This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

I'd much rather do live television than do non-live because, like, when they say, as an example, in my speech, peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol, peacefully and patriotically.
Do you know that the unselect committee didn't report it that I said those words?
Do you know that the news never reported the words walk or march peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol?
Do you know they never reported it?
It's a scandal.
Governor Tim Walz, who of course was the Democratic nominee for vice president in 2024, has ended his re-election bid for governor.
He is not going to run for re-election.
This comes as pressure has been growing around this widening welfare fraud scandal.
Ousted Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife both arraigned in federal court here in New York City today.
Maduro and his wife under heavy guard today, driven from a detention center in Brooklyn and then loaded into an armored vehicle, taken to federal court.
The couple standing before the judge pleading not guilty to charges of narco-terrorism conspiracy along with cocaine and weapons charges.
We're talking to the majors.
We're also talking to folks that American companies that have gone into high-risk destabilized areas in the world before, around the world.
There are a lot of small things you can do.
If we just are giving them the technology that's available today, that's even emerged in the last five years.
It's going to help drive their production up in the short term.
Some of these things could be done very quickly.
Following an attempted break-in at Vice President JD Vance's Cincinnati home.
Answer next saying that a crazy person tried to break in by hammering the windows.
And a law enforcement official confirmed the suspect to News Nation as 26-year-old William DeFore.
He was charged with one felony count of vandalism and three misdemeanors for obstructing official business, criminal damaging or endangering, and criminal trespass.
DeFore has prior criminal charges of vandalism and was actually put under the guardianship of his mother in 2024 because of a mental illness, according to court records.
1.17 p.m., a second wave of D.C. Metropolitan Police officers show up on the east side of the Capitol.
They are the first to bring in explosive ammunition rounds that they will soon distribute to officers on the West Plaza.
Hot scene commander officer Robert Glover gives the first audible authorization to deploy explosives into the crowd.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard.
Today's edition of Human Events Daily.
Today is January 6th, 2026.
It's five years after the fateful events, January 6th, 2021.
I was there that day.
I was at the ellipse.
Walked up to the Capitol.
Watch most of President Trump's speech from the war room through Hume Kassam.
Walked down past the Capitol towards where my studio was at the time, on Constitution Avenue, and as we were walking down Constitution Avenue i'll never forget this I could see patriots standing peacefully, chanting but peacefully on the steps of the Capitol, and I could see so many people there.
I had spoken the night before, on January 5th, so the eve of January 6th, a number of us spoke the night before.
I called out the Chinese Communist Party, among others, called out the election problem and said we need to fix this.
But that was a peaceful crowd that I saw.
And there's a video that great documentary called Investigate J6 that's come out later that actually depicts something.
If you go back to War Room episodes, because this is even before I wouldn't even launch Human Events Daily until later that year, I've always said this, that they threw flashbangs or stun grenades at the crowd before I heard any call to disperse, before I heard any lawful order to disperse, before I heard that it had been declared an unlawful meeting.
Again, they were standing around peacefully.
They were peaceful.
Watch what the documentary showed that was found who actually started the violence on January 6th.
There was a peaceful crowd right up until that moment when the stun grenades were thrown.
This is what I've always said for years.
Watch it for yourselves.
Now you can see it right there.
There's no question.
The crowd was peaceful, and then munitions were thrown upon them.
Stun grenades, flashbangs.
We all know what happened left.
Now, the White House has a website up right now, and I want to show you this because it's remarkable what they've done.
They've got pictures up commemorating all of the Jan 6ers that we've lost.

And I'd like to read the names.
Kevin Greeson, Matthew Perna, Benjamin Phillips, Mark Ongst, George Meacham, Roseanne Boyland, Christopher Stanton, Georgia, David Hommel, and of course, Air Force veteran Ashley Babbitt.
The Stand in the Gap Foundation organized a march today.
They're going to be laying a wreath for Ashley later in the hour.
We're going to take that live if it ends up happening.
It's supposed to be around 2.45.
We're going to go straight live to take that Ashley Babbitt and the Patriots of Gen 6.

And the fact that the White House is willing to do this, the fact that they are putting it up there, that they have it up in full view.
Think back to five years ago today.
People were denouncing Republicans.
