhash.
He was 34 years old.
He got married in 2019 and was driven to suicide by his wife-in-laws, the biased laws and systems within five years.
And he left an hour and a half suicide video and a 40-page note.
His wife demanded three crores alimony, which I believe is around $2,000 a month.
Wife didn't even let him see the face of his child.
The family court judge Rita Rashik demanded five lakhs to settle the case.
He gave lakhs to his wife to help her family, but then got accused of dowry.
Oh, I think they have laws against dowry.
So if men give the women money, they get accused of having a dowry.
I'm not sure, but I think.
His wife's father died of disease soon after his marriage, but his wife got FIR under sections of murder slapped on his family, claiming he died of shock because of the demanded dowry.
He had to attend 120 dates in the last two years.
Family court judge passed an order of $40,000 per month maintenance for a two-year-old because he didn't pay her the bribe she had asked.
He used to do house loss, he used to do household chores, got his wife a job and accenture India, helped his brother-in-law financially, spent lakhs on the birth of his child and got his death in return.
This is not a suicide video.
This is a testimony of every married man in India facing false crimes, false cases from his wife in a one-sided battle of the courts.
In the last words of a tool, I refuse to pay and I choose death because I don't want my money to be used against me by my opponents to torture me and my family.
Let me see if there's so the dowry act enacted on July 1st, 1961 in India prohibits the giving or receiving of a dowry.
The law defines a dowry as property or valuable security given by either party to the marriage by the parents of either party or by anyone else in connection with the marriage.
So yeah, so he gave her, it looks like he gave her money as a gift.
She said it was a dowry.
And then dowries are illegal in India.
Okay.
Now, oh, wait, let me read the.
I'm reading some of excerpts from his suicide note.
Let me do the other one.
Okay.
Potential options for me as my understanding.
One, keep fighting the cases with all the evidence, honestly, but a corrupt judge is going to favor the opponent by harassing me and my family, manipulating the cross examination, and giving a judge a judgment by twisting every fact in the case against you.
Two, my wife will keep my child alienated and will keep filing more cases to harass me and my old parents and brother using the very money I gave her as maintenance instead of using the money paid by me for the maintenance of my child.
It is being weaponized against me, my old parents, and my brother, or as suggested by my wife, Nikita, my mother-in-law, and the laughing judge Rita Kaushik on instigation that I should commit suicide.
This suicide is going to stop the supply of money to my enemies and the corrupt legal system.
It will also stop the taxes I pay, which is going to be utilized to pass more laws against more mothers, more fathers, men's, and their families.
I choose to commit suicide as that would seem to be the best option that will satisfy my wife and mother-in-law while stopping the funds to wage war on my family and me.
It is also to expose the corruption of the judge and the madness of the legal system against me, my old parents, and my brothers.
And then let me see the last one I had.
Instances of corruption, corruption, and Rita's court stats from RS50, who sits next to her, takes a minimum RS-50 from everyone in front of the judge.
It is a daily routine for the Peshikar to take money from everyone and the judge multiple times.
Judge Rita has seen him demanding money from me.
People like me who are AI professionals from Bengaluru make good money and have to pay RS 500 to RS 1000 to get the next date.
On every date, securing a date on Saturday or avoiding a very short date requires begging and paying money.
If my opposite party is able to pay more than me, I will get a short date continued harassment.
This is like a bid system.
Whoever pays more will get a date of their choice, except men who also have to beg for it.
It is common knowledge in Jown Power court that if you secure a favorable judgment from Judge Rita by paying a bribe, Judge Rita explicitly demanded RS5 lichens as a bribe 21st of March, which I refused.
It says 1,000 rupees is $11.
I don't think so.
I know I looked up something earlier.
It said 2000, but I don't remember what it was.
But Peshekar Madhav gave his number and asked me to call around mid-2022, promising to help me with settlement before the interim maintenance order was to be passed.
When I called him, he demanded RS3 lax, promising me to have an arrangement with Judge Rita to secure a favorable amount in interim maintenance to help with the settlement too.
I refused to pay.
Let me, I'm going to send the link because I sent I sent a couple invites to people.
let me see if they want to come um oh how to join She said, how long will it be, Pearl?
It's through.
Well, if you guys want to come.
All right.
He said, please read this on the show.
In 2021, crime against women in India, 82.8% of dowry were false.
Wow.
73% of all of cases overall were false.
71% of grapes were false.
40% were just breakup.
1,000, 15,000 arrested people were proven innocent.
14,000 were mothers.
Or yeah, 14,270 were mothers and sisters.
Okay, let me see if they're going to come on.
100,000 rupees is 1,175 US dollars.
Okay.
And let me show you guys.
So apparently, she did lose her job, and a case has been filed against her for abetting suicide.
The ex-wife, but demanded that the case be tried.
But they're trying to demand that the case be tried like a murder case.
Actions should be taken against the judge who demanded a bribe.
She is sure to lose her job and go to jail.
His wife, Nikita, Shing, oh my gosh, these last names.
Singh Hani was working with Censure Earning Well, still, she demanded 2 lakh per month maintenance.
Without hearing him, the court asked him to pay 80K per month.
Nikita demanded 3 C Roar to free a tool from false cases.
He refused to be her ATM.
Let me show you guys the video.
I couldn't understand it.
Obviously, because, right, 40 here it is.
There we go.
So, this is the guy who committed suicide.
I can't understand this because it's to your body.
Hold on, guys.
Rumble's got ads.
I have YouTube premium, not Rumble premium.
Oh, we got two ads.
It's okay, it's right here.
My name is Atul Subhash.
I'm about 34 years old.
I live in Bangalore.
Today I'm going to commit suicide.
Is this loss only for husband or wife?
He told us that it's only for husband or wife.
The judge will have property for extra corruption.
If it's 50 rupees, everyone will give it to me.
I'm going to do a complaint in Supreme Court and High Court.
I'll talk to my mother-in-law and brother-in-law.
I'm going to talk to my mother-in-law.
If it's possible, you guys who are watching, go to your house.
Thank you.
Yeah, okay.
So, as you guys can see, this is happening in a lot of different countries around the world.
It's not just America, it's not just Canada, it's not just the UK.
This is going on in countries like India.
Remember, a lot of times with these divorce stats, they do want to hide what is going on because many people, including judges, prosecutors, and the women of any country, are making money off of this system.
So, it is in their benefit to not let the truth come out.
So, search BNS69, BNS69.
The law about breakup: there is a law where if you give a woman the promise of marriage or any reward in return for a sexual relationship, but if you do not follow up on your promise, you're jailed for up to 10 years.
Wow, that is insane.
Let me see.
Let me read the comments of the chat before we close out for the day.