They were denouncing Trump left and right.
Eric Erickson called for all of the protesters to be shot at January 6th.
Indiscriminate killings of conservatives.
That's what you heard from some of these neocon podcasters.
But now today, we can finally tell the truth.
And one person, one woman who made it an absolute crusade to do that truth telling is Julie Kelly.
She joins us now.
Julie.
Hey, Jack.
Happy insurrection, Fed Surrection Day.
Five years.
Hard to believe.
We're calling it Patriot Day.
We're calling it Patriot Day.
Maybe Patriots Day.
We'll figure it out.

I don't know if you've had time to really dig into it.
I know it's just launched.

Because to me, this is incredible.
They have a timeline, which is great.
They have the commemoration of the J6s we've lost.
They have a decisive statement about what J6 really was.
And then they have a timeline.
They have a timeline that actually goes through everything.
This is incredible.
It is.
And Jack, I just think it's representative.
And I posted this earlier on X, how January 6th has to, the political operation that it was intended to be, it has to represent the biggest backfire in American political history.
I mean, the Democrats, the Never Trumpers, Mike Pence, Mitch McConnell, et cetera, the neocon conservative echo chamber, certainly the media thought that not only would January 6th result in the prosecution and imprisonment of Donald Trump, but also kill off the MAGA movement.
And that just did not happen.
And that's why you see media types and Benny Thompson is holding an alternative hearing on January 6th, regurgitating the same lies that made no impact on the American people whatsoever.
And just this huge backfire.
And so, of course, the president put together that timeline, put together the accurate account of what happened before and on that day.
And yes, remembering the American citizens who took their own lives rather than continue to be tormented by the Biden Department of Justice and the FBI.
So, yes, there's a few of them.
Of course, Matthew Perna, the most well-known, but there are a few others, George Meecum, who is a 19-year-old man who killed himself.
His father found him.
He had shot himself in the head right before he was supposed to be arraigned in Washington, D.C. on misdemeanor charges.
So these are really, of course, Ashley Babbitt, tragic stories.
But that only tells a little bit of what hundreds, thousands of Americans endured under the thumb of the Biden DOJ and Chris Ray FBI.
Today I posted documents that Rand Paul has published, 70 pages of records related to a two-year investigation of an innocent American woman.
This resulted in at least four times her home and family being physically surveilled by the FBI.
She, like hundreds of J-Sixers, were put on a TSA terror watch list, subjected to additional screening and scrutiny at the airport.
They had all of her air flight airplane itineraries, and then finally determining that this was a case of mistaken identity, that she never entered the Capitol.
Nonetheless, Jack, the DCOS attorney at the time, Matthew Graves, the Biden of Boytee, wanted to prosecute her anyway, even though the FBI had said we don't have enough evidence.
We don't have facial recognition.
We don't have anything on the geofense warrant that they got with all the thousands of cell phone data that people who were present at the Capitol and in Washington.
So we're still learning a lot about the abuses of the DOJ and FBI related to January 6th.
And I'm sure you and I share this sentiment.
We have to finally bring accountability for the people responsible.
Well, there's no question about that.
You know, I want to go back even a little bit because I'm stunned.
And I call it stunning.
The media is apoplectic.
They don't even know what to say here.
They thought that, you know, certainly he'll just, you know, let the day go by without even mentioning it.
No, no, President Trump's going all the way in, the White House, totally leaning in on this.
I want to go back to what I was saying here.
And this is so key.
Capitol Police response escalates tensions.
Capitol Police aggressively fire tear gas, flashbangs, and rubber munitions into crowds of peaceful protesters, injuring many and deliberately escalating tensions.
Video evidence shows officers inexplicably removing barricades, opening Capitol doors, even waiving attendees inside the building, actions that facilitated entry while simultaneously deploying violent force against others.
These inconsistent and provocative tactics turned a peaceful demonstration into chaos.
And this is all true.
You can see all of this on video.
What they'll do, of course, is they will, you know, they'll put up footage, but show it out of context.
They'll show it completely out of context and not show who was being aggressive.
And one key piece of this, and I said it in the opening, I'm going to say it again right now, no calls to disperse.
And Julie, correct me if I'm wrong.
They lied about this under oath.
They lied that there were orders to disperse.
Look, I was there.
I was on Constitution Avenue, which is just adjacent.
I didn't hear anything about that.
Well, I think that there is some recording, just like an automated recording that you can hear at some point.
But listen, people were certainly hearing it before the munitions were thrown.
I'm saying before.
Right.
That I am not aware of.
So there's a timeline here.
So obviously the president's speech wrapped up at about 1.10 that day.
Protesters or supporters of the president, I won't even say protesters, were already at the Capitol.
They were walking from the ellipse to the Capitol.
Many told me, and we have this on video now, as soon as they arrived, they could hear the flashbangs being thrown.
And this is illegal use of these, what they call non-lethal munitions.
You can't just throw flashbangs randomly into a crowd of people outside a government building who aren't doing anything wrong.
So I have called this the greatest incident, the biggest instance of police brutality since the civil rights era.
You had protesters killed by police, obviously Ashley Babbitt, Roseanne Boylan, Kevin Greeson, who suffered a heart attack as a result of one of these flashbangs.
You had people being shot with rubber bullets, people bleeding from rubber bullets.
You see this officer right here.
I believe he was with DC Metro Police.
But for the actions of the Capitol Police and DC Metro police, most of this would not have happened.
And it's really unfortunate that no police officers have been held accountable.
And to your point, Jack, we know some of these, I call them celebrity J6 cops, Michael Fanone, Daniel Hodges, Equilina Gannell, Harry Dunn, not only lied during their testimony before the first J6 select committee in July of 2021, they lied under oath, testifying, get this as victims of January 6th.
They would go to the cap to the court federal courthouse and they would sit before juries and they would tell their inaccurate stories of injuries in an effort to get more prison time, excessive prison sentences for J6ers.
But we now know because of body worn camera footage and other video, they did not suffer the injuries that they said that they did.
Nonetheless, this was embraced by federal judges and certainly convinced DC juries that their tales of woe were indeed true and these J-6ers needed to be punished accordingly.
So this is, I think, the biggest untold story of January 6th, police from Capitol Police and DC Metro, what they did to instigate a lot of the confrontations that now you see the media, Benny Thompson and others regurgitate, reposting on social media to your point with no context behind them.
Well, and it's horrific.
And by the way, just as we have a minute until the break here, I want to also point out that there are early today, Ball Sperry released a report saying that new records show that U.S. Capitol Police captain, now promoted captain, Michael Byrd, who fatally shot and killed unarmed Jan 6 protester Ashley Babbitt without warning, has been running an unaccredited daycare center with his wife from their home in Maryland and have received over,
have received a ton of money in hell or potentially received a ton of money in taxpayer funds, which goes back to some of the other stories we've been hearing about these unaccredited daycares.
I don't know who it was that tipped off Sperry to pull those records, but man, what an incredible revelation just a few years later.

We are back here, January 6th, commemoration, the Patriots of Jan 6.
And look, I've been saying this since day one.
I'm going to keep saying it here on the program.
I will never forget seeing with my own eyes.
And this, and this is something that I can say that I definitively saw.
I've never come up and said that I saw this or this happen or anything else.
The only thing that I've ever said that I saw with my own eyes on Jan 6, we were walking down Constitution Avenue.
Police officers later found out mix of Capitol Police and MPD were throwing sun grenades, flashbangs at that peaceful crowd.
Now, this has been verified.
And the White House, whitehouse.gov, even has it up on the website.
So it's not just me saying it.
It's on video.
It's on the White House website itself.
You can all go watch it for yourselves.
You can all go see it for yourselves.
Crowd was peaceful.
All right.
The crowd was peaceful and then it descended into chaos.
And I believe personally, my opinion, and we've seen this bear out, that there are elements, bad elements who wanted the chaos that day because they didn't want an actual recitation of the problems of the votes in the various states that were under dispute.
It's as simple as that.
Julie Kelly, you've done more work on this than anyone, probably you.
And of course, our good friend Darren Beattie, who is off pursuing other work right now at the Department of State on the question of freedom of speech, which is so amazing.
And of course, you did so much work also as well on the blood libel that was spread against these individuals by people like Jake Tapper, claiming that Jan Sixers murdered, brutally beat to death a police officer named Brian Signors, just not true, just not true at all, spread lies about them.
So they were smeared early on.
I even remember, I don't talk about this much, I even remember tweets saying that it was Jan Sixers who were firing shots on in the inside the Capitol.
We later find out it was a police officer shooting at someone who was unarmed.
So again, just, and then of course, we all know how AOC responded to all of it, to which I responded by putting a map of where all of this was versus where her office was, which is on the other side of Capitol Hill.
So, Julie Kelly, that being said, it's been five years.
We've got the House, we've got the Senate, we've got the White House.
Where do you think we're at with all this?
I think that the base is understandably frustrated that they're not seeing more legal accountability and consequences for the perpetrators, not just of this vindictive, vicious, destructive January 6th prosecution that ultimately ensnared 1,600 Americans and unknown Americans.
For example, the documents that were released by Rand Paul today, 70 pages of records related to the FBI's two-year plus surveillance of a Catholic school teacher suspected of going into the Capitol.
Nonetheless, she ended up on that infamous TSA terror watch list like so many other J6ers.
She wasn't even charged, even though DCO's attorney Matthew Graves, the Biden appointee, wanted to charge her.
But nonetheless, the FBI finally said, we don't have the evidence.
It was a case of mistaken identity.
So we don't even know about how many other cases similar to that that the FBI, Chris Ray's FBI, and Joe Biden's DOJ were responsible for.
But look, we've had a few prosecutors demoted and fired.
We've had several FBI agents, and not just January 6th, but also the lawfare against the president.
So we've seen prosecutors tied to both of those efforts demoted, fired, forced into retirement.
We've seen several FBI agents, including top officials, the head of the New York FBI field office ousted.
So that's a very good start.
But it's starting to feel like Russia gate all over again, that these people are going to get away with what they did.
And the next time Democrats have power, it's going to be so much worse than what we saw against the president and J Sixers.
So where are our congressional hearings?
Benny Thompson putting on another big performance today with Nancy Pelosi, Adam Kinzinger, the J6 celebrity cops, crisis actor Mike Fanone and his buddies.
They're putting on a whole show today.
We have seen little in the way of public hearings where the American people can hear directly from J6 victims, their families, their lawyers, what their lawyers saw holding these judges also accountable.
There just has not been, appears to have no appetite in Washington, the House or Senate, aside from releasing a lot of documents that are helpful.
But when I post documents like I did with Rand Paul's records against Christine Crowder, the woman who was surveilled by the FBI for two years, people are like, okay, that's great.
We've seen all the documents.
We've seen the records.
We know who these people are.
What next?
And so that's the question to start 2026.
What next?
And I think we just have to keep pushing for more legit action, prosecutions, more hearings where the American people can see who these people are, like we saw with Jack Smith last week.
And then criminal referrals against the people, DOJ and FBI agents, who brazenly violated the constitutional rights of Americans to help bolster the phony narrative that January 6th was an insurrection and a domestic terror attack.
You know, we look at so many of these pieces of information.
We look at so much of this footage.
And it's really as simple as this.
And I've said this to members of the administration and others, that if, and you even go back to Russia Gate, you go back to everything that was done to the Trump movement, the MAGA movement, to President Trump himself, almost everyone associated with him.
If there's no response to all of this, if there's no response, then what's to stop them from doing it again?
What's to stop the same people when they are given power again?
And we know how politics moves kind of back and forth.
There's a pendulum.
What's to stop them from doing again?
Shout out to our great friend, Charlie Kirk, by the way, because when Charlie was brought in for front of Benny Thompson's committee, and it's my favorite, I've read pretty much all of the J6 depositions and certainly the ones of people that I know directly.
And in Charlie's, I think he's the only one who pled the fifth to every single question that was asked him of the J6 committee.
He wouldn't even confirm his name.
He wouldn't confirm his date of birth.
Nothing.
I'm going to pull that up.
Fifth Amendment.
I'm going to pull that.
It's just one of the most stunning things.
And you're reading through it.
You're just like, patriot, Julie Kelly, thank you so much for doing the yeoman's work on this and continuing the fight.

We're on with human events daily right now.
I want to cut to Ben Berquam now.
He's at, he's down there at the U.S. Capitol on the grounds.
He's on the National Mall where there's been this great commemoration going on.
Ben, tell us about what went on earlier today and what we're seeing right now.
Hey, Jack, you know, a pretty surreal day.
We were here five years ago to the day when the elections were stolen in 2020 and millions of Americans wanted justice and wanted the actual investigations to be done.
And I was down on the ellipse that day and marched down here to the Capitol and then, you know, all hell broke loose.
But what's crazy to think about that, Jack, is we had witnessed for four years the coup against President Trump, the real insurrection, BLM and Antifa burning down our country, attacking American citizens, and the fake news, propaganda media being weaponized against us.
And so American citizens were rightfully pissed.
They were upset.
I was pissed.
I was, you know, I felt like a lot of Americans.
And I was out here and to come back here and to see that you've got these patriotic Americans that have been pardoned.
Around 200 of the J6ers are out here.
You got Mickey out here.
They're going to be laying the wreath for Ashie Babbitt, actually to the minute at 244 when she was murdered.
So it's just, it's kind of a surreal event today coming out to commemorate, to thank President Trump for the pardons, to remember the people that have been lost in this time, and then also to demand that we still get the justice that we have not seen yet.
The enemies within our country that perpetrated the Russia collusion hoax and all the coup, the treason against President Trump, the election fraud that we saw, even the COVID mandates.
I was talking to some folks earlier.
Everything that's been done to the American people, until there is justice and those people are held accountable, we're in a dangerous place in this nation.
But at least the J6ers are out.
At least President Trump's in office.
And at least we're going in that direction.
So Ben, what's the mood of the J6ers?
You know, we were just talking with Julie Kelly about all this.
When you're talking to people there, we're five years on.
They've been through, obviously, some of the worst of the worst, many sent to the gulag for months, even years.
When you're talking to them, what's the general sentiment that you hear regarding President Trump, regarding obviously their pardons, but also the efforts moving forward?
What do they say?
Well, a general sense of appreciation for President Trump, for sure.
I mean, the fact that they're free today is only because President Trump won the election.
If Kamala Harris were in office, not only would all the January Sixers that are standing behind me still be in prison, there'd be many more.
They were still going after people in America.
So there's definitely a sense of appreciation for President Trump.
But then there's also this realization that it wasn't just the pardons.
It was the four years that they lost.
Many of them lost their homes, their jobs, their families.
You know, marriages were torn apart.
Children no longer speak to a lot of their parents.
And so there's just the community of MAGA has been majorly impacted by this.
And so the focus going forward is how do we reunite?
How do we get people whole again?
There's a big lawsuit that Enrique Tario and the Proud Boys are pushing through.
We'll see where that goes to try to get some real justice, some compensation for the people.
But in general, they just want to be able to go back to living their lives, loving America.
I mean, these are the most patriotic people you can imagine.
They love God.
They love their country.
They love their families.
And they just want to be able to live the life that this nation was created for its people to live.
And until that happens, they're going to continue to fight.
Until they're not ostracized for being a January 6th defendant, they're not going to be whole.
And so there's this kind of mixed bag of appreciation, definitely a sense of blessing, but also still more work to be done.
Well, that's right.
And so we're about to see this wreath-laying ceremony that's going to be coming up here in a couple of minutes for Ashley Babbitt.
Talk us through the details.
What's the TikTok?
What are we going to see?
And we're going to blow the break here because this is important.
Well, it's Mickey.
You know, Mickey was Ashley Babbitt's mom.
She was outside the Gulag, the DC Gulag, for over 900 days.
You know, you talk about dedication.
She has dedicated her life to the memory of her daughter, Ashley Babbitt.
But it's not just Ashley.
There were five American citizens killed that day by our own police and by a rogue government who sided with the traitors within our own country.
And so today is honoring Ashley's life, but it's also remembering those that were lost that day, as well as those that were lost from that point on.
We had many suicides.
People just took their own life because they couldn't take it anymore.
And it's sad, you know, the tragedy of that.
But the most important part today, and I was talking to Mickey earlier, is not just remembering Ashley and her life and honoring her life, unlike she wasn't able to do.
You know, she was demonized and ostracized during Joe Biden's regime, but being able to honor that now, but then looking forward and saying, how do we make sure this never happens again?
Well, I think that's exactly right.
And I understand the wreath laying.
It's going to be.
And Ben, walk us through, what's the significance of 2.44 p.m.?
Why is the wreath laying being done at 2.44 p.m.?
Well, that's the moment that Ashley Babbitt was shot in the neck.
She was murdered by Officer Bird, who still, not only did he not get accountability, he was promoted.
And so this is, that is the moment that she was murdered in the Capitol, just a few hundred yards away from where I'm standing.
I was actually here that day.
I saw some of the first responders coming out of the building.
I saw some of the Patriots that were around her coming out, blood on their hands.
I was here when they said they murdered somebody.
They murdered a girl.
At that point, nobody knew who she was, what had happened.
2.44 is the moment that Ashley took her last breath inside the U.S. Capitol five years ago.
And this is incredible.
This is going on that you've got the regular folks that are up there, the regular Patriots, the common man.
That's who's down there.
That's who's up.
That's who's actually standing in the gap.
And it's incredible to see.
It's incredible that they're going to be there.
And we're just three minutes away now from this wreath laying.
And we know, and Ashley's mother is there, as you mentioned.
Mickey is there.
And it's terrible that it ever happened, shouldn't have ever happened, shouldn't have never gotten to this point in our country.
And at some point, we're going to need a real reckoning with just how dark the situation got, not only on that day, but for the years after the persecutions of these people, everything that went to.
Oh, you see Ashley's mother there just walking into the shot.
And I believe, I think she has the wreath.
Is that the wreath?
I don't know, Ben, I don't know if you can see it from your angle.
Yeah, no, she's just off to my right.
And it looks like she's getting ready to do it right now.
But you know, you're right.
You know, it's surreal, Jack, having been here, having seen the attacks.
And this was what that was all about.
It was about silencing our side.
It was about silencing the American people and intimidating people to not stand up.
And it looks like they're preparing now.
Yeah, and to see the actual police here actually standing on our behalf, supporting us, protecting us, not fighting us.
But you're right.
It wasn't, you know, it was basically January 6th was designed by the Democrats to stifle any dissent.
It was to shut down the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers and anybody who had the gall to stand up against a tyrannical regime.
The idea was we are going to destroy you.
And we saw four years of that under your ride.
Where are they walking?
Do you know where they're walking to?
We can see.
It looks like they're trying to move.
So Mickey is trying to get the wreath up as close as she can to the Capitol.
Capitol Police have basically said this is as far as we can go.
And so it's a bit of a standoff to whether or not they'll be able to.
She actually wants to walk out.
Let's just take this audio.
Keep talking about January 6th.
So it looks like we have a representative that came in and is trying to escort Ashley closer or excuse me Mickey closer to be able to put the wreath down.
Yeah, so there's actually a Democrat congressman who came by and was taunting the crowd.
I didn't even recognize him, like most congressmen, worthless congressmen, you don't even recognize them.
But they're trying to, Mickey's trying to get closer and bring the wreath up actually to the steps of the Capitol.
It doesn't look like Capitol Police are going to allow her to do that, but we'll see where they actually lay it.
We're at that time now.
But it is, again, like you're saying, Jack, all of this was designed to intimidate people into silence, to stop people from standing up and saying what they believe.
In particular, in a country like we saw in Joe Biden, so yeah, hold on a second.
Hold on a second.
So what are we seeing right now?
Because we see that the officer there in blue, is that Capitol Police or MPD?
Explain to people what they're looking at.
I believe it's Capitol Police.
Yeah, so it's Capitol Police.
So you have a combination.
You do have some of the Metro Police out here, but you also have Capitol Police.
And they're being told.
She's going forward now.
There she goes.

Yep, she's walking across the street.
it looks like they're only escorting her uh i don't know is this on the national mall side or is this the back side of the capital yeah Yeah, we're on the National Mall side.
That's on the National Mall.
So she's being brought up.
Escorted.
Yeah, she's being brought up somewhere.
We're not exactly sure how far we're going to be able to go.
But I believe she wants to go up to the steps on the backside.
So if you're familiar with the mall, this is the side, or the Capitol, this is the side where the inauguration happens.
And she, hang on one second, she's trying to get up to the steps and lay the wreath on the steps of the Capitol.
We're still not sure if that's gonna.
They're gonna allow her to do that, but they clearly are allowing her to get closer.
You also
always have some crazies out here as well.
All right, folks, so we're currently watching this.
Ashley Babbitt's mother and the J Sixers were working to go up the Stand at the Gap Foundation to go and place the wreath.
now here five years we're now five years 2 44 p.m it's now 2 47 p.m We're trying to figure out what's going on here.
Looks like the Capitol Police were not allowing the wreath to go up at one point.
Now it looks like they are.
It's starting to get heated at one point.
Democrat politician walked by and you could see the Jan Sixers there.
This is the national mall we're looking at right now.
The Jan Sixers are gathered.
They're working to get the wreath out.
And you can see certainly people starting to get a bit upset.
But yet again, you still see the Jan 6, the very same Jan Sixers as five years ago.
Very same Jan Sixers who were peaceful the first time around are peaceful now.

The J Sixers have returned to the U.S. Capitol five years later.
They're there.
Patriots are there.
They're peaceful They're patriotic.
Just as President Trump asked them, peacefully and patriotically.
They're planting flowers.
They're saying prayers.
They're laying wreaths.
And the Capitol Police are there as well.
It's an emotional situation, and you're seeing the mass now of the J6ers.
They're watching us this.
He's coming down.

Ben, Ben, tell us what's going on now.
We just saw the chant.
We just saw some of the music.
Tell us what's happening.
Well, we got word, I was just talking to Enrique Tario, that they allowed Mickey and four others to go up and lay the wreath at the steps of the Capitol.
They didn't allow anyone else, but they did allow Mickey to do that.
And now we have some of the other folks that came in and they're planting roses or putting roses down here, basically making a memorial, a flower memorial for Ashley and for all the others that were either killed that day or that took their lives or lost their lives following January 6th.
But as you mentioned, Jack, peaceful.
You know, our side is peaceful.
MAGA is peaceful, but it's, as President Trump said, peacefully and patriotically moving down.
But there is justice.
There's a reckoning that still needs to be had.
And that's what the folks here want to see.

Shane, talk to us about today what this day means for you and Mickey being able to go up there and lay that wreath.
Man, it is a heartfelt thing just to be here, surreal walking down Constitution Avenue.
We got to walk down there together, but to see them walk Ashley Babbitt and four other people, I mean, Ashley Babbitt's mother, Mickey Withoff, up to the steps to the Capitol to lay the flowers.
It just really hits home that four people died on January the 6th.
I was beaten from behind with the baton.
Actually, the cop that beat me from behind is standing over there.
Commander Bagshaw of the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department is standing right over there and had to protect us today.
He hit Victoria White over the head 32 times with the baton when she took no offensive action.
The only defensive act just stopped screaming in the tunnel when I was there.
And so this is just a, it's a lot of sensory overload, but it's been a wonderful experience to be on the ellipse, to walk down here, to see all my brothers and sisters who suffered and were forged in the fire with me through January the 6th.
And just to, it's a wonderful gathering.
It's been a good, I think it's a process of healing, and we're thankful for President Trump for pardoning us, but we need some accountability.
We need to see the J6 committee Maduro'd or perp walked.
We need to see these people held accountable.
We haven't had accountability for COVID.
Cash Fatelle hasn't turned the FBI headquarters into a museum yet.
We're still, we're patiently waiting.
We support President Trump, but we need to see action.
We need his like, I think Bannon says action, action, action.
We need to see some action.
But we're thankful to be here, and this is such a wonderful day and a wonderful gathering.

If you go to StandintheGap.foundation, that is an organization that is focused right now primarily on helping January 6ers put their lives back together because we have been pardoned, but we also went through two years of solitary confinement through some PTSD.
We were assaulted by guards or inmates.
We were two years, no visits, two years, no religious services, a year no haircut, a year no fingernail clippers.
So it has been difficult for people to get back to work.
What people don't realize is that a lot of people have, if they do a background check for your job, they pull up your record and it says all your offenses for J6, but in really fine print below it, it says pardoned by the president.
So it still shows if anybody is a left-wing at that job, your application is going in the trash or going to the bottom of the stack.
So we're trying to fight.
